probably thinking oh he's going 0:06 to just be all angry about processed 0:08 food and fried greasy fast food 0:11 restaurants and how bad it is in the 0:13 United States and everywhere else or 0:14 anywhere else and that's the reason for 0:17 chronic illness and disease no we're not 0:20 going to talk about that because that's 0:21 that's I'm not for 0:24 processed foods if you read medical 0:27 medium books I don't know if you can 0:28 even see them over there I talk about it 0:30 not being a great idea obviously 0:33 processed foods are not a great idea but 0:34 what's happening right now it's a 0:36 distraction it is a distraction that's 0:40 happening and occurring and influencers 0:42 and people in the health movement are 0:44 falling for it they're kind of they're 0:46 falling for that distraction forever 0:48 chemicals processed foods food chemicals 0:50 and they're they're falling for that 0:51 right because that's what the evildoers 0:53 want them to fall for that's the whole 0:55 point so now it's going to be all about 0:57 that right that's going to be the trend 0:59 but people don't realize I'm going to go 1:00 into great depth into 1:03 this but people don't realize what the 1:06 distraction is for is so nobody knows 1:09 the real reasons no one learns the real 1:11 reasons why people have chronic illness 1:13 people are sick they are suffering the 1:16 people that came to the medical medium 1:18 information and medical medium books 1:19 know this they've been there they've 1:21 done that you don't eat processed foods 1:24 right but I'm going to go into it a 1:26 little bit more in a little bit we're 1:29 going to get there so this is going to 1:30 be a really interesting episode real 1:32 interesting talk about processed foods 1:35 you're going is peeling back 3:09 these steamed potatoes right now okay so 3:12 that is what I'm doing and I'm going to 3:14 grab a dish towel as well going to 3:17 moisten the dish towel right here okay 3:21 so I'm going to peel these back a little 3:23 bit is what I'm going to do and I'm 3:24 going to stick this dish towel in my 3:26 back pocket okay how's this tutorial 3:29 going right now now right so I'm going 3:30 to peel these a little bit 3:32 better um they'll just look better 3:35 they're better you don't want to keep 3:36 the the peels in 3:38 this cuz you get a different look you 3:40 get a different vibe it's not the best 3:43 most funnest thing so while I'm doing 3:44 this I want to talk about processed 3:46 foods for a little bit if you guys got a 3:48 minute and so right now what's happening 3:52 is we're taking a thousand steps back in 3:54 the health world right so we're back to 3:58 process foods again that's where we are 4:01 that's where the health food is that's 4:02 where the health world is going with 4:04 their health food it's all about 4:06 processed food so we're going back in 4:10 the dark ages of the health movement I 4:13 mean seriously that's where it's going 4:15 and fine Let It Go that direction right 4:18 I mean hey it happens it happens but 4:22 that's not the reason for chronic 4:23 illness I'm sorry but processed food is 4:27 not the reason for chronic illness 4:30 sure somebody can eat a processed food 4:33 diet they can go to fast food 4:35 restaurants they can eat a lot of these 4:38 right here a lot of these right there 4:41 double bacon cheeseburgers you know 4:43 what's going to happen over time they 4:45 arteries will slowly fill up with a 4:47 whole bunch of plaque and junk and 4:48 garbage over time depending everybody's 4:51 a little different the livers are going 4:52 to get a little bit of a fatty liver and 4:54 clogged up over time they're going to 4:56 get the pre-diabetes eventually to type 4:58 two diabetes is what they're going to 4:59 get and maybe some blood sugar 5:01 inabilities in general outside of uh 5:03 pre-diabetes and so forth and maybe some 5:06 other things will happen and maybe 5:08 eventually at some point if their 5:10 arteries get filled enough with a bunch 5:12 of junk and plaque they'll die of a 5:13 heart attack that is not chronic illness 5:16 that is 5:18 not it's very important to 5:20 know so Spence over there in IG says are 5:23 those potatoes steamed or uncooked right 5:26 now they are steamed potatoes I steam 5:29 them 5:30 prior and they are now going in here and 5:34 I'm going to mash them I'm going to make 5:36 this really fun dish right here and I'm 5:39 going to try not to make a mess but I 5:40 always do make a mess I just 5:44 do okay so let's go back into processed 5:46 foods if you guys are open to 5:49 this so yeah processed foods are not a 5:54 good thing I've talked about it in the 