Cleansing Your Gut Of Mold Naturally With Figs & How to Make Homemade Potato Waffles With Fig Jam

📹 Watch on YouTube →

AI Summary

Health & Spiritual Actionables from the Fig + Potato Waffle Live

Do This (and Why)

Use fresh figs medicinally: binds to mold/yeast/fungus in the gut and helps escort out toxic heavy metals; provides quick-acting glucose + potassium for brain and gut support.

Make/consume simple, additive-free fig jam to cleanse the gut more gently than commercial “gut cleansers.” (See recipe.)

Prefer fresh over dried figs when possible; if using dried, chew thoroughly so the sticky fibers don’t pass through as gummy pieces that are harder to digest.

Expect mild mouth irritation from lots of fresh fig skins (they’re “grippy” like fine sandpaper); jam reduces this effect.

Wash store-bought figs well (they’re sticky and handled a lot); remove stems before cooking.

Eat steamed-potato waffles (no oil, no flour) as a medicinal, low-reactive base; potatoes are framed here as antiviral/antibacterial/antiparasitic and supportive when dealing with stealth viruses like EBV, shingles, simplex. (See recipe.)

Peel potatoes for the waffle batter (skins can make the waffles look/texture odd), then mash very smooth for best waffle-iron results.

Let fig jam simmer down ~40 minutes and finish with pure vanilla bean powder; cook uncovered near the end to thicken.

View mold as an immune antagonist: exposure can lower immunity and let latent pathogens (esp. EBV) flare; figs/jam are presented as tools to bind and move out mold/fungus from the gut.

Recognize nerve involvement in gut symptoms: bloating, cramps, “can’t digest anything,” tightness, nausea may reflect inflamed vagus/phrenic nerves, not just “microbiome imbalance.” (Gentle foods like potatoes + fig jam are suggested to reduce irritation.)

Favor simple, whole-food protocols over trend products. Suggested supportive options (outside this specific demo) include MM cleanses (369, 28-Day, mono cleanse), heavy metal detox, healing broth, spinach soup.

Avoid This (and Why)

Commercial “gut cleansers” and add-ins like bentonite clay, charcoal, diatomaceous earth, chlorine dioxide, sodium bicarbonate: framed as irritating or immune-suppressing and worsening gut/nerve sensitivity over time.

Over-reliance on antibiotics + rotating probiotics for SIBO-era protocols: described as burnout-inducing and often worsening symptoms.

Lectin/oxalate/candida fad restrictions that eliminate healing fruits: cautioned as misdirecting and over-restrictive.

Corn products (esp. chips), ultra-processed snacks, and “health” chips: said to feed pathogens and be hard on the appendix/colon.

Additives in waffles such as yeast, nutritional yeast, vinegar, oils, thickeners: kept out to maintain a clean, medicinal recipe.

Emotional/Spiritual Notes (Figs)

Emotional support: figs are said to relieve wounds of exclusion, help you discern who to exclude from your life (to reduce toxicity), and steady mood after shock/upheaval by replenishing minerals/sugars.

Practical harmony tip: bring figs/fig jam as a peace offering when approaching potentially hostile interactions.

Recipes (from the live demo)

Homemade Fig Jam (medical-medium style)

Ingredients (makes ~2–2½ cups):

Fresh figs (stems removed, roughly chopped) — 2 lb (≈ 900 g)

Organic coconut sugar3–4 Tbsp (to taste)

Fresh lemon juice3–4 Tbsp (about 1–2 lemons)

Water¼ cup (add more by the tablespoon only if needed to prevent scorching)

Pure vanilla bean powder (no “natural flavors”) — ½–1 tsp

Instructions:

1. Prep figs: Wash well (store-bought are sticky/handled), remove stems, chop.

2. Combine in pan: Add figs, coconut sugar, lemon juice, and water to a hot pan; stir. Cover to start the breakdown.

3. Simmer: Cook at a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally, ~40 minutes (harder/less-ripe figs may need 5–10 minutes more). Remove lid toward the end to evaporate and thicken.

4. Finish: Stir in vanilla bean powder; cook 1–2 minutes more. Adjust sweetness/brightness with a touch more coconut sugar or lemon as desired.

5. Jar: Transfer hot jam to a clean jar and let cool. (This is a fresh jam for immediate use/refrigeration, not a canning protocol.)

Notes from the live: Jam texture is done when thick, glossy, and mounds on a spoon; vanilla “pops” through once reduced.

Potato Waffles (oil-free, flour-free)

Ingredients (makes 4–6 waffles depending on iron):

Russet potatoes (recently steamed until tender) — 2–3 lb (900–1350 g)

(Optional for serving): Fig jam (above)

Instructions:

