https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TXhayRlQ1RA 0:00 And I hear it all the time when somebody 0:01 gets sick out there. First thing they 0:04 think is it's their fault. They did 0:08 something wrong. Like why is this 0:11 happening? And then if it doesn't go 0:14 away, if it doesn't get better fast, 0:18 then the doubt comes, 0:20 I must have done something wrong. This 0:22 must be my fault in some way. 0:27 And it happens to everybody. There's no 0:29 one that doesn't believe that when 0:32 they're sick 0:34 and they're sick too long and 0:36 something's not changing and something's 0:38 not getting better that it's got to be 0:41 them that did it. Now, it's different 0:43 with like a flu, you're like, "Well, 0:45 wait a minute. Even even though with a 0:47 flu or COVID or something, even with 0:50 that, they still might be like, all 0:52 right, I must have like deserve this. My 0:55 body needs this right now." you know, 0:57 they'll do something like that. But if 0:59 they're sick too long with the flu or CO 1:01 now they're like, "What is wrong with 1:02 me? What is wrong with me? Do I have 1:04 long CO? Do I have something?" And it's 1:08 the biggest problem when we get sick is 1:11 that we blame ourselves. I know society 1:13 created that. 1:16 I know the industries help to feed that 1:18 whole belief system because the 1:21 industries don't want to be blamed. You 1:22 know, they don't want to be blamed. all 1:24 the toxins, the poisons, and everything 1:26 else. If it's okay, I'm hungry and I'm 1:29 doing a little talk on the chronically 1:31 ill and being sick. But I also 1:34 have a whole bunch of food here 1:38 that I want to just take a look at and 1:40 get out here. I just don't know really 1:42 what I want to eat yet. 1:46 Oh, yeah. 1:49 All right, I got some more stuff, but 1:53 this is pretty good. If you don't mind, 1:54 I'm gonna 1:56 take a little sip here of a HMDS. 2:00 I'm going to pop the cap off is what I'm 2:02 going to do 2:05 here. 2:08 Pop this in here. 2:14 That is so stellar. 2:17 just is stellar. Um, that's my dessert. 2:22 Is that bad? They have dessert. That 2:24 one's Cafe Gratitude is not bad. It's so 2:27 healthy. It's ridiculous. This is the 2:28 Medical Medium menu. So, let's talk 2:30 about this again. When people get sick, 2:32 they blame themselves. They just do. And 2:35 if you're sick for like a month and you 2:38 really can't get a grip on it, you got 2:40 these symptoms. Maybe you got tremors 2:41 for the first time in your life and you 2:43 got the tremors. Maybe you got restless 2:45 legs that's starting to kick up. Maybe 2:46 insomnia. 2:48 You're just not sleeping good. Then it 2:49 gets worse and then you have your first 2:52 allnighter. Like as if you partied all 2:54 night, but you didn't party. You laid in 2:56 bed suffering because anyone who can't 2:59 sleep at all and they're tossing and 3:00 turning and they're laying in bed 3:02 struggling. They're suffering. Let's 3:04 face it. And there's a lot of people 3:05 that can't sleep at night at all and 3:07 they just sleep whenever they can when 3:09 their body just collapses. But 3:13 regardless of what it is, we tend to 3:16 just go after ourselves. But that was an 3:18 industry thing for sure because we're 3:21 not allowed to blame anything else. Now 3:24 it's shifting now and the work over the 3:26 decades medical meme information getting 3:28 out there and the work I've done 3:30 spreading the message and being a 3:32 messenger of spirit of compassion. 3:35 The industry is changing you know like 3:36 autism being toxic heavy metals ADHD 3:39 toxic heavy metals. its original medical 3:41 medium information 3:43 and then science grabs it and then you 3:45 know people in the industry and doctors 3:46 grab it and so forth. 