look 0:45 like this i hope something like that 0:48 so glad you guys are coming on fantastic 0:54 and let's get started on this recipe 0:57 first thing is i can show you how i prep 1:01 the artichokes so when you guys 1:03 steam yours sometime that you can see 1:06 how i do it so it's something i'm going 1:08 to do with these artichokes 1:10 i'm excited when is the book coming out 1:13 it's like any day now or any it's like 1:15 in a week or so or two weeks i don't 1:17 know i think it's maybe two weeks 1:19 less than two weeks it's coming out you 1:21 might want to get 1:22 a copy of it the new edition medical 1:25 medium 1:28 um it's a revised expanded book and it's 1:31 packed with information a 28-day cleanse 1:33 it's got the angel chapter in there it's 1:35 got the meditations chapter in there 1:38 um michelle you're addicted to steamed 1:40 artichokes right 1:42 that is a good addiction now that 1:45 is a healthy addiction okay 1:49 yeah anyway instead of the addictions 1:52 i'm always talking about all the time 1:54 just don't get addicted to ayahuasca 1:57 that's a bad 1:58 addiction i'm gonna tell you right now 2:01 that's an addiction that will 2:03 potentially kill you 2:05 i don't care what anybody says i don't 2:07 care what anybody who stinks they're 2:09 spiritual says 2:10 that ayahuasca is dangerous stuff and 2:13 can brain damage you 2:14 even if it doesn't brain damage you when 2:16 you're doing it when you're in that 2:17 ayahuasca ceremony 2:18 it can it can future brain damage you 2:21 down 2:22 the road and it can and it will 2:25 so that you're like 20 years down the 2:27 road you're like what 2:29 what what's my name that's how bad that 2:31 stuff is okay 2:32 so give me a forewarning there 2:36 okay so uh 2:40 i'm on you know i'm look you guys 2:43 i'm on the artichokes right now they're 2:45 steaming up these are almost done i've 2:47 been steaming them for a while 2:48 before we even start it so i want you to 2:50 know that just in case you guys are like 2:52 how did he steam those so quick 2:54 do artichokes only take five minutes of 2:56 steam now they take like 40 minutes 2:58 30 minutes depending on the size these 3:00 were pretty big ones if you take a look 3:02 at this one 3:04 so 3:07 pretty good sizes so let's just talk 3:09 about what i have right here 3:12 i got some thyme on this plate right 3:14 here 3:15 fresh thyme fresh dill in here got some 3:18 green onions this recipe calls for 3:20 chives i didn't have chives 3:23 um and i got some green onions though 3:28 got some parsley got some zucchinis 3:30 you're gonna need those too 3:34 zucchinis right and you're gonna need 3:37 some lemons 3:40 too as well i'm gonna read some comments 3:42 um 3:43 whoa rebecca says lost 40 pounds 3:46 following you 3:47 following the medical medium stuff 3:49 incredible incredible 3:53 someone said ljax said 3:56 what the heck is ayahuasca something you 3:59 don't want anything to do with 4:02 um yeah aren't those big aren't these 4:03 aren't these big 4:06 incredible so let's get going you guys i 4:08 want to i want to show you guys 4:09 everything here 4:11 um so 4:14 to start with these things are finishing 4:17 up so we'll just give them a couple more 4:18 minutes i'm going to turn down the heat 4:21 get this to chill out turn it down 4:24 and then i'm going to get them out and 4:25 we're going to plate them up we're going 4:26 to make some dipping sauces 4:29 but let me show you what i did 4:32 see these got the long stems and i 4:34 noticed that sometimes in the grocery 4:36 store 4:36 you'll see them with short stems so when 4:39 they 4:40 when they prepped them for the grocery 4:42 store they cut the stem off now 4:44 the the longer the stem 4:48 so if you after you steam it if you eat 4:50 it all the way down to the lower stem 4:52 it's really bitter 4:53 so down here about right here 4:56 this inch inch and a half you guys is a 4:58 really better section 5:01 now i like to what i like to do 5:03 sometimes is even though it's bitter 5:06 okay even though it's better i do like 5:08 to 5:10 looking for my uh knife i do like to 5:12 peel this back a little bit like this 5:14 sometimes 5:15 and because i don't like to waste it i 5:18 still like to eat the stem 5:20 