1. Steam potatoes until very tender; peel (skins are healthy but can speckle/loosen the waffle pattern).

2. Mash thoroughly until very smooth (fewer lumps = better waffle-iron contact).

3. Preheat waffle iron well. Form palm-size balls/patties, place in center, and press firmly to avoid spillover.

4. Cook until set and lightly to deeply crisped (the demo favored extra-toasty). Repeat with remaining mash.

5. Serve hot with warm fig jam. (No oil, no yeast, no vinegar, no additives.)

Cleansing your gut of mold. That's right. You heard me. Cleansing your gut
0:06
of mold with boom figs. We're making
0:12
homemade potato waffles with fig jam. Fig jam is right out of this book right
0:17
here. This is my manuscript. I keep on saying that. This isn't the book yet. You'll get the book. You got to pre-order it. There it is. Make sure you
0:24
pre-order this right there. Life-changing foods new edition. expanded edition. It's It's a big book.
0:33
All new recipes, over 80 recipes, brand new. Unbelievable. So,
0:40
here it is. But we're making homemade waffles. Are you guys into that or what? Homemade waffles. But it isn't just it
0:46
isn't waffles with gluten or waffles with other grains or anything. We're making potato waffles. And potato itself
0:54
is antiviral. That's right. Antibacteria. antibacterial.
1:01
All right. So, here we are. So, we're using figs medically.
1:07
Medically. We're using figs on a medicinal level, in a medicinal manner.
1:14
We are indeed. We're using figs like that. A lot of people got all kinds of stuff in their guts. Let's just face it.
1:20
We'll talk about that in a little bit. So, if you guys hang on, we're going to get into it. We're going to get into the guts of all of this. We're going to get
1:26
into the stuff that's hiding in people's guts. I mean, people have all kinds of different varieties of fungus. They
1:31
don't even know. They got all kinds of wacko fungus. They got all kinds of different, you know, varieties of mold
1:37
fungus in their guts. They do. They got all kinds of bacteria. They got all kinds of other stuff, viruses in their
1:43
gut, too. And people are loaded with stuff. All right? So, when you're eating
1:49
figs, it helps to bring it out. But what we're doing is we're making a very medicinal jam. A homemade jam right
1:56
here. A fig jam that's in that book right there. There's the fig jam. You guys take a look. Okay. So, I'm excited
2:03
about this because not only are we making something yummy and fun, and we're going to talk about some good stuff, too. We're going to talk about
2:09
all kinds of cool stuff. Not only are we making yummy and fun stuff, okay? But on
2:14
top of that, we're talking about medicine and we're talking about the gut and we're talking about that mold that sits inside your gut. We're talking
2:21
about all the different unproductive funguses. You can say funguses if you want to.
2:28
Doesn't have to be fungus meaning plural as fungus. Funguses. So, we're going to
2:33
talk all about that. The stuff that's in people's guts. Small intestinal tract, large intestinal tract, stomach, dadum,
2:41
ilium, right? descending, ascending, all of it. So, you see a whole bunch of
2:46
potatoes right there. Those are steamed and recently steamed potatoes that came out of the steamer because we're not
2:52
going to use a potato that's fried in oil. We want don't want anything like that for our potato, homemade potato
2:59
waffle. We want a nice clean potato. But first, let's get the figs going right away. So, I'm just going to move this
3:05
over for a second if you guys don't mind. Gonna plop it right here. Here we are. I'm back.
3:10
So, let's work on these figs right now. So, I'm making a fig jam and I have some
3:16
figs. So, I'm going to get the pan nice and hot right over here. And it actually is definitely nice and
3:23
I'm going to cut off the stem. Take a look. You see that right there? Okay. And you can you can like keep that too.
3:28
You can just cut the stem off right there at that. But you don't want the chewy stems in the way. See? Look what
3:34
I'm doing. Okay. Check that out. Okay. These are really, really nice figs and
3:41
we're making homemade homemade fig jam. We're gonna actually simmer these down.
3:47
Okay, so it's going to be exciting. All right, it really is. And I can't wait
3:52
for you guys to get your copy of this book. Get your book. That's what it is.
3:58
I can't wait for you guys to get the lifechanging foods book, the new
4:04
edition. Um, I can't wait because when you get it in your hands, you're going to be able to make so many medicinal
4:10
recipes. It's going to be insane. I'm serious like what you're gonna be able to do. Good to see you guys coming on
4:16
right here. Are you in the mood for waffles or what? We're not making just crappy waffles. We're not making
4:21
grainbased waffles like gluten waffles. We're not doing that. We're not making anything like that. You know what we're
4:27
doing instead? We're making a medicinal waffle. Don't you want to heal with the
4:33
foods you're making that are fun? And that's what you get out of the expanded
4:38
LCF and the original LCF. Oh man, that was a whole another level, too, when it
4:43
came out. But we're talking the expanded version. So, let me just chop up some of these right here. I'm just going to give
4:48
them kind of a a light chop unless they're hard. If they're a little bit harder, you know, they're still they're
4:54
still good. Some are really ripe. Take a look. So, we're just going to break these down a little bit. Already a mess
5:00
is being made. Already I had a nice clean kitchen and now now a mess is
5:06
being made. Check this out. Let's get these Let's get these chopped up right here. So the difference with the medical
5:13
medium recipes is it's medicine. It's based on medicine for the body. That's
5:18
the difference. Okay. Like for instance, there's no like kind, you know, there's no yeast. I'm not putting baker's yeast
5:26
or anything in these waffles. I'm not putting any kind of other weird stuff in there. I'm not. It's going to be the
5:33
most simplest but medicinal form. If you're somebody you got gut problems,
5:39
you got colitis, celiac, crohn's, anything like that, when you're going to you're going to be able to do this
5:45
recipe and help yourself heal at the same time and have a great recipe. I
5:51
mean, how incredible is that, right? So, I'm I'm breaking these down a little bit. There we go.
5:57
All right. And we're going to make a really good a good size amount. All
6:04
right, we're going to get it in the pan. There we go. I'm going to get a few more. So, take a look, you guys. Here's
6:11
some soft ones. Now, I washed these figs. Okay, the skins got a little
6:16
chewed up from washing them. I washed them. One reason, too, is it's not like
6:22
it came off my fig tree. I got a couple of fig trees. I do. I have a few fig trees and I got one fig tree right now
6:30
that has figs on it, but that's not that's not these. These came from the store and this is a tip right here all
6:36
on its own. So, if you go to the store and you didn't order a case in in the store cuz you can go to the store, ask
6:42
the produce manager and be like, "Hey, can I have a case of figs? Can you put put a name my name on there?" Right? So,
6:48
when you get that case of figs, you give them a gentle wash for, you know, you can do that and you can enjoy your your
6:54
your figs. But what happens is these figs were in the store
7:00
right in in the fig cart. So, everybody's going through them. They're all just grabbing them and moving them around with their fingers and stuff like
7:07
that. They're very sticky. The skins are sticky. So,
7:12
so the I I washed them really good and it kind of chewed up the skins a little bit, but I'm making the fig jam anyways,
7:20
so presentation doesn't really have to be the number one thing in this situation. All right, you
7:27
guys. Is this fun or what? If you just got on here, I'm making homemade fig jam from the expanded version, the new
7:35
expanded new edition of LCF, Life-Changing Foods. So, I'm making There it is. The fig jam right out of
7:40
Life-Changing Foods. There it is. And there is I'm making homemade waffles,
7:46
too, by the way. I don't want to forget about that. Let's get a few more of these. There it
7:51
is. The expanded. You guys should pre-order it because it won't be in stock most likely. And never every
7:57
single every single Medical Medium book that came out, same problem. Wasn't in
8:02
stock after because everybody, you know, got got themselves a book. in. So, get
8:08
get the pre-order going. Make sure you do that. This way, as soon as it comes out soon, you will get one shipped to
8:13
your door. How amazing. All right, I'm cutting up a few more figs right here. There we go.
8:20
So, because these were in the store, they're sticky. Everybody's hands, all
8:25
kinds of bacteria. I don't want to get any kind of bacteria from somebody's hands. So, I washed them really good,
8:33
but I'm going to make some fig jam. Put them in a pan soon. There we go. A lot
8:38
of people got mold in their guts. They got unproductive fungus. They have all kinds of different issues. Their
8:44
bacteria gets out of control. They get a SIBO diagnosis. You know anybody with a SIBO diagnosis? Remember when the SIBO
8:50
diagnosis thing was really big? Every single person going to a doctor was
8:56
like, "You got SIBO. You got SIBO. You got SIBO." That's what happened. You remember that?
9:01
It's still happening a little bit out there, but I noticed that diagnosis actually they kind of wax and wayne.
9:08
They become less popular sometimes. You know, I noticed that too. It's
9:13
almost like the SIBO craze of 10 years ago, of 8 years ago, isn't so so crazy
9:21
now. You know why? Can I tell you? People got burned out by doing the antibiotic SIBO game. They got burnt the
9:28
heck out. So many young women. So, even men too going to the doctor,
9:35
you got SIBO, take this antibiotic protocol and take this probiotic by the
9:40
way. Here it is. That'll save you. A probiotic will fix all the damage the antibiotic is doing, but it doesn't. So,
9:47
a lot of people just got burned out. They got worse. You know, they got worse when they went to the doctors and they got their SIBO diagnosis, but a lot of
9:54
people had all kinds of gut health issues. And then there was a whole fad
9:59
and trend which is just ridiculous of all the gut cleansers, you know what I mean? Gut powders and gut cleansers that
10:07
destroyed a lot of guts for people. How many of those things were handed out to people? Here, here's a gut formula.
10:12
Here's a gut formula. You got gut problems. Here's a gut formula. Screwed up their guts even more with all the
10:17
bentonite clay and all the other stuff in there and everything else. So, a lot of people have gone through the gamut
10:24
when it comes down to looking for help and they're told their gut is, you know, got this or that going on and here, take
10:31
this, take this, take that, right? A lot of people got messed up guts just from protocols, just from what they were
10:37
doing with their practitioners and whoever else and health coaches. So, it's always been kind of like that out
10:43
there. All right, it's not going to help that some fig stuff ended up there. All
10:49
right, let's let's do this. Okay, move some stuff around here. So, I'm going to get
10:55
these right in here. So, these are going to go
11:01
in the pan any minute. Here we go. Going to be homemade fig jam. Take a look at this, you guys. How
11:07
incredible is this? We're going to talk about the gut more. We're going to talk about all the different And remember the
11:13
whole lectin thing, right? A lectin thing. How stupid was that? Lectins. Electins is why someone's neurologically
11:19
sick and they're on mattress island. It's because of a lectin. How stupid was that whole thing? Unbelievable. I mean,
11:27
it's really ridiculous. Okay, so here we go. We got this. I'm going to put some a few tablespoons of coconut sugar. Here
11:35
it is right there. Okay. Organic coconut sugar. It's right there. I'm going to
11:41
grab a tablespoon right out of the drawer if you don't mind. Out of the drawer. Look. I'm going to put a little
11:47
bit of this in here, too. All right. I'm just going to sneak a little bit more if you guys don't mind.
11:54
All right. Can't help it. All right. And let's get some lemons going.
12:00
We got a messy board. Oh, yeah.
12:05
So, all the different, you know, microbiome games. It's your microbiome.
12:10
It's your microbiome. That's why you're sick. It's your microbiome. Your immune system is all in your gut. Sorry, it's
12:16
not. It's in your bloodstream. You know, it's amazing how it works.
12:21
Your immune system isn't all in your gut. It's not. Okay. One reason why so
12:28
many people have gut problems because their immune system basically failed
12:33
them in their gut, you know. So, that's just kind of part of it. So, a lot of
12:38
people have gut problems because their immune system isn't all in their gut. So, I love these screw-ups and medical
12:45
research and science and and uh alternative medical research and science. I love the games being played.
12:52
I'm doing some lemon juice right here. If you can see this. Okay, I'm squeezing
12:58
some lemon. We're going to put this in the fig in the fig bowl. We're making
13:03
the fig jam. I'm going to make sure that pan is hot over there. Let's get that pan hot now. Yeah, there we go. All
13:10
right. So there's so many screw-ups out there, you know, like one is like I said,
13:16
everybody pared this. You know how like the political movement, you know, how like politics and like that, you
13:23
know, you see this everywhere out there like, you know, all of a sudden, you
13:28
know, one side is paring all this, the other side's paring all that. You know that, you know, the whole thing. I mean,
13:33
you guys must know, right? And so in the health movement, people don't realize it. Ooh, it's it's it's also it's also
13:41
filled with games. And that's what people never really knew. It's filled with games. So, the whole microbiome
13:47
thing got pared by every single functional medicine doctor and chiropractor and every single
13:53
practitioner and every single health coach. It was all about the immune system's all in your gut. It's not all
13:59
in your gut. I'm sorry to say that. You were wrong. Terribly wrong. Guess where it is? It's in your bloodstream. It's in
14:06
your bloodstream. Sorry, but that's where it is. It's not all in your gut.
14:12
But what happened was that got around and it made so much sense to people. Whoa, it's all in your gut. That's so
