[00:00:00]
We're making a watermelon, strawberry, and ginger lemonade right there, you guys. I'm excited about this. What you see in front of me is a lot of watermelon. And I'm not going to eat it all in one shot, no way. I'm going to talk about that later on too.

[00:00:24]
This is an important live, believe it or not—really important for watermelon likers and watermelon eaters. And there's a reason for why this is important because, man, oh man, there are a lot of tricks and tips and stuff you need to know when you're eating watermelon. Because you can end up with a bellyache. You can end up with all kinds of stuff. And then people just like, "I love watermelon, but this and this and this." Heard it over and over again. So this is important to know. Plus, we're going to talk about what watermelon really does—what it really does. And that's a big deal, okay? Because you're going to want to know what it really does inside, internally, all right?

[00:01:04]
You guys, we're here. This is a little live right here. We're talking about LCF expanded. Do you have it? The whole bit? So let's make sure that you guys know that—I don't know, what is it, a month from now it's coming out? After a day it's out, it's not going to probably be in stock, letting you know. So you want to pre-order, definitely pre-order this book. This book is a reference guide. It is a lifetime, a long-lifetime reference guide. You can take it out for years and years. And you could pass this down from generation to generation. The information in here is timeless. It's classic. It's advanced. It's powerful. And it is healing. And that is a big deal all on its own.

[00:01:46]
So in this book, you get information about so many different herbs and fruits and vegetables and wild foods, okay? So this is a powerful book. You guys probably know—you probably have the original. Remember the original ten years ago? Okay, well, this is now the expanded. When I mean expanded, it's not just expanded. It's like—it's turned into one of those really big, big books like "Brain Saver." It turned into one of those where it's heavy. I get it. It's a big book. It is—I don't know—600 pages. This is just the manuscript, my personal manuscript in here in this folder. This isn't what you're going to get. You're not going to get this when you pre-order it.

[00:02:28]
Plus, just a quick and important little thing to know: when you pre-order it, you're not getting charged until it's shipped. Keep that in mind. Pre-order it on Amazon. You're not getting charged until it's shipped. So that matters to a lot of people and rightfully so.

[00:02:44]
So we've got the watermelon, strawberry, and ginger lemonade. That's what we're making right out of this book: Life-Changing Foods. You see the watermelon right there? Boom, boom, boom. We've got some strawberries, okay, right there. That's great. They're sitting there. Got some lemons. Big hunk of ginger right there, too.

[00:03:05]
Let's talk a little bit before we crank into this. Let's talk a little bit about the healing properties, stuff like that, okay, which is really cool. What's so amazing about watermelon—the powerhouse it really is—and you're going to want to know some of the pitfalls too about watermelon. So it's not just about, you know, it tastes great and all that—you want to know how to eat it, because there is a way to eat it.

[00:03:30]
I don't know if you've done this before, but you get into a picnic situation. You're eating hot dogs, and hamburgers, and cheeseburgers, and, you know, baby back ribs or whatever else you're eating. You're slurping down all that food—egg salad or whatever else that's at that picnic. And then, you know, chocolate cake, corn on the cob drenching butter. And then the watermelon comes out, and then you have the watermelon. Everybody has that slice of watermelon at the end—not at the beginning. They have it at the end.

[00:03:57]
That is actually a mistake. Don't do that. If you're going to go to a picnic and you're going to eat watermelon, okay, just a little fun tip: you want to start the watermelon at the beginning. So whatever you're eating, whatever your diet is—maybe you're somebody that eats like, you know, a not-so-bad diet of some kind. Maybe it's a not-so-bad vegan diet. Maybe it's a not-so-toxic and bad animal protein diet, right? And that's how you're going to eat. You're still going to want to start the watermelon first. You're going to want to do that before, at the start of the picnic.

[00:04:32]
One of the greatest, you know, mistakes of history—long-time history—is eating all that heavy fat and all that heavy, right, protein and fat and all that intense food. And then you're dropping a watermelon on top. And the watermelon is sitting on top of all that, and it's fermenting. And that's what people don't realize.

[00:04:53]
So if you're going to go and you're going to eat at a picnic—or maybe it's not a picnic, maybe it's just something else, family gathering at home, whatever it is—and that watermelon is awaiting. It's awaiting, it's awaiting, it's awaiting, right? It's there. And yeah, you crack it open first a little earlier before everybody gets into the heavy stuff. You start it out as an appetizer. Make it the appetizer before you move into cheeseburgers and hot dogs and whatever else you're going to have at that cookout. Chicken, right? Maybe it's chicken. Maybe you're going to be throwing chicken on the grill or something at that family gathering, whatever you're going to be doing. Maybe you're going to be eating something else. And what you have to know is, don't put the watermelon on after. Do not do that because it's going to sit and it's going to be stuck and it's going to want to push.

[00:05:38]
Watermelon is similar to papaya. It is a pusher. That's what it is. It is a pusher. So what happens when you're dealing with pushers, like this incredible fruit right here, it's going to want to push everything down, but everything's going to be stuck—because your ribs and your chicken and your meat or maybe you're vegan, and it's some high fatty nut pie of some kind. It's just going to be stuck. And the watermelon is going to sit on top and it's going to be waiting. And as it's waiting, it's going to kind of bubble up and bubble up and bubble up.

[00:06:12]
And so, eat it before. That's how the healing happens. Eat it early before you do all that. It's a great tip. It's a way to get watermelon to work for you, to help heal you because we're talking about life-changing foods and we're talking about healing, okay? This isn't just like a food book, and that's what this is—a cute food book. No, no. This is about why people are sick. This is about all kinds of things. True causes of diseases, symptoms, conditions, okay? And it talks about how these foods help whatever conditions and diseases you're up against. And that is a big deal all on its own. This is a critical, critical weapon against disease, illness, symptoms, conditions. This is a weapon against chronic illness. So keep that in mind, you guys.

[00:07:00]
So if you pre-ordered it—you locked it in, you locked it in, okay? If you didn't, you might not get it when it comes out because, guess what? It's happened every book, every Medical Medium book going all the way back to the first Medical Medium book. And everybody's screaming at me like, "I can't get a book. I can't get a book." And I feel awful. I feel awful, okay?

[00:07:19]
So I want to talk a little bit about the watermelon—the power it has. So what's your favorite part of the watermelon? What is it? What favorite part is yours, okay? So I'm going to slice a slice, okay? And then we'll take a look. Let's slice a slice of watermelon is what we're going to do, all right? Let's do that now. So let me just take this one right here. We'll do a little slice if you guys are okay with that, all right? I'm going to slice it right here, okay? Do a little bit of a slice. And then I'm going to make a nice fat slice right there. Look at that, okay? There is that slice of watermelon. Whoa, I mean, we got so much watermelon talk. I'm actually like busting at the seams of it right now because I know we have a lot to talk about—like how to eat a watermelon, how to pick one out, what to look out for. The tips are endless in the Life-Changing Foods book. And I'm sharing them with you today, okay? And I'm hoping I can inspire you—I want to inspire you.

[00:08:20]
So that is a slice of watermelon right there, right in front of me. What's your favorite part of the watermelon? Is it this nice sweet spot right here? So I'm going to do this a little bit. I'm going to cut this nice sweet—Is this the spot you like the most? A nice sweet spot. Look at that. Is that your favorite spot in the watermelon? It's this one right here, just asking you guys. It's got the flavor. It's sweet. It's yummy. That's the one right there, right? See how I cut it right out of the center there? That's the spot everybody goes, "Ah, hum, hum, hum, hum, hum, hum. This is good watermelon, hum," right? That's the spot, okay? All right.

[00:08:52]
So that's where the glucose mostly is comprised. It's where it's mostly located. That's the glucose right there. That is the critical glucose from the watermelon that goes to the brain, that goes to the liver. That's the glucose right there in the watermelon. It's right in this sector of the watermelon. How cool is this? This is information that's in "Life-Changing Foods," the book right there. So would you guys take a look at that? So look, here you go. That is the spot where the glucose is. That's part of the whole reason why our brain gets fed with sugar. That's the part that makes us feel good too, because that is the sugar part. Gives us the energy, gives us the strength. That's the glucose right there.

[00:09:38]
Okay. So, but wait a minute here. If you're somebody and you're only eating that part of the watermelon—and only that—that's not a great idea. You want to eat more than just the sweet spot. You want more than that. You want to go into the next spot. That's where you want to go—where some of the minerals are, the bigger minerals. So let's go there now. All right. Let's cut this up a little bit. We're going into it a little bit. Now, there's the midsection of the watermelon. There it is. There's the midsection. Check this out. Yep. There it is. Let's take that off. Boom. There it is.

[00:10:13]
There's the midsection. You got to make sure you're eating that midsection of that watermelon—letting you guys know it's important. And I know some of you are like, "Oh, AW, I always eat the midsection of that watermelon, man. You're not teaching me nothing about eating a watermelon. I know what you're talking about there." But you got to eat that midsection. You know why? Do you know why? That's where the potassium is. Guess what? That's where the calcium is. That's right. That's where the potassium is. That's where the calcium is. That is where certain minerals, critical minerals are. And if you're only eating that first sweet spot I showed you—you just got on here, you got to watch this from the beginning—if you're only eating that sweet spot, it's not good. You want to have that midsection. That's right. That's where the potassium is. That's where the calcium is. That is where critical minerals are. Very important, okay? And that's where all that sits in there. It is a big deal.

