2:52 a cucumber I got parsley I got all kinds
2:55 of herbs and then I also have some stuff
2:58 on the side right here I got some Millet
3:01 and I have some honey and some other
3:03 stuff so letting you know okay and uh
3:06 and I got some onions too got some
3:07 onions behind me I got to go and grab so
3:10 that's the recipe I'm going to be making
3:12 so I'm just going to get some Millet
3:14 going in here now because we have to
3:16 cook that Millet so let me get some
3:18 water really quick um I'm going to do
3:20 four cups of water
3:23 and I'm going to do two cups of millet
3:26 so four cups of water and two cups of
3:28 millet and doesn't mean I'm going to use
3:30 all that Millet I'm going to use some
3:33 doesn't mean I'm going to use all of it

4:11 war I mean they're armed with demons the
4:15 goal is to take down the vegan movement
4:17 have you seen it and so what happened
4:20 was as the in the last few years as the
4:24 carnivore world started to rise up they
4:28 got crafted
4:30 so the meat eater guys the dudes that
4:33 started hitting social right they
4:35 started hitting social and they're like
4:36 you know what we're going to take down
4:39 that vegan crap we're going to take down
4:41 veganism we're going to take down the
4:42 plant-based movement and we're going to
4:44 search to chip away at the Men start you
4:47 know calling them weak calling them
4:51 frail you know calling them feminized
4:54 that's one of the things that happened
4:55 so it was an incredible technique in war
4:59 and so the
5:00 the the animal-based movement the new
5:03 animal based movement which is basically
5:06 Atkins but then turned into something a
5:08 little different we're going to go into
5:09 that in detail too basically it's the
5:12 Akin
5:13 diet without some of the garbage in some
5:16 of the junk and then it's rangle and
5:19 repackaged into it's like the Atkins
5:22 movement the paleo diet movement both
5:26 ref
5:27 finagled reclaimed and turned into this
5:31 new version this mutation of carnivore
5:36 and keto and then dudes rose out of it
5:40 on social that's what happened they rose
5:43 out of it ready to slay and that's
5:46 really what happened and they're like
5:48 we're going to slay those vegans and
5:51 those plant-based people and we're going
5:53 to use all kinds of techniques we're
5:55 going to tell women that they can't be
5:58 fertile without meat that's the first
6:00 thing so all these women that were
6:02 plant-based and vegan and went there
6:04 because they weren't feeling well and
6:06 they weren't feeling sick decided like
6:08 wait a minute here I'm not going to be
6:10 fertile infertility is going to happen
6:13 I'm seeing dudes that are looking pretty
6:15 good on social they're talking about hey
6:18 if I stay vegan If I Stay plant-based if
6:20 I'm not eating meat I'm not going to
6:22 keep my hormones balanced I'm going to
6:24 have fertility issues I'm not going to
6:27 be able to have a baby when I meet the
6:28 right guy
6:30 you know something like that so what's
6:31 happening and basically that's what it
6:33 is that's what's happening out there
6:34 basically so a lot of women were falling
6:38 from Grace vegans were falling from
6:40 Grace so they would do all their posts
6:41 and all their social media posts and
6:44 they would say hey they would start out
6:45 like look you know my symptoms are kind
6:48 of coming back I've been you know vegan
6:51 for quite a while I gave it a year now
6:54 I'm kind of incorporating some raw milk
6:57 now I'm incorporating you know back to
6:59 some raw eggs or back to eggs or raw
7:02 eggs now I'm incorporating some meat now
7:05 and so their whole their whole platform
7:07 would be like wait a minute you had us
7:08 on this vegan ride for a year and now
7:11 you're telling us that you know our
7:13 hormones aren't really going to be
