  • Spirulina — Pulls toxic heavy metals out of the liver
  • Barley Grass Juice Powder — Great for the liver; use daily
  • Burdock Root — Extremely medicinal; cleanses and purges the liver on a deep level; buy fresh from the grocery store and juice one root into your vegetable juice (not celery juice)
  • Lemon Balm — Kills pathogens and bacteria in the liver; calms the nerves of the liver so it can cleanse and detox
  • Cat's Claw — Kills pathogens and viruses inside the liver
  • 5-MTHF (Methylfolate) — Helps the liver receive B12
  • ALA (Alpha-Lipoic Acid) — Great liver supplement
  • Aloe Vera — Scoop out fresh aloe vera; aloe vera water
  • Amla Berry — Great antioxidant for the liver

Things to Avoid (and Why)

  • High-Fat / Low-Carb / Keto / High-Protein Diets

    • Why: Starve the liver of the glucose it desperately needs; the liver only absorbs nutrients when bonded to sugar — without glucose, nutrients roll right past; the liver overheats on high-fat diets, which causes gallstones; any initial improvement from eliminating processed food is temporary — the high fat will cause problems down the road
    • How: Eat fruits, sweet potatoes, squash, and other natural carbohydrates; lower fats
  • Coffee

    • Why: Not the best thing for the liver despite studies claiming otherwise
    • How: Reduce or eliminate; if you must have some, get the good stuff and be careful
  • Bone Broth

    • Why: The liver doesn't want bone broth — it wants fruits, vegetables, herbs, and spices
    • How: Replace with healing foods
  • Table Sugar, Corn Syrup, Processed Sugars

    • Why: Give natural fruit sugars (glucose, fructose) a bad name; not the same as the healing sugars in fruits and vegetables
    • How: Replace with fruit and raw honey

Key Health Information

  • The Liver Only Absorbs Nutrients Bonded to Glucose

    • If the liver sees a nutrient that's not attached to sugar, it won't draw it in — it lets it roll on by in the bloodstream until it exits the organ; this is why low-carb diets starve the liver even when eating nutrient-dense food
  • The Liver Creates Disarmament Chemicals

    • It takes phytochemical compounds from healing foods (like apples), mixes them with its own chemical functions, and creates disarmament chemicals that neutralize toxins in the blood before they leave the liver and reach the heart and brain
  • The Liver Can Compress and Store Living Water

    • It compresses water molecules from elite sources (fruits, vegetables) and stores them; when severely dehydrated, it releases these stored molecules — this is why some people survive extreme dehydration and others don't (stronger liver = longer survival)
  • The Liver Stores Information Passed Down for Thousands of Years

    • Chemical compounds sent from mother's liver to baby's liver during development carry information going back thousands of years, generation to generation; the liver recognizes ancient healing foods because of this stored information
  • The Liver Has Its Own Immune System

    • Still unknown to science; needs to be taken care of with healing foods
  • Over 2,000 Chemical Functions

    • Science only knows about 300-500 of them
  • The Liver Uses Sugar to Produce Bile

    • In order to break down fat, the liver uses sugar as fuel to create bile — the idea that the liver needs fat to break down fat is a massive blunder
  • Sugar Keeps the Liver Cool

    • Natural sugar from fruits stops the liver from running super hot; when the liver overheats from high-fat diets, molten gunk (bilirubin bonded to toxins) shoots into the cool gallbladder and forges into gallstones
  • The Liver's Four Most Important Requirements

    • Oxygen, water (hydration), sugar (glucose), mineral salts
  • Fruit Waste Crisis

    • Low-carb/keto diet trends are causing hundreds of millions of pounds of fruit to be thrown away in supermarkets across the country; produce managers confirm customers refuse fruit due to sugar fear

