Derms of Dwelling
Demon- Type of derm: Rogue Derm — territorial specialist. Takes permanent residence in specific areas within homes. More persistent and harder to remove than Derms of the Lone Horse.
- How they came to be: Demons that evolved to specialize in territorial occupation of specific areas within dwellings. They take permanent residence in spaces like basements, hallways, and bedrooms and resist removal with great persistence.
- What they do: Occupy specific territories within homes — a particular room, hallway, or corner. Create ongoing disturbance in those specific areas. People often report feeling uneasy in exactly the spot where a Derm of Dwelling has taken residence. More persistent than wandering demons.
- How to fight them: Requires sustained spiritual light work — not a one-time effort. Chessboard (#14) as deterrent. Angel Light Rod (#16) to purify the specific space. Bubble of Light (#13) around the affected area. More resistant than wandering demons, so consistency is key.