7:14 balanced and all these women are like
7:16 now you're telling us we're not going to
7:17 be fertile now you're telling us that
7:20 you're Switching gears and you're eating
7:22 eggs and you're eating meat and that's
7:24 what I should do and then the protein
7:26 scare the reinvention of the protein
7:29 scare developed where once again all
7:32 these dudes rising up on social all
7:35 trying to say Hey you know like let's
7:37 take out the vegans let's take out the
7:39 plant-based people let's hit them with
7:41 the protein fears again let's feed that
7:44 back on people amino acids proteins
7:47 let's feed all of that back on people
7:49 and then things like choline choline
7:52 choline you need choline you're not
7:54 going to get that you need the right
7:56 vitamins you need iron right back to
7:58 those old f years that our grandmothers
8:01 had right that are grandmothers had back
8:04 to some of those like iron right that
8:06 one too now you need to be eating liver
8:08 now you need to be eating beef organs
8:10 now you need to be eating hearts and
8:12 that's what you should be doing so this
8:15 movement's growing and growing and it
8:17 it's been the last four years but
8:19 getting a little heavier and a little
8:21 heavier and so the vegans and the
8:23 plant-based people have been dropping
8:25 like flies mostly the women just
8:28 dropping like flies
8:30 getting scared because they don't
8:31 understand their symptoms and they're
8:33 just getting the minute a vegan person
8:35 or a plant-based person gets a symptom
8:38 boom they're like now they're doubting
8:40 everything they're doubting the
8:41 plant-based thing and then they hear
8:43 dudes that are working out in the gym
8:45 and training and they're on social and
8:47 they're sitting there and they're
8:48 ripping apart soy boys and stuff and
8:51 they're making you know women feel like
8:53 their men are weak and fragile and just
8:57 they're soy boys and they're feminine in
8:59 and then they get told it's all out
9:01 there that if you're plant-based as a
9:03 dude you're feminized and so that's
9:06 another thing too so a whole massive
9:08 campaign of bullying has been coming
9:10 down on the vegans and the plant-based
9:12 people right so I don't know if you guys
9:14 have seen it but it's been happening so
9:17 all the dudes are being they're all
9:19 called soy boys now right they're all
9:22 feminized and so a lot of women are like
9:24 wait a minute I'm not going to get
9:25 fertile I'm going to have infertility my
9:28 dude is you know he's feminized my
9:31 dude's a soy boy this doesn't look good
9:34 I got you know so what's happening is
9:36 this war has been really really smart in
9:39 a lot of ways to take down the vegan and
9:41 plant-based movement and it did I'm
9:44 sorry but it did it pretty much
9:46 slaughtered it okay I I believe from
9:50 what I can see and tell and information
9:52 that I get above and all in the above
9:55 that the vegan movement was
9:57 bigger at at a around
10:00 pre-2000 than it is today right now the
10:04 plant-based movement and the vegan
10:06 movement was bigger a little bit pre
10:09 2000 than it is right now so this is
10:12 something to think about okay now if you
10:15 just got on here you're thinking wait a
10:17 minute wait a minute how you know how
10:19 does this work medical M information
10:20 medical M information is not against
10:22 plant-based it's not against veganism
10:25 it's not against animal protein it's not
10:28 against people that want to keto or
10:30 whatever they want to eat animal
10:31 products instead it's these powerful
10:33 tools that you can incorporate and then
10:35 you can learn what to avoid as a
10:38 plant-based person as a vegan person as
10:41 an animal person as a keto person
10:43 whatever it is things you can avoid so
10:46 you can take your healing to the next

