Cataracts

Condition
  • High-fat/high-protein diet acceleration: A high-fat/high-protein diet accelerates the development and progression of cataracts by further burdening the liver and impairing its ability to process and deliver vitamin C to eye tissue.
  • Liver-vitamin C connection: A sluggish, stagnant, overburdened, or dysfunctional liver cannot methylate vitamin C properly to make it more bioavailable and accessible for the rest of the body, including the eyes. This results in a long-term vitamin C deficiency specifically in the eye tissue even when dietary vitamin C intake appears adequate.
  • Long-term vitamin C deficiency from an overburdened, stagnant, sluggish liver filled with toxic heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides, including traces of DDT passed down from earlier generations or encountered through direct exposure. Accelerated by a high-fat/high-protein diet.
  • DDT: Old DDT from forefathers and previous generations sits in system - may take 100 generations to get out naturally
  • Pesticide exposure: Pesticides building up from eating conventional food, also old DDT inherited from previous generations
  • Radiation exposure: Radiation exposure — including from flying, X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, cell phones, and nuclear fallout still floating in the atmosphere from Hiroshima, Fukushima, and Chernobyl — accelerates cellular oxidation throughout the body and contributes to degenerative eye conditions including cataracts and retinal disease.
  • Oxidation and free radicals: The eye is particularly vulnerable to oxidative damage from free radicals, heavy metals oxidizing inside the body, pesticides, herbicides, and environmental toxins. This oxidizing process is the underlying mechanism by which cataracts develop — body tissue literally 'rusts' the same way metal oxidizes.