14:18
advanced. Meanwhile, it's wrong. Totally wrong. Totally wrong.
14:26
And then other things, too. Like I said, like the lectin game. Just so many different things. All right. So, I'm
14:31
putting a little extra because there's a lot more figs. So, I'm putting a little extra lemon in there is what I'm doing.
14:37
There you go. All right.
14:42
Pop that in here. All right. I think I'm going to mix this
14:47
up. Give it a little quick mix up. Then we're going to make some waffles. But I want to get this simmering. I want to
14:54
get this going. I'm going to probably throw a few more figs in there once it's going. But I want to get it in the pan.
15:00
I might add a little bit of water in that pan. That's the plan. There we go. All right,
15:08
let's head over to the stove. Come on, you guys. Heading over to the stove right now.
15:13
Okay, I'm going to drop this right in. Do you see that? Nice.
15:20
Nice. Nice. Nice. I'm at a little bit of water in here, too.
15:25
Look at that. Amazing.
15:33
Amazing. You guys see that or what? Let's take a look. Let's get it simmering in this pan.
15:39
How's it look? What do you think? Look at that.
15:46
There we go. I'm going to throw a top in that top on that. And I'm going to I'm
15:51
going to let that simmer and break down and do its thing. I'm actually going to throw a couple more in even though, but
15:58
I just want to get that started. Just a couple more of these more ripe ones. So, just give me a minute, you guys. As long
16:03
as I got that cooking down, I feel like we're doing it. It's all good. Couple
16:10
more. Grabbing these real soft ones, I think that's a smart move right here.
16:17
And then we're going to talk about the gut. We're going to talk about all the joker games in the gut health, you know,
16:25
industry. You know what happens is so many people have tried so many different cleansing
16:30
powders tore their guts to shreds don't even realize that's partly why their
16:35
vagus nerves are all firing up and other issues you know they're having their guts are just kind of shredded up by all
16:42
the games all the antibiotics for the SIBO games all the all the gut cleansers all the clays all that kind of stuff all
16:50
the you know like bad products and everything you know a lot of people they're all charcoal. All the freaking
16:57
charcoal people swallowed. You got gut problems. Swallow charcoal. Stupid,
17:02
stupid ideas out there in the health movement. And it's not just that. You got gut problems. Do dietimmacous earth.
17:09
Are you kidding? Oh my god. Diet dietimmacous earth knocks your immune
17:15
system down. I mean, it could take years to rebuild your immune system after dietimmacous earth. It doesn't do
17:21
anything for people, but that's the whole thing. instead. It's actually dangerous. It's dangerous. You don't
17:27
even want to breathe the stuff in. If you have it in your in your house, in your cupboard, your cabinet, throw that
17:33
dietimmacous earth out. But these are all the mistakes that are being constantly made. Okay? Because there's
17:39
lots of them. I'm going to turn that up just a little bit more. Lots of them. And then people's guts get ripped to
17:44
shreds is what happens. Meanwhile, if you do, you know, you do a medical
17:50
medium protocol, you bring a medical medium recipe in like the waffles made out of potato, which is antiviral,
17:57
anti-parasite, anti- everything. That's what a potato is. You bring that in.
18:07
You're moving yourself forward and you recover yourself on the pace that your gut wants to recover on its own. How
18:13
about that? like doing it right is the way to do it
18:20
if you're going to do it. Okay. Doing it right. All right. I'm going to pop this in. I'm just making more of a of a of a
18:29
bigger a bigger one. There you go. Bringing this over here. We're going. We're
18:35
going. We're going over here. Simmering. Nice.
18:40
There we go. Give my hands a quick rinse. Are you guys okay with that?
18:48
Giving them a quick rinse. Let's pop this back on. Move this around. There we
18:53
go. Now, that is going to be some fig jam. Look at that.
19:01
Wow. Move some of this around in there. There you go. Ah. Simmer up. Simmer up, little
19:09
figs. Simmer up. Okay. I'm going to do a quick little quick
19:15
little wipe down of the board and then we're going to start making some waffles while we're talking about
19:21
all this fun stuff. Okay, me uh clean off this mic, this
19:26
mic, this knife. All right,
19:32
that's funny. You know what I love? I love doing these live. I was talking to
19:37
somebody that that um that they have a YouTube thing going on
19:43
and everything else and when they said how do you do like they reached out to me and they wanted they wanted to ask me
19:49
a bunch of stuff about certain things and I'm like they were like and somebody I knew right and they're like how do you
19:56
do this live? I don't get it. I'm like what are you talking about? What do you mean? It's like like how do you do this
20:01
thing live? Are you insane? I said why? What's wrong? What if you
20:06
say something? What if you do something? I'm like, what am I gonna do? What am I gonna say? What do you mean? What if you
20:13
start swearing? What if you say then? I don't know. If I swear, I swear. I don't know what to say. What if you mess up?
20:20
I'm like, what are you talking about, man? Like, and and and the guy was like, I don't know. I just can't do anything
20:26
live. I'm like, yeah, well, okay. All right.
20:31
Here we are, you guys. So, listen. Do a little bit of a reminder. We're making the fig jam. We're making the waffles.
20:38
Homemade waffles. Homemade fig jam right there. And that is it. But when you get this
20:44
book, pre-order it. Just telling you now. When you get this book, okay, it's not going to look like this. This is my
20:51
manuscript. That's what this is. You see it? It's in a binder. That's my
20:57
manuscript. Okay? right before it went to print, before the publisher
21:05
sent it off to print. That is my manuscript. And I just don't want people thinking
21:10
that this is going to be the book they get like it's a it's a binder with like and already the you know the pages are
21:16
tearing and stuff like that. It's it's you know the holes punched in the paper. All right. This is the medical medium
21:22
new edition. Okay. Like like dozens and dozens and dozens of new recipes. dozens
21:29
of new fruits and wild foods, dozens of all this. And it's not just that. This
21:35
book is loaded with information about why people get sick and how to heal. And there's a way to use this book to
21:41
recover your health. Really? I mean, it's incredible. So, let's take a look. So, D um Dileia says, "I don't think
21:50
I've ever eaten a fresh fig. Are you serious? You haven't? For real? You haven't eaten a fresh fig?" simmering
21:57
that down and checking on it. Wow. You know, fresh fig is definitely an experience. Okay. So, just look out for
22:03
them. You never know, you might get a hold of one. I tried the recipe you showed. So, Sid 72 over there on
22:09
YouTube. I tried the recipe you showed us yesterday and it was so good. New
22:14
favorite way of eating watermelon. If you guys don't know what we're talking about, Sid and I, we don't know what
22:20
we're talking about. If you don't know, I mean, go to the live I did yesterday
22:26
and it is a recipe out of that. Get you guessed it right there. New edition
22:32
expanded. Okay. Um, I'm going to start making these waffles and everything.
22:37
Just bear me bear with me for a minute. I'm going to put this right here. All right. Lots going on. So, what I'm doing
22:44
is these are steamed, just so you know. And I'm going to start taking some of the skins off because you have to know
22:50
this. This is important to know. The skins, right? It's kind of the skins will make your waffle not look like a
22:56
waffle. It's not like skins aren't good for you. Of course, they are. The potato skin is amazing for you. But what I'm
23:03
doing is taking the skins off. Doesn't have to be perfect because I don't want the skins in the waffles. And I'm I'm,
23:10
you know, this all these waffles I'm making are going to be, you know, for family and and uh and friends. So, I
23:17
don't want to have all these skins in there. So, there we go. Taking some skins off these waffles right now. I
23:22
mean, these potatoes. There you go. Here's my little masher. I'm going to move it over here. Let's get some more
23:28
potatoes going on here. These are russets, just so you know. Check out those waffles I'm going to be making.
23:33
You know what's amazing about this potatoes? They are antiviral.
23:39
Why should we care? Because it might be why you're sick. You got some stealth viruses, Epstein bars, cytos, simplexes.
23:47
Simplexes can give people absolute agony. Shingles can give people just
23:54
restless leg syndrome for for a lifetime. These stealth viruses sit in
23:59
people. Okay. Epstein bar can make somebody fatigued and make their life problematic for a very long time if if
24:06
not discovered. And you know, and if you don't discover it, fine. But at least you know how to get rid of it. you know,
24:13
at least you know how to get rid of it because, you know, they're hard to find stealth viruses in people and they're a big reason why people are sick. So, what
24:20
we're doing is we're making a waffle that's medicinal. Medicinal. And that's
24:26
the key. A like a waffle that actually does something versus a waffle that
24:32
makes something worse. How about that? So, you're doing a gluten-based waffle. You're making your symptoms and
24:38
conditions worse when you do that. Okay? So, think about it. how cool this is.
24:46
All right, let's take a look at the fig jam real quick. All right,
24:54
simmering right along. It's already coming together actually quite nice. I'm I'm actually surprised at how that's
25:01
coming along. All right. All right. We got some different two different
25:07
kinds of russetss. Uh, I steamed up two different kinds. I'm taking some of
25:13
these like dirt marks out of here, too. Um,
25:22
yeah, there we go. So, uh, you'll see some kind of brown like I'll show you
25:28
this with potatoes. Here's how it goes. When you're dealing with potatoes, a lot of times you'll see these little marks
25:33
on them. I'll give you a little potato potato tip right here. You see this right here? So, I'll take a look. Good.
25:39
Great. We got that. So, these little brown little knots and stuff. Sometimes
25:44
those are, you know, potato bugs, potato worms, things like that that have gotten into the potato. Usually like a little
25:51
bit of a wormy gets into potatoes. These are organic potatoes. So, sometimes you'll see a little knot and you'll see
25:57
like there's there's there what was once, you know, a little bit of some kind of critter going into an insect
26:04
going into your potato. when you're dealing with organic potatoes and and they're not using those evil potato
26:11
sprays. And I'm just going to tell you right now, potato sprays are another level. That's a whole another game are
26:17
potato sprays. So, oh man. So, um and so these are organic potatoes. If you can't
26:24
get organic potatoes, sure. I mean, if you got to survive on a non-organic potato, then that's what you got to do.
26:29
They're still medicinal. They're still they're still good in so many ways. And you probably, you know, you'll probably
26:35
still get these potato knots on here, too. I mean, it's not like you won't get these either. So, that does happen. I'm
26:41
just cleaning these up. There's one right there. I'm going to start mashing those up. Let's get some waffles going.
26:48
Okay, let's do that. I'm just going to get a little bit of a
26:53
wipe down. You guys, if you just got on here, we're talking about life-changing foods. Have you pre-ordered it? We're
26:59
making homemade fig jam. We're making um not just homemade fig jam, but we're making homemade uh potato waffles,
27:07
gluten-free, of course, like the real thing. We're doing all that,
27:13
which is great. And we're going to be talking about gut health. We're talking about killing mold, killing mold in the
27:19
gut. We're talking about killing mold in the gut. That's something we need to do as well. A lot of people got mold in the
27:26
gut. They do. They do. But they got bacteria that's thriving in the gut too
27:32
as well. More bacteria you got in the gut, more mold ends up staying there.
27:38
You can have mold in your gut and never had really an exposure to mold. That's how crazy it works with that. All right,
27:45
here we are. There we go. All right,
27:52
so I'm going to mash these up. And I got the potato
27:58
makers, the waffle potato waffle makers on. They're hot and they're ready. So,
28:05
what I'm doing is I'm just breaking apart some of these potatoes here and we're going to make it's so simple. Now,
28:11
sure, could you put different things in here? You could, but this is a really
28:17
clean recipe. Really clean. There are no food chemicals in here. There are no food
28:24
additives. There's nothing. There's no yeast. There's no nutritional yeast.
28:29
There's no vinegar. There's no, you know, strange additional starches of
28:35
some kind. There's nothing. This is old school is what this is. Like, this is old school, you know? That's what this
28:42
is. If you look at this, that's what this is. But it's not just old school.
28:48
It's healthy. Okay. So, there you go. Look, I'm uh
28:53
mashing these up. There we go. Now, okay, couple of recommendations if you're making your homemade waffles. One
29:01
recommendation. Do you want them lumpy or you don't want
29:06
them really lumpy? I don't want them really lumpy. So, watch this. I'm going
29:12
to make sure I do some serious elbow grease right here. Okay, there you go.
29:19
I'm breaking this apart nicely. And they're nice. They're nice and soft and stuff. One potato though was a little
29:25
tougher, but all of them are nice and good. There we go.
29:33
All right. I think we're good.
29:40
So, let's start making our waffles and we'll get into the nitty-gritty of stuff like what's ailing you? What are you
29:47
dealing with? What are you living with? What are you struggling with? What are you suffering from? Let's get down to
29:54
it, you know, and did you pre-order your life changing foods so you can take
29:59
control over your h health and get empowered? Because that is critical right there. The information in there,
30:07
it's packed. It's truly packed. I mean, everything from infertility, fertility
30:13
problems, like all of it is in there. Let's start making one. Here we go. Now,
30:19
