Advanced 3:6:9 Cleanse

Cleanse
Evening
1 hour before bed: 16 oz lemon/lime water. Pre-bedtime tea (hibiscus, lemon balm, or chaga). Optional 1 tsp raw honey.
Early Evening
32 oz celery juice (wait 30 min after blended fruit, 15-30 min after fresh juice/water). After: continue sipping fruit juices/blends as desired.
Upon Waking
32 oz lemon or lime water. Optional: 1 tsp raw honey.
Morning Afternoon
Wait 15-30 min. Drink 32 oz celery juice. Wait 15-30 min. Throughout day: Two 16-20 oz cucumber-apple juices (50-50 blend) + unlimited blended melon OR fresh watermelon juice OR blended papaya OR blended ripe pear OR fresh-squeezed orange juice. CRITICAL: Enjoy each fruit separately, never blend together or drink different fruits consecutively.

Notes

  • Fruit Variety: Can change throughout day (melon morning, OJ midday, papaya afternoon). Or pick one as staple. Just don't blend different fruits together or drink consecutively.
  • Celery Juice Total: Day 9: 32 oz morning + 32 oz early evening = 64 oz total
  • Cucumber Apple Alternatives: If allergic to apple: pure cucumber juice. If allergic to cucumber: pure apple juice or pear juice. See Chapter 21.
  • Petite Adjustment: If very petite and can't get all liquid in, lower serving sizes but don't underdo it - need nutrients for elimination work.
  • Melon Timing: Melon digests best on empty stomach. Drink blended melon earlier in day, before papaya or pear. Avoid melon after you've had papaya or pear.
  • Skip Hmds: Skip Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie on Day 9. Focus on general flushing. Remnants of spirulina, cilantro, barley grass juice powder, dulse, and wild blueberries still in system continue removing dislodged heavy metals.
Upon Waking
32 oz lemon or lime water (double the other cleanses). Optional: 1 tsp raw honey.
Dinnertime
Choice of: Kale Salad, Cauliflower and Greens Bowl, Tomato Cucumber and Herb Salad, or Leafy Green Nori Rolls. Can blend any salad into raw soup. Alternative: Spinach Soup with optional cucumber noodles. Tip: munch on raw asparagus alongside if recipe doesn't include it.
Lunchtime
Choice of: Liver Rescue Smoothie OR Spinach Soup with optional cucumber noodles. Can eat ingredients whole rather than blending.
Morning Celery Juice
Days 1-3 (first cycle): 24 oz celery juice. Days 4-8: 32 oz celery juice. If repeating cleanse consecutively: 32 oz from Day 1. Wait 15-30 min before/after other foods.
Breakfast
Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie. Alternative: eat ingredients whole - mix spirulina and barley grass juice powder into water and drink separately, or mash into banana.
Evening
Optional apple/pear if hungry. 1 hour before bed: 16 oz lemon/lime water. Pre-bedtime: hibiscus, lemon balm, OR chaga tea (one, not blended). Optional 1 tsp raw honey.
Mid Afternoon Snack
Optional: 1-2 apples (or pure raw applesauce, ripe pear, or pear sauce). Days 7-8: SECOND celery juice 32 oz (wait 60 min after lunch, then 15-30 min after before eating).
Mid Morning Snack
Optional: 1-2 apples or ripe pears. Can blend into pure raw applesauce or pear sauce.

Notes

  • Make Ahead Tip: Can make all celery juice in morning and refrigerate second serving. Can get from juice bar, ordering both at once.
  • Celery Juice Progression: First cycle: Days 1-3 = 24 oz, Days 4-6 = 32 oz, Days 7-8 = 32 oz + 32 oz = 64 oz total. Consecutive cycles: start at 32 oz morning from Day 1.
  • Intense Cleansing Adjustment: If experiencing intense cleansing effect (like diarrhea) from celery juice, reduce amount by half and work back up.