Hello, I'm Anthony William, the Medical Medium. This is the Liver Rescue Webinar. How incredible this is.
I'm so excited about this today. Thank you for being here. It's an honor to have you here.
We're working on our liver. We're talking about powerful foods to heal, cleanse, detox our liver. How amazing is that?
It's incredible. And listen, you're wondering maybe, maybe your liver, what does your, why should we care about our liver? Why should we even care about our liver?
Why should we even care about cleansing our livers? Like, who cares? Because really in the end, what's the big deal?
I mean, do we even really have liver problems? Do we even have liver sickness? Do we have liver symptoms?
The liver is responsible for over 2,000 chemical functions. Just hear me out, hear me out. This is serious right here.
Research and science only believe that the liver is responsible for anywhere between 300 to 500 chemical functions, at best, at best. It's responsible. The truth is it's responsible for over 2,000 chemical functions.
And these functions have everything to do with our life. The liver gives us life. It's one of these organs that does work so hard for us, day in and day out.
And all we need to do, all we need to do is throw it a bone. All we need to do is throw it a bone once in a while. You know, all we need to do is throw it some food once in a while.
We don't want to throw it a real bone. We don't want to throw... No, no, we're not talking about bone broth when I say that.
No, no, no, no. The liver doesn't want bone broth. The liver wants fruits and vegetables, herbs, powerful spices.
The liver wants healing foods. It wants nutrients and healing foods. That's what it wants.
It's really important to know this. You might think, hey, is my liver even sick? Does it even have a problem?
Why am I even here? Or why should anybody even think about their liver? No, no, no, no.
All these things that we go through, the liver plays such a role. When you get liver rescue in your hand, you're going to be like, dear Lord, you're going to be like, dear Lord, I didn't even know this. I didn't even know this is what's going on with the liver.
I didn't know this is why I have this problem. I didn't know what's going on. It's going to be amazing.
Listen, we come a long way in how we think about our food today. We're more mindful than ever before about junk and agricultural practices, meaning junk we eat, to food additives, preserve this. We're more mindful about all these different things.
We want to feed our loved ones the best we can feed them in today. Isn't that what goes on in today's world? Don't you see that out there, you guys, too?
You want to feed your families the best of whatever you're feeding them. So, you know, some parents who love animal products want to feed their children anything less, nothing less than grass-fed or pasture-raised or free-ranged. And then there's some parents also who are plant-based, who won't feed their children anything less than organic produce and the best fruits and the best different vegetables.
Now it's time to start thinking about our livers as part of the family. That's what it's time to think about. Our livers as part of the family.
We need to remember that they're part of the family too. They need to eat. They deserve the best liver fuel there is.
They deserve that. This is how our livers are. It's that important.
Our livers have the potential to come back from this sluggishness that they get. They come back with tremendous power, though, fighting like never before from stagness, stagnant, sluggish, toxic, fatty liver, problematic liver, sick livers, whatever. They have the ability to fight their way back like never before, but they need help.
They need help to do that. We have to be the ones to say, hey, wait a minute, we need to give our livers what they need in order for that to happen. We need to give them what they need in order for that to happen.
This is important. There's a highway of blood, you guys, that runs into the liver. There's a highway of blood.
Just think about the highway you're on. Maybe you were on today or this morning or were on before or you saw on the internet or some highway or something and a bunch of cars on that highway. There's a highway of blood rushing up into the liver.
And this is important because you have to get this mental picture because what happens is when you're feeding your liver the right foods, how is it going to get into the liver? How is it even going to happen? So when you're doing these cleansing foods, how are you even going to get the nutrients to cleanse your liver, to cleanse the poisons out of your liver?
How are you even going to get that into your liver? How are you even going to do that? There's this highway of blood that runs up into the liver.
This is so cool. This is so cool. And what that blood brings is vitamins, minerals, other nutrients.
Yeah. The building blocks of our food, it also brings hormones, oxygen, it brings oxygen, but it also brings troublemakers. Yeah, troublemakers.
Scary, scary, scary. So the blood can bring troublemakers. There's a whole section in Liver Rescue on troublemakers, and it's really good to know because you'll really see where these troublemakers go, how deep they are, where they are inside the liver, what's going on with that.
So this is really important. And these troublemakers that rush, rush, it's like I'm telling a children's story here now. It's like these troublemakers that rush into that highway of blood, deep into the liver, they head into the liver.
They carry, that blood can carry troublemakers such as prescription drugs, recreational drugs. Hopefully you're not doing any of those. I'm hoping you're not.
Pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, aluminum, lead, copper, mercury, other toxic heavy metals. And also in that highway of blood, disease causing pathogens such as viruses, the abstin-bar, other types of viruses and bacteria. See, all that's heading up that highway of blood into the liver.
Is that pretty interesting? I think it's pretty interesting. I really do.
The liver must be a master, you guys, a master at sorting out the good, the bad and the ugly. Sorting out the good, the bad and the ugly. The poisons, the toxins from the nutrients.
So the toxins from the nutrients. It has to know how to sort those. The highway of blood is rushing that stuff into the liver, into the liver.
And what happens if you're not eating good? What happens if you're eating bad? Or just eating to survive, you know?
And it's just doing what you can. Hey, I know, listen, I know it's not easy. I know people out there, they can't even afford, they can't even afford any kind of really the right food.
I mean, they're on, they're on like, you know, a boxed rice only out of, you know, out of the conventional aisle with the white label on it. Like I've seen, you know, there's, it's hard to, it's hard to do what you need to do, but there's still ways to heal in the liver. There's still ways to do it even with very little means, even with little resources.
We can do this. We can get an apple in us once in a while. We can find a way to get an apple in us once in a while.
There's ways of doing it when we're focused on it. We can do this. It can happen even with people that have run into it.
They're like, look, I can't afford all the different juices. I can't afford a juicer and all the different juices. They say, you know what?
Can you get an apple? Can you get an apple? They're like, you know what?
I can get an apple. I can get apples. I said, can you get jars of applesauce?
And they're like, wait a minute. I got a jar of applesauce in the cupboard. I go, you wouldn't believe what a powerful healer that applesauce is, whether you make it fresh when you go with that, or whether you just, or it's just applesauce.
So I'm just saying, I'm giving you some quick examples of what the liver is a master at sorting out the good, the bad and ugly, like I said before, the nutrients versus the toxins. And this is how it works. This blood is the highway of blood goes into the liver.
It's going to go out of the liver and head to the heart. So all the good stuff better be used properly. All the bad stuff better be taken out of that blood so it's not heading to the heart.
It can't head to the heart with all of that bad stuff in there. So sometimes we need the healing foods for the liver, the healing foods for the liver to actually help all of a sudden to disarm those things. Now the liver has an ability, a disarming ability.
It takes foods, healing foods we're going to talk about, you guys. Healing foods we're going to talk about. It takes those and it has the ability to use chemical compounds in these foods, natural phytochemical compounds in apples and in the foods I'm going to talk about.
And it has the ability of utilizing those. Using the liver can use those and then make a disarming chemical out of it. What's a disarming chemical?
What does disarm mean? It means shutting down, right? It means neutralizing, right?
Neutralizing. So the liver can neutralize toxins before they leave the liver, the ones entering in the highway. So you got that highway of blood coming up right into that liver.
It's going up in there. You got this highway of blood. Fill the poisons, fill the toxins, fill all kinds of things and good things too.