first of all artichokes are really 5:22 expensive 5:24 these are organic ones okay but you'll 5:26 see what i'll do i'll show you what i 5:28 just did right now 5:30 just so you know so i just peeled back 5:33 that stem here because that's the rough 5:35 part is 5:36 this the skin on the stem that's edible 5:39 all this right 5:41 just cut a little piece of this off but 5:43 it gets a little bitter down here at the 5:45 end 5:45 but still i just love it i mean i love 5:47 the artichoke heart 5:48 this attaches to the heart of the 5:50 artichoke so it's attached 5:52 which is you know and so you you know 5:54 but it's tastier up 5:56 higher up about here in the stem i mean 5:59 right about here sorry about that 6:01 so just want to show you so i'm just 6:03 prepping this artichoke 6:06 these are almost done if you just got on 6:07 here so i'm making steamed artichokes 6:09 with two dipping sauces mustard dipping 6:11 sauce zucchini dipping sauce 6:12 mustard maple dipping sauce i have the 6:15 maple syrup right here 6:16 it's in this little tray and the 6:19 zucchini herb 6:20 dipping sauce which i got some zucchinis 6:22 right here 6:24 so what i like to do is cut the top a 6:27 little bit back so i'd like to cut the 6:29 top off a little bit 6:30 so all these pieces so i'll take the 6:32 knife okay 6:34 you guys see this and i like to cut the 6:37 top off 6:38 so just like this okay 6:41 let me just get rid of these 6:47 so now i have that 6:50 so now you can steam them whole the 6:54 recipe 6:55 calls for steaming them whole right so 6:58 in this pot right here they're just 7:00 about done 7:01 i turned down the heat there 7:04 there's a couple of whole ones just like 7:06 that but i cut one in 7:07 half too and i'll show you that 7:11 but that one's prepped now let me cut it 7:14 in half too 7:16 all right so because i want to show you 7:18 the inside because you can cut them in 7:20 half if you really want to 7:21 and i'll do that that's next let me do 7:24 that here so i'm going to 7:25 send this knife through now these are 7:28 tough to cut sometimes 7:34 all right that's the inside okay 7:37 you got a couple of options you can take 7:39 a spoon and get this 7:41 furry stuff out which is like the seed 7:44 pulp inside this 7:45 that's the furry a little fur that's 7:48 going on in the center you can actually 7:50 scoop that out 7:51 and you can take it out after it's 7:53 cooked as well 7:58 so move these over 8:02 so i want to answer some questions too 8:03 as we're making these 8:05 i'm going to lift up the lid these are 8:07 done first time growing artichokes 8:10 amazing that's so great 8:16 so take the lid off 8:20 dermatitis i need advice please 8:43 it's all about the liver chelsea when it 8:45 comes down to dermatitis so it's all 8:47 about the liver and you're in luck 8:49 because this is an incredible 8:53 healing liver food it just is this is an 8:56 incredible 8:57 thyroid healing food an incredible liver 9:00 healing food 9:02 when you're healing the liver you're 9:03 healing the skin 9:05 that's where you're heading so when 9:07 you're healing your liver 9:08 you're healing your skin that's the key 9:11 so 9:11 dermatitis stagnant sluggish 9:14 liver filled with lots of toxins and 9:18 this meal has no fat in it so this is a 9:22 no 9:22 fat meal there's no oils in this meal 9:25 and i'm saying this for a reason because 9:26 i'm talking about your liver and 9:28 dermatitis you want to get dermatitis 9:30 better 9:31 you got to get off the fats or lower the 9:33 fats or reduce them 9:35 so you don't see oils in this meal and 9:36 you're not gonna see nut butters you're 9:37 not gonna see 9:38 avocado you're not gonna see pork fat in 9:41 this meal 9:41 you're not gonna see chicken fat in this 9:43 meal you're not gonna see 9:45 corn oil vegetable oil you know you're 9:47 not gonna see anything canola oil you're 9:49 not going to see 9:50 grease you're just not going to see any 9:53 of that in this meal 9:54 and that right there is the key to 9:57 getting the liver 9:58 better is i want to show you guys always 10:00 show you guys these 10:01 low fat to no fat actually no fat meals 10:06 and because what happens is every time 10:08 you're eating fat 10:09 your liver has to spill