[00:11:08]
So let's go a little bit deeper. Let's go a little bit deeper. Now if you're eating your watermelon, you guys throw it out there. Do you throw it out? Is that where you guys throw out your watermelon right there? Take a look. How many times you see that on somebody's plate right there? I've seen that on a lot of people's plate. Yeah, I ate watermelon. Yeah, I like watermelon. But look, it was in their plate just like that. Very interesting, okay? Keep in mind, that right there is not a good thing. If you want to eat watermelon like that, of course you're welcome to, okay? But I'm just letting you know, the sodium's next. We need the sodium. That's the next part. So guess what? We got to eat deeper there. We got to go deeper into the watermelon. Now we're in here, okay?

[00:11:51]
So I'm doing a little bit of cutting, right? There we go. See if I could do this right, okay? There we go. Ah, I think I'm kind of a little bit off, but there we go. All right. Okay, I'm going to flip this over. That's where we got to go. We have to have that. You see a little bit of the white? That's the sodium. That's the sodium. The watermelon's designed so that when you eat it, you're going to eat it out of balance if you don't partake of all three levels. There it is—all three levels. That's the third level right there. You see the white right here? Now, that's the rind, of course, but you see the white right there? You don't have to eat the rind. You don't have to eat the watermelon rind.

[00:12:37]
I know watermelon heroes out there, watermelon advocates out there, watermelon fiends out there. They'll definitely eat it right down to the rind. They might even eat the rind. I don't recommend that. I don't. You don't need to. You don't have to. But you see this? Right there. We're talking about eating watermelon. Look at that. That is the third part. That's the base of the watermelon. That's where the sodium is. And this isn't like salt. This isn't like salt-salt. That just—oh my god, the more and more I see people playing with salt out there, so bad for them. I'm going to show you my salt trick. Every single ad that pops up, it's like, I'm going to show you. My husband, he couldn't. But now I did the five minute salt trick every second. It's like, if you're worried about weight on you, do this with salt. It's insane. Meanwhile, they're killing their brain and liver. You can't salt yourself. There's a reason why you can't drink ocean water. You'll die. You'll die. Go on a boat. Leave your fresh water behind. Start scooping buckets of ocean water for a few days. And find out where you're at. You can't handle the sodium. People can't handle it. But it's different. The sodium, trace mineral sodium right here, and the macro-mineral sodium—completely different than the sodium that people are downing on their food and so forth, or all the tricks they're trying to do to try to dehydrate themselves. That's a whole other game. This sodium you need. That's the sodium right here.

[00:14:13]
Here's the midsection right there, the midsection, remember? So I'm going to put it back together, OK? So let's put this back together. I might even grab a plate and put it back together in a plate, if you don't mind. Let's see if I even have a plate. Oh, yeah, I might have some plates. Take a look over here if I don't. Aha, aha, aha. Yeah, I do. All right, making some noise. I'm going to put this together for you right now, OK? See that right there? Here's the bottom section right there, OK? A little bit of a puzzle. That's where the sodium is. You don't want to leave your watermelon, OK, where it's like that, you're done. You don't want to toss your watermelon like that. OK, let's do the midsection right here. Look at that. There goes the midsection, OK? That's the part there, and I'm missing a piece. All right, let me see if I can put it together here. Something like that, OK? There you go. It's the midsection, and there's the glucose—the sweet spot. And there's the sweet spot right there. You're looking at the watermelon.

[00:15:16]
So this is really important information. It is, because hey, you could waste the watermelon, its ability to fight disease, its ability to actually correct brain problems, its ability to get electrolytes to the brain, its ability to heal you, its ability to be a healing food. I want you to know how you can maximize healing benefits when you get a watermelon into your life. And this is critical. If you just got here, that's right, we're talking about life-changing foods right there. Check it out—expanded, life-changing foods. Do you have it pre-ordered? Make sure you preorder it, because what's going to happen is it's just going to be like, I can't get the book. I can't get the book. Where is it? Preorder it, OK? They don't charge you till it's shipped, all right? Go to Amazon, go to Barnes and Noble, wherever you are. Make sure you preorder Life-Changing Foods, OK? New edition, expanded edition. Make sure you do that, all right? Save yourself and your loved ones with fruits, leafy greens—that's right—herbs, wild foods, and vegetables, OK? My god, there are so many, so many powerful, powerful tools in that book that you can use for a lifetime to keep you in a good place with your health, reverse conditions and symptoms.

[00:16:21]
We're going to read a little bit out of it. I just want to show you how it works with a watermelon slice—how important this is. So you're looking at the glucose right here. Don't stop there. A lot of people do. They just want that sweet spot, and then they throw the watermelon aside. Get that midsection. You want the midsection. You want your potassium. You want your calcium, right? And then, boom, you see that bottom section here? Right there, see that bottom section? That’s where, OK? That's where the minerals are of salt, sodium—not toxic sodium, not any kind of other sodium people are using for not just their food now. They're trying to dehydrate the crap out of their bodies. They don't realize that they're killing their brains playing all those sodium games, right? So what you'll see here is a seeded watermelon. You guys know this, I'm sure. Seeded—it's better. Seeded, it is better. But if you can't get a seeded watermelon, you're still good. You're still good. Might be hybridized, but it's not GMO. It might be hybridized, but it's not GMO. Keep that in mind. You can do a seedless. Some people are like, I'll never do a seedless. No, they offer a lot. If it's all you can get, get a seedless. If it's all you can get, that is an option. So keep that in mind. But look for seeded. That's the top dog. That's the top dog right there. Keep that in mind, too.

[00:17:38]
So let's talk a little bit about what watermelon does. We're going to make also something really cool. If you guys just got on here, watch it from the beginning later. But if you just got on here, we're making the watermelon, strawberry, ginger lemonade—is what we're doing. It's right out of LCF today right here. It's a recipe in the book right there. So let's go in there.

[00:18:00]
Let's talk about something that everybody loves to talk about. Everybody loves to talk about this. We're talking about fecal matter. Yep. We're talking about fecal matter. Why not? Why not? OK. So what does watermelon do that nobody knows? It's got phytochemical compounds that have a softening agent for hard-packed fecal matter. It's got a softening agent built inside of it—phytochemical compounds that actually start to soften hard-packed fecal matter that is 50 years old, 20 years old, 10 years old, 40 years old, five years old—hard-packed fecal matter.

[00:18:37]
So in our intestinal tract, what happens over the years, because of all the stuff we're eating, all the intense gluten, all the intense undigested protein, all the intense fats that go rancid and solidify and become packed on the sides of the intestinal tract, all those things—including other stuff too—that gets caught in elbows, in the elbows. You know where the elbows are, you guys? You're looking at them. There they are. The elbows are all through here. Elbow, elbow, elbow, elbow. There's elbows everywhere. You see all these elbows right here? And all that fecal matter gets trapped in there. And then as the years go on, it's not just weight gain someone gets, right? It's they're getting fecal matter buildup. So they start getting bloated. They start getting distension. They start getting extended. They start getting that because a lot of the times—a lot of the times—they'll have the fecal matter that built up over time; pork that was in there from a pork sandwich, a pork chop from bacon a long time ago. People are like, "I ate bacon ten years ago." Yeah, it's still there. It's still there. You're like, "I don't eat bacon anymore. No way." Man, it's still there. I haven't had ham in, I don't know, years. It's still there. Most likely, it's still there. It's in an elbow somewhere. It is.

[00:19:53]
This has nothing to do with whether you're plant-based or animal protein. It has nothing to do with that at all, actually. There's a lot of vegan foods that still can be in the crux of those intestinal tract corners. Plenty of vegan food. Plenty of high-fat vegan food. Lots of different nut options. All kinds of stuff like that. Lots of bean curd. Lots of bean rot that just gets caught in the elbows. So if you're doing vegan, does it mean you're free from that? And if you're doing vegan, does it mean you got rid of that? That you got rid of your old bacon, that your old ham that's been all stuffed in the corners right there of your small intestinal tract and so forth. So we're talking about watermelon. You guys just got on here. We're going to make a watermelon recipe. We're talking about information out of LCF, which is really exciting.

[00:20:38]
But you, you've got to know. I mean, LCF is a book that went around the world. Millions of copies of LCF went around the world. It's one of the favorites out there in the world of health. But guess what? New edition. It's expanded edition right here. We're making a watermelon recipe. This is not what the book looks like when you get it. This is just my manuscript right here. That's all this is. It's my manuscript.

[00:21:02]
So here we are. We're talking about fecal matter if you just got on here. So watermelon has phytochemical compounds, agents that soften old, corroded fecal matter—impacted fecal matter that's hardened and encased in the elbows of the small intestinal tract, in the elbows all around. OK? You can pick your elbow. It could be in there. Most likely it is. And there's all kinds of stuff in there from years and years of eating all kinds of stuff, including dairy. Dairy actually collects all on the inside of the elbows and hardens. You didn't know that. You're eating dairy, ice cream, you're eating butter, whatever it is. You think that that's not going to do it. But it does, because it loses that emulsification, right? It actually gets hard as it's going down. It gets hardened along other fecal matter and gets basically embedded in there. So either way, same thing with vegan ice creams that have all kinds of garbage in them. The same thing there. They could end up all trapped in there with old ham bits and old bacon bits from 20 years ago and so forth—fecal matter that's sitting there, gut rot that's been there for a long time, low HCL in the stomach. You couldn't break down the proteins, you're low bile in your liver, you couldn't break down the fats.