what you do is just just make a ball like this. There you go. Okay. I'm going to make
30:25
two. Yeah, these are actually perfect. I'm going to make two of these.
30:33
Okay. Now, it's kind of like waffles. You overpour your batter into the waffle
30:40
maker. What's going to happen? You're going to get spillover. Okay. Same thing. If I make these too big, I'm
30:46
going to get spill over. Keep that in mind. So, this is going to be kind of funny, really. Are these too big? Are
30:53
these too small? Are there the right size? We won't know until we drop them in and press it down. Let's go. Try to
31:00
pull it off now. Let's roll. Okay, here we are you guys. You over here now.
31:07
Let's pop open this first one. And let's put this right here in the middle. Okay,
31:13
let's drop this first one down. There we go.
31:21
What you want to do is press it down. See? See what I'm doing, you guys? There you go.
31:28
Okay. All right. Let's give it a shot. We got another one here. Ah, this one might be
31:35
a little too much. Maybe we're doing a little spill over here. Maybe not. This looks like it was perfect. Look at that.
31:41
That might have been perfect. Hey, this might have been perfect right here. Oh,
31:47
you're hot. Whoa. You got to look out with some of these waffle makers, man. Just don't burn your
31:53
finger really bad cuz they can be I'm pressing this down.
32:03
I want to make sure this one's pressed down in there. There you go. All right. Two waffles already in the makers
32:10
already happening. And look, plenty more. Plenty more. Got two more in there. Easy. And we're going to make
32:17
them, too. So, we're going to do waffles for a while if you guys don't mind. And
32:22
I'm probably going to What I'm going to do, too, is I'm just going to throw one more in there
32:27
cuz I want to make a bunch of waffles if that's okay. I wish you guys can
32:33
experience these, you know, and be here and actually be eating. I'll make you a waffle, be
32:39
eating them with me. That would be really great. All right, there we go. Just want to pop one more in there.
32:47
And then we're going to talk about the nitty-gritty of healing because it's
32:52
important. A lot of people are sick for years,
32:57
you know, and then when they get sicker, they're like, "All the signs were there. All the signs were there. They were
33:02
there in front of me." How many times do people say that? How many times have I heard people say that? Like, "Yeah, no.
33:09
The signs were there. I knew I was getting sick. I knew it was happening. I It It was It was happening. It was going
33:17
on. I was getting sick. Let's check the fig jam really quick. Okay. simmering.
33:25
There we go. Let's give it a little bit more time.
33:34
All right,
33:39
get that going. All right,
33:46
so before we get started on gut health and other stuff, too, check it out.
33:52
We're making the homemade fig jam right now. You just witnessed it. It's in the pan. It's simmering. Wait till you see
33:59
it on top of a waffle. It's going to be really good. Homemade waffles. They're both cooking right now. I have two two
34:04
waffle makers going. Two waffles being created right now. Okay. And
34:12
we're in the book. That's where we are. Okay.
34:19
All right. So
34:30
you guys don't mind. I bring her little dummy out.
34:35
So when it comes down to gut health, a lot of people end up getting worse. They do before they get better, before they
34:42
find something that pulls them out. Medical medium information has pulled a lot of people out of poor gut health
34:48
situations. I mean horrific ones. people that just get diagnosis of all kinds like they'll have colitis, they'll have
34:54
Crohn's diagnosis, they'll have celiac, they'll have SIBO, they'll have diverticulitis, diverticulosis,
35:00
they'll have all kinds of different symptoms with their gut, feels like food's not digesting, feeling like food
35:06
doesn't even move through properly, all of that. And people suffer with their gut and gut problems. You guys know, I'm
35:12
sure you guys have been through this. And so what happens here when it comes down
35:19
to the gut, usually people go through this process where they're hurting their gut more without realizing it. They're
35:25
trying different techniques, different strategies. It's all guessing games. It's experimental and everything. So
35:31
they're dropping in all kinds of charcoal. They're dropping in all kinds of clays. They're doing all kinds of gut cleansers. Like I said, they're trying.
35:37
They're thinking maybe it's lectin crap. Maybe it's oxalate crap. And so now they're in the oxalate thing. They don't
35:42
know what to eat. They're avoiding foods that could be helping them. They they avoid all fruit. Nowadays, it's coming
35:49
back fruit because of medical medium information. And so all of this people
35:55
go through and they're completely fruitree. They're scared to death of fruit. They think sugar's feeding everything in their gut. They think
36:01
sugar is the reason why their microbiome is off. And you know, and it used to be all about the candida thing that it was
36:07
all candida, candida, candida. Do you guys remember? It was all about that. And so now it moved into from candida
36:15
then to the SIBO. Now it was like let's not talk about SIBO so much. So the
36:21
industry trend let's not talk about SIBO so much let's talk about just microbiome. So all doctors and
36:27
practitioners and health coaches just package everything up into microbiome. Right? That's what they do. Microbiome.
36:34
So with that the problem is now we're just like they throw all this kind of probiotic at everybody. So, it's
36:40
prebiotic, postbiotic, probiotic, and they're just once again, and it's not
36:45
just probiotics now on their own. Probiotics with all this stuff in there, you know, same old, same old, just all
36:52
mixed up trying to give people some kind of relief or just moving products for people that just doesn't help. And then
36:59
people feel like they're stuck and they have their gut problems forever. They got their bloating. They got their constipation. They got their loose
37:05
stools. They got their their cramps. They got their aches and pains in their gut and all the funny feelings. The food
37:12
doesn't feel like it digests. So, first and foremost, let's run into that for a little bit. Okay. So, when people feel
37:18
like their food doesn't digest, it usually means they got hot nerves. Their vagus nerves are hot. And what I mean by
37:24
that, they're slightly inflamed, very sensitized, very sensitive. So, Vegas nerves attach to all kinds of areas.
37:31
First of all, the lungs, frenic and frennic nerves and vagus nerves attached to the lungs. Then they also run down
37:37
attach to the stomach, the gut, and they're all around and they're touching everything. All the little feelers that
37:43
come off those two vagus nerves are all touching everything. So what happens is when someone eats somebody something,
37:49
someone eats that's a good one. Someone eats something, right? What happens is that that food ends up touching nerves.
37:56
So, as it goes through the intestinal tract and starts to touch nerves, it gets triggered off. And then people are
38:03
like, "I can't eat this. I can't eat that. Something's wrong with my gut. I wonder why I'm struggling so much. What
38:08
is this? I can't digest a single thing. I'm having symptoms. I'm having problems." But what they're having is
38:16
they're having an issue where their vag nerves are super sensitized. They're hot
38:21
nerves. Exactly. And they're problematic nerves. they're inflamed and so people
38:27
are walking around with inflamed nerves in their gut. So the whole thing that
38:33
happened where your immune system is is all in your gut, that's your problem. It's your microbiome is kind of
38:39
cockamini because it's not that for people. What it is is their nerves
38:46
are shot. Their nerves are problematic. Their nerves are having issues around
38:51
their gut. even in the linings of their gut has nothing to do with like the
39:00
microbiome crap where oh just trying to balance your microbiome just trying to balance your microbiome. Meanwhile, that
39:06
person is going to be suffering for, you know, 30 years. They're going to be suffering their whole life and they're going to try to balance their microbiome
39:13
when they don't even know what the hell's wrong and the people working with them don't even know what's wrong.
39:19
So, another thing too is people got all kinds of stuff in their guts. They got a
39:25
mess in there like all kinds of fungus, yeast, mold, all kinds of bacteria, viruses, all kinds of different bugs are
39:32
in their guts. So, what happens is the microbiome people try to start looking for them here. Poop in here. Poop. Poop.
39:39
And we'll send it out. Poop in this little, you know, container. We'll get a poop, you know, a test out there. And
39:45
then they come back and they see a little bit of this, a little bit of that, a little bit of this. And what happens is then they're they're on a
39:51
wild goose chase after the wrong things. And that's the other problem. They're after a wild goose chase because you
39:57
could get somebody that doesn't have one problem with their health in the moment. They could be 50 years old, they haven't
40:02
had any problems, and their guts are a mess. They're filled with all kinds of yeast, mold, and fungus, and all kinds of other stuff inside their gut. But
40:10
they don't even they're not even complaining. But you got somebody who's 20 years old and they can't they can't
40:15
eat without nausea because their vagus nerves are going flim flam. Their vagus nerves are just like exploding on them
40:22
and they're 20 years old. They're 18 years old. They're 24 years old. They're 28 years old and they they're like
40:29
dealing with all kinds of like weird symptoms. Tightness of the stomach, butterflies, nervousness all the time in
40:36
the stomach, aches and pains in the stomach area, cramps, and all kinds of different weird sensations. and bloating
40:42
feelings and anxiety, total anxiety. And their vagus nerves are just inflamed.
40:48
They're totally just irritated. They're irritable. They're inflamed. Their frenic nerves are inflamed. A lot of
40:54
their different nerves are inflamed around their gut. So then they go off to their gut health doctors and now they're
40:59
doing all this stuff. Here, take this product, that product, this dietimmacous, do this, sodium
41:04
bicarbonate, do that. And they're being told, "Do the charcoal." And they're it's it's over and over again. Here's
41:09
the gut cleanser. Here's a probiotic. Here's another probiotic, prebiotic, postbiotic, and the list goes on. The
41:15
game goes on. You see what I mean? Meanwhile, there's somebody that's going to have a very long, long journey of gut
41:21
problems because of the lack of information and misinformation out there for people and their health. That's how
41:28
it rolls. Okay. So, so one big thing to
41:34
know is we have sensitive nerves. Sensitive nervous system. Vegas nerves are sensitive. And that's original
41:40
medical meme information going back with the Vegas nerves in the books and and much of what I've talked about and
41:45
taught that the Vegas nerves get inflamed. And when they get inflamed, boom, your intestinal linings get
41:52
irritable. They get irritated. They become problematic because of these
41:58
inflamed nerves. So when you get inflamed nerves, boom, we have a
42:04
problem. And then now now someone has inflamed nerves and their gut is filled
42:10
with all kinds of bacteria and all kinds of viruses and a little bit of mold and
42:16
all kinds of other different unproductive funguses all in there with
42:21
sensitive nerves. Now the person is hurting. Now they're like, "Oh my god."
42:26
So they're running to every single doctor practitioner, every single health coach. They're looking for help. They're online looking at all these different
42:32
whatever. They're trying to, you know, buy all these different programs. They're trying to cleanse their gut. They don't realize, man, they got
42:38
problems and it has to be handled differently. And with medical meme information like in life-changing foods,
42:46
simple things like even like something like this fig jam, as ridiculous as fig
42:52
jam sounds, when you make a homemade fig jam, okay, in the way we're talking about here, it's going into the gut and
43:00
it's binding on to any kind of mold. It's binding on to any kind of unproductive fungus. It's moving through
43:06
the gut. It's alleviating. It's getting some things out. And you're not buying all these cleansers and all this all
43:13
these products and all that charcoal and all that lectin crap and and all that sodium bicarbonate and all that
43:19
dietimmacous earth. You're not buying all and chlorine dioxide. You're not buying all that crap and hurting your
43:25
gut further. Instead, you're doing something so simplistic, so powerful.
43:31
And then when you put it on top of a potato waffle, it's a whole another
43:36
game. And I think they're almost done. Wow, those are looking good. Give them
43:42
another minute. I'm kind of blown away right here at these waffles. Here, I'll bring I'll
43:48
come I'll come over there. Let me just show you guys right here. Take a look at these waffles. Okay, there we go. Right,
43:55
I'm dropping it down because that sucker is burning the crap out of my finger. And then we go like that one. All right,
44:01
you see that over there, you guys? I'm going to let them just get a little bit crunchier. Sorry, it's the way I like
44:09
them. Okay. But medical medium information offers protocols for all the
44:14
conditions, including what supplementation to use, including like
44:19
the 369, the 28 day cleanse, the mono cleanse diet, the morning cleanse, right? All the the medical medium heavy
44:27
metal detox, like all the different stuff, the healing broth, the spinach soup alone is a gut fixer upper. It's a
44:35
gut repair. And by the way, life-changing foods is not short of,
44:41
that's right, recipes and protocols and medical medium tools. So, I'm actually excited about everything. So, right now,
44:46
we're talking about gut health. We're in the world of figs right now. I love figs
44:53
for a lot of reasons. They're a healing food. They help to repair the body. They
44:59
offer potassium. They offer all kinds of different minerals. They're such a good
45:05
good good good medicinal fruit. God, Patty's Patty has a question over there. How does mold get in the gut? People eat
45:12
it. They eat it. They go into a store somewhere. There's mold in the air. Mold
45:19
