Tools To Fight The Super Flu

📹 Watch on YouTube →

AI Summary

Main Theme (1–2 sentences)

A severe, highly aggressive “super flu” is circulating, depleting immune reserves and setting people up for prolonged illness and chronic conditions unless they actively protect, strengthen, and support their immune systems using targeted tools and dietary choices.

Core Tools to Use

Zinc (liquid zinc sulfate)

Why: Flu viruses rapidly drain zinc; immune cells require zinc to survive and destroy viruses.

How: Take daily as immune support; increase frequency at first sign of illness.

Vitamin C (buffered / non-ascorbic)

Why: Immune cells need vitamin C to fight viruses; buffered forms allow higher intake without gut irritation.

How: Use multiple doses per day during exposure or illness.

Propolis (alcohol-free)

Why: Powerful antiviral; supports immune defense and oral health (canker sores, cold sores).

How: Take straight or diluted in a small amount of water; can be taken multiple times daily.

Olive Leaf

Why: Strong antiviral and immune-supportive herb.

How: Take daily during flu season; increase when exposed or symptomatic.

Total Immune (multi-ingredient immune blend)

Why: Broad-spectrum immune reinforcement when time or energy is limited.

How: Use daily for prevention or multiple times daily at onset.

Micro-C / Buffered Vitamin C Powder

Why: Allows higher dosing without stomach burn; feeds immune cells directly.

How: Mix in water or juice; take throughout the day.

Soothewise / Elderberry-based blends

Why: Supports immune response and symptom relief.

How: Add to tincture shots or take separately.

Things to Avoid (and Why)

Dairy (milk, cheese, butter, cream)

Why: Feeds flu viruses and dramatically increases mucus production.

How: Eliminate completely during exposure and illness.

Eggs

Why: Viral fuel; worsens symptoms and prolongs recovery.

How: Avoid until fully recovered.

Meat (especially during fever)

Why: High-fat animal foods burden the immune system and increase viral activity.

How: Pause consumption during flu and early recovery.

High-Fat Diets (even plant-based)

Why: Slows immune response and increases inflammation.

How: Keep fats very low during illness.

Daily / Supportive Practices

Masking in High-Risk Settings

Why: Reduces viral load exposure in crowded indoor spaces.

How: Wear on planes, airports, stores, and around coughing individuals.

Hand & Face Hygiene

Why: Flu enters through eyes, nose, mouth.

How: Avoid touching face; sanitize hands; wipe cart handles.

Hydration with Healing Liquids

Why: Flushes toxins and supports immune cell function.

How: Lemon water, cucumber juice, celery juice daily.

Targeted Protocols (Step-by-Step)

At First Sign of Flu (or Known Exposure)

1. Zinc: Take immediately.

2. Vitamin C: Dose every few hours.

3. Propolis: Take straight or diluted, 2–4x/day.

4. Olive Leaf: Add daily, increase frequency.

5. Total Immune: Use as directed, multiple times daily if needed.

6. Food: Switch to fruit, steamed potatoes, healing broths.

7. Rest: Prioritize sleep and nervous system calm.

During Active Flu

1. Eliminate: All dairy, eggs, meat, high-fat foods.

2. Consume: Healing broth, fruit, cucumber juice, lemon water.

3. Support: Continue zinc + vitamin C consistently.

4. Protect: Mask when around others; avoid crowds.

Situations to Use These Tools

Flu season / outbreaks

After recent illness (immune recovery phase)

Chronic illness or autoimmune vulnerability

High-stress, low-sleep periods

Travel, especially air travel

Exposure to sick individuals

Recipe / Protocol: Immune Shot (Optional Mix)

Ingredients

Zinc (liquid)

Propolis (alcohol-free)

Olive Leaf

Vitamin C (liquid or powder)

Soothewise / Elderberry

Small amount of water

Optional: organic apple juice or honey (for taste)