The liver has to sort it out. It's like a Santa's workshop inside the liver, sorting out all the different good stuff, the bad stuff, figuring it all out. And that's what's going on.
And at the same time, the liver is creating a disarmament chemicals, disarmament chemicals, meaning natural compounds, disarmament natural compounds to neutralize toxins. And it sends those compounds out of the bloodstream going out the liver, heading to the heart and the rest of the body, to your organs, to your brain and everything else. And where is it going to get the ability to create this disarmament?
Science research has no idea about this disarmament thing. I mean, I just want you to know, you need to know when you look at this book, you're going to be like, all right, okay, all right, Spirit out did himself this time. Spirit out did himself this time.
This is when you see this. And research and science has no idea. You know, I didn't want to know all this stuff because I knew it was going to be overload when I was receiving the information and writing this.
And it was a blood, sweat and tears all year, and it was night and day, pulling all nighters, randomly taking naps, getting back up, getting the information from Spirit. I knew what I was up against. I knew what I was up against.
And just a small tidbit of the disarmament that occurs that the liver creates to protect you, to neutralize harmful substances that actually travel around the body and make you sick and make you sick. When we get a sluggish stagnant liver, it loses that slight ability to do that. That's why we have to bring our livers back to get the good stuff in it so we can do this disarmament thing we need to do.
But I knew when I was writing this, I was like, oh my God, God help me. As I was getting the information down because it means I have to learn, I have to learn brand new information from my source. And I like being somewhat chill and then okay, okay, that's enough for today.
It's enough for today. But this time was like, okay, like net no other. So check this out.
So the liver has this power to actually neutralize, but it needs the foods it needs to use. And just using Apple as an example. So I was talking to this person.
This person was like, I can't get what you want me to get. I can't do it. I'm on a really tight budget, AW.
I'm on a really tight budget, and I can't do it. And so what do I do? And I said, look, I mean, applesauce.
Applesauce? I have that already. So that's an example.
So say you ate an applesauce, whether it was fresh apples put into a food processor, fresh apples put into a blender, whatever it is, fresh apples eaten, just regular eaten and chewed, or it was an applesauce out of a jar, what can it do? What does it have the power to do? It has phytochemical compounds that the liver identifies, it cells inside the liver, lobules inside the liver identifies and utilizes, takes those compounds, mixes it with its ability to transform and create its own chemical function.
That's how it works. The liver creates chemical functions of its own, but it needs fuel, it needs certain other chemical compounds from foods that have been around since the beginning of time, where our livers have identified this since the beginning of time, where our livers know about it since the beginning of time. Our livers go back thousands of years and they harbor information.
Yeah, did you hear me correctly on that? Because you're going to be thinking, wait a minute, is he just messed up right now? Because he just said our livers have information that's thousands of years old.
Our own livers go back thousands of years. That's funny because I was born in 1975, I was born in 1972, I was born in 1964, I was born in 1951, I was born in 1949, and I was born in 2002, I was born in 2005. So what happens is, you're thinking, how is it possible?
My liver has only been just created. Our livers harbor something, that we get passed down from our mother's liver. That's right.
And it gets passed down. Information. So when we're in the womb, developing and growing, our liver's receiving information, sent from other chemical compounds, information sent from your mother's liver, that is thousands of years old, generation to generation to generation.
Science and research, it could be if this planet doesn't blow up in 500 years, if this planet doesn't blow up and become a wasteland in a thousand years, science still will not know, still will not know that piece of information. That's so far advanced. I even was questioning if I should even, I was just like, you know what?
It's so, so, so far advanced. Why bother? But you guys are the most important thing in my life, so I'll tell you anything.
I mean, I'll tell you all the truth. All the truth and the things you need. I'm not going to hold back.
I'm not going to hold back. You guys are so important to me. And I'll tell you what I know.
I'll tell you what I know, anything I know. So you have to know this. So the liver is really smart.
It has tremendous amounts of information in it. And apples go back thousands of years in their different forms, thousands of years. There's a symbiotic relationship with the foods, with the healing foods.
I'm using apple as just a basis because guess what? There's an apple on the cover of Liver Rescue for a reason. There's a big, juicy, red apple on the cover.
Doesn't that apple look good when you look on? I know you don't have the books in front of you right now. But when you look at it, when you look at it, I was looking at it on the internet or whatever, and I saw that it says that apple looks good.
That apple looks really good. So when you have your books in your hand, you'll see the apple. And there's a reason for that.
This symbiotic relationship that's been going on for thousands of years, isn't that interesting? And so what's in that apple? The liver needs.
It needs chemical compounds from that apple, phytochemical compounds, so it can do its chemical, its undiscovered chemical functions, the liver, which is disarming poisons and toxins as they leave the liver. So as that highway of blood is entering the liver. And this is just one thing, one thing, one measly, measly little thing compared to what the liver does.
And it's not measly, it's an actual miracle, but it's one little thing compared to what the liver does. And it's over 2,000 chemical functions. And I put some of the best chemical functions undiscovered by science and research in this book, Liver Rescue.
And that's one of them. It's really, really, really special, really special. So let's talk about this a little bit more.
There's also the liver storage of harmful materials. The liver stores harmful materials. And we're talking about that right now, because the powerful foods that we need and supplements, the powerful foods and supplements we need to cleanse and heal and detox our liver, to save our liver, to be the answer to our health.
Those foods, they help get rid of harmful materials that are inside the liver storage. And I got a Troublemakers chapter. I called it the Liver Troublemakers chapter.
Filled with every troublemaker. I mean, almost just a lot of troublemakers. And your eyeballs are just going to kind of boing out, like pop out when you read that.
Because it's really intense. But anyway, and so these troublemakers, these chemical compounds, these, I mean, not sorry, these chemicals that aren't good for us, they're not the natural ones inside our liver, inside our body that are produced. They're not the ones inside fruits and vegetables and other foods.
They're not those ones. Harmful materials are different chemical agents. And they cause problems.
So we're talking about all kinds of different problems. So there's a storage bin in the liver, a storage bin, different storage bins. And nutrients go in some storage bins, hormones go in other ones, biochemical agents go in some, chemical compounds go in another one.
The liver's intelligence system is so brilliant, it can measure, dilute, balance, release useful items that we need right into the bloodstream at any time to help us function, live and heal. And then the harmful materials, the harmful materials, those were the good ones, the harmful materials, there's a storage bin for that. A nice big storage bin in deep pockets of the liver, deeper pockets of the liver, in deeper areas for the worst, most worrisome, toxic stuff that we have in our livers that's buried deep inside.
I'm giving you kind of an overview, a little overview of how the liver stores and how it works. Because it's not just about, I just want you guys to connect. It's not just about, okay, I got to cleanse the liver, cleanse the liver.
When you look out there, it's like, hey, liver flush, liver flush. You look out there and it's like, okay, cleanse the liver. Meanwhile, the experts don't even know what they're talking about.
What are they cleansing? How are they cleansing? How does it work?
How does the liver store anything? What's going on? How can you be a cleansing expert when you don't even know how the liver works?
How can you possibly be a cleansing expert? You guys are going to be an expert on how the liver works. You're going to be an expert.