in the vents, the air conditioning vents or the the heater vents or whatever, and they're just eating it. They're
45:24
breathing it in and eating it. So, that's what they're doing. They're inhaling it and they're eating it. They're eating it just in the air. It's
45:31
going in their mouth. And that's the thing. We're exposed to hundreds and hundreds of varieties of mold. We just
45:37
are. But mold isn't what takes people down. Mold is the immune system
45:43
antagonizer, but it doesn't take people down. You can have a family, five people
45:48
in the family, seven people in the family, right? Six are not affected by the mold in the house, right? One is
45:55
affected by the mold in the house. Okay? So, say the mom gets sick. She's got fatigue. She's got brain fog. She goes
46:02
to the doctor. The doctor's like, "You might have mold in your house." They go back. They're looking, you know, everybody's looking. They're doing mold
46:08
tests. The husband's doing mold tests in a house and so forth. And what happens is the they find a little bit of mold
46:14
and they're like, "Wait a minute. Why is she sick?" But nobody else is really sick. Sometimes you'll get three people
46:20
out of, you know, out of five that get sick with because mold is knocking their immune system down. But something else
46:25
has to be in their body that creeps up. You have to see. You see what I mean? You have to see that. You have to understand that in the body we have all
46:32
this stealth stuff. We have all these bacteria, all these viruses and mold drops the immune system and then the
46:38
bacteria and the viruses rise up and that's how people get sick from mold toxicity. Unfortunately, that's how it
46:44
works. And if they're in a real serious mold ridden situation and their their
46:50
car is filled with mold to the tilt and they're breathing it in, you know, every single time they're driving, they're
46:55
breathing it in. It can it can knock down the immune system and it chips away. It's the death by a thousand cuts.
47:01
It becomes that immune system kind of knocker downer and then when it knocks it down, Epstein bar comes up. It's
47:07
always usually Epstein bar too, you know, that's the big one. Epstein bar comes up and cranks up. When Epstein bar
47:13
cranks up, boom, they get sick. So, it's not technically the uh the mold that
47:19
makes everybody really sick. It's not really the mold. Okay, these are done.
47:24
Let's go over here and get these.
47:31
Let's plate these up cuz I want to make more. All right. All
47:37
right. I'm going to come over here. We'll come back here. Okay. Let's take a look.
47:42
Wow, that's hot. Doing it by hand. Don't re I don't recommend this. Okay, there
47:48
we go. Damn. Wow. There we are. Take a look.
47:56
All right. So, here's what I'm going to do here. I'm going to make some more waffles really quick. Let me drop those
48:03
down, guys. Run around. Run around here. All right.
48:09
Okay. Now, what I'm doing here is these have simmered down nicely, but I'm going to lower the temp a little bit.
48:17
Here we go. I'm going to lower the temp a little bit. Nice.
48:27
Just going to move them around. There we go. Bringing down the temp a bit.
48:36
Man, I had these things cranking. Look at that. Bring down that temperature. That was
48:43
piping. Okay, these are beautiful waffles right here. Let's get some more waffles going
48:48
now. Let's do that. Okay. All right, let's do that. Let's get another waffle.
48:55
Look at those. What do you guys think? Those a little too toasty for you? I like them toasty. I'll make them a
49:02
little less toasty, maybe. All right, we got one going in. We're back over here.
49:07
Right in the middle there. Here we go.
49:14
Guys, see this? How do you guys like the Medical Medium cooking show? That's what I want to know. How do you like the
49:19
Medical Medium Cooking Show? It's back. It's back.
49:25
The Medical Medium Cooking Show is back. You know, the thing is at the Medical Medium Cooking Show though, we talk
49:32
about a lot of kind of like gross stuff too, like the inside of people's guts and things like that and all the stuff
49:37
they have like mold and yeast and gnarly stuff while we're doing the cooking show. Are you guys okay with that?
49:44
Because cooking shows don't have any of that going on. I mean, we talk about like all kinds of stuff while we're
49:51
cooking. I mean, with a hack. Let's get another one in here. Let's go. All right.
49:57
Right there in the middle. All right. Drop that down.
50:06
Let's get that going. You guys see that? Do you guys like the medical You love
50:12
it. You love the Medical Medium cooking show. Are you going to tell other people to watch it or what?
50:23
You guys think I should continue the medical medium cooking show? Please do more poop talk
50:32
during the cooking show. You want to do more poop talk during the medical meeting cooking show though?
50:38
Come on. Really? All right. Get what you asked. Get what you asked
50:44
for. All right. So, here we are. Um, so, hey guys,
50:51
we're talking here. We are. We're making the homemade fig jam. And let's get back on track. Making the homemade fig jam
50:57
and we're making the um homemade waffles right there. Okay. Sherpo says, "Love
51:03
your cooking show." Oh, amazing. I'm glad you love the cooking show. Thank you so much. I'm
51:09
honored. I'm honored. Truly, you guys are talking about all kinds of stuff with the health. We're talking about the gut. We're on mold right now.
51:16
If you just got on here, we're doing some mold. We're going into depth on mold. You guys know the whole mold fear.
51:22
Mold, you know, right? Everybody's freaking out about mold. Every practitioner now loves to use that. It
51:27
used to be candida, now it's mold. It used to be candida, then it used to be SIBO, and now it's mold, and it's not
51:33
even SIBO really anymore. It's like they experiment on everybody each decade. But yet, medical medium information is
51:39
consistent and non it doesn't contradict itself. It's always solid. It's a classic. It's timeless. But what you'll
51:45
see out there is they make more mistakes. They do the candida thing. They make a big mistake on that. Then they go into SIBO, they make a big
51:51
mistake on that. Then they go into, you know, then they go, they're into microbiome, right? They're trying to
51:57
fight for that one. That one will be buried eventually, too, down the road. And, you know, and Medical Medium Info
52:02
will just always be like timeless and classic all the way to all the way. That's just the way it is. But you'll
52:09
see the mistakes cuz they're experimenting. You guys check it out. Expanded edition pre-order. please
52:14
pre-order so that you're not screaming at me if the book's not, you know, in stock when it comes out. But what
52:21
happens is that, you know, it's it's this whole thing where they experiment on people. That's how it ends up
52:27
occurring, you know, and they experiment with like do dietimmacous earth, do charcoal, do all this stuff, do bentonite clay, and it's just experiment
52:34
after experiment, sodium bicarbonate, experiment, do chlorine dioxide, right? And that I'm just naming a few. But it's
52:40
all the experimental process that gets thrown on everybody. It's really sad. And then people get worse and they get
52:46
worse and then oh it's mold. That's what's taking me down. It's mold. Leanne says, "Love the cooking show. When are
52:53
we going to do an MM cooking compet competition show?" I would love that. That actually sounds really interesting.
53:00
I like the sound of that. I do. I do. Conrad over there says, "To watch you is
53:06
like a very profound soul therapy. I am honored. Truly, I'm honored." Okay. Uh
53:12
Wendy says, "That looks amazing. These waffles look amazing." Can you like Right. Look at that. These waffles,
53:19
they're really They're really good. Why do you think doctors say all of these disease are incurable when they are? Uh
53:27
you know, it it's it's a crazy dichotomy out there and and a blend. It's a melting pot of doctors right now saying
53:33
one thing or another. It's just it's just it's unbelievable how it works. Um
53:38
practitioners, all that. And if you got a good doctor, stick with your doctor. You like your doctor, stick with your doctor. You don't have a doctor, try to
53:45
find a good doctor, somebody that listens to you, somebody that understands you, you know, you know, find somebody that cares. Um because
53:51
they're they're they're out there. Some really good practitioners are out there. Is Fig Jam Recipe in the new book? Yes,
53:57
it is. It is in the new book. new book sitting right over here. You know, I I have my binder version. It's the
54:02
manuscript version. Okay. Now, I'm cooking down the fig jam right now. Are you guys excited? We're going to sit at
54:08
the table pretty soon. We're going to sit there. We're going to eat some waffles and have some fig jam if you guys are okay with that. I'm just
54:13
getting ready. So, you know, figs even help with removing toxic heavy metals.
54:21
Figs can help remove toxic heavy metals out of the gut. And this and you know
54:26
the seeds get into the intestinal crevices getting into the elbows. Remember what I was talking about the
54:32
elbows. The seeds get into the elbows all the different elbows of the gut. You
54:38
know, somebody said yesterday, I think a comment was uh something like this where the comment was um
54:45
um it was something to do with like uh when it comes down to you know the small
54:51
intestinal tract versus the colon like small intestinal tract doesn't have any doesn't have any feal matter in it.
54:57
Yeah, it does. Small intestinal tract could be bulked up with fecal matter
55:03
like nobody's business. It's like beefed up with fecal matter like nobody's business. Of course it does. Of course.
55:10
Of course. No disrespect at all. No disrespect. Okay. But it it does. Um
55:17
Jess Lane, do dried figs have the effect? Do they have Okay, you can you
55:22
can play with dried figs. It's different than fresh figs. It's different, but yes, they do. But you got to be careful
55:27
at the quantity you eat dried figs. And another thing I want to talk about tips when we get to the table and relax. I
55:33
want to read a couple of things out of the book. Tips like for instance like fresh figs. You got to be careful. You
55:38
eat so many of them they rub the roof of your mouth. The skin is a little bit like sandpaper. Part of how it goes into
55:45
corners and crevices and cleans out old mucous deposits and so forth and moves in attaches itself to mold, attaches
55:53
itself to, you know, unproductive fungus and rolls itself out. And partially how it does that is because the skins are,
56:00
you know, they're very grippy. So, what happens when people eat figs and they do they're like I really love this fig and
56:06
they're like and they're like right they're doing that. What happens is that that fig the skin will rub and rub and
56:13
rub their gums the inside of their gums and they'll actually get to the point where it gets so raw somebody will
56:20
actually have like their their their inside of their gums will be bleeding a little bit like it was like like
56:26
sandpapered if you're doing so many of them because the skin is so grippy. so
56:31
so grippy that it does that. Now, fig jam doesn't have that really like that grippyiness is taken away, but when
56:37
you're eating them one at a time, there's a little grip and that grip can rub underneath the roof of roof of your
56:44
mouth and you can make it pretty pretty, you know, sensitive or irritable for a
56:50
moment. So, I don't know if you guys experienced that. Look, medicinal foods,
56:55
it's what how it works. I talked about all kinds of different stuff based with medic medicinal foods. They have these
57:00
little things. All right, coming together.
57:07
Here we are. Little bit longer.
57:13
Uh, you guys don't mind. We're going to take a look at our waffles if you guys are interested.
57:19
Medical meme cooking show is on. Whoa. Oh, cooking quick. Cooking nice.
57:26
Oh yeah. Cooking nice. Cooking quick. There it is. Waffles coming right up.
57:31
We're gonna make a stack of waffles and AW's gonna eat them and I'm excited about that. V figs are high in vitamins,
57:39
information that's in the medical medium. New addition. They're effective
57:44
in in improving health problems. They're nutrientdense.
57:50
They provide quick active nutrient delivering compounds through glucose and
57:57
potassium. They help the brain. They help the stomach. They help all these
58:02
things. People have seali. They got all the sea diff inside of them. And that
58:07
sea diff sitting in all the corners and the pockets in the elbows and the in the colon, the descending, the ascending,
58:14
all that Ciff there. And you know why people lose their appendix is because all that strep, that strep, all the
58:21
strep and staff eating away at their appendix. And that happens to a lot of people. It just does, you know, and
58:27
people just they they don't have enough medicinal foods going through them. Instead, they got a lot of processed
58:34
foods and different things like that. A lot of chips. I know there's a lot of healthy chips out there now, but man,
58:40
the chip, the whole chip addict thing. Like, people are addicted to chips. They
58:45
want crunch. They're so addicted to crunch and everything. And what happens is with that is the chips, they don't
58:53
really do a great thing when they get down to the appendix. Okay? When they get down to here, they don't do a really
59:00
great thing. All those chips. And then when people do corn chips, forget it. You just feed all these viruses and
59:06
bugs. Medical information, original information is corn nowadays will feed
59:13
Yeah. corn will feed viruses. They will feed bugs potentially if you get a good
59:20
organic corn, you know, on the cob during the summer. It still might be contaminated to some degree GMO
59:28
contamination even though it could be even an heirloom variety. And that's the one I would crack into. But I would stay
59:34
away from like corn products like cornbread and corn, you know, corn
59:39
chips. I would stay away from that because too much of that you're potentially feeding potentially feeding
59:45
some different viruses and bacteria and you end up with a shingles outbreak or you end up with a mystery shingles
59:51
outbreak with no rash or you end up with something else or some trigeminal pain and some jaw pain or weird sensations.
59:58
It's good to keep away from the foods that cause problems. Very important. Have you listened to the last podcast I
1:00:04
