Estrogen dominance

Condition
  • High-estrogen diet: eggs, dairy, red meat: Eggs are 'the ultimate fibroid creator' — they fuel EBV and other herpetic viruses in the liver and proliferate estrogenic conditions. Eating eggs regularly virtually guarantees fibroid growth. Dairy products also fuel viruses and impair liver function. Red meat consumed in large amounts will likely guarantee fibroids. These foods cause the body to produce an overabundance of estrogen that becomes inactive and builds up in the organs, negatively affecting the endocrine system. • EBV in the liver amplifies estrogenic conditions: Epstein-Barr virus sitting inside the liver produces neurotoxins and dermatoxins. The virus thrives on the same estrogen-fueling foods (eggs, dairy) and contributes to liver toxicity, which in turn prevents the liver from eliminating estrogens. EBV is involved in the fibroid process — fibroids contain viral activity at their core, feeding on the same estrogenic environment. Antiviral protocols that address EBV in the liver are central to resolving estrogenic conditions. Source: True Cause Of Fibroids podcast (2017).
  • Environmental and pharmaceutical sources of invading estrogens: Invading estrogens accumulate from: plastics (containers, packaging, water bottles), pesticides and herbicides on food, pharmaceuticals (birth control pills — five years of use can leave residues in the liver for five years afterward), personal care products (air fresheners, scented candles, colognes, perfumes), and environmental pollutants. These synthetic and mutated estrogen compounds accumulate silently in the liver over years and are the primary driver of estrogenic disease. • Outside estrogens — the true driver: It is not a woman's natural estrogen produced by her adrenals or her reproductive system that drives estrogenic conditions and cancers. It is outside estrogens — an entirely different form of estrogen. These come from plastics, pharmaceuticals, food toxins, environmental pollutants, and pesticides. Science and medicine have not yet separated these two forms of estrogen, which has created enormous confusion in diagnosis and treatment of estrogenic conditions.
  • Adrenal exhaustion disrupts hormone balance: The adrenal glands share the job of producing estrogen and progesterone with the reproductive system. When adrenals are exhausted, they cannot produce the proper hormone ratios or adequate amounts of estrogen and progesterone. So many women in their 20s and 30s being told they've entered perimenopause are actually experiencing adrenal fatigue — their reproductive system is not the problem. A hormone test cannot give an accurate reading of how the reproductive organs are doing unless the adrenals are perfectly healthy and balanced. • Liver traps estrogens when overburdened: The liver and uterus are intimately connected — described as 'married together.' When the liver is filled with toxins, viral waste (EBV), heavy metals, and dietary fat, it becomes overwhelmed and can no longer properly process and eliminate accumulated estrogens. All the estrogens get trapped in the liver as it tries to protect the body. A clean, functioning liver is the prerequisite for healthy hormonal balance. When the liver is toxic, the trapped estrogens overflow and accumulate in organs, including the uterus, causing fibroids and other estrogenic conditions.