It's going to be a lonely place, a lonely place, I'm telling you now, because once you become an expert like this, and I'm sure many of you know with thyroid healing, once you become an expert on that level in that book, it's a lonely place, because now it's like you're a bumblebee trying to find another bumblebee somewhere. Because the reason why is because everybody else, they're not the experts. It's unbelievable what happens.
So it's going to be a lonely place with the liver book, because once you know this much about the liver, you got to hang in there for the ride. The knowledge is power. It's a superpower, but you're going to find that you'll notice out there in the world of health and on the internet how much little is known and how much very little people know, and you're going to be filled with all this knowledge and it's going to be a lonely place.
You got to hang in there. It'll be a happy place. So we have the medical medium community, and that's where it's not lonely.
You got to be in the medical medium community so you're not alone out there with the misinformation and the lack of knowledge that's out there. This is what you have to be with. It's great.
So all of this work that the liver does, and I'm talking about this amazing work that the liver does, makes the liver hungry, becomes a hungry, hungry hippo. It really does. In order for it to guard everything, to sort everything out, to guard the doorways in the liver's blood vessels from that highway of blood shooting up, in order to have its immune system functioning, the liver has its own immune system, its own immune system.
There's a whole section in Liver Rescue about the liver having its own immune system. It's still unknown by science. Really important to know because that one's important because you want to take care of your liver's immune system.
And so in order to do all the things it needs strategically to store the good and to drive the bad deep in its pockets of the liver to protect you, now never get upset about your liver storing toxins. You know, here's the thing. You think, hey, my liver's toxic.
Oh, my liver, it's bad liver. No, no, no, it's a good liver. You know, here's my liver, it's storing all this toxic, toxic debris, toxic stuff, toxic everything.
It must be bad. It's filled with all the stuff. It's sluggish.
It's like, no, no, it's a good liver. It's a good liver. It is.
And, you know, being a good liver, it's hungry because it's working so hard. Being a good liver means it's taking poisons, toxins, okay? Really bad stuff.
Real, real serious troublemakers. It's taking those. It's shoving them down deep in pockets to protect you because it doesn't want that stuff floating around and heading to your heart.
But you can get rid of them with foods, the right foods and the right cleansing and the right type of cleanser. There's a cleanse in Liver Rescue called the 369. It's a three day, three day, three day.
And that cleanse protects the liver and protects your bloodstream and protects your heart and your organs. So it's not some random, rogue, dumb cleanse that's out there for a liver that someone just came up with without a real source, meaning a real source. So, you know, we have to know, you have to know the power of this 369, what it's going to do.
It's going to allow the poisons to come out of deep pockets of the liver carefully without making you sick so you can heal and really cleanse your liver. But it's a good liver. It's a good liver to be able to just take all those toxins and shove them in different places and hide them away to protect you and your heart and your body and your brain.
But your liver needs to be fed. It needs a breakfast. It needs a lunch time.
It needs a dinner time. It needs breaks with snacks. It needs a chance to eat a coffee and doughnut.
It does. But we don't want coffee and doughnuts for our liver. Even though this has been happening since 18 something or 1920, I don't even, don't quote me on these years or anything, but it was all about coffee being bad for you, coffee being bad for you, coffee being good for you, coffee being good for you, coffee bad, coffee good, coffee bad, coffee good.
I know I sound like I'm actually a little bit crazy right there in the moment, but they are doing that, they're creating that. Because now coffee is the greatest thing in the world. They come out with new studies saying it can make you live longer than ever before.
Meanwhile, that's not true. Just be cautious, okay? That's not true.
If you're really into coffee and you live off of it and you love coffee and you want coffee and you want to have a little bit, fine, fine, get the good stuff. But be careful, be careful with it. It's not the best thing for you.
But anyway, our livers want that coffee break. They want that donut and coffee break. That's what they do.
But the liver is really not. The liver cells are really not asking for coffee and donuts. The liver lobules, they're not asking for that.
Their most important requirements is oxygen, water, sugar, mineral salts. So that's the most important nutrients. The most important foods.
That's what the liver yearns for. I'm going to just repeat that one more time. Oxygen, water, hydration, right?
Sugar, that's glucose, right? Mineral salts, right? That's what the liver's harping for.
That's what it's wanting for. That's what it's longing for. That's what it really needs.
It's the liver's fuel. It's the liver's fuel along with precious vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, other nutrients derived from fruits and vegetables, including the sugars from fruits and vegetables. The liver doesn't want any fat.
It does not want any fat. The liver will only use nutrients that are surrounded by sugar. This is an important, this is really important to understand right here.
The liver will only take in a vitamin, a nutrient, a mineral and use it if it's surrounded by glucose. It has to be surrounded by glucose. That's the most important thing to understand.
It has to be surrounded by that glucose. So if someone's on a diet with no sugars, no natural carbohydrates, no sweet potato, no squash, no winter squash, no fruits, no tomatoes, don't get sucked into that no tomato thing, whatever you do. It's one of the greatest foods for the liver.
Do not get sucked into that misinformation out there. I can't even tell you. This is a prime example of how, you know, life is precious.
I'm going to tell you right now, life is precious. Everything we can get out of it so we can live longer and healthier and not diminished lives. And when someone, for some silly reason, comes up with information, it's not even the right information, for 101 reasons, and tries to take a tomato away from you guys, it's not a good thing.
The tomato is critical for the healing of the liver. Don't be afraid of tomatoes. So if someone's diet has no carbohydrates, none of the sweet potatoes, none of the great squash, the winter squash, no fruit whatsoever, the liver will slowly starve over time.
Slowly starve. You'll starve your liver. It's one of the most important pieces of its fuel, is sugar, the most important food.
Now, I'm not talking about table sugar. I'm not talking about corn syrup. Those babies give sugar, glucose, fructose, things that are actually in fruits and other carbohydrates that are in potatoes and such those things.
It actually gives those all bad names. So that's what like table sugar and all those things and donuts and cookies and cakes of table sugar in there and corn syrup and everything and candy and all that. And that's not the same thing.
This is a great mistake in the industry. If this is new information to you, then you have to get the other books from Medical Medium or you have to get into the community and talk to some people, talk to some people that are in the community that are actually helping to get the information out there. So the liver requires the sugar to identify and hold on to nutrients to restore itself because it won't take a nutrient.
It won't take a nutrient unless there's sugar bound to it, unless there's glucose bound to it. And so it won't take them if they're not attached to sugar. If the liver sees a nutrient come in that's not bonded to sugar, it won't draw in the nutrient.
It will just let it roll on by in the bloodstream until it gets, until it exits the organ. Can you believe that? That's what's going on with people.
And when you're eating all the wrong sugars and you're eating it with all the wrong fats or you're on this low carb diet, you're starving the liver of sugar, even if you're feeling a little bit better because you got rid of processed foods, you're still going to get in trouble down the road. That's how important the healing foods we're about to come into any minute are. And the healing fruits are.
That's how important they really are. See how important this is? So it will just let it roll on by in the bloodstream until it exits the organ, like I said before.
Natural sugar also keeps the liver's engine cool. It keeps it vital. It stops it from running super hot.
So when you're eating fresh fruits and you're getting all that sugar in there from the fruits, meaning the right kind of glucose, and you're feeding your liver, your liver will cool down. It will cool down, and you know what happens then? It won't cause the gallbladder to become problematic and fill up with stones.