3:49 But the tide is shifting there. But 3:52 regardless, no one's being educated 3:54 actually in the direction of it's not 3:57 your fault. They're just not. It doesn't 4:00 exist. And medical meme information is 4:04 is about that. It's about you not 4:07 getting the blame. you because really 4:10 it's not your fault. There's all these 4:12 other reasons 4:15 why you got sick and everybody has 4:18 different circumstances. They have 4:19 different problems and different 4:22 challenges and and all of that. That 4:26 plays a role too. 4:29 Still, it's not your fault. 4:32 But even today, a new person gets sick, 4:36 it's the same old thing. 4:38 They're told it's their fault. Many 4:41 times they believe it is and then you 4:43 hold on to it emotionally and now you're 4:45 in that trap. Now you're in that 4:47 emotional sinkhole, you know. 4:51 Just um having some sushi. This is 4:53 without the fish right here. Just have a 4:55 little bit. Dip this in here. If this is 4:57 okay, you guys. 5:04 So good. 5:06 I'm going to grab a little bit of this 5:08 wasabi and put this over here. There's 5:11 no raw fish in here. Do not eat raw 5:13 fish. Do not eat raw fish. This is not 5:16 raw fish. 5:24 If you want to eat raw fish, 5:31 you're going to get sick. 5:34 And you may not get sick that day or 5:38 that year, 5:40 but you're going to get raw fish one day 5:44 and then you're going to get real sick. 5:47 You just are. And that's not what this 5:49 is. This is incredible. Absolutely 5:51 incredible. 6:01 So good. It's a medical medium millet 6:03 sushi. Nori rolls the millet nori rolls 6:07 without raw fish at Cafe Gratitude. 6:10 [snorts] So, 6:12 as I was saying before, if you catch 6:14 COVID or are, you know, some kind of 6:15 respiratory infection from a flu, 6:17 [snorts] 6:18 you're down and out. If you can't crawl 6:21 out of it and get out of it, you'll 6:23 start saying, "Well, it's my fault 6:24 because somebody else, they got out of 6:26 it. 6:27 How did that other person get better?" 6:30 And then you run into people who 6:33 on social media, you think they're 6:35 really sick, maybe an influence or 6:37 something like that, but they've learned 6:38 to also speak. They've learned to speak 6:41 to the chronically ill because they get 6:43 a lot of traction. 6:46 So they'd be like, "I had that, too, and 6:47 I had that, too." But meanwhile, they 6:49 were nowhere near sick as so many people 6:50 on Mattress Island that are bedridden. 6:56 Going 7:06 to have the kelp noodles. A little bit 7:07 of that. There's just some nories right 7:10 there. 7:12 Going to pop that in here. I didn't have 7:14 a piece of ginger yet. I should have. 7:16 I'll do that in a little bit. Here we 7:19 go. Right here. This the kelp noodles. 7:24 This is so tasty. This just pops. It's 7:27 another very tasty dish. 7:36 The problem is though when you get sick 7:39 but you don't know really what it is and 7:40 then you're going and searching and one 7:42 person says it's parasites. Another 7:44 person says it's something else. Another 7:46 person says it's adrenals when it's not 7:47 your adrenals. Another person says you 7:49 got autoimmune, but they don't really 7:51 have any idea what's going on. Another 7:53 doctor says this. Then you get the blood 7:54 draw thing. 7:57 People are so sensitive when you got 7:59 chronic illness. You have an immune 8:00 system problem already. And then you go 8:02 and get like three vials of blood, five 8:04 vials of blood taken out. Then 8:06 [clears throat] you two days later 8:08 you're really down and out. You're in 8:09 bed. You're sick. 8:13 You know, you call the doctor. I don't 8:14 feel good. I'm even sicker. we better 8:16 get to a specialist and need to get 8:17 another five vials or seven or 10 or 20. 