10:54 doctors used to reach out to me some
10:57 I've known some I didn't know and would
10:59 say are you a plant-based book or not I
11:03 saw your book in the bookstore it wasn't
11:06 with all the plantbased people what is
11:09 going on aw what are you and what are
11:11 you not I'm like why does it have to be
11:13 that way my books are fill the tools you
11:16 can apply for both right there for both
11:19 meat animal you know plant-based the
11:22 whole bit and so there's always been two
11:25 sides of the aisle two sides of the
11:27 aisle you guys know this right you're
11:29 either plant if you want to call it
11:31 veganism because you're you don't want
11:32 to wear leather shoes and you don't want
11:34 to eat honey it's either plant and vegan
11:38 or animal and that animal can be in any
11:41 form Atkins
11:44 paleo um keto uh carnivore whatever it's
11:48 either plant-based vegan or animal those
11:51 are the two sides of the aisle that's
11:53 how the game's been played but in the
11:57 last few
11:58 years the vegans and the plant-base have
12:01 been
12:02 slaughtered slaughtered they have the
12:05 amount of animal protein doctors coming
12:08 out of the woodwork going on social
12:10 waging you know War campaigns the amount
12:13 of the amount of influencers that are
12:16 dudes that are just worried about their
12:18 masculinity and just you know trying to
12:21 say you got to eat meat and you know and
12:23 and the dudes that are plant-based are
12:25 just weak and you know frail and they're
12:28 thin and and all this stuff and so
12:31 they've really done a number and then
12:34 you know that wasn't totally enough to
12:35 push women out of veganism to push women
12:38 out of plant-base the key was you're not
12:41 going to be fertile your reproductive
12:43 system is going to dry up you're going
12:45 to have infertility if you're
12:47 plant-based you're not going to be able
12:49 to have a baby that was the kicker right
12:51 there your hormones aren't going to be
12:53 balanced properly balanced that was the
12:56 nail in the coffin right there so the
13:01 Meat Heads okay they did a good one with
13:04 that one and the soy boys they're kind
13:07 of like stuck because they don't know
13:08 the difference they don't know what's
13:10 right or wrong the soy boys they don't
13:12 know they don't know really what you
13:14 have to do to keep yourself healthy
13:16 they're just staying away from animal
13:17 right they don't know okay and then the
13:20 Meat Heads they like they put the nail
13:23 in the coffin on that one they just
13:25 hammered it in they they did it and they
13:27 did a good job they slammed that one
13:30 down everybody's throat and they were
13:32 like this is what's going to happen to
13:34 you you're a girl you want to be
13:35 plant-based that's not going to work for
13:37 you you're not going to be fertile
13:39 you're going to have infertility and
13:41 everybody went running and screaming for
13:44 the most part they pretty much won the
13:49 war just going to say right there pretty
13:53 much won the war now let's go into it a
13:56 little bit now some other stuff about it
13:58 so
14:00 uh are you guys with me so far we're
14:03 making some killer food which is really
14:05 amazing here crispy perspective Meat
14:08 Heads versus soy boys laugh out loud
14:11 that's what it is it's Meat Heads versus
14:13 soy boys and the soy boys don't really
14:16 know how to defend themselves and I'll
14:17 tell you why so get this this is really
14:19 an important part right
14:21 here they don't know how to defend
14:23 themselves because they don't know
14:25 medical medium information they don't
14:27 know why people are sick so when the
14:29 Meat Heads who get sick who get sick the
14:32 Meat Heads say to the soy
14:35 boys okay you're not going to get your
14:38 protein you're going to get sick you're
14:40 going to have this problem that person
14:42 problem your women aren't going to be
14:44 able to have babies when they do that
14:46 the soy boys they can't defend
14:49 themselves because they don't know
14:51 medical medium information they don't
14:53 know about the mineral salts they don't