Instructions

1. Add small amounts of each tincture to a shot glass.

2. Dilute with a little water or juice.

3. Stir and drink immediately.

4. Repeat 1–3x daily during illness or exposure.

0:05 Super flu.
0:08 It got me out here. It got me doing a
0:11 live. Okay.
0:13 Because everybody is screaming out there
0:16 that they're sick. Like for real. Like
0:19 anybody and everybody. I hear it all day
0:21 long now.
0:23 Congestion, fever, bad fever, fever that
0:28 won't go away, congestion that won't go
0:30 away, mucus like glue, flem like glue,
0:35 really bad, a lot of people really sick
0:37 actually. Kids dying, children dying,
0:43 uh elderly people dying, uh nursing
0:46 homes being wiped out right now. Um
0:49 assistant living homes being wiped out
0:51 right now from the super flu. It running
0:53 through nursing homes, assistant living
0:56 homes just running through I hear out
0:58 there. It's like terrible. A lot of
1:00 people I've known throughout the years
1:02 reaching out to me and they're like it's
1:03 unbelievable.
1:05 And hospitals filled up with people.
1:08 Everybody in the waiting room, everybody
1:09 in the ER, that's what's happening right
1:12 now. It's crazy. So, you know, we can
1:16 ignore it. We can ignore it and just say
1:19 whatever. It's a bad cold. That's all.
1:21 It's a bad cold out there. Don't wear a
1:23 mask cuz you know, God forbid you wear a
1:26 mask. God forbid. You know what I mean?
1:29 Like the whole thing. I'd wear a mask in
1:31 two seconds flat. If I'm on a plane
1:33 right now, I'm wearing a mask. You
1:34 better believe it because somebody
1:37 sitting next to you could cough that
1:39 super flu right in your face, right in
1:41 your like right in your mouth, you know?
1:44 So, it's and I know I know there's a
1:46 whole political thing I know this whole
1:48 political thing about the mask stuff. I
1:51 always thought the political aspect of
1:53 it is just absolutely Totally
1:55 Okay? You know, one side of
1:57 the aisle freaking out, never wear a
1:59 mask, you know, one side of the aisle,
2:01 you know, mask up, mask up. It's not
2:03 about masking up all the time. It's just
2:05 about when there's a freaking super flu
2:07 going around, you might want to put your
2:09 shirt over your face. if you're walking
2:12 by three people coughing and choking on
2:14 their fleg in the grocery store in the
2:17 supermarket because if I'm in the
2:20 supermarket,
2:22 okay, if I'm in the supermarket and I'm
2:25 I'm checking out or something like that
2:27 and I got people coughing their guts out
2:29 and they got a fever cuz one out of
2:31 three people in that line is going to
2:33 have going to have the super flu or or
2:35 some rendition of it or another flu, you
2:38 better believe I'm not going to be like,
2:39 "Oh, forget masks." Hey, how are you
2:41 doing? Let me breathe that in. Is bad
2:44 out there right now, you know. And if
2:46 you're somebody that doesn't want to be
2:47 in bed for two weeks or for 10 days or
2:49 get hit with a fever, you definitely
2:51 want to uh be cautious. Anyway, you
2:54 know, the one thing about medical medium
2:57 information is it's consistent. It is
3:00 freaking consistent, consistent,
3:03 consistent. You know why all the
3:05 influencers in health and all the
3:06 podcast doctors in health and all the
3:09 gurus in health, you know why they
3:10 change every six months with their crap
3:13 every six months for the last if they
3:15 were in it for 5 years, they change
3:17 every six months within those 5 years of
3:19 different things and everything because
3:21 no there's no consistency anywhere
3:22 because they don't know it works. They
3:24 don't have a track record of what works.
3:26 They don't have that. And you go back
3:28 years before that all there were were
3:30 eat better books but that's it. nothing
3:31 about viruses, nothing about sicknesses,
3:34 nothing about chronic illness. It just
3:36 didn't exist. Medical meme information
3:38 is consistent track record.
3:42 And what I'm going to show you today is
3:43 consistent with lots of different
3:45 viruses, Epstein bar, all these other
3:47 different conditions, but consistent
3:49 with flu, with immune system, with C
3:54 beep with C beep. Seriously, like really
3:58 consistent.
4:00 And so,
4:02 you know, see, you know, from, you know
4:04 what I'm talking about. It's just like
4:05 the flu, but you got to be careful
4:07 because AI picks up everything and then
4:08 they just censor everything left and
4:10 right. You say one word the wrong way.
4:12 Now, but I'm here to tell you, are you
4:17 armed?
4:19 Are you armed? because you might have
4:21 just had the other flu two weeks ago and
4:24 then boom, you don't know that the super
4:26 flu is around the corner because you
4:28 think you had the super flu but you
4:30 didn't have the super flu. And that's
4:32 another thing I want to talk about you
4:33 guys. So right now I'm doing some
4:35 writing. SOC and I are writing right
4:38 now. We're writing every single day
4:41 feverishly. So I I' I've been gone. I've