5:56 medical medium books okay 5:59 there's a lot of people unprocessed 6:01 fried greasy fast foods a lot of people 6:05 and they're not bedridden on couch 6:07 Island and Mattress Island but a 6:09 20-year-old is a 19-year-old is a 6:13 25-year-old is a baby boomer will have a 6:16 heart attack eventually at age 65 a baby 6:20 boomer will have some other 6:23 problem they'll have all these stints 6:26 and shunts put in they'll have maybe a 6:28 heart surgery 6:30 maybe they'll they'll get eventually 6:33 something going on with their pancreas 6:35 and so forth they'll get obese their 6:37 weight will go up baby boomer right 6:40 they're eating processed foods and 6:41 everything else but what about the 6:42 16-year-old that's in their bed dying 6:45 and the 9-year-old that can't function 6:47 and has fatigue and they don't know why 6:49 and they think it's psychological and 6:51 what about the 26-year-old that can't 6:53 get out of bed and feed her children and 6:55 take care of her children is she at 6:57 McDonald's is she at Burger King every 6:59 every single day no probably eating 7:02 healthy food probably watching what 7:04 she's eating probably seeing 20 7:06 alternative doctors but she's sick 7:09 because she's got this internal problem 7:10 nobody knows about but once again we get 7:13 these people that have loud mouths and 7:15 they they end up you know going around 7:17 they connect with other people in the 7:19 industry and they're like processed 7:20 foods processed foods let's save our 7:22 children let's save the planet process 7:24 foods let's make sure that that there's 7:26 no forever chemicals in there make sure 7:28 there's no food chemicals any anymore 7:29 make sure there's no high fructose corn 7:31 syrup in there anymore that's the real 7:33 problem that's why the whole world's 7:34 falling apart it's because of processed 7:36 foods which is it's 7:39 Jack Lynn over there Jackie 7:41 says oh my God all over Tik Tok food 7:43 vloggers yep it's all about processed 7:45 foods and that is a setup that's a setup 7:48 by a higher Archy in the industry making 7:51 sure that everybody's talking processed 7:54 food that is a cover up is 7:57 what's happening in the industry I'm 7:58 just letting you guys no it is you'll 8:00 see It'll come out down the road just 8:02 like all the other medical meme 8:04 information comes out down the road just 8:06 like the you know life expectancy was 8:08 dropping all this time just like medical 8:10 medium information published a long time 8:12 ago now down the road they're talking 8:14 about it it's going to happen just like 8:17 this with processed foods it is a 8:19 coverup for a bigger picture and people 8:21 are falling for it 8:23 everywhere and here's the funny thing 8:25 you can take processed foods away from 8:27 people and they'll still find them 8:30 somewhere if someone wants to eat a 8:32 processed food they're going to freaking 8:34 eat the processed food it's like alcohol 8:38 prohibition taking alcohol away taking 8:41 liquor away only made the Moonshiners 8:45 make liquor in the freaking woods and 8:48 that's what happened you had hundreds of 8:51 thousands of 8:53 Moonshiners making alcohol in the woods 8:56 is what you 8:58 had every everybody still drank there 9:01 were speak easys everywhere there were 9:03 hidden joints where everybody was 9:05 drinking themselves to death everybody 9:07 had a hidden bottle under their pillow 9:10 you can't take away alcohol they'll find 9:12 a way to drink it you can't take away 9:15 processed foods they'll find a way to 9:16 make it and they'll find going to be a lot of assistance 10:33 the waiter is going to bring the tray of 10:36 shots and alcohol there's always going 10:40 to be assistance there's always going to 10:42 be a fast food restaurant I don't care 10:45 in Europe I don't care in the US I don't 10:47 care there's always going to be 10:49 somewhere where there's going to be 10:51 someone's going to be able to eat 10:52 something that they probably shouldn't 10:54 be eating and it's always going to be 10:55 here on planet Earth so we can talk the 10:58 stupid game over over and over 10:59 again process foods process foods we can 11:01 do all that but we're missing the point 11:04 of what really causes chronic illness 11:05 and why people are really sick and why 11:08 you're 25 years old and you're bedridden 11:10 is it really from processed foods I'm 11:12 curious is it is that why a 25-year old 11:14 can't get out of bed and they're so sick 11:17 they got vertigo and dizziness and they 11:18 can't even function and put two words 11:20 together and they got herpes breaking 11:22 out everywhere and