Burnout

Condition
  • Supply and demand imbalance: Brain uses supplies faster than we put them back in - nutrients, phytochemical compounds, antiviral compounds, antibacterial compounds, macro minerals, trace minerals, trace mineral salts, vitamins, glucose, electrolytes, coenzymes, alkaloids, antioxidants, anthocyanins, polyphenols and neurotransmitter chemicals leave the brain faster than we replace them
  • Burnout is often blamed on our inability to handle stress, when in truth, that's another way to blame us for our health problems. The toxic troublemakers and bugs we encounter in our daily world are what set us up to be susceptible to burnout. See Chapter 2, 'What's Causing Burnout,' for more.
  • Deficiencies: Trace mineral salt deficiencies and other brain nutrient deficiencies
  • Multiple factors: Viral inflammation, toxic heavy metals, other poisons and solvents, MSG deposits, lack of glucose, lack of mineral salts, neuron problems, injuries to neurons, neurotransmitter deficiencies, adrenal complications, and caffeine addiction
