Sinusitis

Condition
Sinusitis has two forms: acute sinusitis, which accompanies a viral illness such as the flu (the virus floods the lymphatic system and sinus cavities with mucus), and chronic sinusitis, caused by Streptococcus bacteria camping out in the sinus cavities, sometimes for a lifetime. Medical research and doctors do not know that strep is the underlying cause — they misattribute it to allergies or structural issues. Over 50 groups of streptococcus with hundreds of strains, many antibiotic resistant, can nestle in the sinus cavities and create long-term chronic sinus issues from mild to severe, resulting in scar tissue or even polyps. • Antibiotics contributing to strep's strength
  • Flu virus (acute sinusitis): Many cases of sinusitis are acute, accompanying an illness such as the flu. When the flu virus is present and the diet includes dairy and eggs, the virus rapidly feeds off these foods and causes explosive mucus production that fills the lymphatic system and sinus cavities. The mucus becomes difficult to expel as the body produces volumes of it to protect the sinus canals from viral damage. This is distinct from chronic sinusitis. • Antibiotic overuse amplifying strep: People with sinusitis often have consumed antibiotics along the way, which has contributed to strep's strength in their system. Antibiotics have shaped and sculpted strep into what it is today — stronger, more resistant, and more chronic. Multiple antibiotic resistant strains can be present simultaneously. • Strep Bacteria: Strep bacteria creates sinusitis and sits inside sinus cavities having a field day when immune system is low.
  • Generational transmission of strep: Strep can be passed down from generation to generation. Children can be born with strep already in their system, predisposing them to chronic sinusitis from early life. There are people who have had chronic sinusitis from childhood with never a symptom-free day. Source: The Unforgiving Six Threatening Your Health live (2025-11-01).
  • Streptococcus and E coli: Streptococcus and E coli create sinusitis
  • E. coli (secondary driver): Streptococcus and E. coli together can create sinusitis. E. coli is a secondary bacterial driver alongside strep in certain sinus infection presentations. Source: Medical Medium Brain Saver Protocols.
  • Streptococcus bacteria (primary cause of chronic sinusitis): Streptococcus bacteria camping in the sinus cavities is the primary cause of chronic sinusitis. People can carry 5 to 10 or more different strep strains picked up over a lifetime, some aggressive and antibiotic resistant. These strep strains sit inside the sinuses when the immune system is low, creating ongoing mucus, discharge, pain, and inflammation. The strep can be passed down from generation to generation.