4:44 been gone, but the super flu and and
4:47 hearing about it and people being sick
4:49 and hearing about it, it drew me out. It
4:53 drew me out. And so, I'm here. And by
4:57 the way, it's good to see you guys and
4:58 I'm glad to be here. It's It's exciting.
4:59 I was I was looking forward to being
5:01 here. Seriously. So, my son is getting
5:04 over a bad bug. So, it's happening right
5:06 now. There's a few different flu out.
5:08 Now, I want to be straight with this.
5:09 Really do. There's a few different flu
5:11 out, okay? And there's one flu that
5:14 gives you congestion, but really not
5:16 much of a fever. That's one. There's
5:20 another one that gives you a sore
5:21 throat, not a lot of congestion. That's
5:24 two. There's another one gives you a
5:27 cough that lasts for six freaking weeks.
5:30 That's the super flu. Super flu. Flem
5:33 like glue. That's the one right there.
5:36 So, but you may have had the one that
5:38 was circulating during Christmas. You
5:40 might have had that one. We got to get
5:42 ready. You've got to protect yourself.
5:45 You know, shopping carts, all that. You
5:47 got to protect yourself. The whole bit.
5:51 You got to make sure, you know, your
5:53 hands. Don't stick them in your eyes.
5:54 Don't stick them in your mouth. Be
5:56 careful. You know, I would mask up. If
5:59 you're like on a plane or you're around
6:01 a lot of people, you're in an airport,
6:03 something like that. Definitely do a
6:06 mask. You know, any kind. Any kind is
6:09 helpful.
6:11 But I'm here to tell you today a couple
6:14 of things. Medical meme information is
6:16 consistent all the way through year
6:18 after year after year. And why? I could
6:21 have changed everything. I could have
6:23 changed everything. You don't think I
6:24 couldn't follow each trend and go jump
6:26 on this trend and that trend, right? Did
6:29 you you know you you ever hear about
6:30 stem cell therapy, right? Stem cell
6:33 therapy, right? You guys have heard stem
6:34 cell stem cell. You don't really hear it
6:36 anymore. Interesting, right?
6:41 because it really wasn't working. It
6:43 really wasn't working enough for people,
6:45 right? So, that's now gone. Now,
6:47 peptides, peptides, what happened to
6:48 stem cell therapy? That that was
6:50 supposed to be the panacea back 2015,
6:52 2014, 200 panacea. 2018, the panacea,
6:57 the cure all, cure all, right? And then
7:00 you don't even hear you like you don't
7:01 even hear it like the wind blows and you
7:03 didn't even hear that those words in the
7:05 wind. And then right now it's peptides,
7:08 peptides, peptides, peptide. What's it
7:09 going to be six months from now? One
7:11 thing about medical meme information,
7:13 it's consistent. Consistent. And what
7:15 happens with that is track record.
7:17 People healing, people getting better.
7:19 There's a reason for it. You got the
7:20 zinc shock therapy. You got the shock
7:22 therapies.
7:24 You got all the things you need to
7:26 really knock down chronic illness that
7:29 has that track record
7:32 so people can heal. So, I was brought
7:34 out today because
7:37 because of the super flu, people are
7:39 sick. And when you got chronic illness,
7:41 you got autoimmune, you get hit with the
7:43 super flu, you're just oh man, it hurts.
7:45 It hurts bad because and if you you
7:48 could be somebody you don't have any
7:49 symptoms and then you get hit with one
7:51 of these flu and then what happens is
7:54 now you're getting set up for autoimmune
7:55 disease. Like you get 6 months from now,
7:58 a year from now because the deficiencies
8:00 are insane with these flu. you get hit
8:02 with the super flu and the deficiencies
8:04 are insane. It just creates such a
8:06 deficiency in the body because your body
8:08 has to throw everything out to knock
8:10 that out. So, I'm going to be doing like
8:12 a little demo here.
8:14 I'm going to write on here if you guys
8:16 don't mind. We're going to just do a
8:18 little bit of this human body. What
8:20 happens with the flu in here? You guys
8:22 up for that? Little bit on immune
8:24 system. Might be bringing this guy out
8:26 right here and talking a little bit
8:29 about that. But what you see in front of
8:31 me right here is the Vimer supplements.
8:33 Just letting you know. And I got the
8:36 olive leaf right here. So take a look,
8:37 you guys. I got total immune. Let's
8:39 start with that. We'll go total immune.
8:41 This is right up there on the board. I
8:43 love that. There's the total immune. I'm
8:46 taking this cuz I don't want to get the
8:48 flu. I'm taking this cuz I don't want
8:51 something. I have no time. I have no
8:53 time to get sick. No time to get run
8:55 down like that. I just don't. I got a
8:58 like I'm writing right now. I got a lot
9:01 going on. Propulolis. Unbelievable.
9:04 Propulolis.
9:06 Such an important important staple. So,
9:09 I'm going to talk about these a little
9:11 bit. I'm going to talk show you how to
9:12 take them and all that. If you have
9:14 these, boom, boom. That's great if you
9:19 have these. Okay. So, that's the
