How many people do you know who struggle with their health? Chances are, whether they show it or not, most of the people in your life do. And chances are, you're one of them. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, endometriosis, acne, eczema, autoimmune, thyroid, lime, brain fog, fatigue, or any other symptom or condition, you're far from alone. Living with symptoms has become the new normal. So no more guessing games. It's time to get answers. Welcome to the Medical Medium Podcast. I'm Anthony William. We're talking about being in a slump. Better yet, we're talking about how to break that and get out of a slump. And this includes getting in touch with who we really are, getting in touch with our free will or willpower, realizing that the slump we may be in is temporary. And it doesn't define you. The slump you're in isn't who you are. Far from it. When too many annoying things start happening in your life, it starts to break us down. It's easy to think this is how it's always going to be, struggle after struggle. But life ebbs and flows, and difficult times can shift. And during the storms, we could be as strong as an oak tree and ride out that storm and grow from it and build an inner power we never thought existed before. But keep in mind, it doesn't have to be something really hard to do when breaking a slump. Instead, it's the little things. The little things. Every little thing can be a powerful force, a powerful tool. Get ready for this episode. Fasten your seatbelts. We're talking about breaking a slump. Yeah, hey, thanks. I'm, you're my best therapist. I know. I've been saying that for years. How am I doing today? Um, slightly. I've just been in a slump. I just can't get out of it. It's like a slump. I don't know if it's like a string of bad luck. I just can't, I don't know what it is. Maybe it's just the cards I'm dealt. I mean, is that what it is? Like we come here and we're born and then it's just the cards we're dealt with. Is there such a thing or is it just karma? Is this, is this what I'm supposed to be doing right now? Just constantly in a slump? I was talking to a friend of mine the other day and he's got such good luck. It's crazy. It's like, he's a lucky. He's just a lucky guy. It's like, I called him a lucky bastard the other day and then he turned around and he got mad and he said, why would you call me a bastard? And then he said, like, what are you jealous? Because I'm so lucky? I had to think about it for a second. I guess I was. He said, you just couldn't have called me just a lucky guy. You had to call me a lucky bastard. And then he said, all I do is bring him down. Anyway, I just need something to shift. Do you have any advice? Not all slumps are the same. Not everybody's slump is the same. Different people, different slumps. Different experiences, different slumps. And what's a slump? What is a slump anyway? It could be anything that doesn't seem right or doesn't feel good. It could be a feeling of being held back. It could be a feeling of missing out on something. It can be a strange sensation. It can be a struggle. It can be a conflict, an internal conflict. It can be a strange depression of some kind that hits you. It can be an internal emotional battle. It can be an episode about of OCD that seems to be really hanging on and just doesn't want to let go. A slump can be a sadness that comes and goes, just not identifiable. The slump can even be like a string of bad luck. You're just going through something, nothing's going your way, nothing seems to be landing or going right for you. Where everything was just going great, everything was going smooth and then all of a sudden rough patches. It could even be in relationships. A relationship is going great, all is well, everything's coming together and then boom, it all falls apart and now you're in a slump. Or maybe you're somebody that's on the dating scene and everything seems to be going good. You're getting a lot of dates, you like the people you're meeting and then it all runs dry and you're in a dating slump. Or maybe you're somebody that has a lot of friends and you always have somebody to hang out with, you're always invited to things and all of a sudden you're not getting invites. You feel like you're in some kind of like friend slump. People aren't reaching out to you as much. Or maybe simply you just want to meet more people, but you're not getting the opportunities. You're not running into people. You're not finding good people to meet. You're in a making new friends slump. Maybe you're somebody that gets triggered. You get triggered because you've been through a lot. You struggle from a lot of PTSD and it seems to be percolating back up a bit. And you're kind of stuck in an old PTSD slump. We can try to define a slump all we want, but you kind of know it's there when it's there. You can kind of feel it when it's happening. You can get a sensation, a kind of realization that you're in that slump. But slumps are all different for everybody. It can be on the most minimal level to the most maximum level. It could be just straight out, nothing's going right. You don't feel well, you've been chronically sick, you've been struggling with different conditions, different symptoms. Also nothing seems to be going right in life in the moment. Friendships, relationships, work status, family situations. Some people's slumps are just, they're down in the dumps. And you might define