[00:22:13]
That's right. Everybody on that high-fat diet, everybody's on a high-fat diet. Their gallbladder's turned to shit. Their liver's turned to shit as time goes on, because the high-fat diets—whether it's animal or vegan, I don't care. Plant-based or vegan, animal, vegetarian, plant-based, vegan, animal, vegetarian, I don't care. What happens is your liver can turn to shit over time from that high fat, high fat, high fat. Everything starts to harden up. Everything sits along the intestinal tract, the walls.

[00:22:47]
And guess what watermelon does? It's a softening agent to the trapped fecal matter that sits in the elbows of the small intestinal tract and the colon. And that's what happens when you're eating watermelon. But wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. We've got to talk about that a little bit. You want to pace yourself when you're eating watermelon. If you have a half a watermelon in a day, pace yourself. If you have a whole watermelon in a day, probably a little too much for one day. Definitely a little too much for one day.

[00:23:20]
Because you want to pace yourself when you're loosening that stuff—that fecal matter that's trapped—you want to pace yourself. Because under there, under that fecal matter, lies an old dirty secret or lies things that are under there. And what's under there is bacteria. That's right. All the bacteria sitting behind that fecal matter. And you're doing watermelon to heal. You want to soften up that fecal matter and get it out. But all the bugs, many of them, lots of bacteria, sit underneath that fecal matter and are impacted in there in that fecal matter.

[00:23:54]
So what happens if you want to do a lot of watermelon, and you're slicing off a watermelon, what could happen is you could have a blowout. So then you're softening up all the fecal matter. You're softening it, softening, softening. It's starting to break free. And then they come out right there. They come out. And your immune system might be already kind of weakened, already struggling for all kinds of reasons. And they come out.

[00:24:18]
So what you do is you pace yourself with watermelon. You don't live off watermelon unless it's the only food you have. If it's the only food you got, yeah, live off of it. Survive. Live off it. It's a healing food, without a doubt. But you want to pace yourself. So you don't want to be cranking that watermelon to the point where you're living off of it every single day. You're eating a whole watermelon every day, and that's all you're eating.

[00:24:48]
Hey, I want to do a watermelon cleanse. You've got to be careful, because what's going to happen is you're going to break free a lot of stuff. You're going to overwhelm your immune system. It's not going to be able to keep track of all that loosened, a jarred bacteria. And then you might get some bloating, some cramping, some distension. You might get some of that when you're doing that kind of watermelon. You're doing a whole watermelon every single day. You might get that bloating and that distension because you're breaking free that strep and that E. coli and that C. diff.

[00:25:21]
And watermelon has the ability to do a flushing agent, like a flushing action, where it flushes out a lot of that. So it's flushing out the fecal matter. But it's a lot of bacteria that a lot of people have deep inside of them—a lot of it. And so you want to pace yourself. You want to eat a little bit of watermelon every day. How about that? When watermelon season hits, you eat a little bit of watermelon every day. That's how you do it. That's the best way to do it so you maximize your healing benefits. Simple as that.

[00:25:54]
So if you guys just got on here, we're having a fun discussion, a very nice discussion. I'm trying to make it as interesting as possible. I was kind of joking around before I came on here, before we went live, and I was joking around, I was like, so I'd like to show you this watermelon here. And I'm going to show you how to eat a watermelon. And we're going to cut this watermelon up. It's good for you. I want to make it as interesting as possible, you guys. And the information is mind blowing. It really is.

[00:26:30]
So if you don't have this ordered, order it. Order it, order it, order it. Make sure you have it. This is going to be in your personal library, meaning at home. It'll be in your study. It'll be in your kitchen. Hopefully, it's on your kitchen table. Hopefully, it's on there. It's on your kitchen counter. Don't worry if it gets dirty. It doesn't matter. Open it up. You guys, you're going to see information that's mind blowing. Then take it to bed with you at the end of the day, at the end of the night.

[00:27:00]
I promise you, if you take this with you for a nighttime read, you're going to be blown away. Because it's not just about the wild foods and the herbs and the leafy greens. It's not just about that. It's loaded with information about this world. It's loaded about what's going on, why people are sick. It is cranking, cranking with information. It will blow your mind.

[00:27:20]
Make sure you get a pre-order going, OK? So when it comes down to watermelon, it's something you don't want to live off of—unless you have no choice. You don't want to live off of it. Because what can happen is, as it's doing all that, the fecal matter's coming out, you're going to get cramped up, you're going to have some distension and so forth and everything.

[00:27:40]
And like I said before with the earlier tip, don't drop a big old half a watermelon on top of hamburgers, hot dogs, fried chicken, baked chicken, turkey, whatever, pork, ham, whatever it is. Don't drop watermelon on top of a big old picnic like people do all the time. The watermelon's just going to sit on top. That's what it's going to do.

[00:28:07]
So let's just say right here that this guy right here is at a family picnic. And all the goods are rolling out, OK? Hot dogs, hamburgers, everything, even if it's grass-fed beef, even if it's grass-fed beef hot dogs, whatever. It's all rolling out, the whole bit. All the food, the ribs, you name it, it's all coming out. The mayonnaise, the potatoes—potatoes are good, but potato salad with mayonnaise, that's questionable—and all the vinegar and all the condiments and everything, it's all rolling out. Everybody's eating and having a great time. Then an hour later, half an hour later, it's watermelon time. What happens is all that fat, all that protein and fat and everything else all came down into the stomach. It's sitting in here, and it's waiting to digest. It doesn't digest in an hour. That food just sits, and it sits, and it sits. You eat watermelon at the picnic, boop, boop, boop. You got your watermelon in, it drops out, and it sits. Really, it sits right at the esophagus, right at the top. And that's where it is. It's crazy how it works.

[00:29:23]
So let's answer a lot of questions right here, too. I can't wait, you guys. There's lots of stuff to talk about. All right, let me move this guy right here. And we're also going to make this thing, too. All right? We're also going to make this thing as well. I'm going to put this guy back. All right. All right, so we want to run over a couple of things.

[00:29:49]
So Jennifer says, how come my tummy hurts when I eat too much watermelon? OK. A couple of things happen when you're eating too much watermelon. Keep in mind, it's a fecal matter softening agent, just like I just talked about. It could be quickly moving some fecal matter away, softening it. And when it does that, now you're getting other material right on the base of the small intestinal tract.

[00:30:12]
Some people have something that's hard. It's hard and clay-like at the bottom of their stomach. So there's this right at the bottom of the stomach, right here before it goes down to the duodenum. A lot of people have this little divot where that stomach is. So let's talk about that for a second, too. Let's see if I can get the stomach out without this whole thing just falling apart and falling on top of my watermelon, which I don't know. I don't like that. All right, so we've got a stomach here.

[00:30:41]
So at the bottom of the stomach, keep in mind, at the bottom of the stomach is going to be this little spot where there's a divot, where there is a crater. That spot is there for people who have overeaten for too many years. I'm guilty of overeating. I'm guilty of overeating sometimes. I'm really hungry and it's really good food. I'll push it to the limit. But a lot of people overeat many times in their life, maybe not anymore. Maybe they did it 10 years ago. Maybe they overeat 20 years ago. But either way, there becomes this pouch at the bottom of the stomach. The pouch makes kind of like a spot where stuff can collect that doesn't get emptied. And it becomes like a clay at the bottom of the stomach. And that doesn't get emptied.

[00:31:29]
Now you're eating too much watermelon. Say you're eating too much watermelon and the watermelon is putting pressure on that clay spot, that divot. And it's loosening it up, too, which is not a bad thing. But either way, it's going to be really uncomfortable. And just even a little bit of it will be uncomfortable.

[00:31:48]
OK, so let's hit the next part of it. If you don't have that going on, then guess what? You might have something else going on. You might have low HCL. If you eat a lot of watermelon and you fill your entire stomach up and you stretch your stomach up and it's going like this—boop, boop, boop, boop, boop, boop, boop, boop, boop, boop—stretching, stretching, stretching, okay? You're stretching your stomach. You're stretching it. It's getting like this because you're putting all that watermelon in and it's got nowhere to go yet, okay?

[00:32:17]
What happens is, as it's stretching, your HCL can't really work much anymore. It gets so diluted. You do need a little bit of HCL. You do, even with watermelon. Watermelon's kind of a pre-digested kind of thing. When melons have a little bit of a pre-digested angle to it, you still need a little bit of HCL. But what happens, you dilute your gastric juices to such a degree because you're putting so much watermelon in, because it's not like something else. You know, at Thanksgiving, you have a turkey leg, right? Maybe a piece of a turkey leg. Maybe you have a little bit of turkey breast. But you're not like—well, I mean, Thanksgiving's a bad example. People will just stuff themselves till they need a couch. And a lot of people pop their guts on Thanksgiving, too, where they're in the emergency room because they literally pop their guts, like hernias and everything else, because they eat so much and they have all that cranberry sauce on top of it and that pumpkin pie on top of their—and the stuffing and everything else, right? Anyway, the point is when you're doing—get me back on track. Get me back on track, please, quick.