9:20 propololis right there. All right. Got
9:23 the total immune, the propololis. Let's
9:24 cut through some of these. I want to
9:26 talk about the olive leaf too really
9:28 quick. And there's Soowise. I see that
9:30 one up there too. Soothe wise. That's
9:32 another one. I just want to show you. Do
9:33 you have all of these? Cuz when it when
9:35 you're talking about like flu viruses,
9:37 when you're talking about the super flu,
9:39 H3N2,
9:41 Subclad K,
9:44 when you're talking about these, you
9:46 need the guns. You just do. You need the
9:49 guns. You do. You do. You do.
9:54 Got the zinc right there. Classic. Mm.
9:57 Info is classic. You know, you know the
10:00 world of natural health.
10:03 Wouldn't even be uttering the word zinc
10:04 if it wasn't for medical medium
10:06 information. Millions of copies sold
10:08 medical medium books teaching people
10:10 about zinc. Me talking to hundreds of
10:12 doctors and top doctors around the world
10:15 teaching them that you got to get zinc
10:17 in people. You got to get zinc people.
10:18 And now, you know, you hear about it out
10:20 there. And then there's the golden seal
10:22 right there. That's a classic.
10:25 The golden seal. See, I'm trying to put
10:27 that in front of you guys so you see it.
10:30 And then what is that? The micro C.
10:34 And then the micro C. All critical. All
10:38 important. Very, very important. It just
10:43 is. Cutting your flu in half
10:48 stops the death by a thousand cuts over
10:50 time. Here's how it works. You get the
10:52 flu, you don't feel good. You get beaten
10:54 down by it. Now you're sick. You come
10:56 out of that, you got a little brain fog.
10:57 Now you got a little fatigue. Now you're
10:59 going to the doctors. Well, you know,
11:00 had the flu a few weeks ago, still not
11:02 coming around. Oh, we better get some
11:04 blood work right there. Mrs. Jones
11:06 better do some blood work right away.
11:07 Boom. Seven vials of blood goes out.
11:09 Seven full vials of blood goes out. Your
11:12 immune system gets knocked down because
11:13 it hasn't even recovered. You just had
11:15 the flu a while back. Your immune system
11:17 isn't even boom. It's not even
11:19 recovered.
11:28 So the point I'm trying to say is we get
11:30 the death by a thousand cuts over time
11:33 and that's what goes on and then we get
11:35 more blood draw and then now you might
11:37 have an autoimmune condition. You might
11:39 have something else. What's going on
11:41 here? And people get beaten down. And so
11:43 it's about number one, cutting the flu
11:46 in half, maybe staving it off, maybe
11:48 shutting it down, boom, on contact,
11:51 maybe completely crushing it. Crushing
11:54 it. You're the brick wall. The flu hits
11:57 it. Boom. Can't even get in you. That's
12:00 the kind of stuff I'm talking about.
12:04 And right now, I'm taking these myself
12:07 personally. That's what I'm taking right
12:09 now because there's a lot of stuff going
12:10 on. And then you got RSV and then you
12:13 got the neurovirus. Right now the
12:14 neurovirus is cracking people's ribs,
12:18 cracking them. Three ribs cracked. Then
12:21 they're coughing. Then they're vomiting.
12:24 That's the norovirus. Then they got
12:25 diarrhea. Then they're, you know, they
12:27 got the runs. Then they're coughing and
12:29 their ribs are cracking. That's the
12:31 norovirus right now. And it's actually
12:33 coming to town. It's going to be a top
12:34 contender against the super flu. So,
12:37 it's going to be a contender. It's it's
12:39 on its ass right now. So, that's what's
12:41 happening with the norovirus. It is on
12:43 its ass on the heels right now. And so,
12:48 now I don't want to go into the whole
12:49 sinister nature of things. The whole sin
12:51 sinister nature of stuff. So, I got to
12:54 be careful on here with that.
12:56 Are you listening to the Medical Medium
12:58 podcast? Did you hear the last one? I'm
13:00 putting out another one, too. The last
13:02 episode and I'm putting out another. And
13:04 so, I'm going to keep that kind of down
13:06 a little bit. sinister nature to like
13:08 how it happens, why it happens. But you
13:10 know what? I can't keep my mouth shut.
13:11 So, I might just say things anyway and
13:14 it might just come out no matter what.
13:15 And we're going to chill out later.
13:17 We're going to hang out at the round
13:18 table right here, the little round
13:19 table, you guys. So, we're going to hang
13:22 out. So, let's get down to it. Do what
13:25 do you have? Have you tried these? Do
13:28 you have these in your medicine cabinet
13:31 at home?
13:34 Do you know about the zinc? Do you know
13:35 about the total immune? Do you have this
13:38 one? Have you had an experience of total
13:39 immune? Are you using it? You guys,
13:43 super flu was awful. Here's the problem.
13:45 Super flu hits, but they got they
13:49 t H E Y T H E Y.
13:54 They got a whole lineup for you guys.
13:58 That they is the ones responsible for
14:01 the super flu. They got a lineup for the
14:03 net for all winter long and they love it