Because what happens when the liver runs super hot, as I talked about in the gallstone webinar, when the liver gets super, super hot and sick and stagnant and sluggish, and it's these high fat diets, and it's being starved from the high fat diets, the high protein diets, and it's literally starving, what it does is get so heated up, so heated up, and when it gets so heated up, that the gunk inside the liver shoots out of the liver, fills, what it does, it bonds to all these poisons inside the liver, and the bilirubin bonds to the poisons in the liver. They don't create stones in the liver, they shoot out as a gunk, like molten metal, right into the gallbladder, where the gallbladder stays cool, it has to stay cool. The hotter the liver gets, the colder the gallbladder has to get.
That's how it works. That's how the body functions. And that's why people get hot flashes, that's why people have liver heat, the extreme liver heat to no liver heat, hot and cold, sweats, non-sweats, night sweats, not sweats.
There's a battle going on because the gallbladder is trying to stay cool. And the minute that gunk files right up into the gallbladder, it forges, it cools down and forges stones, all the different gallstones. So that's what happens.
This is no joke. This is no joke. So the high fat trend, people think their liver needs fat to break down fat.
If I haven't, I don't know if I've heard anything stupider in my life. I know I'm not supposed to say that word, say that word. I know that.
I know that. I'm better than that. I know that.
I tell myself every day, come on, come on, grow up. Grow up, don't say words like that. But I can't help it.
With the high fat trend, people who think that their liver needs fat to help break down fat, it's really that stupid. So this is a massive blunder. It doesn't mean they're not smart people.
It doesn't mean they're not smart experts. It doesn't mean they're not meaning not meaning. They may not be good experts, but it doesn't mean they're not smart people, highly intelligent, have the best degrees in school.
Have the best degrees in school, but the best degrees in school, I'm sorry, still leave millions and millions of people chronically sick, laying in their beds, sick with fatigue, no answers, on medications, I don't care how big and fancy somebody's degree is, it still leaves people sick, chronically ill, in their beds, with chronic illness, with chronic illness. So it's important to know that. So this is a massive blunder, massive blunder.
It's taking the truth that your liver is responsible for breaking down fat and twisting that, because see what happens is your liver breaks down fat. It's putting all this bile going up the bile duct, it's going into the intestinal tract, into the duodenum intestinal tract, it's just saturating that whole area and just filling up that whole area. And it's there to disperse and break down fats.
And so they take that information, they take that information, and then they say, well, that means your liver must love fat. Of all the things, of all the things, I know, I know, I know, and they twist that, and they make you think your liver loves fat, and that sugar is going to hurt your liver and make you gain weight. It's incredible.
It's almost like the trend makers of today are experiencing depersonalization to what's happening in the body. Or it's like knowing someone you've worked with for years, hearing stories about their situation in life and passion and dreams, and never really listening or knowing who they are. If you did listen, you'd realize that asking them for a particular favor touched on one of their greatest injuries from over the years, right?
Instead, you were just hearing the sounds of their words and while thinking your own thoughts. And that's what's happening with the diets of today and how they treat the liver. You live with your body.
Pretend to understand. You think you understand. You assume you understand.
And you're actually taught how to listen, meaning like, and you never actually are taught how to listen or take the time to figure out what it needs. That's what happens with trends and misconceptions out there. It's unbelievable.
If the liver breaks down fats, well, let's give it all the fat we can get. That's how the misinformation of reasoning goes. Let's give it all the fat it needs.
That's what it means, meaning like high protein diet, just all the fat needs, high protein diet. The truth is that the liver is not hungry for fat calories. I'm telling you guys right now, it's not hungry for fat calories.
It's hungry for sugar calories. It uses sugar to fuel itself, to be able to produce bile, to break down fat. Check this out.
In order to break down fat, it uses sugar as fuel in order to create bile, to break down fats. Of all the stuff, man. Unbelievable.
And this is just one kind of silly thing in the industries. Alternative, conventional, whatever it is. I don't know what to call them anymore.
Whether it's alternative, conventional, I don't know what to call them. I've got to come up with a new name. Because it's strange how the information is not out there.
So maybe there's a new name to it all. Look, here's the deal. It takes the right balance in someone's blood to feed the liver properly.
And that's why we're talking about the foods that heal, cleanse and feed the liver. It takes the right balance so it can perform its adaptogenic bile functions. Sorting out the filtering process I explained in the whole beginning of this webinar, as well as do other things to keep the body from being out of balance.
I mean, this is serious stuff. This is serious stuff. And so we're going into this heavily.
Let's start getting into the fruits and vegetables. I could go on and on and on. I'm going to tell you right now, the book has a lot more information than I could spout out right now.
Than I could spat out right now. Than I could spit out right now. So the book has that much more information.
I'm in a good mood. I'm telling you, I'm in a good mood because we're so close. We're so close.
Some of you might even have the book by now. We're that close. Many of you might have the book by now.
We're that close to getting the books in our hands, all of us. That's why I'm a little extra pumped up, and bear with me, okay? A little bit more passionate.
Okay, so let's get into some foods. We're on it. We're on it.
Apples. Apples provide a living water. You know what that is?
A living water. It's a water that's not dead. That's a water that's not shot, dead, weakened, diminished.
It's a water that's active, alive. Apples provide a living water to support the liver's ability to hydrate, because, oh my God, remember when I told you I said the liver needs water, oxygen, right? It needs glucose and mineral salts.
Do you remember? Those are the things. So, you know, it's important.
So, apples provide a living water to support the liver's hydration capabilities so it can store the water. Okay, this is one thing I'm going to tell you right now. Since we're so close, I can't help it.
I'm going to have to tell you. The liver has the ability to compress water molecules. And this is so far from science and research figuring it out yet.
I don't know. They're never going to get this. They told me they'll never get this one, even 100 years from now.
And it compresses water molecules. But water molecules that are coming from elite sources. What's an elite source?
You would think, oh, well, that sounds so fancy. An elite source is like an apple, an apple. That's an elite source.
And it takes the water, the living water from that apple, and it can store that living water, compress it. It can compress it and rehydrate it. It can compress it, store it, and reactivate it to make it hydrated again.
It's a miracle, what we're talking about. Something that is absolutely miraculous. And apples help it do that.
Why does it matter? Because the liver has to stay hydrated, so you don't get dirty blood, so you don't get dirty blood, and you don't get strokes, and you don't get all kinds of crap that happens. Important to know.
And then it releases that living water molecule back into the bloodstream. When you're extra dehydrated, or your dirty blood occurs from being toxic, sick livers that everybody walks around with when they think they're fine. When I go into the public, and I'm standing around, and spirit's just rattling off nonstop, just rattling off nonstop everybody's liver issues, and they have no idea.
They have no idea. Or if I'm just like, I'm trying to like, get a little relaxation and get away from it all, and I'm outside in nature for a couple of minutes or something, and a plane flies overhead, and spirit starts rambling, rambling all that information from a bunch of people sitting in a plane above me that drives me crazy because I just want some peace for that moment. I have to wait till the plane goes by.
That right there, I mean, all this liver problems. I mean, there's other problems, too, people have, but just the liver, people think their liver's fine. It needs help.
So that's what the, so the apple starved bacteria, yeast, mold, other funguses and viruses out of the intestinal tract and helping to starve them out of the liver, too. And what else does the apple do? It keeps the sludge in the gallbladder out.
It actually gets it out of the gallbladder. It dissolves stones, too. It's a stone dissolver.
I wouldn't just eat, like, an apple a month or an apple a week. I mean, if that's all you can get, I'll take it. I'll take it.
