H. pylori infection

Condition
  • Food poisoning trigger: Food poisoning attacks the stomach lining, glands that produce HCL, and the intestinal tract. The immune system throughout the body is completely compromised, allowing H. pylori to rise up. Can become problematic a week, month, or six months after the incident.
  • Pathogen-feeding foods: H. pylori feeds off dairy products (milk, cheese, butter), eggs (eating eggs once a month might be all H. pylori needs to stay alive), and gluten. These foods must be removed to starve the bacteria.
  • Compromised immune system: When gastric strength and immune function are knocked down, H. pylori gains strength and takes over. Almost everyone has H. pylori at different levels already.