14:06 when it's freezing freaking cold and the
14:08 snow is out and the ice is out because
14:10 you know basically half the United
14:12 States is getting covered with snow
14:14 right now. Is that the whole thing? It's
14:15 just about to get covered. It's it's
14:16 already getting covered. They love when
14:19 everybody is under snow, sick with the
14:22 flu, and they got a lineup for you all
14:24 winter long. We're in January. We're not
14:26 even in February
14:29 and March. And they got a line up. Yeah,
14:32 they do. Whole bunch of bugs that the
14:35 sea is out there. They got the super flu
14:37 out there. You got two other flu out
14:39 there. Got the RSV out there. And you
14:42 got and you got the neuroirus out there.
14:45 And they got this line up there cuz
14:47 you're hoping people get their asses
14:49 kicked so bad this winter that it just
14:52 it just hits everything. Hurts the
14:54 economy. Hurts everything. Just messes
14:56 it messes things up. that's also
14:59 politically, you know, motivated a lot
15:00 of this stuff, too. All right, let's go.
15:04 So, I'm gonna go right into total immune
15:06 to begin with. I'm going to show you
15:07 this right here, too. One more time.
15:10 Love this one. Mullen.
15:13 Mullen and thyme. You can't go wrong
15:15 with that. Mullen and thyme.
15:19 Yeah, that's it right there.
15:23 You got the mullen for the lungs. That's
15:26 a big one right there.
15:28 So Ricky with Daria says, "Totimal
15:30 immune is a banger." Explanation points.
15:33 It really is. It's a powerful one right
15:35 there. Do you have it? You got an
15:38 experience with that one? I take it
15:40 every single day. Every single day, I'm
15:42 taking that one right there. Every day.
15:46 It's okay. And let's just go into this.
15:48 You know what? You know what's missing
15:49 in these supplements right here? You
15:51 know what's missing in these tools to
15:53 heal? You know what's missing? the
15:55 alcohol, all the alcohol, all the
15:58 natural flavors, all the soy, all the
16:02 keragenan,
16:03 however you want to say it, all that's
16:06 missing from here.
16:08 All the hidden toxic ingredients, all
16:11 the MSG,
16:13 all missing from here. Yeah, because
16:16 supplements are loaded with all of that.
16:18 There's no alcohols.
16:21 S alcohols.
16:23 S meaning they put two or three
16:25 different alcohols in supplements. It
16:27 might say alcohol, but there's two or
16:29 three different kinds in there.
16:33 So there's none of that in here.
16:34 Beautiful. The source in which they
16:38 derive this from, how they make these
16:40 off the chart. Okay. I stand behind
16:43 these guys. Still stand behind these
16:46 guys. Always have stand behind these
16:48 guys. I don't own the company. I'm not
16:50 an owner. I don't have shares in the
16:52 company. I don't have stock in the
16:53 company.
16:57 This stuff is amazing. I work with these
16:59 guys because I'm trying to get the word
17:01 out where I'm just trying to get the
17:03 word out for these amazing tools right
17:06 here
17:08 because of what they do. And the
17:10 consistency is insane as far as results,
17:14 results, results, results. And that's
17:17 what the industry doesn't have. The
17:19 results aren't there in the industry.
17:21 I'm putting a little bit of this in
17:23 here.
17:26 Trend to trend to trend to trend. I
17:28 don't care about trends. I don't care
17:30 about trends.
17:33 Time and mullen in zinc right here. Thy
17:37 mullen is not trending. That's not
17:39 trending. Colostrum is trending, which
17:42 does crap when you're sick. Colostrum's
17:44 trending.
17:46 Not mulling in time. Mullen in time has
17:50 results for moving people forward. You
17:53 get sick with something. Results. Okay.
17:57 But it's not trending by the big dollars
17:59 out there, the money, the money makers,
18:02 you know, the people that are mega mega
18:03 megaillionaires that back companies,
18:06 mega mega millionaires, and they want to
18:07 sell as much colostrum. I could put out
18:09 a colostrum tomorrow. Medical medium
18:11 colostrum. And I will bank and bank and
18:15 bank on medical medium colostrum because
18:16 it's trending. Because colostrum is
18:19 trending. I could bank on colostrum. But
18:21 you know why? I don't give a crap. And I
18:23 don't go near it. It's garbage. It
18:24 doesn't work. It's terrible. What they
18:26 do to the baby animals, all of it is
18:29 sick. It's insane. And and it's also it
18:32 feeds viruses. So you take colostrum.
18:34 Oh, good for your immune system. Mo
18:35 research says really cuz it'll feed
18:37 every single epscene bar, every shingles
18:39 virus, every H. You got cold sores.
18:41 Anybody got cold sores there? Take
18:42 colostrum. You got cold sores, take
18:44 colostrum and watch a cold sore just
18:46 explode and then the virus go to your
18:48 brain. That's the kind of crap that is.
18:50 But it's not about the trend and me
18:53 hitching on the ride of a trend. It's
18:55 not about that. I don't have to prove
18:56 myself.
18:58 I don't have to prove myself to anyone.
