  • Potassium supplements is hard on kidneys. One of the things with real serious kidney disease is there's always concern about potassium. Potassium's hard on the kidneys
  • Talk to your doctor about any supplements with kidney disease because your doctor most likely has you on a kidney medication and there could be confliction. The doctor will have to do research about conflicts with medication
  • Mystery viruses: Hidden viruses that are causing kidney disease, but they're so far from that. HHV-6 family viruses create kidney problems. HHV6, HHV7, the undiscovered HHV9, 10, 11, 12 create different types of kidney problems, kidney failure

  • Long-term medications: Long-term medication can be hard on kidneys. Injury from medications. Medications can be difficult on the kidneys - whether recreational or addiction to medication, or relying on medication for chronic illness, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, antidepressants
  • Kombucha and vinegars: People that are used to their kombucha tea will end up with kidney stones down the road once they get past age 30 and they've been used to drinking kombucha tea for 10 years. They'll get kidney stones because they'll be on their vinegars and kombucha tea and their caffeine and eggs
  • High phosphorus foods: Stones are formed from calcium out of our bones because of high phosphorus foods. High phosphorus foods: meat, chicken, fish, milk, cheese, butter
  • Thick blood from dehydration: Thick blood from chronic dehydration can set you up for kidney problems. High fat, high protein diets cause thick blood which can lead to kidney problems
  • High protein diets: You can kill your kidneys with high protein diets if you have a kidney problem. You got to be very cautious with how much protein you eat when you got kidney problems because kidneys die easy with kidney problems when you protein them to death