just did medical medium podcast right at Apple Podcast and Spotify? listen to the last episode, too. All right. Um,
1:00:16
we are all right. I'm leaving the top off of
1:00:22
this cuz I want the the fig jam to get a little stickier.
1:00:33
And I'm going to do a little bit of of um
1:00:40
I think I'm going to leave the top off of this, you guys, for a little bit. I want it to evaporate.
1:00:47
Okay. Evaporate. All right. So, we covered some mold. We
1:00:53
covered some fungus. Yes. People get mold in their intestinal tract. They walk around with it. Is there is it
1:00:58
their problem? No. They got other problems that could be just taking them down. They got the sensitive central
1:01:03
nervous system. They got the vagus nerve issues. They got the frenic nerve issues and all kinds of different stuff. Other
1:01:08
stuff can be taking them down. But just for the record though, you know, you still got a little mold. You can have
1:01:14
yeast. You could have unproductive fungus. And figs help pull those out. They do. And like I said before, you
1:01:22
know, fresh figs versus what someone mentioned, dried figs. Got to watch out with dried fruits because dried fruits
1:01:28
tend to be they don't digest as easy. You've got to chew them good. You want
1:01:35
to break them down in your mouth before you send them down. You don't want to send them down like jelly beans. Okay?
1:01:42
You don't want to send your dried figs down the hatch like jelly beans. You don't want to do that where they're like
1:01:49
sticky and still like because they don't break down so easy. dried fruits because
1:01:54
it all depends when did they pick them and how did they dry them? Did they pick them where they weren't, you know, fully
1:02:00
ripe? Were they not ripe enough at the time they harvested them so that when they dried them, they're kind of like
1:02:06
going to be more chewy, gummy, not break down so easy when they're going through the gut. If they picked them when they
1:02:14
were ripe and they dried them, chances are they'll be more chewy. They'll be more, you know, like in a different
1:02:20
state that will break down easier. So, what I'm saying is, you know, when it comes down to dried fruit, you do have
1:02:26
to be careful to some degree. Be mindful. You know, you don't want to be gobbling down tons and tons of dried
1:02:32
fruit. You want to make sure, unless it's your only option, then yeah, of course, but also, you know, you want to
1:02:37
make sure it's fresh if you can. All right, we got two more waffles done.
1:02:44
Taking them out. I could have probably made them a little bigger. I could have definitely done that. Made them just a
1:02:50
little bigger. So, let's get some waffles out here. Heading over to waffle land. Let's go.
1:02:59
Here we are. Oh, yeah. Wow. That one's crunchy. That
1:03:05
one's crunchy. It's a crunchy uh Oh.
1:03:10
Woo. Woo. [Music]
1:03:19
It's hot. That was hot. All right, I'm doing a trick. Bear with
1:03:26
me. Yep, there we are.
1:03:34
All right. A little intelligent balancing act of getting the anatomy guy
1:03:39
over there. All right. I want to show you this. Take a look. Okay. And can I bring you closer up? Sorry about that.
1:03:45
How's that you guys? There we are. Grab a focus there. Okay. How's that? Okay. I could even go
1:03:53
a little little higher. There we are. Now you're looking. It's steaming into the camera. I'm letting you know. It's
1:03:59
steaming into the camera. So, that is the waffles. And um that's them. I can
1:04:08
make some more. Mine aren't golden brown. Mine are toasted, like really
1:04:13
toasted up. It, you know, it's the way I like them. It's just I can't wait to eat
1:04:20
those. Can't wait to eat those. Let's just make sure. There we go.
1:04:26
So, what I'm doing is I'm just giving it like like I'm beating it a little bit, you know, like you're beating an egg.
1:04:33
Like you're making scrambled eggs, you know? I guess I probably scrambled eggs
1:04:38
uh not something you want to be eating if you're trying to heal. I'm sorry to say that. I know that a lot of people
1:04:45
are um you know, here we go.
1:04:51
That's that's coming along nice there. Now, what I'm doing is I have the
1:04:57
I have the top off because you want to do that. Now, it takes about 40 minutes to make a fig jam. Keep that in mind. It
1:05:04
takes 40 minutes. So, roughly around there. Now, a lot of these figs were were harder. They weren't like totally
1:05:11
ripe. So what that means is you could end up needing five ten more minutes and
1:05:16
then at this point now you'll see the evaporation occur
1:05:22
and that means the water from the figs and the little bit of water I added on added in there to prevent the figs from
1:05:29
burning is now being There you go.
1:05:38
Look at that. It's coming together nice. Okay, now we're now we're getting a fig
1:05:46
jam. I'm going to let it simmer longer. I'm going to let the evaporation process
1:05:51
take over and we're pretty much going to have jam actually uh in probably I'd say
1:05:57
5 minutes. So, just give it a little time.
1:06:03
Okay. I'm going to grab another wooden utensil.
1:06:13
There we go.
1:06:24
Um, don't try this tr this technique.
1:06:29
Do not try this technique. I don't think it's probably smart to use
1:06:36
two of them like this, but there you go.
1:06:43
There you go. Look at that. That's a fig jam coming on. Let's just get that
1:06:49
um simmering for a little bit longer. There's a lot of cooking techniques I do
1:06:54
not recommend over here at the Medical Medium Cooking Show. And so, um, please
1:07:00
use your own discretion when cooking and
1:07:05
when you're making your own food. Okay. What did I add to sweeten it? I saw that
1:07:11
comment. Coconut sugar. Organic coconut sugar. Right here. There it is. If you
1:07:17
want to see. Now, what I will be adding shortly, just so you know,
1:07:26
I will be adding
1:07:33
some vanilla bean powder with no natural flavors in it, no garbage in it, pure.
1:07:42
As pure as it gets right there. There it is. I'm adding this pretty soon. And
1:07:47
we're coming to that point now. So, we're simmering it and then we're going to sit down. We talked a lot about the
1:07:53
gut health stuff. We talked about how to protect yourself. Look out what to, you know, what to look out for out there. And we're making this incredible
1:07:59
homemade fig jam right there. New edition, expanded edition, just kind of like a warning. I did this with
1:08:06
Brainsaver. Do you guys have Brainsaver? Any of you guys have Brainsaver? Brainsaver and Brain Saver uh protocols?
1:08:12
You know how big and heavy those books are? Do you guys have those books? Well,
1:08:17
yeah. I mean, keep in mind that this book is going to be like that. It's dense. It's going to be heavy. It's
1:08:25
going to be a kitchen book, though. You just Well, Brain Saver is a kitchen book for a lot of people. You put it in the kitchen and there's so many recipes, so
1:08:32
many new recipes. It's insane. So much information. It's insane. Then you can take it to bed with you at night and
1:08:39
read about why people are sick. read about how what you know you want to conquer with your illness, what
1:08:44
symptoms, conditions you want to you know conquer and beat and how and you
1:08:49
could read about all the information like the conditions alone okay Alzheimer's disease ALS that's what figs
1:08:57
are really good for I mean bone cancer celiac oh my god chronic diarrhea colon
1:09:03
cancer you know Crohn's dementia diverticulitis this I mean god ecoli eye infection,
1:09:11
eczema, you epilepsy. God, it goes on because you know figs
1:09:16
take out metals. You know how medical medium information epilepsy is metals. And so figs help to remove metals out of
1:09:24
the gut at least you know new metals that will try to find a home in the liver and the brain and they'll try to
1:09:29
take those metals out. Parkinson's disease, you know, post-traumatic stress disorder, PTSD, right? I mean,
1:09:36
tacocardia, POTS, you know, like all kinds of stuff, Salmonella, post
1:09:42
Salmonella poisoning. Ah, wow. Strokes too, helping to recover and prevent
1:09:48
them. Urinary tract infections, and the list goes on and on and on. Okay, we got
1:09:56
a fig jam. Nice. There it is.
1:10:03
All right. I'm going to put some vanilla vanilla bean powder. Pure vanilla bean
1:10:09
powder in here if you don't mind. There you go. Let's get it in. Here it is.
1:10:14
Let's go over. Come on, you guys. Nice.
1:10:20
You guys don't mind. I'm putting a little extra. It's a lot of figs I put there. There we
1:10:25
go. Oo. Ooh, look at that.
1:10:33
All right.
1:10:41
Okay, we are done. Just want to make sure that vanilla is
1:10:48
mixed in here nicely.
1:10:55
There you go.
1:11:00
Yep. All right,
1:11:07
let's figure out how to set this up. If you guys are okay, we'll figure that out. I I have a beautiful jar
1:11:16
I'm going to use to actually
1:11:23
[Music] Very good. So, we're going to go back over there.
1:11:33
Here we are.
1:11:40
We're going to make a mess, but we'll clean up this jar. Hopefully this jar doesn't pop on me cuz this is one.
1:11:48
These are hot right here.
1:11:53
Whoa. Let's bring this down.
1:12:04
Wow. Look at that. I have to admit,
1:12:10
I think I did a pretty good job with this. Look at Oh, look at that.
1:12:18
Oh my god. I'm going to try to neaten it up a little bit if you're okay with it.
1:12:24
Look at this. You have yourself right here homemade medical medium potato
1:12:32
waffles, which are medicinal. Yes, they are. And you got homemade fig jam
1:12:40
medical medium style right there. And um let's start prepping up the table. Let's
1:12:46
get that going. I'm going to turn this down completely off there.
1:12:52
All right. Put that lid on there. I'm going to pop a top on here just for fun. Look at
1:13:00
that. Here you go, you guys. Let me bring this over. I'm going to bring everything else over too. Right.
1:13:08
Get that there.
1:13:17
Let me get this out of the way. All right, we got that. I'm going to
1:13:23
bring a fork. Brand new fork. Brand new.
1:13:29
Okay, what else am I forgetting? I forgot this. I did. All right.
1:13:40
How? Like this is crazy right here. You guys look at this. Okay.
1:13:50
Who's saying no sound? Do you guys still hear me? Seeing a couple comments that say no sound.
1:14:01
You guys, I'm just getting comfortable. Is that okay? Are Do you guys Are you okay with this right here? Are you okay that if I have a little little bit of
1:14:07
this like a snack? This is the jam right here. I might grab
1:14:13
a spoon. Wow. Let me grab a spoon and do this, right? I'm going to grab a small
1:14:19
plate. Are you guys okay with that? Grab a small plate over here, too.
1:14:25
Yep. Grab a spoon.
1:14:30
All right. Okay. So, I'm going to take this nice hot waffle right here. This
1:14:37
one. I kind of had my name on this one. You know, that happens. There's one that
1:14:44
you know you want, right? There's one that you like. Okay. So, I'm going to take this fig jam. I'm going to put it
1:14:51
on right on top here.
1:14:57
I just don't want it spilling. There you go.
1:15:05
I mean, I could put a little bit more on there for sake of yummness.
1:15:14
Before we go into a little bit about like figs and the information and stuff and whatever we're going to talk about,
1:15:19
I was talking to my dad. My dad told me, he said, "Why why would you tell why
1:15:25
would you you know why would you say that
1:15:31
the like we know the moon is hollowed out because you know that you know it's getting hollowed out, but you don't
1:15:36
probably want to talk about it too much." I said, "Dad, I don't know. I
1:15:42
mean, I think it's pretty interesting. You know, the moon's been hollowed out for millions of years. you know,
1:15:48
extraterrestrials have been, you know, mining precious minerals from the moon for millions of years. And, you know, I
1:15:56
I think it was just it's interesting, but he's like, "Yeah, but but talking about how it's getting hollowed out and
1:16:02
it can cave in." And I said, "No, I know. I know. It's it's just I don't think every I don't think everybody was
1:16:08
upset. Was everybody upset about that? You like, Kathleen, you like the moon talk?" I wasn't sure if everybody was
1:16:13
really upset, were they? And my mom and dad are watching this live right now. So, they're watching
1:16:20
this live. Um,
1:16:26
all right. I'm just going to have a little bit of this fig jam right here. This little piece of waffle right here.
1:16:36
That vanilla pops. It pops through. Like the vanilla is just popping through. So
1:16:43
good. Cuz I put a little extra because, you know, that's the way I wanted it.
1:16:53
Oh, so good. So good. Um, medical medium fig jam
1:16:58
right out of life-changing foods.
1:17:04
Fig jam is really hot. Like meaning like temperature temperature is up. It's not
1:17:10
spicy. It's just it's just like piping. It came right out of the pan, so it's piping.
1:17:17
So, you're having like the freshest jam you could ever have.
1:17:24
Margaret, you are in my kitchen. Margaret, you're in my kitchen and I'm
1:17:30
talking with my mouth full of food. Yes, you are in my kitchen. This is my
1:17:35
kitchen. Mhm.
1:17:41
Like legit, it's it's definitely definitely me in my kitchen.
1:17:51
All right. Sorry. All right. Apologize
1:17:58
for getting into the food and eating so much of it cuz it's that good.
1:18:04
All right. It's a really good question. Did God create extraterrestrials?
1:18:11
That's a really good question. I think that falls in line of like the whole religious thing, too. You know, there's
1:18:20
it's it's a lot of Christians believe that there's only one source of life in
1:18:26
the entire universe and it's on planet Earth. You know, um I
1:18:32
was talking to like old school diehard staunch Christian the other day.
1:18:38
And you know there it's interesting how it works. There's a lot of beliefs out there. Some beliefs are like only humans
1:18:47
exist and no other form of life exists.
1:18:52
You know so there's a lot of people that believe that and they don't even believe extraterrestrials are even out there
1:18:57
still. But they are. Extraterrestrials are out there. So
1:19:04
let's talk about this a little bit. Power of Compassion says, "I love your cooking shows. I got fig jam all over
1:19:11
over my face right now, I think. I wish to get the same potatoes here in Europe." Whoa. Good to see you, Power of
1:19:18
Compassion. Um, thank you for being here. Py Ren says, "So much so much love for you, Aw.
1:19:27
feel the most me feel the most me when I'm watching your lives like the soul is
1:19:35
getting back to my body more so healing.
1:19:40