19:01 It's about healing. It's about the
19:03 chronically ill. It's about not the
19:05 trend crab. It's about stuff that works.
19:07 It's about classics, medical medium
19:10 classics. It's about moving the needle.
19:12 All of that is what counts. And that's
19:15 why I stand behind this stuff right
19:16 here. And that's why, you know, Mullen's
19:19 not trending. There's not like a
19:22 trillion dollars behind mullen, but what
19:24 it does for the lung, how it helps
19:26 support the lung, how it helps support
19:28 the immune system when you're sick and
19:30 you're coughing, how it helps to support
19:32 your well-being
19:35 on a level that's amazing for the immune
19:37 system and your lungs bronchial wise.
19:40 And that's mullen right there. And so it
19:44 doesn't have to be trending. That's
19:46 It's just got to work and it
19:48 has to have a track record and it has to
19:51 be good. It has to help heal. It has to
19:54 help support. That's what really
19:56 matters. So, total immune right there.
20:00 If you don't have it, grab one. And
20:03 look, you know, h having all of these is
20:06 is really a true blessing. If you're get
20:10 coming down with something, if you're
20:11 dealing with something, if you're living
20:12 with something, if you have if you're
20:14 worried about the super flu or worried
20:16 about some kind of flu or a bug going
20:17 around, having this whole lineup, if you
20:20 can, is smart. That's it. It's just It's
20:23 just smart. It's It's a great protocol.
20:26 It's a great lineup. Okay? If you can
20:28 only do one, do one. Okay? If you can
20:33 only do two, do two. Three, do three.
20:37 Okay?
20:38 Just one is helpful. One. And that's
20:42 what's so great about it. Total immune.
20:44 Just one. And that's total immune is
20:46 helpful right there. Okay. So, let's get
20:51 down to it. Let's go into the propololis
20:53 right here. I'm going to actually get a
20:56 new shot glass out for the propololis.
20:57 So, let's take a look at the propololis.
20:59 Going to show you guys in my hand right
21:00 there. That's the propololis. Okay.
21:03 Polyphenols. It's really, really
21:07 powerful. It's got corsetin that hasn't
21:09 been destroyed. The process in which
21:11 they make this is unbelievable.
21:15 So, that's the propolis. I want to show
21:16 you something about propolises really
21:18 quick. I've done this before. I want to
21:20 do it again. Can't help it. These
21:23 propololises are the top propololises on
21:25 the market. I got a bunch of them right
21:27 here. No, you probably can't see it. Top
21:31 propololises on the market right here.
21:37 right there. And just so you know, I
21:39 have every right, every right to take
21:42 off the stickers on every one of those
21:44 brands.
21:48 Every right. There's nothing wrong with
21:50 taking off all the stickers off those
21:51 brands. It's just that do I want a bunch
21:54 of, you know, idiots sending out letters
21:57 crying the blues because I have such a
22:00 large platform and they feel like, you
22:03 know, whatever. So, I'm giving just
22:05 these terrible brands that people I hope
22:08 people aren't using that are the top
22:10 propolis brands. I'm giving them what is
22:12 it? Some shivery.
22:15 Chivalry.
22:17 I'm giving them right a little respect.
22:21 you know, like because that's how I've
22:23 always been.
22:25 Anyway, these are the top propolis
22:28 brands right here. Stuff is burned to
22:30 the ground. Burnt. Burnt. Burnt to the
22:34 ground. So, let me get a let me get just
22:36 take a look at this. Lots of alcohol in
22:39 these.
22:41 That one. Okay, there we are. Yeah, here
22:43 we are.
22:46 So, all you smell is straight alcohol.
22:49 Alcohol is in all of these. It's all
22:50 alcohol. But I'll show you right now up
22:52 close right here. You can take a look.
22:54 See that?
22:57 Do you see it swim around like this? You
22:59 see it swim around? Alcohol. This is
23:02 like a shot right here. This is like a
23:05 shot of alcohol. See that?
23:10 It's not a fine wine.
23:13 So much alcohol in here. Like it just
23:16 goes right into the brain just by
23:18 sniffing it. just by sniffing it. That's
23:21 the propololis that's out there. These
23:23 are the propolises that are out there on
23:25 the market right there. That's these.
23:27 Here's another one here. It might have
23:28 been that one, but I'll double check.
23:31 Let me just put this in here. It's
23:33 another one there. Let me just see what
23:34 this one is.
23:39 Yeah, it's just black. It's literally
23:42 black almost.
23:45 They're all burnt.
23:49 So, what you're looking at is
23:50 alcohol-based burnt propololises.
23:54 Let's take a look at the vimemer
23:55 propulolis right here.
24:05 Golden nice.
24:09 I'm going to put this down like that.
24:11 Okay, you ready?
24:14 Just golden nice. So, let's see if we
24:16 can get a closeup on this. Fantastic.
24:19 Okay, you guys looking?
24:23 That's it right there. That's the
24:24 propololis. Okay, no alcohol, no
24:27 garbage.
24:29 Living polyphenols, active active