If you can only get an apple once a year, I'll take it. I mean, God bless you if you can get an apple in you once a year. What about if you can get an apple in you a day?
Oh, apple a day keeps the doctor away. Oh, okay, I know, I know, I know. Some of you are probably thinking that.
I know I thought that instantly. But no, no, no. What about two apples a day?
Two apples a day keep the doctor away. Two apples a day. What about cleansing?
You know, in the 369, out of this liver rescue, when you get in there, you're going to be like, whoa, he's telling you to eat some apples. He's telling you to eat some apples. It's no joke.
All right, let's move on to some more foods. I want to make sure we get to some more foods. It's just too much going on.
Let's go to a couple of other foods. Artichokes, they contain a phytochemical compound that stops the growth of tumors and cysts inside the liver. A lot of people develop tumors and cysts and scar tissue.
Artichokes, can they really help that? What do you mean, they help to get rid of that? They help stop that.
Suppress it, stop it, back it down. Inhibit, that's the word I'm looking for. The liver relies on other chemical compounds found in artichokes, too, for many of its own chemical functions.
They work hand in hand to keep the liver's neutralization ability strong. Okay, what's the liver's neutralization? That's when the liver can neutralize harmful chemicals in the blood that's entering the liver, as I talked about before, disarming them before they leave the liver and get to the brain or the heart.
Is that unbelievable? Is that unbelievable? Spirit amazes me.
You know, as much as I've been irritated at Spirit since I was age four, when Spirit entered my life, what makes up for it is Spirit still amazes me. That's what makes up for it, to give us advanced information so we can take care of our families and our loved ones. We can take care of ourselves, take care of the people around us, spread the word, help others, and do good work in this world.
And it just amazes me what Spirit does and what you guys do. Actually, you guys amaze me, to be honest, of course. So anyway, the neutralization ability, there's things in artichokes that our liver needs for that, for screening and filtering the blood as well, for screening and filtering.
So the liver screens and filters, all the blood that enters the liver, and artichokes help that. Okay, arugula. Arugula, and remember these things help cleanse, too.
All of them. The apple helps cleanse the liver. Arugula, I'm just giving you unique things that are amazing about these fruits and vegetables, too, so you know, so you can bring these in.
Do you guys like arugula? I like it. It's kind of bitey, though, right?
It's kind of spicy, kind of bitey, sometimes bitter. It causes, the arugula, okay, it causes a gentle purging effect in the liver. That's what it does.
I like it because it's a great, meaning it's a really great one, a gentle purging effect. And I love that about that. So that's something that we like.
It's safely helps release toxins out of the liver safely. And that's what I like about arugula. Asparagus, that's a big one.
That's a big one, asparagus. Asparagus you'll find in the 369 Cleanse and Liver Cleanse and Liver Rescue. So you'll find that the asparagus, asparagus actually are high in flavonoids, which are really helpful, understudied, also unstudied flavonoids, that really help their really powerful, real powerful anti-inflammatories.
They act like a natural aspirin without having to take aspirin. That's what's incredible about asparagus. And they also soothe our livers.
They soothe them, but they also help get livers out of chaos, livers out of chaos, sick livers. That's how powerful asparagus are. But they do cleanse, and they do detox, and they do expel and dislodge fat cells.
They also expel and dislodge a lot of other poisons. So it's asparagus. Can you get some asparagus in your diet?
Because that's a good thing. That's a good thing. Atlantic Sea vegetables, dulse and kelp, they contain mineral salts that the liver desperately needs.
They contain mineral salts. These mineral salts are really important, such as iodine. Iodine levels are critical for the liver.
It stops the liver cells from getting damaged from pathogens and viruses and bacteria. Very important. Very important.
Bananas. Banana, banana, banana. Yeah, you're going to find all through the alternative conventional movement and probably eventually the conventional one.
They're all turning into one now. That's spooky. In the old days, there was a reason why they were separated.
There was a reason why. But they're just turning, molding into one right now. And it's just getting real spooky because they're not just molding into one, but they're all singing the same tune.
It's just really creepy. And that's not a good sign. You know what happens when that happens, right?
That means that, you know, if you're a different thinker with a different truth, it's not really accepted so much. So in a way, it's kind of spooky. Okay, bananas.
Bananas are like the evil doer of the industries. They think it's like the evil, the evil wicked witch or something in the West, whatever it is. The fructose in banana is the liver's favorite food source.
It provides quick fuel to the liver. Quick fuel, quick fuel. I'm saying fuel like gasoline, you know, in your car.
I'm saying like, you know, fuel. Banana fuel. So, it's quick.
It's quick. And it loves the banana fuel. It loves the banana fuel.
It soothes the lining of the intestinal tract of those bananas. And, contrary to popular belief, bananas are the antibacterial, anti-yeast, anti-bad fungal foods. They're a great food.
Great food for the body. Okay, so that's just, that's just, these are just a couple little tidbits. Berries are a medicine chest for the liver, you guys.
Don't ever give up on berries. I know you guys like berries. The wild blueberry I love.
Also other berries. You could do other berries too. There's something called hepo, it's something called cuffler cells.
Cuffler cells. Cuffler cells are actually hungry for what antioxidants that are in berries that feed these cuffler cells. It's part of, part of the different types of cells that are inside the liver and the lobules and so forth.
Very important things. Raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, all those are really helpful. Broccoli, inside the trunks of broccoli are sulfur compounds.
You know, the trunks of brocc, the trunk, not just the flowery top of the trunk. And these sulfur compounds are fantastic for helping to control pathogens and viruses inside the liver. It's an amazing thing.
Brussels sprouts, you're going to know, you're going to notice that in this cleanse, in this detox, you're going to notice there's a lot of Brussels sprouts going on. Now, if you're, the Brussels sprouts are really dense. They're really dense.
If you try to eat a ton of them at once, you're going to be stuffed. You're just going to be stuffed. I mean, honestly, they're really filling.
I don't know if you guys have experienced that. I have. I mean, I love Brussels sprouts, so when I eat them, I mean, you could steam them up and get them nice and soft.
And if you eat them, yeah, they're incredible for the liver. So that's something, if you're somebody that's 100% raw, you can eat them like, you know, like I'll eat them raw. I'll eat a Brussels sprout raw.
I mean, they're potent and they're, you know, they're crunchy and hard to chew, but you can eat a Brussels sprout raw. You just chop them up fine or you can do that too. Or you can just, you can steam them up if you like it that way too, either way.
Brussels sprouts, ultimate liver cleansing food. You know, you can juice a Brussels sprout too. I mean, I've done that.
I've juiced a Brussels sprout. You know, you just, you don't want to juice a ton of them. They're so potent, so you got to be careful.
An ultimate liver cleansing food, it provides a lot of chemical compounds to fight the nutrients. I really love Brussels sprouts. It's the brassica family.
It's incredible. So what it does is it loosens up the old cells. You'll read about it in the Liver Rescue.
It loosens up old cells. The sulfur ability helps to also get rid of pathogens and get them expelled out of the liver. But it really helps to get poisons out of the liver.
So we're going through some of these. We're going through some of these. Celery.
It's got subgroups of sodium I call cluster salts. Cluster salts. They protect the liver's cell membranes.
They also stop viruses. They strip the viral cells down, breaking them down. They bind on to free-floating poisons.
Celery juice cleanses your liver every morning when you drink it. How incredible is that? You can't go wrong with celery juice.
You can't go wrong. I mean, and you're going to see, that one you got to think about. That's got to think about if you're not on that.
So we got plenty more where that comes from. Cilantro. I love cilantro because it binds on to heavy metals.
Throw it in the Medical Medium Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie. You'll see all the recipes in Liver Rescue. There's recipes in there.
There's photographs. There's recipes. There's all that.
One of the things that we do, one of the things that Spirit and I want to do and what we do here is we don't want to sell you a separate recipe book. We don't want to do that. We want to make sure that recipe book is in the book itself.