it entirely different, but you know what I'm talking about. It's a slump. So let's talk about getting out of a slump. Breaking a slump. First things first, identifying it. There's a pattern developing. Locking in to that is the first part. Saying, whoa, whoa, whoa, something's going on here. Whatever this is, I gotta shift it. Or it's gotta shift. And most likely, it's gonna pass. It's gonna shift on its own. Most likely, it's gonna move over you like a storm. But if it's sticking around and is sticking around, which seems to be too long, then we gotta take some steps to breaking it. At least some steps to fortifying, to bolstering, to strengthening while it's passing through. And so at this point, we gotta identify it. Something's going on here, something's wrong here. And then when that realization hits, it's time to break it. It's time to get to work. Big or small, whatever that slump is, we gotta find a routine. If we had a routine, we gotta hold on to it. Because sometimes there's an impact with things that happen in our life, whatever that is. Whether we get hit with a chronic illness, hit with a symptom, hit with bad news, hit with a relationship struggle. Whatever it is, we need to try to hold on to whatever routine that we were doing before you got hit with anything. Hit with bad news, inconvenienced, maybe some confrontation, maybe something that really is disappointing to you occurred, maybe it's a new physical struggle, maybe it's a new mental struggle, maybe it's out of your control completely, but that's okay. We still got to find that routine, and maybe you never had one anyway, and then boom, we got to create a new one now. Maybe you had one, but it was interrupted, because what went wrong was involved with the routine, because everything that blew up was the previous routine. So now it's about starting a new one. Because when a storm comes along, it can knock us off our game. It can knock anybody off their game. It can shift their life so much that anything good they were doing for themselves just gets blown away. So we got to hold on to the very things we were doing for ourselves that was good for us, even if whatever went wrong was with someone that was doing those good things with you. You still need to get back on the horse, get back on the wagon, and start doing those again. So let's talk about physically moving, taking walks. Walks are powerful, they're important for a routine. Physically moving the legs and the arms, even if your mind is troublesome, even if you're battling toxic thoughts, or just battling somebody else's demons. Taking walks releases the pressure cooker valve, helps to rewire the brain, the emotional and physical and spiritual body. Regardless of where the walk is, but if the walk is in nature, takes it to another level. Even minimal nature, just walking along and hearing a bird chirp, and making note of that, is powerful for breaking a slump, and important to keep on your routine. Now if you're somebody that can't walk, you're chronically ill, it's really hard, you don't have the physical strength yet, the physical energy yet, you're in recovery, you're working on your healing process, and all you can do is just walk to the bathroom, all you can do is just walk to the kitchen, walk to the living room, maybe just walk out the door, walk around your home, it all counts. Any form of walking, it's part of the routine, it's important, it's critical. And if you're somebody that does walk a lot of miles a day, keep it going, keep it in the routine, even when that storm comes. If that storm seems to take it away, that's all right, because you're going to do it in the future, you're going to do it soon, you're going to keep that walk in, you're going to bring that walk back. If you're somebody struggling with fatigue, you're tired all the time, or you have a condition, chronic fatigue syndrome, or maybe the fatigue just comes and goes, you got burnt out adrenals, your adrenals have gone through a lot. Maybe you've gone through a lot of fight or flight, and fight or flight can bring us into a slump. Our nervous system gets beaten down, a lot of adrenaline was coursing through our veins and bloodstream, and we feel like we just get tapped out. And it's possible you've gone through a lot of things emotionally. Maybe someone broke your trust, maybe betrayal occurred, and it happened one too many times. Your adrenals took a hit, you bend through a lot, and it throws you off your game, and that fatigue makes you feel like now you're back in that slump. But always remember, it's not going to stay that way. That that fatigue can ebb and flow. The tiredness can come and go. Your adrenals can build back up and get stronger. Your central nervous system can rebuild and get stronger. And it's not going to stay the same. You're going to come out of that slump. Because no one is going to take your adrenals down. And you have to know you're going to recover and get stronger. And you know if you have severe chronic fatigue or any kind of chronic fatigue, you could do Medical Medium protocols. You can bring in the lemon balm every single day, bring it into your routine and protect your nervous system. Start to bring it back. You can bring in the thyme tea to start knocking down any kind of pathogen associated with that fatigue if it's severe. Many times a slump can start weakening the immune system, start breaking down the immune system, especially if the