[00:33:16]
And then what happens is you're stretching the stomach, is what you're doing. You're eating a lot of watermelon. It's got nowhere to go. So it pushes down into the duodenum. And now the duodenum is stretching and filled. And your stomach's filled. And you're going to be like, oh my god, I'm getting a bellyache from eating too much watermelon at once. And then the top of your small intestinal tract is going to be getting stretched and filled, too. The small intestinal tract behind this colon right here, that's going to be stretching out. And that's going to be filled. So now you've got pressure on your small intestinal tract and your duodenum and your stomach because you're able to consume so much watermelon at one time. And you can't help it. It tastes so good. You know, you can't help it. So you're eating it all one time. That's a reason all on its own. There's other reasons, too. There just is.

[00:34:10]
But that is right there. And guess what? You want to read about that stuff? You want to know about that stuff? Uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh. Right there. Check it out. Preorder it. Because what's the date right now, anyway? I'm trying to think. Well, we're in October. Yeah, the end of October, early November. When it's released, on its release date, it will be out of stock because Amazon's going to sell out and Barnes is going to sell out or whatever. And people are going to be waiting for it for a long time. Don't be one of those people. Preorder it. I'm serious. Preorder it.

[00:34:46]
One reason is I don't want to—I feel so bad. I don't want to hear what happens. I might have PTSD. It's possible. I might have PTSD for ten years of, the book's not in stock. The book's not in stock. How do I get the book? How do I get the book? It's not in stock. It's not in stock. It's like, ugh. I told everybody to preorder it.

[00:35:11]
So anyway, yeah, so maybe I'm trying to do a PTSD cure where you guys preorder it and everybody's not freaking out if it's gone. So yeah, maybe that's what it is.

[00:35:24]
All right, so we're back here in Watermelon. There's going to be other—I'll go through some other tips. Not all of them. There's too many of them. But I'll go through some other tips, too, in LCF. And we covered a lot of cool stuff. So yeah, watermelon is a blessing. It is a beautiful, beautiful fruit. It is a gift from God. It is a gift from the earthly mother. It is here for us. I love watermelon. But I am a watermelon—I hate to say it—expert. I don't know about a watermelon snob. Maybe I'm a little bit of a watermelon snob, too, because I'm going to tell you the next thing we're going to get into now.

[00:36:01]
So let's go. Let's just move. Hopefully, the guts don't come out of the sky, because we're live right now. If this was prerecorded, then I'd be like, OK, it doesn't matter. We could always edit something out. But we're live.

[00:36:20]
All right, you guys, here we are talking about watermelon. Let's get into an overripe watermelon situation. Now, these aren't really overripe, but this one here is a little bit on edge. So the one I cut open first, I purposely did because I knew we were going to talk about overripe. Overripe watermelon can give you a stomach ache. That one can be a problem. So back to Jennifer on that question. This is another reason why somebody can get a stomach ache. It is from overripe watermelon. You don't want it overripe. So you want to be cautious.

[00:36:52]
So let's talk about picking out a watermelon. Now, these are the watermelons that—the only watermelons I can get right now. So at the store, I got a bunch of watermelons. Let's see here. Let me grab this watermelon right here. Look at that baby, huh? Look at that watermelon. So many, so many tips of the trade, of the watermelon trade. So many. All righty.

[00:37:18]
Picking out a watermelon. Squeeze that watermelon. Squeeze it. Squeeze that watermelon. Give it a squeeze. I do a little palm squeeze. Reason why is if that watermelon's givin’ in too much, if it's givin’ in too much—so then you've got an overripe watermelon. Most likely, an overripe watermelon. You don't want them overripe. They'll ferment quickly. They'll sit on top of other food. They'll ferment. You don't want that overripe watermelon. So here we are.

[00:37:45]
So Cold White Springs says there's only overripe watermelon in Norway now. Really? Wow. After the pandemic, I had to stop buying them because they're always overripe. How do you like that? So maybe they don't even refrigerate them. And when they're shipping and everything else, they're not even really refrigerating them. And that's a problem all on its own. All right. So here's a big old watermelon in front of me. Let's go to something else that's really cool. Squeezing it. Is it giving in a little bit? Let me grab another watermelon. Don't roll off of that. Watermelon, don't roll off. This one right here, this one's giving a lot. It's got to give to it right here. So there's some give to this one. This one's firmer. This one's giving a little bit. The watermelon I just cut open, that was squishier. It had more of a give. That's the one I cracked into right there first. It has more of a give. So try to avoid overripe watermelon. It is a problem. A watermelon can be so overripe and sit on your counter for a long time and then want to almost explode. Literally, that happens a lot.

[00:38:44]
Oh, I'm keeping this watermelon out. Let's get another tip really quick. Get ready for this one. You ready? Make sure you wash the shit out of your watermelon. Unless you grew it yourself, make sure you wash the crap out of the watermelon. Sorry about the swear. I'm just going to say right now, OK, that is important. Because it gets—this is where the watermelon was laying. Look, here's an amazing tip right here. Here's where the watermelon was sitting in the watermelon patch right there. Because it gets porous there, you're going to get dirt. You're going to get manure. You're going to get whatever they're using, whatever they're doing. It's going to be kind of there. And so you're going to want to wash it good, right?

[00:39:21]
Some good unscented natural soap of some kind. But you get in the sink, and you wash your watermelon good. Another reason why you got to wash your watermelon good: if you're going to put it in your shopping cart, you don't know what's on the bottom of that shopping cart. Salmonella, E. coli, you name it. A lot of times when the news is like, there's a Listeria breakout on this and this—meanwhile, the Listeria came from something sitting on top of something. That's really what it was. It's like there's Listeria at the bottom of the shopping carts. People don't realize it. It's coming from all the meat products. That's what it is. And this isn't propaganda bullshit. I'm just saying that what I'm talking about, it's just the reality, whether anybody likes it or not. It's just all the chicken packs that have juices on the bottom, that cellophane wrap. And it's all over the bottom of the carts. It's everywhere. It's there.

[00:40:15]
So you put your watermelon in, your watermelon's collecting it all. Just anything's collecting it all. Now you bring your watermelon home. It's like, honey, I'm going to crack open a watermelon. Are you OK with this? I feel like some watermelon now. Yeah, let me just take it right out. Didn't even wash it. Didn't even wash the thing. I'm going to take it right out now. I'm going to cut that watermelon. I'm going to drive all that bacteria right into that watermelon. It is imperative you wash a watermelon.

[00:40:44]
I'm going to do demonstrations on washing melons and watermelons and produce eventually. I'm going to be doing that soon, but not today. But that is a—and by the way, this is a washed watermelon, a washed watermelon. It really is. Just letting you know. OK. Are we getting through some of this? Are we getting through some of this or what? Let's start making what we're supposed to make. That's right.

[00:41:03]
There it is. Can I copy that? Not quite sure. Can I get it to look just like that? Not quite sure. I'm going to give it a shot. Hey, why not? Because that is beautiful. That is really pretty. All right. All right. Mm-hmm. How do we start this? Let's crack into this one right here. Let's do that.

[00:41:22]
I'm going to move this ginger over. I'm going to put that one there. OK. All right. All right. Let's get a watermelon over here. Let's do four cups. Four cups of watermelon slice. There's different ways you can do it. You can do it differently. You can cut it in any way you want. It's not about how you—watermelon goes in the—it's all going in the blender.

[00:41:46]
So watermelon, either way, you don't have to be perfect. You don't have to cut it in perfect squares. You don't have to sit there and—ting, ting, ting, ting, chop, chop, chop, chop, chop, chop, chop. Just cut it up, shove it in the blender. But then again, if you want to measure it properly, maybe if you want to really measure this, you might want it in a better form. So what I'm going to do—check this out. Watch this, OK? Here's what I'm going to do. Ready? So I'm going to do this. Boom, see that? That's how I'm doing it.

[00:42:18]
One thing I don't like about watermelon is the mess it makes all over the counter. Sometimes the watermelon juices, they'll run under the cutting board, they'll run everywhere. And then you don't really know it was there. And then a couple of days later, you're like, what is that? Oh, god, that was watermelon.

[00:42:38]
All right, check this out. You see this? Look at that, right? How cool is that? Boom. Now you can do a couple of different things you can do. You can do a spoon like this, but I'm going to look—I'm going to look and see what else I have. You can use a scooper, a scooper spoon. I never even heard of such a thing, but I think I'm just coming up with that myself right now. I'm just saying scooper spoon. I don't know if there is such a thing. You can use this right here, OK?

[00:43:06]
So we're going to do like eight cups, all right? We're going to try to fill this blender. It calls for eight cups, something like that. So maybe we can just—we'll scoop out these little—there you go. All right, check that out, OK? There you go. How's that, you guys? You see that? All right, let's do a little bit more.

[00:43:28]
I'm going to push this forward here. There you go. I'm going to kind of kick it down a little bit. There you go. I mean, heck, you want to do it your way. You want to change up some of the amounts or something, you can. But look, look how easy this is when you do it this way. Like I said, you cut it across, all right? Now we're going to do eight cups. I'm going to do a little bit more because there's some air trapped in between. All right, there we go. Check that out. There you go. Four cups coming right up. There you are, going right in here. Don't make a mess. Don't make a mess.

[00:44:00]
Wow, if I put another one in there, that's going to be really high up. Let's put some more. All right, there we go. Scooping it out just like this. Now remember, the knife went through, so it's already cut. It's already cut. You guys saw how I did the knife, right? All right. This is going to be—I'm going to adjust the recipe a little bit. I'm just going to—Daring headlights, I'm just going to put some of this in here. There we go. That's plenty. That's plenty. Look at that.