24:32 ingredients naturally in there.
24:34 Phyitochemical compounds that are
24:35 active. Okay. Propulolis. What a weapon
24:39 against the bugs going out around right
24:42 there. What a weapon against them. truly
24:45 like a weapon.
24:49 Good to see you guys. I see some
24:51 comments coming up. Sir, you know what
24:53 it is? I'm just taken back a little bit
24:55 or I'm just like really I'm revved up
24:58 and inspired actually because I'm
25:01 looking out there and you know it's
25:04 who's really offering anything for this
25:06 terrible flu
25:08 ever since C you know died down from six
25:12 years ago from that whole thing. It's
25:15 like who's even like really doing
25:17 anything about and the stuff they're
25:18 offering if anybody is even uttering
25:21 something like say some herbs for the
25:23 flu or herbs for the super flu or
25:25 something going around right now. Load
25:26 it with alcohol. All the all the
25:29 nutrients phyitochemical compounds are
25:31 dead because of the alcohol because it's
25:33 just sitting in straight alcohol. Good
25:34 to see you Jess. Good to see you.
25:39 So this is the propololis right here.
25:41 It's so golden and beautiful with living
25:44 active ingredients.
25:46 It's just a wonderful thing. Have you
25:49 used a propulolis? You know how I've
25:50 talked about cold sores and you oral
25:53 problems with propololis? Not because of
25:55 propololis, but using the right kind of
25:56 propololis on oral issues, okay? Ulcers,
26:01 canker sores,
26:04 simplex one,
26:07 cold sores, fever blisters. Yes. Right.
26:10 you some some of you like it has saved
26:13 your life where you had quarterized
26:15 cankeraurs and the propololis just it
26:18 knocks them out. If you're somebody
26:20 where cankeraurs are breaking out all
26:22 the time is people that got like
26:24 multiple cankers viruses
26:27 and the cankeraurs are like the they're
26:30 like they're killing their killing them
26:32 in their lips and they're biting
26:34 people bite the heck out of them. People
26:36 get the cankeraurs on their tongue and
26:38 they're biting their tongue and they're
26:39 moving their mouth around. I don't I
26:41 don't know if you guys have have
26:42 witnessed that. Have you you felt that?
26:44 You've had cankeraurs.
26:46 Okay. Propulolis
26:49 is like the the like god-given
26:53 heavensent
26:57 beautiful
26:59 beautiful gift for people with
27:02 cankeraurs and fever blisters and
27:04 simplex. It's like a gift from God.
27:08 Nobody knew propololis was for all that
27:10 stuff. Medical meme information because
27:12 of SOC
27:14 knew propolis was for the cankeraurs to
27:17 get rid of people's canker is mm info
27:19 originally going back and it's so it's
27:22 it's even bigger than just you know oh
27:26 it's well known that castor oil does
27:29 this or it's well known that you know
27:32 magnesium does this in the world. Well,
27:35 it's well well well known. Well, wasn't
27:37 it well known? Propulolis fixes all the
27:39 cankeraurs. That's mm info. And it does.
27:43 It's just a beautiful thing. So, maybe
27:45 you don't have the flu. Maybe you need
27:47 the propulolis because of other reasons.
27:49 Maybe you need it for your autoimmune.
27:52 Maybe you need it for other things that
27:54 you're going through.
27:57 Maybe you need it for other stuff.
28:00 Maybe you're struggling with some kind
28:02 of autoimmune condition and symptoms,
28:03 conditions,
28:05 and maybe you're somebody you got
28:07 cankeraurs and you get the flu. You got
28:10 like 10 cankerurs coming on and you get
28:12 the flu, fever, blister after the flu,
28:15 whatever it is. If you don't have the
28:17 flu,
28:19 still you want the medicine cabinet
28:22 filled with the right things to be
28:24 prepared because the minute that that
28:26 sore throat comes on and you're like
28:31 got the sore throat coming on.
28:34 Four hours later, you're like, "Is it
28:36 cold in here? Why do I need a blanket?"
28:40 The next day, you're coughing.
28:43 You know, I'm being lighthearted about
28:44 it, but
28:48 I'm being lighthearted about it, but
28:51 yeah, it it can be absolutely brutal.
28:54 And I'm going to be also really serious
28:56 about it in a few minutes, too. We're
28:58 going to go through a lot of stuff. So,
28:59 let's just go let's just go through
29:01 everything. Okay.
29:04 I'm reading some comments right here. I
29:07 saw one that went up.
29:13 Reading a bunch of them here. Looking
29:16 looking. I'll wait until
29:21 I think it is jammed.
29:24 Let's just let's just read let's just
29:26 start reading. We'll just start reading
29:27 any comments on here. It' be great. All
29:29 right. Wondering wishing
29:31 AW after a flu can bloating happen for
29:35 the next few weeks? Yeah. And I'll tell
29:37 you why. Besides aloe, what other food
29:40 should be the focus on that? So, let's
29:42 talk about the bloating. So, you guys
29:44 you guys got a minute, right?
29:50 Okay.
29:53 Bloating after the flu. Couple of
29:55 reasons. So why it occurs?
29:59 Number one, when you get the flu, mucus