they're sick as a 11:24 goat is it because of processed foods 11:26 cuz I'm scratching my head here and I'm 11:28 kind of confused a little bit there 11:30 that's how ridiculous it really is all 11:32 of 11:34 it all right I'm going to get this dish 11:36 going I'm just probably going to go with 11:38 one more potato here I'm going to peel 11:45 back what's the answer to remove 11:47 processed food put everybody on clean 11:49 keto put everybody on a clean keto diet 11:53 put everybody on a a diet that's that's 11:56 uh clear from of food chemicals is 11:58 that's what what it is everybody's just 12:00 going to get a steak stay away from 12:02 potato is that what it is everybody's 12:05 going to be a steak and salad person is 12:07 that what they're doing that's the 12:08 answer to get everybody better because 12:09 there's so many people sick and bed that 12:11 have done that they tried it they're not 12:14 better pepper seed good to see you by 12:17 the way over there in IG okay and IG 12:20 what are your thoughts about the 12:21 carnivore diet or meat-based Diet so 12:24 let's get processed foods that did 13:06 it but no they're going to make it look 13:08 like it is they're literally going to 13:10 pollute the industry with the processed 13:13 food propaganda to the point where even 13:15 the influencers that are so-called in 13:16 the health rub that are experts are 13:18 going to be all over the TV channels 13:20 talking about it everybody's going to be 13:21 on Tik Tok talking about it and the 13:23 whole things of Roose the whole things a 13:26 setup whole things a setup 13:32 yep the whole thing is the setup let's 13:36 go into carnivore for a little bit if 13:38 you just got here I'm making the uh 13:39 potato and tomato cherry tomato bake 13:43 okay so what I'm going to do is cut 13:44 these cherry tomatoes right here I'm 13:46 going to cut them in half I'm going to 13:47 put them on top of this little kiche pie 13:49 dish right right now I'm just kind of 13:51 mashing these up you can roughly mash 13:53 them I'm going to kind of give them a 13:55 really good you know break them apart 13:56 and give them a really good mash um 14:00 um my cutting board sticks out a little 14:02 F further than the the counter so I have 14:04 to be careful if I put all my weight and 14:06 all my strength down on this I might 14:08 pull my cutting board down so I'm just 14:10 going to break it up a little 14:12 bit 14:14 so there we go and I'm going to mash it 14:16 up okay carnivore let's hit it well 14:19 carnivore originally was a mono diet of 14:23 meat I they didn't actually even eat 14:26 eggs to start with right off the running 14:28 those came late 14:29 so it's really just carnivore diet was 14:32 just people being like just eat meat and 14:34 you'll be 14:35 fine I called the shots many years ago 14:38 that any carnivore expert is eventually 14:40 not going to be a carnivore diet expert 14:42 they're going to be a carnivore diet 14:43 idiot and I'm not saying that in a dis 14:45 you know a disrespectful way just in the 14:47 mere fact that they're just 14:49 experimenting on people who are 14:50 following them just eat meat and beat 14:52 only just eat chicken or chicken only or 14:54 just eat meat maybe bring in eggs and 14:57 that's it what happens is 15:00 women don't do good on just meat chicken 15:05 and Eggs only they don't they don't do 15:09 good their body systems will start 15:11 falling apart this isn't an anti- meat 15:13 talk uh I'm not against people eating 15:16 meat this isn't a vegan Channel but I'm 15:19 going to tell you right now it was 15:21 terrifying for women so it became more 15:24 of a guys thing just eat meat and work 15:26 out what happened where what happened 15:30 was guys were hitting the walls I 15:31 predicted it and there's a whole bunch 15:32 of guys that used to be carnivore where 15:34 they ate meat now they're not car now 15:35 they're eating fruit meat and fruit and 15:38 then they're talking stupid about 15:39 vegetables how vegetables are all bad 15:40 for you but then now they're eating 15:42 vegetables so really what happened was 15:44 all the carnivore people I don't know if 15:45 you guys know unless it's a newbie 15:47 that's starting on just meet all the 15:48 carnivore people all left carnivore so I 15:52 don't know what carnivore you're talking 15:53 about that's another thing you asked 15:54 what I thought about the carnivore diet 15:56 what carnivore diet they all left 15:57 carnivore they all brought honey in and 16:00 lemons they didn't have honey and lemons 16:01 in it before they all brought fruit in 16:04 there they didn't have fruit in the 16:06 carnivore Diet