[00:44:25]
All right, so I'm going to put this back. Look at that. Look at that. Isn't that crazy? Watermelons, I love watermelons. You don't love watermelons? If you guys just got here, watch this from the beginning, please. I don't want to ask much of you or anything. Please watch it from the beginning. I ask a view of that. So basically, I'm going to cut the recipe in half, basically. A little bit, maybe like two-thirds, I'm going to do. All right, let's get into the strawberries.

[00:44:52]
Let's hit the strawberries. You ready? OK, half cup fresh or frozen strawberries. Check this out. Check this out. I'm just going to cut the tops off. You can keep the tops. You can eat the tops. I already took the greens off, you guys. Usually, I leave the greens on while I'm doing this, but I'm cutting the greens. I'm cutting the tops off a little bit. You know why? I'm serving this to others, family. And what happens is that I don't want that like that knobby kind of hard, too hard of a part of a strawberry going in here, because it does have less sweetness to it. It's a little hard and crunchy, even though it's getting blended. But either way.

[00:45:28]
All right, so we're doing half cup of strawberry. There we are. Let's just see. That's a cup right there. Let me just chop these up. And it gives us an idea, too. Like not a full half cup. There we go. There we go. That's good, because we're backing down some of the watermelon, too. So perfect. You're going in there. Come on. All right, let's get the next part going.

[00:45:48]
We need some lemon juice. Let's get a little bit of lemon juice. Got a lemon. That looks good. These lemons look great. Check this out. I'm going to get the strainer out. You guys, wasn't that information about watermelons mind blowing? Come on, seriously. It was mind blowing, that information about watermelons. Are you kidding? It really was. So excited about this. What about a yellow watermelon? Yes. Yes. How about that? Yes, yellow watermelon. It's fine.

[00:46:15]
There at 1:44, it says hit the like button. If you guys can, that would be nice. Like I said, don't want to ask. So what happens is people don't realize—they don't realize the medical meme community are people who have been sick for a long time before they found the medical meme information. They're also sick while they're doing the medical meme information, because they're shedding their symptoms. They're moving themselves forward. They're working hard on their healing process. A lot of people come here really chronically sick. Like the most sick of all sick of all chronic illness comes to the medical medium community. That's what happens. And so I don't like to ask anything really, anything. Because what happens is—there it is. Nice. What happens is you don't feel good. You don't feel good. You don't need to have to worry about the hassle of clicking a like button. Unless you're going on to other people's feeds and clicking every like button possible, you're like, oh, I love that stunt somebody just did on TikTok. Let me hit the like button. But over there on medical medium, I don't really feel like it. I don't hit his like button. If you're doing that, then that's kind of like—that's some cool, man. All right, all right. It's fine. It's fine.

[00:47:18]
All right, let's go. Let's do some ginger. Let's work on that. So on the ginger, we're going to do a tablespoon. OK? You can do—if you're not a ginger person, that's another thing too. You can do less. Keep that in mind. You can make it—there's a lot of people where ginger is really strong. It's a medicine. It's medicinal. But it's very strong. You may not want to do a tablespoon of ginger. So let me get a big hunk of ginger out here. You may not want to do that. And I don't blame you, OK? So let's just cut the ginger back a little bit.

[00:47:51]
Now, I like taking the skin off the ginger because the skin on the ginger, believe it or not, because that rhizome, that tannin in the rhizome thing, sometimes it could be a little tough. It's almost latex-y, even though it's not kind of. So that ginger, that rhizome-y thing, it's in the skin. I like to take the skin off. I get it. There's warriors out there. They'll just throw the whole thing, skin and all in there. But you don't have to be a hero. You don't have to be a warrior. There's certain hills to die on. And there's times where there isn't a reason to die on that hill. So I'm skinning this back, if you don't mind. I might even do it this way too now. There you go. There you go.

[00:48:36]
Plus, you don't want, per chance, you're giving this to somebody. You don't want a piece of a knot. You don't want a knot from the ginger root. There you go. You don't want somebody chewing on that when you thought it was blended up nice. How about that? If anything, that's a good reason right there. OK. There we go. I'm going to chop this up a little bit just for the sake of making sure it's not just missed in the blender. You know how that can happen. So I'm giving it a little—if you guys don't mind, right? OK, just a quick little chop. Boom.

[00:49:05]
That's right. We got the lemon juice in there. We got the ginger. Optional honey. Optional honey right there. Boom. You better believe I'm going to put it in. That's right. Because you know when we do that little bit of coffee talk over there, the coffee talk, we're going to go head into the table in a little while. Coffee talk without the coffee. We're going to sit over there. I want a good tasting one with some honey in there. So I like the option of putting the honey in. So yeah, that's right. Put that there.

[00:49:33]
All right. I mean, I'm thinking we're ready. That's what I'm thinking. So if you guys are all right, I'm thinking I'm ready. OK? All right. See what we got. We're doing it. Jess, Celine. Good to see you, brother. You're on YouTube today, huh? You guys know I'm proud of you, right? Always. All the work that you're doing on your healing process. Truly am. All right. I could put it up a little higher. I just want to blend up.

[00:50:08]
Now remember, I got seeds in here. I want to blend up the seeds. It is a seeded watermelon. So I want to get the seeds blended up. You guys are OK with that. But what I love about the watermelon seed is there is—It is—it does have omegas in it. It does have fats in it. But small levels of it, just the right amount. They're in the seed, watermelon seed. Delicious. All right. Blending. Danny G says, crank it up, AW. What honey is that? It's raw honey.

[00:50:39]
Yeah. I would say I'm feeling pretty good about this. I am feeling pretty good about this. That's right. Indeed I am. All right, now you can serve this in so many different ways. I got a beautiful pitcher here. I can serve it in that. I could put it all in the pitcher and get it out of here. I could easily do that. So I shall. OK. That's going to go there. And I'm going to get this out here.

[00:51:05]
Now I'm going to do a couple of things. I might do some special lemon slices. I like that. So I'm going to get that ready. But here it goes. Let me go over here. I'm going to go to the fridge. And I'm going to get some ice. I'm going to get some ice. Got some ice going on. All right. Let's serve this. Let's do it. Because I would love to sit down. Look at that. That is so great. I'm going to leave the—look at that there. You guys don't mind? Put these little ice cubes in here, kind that are fun to—that's what I love to do. Boom. Let's get a lemon slice here.

[00:51:39]
OK. We have it. Boom. All right, so you guys, what I just made right here, all right, is a watermelon, strawberry, and ginger lemonade. So I hope you guys will enjoy this when you make it too. It's in Life Changing Foods Expanded Edition. If you guys just got on here, you're going to watch this at the beginning. But I'm going to sit down, relax with you a little bit. We're going to do a little coffee talk, a little coffee talk. And we're going to do that a little bit. But right here, LCF, you got it. This is my manuscript. This isn't the book yet. The book's going to be one heavy duty book. It's probably close to 600 pages. It's going to be filled with information that's advanced. Healing information, how to deal with chronic illnesses, and so forth, and how to use all these foods. I mean, it's a legendary book already that has a street cred and a record of healing people and helping people, changing their lives. Make sure you preorder it. Please, please, please, just so I can be spared, spared of—it's not in stock. Anthony, it's not in stock. I just want—I would love, love everybody to preorder it. If you can, if not, don't worry about it. You'll eventually get one. Here we go. Look. There it is. Let's go. Let's go over to the table. All right.

[00:52:48]
I'm going to taste this, if you guys don't mind. And I have this incredible manuscript in front of me. I could read a little bit about some symptoms, conditions that watermelon is good for. We can talk about that. Also, I think what happened last time we spoke is I talked about the haunted house that I lived in at one point and that I moved into. And I think what's—I may as well fill you in a little bit more about that haunted house, by the way, because I think it would be good—I feel like I left you guys hanging a little bit on that. I really didn't cover it too much and didn't go too crazy into it. Lemon. Lemon is wanting to fall off. That's incredible. That is incredible. Mm. That is so good. That is really good.

[00:53:33]
Symptoms, conditions that watermelon is good for. Let's talk about that. And when you use this book, keep in mind what you need to do. As you need to look at the different fruits and vegetables and leafy greens and herbs and wild foods, you've got to be like, "OK, I got a condition. I'm not well. I got fatigue all the time." And then you look and you see the ones you want to pick out that are good for fatigue. Maybe you have another condition too. Uma, good to see you. Uma Kali, ghost stories. Totally, totally good to see you, by the way. Amazing.

[00:54:07]
OK. So we got the conditions. We got the symptoms. All right, so let's go into symptoms a little bit. If you have any back pain or if you're somebody that deals with Bell's palsy, blood clots, blood sugar imbalances, the thing is you have to understand with watermelon, you don't want to have it with a stick of butter. You don't want to have—like I was talking about before, you don't want to have your watermelon with a turkey leg. You don't. I'm sorry. You don't want to have it with a stick of butter. You don't want to have it with dairy ice cream with all the fat or cream, milk cream, butter. It's not a good way to do it, because the fat is going to clog up your bloodstream. It's going to create that insulin resistance. And people don't realize that. It's so good for correcting blood sugar imbalances. Eye floaters, heat sensitivities. How many people are heat sensitive? Liver spots, neck pain, panic attack, sadness. Just running by a few of what watermelon is good for. Isn't that really—isn't that incredible when you think about it? You're drinking your heavy metal detox right now? Whoa.