out a lifetime 10:12 of bile reserves 10:13 to break down the fat to try to thin it 10:15 out to save your life 10:17 to save your life and i'll talk about 10:20 what that fat does 10:22 it builds up into your arteries it 10:24 becomes the plaque 10:25 in your arteries science research 10:27 doesn't know that 10:29 they just don't know that which is 10:31 interesting right 10:32 so the whole point about these meals is 10:34 about reducing that fat or eliminating 10:37 the fat at least a little bit 10:39 in your life like a moment in your life 10:40 like whether it's a cleanse 10:42 whether it's a 20-day cleanse i mean you 10:44 guys should check the book out 10:46 it's on amazon you know get it so you 10:49 got this information but like the 28 day 10:51 cleanse you'll see 10:52 there won't be any fats in there so 10:54 that's important i mean unless you want 10:55 to stick a little bit of avocado in 10:57 something or something but i recommend 11:00 trying to have a moment in your life to 11:02 have the fats out of there so 11:04 you can get rid of the dermatitis get 11:06 rid of your skin problems 11:08 help get rid of your acne help get rid 11:09 of your eczema psoriasis vitiligo 11:12 because your liver is killing itself 11:15 every time you dump 11:16 fat in there like a whole bunch of oil 11:18 and grease and too much animal protein 11:20 and i'm not against animal protein i'm 11:22 not against plant 11:23 plant fat either and plant protein 11:25 people but 11:26 the whole point is is that when you're 11:28 dumping in all that fat your liver is 11:29 killing itself 11:31 to actually thin out the blood that's 11:33 what 11:34 biles for bile is released to try to 11:37 always save your butt 11:38 and to break down that fat so it thins 11:41 it out to get it either out of your 11:42 system someday somehow some way right 11:45 and that's one thing and then the other 11:47 thing is adrenals 11:48 every time you're eating fat your 11:50 adrenals are pumping 11:52 because you're you need adrenaline to 11:54 thin out your blood 11:56 so oxygen can go to your brain so your 11:59 brain sends them it's the minute you eat 12:00 all this fat 12:02 and many eat all this avocado and 12:04 avocados a healthy fat i get it but if 12:06 you're eating it every day and then 12:07 you're having chicken for dinner and you 12:09 had avocado toast for 12:10 for breakfast you had something for 12:13 lunch oil 12:14 on your food for lunch oil on your salad 12:16 for lunch chicken salad or whatever 12:17 you're doing tuna fish 12:19 you get all this fat in there and then 12:21 your adrenals are running all day to try 12:23 to thin out the blood 12:25 to disperse the fat in your bloodstream 12:27 your brain 12:28 tells your adrenals i need adrenaline 12:31 fast you have to thin out the blood or 12:34 you're going to kill me the brain 12:35 and you're going to kill me the heart so 12:39 that's how it works so i'm trying to 12:40 give you guys a chance to heal and when 12:43 your liver gets stagnant and sluggish 12:45 guess what you've got that dermatitis 12:47 coming on you've got stuff coming on 12:49 you get that rosacea coming on all of it 12:51 and look i talk about the stuff 12:53 you know cleanse the heel you can take a 12:55 look at that liver rescues another great 12:57 book 12:58 information on this so cleanse the heel 13:01 and then of course liver rescue right 13:04 here 13:07 but yeah guys so 13:11 and then what happens your liver gets 13:12 stagnant your liver gets sluggish and 13:14 you end up getting 13:15 the sun spots so now it's sunspot time 13:18 right 13:20 you know that's another thing too and 13:21 then if you're jacked up on caffeine all 13:23 day you really get those sunspots 13:26 like really get them you know because 13:27 the liver is going into 13:29 overdrive trying to absorb all that 13:32 adrenaline all the time and that's 13:33 another thing too 13:34 we're eating all these fats your liver 13:36 is killing itself to break down the fats 13:38 your adrenals are killing themselves to 13:39 release adrenaline to break down the fat 13:41 to thin out your blood 13:42 and then your liver has to do this 13:44 massive cleanup it has to suck in all 13:46 the fat that it 13:47 that it can't