15:01 wrong they don't know that vegan isn't

15:19 then the women that got on plant-based

15:25 symptoms maybe they did for the first
15:27 few months and things were going along
15:28 or the first year and then it all fell
15:31 apart and that's a big deal all on its
15:33 own so I'm just turning this down a
15:34 little
15:36 bit the plant-based movement did not did
15:40 not learn the medical medium information
15:44 to save itself and now it's going
15:48 down it did not learn the information it
15:52 needed to learn to go into war with the
15:55 Meat Heads it did not learn this and for
15:59 that reason it's going down it is I
16:02 remember specifically four or five years
16:05 ago I was doing an Instagram live one of
16:08 those lives or something like that and
16:09 somebody came on there just like you
16:12 don't know it was it was it was some
16:14 plant-based people I think it was two
16:15 plant-based women or three there was
16:17 like one plant-based woman and then her
16:19 friend came on there too and they're
16:21 like you don't know what's going on out
16:23 there you don't understand this and that
16:26 and this and and all that I can
16:28 guarantee you right now they're not
16:30 plant-based anymore I can guarantee you
16:32 they've been switched over to animal
16:34 protein like probably a year after that
16:37 they got a symptom their symptom didn't
16:38 go away the Meat Heads came up told them
16:41 they weren't going to be fertile gone
16:43 boom gone they got eaten up because the
16:47 vegan movement and the plant-based
16:49 movement did not understand medical
16:52 medium information and did not learn it
16:54 they drowned themselves in fats
17:00 they got they got the natural flavorings
17:03 in the way the MSG in the way and didn't
17:05 know it kept them sick they got the
17:08 citric acid in the way they kept the
17:10 apple cider vinegar sure they were
17:12 plant-based but they kept the apple
17:13 cider vinegar and they kept the fake
17:16 cheeses the fake cheeses and they got
17:19 eaten up Alive by the animal kingdom
17:22 people they've eaten them up alive buy
17:25 shootout spit out the vegan movement's
17:28 pretty much dead gone bottom line get
17:32 this now here's another thing very
17:33 interesting okay somebody can go vegan
17:36 because they're worried about animal
17:38 rights they're worried about animals
17:39 they're worried about animals being hurt
17:41 animals being killed we know that
17:43 animals have souls yes but what people
17:46 don't realize is the minute their
17:48 symptoms came on that wasn't enough to
17:51 keep them in the game there's very few
17:54 women left in the vegan movement that
17:56 were worried about animals and leather
17:59 and worried about animal torture they
18:02 got symptoms wor heard some heard a meat
18:05 head talk about infertility and they're
18:07 gone boom gone didn't matter at all
18:12 about animals being hacked to death and
18:14 killed it didn't matter about cows being
18:16 knocked in the head pigs going into Pig
18:18 machines and all coming out ground up it
18:21 didn't matter
18:22 anymore yeah they got into veganism
18:25 became a vegan they did they didn't want
18:27 they all got vegan
18:29 shoes definitely and vegan sandals and
18:33 vegan high heels and whatever shoes that
18:35 they want vegan sneakers vegan whatever
18:38 the vegan boots they got all those okay
18:42 they they they were vegan for a while
18:44 and then they got their first or second
18:46 symptom again or they got symptoms for
18:49 the first time in their life because
18:50 they they went vegan because they were
18:52 worried about animal cruelty and animals
18:54 and all that stuff and then they got
18:57 their first symptoms and then their
18:59 doctors like you're not getting enough
19:00 protein or they go on social and they
19:02 see a doctor now on Social cuz what
19:04 happened was social media did not have
19:06 hardly any doctors on social media
19:09 hardly any were on social media years
19:12 ago they were just in practice they were
19:15 practicing and then the birth of the
19:17 social media doctor who doesn't practice
19:20 so it's the birth now of the social
19:22 media doctor who does not practice and
19:24 does not know their patients pain and
19:26 suffering who doesn't know really how to
19:29 heal their patient who's dealing with
19:31 pain and suffering they became a doctor
19:33 didn't want to do it it was too nasty
19:36 and dirty work they didn't want to
19:38 communicate with people one-on-one in
19:40 the office they couldn't stand people
19:42 sitting there complaining to them about
19:44 how they're sick and how this medication
19:46 didn't help or how this herb didn't help
19:48 that was in this mixture of stuff with
19:50 probiotics and they left they didn't
19:52 really get into it and they left so
19:54 there's a birthing of doctors that never
19:56 practiced they're not seasoned doctors
19:58 They Don't Know Jack they don't know
20:00 squat and they're out there on social
20:01 media screaming away and screaming away
20:04 and and and getting all kinds of bits
20:06 and pieces of information that's not
20:08 even from scientific studies and so
20:10 forth right also poaching and stealing

20:20 want to practice anymore got interested

21:22 social and vegan influencers did not

21:37 the social the social media vegan
21:38 movement they didn't understand medical

21:43 some tidbits they were even adverse to

21:48 secretly but that's all they did they
21:51 did not want to learn how to heal while
21:54 being plant-based so they all jumped

38:07 autoimmune a farce they didn't know

38:11 a perfect example of this I was vegan

39:12 their medical license but realize they
39:14 don't want to practice they don't want
39:16 to touch dirty people they're too you
39:18 know above that they don't want to deal
39:21 with people complaining and crying in
39:22 the waiting rooms and them just trying
39:24 to like offer a drug or whatever it is
39:26 so they just went on social there's a
39:29 massive upsurge of these what I call
39:32 fake doctors because they don't want to
39:34 practice and they don't have
39:35 experiencing practice experience
39:37 practice right they don't have that so
39:39 what they're rising up right now and
39:40 they're the ones that are taking down
39:41 the vegan movement and the plant-based