[00:55:00]
Conditions, addiction. That's one right there. How many people are addicted? They can't get rid of their nicotine. I'm not talking about smoking it. I'm talking about they're just taking it now. Like what? You know, they're on their nicotine. They're on their caffeine. People are addicted. They're on all kinds of stuff. They've got to eat chocolate every single day. They've got to be on their matcha tea, whatever it is. They've got addictions. It just—they just do. They've got to be on their Adderall. They've got to be on whatever it is, their amphetamines. And they've got to be on their benzos. They're stuck on their benzos. They don't know it, but they're addicted to their benzos. A lot of people—what's happening right now with the younger crowd, a lot of young women are on benzos. It's like they go to the doctor. They have anxiety. They got panic. They go to the doctor. They don't know about drinking celery juice. They don't know about taking care of themselves. And so what do they do? And they head to the doctor. And the doctor's like, I'm going to give you some benzo, diazepine. I'm going to give you this. And here's the brand you're going to have. So you're going to have this. And they take it. And they're like—and the doctor gives advice like this: You don't have to take it every day. You can take it just when you're getting an anxiety attack. So all these young women in their, you know, whatever, late teens, early 20s, late 20s, early 30s, are walking around with their benzo in their purse. That's what they have. They got their benzo in their car. They got it in their purse. And they feel some anxiety come on. And they're popping a pill. You know? That's what they're doing. They're popping, you know, one milligram. They're popping, you know, five milligrams. I mean, five milligrams. They're popping all these benzos. You know, clopin, Ativan, whatever. They're just doing it. And what's happening is, it's like, whoa.

[00:56:12]
It's sad because there's this young generation of women—dudes, too, but young generation of women that are like, they got their emergency benzo in their purse. And it's sad. It's so sad because it's not a great idea for so many reasons. So addictions, and then you can get addicted to it and you don't know it. And there's this thing that happens, too, with benzos: you take them and then you end up having to take them again because you get what's called a rebound. Like, boop, a rebound. And now you're, boop, taking it sooner than you thought you would. Then you're taking it sooner than you thought you would. Then you're taking it sooner than you thought you would. And then now you're just like stuck.

[00:56:47]
And this is just a big part of how life is. I'm not judging anybody. I'm not judging anybody or shaming them or anything. I'm not shaming them. It's just reality. It's just the reality. You guys, is this OK—doing a little watermelon talk, like coffee talk here? All right.

[00:57:05]
So here we are. We're talking about different symptoms, conditions that happen here, and then we're on to benzos and stuff because we're talking about addiction. Watermelon is really good to stop addiction over time. And you could pace yourself. Just have watermelon. Buy a watermelon. Have a quarter of it a day. Have a few slices a day. Have two slices a day. How about that? Two slices. And then keep it in the refrigerator and have two slices every day until the watermelon's gone. How about that? We're going to do more watermelon stuff too.

[00:57:38]
If you guys just got on here, that's my manuscript right here. Make sure you preorder it if you can. You can go to Amazon. You can go Barnes & Noble. You can go to Indigo. You can go there. You can go to Target. Yeah. Preorder it. You love this talk? Wow. Thank you. Thank you.

[00:57:57]
The haunted house story—I'm going to talk about it. I can't get enough of this delicious drink. I think—let me get a new lemon. I can't help it. Come on. Hold on. I'm going to pop it here. You guys want to see me up here at all? I'm going to get a new lemon. I'm going to find a nice lemon here. I mean, we can do what we want. We can do what we want. How about that, OK? So here's what I'm going to do. I'm going to make this lemon so it's not so top heavy. See, I'm going to make a thinner spot. Failed. Top heavy where it goes out to the thinner point. And then I'm going to cut the slice on this point.

[00:58:34]
Let's go back. Come on. Let's do this. Let's do this right—I like it. Ooh, ooh, an ice cube. Little tiny ice cube. It's the spooky season. I just saw that, right? OK. Anyway, back to addiction a little bit. Watermelon bringing into your life. Have a slice a day. Have two slices a day. And it can help you with that addiction and so forth. It really can.

[00:58:57]
If you guys are in Long Island, if you're near an Organic Crush over there, we just did the event at Organic Crush, right? If you're near one, they got the watermelon juice. They got the MM watermelon juice there. I drank so many of them when I was there. When I was there for that week, I drank so many of those babies. It was so good. I couldn't get enough of it. So if you guys are in Long Island, go to Organic Crush. Get the watermelon juice that they have there. Everything about what they do is insane. And the watermelon juice was like another level. So good, so good.

[00:59:27]
So more conditions like bipolar disorder. People who are, they're just suffering emotionally. Basically, bottom line, they're suffering emotionally. They're suffering mentally. Watermelon's great for them. There's something called child liver right here. Child liver is if your child has liver problems, but doctor doesn't know, doctor can't see it. Pediatrician doesn't know, can't see it. But maybe the child is constipated or something else is happening. It's child liver issues. Maybe the child has real dark circles under their eyes. Watermelon is so good for that child liver. That is really cool all in its own. Celiac disease, boom, some watermelon. Of course, things like dementia, the personalization. Personalization is interesting for so many reasons. And watermelon is a great—it's that balance. Remember the balance I was talking about that's in here? That's in this book that you've got to get that balance of—you've got the glucose on the top section, the middle of the watermelon. Then you've got that midsection there. And you've got the potassium, the calcium. Then you've got the lower section by the rind. You've got the sodium right there. That's great for depersonalization right there. That is fantastic. You do some watermelon in the morning or later on, late morning or something. You do an HMDS later on after that. You do some celery juice and depersonalization. Bye. Kiss it goodbye, like gone. There's so many medical medium tools you can incorporate to get rid of problems like people do. It's incredible.

[01:00:47]
I'm going to do a little plug for myself if you guys are OK with this. Are you right? I mean, we're friends. We're tight. We're together right here. Sitting at my kitchen table, medical medium information and medical medium book series has healed more people on this planet than anything else in natural health or conventional health of chronic mystery illness anywhere in the world. More people healed, more people better, more people's lives changed than any, any, any podcast doctor, any podcast person, any health person, any whatever. I mean, more than any, any author, health author, more people healed from real chronic illness than anywhere else in the world and anybody else in the world. That is the plug. And it's a fact. And it is reality. And it is the truth.

[01:01:32]
All right, let's talk about some other stuff too. MeTube7087 says the details in medical medium information is mind blowing. And you can't get that in any other book. Any other health—what health author has that kind of detailed information that's in Brain Saver, medical medium book one, Liver Rescue, Cleanse to Heal? It doesn't exist. The 369 alone has healed so many people with so many debilitating diseases you could not even imagine. And that's how powerful that 369 is. That Cleanse to Heal, the advanced 369 is insane. I can't help it, you guys. If I don't squeak—if I don't squeak—I got to talk about what has happened in the history of medical medium information. If I don't squeak like a wheel, then what? I mean, you know what I mean?

[01:02:16]
So—Josh, will bird flu affect other animals? Here's what they're trying to do with bird flu. I'll give you a quick rundown about that. Classified medical research and science, you know, the evil ones, what they're doing is they're releasing a bird flu. Every year they release a bird flu or two. They're trying to get the worst bird flu they can possibly release. So not only do they have to euthanize a billion chickens a year—10 billion chickens a year. What am I talking about? Like, come on. 10 billion, 20 billion chickens a year. Not only do they have to euthanize those chickens—and turkeys and everything, because they're the ones putting the bird flu out there, classified medical research and science.

[01:02:55]
If you guys—if this is boring, just hang on. We'll talk about something else. Just hang on. So keep in mind that they're trying to do it. They're trying to co-release that bird flu along with a flu, along with a flu, a human flu. They want to because they realize that there's going to come a time where someone—where there's a human flu going around that is very malleable, because they want the ones that are mutatable and malleable that go around.

[01:03:21]
So classified medical research and science releases the flu every year. You guys, that's not naturally here. The flu wouldn't sustain itself. It wouldn't even be here. It would not even exist. They release it every year, a couple of times a year, a few times a year. And when they release it, they're hoping when they release the bird flu that someone has a flu in them at just the right time. And then they happen to be near a chicken coop that has the bird flu. They happen to be near a chicken place that happens to be infested with bird flu.

[01:03:51]
And then the bird flu jumps to the person. So they're trying to make bird flu jump. So classified medical research and science is releasing bird flus that actually jump. So they want it to jump into the person while they have an influenza that they've also released—classified medical research science. And so the mating happens. And when the mating happens is a new, new flu develops, most likely like a bird flu takes over the flu. And they merge. And you got yourself something that they're really hoping, which is the next pandemic, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, whatever.

[01:04:29]
So I'll give you a rundown on—the haunted house that I stayed in was in New England. And I knew it was haunted because SSC told me it was haunted, but that doesn't really throw me. There's a lot of good ghosts. There's a lot of good ghosts. They are good. Because they became a ghost—I'll have to go into depth about that at some point. How you become a ghost, all of it. It's a lot of information. I'm working on something about that, by the way, that I hope you guys will enjoy some of that. All from SSC, so it's really cool.