before they all brought 16:08 berries in they didn't have berries they 16:10 brought green apples in so now they're 16:12 kind of on the low sugar low glycemic 16:16 keto diet is what they're really on 16:18 Paleo diet is what they're really on 16:20 there are no carnivore diets anymore 16:23 they shape shifted it they started out 16:26 you know hey this is what you do you 16:28 just eat meat and this is what you do 16:30 women copycatted and just the 16:31 reproductive systems just fell apart 16:33 their brains fell apart they hit the 16:35 wall they were gone that was it onto 16:37 something else or half dead and then the 16:41 guys that were actually doing the 16:42 carnivore diet and they were up in the 16:43 front running and social media making it 16:45 look interesting great they were trying 16:47 to stick with it stick with it finally 16:48 they knew that they couldn't lie much 16:50 longer to the crowd they were bringing 16:52 in Honey because their brain wouldn't 16:53 think they couldn't think at all they 16:55 had no their intelligence level their IQ 16:57 just dropped tremendously they were just 16:59 literally bumping into walls cuz they 17:00 had no gluc glucose to feed their 17:02 neurons and feed their brain electrical 17:04 activity went down because when you go 17:06 carnivore where you're just mono eating 17:07 meat your electrical activity just drops 17:09 and goes down and falls apart and your 17:11 short circuit so what happened was um so 17:16 what happened was 17:22 that the carnivore 17:25 movement turned in basically to a 17:28 bringing one thing at a time the 17:29 carnivore movement turned in to bring in 17:31 some honey the carnivore movement went 17:34 okay bring in some fruit now bring in 17:37 some lemons now and remember there's 17:39 glucose and lemons so they were trying 17:40 to get sugar they were dying for sugar 17:42 you need glucose or you're just bad you 17:46 have to have glucose or you can't 17:49 function and so the carnivore diet is no 17:52 more it doesn't even exist anymore 17:53 unless a new person comes on social 17:55 media and says this is what I'm doing 17:57 meat only Eggs only chicken only good 18:00 let's see what you do in 2 years you'll 18:02 be eating honey berries lemons and then 18:05 in newbie another guy will come into the 18:07 mix and be like okay I'm on the cardiv 18:08 war diet again doing it again be like 18:10 dude that's been done over and over and 18:12 over again and soon as you get popular 18:15 enough getting enough people just to eat 18:16 meat by itself you're screwed and you're 18:18 going to be doing nothing but honey 18:20 lemon and berries and you basically 18:22 you're just experimenting on yourself 18:23 and the people around you getting them 18:25 to experiment and then that's where you 18:27 are so that's the card of 18:36 D so I'm just going to mash this up a 18:38 little 18:41 bit sure you eat a whole bunch of these 18:44 every single day for years and you're a 18:46 baby boomer and now you're 65 years old 18:48 or whatever you are and you ate a ton of 18:50 these and a ton of hot dogs and a ton of 18:52 processed meat and a ton of garbage and 18:55 a ton of everything else and yeah your 18:57 your veins are going to be filled up 18:58 your Aries are going to filled up your 18:59 heart valves are going to be filled up 19:01 probably going to need heart surgeries 19:02 and all kinds of other things you're 19:03 going to have the diabetes you're going 19:05 to have the weight gain and obesity and 19:06 you're going to be fighting it trying to 19:07 exercise and that's going to be your 19:09 life but that is not the reason for 19:10 chronic illness and it isn't why people 19:13 are sick and it's not why college 19:15 students can't function anymore they 19:17 have to be on Aderall how come right 19:20 processed food that's the reason all 19:22 right so I'm making um the potato and 19:25 cherry tomato bake right now so I'm 19:28 mashing this this 19:32 up and giving it a good mash and it 19:35 doesn't have to be perfectly mashed 19:40 but forgetting that I have to make a 19:42 recipe 19:46 here there you 19:53 go when you go carnivore you may get 19:57 results off the bat reason why you get 19:59 results is cu you're mono 20:01 eating not just mono eating you're 20:03 getting rid of the gluten doesn't mean 20:05 it's a panace and it doesn't mean it's 20:07 an answer to heal chronic illness you 20:10 can take somebody they never had a 20:12 problem yet they're 25 years old they're 20:14 exercising and they go completely 20:16 carnivore mono eating meat only and you 20:20 give them a year you give them two years 20:22 and they'll be off of it