So it's a one-time purchase and that you guys could save money and everything because I'm always worried about that. And so this way, you know, we don't do it the opposite way. And so people get surprised.
They open the book and they're like, oh my God, there's a whole recipe in this book too as well. In Liver Rescue, there's a whole recipe book in this Liver Rescue. Just for warning you because you're going to open it up and be like, whoa.
Or you're going to be thinking, okay, well, what do I do now? What recipes do I have to get? Where do I have to go to get those?
Is there another liver book out there with recipes that has nothing to do with this book? No, no, no. Don't do that.
It's in this book. Just so you know. Cilantro and the phytochemical compounds cling to other troublemakers like neurotoxins from viruses that we talk about, dermatoxins from viruses that end up in our livers.
Cilantro is a liver cleansing, liver building herb. So I'll keep on going cranberry, cranberry, cranberry. The anthocyanins in cranberries, they're multifaceted.
So they do more than one job for the liver. They stop oxidation of cells in the liver. They also cleanse the liver, deep parts of the liver.
This harsh fruit acid in the cranberry, because it's got a harsh fruit acid, kills pathogens, harbors a tremendous amount of vitamin C. Great thing cranberries for the liver. You can do cranberry water, you can do cranberry, it's incredible what you can do.
So there's so many other things. Cucumbers are the ally to the liver. Cucumbers are the liver's ally.
How amazing is that? Amazing. The ally to the liver hydrates the liver.
The liver can get that living water that it needs, so it can compress it for backup storage of living water molecules. It can rehydrate to protect you when you're severely dehydrated in a moment where you're dehydrated and you have no water. Do you know why someone can last in the desert for a little while without water?
It's because of the liver. And the stronger the person's liver is, the longer they'll last without water. That's how it works.
Because when you run out of water on a hike, and it happens to people all the time, they get severely dehydrated, or they lose their lives in desert walks, because they go on some desert walk trail for like 10 miles, 15 miles, and they're just out there somewhere, and they brought a half a bottle of water. It's horrible what happens. It's been happening for decades.
But the person who lasts the longest, or makes it back home, for some miraculous reason, even though they're severely dehydrated, it's because the liver released all those stored up molecules. And cucumbers offer that. Offer that.
So that's really important to know. They also help cleanse the liver, of course. Dandelion greens, amazing.
Amazing. Purging effect occurs to the liver. Love it.
It makes the liver squeeze, let go, squeeze, let go, squeeze, let go, squeeze, let go. Incredible. Dates are an intestinal tract cleanser, which help the liver.
That's what you want. So dates. Don't be afraid of dates.
Have a date. Don't be afraid of dates. I mean, it's amazing.
There's like a war out there. A war. And that war is like crazy.
It's like, let's shut down fruit. Let's stop fruit. Let's stop people from believing they can eat fruit.
Did you know in all the supermarkets across the country, they stock fruit, not because people buy it, because people are told not to buy it. They're learning not to buy it. They're told not to buy it.
It's too much sugar and carbohydrates. All of the low carb diets that have been going on for the last six years, they've been going on for years, but now they're really going on where it's nonstop right now, stops people from buying fruit. They only buy a clam shell of berries.
Did you know the supermarkets still stock all the different fruits there, and they have to throw them out? Did you know across the country, they have to dump piles and piles of fruit now because of the low-carb trend, which is actually bad for the liver? So I'm just letting you know what's going on here, just so you got an idea of what's happening.
It's so sad. I talked to a couple of different produce managers in a couple of different areas, and I talked to somebody else too, somebody who actually owns a grocery store. I talked to somebody too, and they said they can't believe it.
They have to stock it all, so it's there and it looks pretty. But it's all of the everybody going in now, and the produce managers are talking to people while they're getting stuff and everything is like, oh, no, I can't have a banana. No, no, I can't have an orange.
No, no, no, I can't have a watermelon. No, no, no, I'm on a new diet. It's just a high fat.
It's not high fat. I'm on a new diet. It's a high protein diet when they don't realize it's straight high fat, and no carbohydrates, low carbohydrate diet.
And they're throwing away billions, millions, millions and millions of pounds, hundreds of millions of pounds of fruit is being thrown away now. Yeah, just think about that one for a minute. So not only does the stupidity and the misinformation hurt a person directly, it hurts the planet.
It hurts everybody. It's just, it's unbelievable. So don't be afraid of dates.
Figs, figs are a great one too. And there's a lot, there's other foods for the liver. I have a whole bunch of them in here.
There's a whole bunch of other foods. Figs, incredible. They help with the hydrochloric acid, which remember we talked about the hydrochloric acid in the other webinars.
It's important to know. Garlic is a liver food. It helps the liver deal with all of the pathogens, purging pathogens out of the liver.
If you can't handle garlic, try a little bit of onion. Try a little bit of onion. Grapes shunned for their high sugar content, right?
Grapes that are shunned for their high sugar content? Think twice. The sugar in grapes helps revitalize the liver.
All right? So don't be afraid of that. There's a lot of other great foods.
Jerusalem artichokes, they're also called sunchokes. So these roots are amazing because they're very helpful. They have compounds that help protect the liver from fast spreading diseases and so forth.
They're really powerful. So hot peppers, if you like a little hot pepper and spice, amazing for the liver. Mushrooms.
Mushrooms contain hundreds of undiscovered phytochemical compounds. A lot of you guys don't like mushrooms. That's fine.
Some people like them. But many of these compounds detoxify the liver without hurting the liver. So mushrooms are medicine.
Just don't go foraging for your own mushrooms. I don't care how good you are at it. I don't care.
I mean, unless you're so good at it. If you're so good at it, and you really know what you're picking out there. I've known guys that really got...
I'm considered good at it. I'm not trying to boast, because I got spirit. So all through the years, even in my childhood, I'd be like, what about this mushroom?
Spirit said that one will kill you. You know, I said, well, what about this mushroom? Spirit said, well, that one will kill you faster than the other one.
I said, what about that one? Spirit said, well, that will just burn a hole in your tongue and you'll be running to the emergency room. I said, well, what about this one?
Spirit said, that one's edible, perfectly edible. I pop it in my mouth. So I was lucky to have that.
There's some really great experts. They don't have that, but they're still out there and they're touching their tongue. They're biting little pieces of mushrooms.
Just don't do that. Just get the ones you know in the store. Okay, get the ones you know in the store.
Leafy greens. Incredible cleansing tool for the liver. You can apply it on a daily basis.
Incredible. Leafy greens, lettuces, the whole bit. Don't be afraid of leafy greens, okay?
Incredible. Lemons and limes. They improve our hydrochloric acid production in our stomach, which is helpful.
They also cleanse fatty liver. They also help dissolve gallstones. Can't go wrong.
Melons. Incredible, powerful cleansing tool. What a great cleansing food for the liver.
And that's what I mean. Now people are going to the store like, oh, I can't, too much sugar in watermelon. Too much sugar in a honeydew melon.
Oh, wait, cantaloupe. Too much sugar. I'm on a new diet.
I'm on an anti-fruit. No low, you know, no carb, low carb diet. I can't have that piece of melon.
And then, you know, a billion melons get thrown into a pile, into a compost pile, into the dump site. It's unbelievable what's happening right now. So melons, powerful liver cleansing food.
And they have the ability to hydrate the liver. They have the ability to cleanse the liver. But not be afraid of them.
Have melons on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Maybe you can have them after your celery juice. You can have them after your lemon water.
You can have them early. You can have them a little later. Just don't have them after something heavier.
Heavier. So don't have them after something heavier. There's a peach recipe, a peach recipe, nectarine recipe in Liver Rescue.
Delicious, delicious, delicious peaches. Incredible for the liver. They take out old deep seeded poisons and debris and putrefied food in the small intestinal tract, which helps your liver get better.
