Acid Brain

Condition
  • Alcohol: Alcohol is an acidifier that contributes to acidity in its own way.
  • Caffeine: Caffeine is highly acidic itself, plus it prompts the adrenals to produce excess adrenaline, which is itself acidic. Coffee, black tea, green tea, matcha tea, chocolate, kombucha tea, and caffeine pills all bring acidity.
  • Eggs, dairy, and gluten: Eggs, dairy, and gluten create acidity in the body on their own, plus they feed the pathogens that inflame nerves and create chronic illness.
  • Fats are acids: Fats contain acidic compounds and their pH lowers when they enter the body. Fats contain phosphorus which is acidic inside the body. Fatty acids and triglycerides are extremely acidic.
  • Fats trap toxins: Fats don't allow toxins to leave our body easily. Toxins get absorbed into fat, making fat even more acidic than its original state.
  • Fats cause chronic dehydration: Fats push and squeeze water out of the bloodstream, supporting chronic dehydration. Water loss makes it less possible to flush out acids.
  • Fats thicken blood triggering adrenaline: Fats thicken the blood, causing adrenals to flood bloodstream with adrenaline to thin out the fat so the heart doesn't strain pumping blood. That flood of adrenaline is extremely acidic and corrosive.
  • Fats (radical fats): Fats, including healthy fats, are the leading reason for acidity. Radical fats include nuts, seeds, nut butters, tahini, nut milk, soy milk, oat milk, coconut oil, olive oil, sesame oil, avocado, cheese, milk, butter, dairy, chicken, beef, pork, and fish.
  • Fats trigger bile surges: In response to radical fats, liver produces large amounts of bile to break down and disperse fat. Bile is highly acidic.
  • Fragrances and contaminants: Perfume, air fresheners, scented candles, dryer sheets, fabric softeners, scented laundry detergents, incense, cologne, and fragrances are acidifiers.
  • Pharmaceuticals: Pharmaceuticals are acidifiers contributing to acidity.
  • Toxic heavy metals: Toxic heavy metals are extremely acidic. Their composition has been damaged by industrialization, increasing their acidity. They contribute to acid environment, serve as food for pathogens, and when they oxidize and rust, the dead cells they kill create more acid.
  • Vinegar: Vinegar is an extreme acidifier. Vinegar's acetic acid acts as a barrage of acidic corruption to the body. Found in restaurant dishes, prepared food, salsa, hot sauce, dressings, mustard, ketchup, bone broth, pickles, barbecue sauce, sushi, soups, and apple cider vinegar therapies.
  • Viral neurotoxins: Viral neurotoxins, viral casings, and other byproduct released from pathogens create more acid.
  • Loss of hydrochloric acid: We destroy our stomach glands through high-fat diets, caffeine, vinegar, and alcohol. We lose our ability to produce hydrochloric acid, which allows more unproductive fungus, yeast, mold, bacteria, and viruses to thrive in our intestinal tract.
  • Fats trigger insulin surges: When eating radical fats, large amounts of insulin are produced. Fat gets in the way and doesn't allow sugar to enter cells easily. Insulin is highly acidic and stays in bloodstream longer than it should, creating more acid as it expires.