slump is caused by anything emotionally like some kind of trauma or some kind of hardship or some kind of exposure. And one thing's for certain, we can use our free will to shift that slump. We can use our free will to use a tool like lemon balm tea every single day and we can bring it into our routine. Just lemon balm tea and thyme tea alone can help break a slump. Another way to break that slump cycle is thinking about the future you. You in the future. How do you see yourself in the future? If you're not well, if you're battling any kind of chronic illness, if you're on Mattress Island or Couch Island, if you're struggling with anything, see yourself healed in the future because what you're going through won't be the same down the road. It will pass. You're going to be on the other side of what you're going through and you're going to be on the other side of what you're suffering with. You're going to get there. It's coming. Your healing is on its way. So you may as well see it. See it in the future because it's coming. You may as well grab on to it. Now see your future you as healthy and strong and have a conversation, a private conversation between you and your future self and have your future self talk to you about how healthy you are in the future. Have your future self explain to you how you healed. Have that future self tell you you recovered, you're better and receive peace from your future self. Your future self knows better because your future self is you in a future healing state of being. Even if you do this just once a week or even once a day, connecting to the future you can help pull you out of a slump, a present moment slump. Another real powerful slump breaker, is the use of light. Just saying the word light can start to alter and reshape a slump. Saying the word light again, light can start to break apart a slump. The word itself is so powerful, all on its own, all by itself, the word light can shift the frequencies, shift the atmosphere, shift the ether around you, shift negative energy, can shift a mental state, can shift a demon attack, can alter a negative thought, can move stagnant energy, especially when the intention's behind it, especially when that willpower is behind it, especially when that free will is behind it. Then the word light is backed by more power, the power within your own soul, and then envision you seeing the light when you say the word light, and then direct the intention of the word light. I want it to break this slump. I feel I'm stuck. I feel my life is stuck, it's stagnant, it's sluggish. I feel my liver is stagnant and sluggish. I feel my energy is in a constant blocked state, and I need something to change. I need it to change for the better. I need to start turning my life around. I need to start healing emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. I need to get back on that wave. I need to get back on that ride. I need to get back on that horse. I need to move forward. So I'm going to say that word, light. And if you can say that word with me, light, light, light, you can break that slump. There are many tools you can use to break a slump. Just choosing one powerful tool a day can be helpful. Bring in celery juice every single day. Juice celery, one time a day. That's all it takes for it to help restore neurotransmitters, strengthen electrical impulses, rewire the brain, strengthen the central nervous system, preventing a slump or preventing a worse slump. Even if you've been already doing celery juice and a slump hits, it doesn't mean stop, it means keep it going. Reason why is because it can shorten that slump. Because if you're not doing the celery juice, that slump could possibly get worse. And if celery juice is not your cup of tea, bring in that lemon water, flush out all those poisons, toxins, old adrenaline from the day before. When someone's in fight or flight, it's part of the slump, struggling with confrontation, conflict, all kinds of different struggles, emotional ups and downs, difficult relationships. Old toxic adrenaline can be the result of it. And that old toxic adrenaline sits inside the bloodstream, then it gets deep into the tissue, deep into the organs, deep into the liver, and becomes toxic waste with information of hurt stored inside that waste. Adrenaline that was released because of fight or flight, because of fear, because of betrayal, trust breakage, because of hurt, is coded. That adrenaline is coded with information, carries information, floats around the body for days, weeks and even years, and slumps take advantage of old toxic adrenaline with old hurt within that adrenaline sitting inside tissue. You bring in that lemon water every single day, half a squeeze of lemon, in 16, 20, 32 ounces of water every single morning, flush out that liver, flush out that toxic adrenaline in the bloodstream, and protect yourself from a future slump, or help get out of a present one. If you're someone who's been through a lot, and you feel like you're in the depths of despair, you feel like you're just in darkness, you can't see through it, you can't see, it's hard. All you think about is the hopelessness. All you think about is how hard things are. You know better, but it feels impossible to break the cycle, to get out of that hopelessness. You feel like you don't have faith, even if you believe in God, and you know God's watching. It's still hard, because you've been through a lot, and nobody