So we talked all about like figs and the power they have. I want to go into emotional spiritual if you're okay with
1:19:46
that emotional support with the figs. Figs are beneficial to relieve emotional
1:19:52
wounds formed from feelings of being excluded. Have you ever felt like you were excluded? Did you ever have that
1:19:58
feeling of being excluded? I'm reading right out of Life-Changing Foods, the expanded edition. Place your pre-order.
1:20:05
Place it now so that when it comes out, you're not like trying to get it some other time and you can't get it.
1:20:14
So, if you ever had like feelings of being excluded, I've had those. I've had
1:20:20
those. I don't know about you guys, but I have like I've definitely have had like emotional wounds in my life of
1:20:26
being excluded. Especially when you hear a voice and
1:20:31
you know, you hear a voice from above talking to you, you're going to feel excluded. So, I've had a lot of
1:20:37
feelings, a lot of feelings throughout my lifetime since I was a child. A lot of feelings,
1:20:43
a lot of emotions, a lot of emotional things. Figs are beneficial to relieve
1:20:51
emotional wounds formed from feelings of being excluded. One good reason for me to eat them right
1:20:57
there all on its own. Okay. And I'm feeling elated. I'm feeling like I'm
1:21:03
high on life for this second while I'm eating my fake jam. Just just good feelings. On the flip side, they help
1:21:09
you make wise choices about whom to exclude from your own life. Very interesting.
1:21:16
So figs can kind of like do this thing create this flip side too. Giving you wisdom to discern, giving you wisdom to,
1:21:23
you know, to um make decisions that empower you about excluding
1:21:29
maybe people that shouldn't be in your life that are highly toxic. So when you think about that, there could be people
1:21:34
that are highly toxic in your life and you're using like the fig power to help
1:21:40
empower you to actually, you know, become more intuitive to understanding how to discern and how to, you know,
1:21:46
tell the differences to, you know, like, ah, man, I don't think you should be in my life because, man, you're making me
1:21:53
really miserable and and and but it's not teaching me a lot. It's more of like, you know, working against me.
1:22:01
The wise fig. Amber Gardner said the wise fig.
1:22:07
Um, okay. So, I'm looking here.
1:22:14
Trying to read your comments. You guys educ education educating myself says
1:22:22
good to see you by by the way you're on YouTube. Says the way the world is right now, we need to exclude everyone. Laugh
1:22:27
out loud. That's funny. Um, when you're approaching someone you suspect will be
1:22:34
hostile towards you. That's interesting. When you're approaching someone you suspect will be hostile to you, right?
1:22:44
Bring figs as a peace offering. Has anybody ever
1:22:50
done that? Have they ever done that? It's like someone's approaching you that
1:22:55
you think might be hostile or you're approaching them and you think they might be hostile. It's like, "Here,
1:23:01
here's a homemade fig jam." I bet you right there. Right there. I bet you they
1:23:06
would be like in shock. You know that, right? You know that, right? They'd be in shock. Like right there. I I could
1:23:14
just imagine. So, say you're going up to somebody that you think is going really hostile the whole bit. and you walk up
1:23:20
to them and you know they're going to be hostile.
1:23:25
It's like, "Here is a pack of figs. Here is some homemade fig jam." That's I
1:23:30
never thought about that. I mean, that has a a pretty powerful powerful
1:23:39
These waffles are so good. I'm bringing this other one over here for a second. I'm going to take a co a piece out of
1:23:44
this waffle and just eat it like this for the moment.
1:23:51
Okay, ready? And when you've just heard shocking news or experienced upheaval, have you guys ever experienced upheaval?
1:23:57
I know you have, right? Have you ever heard shocking news? Okay.
1:24:04
Okay. So, you know, if you heard shocking news, upheaval, the whole bit, you know what happens is,
1:24:11
all right, it's really intense. You know, like if you ever gotten that, someone texts you or something like they
1:24:16
text you and the whole bit, it's like intense. It's just next thing you know, you're like, "What? What? What? This is
1:24:21
terrible. Terrible. Oh my god." Okay. And when you've just heard shocking news
1:24:28
or experienced upheaval, figs can support your body through the trauma and reduce the upsets after effects. And you
1:24:34
know what? That's a big deal because the after effects of getting jacked up,
1:24:39
right? The after effects of getting jacked up really they're not great.
1:24:45
They cause a lot of depletion. You lose a lot of B12. You lose a lot of trace minerals. You lose a lot of
1:24:50
electrolytes. And you've been jacked up by something like somebody comes at you or something
1:24:55
where they're stressing you out or you're you're in some kind of conflict or confrontation. It takes out of you.
1:25:01
It actually takes out of you. And figs help to restore and bring back. If you struggle with moodiness, gloom,
1:25:08
disappointment, or you go in and out of funks. Wow, you guys. I'm reading out of the
1:25:15
new edition right there, the expanded new edition. When you get this book, you're going to
1:25:20
be mind-b blown. If you thought the first one was good, you think I would just
1:25:26
put out an expanded edition and only like add one paragraph or change a
1:25:33
paragraph or something like that and just call it a day. And cuz a lot what happens with authors and books and
1:25:39
stuff, no disrespect, but a lot of new editions are really just like a few added sentences and then they call it a
1:25:46
day. I added an entire book to this book. So,
1:25:52
all right. So, if you struggle with moodiness, gloom, disappointment, or you go in and out of funks, turn to figs to
1:25:59
help lighten your emotional load. Let's go into spiritual lesson for a for a
1:26:04
little bit, too. I'm going to have another uh corner of a waffle.
1:26:11
Have you ever known someone who was quick to fly off the handle
1:26:18
to react with emotions in challenging situations, then later regretted their words and
1:26:24
actions? Happens to the best of everybody.
1:26:30
Have you ever known someone who didn't speak up at the right times because they
1:26:35
were overwhelmed by doubt and fear? Were you in a situation in your life where you couldn't speak up? You felt like you
1:26:42
couldn't speak up because of doubt and fear.
1:26:48
You couldn't speak up at the right moment of time. Sorry for chewing this while I'm talking.
1:26:56
Have you ever experienced these scenarios in your with yourself or with someone else? The key to overcoming
1:27:02
these states spiritual disconnect between head and gut is to connect with
1:27:08
the equilibrium of the fig tree whose roots are just as strong and farreaching
1:27:13
as as um its burrow. So So just know this, okay? When it comes down to
1:27:21
our we can be like when someone if you ever run into somebody they're out of their head. They're so disconnected like
1:27:28
their head is so disconnected away from their heart away from their gut
1:27:38
when someone's in that state of mind. I mean, you probably run into somebody in your life, confrontation, some kind of
1:27:44
conflict, right? And you run into somebody like that and they're so disconnected where it's like their head
1:27:50
is all up here and they're just so far apart from like their heart because, you
1:27:56
know, that the heart the heart, right? It's like, you know, having heart and they're so far from that. It's like
1:28:02
their head is so away from their heart. It's so disconnected. Figs would really be helpful for them.
1:28:08
The fig tree is a landmark of wisdom unlike other trees which are governed by the chance nature
1:28:16
of pollination and nutrient uptake and can therefore un underproduce or
1:28:21
overproduce fruit. Each fig tree has a built-in intelligence that decides how many figs the tree will yield and the
1:28:28
order in which the trees will bear them. So basically the fig tree has this innate understanding of how many figs
1:28:34
it's going to release, how many figs it's going to yield, especially if you
1:28:40
you have your own fig tree, which you know a lot of people can get their own fig tree.
1:28:49
Fig trees are wise enough to grow tall and wide, producing an abundance of food so that plenty of people can nourish
1:28:55
themselves from the bounty. Big big big fig trees out there can feed a lot of
1:29:01
people. It's absurd how many people. It's amazing. And under the surface, fig
1:29:06
trees possess deep reaching roots surrounded by powerful and protective beneficial microorganisms
1:29:13
that balance the pH of the clay at the level in the earth, allowing the root
1:29:18
hairs to absorb nutrients that other trees can't. So there's fig trees actually have this incredible
1:29:25
microorganism protection around the roots. In other words, figs don't just balance
1:29:31
the physical health of our brains and digestive systems. They're also a model of balance themselves. When we take
1:29:38
their fruit into our bodies, they promote metaphysical balance between our heads and guts. Those of us who react
1:29:47
only with our heads, who don't think before words we can can take back that
1:29:52
come out of our mouths gain grounding from eating these figs. Those of us who
1:29:57
react only with our guts, who overthink ourselves out of having a voice, learn
1:30:04
to express ourselves at the right time. You know, there's people that overthink with their guts. So, they don't get that
1:30:09
voice out. It doesn't come out when it needs to at the right time. figs can bring that reel that back in. Um, so
1:30:17
yeah, I'm going to put a little bit of fig jam on this this piece right here if you guys don't mind. The fig jam's
1:30:22
really hot. There it is right there. Wow.
1:30:30
Sorry guys.
1:30:37
So, what you'll find inside of this book
1:30:42
are dozens more wild foods, fruits, leafy
1:30:48
greens, vegetables, herbs, which is exciting all in its own. Okay.
1:30:55
Also, what feels like an endless amount of new recipes because there's so many. It's insane. Okay. All new recipe
1:31:01
photos, which is a whole another thing too on its own. And surprising new tips for growing your
1:31:08
own food.
1:31:13
Life-changing foods expanded edition has 80 new recipes. Not the same recipes
1:31:19
from the first edition.
1:31:28
Amazing. I wish I can offer you one of these. I wish I can. And we can put some nice fig jam. It's nice and warm and
1:31:35
hot. So you guys, that is right there. This is my manuscript.
1:31:42
Alexa says, "This live is amazing." Thank you. Glad you liked it.
1:31:48
I'm glad we talked about a lot of things with the gut. A lot of information out there to help people. The information in
1:31:54
this book, it's packed. I'm going to talk about it more because there's so much in here. And by the way, you guys, have you listened to Angels, Demons, and
1:32:01
Spiritual Tools? There it is. Right there. Angels, Demons, and Spiritual
1:32:07
Tools. Okay, Spotify, Apple.
1:32:12
Make sure you listen to it if you get a chance. You can even listen to it on
1:32:17
Amazon. Um, anybody who listened to Angels, Demons, and Spiritual Tools, did you
1:32:24
like it? Did you like it's seven and a half hours of intense mind-blowing
1:32:32
information about derms demons and you'll learn about what that derm
1:32:39
derm word is. Wow, that just threw me right there. Cold light spring. You want to know what a rake is? The rake. Yeah,
1:32:47
I know. I know. I'm going to talk about it sometime. We'll go into it its in in in its entirety about it because I don't
1:32:53
want to just only like skim across what what the rake is. But yeah, the
1:33:00
Appalachin Mountains is loaded with a lot. The rake is in other places. It's not just in the Appalachins.
1:33:06
The rake is actually in a it the Spirit
1:33:12
of Compassion told me that the rake is temperature sensitive to some degree. So, you know, it it's it's not going to
1:33:20
be in the coldest part of the planet, but it's crazy how it works. Anyway, all
1:33:25
right. You guys loved um you loved Angels, Demons, and Spiritual Tools. Make sure you get a chance to listen to
1:33:31
it. It's 7 and 1/2 hours. You have to listen to it more than once.
1:33:37
There's so much information you're going to miss. It's so packed. It's It's insanely packed with information. How to
1:33:43
protect yourself. I mean, honestly, how to protect yourself from demons and to learn about
1:33:48
the family derms. If you guys want to know anything about like family derms, it's just so good. The information is so
1:33:54
mind-blowing. So, if you get a chance, definitely.
1:34:00
Melanie says, "Mical medium, spirituality, and music. I've listened nearly a hundred times. I love it." Wow,
1:34:06
it's mind-blowing. Thank you. Thank you. Um Allison Saunders says, "Hello, angels, demons, etc. was lifechanging
1:34:14
and so validating. It's really powerful and validating. You can learn techniques
1:34:19
on just changing the course of a moment, a moment in time. You can literally
1:34:24
learn a technique to change the course of a moment in time that you want changed. It's so powerful. Um,
1:34:37
angels, demons, and spiritual tools helped me so much. I loved it. I was shocking. It was shocking and powerful.
1:34:49
It's really that mind-blowing. These are so good. I can't Here's what's
1:34:55
crazy about these. There's nothing bad in them. It's just plain steamed potato made into a waffle
1:35:03
with the purest of pure fresh fig jam. Like, I mean, come on. Antiviral,
1:35:10
anti-mold, antifungal, anti- everything. That's what this is. Melissa over here says that was literally life-changing.
1:35:17
The angels, demons, spiritual tools. It really is. Um, someday I'll tell you a
1:35:22
story of what happened. Just not right now, but I promise I'll tell you a story about what happens when I was recording
1:35:27
it. Like code says, "Listening for the third time so mind-blowing. Tell other people
1:35:33
about angels, demons, and spiritual tools. Tell other people. It's an eyeopener. It really is. It is an eye
1:35:40
openener like of the 10th degree eye opener.
1:35:47
It really is. Um, so I hope it's so much information is in it. So you guys know
1:35:53
the medical medium books, you know the medical medium information, you know angels, demons, spiritual tools, you know this isn't going to let you down.
1:36:00
You know this is not going to let you down. Pre-order it. Pre-order it if you
1:36:05