disperse and and it has to 13:50 suck in all this fat so you get the 13:52 fatty liver 13:53 and then you get the dermatitis you get 13:54 all kinds of problems you get the gout 13:57 you get i mean everything goes wrong and 14:00 and your liver is killing itself to 14:01 absorb 14:01 all that adrenaline it's killing itself 14:03 to absorb all that fat and then we just 14:05 get in trouble right there 14:07 gail says liver rescue yeah 14:19 so i mean seriously i mean 14:22 it's 14:44 artichokes which is a real healing food 14:46 and i want you guys to have the healing 14:48 foods right 14:50 everything you put in your body i just 14:52 saw geographical tongue that's liver 14:55 ella that's the liver right there so 14:58 just know i mean it's time to get the 15:00 liver healthier that's what geographical 15:03 that's what the geographical tongue is 15:05 that is 15:06 a liver that's heating up way too much 15:08 because it's 15:09 overloaded with toxins and poisons and 15:12 eventually what comes after geographical 15:14 tongue 15:14 comes after it is weight gain sometimes 15:16 during it sometimes before it but after 15:19 it can come out 15:20 you know so got to get that liver better 15:23 it's important gail you're reading 15:25 liverescue now so awesome awesome 15:28 um rebecca does the body need fat 15:32 the body gets fat from every single food 15:34 there is so 15:35 the body does need traces 15:39 of fat but that's traces and guess what 15:43 it's in all your food there's fat and 15:44 artichokes 15:46 there's fat and potatoes there's fat and 15:48 bananas 15:50 there's fat and butter leaf lettuce 15:52 there's fat in fruit 15:53 mangoes there's fat in every vegetable 15:55 broccoli has fat in it 15:57 broccoli green beans have fat in it um 16:01 so you know that's every single food you 16:04 eat an apple has fat in it 16:06 an apple has fat in it so we already got 16:09 the fats in those foods 16:10 so technically you're not fat free on 16:13 any of these meals because there's 16:14 traces of omega-3s 16:16 in these foods there's traces of 16:18 omega-3s 16:19 six and nines in these foods right here 16:22 so we get that there 16:24 and it's okay to do avocado it's okay to 16:26 do some nut butters it's okay to do 16:28 um hemp seeds and and sesame seeds and 16:31 have some of that but that's not what we 16:33 do 16:34 that's not what we do here's what we do 16:37 it's 16:37 we fat ourselves to death that's all we 16:39 do that's what we've been taught 16:41 you just fat yourself to death that's 16:43 what we're taught it's fats all day long 16:45 all day long tuna salad for lunch eggs 16:48 for 16:48 fat everywhere cheese milk cheese butter 16:51 oils 16:52 okay sure you're doing healthy fat 16:54 you're doing some avocado 16:55 for one minute you're doing avocado yeah 16:57 you got a healthy fat but your body's 16:59 already like whoa healthy or not just 17:01 slow that stuff down 17:03 because you do an avocado toasted you're 17:05 throwing peanut butter in your smoothie 17:07 then you're doing chocolate cacao 17:09 straight fat 17:10 then it's like it doesn't stop so okay 17:13 are fats good for me 17:15 are they good for my body well some but 17:18 there's no such thing as any moderation 17:20 and there's no such thing as anything 17:21 being balanced all it is is fat all day 17:23 long 17:24 no moderation no balance no nothing 17:26 everybody's choking 17:27 that fat down they're just sending it 17:29 down send it down 17:30 sucking it down and it's nonstop 17:34 so unless someone decides intermittent 17:37 fast and the only reason why they 17:38 intermittent fast 17:39 is because it's by hit and miss it's 17:42 because someone accidentally one day 17:44 discovered 17:45 that if they don't eat all this food in 17:47 the morning 17:48 they start to feel a little better but 17:50 what they don't know 17:52 is they're not eating fats in the 17:54 morning anymore they're 17:55 actually holding back the fats they 17:58 don't even know it 17:59 intermittent so-called intermittent 18:01 fasting experts don't even know why 18:03 anybody starts to even feel better 18:05 when they intermittent fast and it 18:06 doesn't even mean it's the right thing 18:08 to do 18:08 because you're really supposed