seems to understand, because they weren't in your shoes, and they didn't experience what you're experiencing. And this slump feels so heavy, it feels like such a burden. And you wonder if you're going to get out of it at all. There is something you should know. You are. You are going to get out of that slump. You are going to get out of that hopelessness. You are going to get past it. That storm's going to pass. You are going to feel the peace in your heart and your mind. You are going to feel the strength and the relief and the peace in your soul. Even though you feel like you're in the darkest hour, you're in the worst situation in that moment. It's going to turn around. And one of the most powerful ways to pull out of this is calling upon the unknown angels, asking for their help. It takes faith, same faith you have in God. The unknown angels are there for you. And they're watching and they're looking out, asking for them out loud. You can whisper it as well, but asking for their help. Unknown angels, please help. I'm going through a lot right now, and I can't seem to break it. I want to move forward. I want to heal emotionally. I want peace in my heart. You ask the unknown angels for help. They know you're a good person. They know it's not your fault. They know you deserve to be at peace and to heal, to be emotionally strong. Ask them for help before you go to bed at night. These unknown angels are profound slump breakers. Another wonderful tool to help break slumps is getting familiar with the term light heart. Keep a light heart. Having those words in your consciousness is critical. Having those words in your subconsciousness is imperative. Having those words in your mind can alter and change even some of the most difficult frequencies. You're feeling down, keep a light heart. Remember that. You're struggling with something, say to yourself, keep a light heart. You're with someone and they're struggling, tell them, keep a light heart. You're around somebody, they're giving you a hard time, say to yourself, keep a light heart. You saw something that's jarring, something that's stressful, something that's difficult to see, keep a light heart. Light heart is a term I've used my whole life. I see it in scripture. It's a healing tool. Spirit of Compassion taught me to use that as a young child. I've seen what it can do, but you can use it as a tool too. You can bring it into your life. You can say it to yourself. You can say it to others and never underestimate its power. The term itself, light heart, instantly calms the adrenals, instantly keeps a balance when up against fight or flight. Light heart is so powerful that it can keep somebody stable in a crisis. It can keep you balanced and stable in a crisis. Say the word with me, light heart. And now, let's say the whole healing tool, the whole phrase. Keep a light heart. Bring this into your life, and you will experience its power. Have you ever stood in front of an oak tree that's been around for a long time? If you really stand there or even sit there and admire it, and take a good close look, it can truly be moving. Look at the size of that oak tree. Look at the branches going upward and outward. Look at the crevices. Look at the bark. Look at the knots. And that oak tree has been around a long time. Wars have gone by, and the oak tree is still there. When I was younger, I used to admire this one oak tree. I had a lot of respect for it. Back then, if I was going through a hard time or a hard moment, or a conflict of some kind, a personal struggle, I would sit by that oak tree. I would pick the acorns up, flick them out of my hand, then grab a few twigs, sit down in front of that oak tree, and snap those twigs. And Spirit would tell me, it's going to pass. What I was worried about in the moment, what I was battling in the moment, what I was struggling with, what I was upset about, would eventually pass. The heartache, the storm I was in, was going to pass. Just like all the storms that oak tree went through, they came and they went. And the oak tree was still standing. And I was a little kid then. And as the years went by and we moved away, and I grew up, I experienced a lot more storms in life. And those storms and those challenges came and went. And then I stumbled across somebody that happened to visit that area, growing up as a child. And it wasn't just by chance. And they took a recent photo of that oak tree. And it was still there after all of these decades. And all that I've ever gone through, moments of heartache, moments of heartbreak, struggles, different challenges that have come my way, much of it because dedicating my life to this work, and all the storms that have come and gone in my life. That oak tree was there the whole time. It was standing strong. And I know that oak tree endured great storms through its time. And I'm sure somebody wanted to chop that oak tree down. All those years and how people loved to chop down trees, especially great trees, that oak tree survived it all. It survived the bad weather. It survived the droughts. It survived the Caterpillar Attacks. It made it through the ice and the snow. And it was still there. Hope you enjoyed this talk. Have you checked out the Medical Medium Book Series? You're the good of the goodest good. And God above knows it's true. And God knows it's someone like you. It changes the course that understands the 144. Knows about the angels and the white horse.