[01:05:01]
And the thing is, the ghosts don't necessarily spook me. So I knew it was haunted, fine. The house was built in the early 1700s. So you got to think about that. It was built in the early 1700s. And I remember when I moved in the house. I was outside. And it was one of those days where it was sunny out and the leaves were falling. And it was New England. And it was kind of like the weather in New England now. You got October. We're moving into October. Pretty much the leaves are going to start turning. And by the end of October, all the leaves fall on the ground. And the wind blows. And Halloween comes. And it's just spooky as shit. And so I'm in the yard around the house. And the house is a big old colonial. So you got to think about that. Early 1700s is a huge colonial house and has had a lot of people in there for many, many years.

[01:05:57]
And so I'm outside, I'm in the yard, and I was just looking for some spots to plant some apple trees and some pear trees. And I was looking at the ground. And the house is a big old colonial. And it had a huge attic. And in the attic, it had big colonial windows on each side of the attic. So you can be on the side of the house. I was on the side of the house in the yard. And Spirit of Compassion said, "Look up." And being that I hear Spirit since age four, I got a good sense of what "look up" means. So I got a good sense of what "look up" means. So I said, OK. And I said, "Why?" And Spirit of Compassion said, "Look up." I said, all right, I'm getting a little bit spooked because I know it's a "look up" where it's something like maybe a huge chemtrail plane is just about to cross over. Maybe it's one of those helicopters from the evildoers here on planet Earth in the United States and other places, the evildoers that have the Blackhawks that spray mosquito spray and other spray too. So I thought maybe it was something evil coming my way, like a Black Hawk helicopter from the private military corporations or something. And then they were about to drop a whole bunch of mosquito spray. So I was like, all right, here we go.

[01:07:11]
So I look up. And Spirit said, keep on looking up. Look at the window. And I look at the window, and I'm inside the house. And there's a face in the window. So I go, so yeah, like hair on the back of my head, back of my neck, and the goosebumps. But first I was in disbelief because the face happened to be very large. And I thought for some reason, maybe there was like—and I missed it—there was like some kind of thing in the attic, like a photo or a collage or something, or maybe an old painting or something that I missed when I moved in. And so I look up, and I see this face. And it was just unbelievable because at first I said, someone's in my attic. Immediately, like who's in my attic? And then I stare at the face. And the face is changing shape and then goes really close to the glass. And then it was the most crazy thing I've ever seen. So it was the face of a man that had a distinct nose, just really like this nose and this chin and the whole bit. And it was unbelievable.

[01:08:14]
So what I did was I ran. So I ran. I didn't run away from the house. And I ran into the house and ran up the steps. And then I ran up the steps to the attic. And I got to the attic and busted it open. And I ran to that window. And I looked around. And I was like, where are you? Where are you? And that was the first encounter I had. And then it was crazy because the other encounter was different. So the other encounter was I was downstairs. I was working really late. I was in—it would seem to be like a study. And I was in the study. And it was like 1 in the morning, probably close to 1:30 in the morning. And I was drinking a lot of lemon balm tea. I didn't drink anything with spirits in it. I didn't drink any bitters. I didn't drink any alcohol. I'm not an alcohol drinker. I don't like alcohol at all for a million and one reasons. So I was drinking some lemon balm tea. And then I went into the kitchen and rinsed out my glass. And then I went to the base of the stairs. And I decided to look up. Most of the times, I don't look up the stairs as I'm climbing the stairs. I just look at the stairs as I'm climbing the stairs, especially at 1:30 in the morning. I'm really tired. So I'm walking up the steps kind of thing. I decided to look up. And there's a little girl at the top of the stairs. And it's just a—it's like a vaporized little girl was at the top of the stairs, where it was like the old-time look, the old-time outfit, no expression on the face. The eyes were just straight white, like white light coming out of the eyes. And I stopped in my tracks by the third step. And I looked. And I was in absolute shock. I mean, it doesn't—I've been in a couple of haunted houses in my lifetime. And you can't get used to it. You just can't get used to it. There's nothing that can get you used to it.

[01:10:08]
And so I stopped on what was the second or third step, probably the third step. And so I started talking. I said, "Wow, what's your name?" And then the apparition just turned around and just started walking right into the upstairs hallway wall and just disappeared. And so that was the second one. So now I know I got two people in the house. And there's probably many more. And so there's many more occasions. I lived there for a while. There are many more occasions where this happened.

[01:10:39]
But the worst one was the actual, like, I was in bed. And I was awake. You know how that happens when you're in bed and you're awake? You know how that happens? You're awake. You know you're awake. You're not half asleep. You're not sleeping yet. You're awake. So I was awake. I just clicked off the light like one minute ago. Just clicked off the light. I'm laying in bed. I got my cover on me. I'm relaxing. I was wide awake. My eyes were open. I mean, it wasn't like I was half asleep. Because I told this story to a friend. They're like, you were asleep. I wasn't asleep.

[01:11:16]
And then the spirit of compassion said—this is scary—the spirit of compassion said, "Someone's in the room with you." And I said—and the spirit of compassion goes, "It's a man." So there's a man in the room with me. So I'm like—and now I'm just—I'm like shitting my pants, laying there. I just clicked off the light. I'm in the spooky old room, and a house built in the 1700s. I'm in the boondocks. I'm in the boondocks. There's no lights on my street. There's nothing like that. I had everything off.

[01:11:47]
And I said to spirit, I said, "Who?" And the spirit of compassion said, "There's a man that died in this house and is vexed. And the death of this man was a vexed death." And I said, "OK." And then right when I was about to say something else to SSC, the man grabs my leg, the thigh of my leg, while I'm in bed with my cover on it, and squeezes my thigh really hard and pulls my thigh so it falls off the side of the bed. And I jumped and ran out of the room, down the hallway, and locked myself in the bathroom. And because when I felt the grab on my thigh, I looked to the left, and there was this specter standing there. And it was a tall man. And it was a man that was dressed in some type of old style one-piece nightgown and one-piece pajama set. I don't know what it was. Probably from the 1800s, early 1800s. And I ran through the guy. I ran through him. Like it wasn't a question of, he disappeared. My leg was pulled off the bed. I fell off the bed and went running. And I saw the guy as I ran through him and got to the hallway. And I ran down the hallway. Craziest thing.

[01:12:59]
And this is the house I was talking about where I had a couch delivered and the guys wouldn't come in it. I just wouldn't come in it because they knew a lot about the house, as I was saying before. I don't know if you guys like these stories. But yeah, it's—and the thing is, now, you've got to watch out because I had a lot of discussions in spirit of compassion about that. The reason why that was the time I actually left that house because it was the kind of thing where I was not in the house for a while. So I wasn't there. I didn't do any light work in the house in the sense where I didn't put a big light. I didn't put light around the house. I didn't ask spirit of compassion to do any light work in the house. I was gone a few months, I think it was. When I came back, I didn't use any energy to try to clean the house up energetically or anything like that. It was some time has went by. And what that was was that encounter there was the encounter that said, you know what, I'm moving out of this house because that encounter borderline goes to not just specter, but to demon. That's what that encounter borderline. It was like, go specter to demon. It was like, because a ghost can have an ability to do that. Some ghosts have ability to make a little bit of a ruckus. But the demons have the ability to apply more pressure, push, pull to create more problems. And so I was like, well, this house is so old. It's got so much history. So many people died. So many people died in probably some bad ways. I was like, you know what? That was the time where I said, you know what? Sure, I could work on trying to get that demon out. We can blast the house. We can clear the house. But you know what? Whatever's living there, including all the ghosts, let them all live there together. Let them be there. I don't need to be there. So I said, you know what? I'll move out instead of working on cleansing the house, cleaning the house. Because it takes some energy. It takes some time. Because then you've got to live in there for quite a while afterwards and make sure everything's good, all clear. Then you've got to do it again, do it again, do it again. But what I did was I got back into that room. And I said, you know what? I'm not going to sleep in this room anymore tonight. I left the bathroom, walked down the hallway. I went back in that room. So I'm not going to sleep there tonight. So I went to another room in the house. And I went to sleep there. And I asked Spirit to use a light technique for that room. Because I didn't do that before. I just didn't do it. Got into the house, wasn't there for a few months, didn't do it, didn't even say the word light, didn't even whistle, didn't even say anything. I just went there, was tired, worked, went to bed. And there you go, a result of not doing any of that.

[01:15:27]
Cold light spring. I'm going to answer a lot of ghost stuff for sure. That's one of the questions. But anyway, you guys—oh, did you preorder it? There's no ghost stories in this book. This book is about life saving tools, life saving medical medium tools. This book is about healing, recovering, moving forward, getting stronger. And the whole bit. Renata, because ghosts love light. They do. They love light. They love it. Good ghosts do. But anyway, so what happens is that I didn't even have a chessboard, Juliette. Didn't even have a chessboard in that house. Because I just got in that house. I wasn't staying there a lot. And then it was me being out of that house for so long. So I'd be there for a little bit. Then I'd be traveling. Then I'd be there for a little bit. Then I'd be traveling. I never got a chance to cleanse the house. Never got a chance to send light around the house. Never got a chance to do it. Life just kind of takes over. And you've got to remember, you're not thinking. Not thinking anything like that can happen. But here's the thing, it wasn't a bad thing. Nothing bad happened. And the house had a kind of a feeling like protection. Had a protection feeling in it. And if somebody wants to grab your leg, give you a squeeze, doesn't mean anything is bad in that specter world necessarily. It could be also like, help me. Help me. And that's what I got as well. But it all depends.