8:20 You can get 20 vials. So many people 8:22 doing that. There's so many different 8:24 doctors doing that now. They just order 8:25 so much blood and it just sends somebody 8:28 even backwards more. It's not that I'm 8:30 anti- blood work. I mean, you can get 8:31 blood work. Yeah. And it's good. It's 8:33 just got to do it smartly to protect 8:35 yourself if you got chronic illness. And 8:38 you know, if you know Medical Medium 8:39 information, you know all about that. if 8:41 you've listened to Medical Medium 8:43 information and and read the books, but 8:46 anyone who's struggling with chronic 8:48 illness, they they get themselves in 8:52 this quagmire. And that quagmire is, I'm 8:55 not getting better fast enough. I'm 8:57 trying all these different things. I got 9:00 all these different diagnosis. And then 9:02 they're on the internet and they're 9:03 scouring the internet. 9:07 And then they're hating on themselves 9:08 eventually because ooh man, you can't 9:11 get back to work or you feel like you 9:12 can't function or the people around you 9:14 think something's wrong and or the 9:16 people around you just think it's 9:20 Oh man, you can really start hating 9:21 yourself pretty fast. Chronic illness is 9:24 no joke. It is such a trap. But the 9:27 thing is, it's not your fault if you got 9:29 sick. 9:37 Getting a little dark outside, but it 9:38 it's my dinner. 9:48 This is really good. This is so 9:49 delicious. 9:51 The kelp noodle and green papaya kelp 9:55 noodle. It's got the carrots. 10:03 I might try something else if that's 10:05 okay. Take a look. 10:10 There's a lot of great dishes here. 10:13 That's a beautiful pesto [music] potato 10:16 salad over there at Cafe Gratitude 10:18 Medical 10:20 Collaboration. [music] 10:23 Oh my god. That's the pumpkin pasta. 10:28 [music] That's the pumpkin pasta right 10:29 there. 10:32 >> [music] 10:32 >> These are so good. I'm going to go into 10:35 a little bit of a pasta right now. You 10:37 guys are okay. This is the pumpkin pasta 10:39 dish. Beautiful salad with it. And this 10:42 is takeout. 10:45 Oh, wa. I think it's hard when there's 10:49 so many people suffering and struggling 10:50 out there. 10:52 It's worse than it's ever been ever 10:54 before. But you think about it, how many 10:56 people are doing organic? How many 10:57 people are eating, you know, healthier? 10:59 They're doing keto, carnivore, they're 11:01 juicing too out there. Not a lot of 11:03 that, but they're doing it out there. 11:06 And 11:08 with all of that and being concerned 11:11 about ultra, you know, ultra, you know, 11:13 processed foods, ultrarocessed foods and 11:15 everything else that they're concerned 11:17 about, it's amazing how chronic illness 11:20 just keeps on just rising, rising, 11:22 rising. And in about 10 years, where are 11:24 we going to be? It's not going to be 11:26 much different. And anyone who decides 11:29 to start eating better, 11:32 they might turn the corner a little bit, 11:34 but they might end up back to being sick 11:36 again, unless they really get to the 11:38 root of why they're sick and suffering, 11:40 getting the answers they need. Because 11:42 the confidence part really matters. 11:45 Being confident about what you're doing 11:47 and getting a result, and then sticking 11:49 to it and having it make sense and 11:51 understanding why they're sick and 11:53 what's causing that sickness. So if you 11:56 got fatigue, 11:58 having the answer to why you have 12:00 fatigue like Epstein bar virus, 12:02 understanding the neurotoxins, 12:04 understanding the different aspects of a 12:06 viral infection, low-grade viral 12:07 infection, medical medium information, 12:10 understanding those stealth viruses and 12:13 understanding where you are with your 12:14 fatigue, neurological fatigue, your 12:16 nervous system, then you can really hang 12:19 on for the ride and be like, "But I know 12:21 what I'm doing, you know? I know how to 12:24 heal. And you start getting those 12:26 results when you stick with it. 12:30 And the problem is out there because 12:31 nobody really knows why anybody's sick 12:33 and they don't understand autoimmune and 12:35 they don't understand how it works. You 12:37 can just play in that garden of madness. 