to have 18:10 fuel no matter what during your morning 18:12 and day 18:12 so you don't burn out your adrenals but 18:15 in intermittent fasting experts or 18:17 whoever they are 18:18 they don't even know that they're just 18:20 all like 18:22 they're just all like oh you're burning 18:23 fat you're burning fat you're burning up 18:25 carbs 18:26 you're not eating in the morning your 18:28 digestion is getting a little stronger i 18:30 mean that's pretty much as far as it 18:31 goes with them they don't know anything 18:32 else 18:33 and but what's happening is when you 18:36 when you're holding off 18:37 all that fat in the morning your liver 18:40 starts to bounce back 18:41 nobody knows that but your liver starts 18:43 to bounce back 18:44 and that's what happens so are we 18:47 getting any fats yeah we're getting fat 18:49 so getting them in the artichokes that i 18:50 got right here i'm about to plate up 18:52 we get them we get them in every food we 18:55 eat 18:56 and yeah if you want to have some sesame 18:58 tahini yeah if you want to have a little 19:00 peanut butter a little almond butter 19:02 yeah if you want to have some hemp seeds 19:04 a little avocado or something 19:06 but we don't do that we don't have a 19:09 little bit of sesame tahini we don't 19:11 have a little bit of 19:12 peanut butter we have tablespoons of it 19:16 all week long on top of the fact we have 19:19 chicken for dinner 19:20 whether you're vegan plant-based if 19:21 you're vegan you're still going to do 19:22 all these oils 19:24 on top of drowning things with olive oil 19:27 eggs 19:28 eggs are filled with fat that's what 19:29 they are i mean that's the whole point 19:30 it's 19:31 it's like we don't do anything but fat 19:35 no one's like i'll just eat that piece 19:36 of fruit and some greens i'm good for 19:38 now 19:39 are you kidding no one's doing that 19:41 nobody's doing that 19:42 it doesn't exist so it's and if it does 19:45 it's from 19:46 from medical medium information teaching 19:48 people for 35 years if it does exist 19:50 so it's because they never did it before 19:52 i got into the health scene 35 years ago 19:54 it was fat fat fat fat and it's still 19:56 fat fat fat today 19:58 and the dairy products straight fat 20:00 kefir 20:01 milk goat's milk sheep's milk sheep's 20:04 cheese goat's cheese 20:05 oh i'm on goat's cheese i'm not eating 20:06 any fat what 20:08 that's a head scratcher to me right 20:10 there are you kidding 20:11 and so it's all about just fatting 20:13 ourselves to death 20:14 boom just that's we're killing ourselves 20:16 let's just kill ourselves 20:18 because pretty much that's what it is 20:19 but it's a slow death 20:21 that's what it is we fat ourselves to a 20:23 slow death and then eventually 20:25 and here's the thing here's the sad 20:26 thing that plaque in our arteries 20:30 you know what it's made out of it's not 20:32 made out of cholesterol that's that's 20:34 how that's how 20:35 science of research is so off the mark 20:37 they're off the mark on all chronic 20:39 illness they're off the market 90 20:41 99 of all chronic illness are off the 20:43 mark 20:44 and i'm not talking about the robots 20:47 they create 20:48 that science creates to to get an 20:49 aneurysm out of somebody's brain when i 20:51 talk to a 20:52 neurosurgeon that's amazing but that's 20:54 what i'm talking about i'm talking about 20:55 chronic illness i'm talking about 20:56 everybody else 20:57 everybody the whole world who's sick 20:58 with symptoms science research doesn't 21:00 know why anybody's sick 21:01 so and plaque in the arteries that's 21:04 from fat 21:04 and toxins combined congealed 21:08 that's from fat in your system running 21:11 through the pipes 21:12 you gotta you gotta see your system as 21:15 pipes right and what's running through 21:18 those pipes is fat let me just have this 21:20 avocado right here that's some fat let 21:22 me have some more nut butter in here 21:24 let me have chicken and put some olive 21:26 oil on that chicken 21:28 let me have some salmon and make sure i 21:30 cook it in olive oil 21:31 make sure i keep on doing all that and 21:35 what happens is and it would have 21:39 a look let's do more coconut oil let's 21:40 do more more