the reason why 20:24 they be off of it is because their 20:25 muscles won't build properly anymore 20:28 they don't have any glucose to feed 20:30 their 20:31 muscles they'll start aging and look way 20:35 older before their 20:39 time they'll have the meat age the meat 20:44 aging where your skin just starts to 20:46 fall apart over time when you're young 20:49 you look like you're 40 when you're 20:51 20 carnivore diets that's what it does 20:55 you don't have any antioxidants in your 20:57 diet 20:59 another thing with people that have done 21:00 carnivores they'll take a ton of 21:02 supplements of all kinds they're just 21:03 looking for anything whey protein powder 21:06 creatine they're just looking for 21:07 anything they can find lcarnitine 21:09 they're taking everything under the sun 21:11 because they're so so jonesen for 21:15 anything because really they're starving 21:17 themselves of like real nutrients and 21:19 everything else I'm not saying meat's 21:21 bad that's you want to eat meat fine but 21:22 I'm just telling you what's going on 21:23 with carnivore so many people lie on 21:25 social media too they're telling you one 21:28 thing but it's It's Not What It Seems 21:30 they're telling you one thing but it's 21:32 not what it seems they're actually doing 21:34 something entirely different they they 21:36 don't want to lose their like mojo on 21:39 the set they're doing their social media 21:41 and their reals and everything else and 21:43 they're not going to tell you they 21:44 cheated on this a little to survive they 21:45 ate a little of this over here they were 21:48 over here at their family's house they 21:49 had a bite of this and then they're 21:51 going back on saying I'm carnivore I'm 21:52 carnivore this is how I 21:56 eat rise with melum over there on 21:58 YouTube says my hairdresser is on a keto 22:00 diet and he had to fill up with honey 22:02 during our session cuz he couldn't 22:04 function anymore he told me how he feels 22:06 more awake 22:08 now so here's the thing let's go into 22:11 this a little 22:12 bit talking so fast I think I need to 22:15 slow down my 22:21 talk all right so I'm going to add 22:23 spices and everything I need to put in 22:24 here putting a tablespoon of garlic 22:27 powder in here 22:29 that's what I'm 22:32 doing get that in there that's the onion 22:36 powder now I'm going to put a um two 22:38 table two teaspoons of garlic 22:41 powder there we go got that in there 22:43 okay I'm going to squeeze some lemons in 22:45 here as well I mean you can do a little 22:47 bit more lemon if you really want to 22:49 it's a half tablespoon of freshly 22:50 squeezed lemon juice I'm going to do 22:52 probably I don't know a little more 22:54 maybe I'm going to cut a couple lemons 22:57 up right here 22:59 let me get a strainer if you guys don't 23:04 mind I'm going to drop some lemon juice 23:07 in here now this is the potato and 23:09 cherry tomato bake so I'm going to drop 23:11 a little bit of lemon juice in here you 23:14 guys this is a medical mean recipe 23:16 that's really great it's a fun one it's 23:18 going to be so fun to eat so great to 23:19 eat okay so I'm going to drop some lemon 23:21 in here and then going to add some thyme 23:23 and some oregano so that's the plan 23:25 right here 23:39 yep so I'll give you the Europe talk too 23:42 about Europe right so everybody saying 23:45 Europe food so much cleaner so much 23:47 better but we got to keep in mind they 23:49 are so sick over there they are so sick 23:52 in Europe and I'm going to go into that 23:54 a little bit 23:56 too so what the take away from this is 23:59 the setup that's happening the 24:01 distraction 24:02 purposely they're actually like you know 24:06 acting like Europe is healthy because 24:09 they have better food there and they 24:11 don't do fast food like we do 24:14 here really ignorant thing to say um and 24:18 really what is it called freshman thing 24:20 to say you know definitely somebody 24:23 that's not seasoned in the health real 24:24 but you'll see people out there 24:27 talking and I guess it makes sense of 24:29 somebody who's not seasoned either it's 24:30 easy to fall into that all right so 24:32 let's pop some fresh time in 24:36 there people are sick all the same in 24:38 Europe they're all the same in France 24:43 Italy 24:46 Netherlands they're sick everywhere 24:50 Germany they're 24:55 sick not even eating fast food and 24:58 they're 25:00 sick people growing their own food out 25:02 of their garden and they're 25:05 sick and they're growing their own food 25:07 out of their garden and they're sick 25:13 okay all right let me get some fresh 25:16 time some