[01:16:38]
And like I said—and if you guys have you actually listened to Angels, Demons, and Spiritual Tools, have you given that a listen to? So much information about all of it in there. See, Creative Heart said, not all ghosts are bad. Not all ghosts are bad. That is so true. And we're coming in October. October in many parts of the world is a little bit more of that spookier time. The weather starts getting colder. Leaves are falling off. You got the Halloween thing going on. Yeah, pretty amazing. So what happens is, in that situation, you haven't seen all your questions, you've got a house that could have a mixed bag of spooks in it, for sure. And that's how it works. I talk about the Angels, Demons, and Spiritual Tools, where it could be a mixed bag of things. Ghosts don't throw knives across rooms. Correct.

[01:17:26]
You guys love this. You guys love this information. I'm looking at the comments. Anyway, you have a friendly spirit in your 1920s home, Jay? Wow, you have a friendly spirit in there? Oh, yeah, definitely. So a lot of friendly ghosts in houses, lots of them. And ghosts are, for the most part, you could have a cranky ghost.

[01:17:41]
I've talked about it before, but for the most part, they can be friendly for sure, definitely. But I can talk about that experience all day long. And there was another one, too, I could talk about in the future. But not a lot of people do experience ghosts, and they experience demons. But there's people out there that they're not really even tuned into it. Stuff is happening around them, and they're not even tuned into it. They don't even think about it. They don't. And there's a lot of people that just, they live their life. They're not even thinking about it. They're not tuned in. They're not sensitive to it. And they just don't even—there could be something happening around them, and they have no clue. They have no idea. That happens a lot.

[01:18:28]
Let's talk about some watermelon tips really quick, because I promised I'd go over a couple of them. So I talked about the thing when if a watermelon is overripe. I showed you that when you're squeezing it. I showed you that tip all on its own. And that's another thing, too. I talked about trying not to eat all that watermelon on top of heavy food like hot dogs, hamburgers, at a picnic, and everything else. And here's one I didn't talk about, which is important: alcoholic drinks. It's really abomination. It's an abomination to crack open a watermelon and drop some vodka in it or whatever and drop some tequila in it or something like that. It's insane. I think it's a really bad idea. I think people, for some reason, they disrespect a watermelon greatly by cutting open that watermelon and actually making a watermelon alcoholic beverage. I think that's really a terrible thing. That's where I draw the line right there. That's where I draw the line and I say that's a terrible thing. It's on watermelon alcohol combinations. People are dousing their watermelon with alcohol or they're mixing it or they're blending their alcohol with watermelon.

[01:19:36]
Let's talk about emotional support watermelon offers. So I'm in Life Changing Foods right now, new edition, expanded edition. I'm in here now, if you guys can see. I'm not in the actual book. It's my manuscript right here. That's why there's a binder and so forth. Just so you know, this isn't what you're receiving. You're receiving a book, a book. I see a Brain Saver book over there, by the way, on the seat over there. And that Brain Saver book is how this book is going to come. So if you have Brain Saver, this is how LCF new edition expanded is going to come. It's going to come like the Brain Saver book. So get ready.

[01:20:12]
Emotional support for watermelon. Watermelons teach us how some things that can be very difficult can also be worth the hard work in labor. Picking up a heavy watermelon at the store, bringing it home. Because you know that's not easy. Come on. It's like, I don't know, do you guys, if you're a watermelon buyer at the store, do you dread that moment where you go and you pick up the watermelon? Do you dread that? Meaning like, oh, I got to go through this big watermelon pile. I got a whole bunch of watermelons. Picking up a heavy watermelon at the store. Check out, checking it out at the checkout. Bringing it home, carrying it out of the car with all your other stuff. You have to make a watermelon trip just from the car. It's labor. It's hard. Carrying it out of the car, washing it properly. Like a lot of people, they don't wash their watermelon. They just throw it on the cutting board. They cut it. They throw it on the cutting board and they just cut it. And that's it. I mean, that's what they do. Bring it home, like I said, washing it. You got to wash it good. You got to wash the heck out of it. And cutting it open for it to be a possible bad watermelon, which happens every day out there. You basically killed yourself to get that watermelon. You're at the store. You pull it into the cart. You put it in there. You check out with it. You spend whatever. And you can go back to the store and be like, this is a rotten watermelon. And this watermelon's overripe. And get a new one. But it's a lot of work. It's a heartbreaking moment when it's rotten inside. It can hurt the mind. If you're somebody who's a watermelon person and you understand watermelons and a rotten watermelon and you bring it home after all that hard work, it can hurt the mind. Yet often, it happens. It happens. What the watermelon teaches us is that it's worth it. It's worth it. The big deal. Some things in life are worth the fight, like for chronic illness. Some things in life are worth the fight, like for chronic illness. It's worth the fight. And watermelon teaches that it is worth it. There are things that are worth it. It's not easy. And that's the thing. Just as when we choose to help others going through struggles, it's worth the fight. I've spent my whole life trying to help others. Why they go through struggles? Because it's worth it. It's worth the fight. It really is. It is worth it. And that's what the watermelon teaches us. It's not easy to help people who are struggling, yet it can be worth it. Watermelon teaches us to hold out hope. It does. You're going to get a good watermelon someday, the best watermelon you've ever had, the best tasting watermelon, the best everything watermelon, sometimes 10 good watermelons in a row. Sometimes 10 good watermelons in a row. That one bad watermelon doesn't mean you give up. And that's what the watermelon teaches us. There's a lot in there. You have to know there's a lot in there. So all right.

Let's talk about a spiritual lesson. So let's get into that a little bit. Wondering Wishing, good to see you on YouTube. Worth the fight. Yes, worth the fight. Musty Busty says I hate it. All right. The watermelon teaches us how to sit still, something I have a very difficult time doing. But it does teach me that. Wait till you see this. The watermelon teaches us how to sit still. A watermelon starts growing in a field and loses its ability to move. Did you ever think about that? Did you know that a baby watermelon still moves? Did you know that a little tiny watermelon in a field still moves? Still does. It doesn't have enough weight behind it to really settle itself in. And the vine that it's growing off of will actually move as it's growing. And the baby watermelon will move along. As the vine is growing, the baby watermelon will twist and turn. But when that watermelon gets a little older and it gets some months on it, some weeks on it, and it starts to really gain some weight to it, that watermelon, it stays stationary for its full duration until it's harvested, until it's picked. It grows heavier and heavier. What a powerful spiritual lesson right here. Forming an indentation in the earth. The watermelon teaches us how to sit still because inevitably it forms that indentation in the earth and it stays there. Unlike a tomato, which finds movement as the vine swings gently with the weight of the tomato and even the wind. The wind cannot push the watermelon. No, it cannot. It cannot push the watermelon. An animal cannot push the watermelon. Correct. A raccoon can't push a big old watermelon. A rabbit cannot push a big old watermelon. Not even a coyote will push a watermelon. A rabbit can yank on a cucumber vine, eventually dragging a cucumber along. A rabbit cannot drag a watermelon along. Watermelons ultimately teach us patience. It teaches us what it's like to wait, what it's like to wait. I can't wait for Life Changing Foods to come out. Early November, November 4th, I think it is, I can't wait. I need to be taught patience because I can't wait till that book is in my hand. I don't want the binder in my hand anymore. I want the book.

Watermelons Take Time to Grow. Check this out. The sitting still process is something not many here on earth like to adopt. Yes, and that is true. Okay, that is true. We tend to run around appointment to appointment, do we not? Traveling or constantly on the go. Watermelons don't have the option of doing that. Not even a strong wind can move a watermelon. When you're consuming a watermelon, think about how patient that watermelon has been and how stationary that watermelon was. So when you go and you pick that watermelon in the store, think about the spiritual connection to this. Think about when you're getting that watermelon, that spiritual connection to how that watermelon's been stationary for so long, that that watermelon has been there in that field for so long. It hasn't been able to move. And now it's there. You're picking that watermelon right up. Sometimes it's good to find a peaceful moment or a peaceful place to sit and wait, even if it's for 10 minutes for spiritual growth to occur. That's the spiritual lessons. So many spiritual lessons in that alone. Did you guys hear that information? That's right out of here.

So make sure you pre-order this if you get a chance so that you don't have to wait when it comes out and it's sold out. So there we are. I have right there the watermelon, strawberry, and ginger lemonade right here in my hand. I'm going to have some more if that's okay. So good. Talked a little bit about ghosts and demons for a little bit. And we covered a lot of information about watermelons and so forth. You guys, amazing. So anyway, I will hope to see you guys again. And I had a great time with you guys. You know I care and I'm proud of all you guys. Everyone is different, but not in the way we normally think everyone is different. Our souls are different. Everyone's soul is different. Your soul is different than another person. Another person's soul is different than yours. No two souls are the same. And even though our physical bodies are different and they look different, as humans they're meant to function in the same way. Every person on this planet needs to eat food in some way. And that's the same. And when it comes down to our hearts, our heart has to beat. And that's where we're not different. We're just not different. Until something goes wrong and we can't walk anymore. Until something goes wrong and we can't talk. Or our blood gets clogged. Or our heart doesn't beat right. And that's where the differences come in. And that's where we become different. Different internal problems with our physical bodies can create endless differences. Everyone is different, but not in the way we normally think everyone is different. Our souls are different.