coconut butter 21:42 let's do ghee let's do whatever we can 21:44 find and 21:45 what we're doing is we're running fat 21:47 through our pipeline 21:49 non-stop running pipe fat through our 21:52 pipeline 21:54 and it and because of that that fat is 21:58 also 21:58 toxin soluble so the more 22:02 fat that you got running through you the 22:04 more fat that's in our bodies 22:05 the more toxins absorb into those fat 22:08 cells fat cells absorb 22:10 pesticides herbicides fungicides 22:12 petrochemicals 22:13 colognes perfumes scented candles 22:15 because the list goes on pharmaceuticals 22:17 boom cold medicine antibiotics 22:20 benzodiazepines 22:21 anti-inflammatories just all day long 22:24 toxic heavy metals 22:25 and all that all that fat absorbs it all 22:29 right absorbs it all and then 22:33 the fat congeals and guess what 22:36 our defense mechanism is holy crap 22:40 what do we do and and it just starts to 22:43 line 22:44 it lines the sides of the river which is 22:46 your pipeline 22:47 your arteries your veins start to line 22:49 it and line it and line it so what 22:51 you're going to be told 22:52 you're going to be told to kill yourself 22:53 slowly by every health professional out 22:55 there 22:56 all the podcast doctors all the health 22:58 gurus all the trainers are just going to 22:59 teach you to kill yourself slowly 23:01 by saying fat's good for you you need 23:03 fat as if you're not even eating fat 23:06 you're pouring it on everybody is 23:09 they're also going to tell you 23:10 caffeine's good for you too so not only 23:12 you dumping all this fat in 23:14 your food everywhere you they're dumping 23:16 all the caffeine in 23:17 they just they the the recommendations 23:20 you get from all the gurus and health 23:22 guys and everything else 23:23 it's all to slowly kill yourselves 23:26 that's what it is 23:27 it's all counter sensibility 23:30 it's counselor it's counter sensible 23:33 it's counter common sense it's stupidity 23:37 at its 23:37 highest you guys and 23:40 and it's like it's it's unbelievable 23:43 it's unbelievable 23:44 and it's counter intuition it's 23:47 unintuition they 23:49 unintuit you everybody is unintuiting 23:52 you 23:52 you just get all your intuition robbed 23:54 and stolen 23:55 and theft it you guys have no intuition 23:58 left 23:58 sounds like an insult but it's just a 24:01 fact what happens is 24:02 because every time i talk to people the 24:04 most intuitive people in the world they 24:06 tell me the most intuitive people in the 24:07 world do all their spiritual practices 24:09 they're sitting down they're doing all 24:10 their prayers 24:10 they're doing all their meditations and 24:12 then i hear they're like burning scented 24:14 candles 24:15 and they're pouring fat on their food 24:17 your intuition 24:18 your heart and your brain and your your 24:20 body's your body doesn't want all that 24:23 fat going in there to kill you 24:25 and your body doesn't want all that 24:26 caffeine going in there to kill you and 24:28 all those chemicals so 24:29 whose intuition are we talking about i 24:31 want to know like someone please tell me 24:33 whose intuition's working 24:35 because every day all day long all i see 24:38 is 24:38 doctors and practitioners the world and 59:49 getting them better you 59:50 you you know unless it's done right and 59:53 i haven't found that 59:55 that way to do it but that's how because 59:57 what i've done is focused on the books 59:59 so i was worried that the 1:00:00 tv careers and those big careers and 1:00:03 netflix careers and all the big 1:00:04 you know which are hey they're great for 1:00:06 somebody else maybe but i was always 1:00:07 worried that 1:00:08 though that career sector would take 1:00:11 away from 1:00:13 me sitting in my office at my desk 1:00:16 and making sure you can save your life 1:00:18 with these books i was afraid that 1:00:20 once i start doing all that tv heavy tv 1:00:22 stuff there's no getting these books out 1:00:24 to you guys anymore to save your lives 1:00:26 this book has saved millions of lives 1:00:27 around 1:00:28 the world right here the original book 1:00:29 this is the new edition 1:00:31 and and it's and i'm not going to get a 1:00:33 chance to tell
