Important Notes

  • Nascent iodine is used in small drops only (4 small drops daily, not dropperfuls) for thyroid nodule protocol. Excessive iodine can worsen thyroid conditions. An alternative is 1 capsule of bladderwrack daily. Both options provide therapeutic iodine support without excess.
  • Body's defense mechanism - creates calcium prisons to wall off EBV
  • EBV: Epstein-Barr creates nodules in the thyroid
  • Epstein_Barr_virus_true_cause: Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) is the true cause of thyroid nodules. After Stage 2 (mononucleosis), EBV leaves the liver and travels to the thyroid, burrowing into thyroid tissue, creating injury and inflammation. The immune system responds by walling off individual virus cells with calcium, forming nodules. Over 60 varieties of EBV exist; most thyroid nodules are caused by common EBV varieties. More aggressive strains (Groups 4-5) can lead to cysts, tumors, or thyroid cancer. Medical science does not yet understand that EBV is the true cause.

  • Epstein-Barr virus: Epstein-Barr virus leaves the liver and goes to the thyroid, drilling into it and causing scar tissue that creates nodules
  • heavy_metals_EBV_fuel: Mercury and other toxic heavy metals are primary fuels for EBV. When EBV has access to mercury deposits in the liver and elsewhere, it becomes more aggressive and active inside the thyroid, increasing viral burden and nodule formation. Removing heavy metals via the Heavy Metal Detox protocol starves EBV.
  • Epstein-Barr virus: That's Epstein-Barr that creates the nodule on the thyroid
  • Pathogens: Thyroid nodules are caused by pathogens - that's how the thyroid even got like that
  • dairy_calcium_contribution: Toxic calcium from dairy products (bovine-derived calcium) cannot be used productively by the body. Instead it can deposit as kidney stones, gallstones, or contribute to viral nodules in the thyroid and arthritic nodules near joints. Dairy also feeds EBV directly, making the underlying viral problem worse.
  • calcium_prison_mechanism: When the immune system cannot destroy EBV cells altogether, it uses calcium to wall them off — creating calcium prisons (nodules). Unfortunately this does not eliminate the virus: (1) most EBV cells evade being walled off and continue weakening the thyroid; (2) EBV cells trapped inside nodules continue to feed off thyroid tissue from within their calcium enclosure, potentially transforming the nodule into a living cyst.