Oranges and tangerines. Hey, oranges and tangerines, anybody? You guys like oranges?
Provides a wealth of calcium and vitamin C the liver can use. And the one that's coupled with that glucose from the sugar, from the orange, that's when the liver draws it in and gains strength. It's incredible.
Papayas, love it. Incredible intestinal tract food and liver food. You can't, you can't beat it.
Papayas, the big ones. I like the big ones. The maradol papayas, the big papayas.
Parsley is a great one. Now here's one I want to mention. Pattaya, patea, patea.
That one right there. Also called dragon fruit. The red pigment.
You can get frozen dragon fruit in the freezer department, you guys. It's a red fleshed, it's a red fleshed patea. Patea variety.
It's a rejuvenator of the liver. It brings the liver cells back and it cleanses the liver of poisons. And there's lots of patea in this book.
Important to know that. Raw honey. That's right.
Raw honey contains a combination of sugar that the liver needs desperately with minerals, vitamins and nutrients to restore the liver. So what do you think? Pretty good?
Pretty good? Red cabbage helps the liver. That's a great one.
Spinach, the mineral salts and spinach really help the liver with its over 2,000 undiscovered chemical functions. And there's nutrients in the mineral salts in the spinach. So that's a great one too.
Also, spinach helps the liver receive B12 better. That's something to know about. Sweet potatoes.
All the sweet potatoes are beneficial. White sweet potatoes, regular sweet potatoes, they're all important for the glycogen glucose storage, hormone balancing, phytochemicals of the liver, very important. Tomatoes.
Let's talk about tomatoes for one minute. Tomatoes harness critical, critical phytochemicals, micronutrients, vitamins, minerals to support the liver. You can't go wrong with tomatoes.
Don't be afraid of them. And the fruit acid in a tomato helps the gallbladder get rid of the sludge inside the bottom of the gallbladder. It helps stop stones from growing.
It actually dissolves the stones. So tomatoes have a high mineral content, too, that feed the liver. You can't go wrong.
You can't go wrong at all. Just don't have pizza with tomato sauce, some kind of weird genetically altered cheap tomato sauce with, you know, cheese and bad oil and wheat bread and have a slice of pizza. And then, you know what?
The tomato is still actually helpful in that situation. Believe it or not, the tomato is the best thing going for you in that situation. Maybe even some garlic, too, in the tomato sauce.
But don't eat it. Don't eat it. While blueberries, can't say enough about those, the pigments help bring back the liver.
Damage from the liver, our livers get damaged every day. Nobody even knows about it. They're just damaged every day.
And we can stop that. We can stop that. So, let's go into some supplements for a couple of minutes.
I think we have a little time. We can go into some supplements, too. So, supplements are important.
Go to medicalmedium.com, so you know what supplements to get, so you know the right ones to get, medicalmedium.com. There's a supplement directory on my website. It's so you don't waste $30 on something that's not going to help.
That's why this is created on the website. I don't own supplement companies. I'm not a salesman.
I am not a salesman. I repeat, I don't own any supplement companies. Nothing bugs me more.
When someone that has no idea about me, doesn't know who I am, doesn't know what I do, doesn't know what our community is about, and says that I'm all for money or something, or sales or something, that's the most ridiculous thing on the planet because guess what? I don't sell any supplements, and I don't have, and I'm not an owner of any supplement company or so forth and all this other stuff. It's important to know.
But to have a directory so that you can actually get the right one, so you're not wasting your time, so you can heal. That matters. That matters to me.
So great supplements for the liver, 5MTHF. Okay, so methylfolate. That's a great one for the liver.
It helps with the liver receiving B12. ALA, alfa-lopeic acid, it's a great liver supplement. Aloe vera, aloe vera water.
That's a great one. You can scoop out the aloe vera. Some people in the medical medium community do that all the time.
It's incredible. Omelaberry, that's a great antioxidant food. That's a great one, omelaberry.
Ashwagandha is good for the liver, too. Ashwagandha is an herb that strengthens the adrenals, which in turn helps your liver. Barley grass juice powder.
Yep, barley grass juice powder. I like the Vimergy barley grass juice powder. It's the one I use every day.
That's a great one. You just see them all in the directory. All these different companies that have all these different products, you'll see it all in there.
The bee complex I like for the liver, too. That's a great one. Burdock root.
Burdock root, you don't have to look on the supplement directory for burdock root. You can go into the grocery store, go into the grocery store, and get some burdock root and juice it. Don't juice a ton of them.
Just throw one in your juice, your other juice, not the celery juice, the one that's with all your other different vegetables and stuff. Burdock root's amazing. So that's incredible.
What can it do? The juice from the fresh burdock root, extremely medicinal for the liver. It actually cleanses the liver, purges it on a deep level, getting toxins out from a deep, deep, deep level.
So that's a great one. Cat's claw can be good for the liver. It kills off pathogens, viruses that are inside the liver.
Chaga mushroom, chaga mushroom. So my directory has chaga mushroom. Chicory root reduces gallstones.
So it helps to reduce gallstones, helps to eat away. It has a phytochemical compound. It helps eat away gallstones.
So that's great. Find that on the directory. CoQ10, that's a great antioxidant for the liver.
Dandelion root. You have dandelion root tea. That's a great one.
So we got all these different things we have. We have goldenseal. That's a great one for killing pathogens and strep and everything.
Hibiscus. That's a good one for the liver. Okay, so there's an anthocyanin compound that gives the hibiscus its red coloring which helps rejuvenate the liver, bringing it back.
That's something we could do. Lemon balm. I love lemon balm for the liver.
The lemon balm loves the liver. The liver loves lemon balm. Kills off pathogens, bacteria.
It does even more than it. It calms the nerves. It relaxes the liver.
Calms the nerves of the liver. It calms the nerves of the liver, so the liver can cleanse and detox. So these are some licorice root tea.
I mean, you can do so much for the liver. I like magnesium for the liver, too. That's a great one.
So these are some of the supplements you're going to see when you get the book Liver Rescue. When you get this book Liver Rescue, you're going to love it, because it has so many great things for the liver. Sparrelene is good for the liver, not bad for the liver, good for the liver.
It pulls out the toxic heavy metals that sit inside the liver, killing our livers. You can't go wrong with that vitamin C. Don't get the wrong vitamin C.
That's why I like the directory for the best companies for vitamin C. Because if you get the wrong vitamin C, you might get some just straight ascorbic acid coming from the wrong sources. You've got to be careful.
Get the right one. Get the right kind of zinc. Our livers get zinc deficient.
And we need zinc in our liver because zinc, the liver, over 2,000 chemical compounds that the liver does, zinc plays a role in every one of them. Get the right zinc. So all these things matter.
There's a little rundown on some of the supplements. I love you guys. You need to know that we covered so much material here.
I had to give you the first part of this webinar. I had to be a part of how the liver works so that you know when you're eating your apple why you're really doing it and what you're really doing it for. It's so important.
And you're going to check out that 369 Liver Cleanse. And if you don't want to do that cleanse and you just want to do the 28-day cleanse from Medical Medium Book 1, it's liver-friendly 100% and it helps the liver. If you want to do the 90-day thyroid cleanse, so you can do one month out of the 90-day thyroid cleanse, it still helps the liver.
But 369, take a look because it does something a little different. It goes specifically in for the liver versus fixing all kinds of other problems. And the body goes specifically in the liver for cleansing it.
I love you guys. This has been a great webinar. Thank you for being here with me.
I want you just to take one day at a time, know that I'm truly, truly blessed to have you in my life. God bless you. Bless your heart.
Bless your soul. You guys mean the world to me. You really do.

And I can't thank you enough for all the hard work you have done and you're doing. And I can't thank you enough for getting the book, for getting the book.
And know that I'm with you. You're in my heart. I'm in your heart too, hopefully.
And we take one day at a time. We'll get better together. I don't care what it takes.
I got your back. Spirit's got our back. And amazing, amazing.
You're gonna hear from me again. You're gonna hear from me again, okay? I love you.
Take care. And bye now.