39:51 plant-based people did not adopt what

42:50 thought when they were vegans and they
42:52 were being a vegan and they thought
42:53 animal cruelty and animals dying and
42:55 getting slaughtered and pigs getting
42:56 slaughtered and killed they were like
42:59 that was enough for them to not do
43:00 anything animal so they're really strict
43:02 like no animal animal no animal and then
43:04 when they got 24 years old 25 years old
43:07 and they got their first symptoms and
43:08 something went wrong and they found
43:09 something on their skin and everything
43:11 they panicked and it wasn't about the
43:14 animals anymore forget the animals who
43:15 cares if they die I got a problem on my
43:17 skin I'm protein deficient now and or

43:22 believe so the plant-based movement was

1:15:50 deathbed that gets brought before you

1:16:04 intentionally were just evil and you
1:16:08 thwarted people's healing process and

1:16:14 benefited from it and never apologized
1:16:17 and never came clean you remember that
1:16:21 and you were evil when you did it that
1:16:24 has to be resolved before you pass on
1:16:27 and so I see all these people doing that
1:16:28 and I'm like you think that's just like
1:16:30 that that's it nothing to worry about
1:16:32 anymore that's it it's over you totally
1:16:35 screw me over like that you know you
1:16:37 tell people this and that you do this
1:16:39 then you take the info that info comes
1:16:41 from
1:16:42 above that info you learned and you're
1:16:44 spreading around and using against me
1:16:47 and using for yourself the benefit and
1:16:49 doing these evil you know these evil
1:16:51 things that's information that came from
1:16:55 a Divine Source from
1:16:57 above you don't think down the road

1:19:02 know you're an animal protein person
1:19:04 here's what I would do I would make this
1:19:06 dish I would take the Millet and move
1:19:09 the Millet out and not use it in this
1:19:11 dish and I would put a small portion of
1:19:14 your favorite meat in the dish that's
1:19:17 what I would do that's all if you're a
1:19:20 meat eater that's what I would do I
1:19:22 would not do it with the Millet in there
1:19:24 I would replace the Millet with the meat
1:19:27 and I wouldn't use a lot of meat I'd use
1:19:29 a little bit of meat because the meat is
1:19:31 an overt fat and you don't want to over
1:19:34 fat your dish too high you're not going
1:19:36 to heal if you over fat your dish too
1:19:38 high and then I would make sure that
1:19:41 that was pretty much your only meat for
1:19:43 the day if you're trying to heal if
1:19:45 you're chronically
1:19:52 sick all right what else we got cooking

1:20:54 plant Pro protein powders to go and buy
1:20:57 the Meat Heads protein
1:21:00 powders it was a cash cow

1:21:30 parsley with some cilantro wrapped up
1:21:38 together so I'm going to chop up this
1:21:41 parsley right here you can use a lot of
1:21:43 it you can use a little bit of it I'm
1:21:45 I'm like a big fan of leafy green herbs

1:21:49 messaging that for years that you use
1:21:52 your green leafy herbs as green leafy
1:21:55 greens that's what you do with it now
1:21:57 you can just take some of this and put
1:21:59 it on top of it at the you know after
1:22:01 you make it I'm going to mix this
1:22:07 in but I'm not going to have just um big
1:22:10 pieces of this I'm going to go with kind

1:24:21 things though you can use as a tool if
1:24:23 you use it just
1:24:24 right if you mix Millet with a whole
1:24:28 bunch of oil and a whole bunch of nut
1:24:31 butter or tahini it's not a good it's
1:24:34 not a good use of it if you're
1:24:39 healing cweed hero says no radical
1:24:42 fat just conservative fat really
1:24:46 smart so yeah so there we go I made the
1:24:49 dish I made it in this bowl I could set
1:24:51 it up in a different Bowl though
1:24:53 potentially make it kind of look look
1:24:56 okay uh you can do it in different ways