fresh oregano in here that's 25:18 going to get mixed up in here 25:20 too so I'm kind of why everybody's sick in 29:08 the US it's not the reason why yes it's 29:11 not good it contributes to some degree 29:14 if you eat enough of this you will have 29:16 a hyper a hyper fatty liver also blood syndrome still 44:43 clogs up your lymphatic system still 44:46 starves your brain of oxygen and glucose 44:50 and still brings you to pre-diabetic and 44:54 diabetes type two 44:58 that's what the keto diet can bring to 45:00 you you ready processed food sluggish 45:03 liver fatty liver 45:06 right all the same like I was saying 45:10 before so keep in mind that the keto 45:12 diet can still do the same thing over 45:14 time as a processed food diet the 45:17 difference with the processed food diet 45:19 you'll probably have some more chemicals 45:21 in there obviously you'll have restaurant food 45:41 you'll probably just get there a little 45:42 quicker you'll get there a little 45:44 quicker you'll still get the stuff in 45:46 the arteries in the heart you'll still 45:47 get everything else you'll just get 45:48 there a little quicker maybe a little 45:50 bit more than a little quicker but you 45:52 still get there but keep in mind that an 45:54 actual keto diet that's free from proc 45:56 processed foods will still get you to 45:58 pre-diabetic type 2 diabetes will still 46:01 get you to brain function problems still 46:03 get give you a fatty liver a sluggish 46:05 liver still give you arteries that have 46:08 plaque in them and all kinds of junk and 46:11 fat in them and still get you to get a 46:13 heart valve replacement or a heart 46:15 attack by the time whatever 60 70 and so 46:18 forth on a keto diet that's not 46:22 processed so all they're doing is 46:24 they're basically saying what they're 46:25 fighting for is they're fighting for not 46:50 means you know like a thriving problem 46:55 the child can't thrive so all these 46:57 children are dying every day at 99 years 46:59 old 10 years old 11 years old of 47:00 physical body pain and fatigue and 47:02 they're calling it like the child can't 47:06 Thrive that's what they're calling it 47:09 I'm not talking about cancers I'm 47:10 talking about like they're calling it 47:12 like the child can't 47:14 Thrive and they got 10 terms for it got 47:18 look it up Susan says why are people 47:20 saying they're healing chronic illnesses 47:23 and cancer on 47:24 Carnivore okay so here's how it works 47:27 okay you take somebody that's been on a 47:28 processed food diet right and they're 47:31 really overweight you put them on a mono 47:33 diet and you starve them of 47:35 calories you starve them of calories and 47:38 you put them on a mono diet like just 47:41 meat only okay what's going to happen is 47:44 at first they're going to get some 47:47 results just like if somebody goes on a 47:49 sardine diet where it's sardines only or 47:53 they go on a tuna diet where it's just 47:55 tuna only or they go on a salmon diet 47:57 where it's just salmon only the same 48:00 thing happens their obesity comes down 48:03 they start losing their weight they 48:04 start shedding some pounds their liver 48:07 gets a little bit better things get a 48:09 little bit better they're not eating 48:10 chocolate cake all the time they're not 48:11 eating all the different Donuts cakes 48:13 and cookies filled with all that extra 48:16 fat and they're not eating all of that 48:18 and what's happening is their body 48:19 saying you're giving me a breather but 48:21 here's the problem okay here's the 48:24 problem you're eventually going to have 48:27 to leave that diet you can only do it 48:29 for a short time short time only your 48:31 brain stops working your body starts for 48:34 starts to starve with you know glucose 48:36 deficiency and you start binging over 48:40 time eventually you get so severely 48:43 nutrient deficient that you get problems 48:45 that you never even thought you would 48:47 get later on on the ladder and which 48:50 just so you know those people are doing 48:52 cancer therapies people just don't go on 48:55 Carnivore and don't do cancer therapies 48:57 So when you say how come people are just 48:59 throwing that blatant statement out 49:01 there like that scratch the surface 49:03 they're doing cancer therapies they're 49:04 getting surgeries and then they're going 49:06 on Carnivore they're getting 49:07 chemotherapy they're getting radiation 49:10 they're getting all kinds of alternative 49:11 therapies and conventional therapies 49:14 both fused together like in bed together 49:16 they're in clinics they're getting stem 49:19 cell therapy they're getting all this 