12:41 Sea of confusion is what I've always 12:44 said. You can play in that for a decade 12:46 and a decade will go by fast. It will go 12:50 by fast. When you're younger, a decade 12:51 is 100 years. 12:54 And I'm not just saying this because I'm 12:55 an older guy and I'm I'm an older person 12:58 and and I'm saying that because hey, 13:00 younger people think that time goes by 13:04 so much slower or feel that time goes by 13:06 slower, but 10 years will go by really 13:09 quick when you're sick. So when you're 13:11 younger and sick, 13:13 it goes by and flies by and you're just 13:17 like, "Oh my god." and you're on the 13:18 other side of this and now I'm 30. Now 13:21 I'm still sick. Now I'm still suffering. 13:23 I never really got better. And you have 13:25 this history of trying so many different 13:27 things and and dealing with the struggle 13:31 emotionally, physically, and mentally 13:33 and spiritually for those 10 years. 13:39 And in the end, you'll end up still 13:41 blaming yourself because why isn't 13:43 someone else sick? There's always going 13:45 to be that one person out there that you 13:47 see or that somebody that you lock on 13:49 to. It's like, they're fine. They're not 13:51 suffering like this. What are they 13:53 doing? Right. It's like, no, that's not 13:55 it. It's what happened to you. The 13:57 exposures, what you were born with. 13:59 Yeah. Passed down from generation to 14:01 generation, what you may have 14:03 contracted, what you may have been 14:05 exposed to, and then your immune system 14:08 struggles to really truly understand 14:10 them. And I'm noticing alternative 14:11 medicine is trying to get more 14:13 complicated and even more complicated 14:15 than it ever was before 14:18 instead of simplifying it and getting 14:20 into the place of this is why you're 14:22 sick because they still don't know yet. 14:25 So they're just complicating it more and 14:27 more out there. Making the person with a 14:30 an intelligent mind think they have it 14:33 all together. So there's alternative 14:35 systems and healing being built 14:39 all around the world and you're like, 14:41 "Okay, let me go do that. Let me do the 14:43 plasma. Let me do this. Let me do that. 14:45 And let me inject this. Let me try 14:47 this." And it's just on the search for, 14:50 "Wo, science really knows what's going 14:52 on. I can heal." But then you're back to 14:55 square one. You're still sick and nobody 14:58 really explained or taught you what the 15:02 problem really is. Just a little 15:04 nighttime dinner talk right here. Having 15:07 some pumpkin pasta 15:11 using chopsticks. 15:18 So good. And [snorts] let me take a look 15:20 at some of the other things here. If I 15:21 could give a message to 15:24 anyone, 15:26 it's once you have the correct 15:28 information 15:30 about what's bogging you down, what's 15:34 holding you down, holding you back from 15:35 healing, what's preventing you from 15:38 healing. 15:40 Once you have the correct information 15:42 about your immune system and how it 15:43 works and how to protect your immune 15:46 system, once you become empowered and 15:49 have this information, 15:54 then you can move forward in leaps and 15:56 bounds and really push forward, push 15:58 ahead. Anyway, 16:01 these are the tahini cookies right here. 16:05 Oh my god, these are so so good. 16:09 These don't even stay in stock. They run 16:13 out of these so fast, faster than they 16:16 can make them. I can't think gratitude. 16:19 These are so amazing, these cookies. 16:33 I got a lot of food here. 16:37 I have the HMDS. I got a celery juice 16:40 right here. I'm going to save that for 16:42 the morning. 16:46 I got the I am precious antioxidant 16:49 smoothie. 16:51 It's so good. 16:53 I still got the nori rolls. 17:01 Delicious, you guys. Delicious. 17:05 I have two cookies here. Anyway, just 17:08 know I care and we'll we'll do more 17:09 talks about this.
