Raynaud's syndrome

Condition
Discoloration of the hands or feet (the defining symptom) — purple, blue, white, or blotchy color changes especially in cold. Cold hands and feet and cold sensitivity. Numbness in fingers and toes. Pain or discomfort in affected extremities. Feeling that circulation is not there in the extremities.

  • Raynaud's syndrome is caused by chronic, long-term Epstein-Barr virus infection (one of 60+ varieties, sometimes combined with shingles virus) residing in a sluggish, stagnant liver. The infected liver fails to detoxify properly, allowing viral neurotoxins, dermatoxins, and viral waste matter to accumulate in the bloodstream. Toxic heavy metals (mercury, aluminum, copper) act as fuel for EBV and shingles viruses, causing them to produce heavier, more damaging neurotoxins and dermatoxins that settle in the extremities due to their weight. Combined with a high-fat/high-protein diet, these toxins cause blood to thicken, reducing circulation and allowing viral sludge, toxins, and debris to accumulate in the hands and feet, producing the characteristic discoloration and symptoms of Raynaud's.
  • EBV-related conditions and co-occurrences: Raynaud's syndrome shares a common EBV root cause with multiple related conditions. Raynaud's is a well-recognized symptom of lupus, and people with Raynaud's who have been told they may have lupus are dealing with the same EBV infection at different stages and levels of activity. Thyroid disease (Hashimoto's, hypothyroidism) frequently co-occurs with Raynaud's because both conditions stem from the same EBV infection—they represent one root cause with multiple expressions rather than separate unrelated conditions. Raynaud's syndrome is also listed among the EBV-related symptoms experienced by people with dysautonomia, alongside dizziness, tinnitus, and thyroid issues. All of these co-occurrences stem from the same viral root cause, though medical research and science remain unaware of this EBV connection.