49:20 crazy stuff right they're getting all 49:22 this stuff and then they're eating 49:23 carnivore and then they're telling you 49:25 the carnivore got their cancer better or 49:27 they cancer into remission or they 49:29 cancer 49:30 reduced you scratch the surface you got 49:32 to understand what the details are the 49:34 details are there they're there 49:38 okay nobody gets this big old diagnosis 49:41 of cancer and then now they're saying 49:43 well I'll just go carnivore and just 49:45 ignore everything the 20 oncologists are 49:47 telling me every single day they don't 49:50 do that they listen to their oncologist 49:53 and they work with all their doctors on 49:54 their cancer therapies on all their 49:56 cancer therapies and meanwhile their 49:58 doctors are helping them heal their 50:00 cancer or putting it into remission 50:01 whatever a blood cancer or some kind of 50:03 lymphatic cancer that they did surgery 50:05 on they're putting them into remission 50:07 and then the person's saying it was 50:09 carnivore that cured my 50:12 cancer the people who were carnivore 50:15 eventually at honey and fruit and fruit 50:17 juice interesting 50:21 interesting so I don't know who's going 50:23 on straight carnivore any any anymore 50:25 there is no carnivore anymore 50:27 the carnivore experts are drinking fruit 50:29 juice they're not carnivore anymore 50:32 carnivore is just a slab of meat in 50:35 front of you and that's what it was and 50:37 that's what it 50:38 is I don't know why they're calling now 50:41 a keto diet 50:43 carnivore because now they're doing a a 50:45 low glycemic keto diet and they're 50:47 calling it carnivore with a ton of Honey 50:49 added to it and they might do a slab a 50:52 bee for a little while for a long time 50:54 like for a short time for a little while 50:56 and they do that but if you do it long 50:58 term or a long time you hit the wall and 51:00 your brain bends and you fall the heck 51:04 apart you actually fall apart just fact 51:07 that's just a fact you fall apart you 51:10 hit the wall you hit the pavement and 51:12 you're done that's what happens when you 51:14 just do carnivore like it was meant to 51:16 be at the beginning when people first 51:18 started doing it where there where it 51:19 was dudes not women dudes you put women 51:23 just on meat and meat alone their bodies 51:26 will fall so apart so fast sure they 51:29 might get a month where they're dropping 51:30 weight cuz they're starving themselves 51:31 with calories they're dropping weight 51:33 dropping weight starving themselves with 51:34 calories they're dropping weight oh my 51:36 God this is like the answer and then 51:37 everything goes to 6 months later a 51:40 year later their health is disastrous 51:43 from going carnivore where they're just 51:44 eating a piece of meat they're done 51:46 they're done they got nut their nails 51:49 fall apart everything falls apart their 51:51 skin looks like it's 100 years old and 51:53 they start falling apart they got no 51:55 antioxidants they get no vitamin C in 51:57 them and they start falling apart that's 52:01 carnivore and their breath smells like 52:04 rotten meat and their bowels are filled 52:06 with rotten meat because their their 52:08 their digestive system and their HCL 52:10 won't even break okay so it's eat until later later at 1:10:48 the end of the day and people were like 1:10:50 I feel better because they weren't 1:10:52 having ham and eggs first thing in the 1:10:53 morning burdening burdening their liver 1:10:56 and their digestive system improved on 1:10:57 the intermittent fasting diet because 1:10:59 their liver improved their digestion got 1:11:01 a little stronger they W weren't 1:11:03 bombarding their liver and their 1:11:05 gallbladder with all that fat in the 1:11:06 morning eggs and cheese and oils and 1:11:10 whatever else and peanut butter 1:11:11 smoothies they weren't doing doing their 1:11:13 peanut butter smoothies anymore and 1:11:14 their almond their almond butter 1:11:17 smoothies they weren't doing that 1:11:19 anymore and so they were on intermittent 1:11:21 fasting where they were just on caffeine 1:11:24 all day long and then in then later on 1:11:26 4:00 5:00 6 o'clock they started to eat 1:11:28 something and maybe it was a little 1:11:30 healthier than normal maybe it was just 1:11:31 a sloppy cheat meal but that's what 1:11:33 intermittent fasting 1:11:35 was that was the level people went to 1:11:38 when they tried to do keto properly 1:11:40 which was starve yourself of all 1:11:42 carbohydrates and they couldn't survive 1:11:44 they couldn't make it and it wouldn't 1:11:47 work so they had to go intermittent