1:36:12

1:36:20

1:37:01
tuned into the Telegram, too. Okay? Telegram channel.
1:37:07
All right. That'd be amazing. And I'm sorry I don't have Tik Tok on
1:37:13
right now, you guys. Sorry about that. It's just that every time I say boo, Tik Tok punishes me. They do. So, I just I'm
1:37:21
just not in the mood. So, you can go to my Tik Tok channel. You know, you guys know that my first Tik Tok channel, you
1:37:28
know, was taken down and they never put it back up. But you can go to my Tik Tok channel and um and you can check it out.
1:37:37
But I don't put Tik Tok on now because all I have to do is say boo. That's it. And they literally they punish me. It's
1:37:44
the craziest thing for nothing. It's unbelievable. Spencer says, "Didn't see the book." Well, because of the glare.
1:37:51
What is the book called? Can you see it now? Check it out. Oh,
1:37:57
that glare. There you go. Can you see now? Thanks for telling me about that. That glare is annoying. I saw that just
1:38:02
now. Wow. Kathleen says they're in the Appalachins. There's a lot of thing in the Appalachins. A lot of things, but
1:38:09
there but there's a lot of things everywhere in the woods. There's a lot of stuff in the woods.
1:38:17
There really is. Mountains, woods in general.
1:38:22
Shirley says, "Yes, I have listened to angels demons like five times and get a
1:38:27
different take. Every time I continue to hold on my belief AI can heal that I can
1:38:33
heal. Still struggling with some symptoms. Always grateful. Thank you." So, you're listening to it when you feel like, "Look, you need some more
1:38:39
healing." That's good. That's good because there's so much healing information with the techniques, the
1:38:44
spiritual tools, spiritual light, lights of free will. Check it out. There it is. Angels, demons, spiritual tools. Check
1:38:51
it out. Okay, I don't talk about it enough. Who does that? Who puts out something like that? A 7 and a half
1:38:57
profound, mind-blowing audio. Who puts something like out there and
1:39:04
doesn't talk about it? Just doesn't talk about it. I haven't even I don't think I've really spoken much about it. I
1:39:09
mentioned it here and there. I mentioned it on like a couple of podcasts, just mentioned it. But so I I I should
1:39:15
mention it because it's that healing. It's that powerful. It's that mind-blowing. So you should know about it. And maybe you don't even know about
1:39:21
it and you've never even seen, you know, you didn't even know I did that. And I think that's what's happening.
1:39:27
You know, Sasquatches were put here by
1:39:32
extraterrestrials.
1:39:37
All right, you guys. Life-changing foods expanded. Make sure
1:39:43

1:39:59
same. Mariah YouTube. My favorite book is LCF. Can't wait for the expanded edition. You put a smile on my face. Art
1:40:07
for the soul by Dorene. Healing with medical medium information and tools has changed it all. Has changed it all.
1:40:15
Alexis, this live is amazing. Thank you. you with a praying hand. Thank you, Alexis,
1:40:20
for being here. Jennifer, I just received intense shocking news September
1:40:25
8th. I wish I'd have known this about figs then. Best friend was killed in a
1:40:32
car accident on impact. Devastating. Jennifer, God, my prayers go out to you
1:40:38
and for their family. Just just oh my god. Linda Lurin over there on YouTube.
1:40:45

1:40:52
Wonderful. Lotus over here on YouTube. I love you. Aw, thank you for being brave
1:40:57
and a true healer of the world. Have I ever told you guys the I've gotten over the years for doing what I've done.
1:41:03
And meanwhile, it's like someone gets a little like a bad word
1:41:08
said about him out there and they're screaming at the tops of their lungs and they're in the media. I'm literally I've been like I've Yeah. I've had like
1:41:17
industries want to take me down because of the forefront advanced information I've been putting out for decades. This
1:41:24
nobody even knows. Katherine Kirby, yes, more cooking show. Nice. Rock Austrian,
1:41:31
yes, more cooking shows for sure. These cooking shows are actually really fun. They really are.
1:41:37
Josh, if people go out in public in groups, sure, people can go out. People
1:41:42
can do what they want. They got their own free will. If they want to hang out with a bunch of people, they can hang out with a bunch of people.
1:41:48
Um, Leanne Bose, thank you for sharing your book before it has been published.
1:41:54
What a treat. That's what I'm doing. I am sharing it. There it is. We're going through it. We did a couple of cooking
1:41:59
shows. I've shared other information about it. Um,
1:42:04
you know, I got some fresh fig jam right here.
1:42:10
You are our hero. Abbott, you're my hero, too. You guys have been through so much in your life.
1:42:16
You've been through so much. You've gone through a lot. And it it just it's it's heartbreaking
1:42:23
really with chronic illness and and what people go through with that. People just don't understand unless they've been in
1:42:28
their shoes, unless they experienced it themselves. I mean, bottom line,
1:42:35
I mean, truly, you guys, I'll see you. Okay. I'm going
1:42:40
to have some more fig jam. I'm probably going to eat another waffle. Um, and um,
1:42:45
better there's nothing better than spending time with you guys. Hands down.
1:42:51
And you know, I love you. You do. Okay. Everyone is different, but not in the
1:42:57
way we normally think. Everyone is different. Our souls are different.
1:43:02
Everyone's soul is different. Your soul is different than another person.
1:43:07
Another person's soul is different than yours. No two souls are the same. And
1:43:13
even though our physical bodies are different and they look different as
1:43:19
humans, they're meant to function in the same way. Every person on this planet
1:43:25
needs to eat food in some way. And that's the same. And when it comes down
1:43:30
to our hearts, our heart has to beat. And that's where we're not different.
1:43:36
We're just not different. Until something goes wrong and we can't walk anymore. Until something goes wrong and
1:43:42
we can't talk or our blood gets clogged or our heart doesn't beat right. And
1:43:49
that's where the differences come in. And that's where we become different. Different internal problems with our
1:43:56
physical bodies can create endless differences.
