Osteoarthritis

Condition
  • trace mineral deficiency: Bones and joint cartilage rely on trace minerals (chromium, sulfur, magnesium, calcium, potassium, silica, manganese, molybdenum) supplied by leafy greens and other whole foods. Deficiency in these minerals leaves joint structures vulnerable to breakdown.
  • lymphatic system dysfunction: The lymphatic system must remain alkaline to protect joints and connective tissue. When it becomes toxic and acidic — due to viral activity and dietary troublemakers — it loses its ability to drain and protect joint areas, accelerating cartilage breakdown.
  • viral inflammation: The primary cause of osteoarthritis per MM is chronic, low-grade viral inflammation — primarily Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and its variants, plus shingles and HHV-6 strains — that inflame joint tissue over years and decades, degrading cartilage until bone-on-bone damage results. Medical communities call it wear-and-tear, but the underlying invader driving the persistent inflammation is the real culprit.
  • heavy metals feeding pathogens: Toxic heavy metals (mercury, aluminum, copper) stored in the liver feed the viral pathogens responsible for joint inflammation. As these metals accumulate, viruses thrive, produce more neurotoxins, and intensify the inflammatory attack on joint cartilage.
  • protein putrefaction: When dietary proteins do not break down or assimilate properly — due to low hydrochloric acid and a sluggish, stagnant liver — they putrefy in the gut, feeding disease-causing bacteria and contributing to the systemic toxic load that drives protein-related diseases including osteoarthritis, gout, kidney disease, and connective tissue damage.