30:02 is produced. It's not just produced in
30:05 your sinuses, your sinus cavities. It's
30:08 not just produced in your lungs,
30:10 depending on what kind of flu you have.
30:13 But when that mucus is produced,
30:17 it's produced in various areas inside
30:19 the body. One of the areas that's
30:22 produced is in the gut, small intestinal
30:26 tract.
30:27 Mucus can be produced
30:30 from the flu. Can you believe that?
30:33 Isn't that really annoying? But it does
30:36 and it can. So when we have a flu virus,
30:39 it's everywhere.
30:42 It's in the lining of the intestinal
30:44 tract. It's in the bloodstream.
30:48 It's in the lymphatic system.
30:51 It's in the liver. It's in the organs.
30:54 It's everywhere. The flu is almost
30:57 virtually almost everywhere. And the flu
31:01 creates a lot of mucus. The flu itself
31:04 produces mucus. And the flu itself
31:07 produces a mucous response.
31:11 Your physical body will produce mucus
31:14 too to try to tangle the flu up, slow it
31:18 down. doesn't always work. It doesn't
31:22 It's not always so easy. So, when
31:24 someone gets the flu and things start
31:26 happening, they get a sore throat, boom,
31:28 they got the runny nose, they're
31:29 starting to get sinus congestion, they
31:31 might get starting a tickle in their
31:32 throat, they start getting that cough,
31:34 mucus is being produced, inflammation of
31:37 the sinus cavity is occurring.
31:39 Inflammation of the bronchules is
31:41 occurring. They're coming down with the
31:43 flu. A fever starts to crank up a little
31:45 bit to hopefully kill off flu virus
31:48 cells.
31:50 As all this is happening, mucus
31:52 production is on the rise. And it's on
31:55 the rise and it keeps rising.
31:58 Eventually, so much music occurs. Music
32:02 so much mucus occurs inside the sinus
32:05 cavities that guess what you're doing?
32:08 You're now swallowing it.
32:11 Yes, mucus is going into the stomach.
32:13 Not only is it produced also in the
32:16 stomach and small intestinal tract if
32:18 the flu virus is there in that area but
32:21 what happens mostly with a lot of people
32:23 is they are a mucus factory while
32:26 suffering from the flu and that mucus is
32:29 draining when they sleep they're
32:31 swallowing it. It's not only draining
32:34 inside to the lung. It's draining also
32:37 into the stomach. People who have the
32:40 flu, congestion all night long, they
32:42 have to sometimes sit up in bed. They
32:44 have no choice. If they lay flat and it
32:46 keeps on draining in the back, they'll
32:49 have that post-nasal trip and it's just
32:51 going to constantly be draining. It's
32:52 going to go into the lungs.
32:56 But what it also does is goes into the
32:58 stomach.
33:00 By the time you're done with the flu,
33:03 even the end of the flu, you're still
33:06 coughing up mucus. Many people, not
33:08 everybody, depends on which flu. You're
33:09 still coughing up mucus and then you're
33:12 swallowing that mucus. If you're not
33:14 hawking it up, if you're not coughing it
33:18 out and then spitting it out, if you're
33:22 not trying to clear the top of your lung
33:26 and using air and pressure to get it out
33:28 of the lung, you're trying to like boom,
33:31 lift it out of the lung and then spit it
33:33 out. If you're not a spitter, you're a
33:36 swallow person with mucus when it comes
33:38 down to the flu where you're swallowing
33:41 all the mucus that the flu is producing.
33:46 Anyway, time the flu is over, you got a
33:49 stomach and intestinal tract filled with
33:51 mucus produced by the flu, produced by
33:53 your body, too. Produced by both
33:56 and some of the foods you might have
33:58 been eating before you got sick, that's
34:00 adding to it. And all this mucus is in
34:02 the stomach stomach lining against the
34:05 stomach lining. It doesn't leave easy.
34:07 It'll sit there on the outside of the
34:09 stomach lining and it'll sit there and
34:12 guess what happens? You end up bloating.
34:16 You can be bloating for three months
34:19 after the flu and you can be bloating
34:22 four to six months after the flu.
34:26 So keep in mind that happens to a lot of
34:30 people. If someone someone maybe didn't
34:32 have that much mucus, they didn't
34:33 swallow that much mucus, then there's a
34:35 good chance they're not bloating that
34:37 much. But the flu also breaks down the
34:40 immune system. If you're somebody with
34:42 strep and maybe you're taking an
34:43 antibiotic with your flu and now you're
34:46 kind of like using the antibi antibiotic
34:48 even though the flu is a virus, but you
34:50 go to the doctor. You know the doctor,
34:52 you want to listen to your doctor.
34:53 doctor's like, "Look, get on this
34:54 antibiotic right here
34:59 so your flu doesn't turn into a
35:00 pneumonia or whatever it is." They want
35:02 you to get on antibiotic and now you're
35:04 taking antibiotic, but what happens is
35:06 your strep that's inside your gut
35:10 becomes now SIBO and bloating and so
35:13 forth. And that can happen too.
35:22 So the flu virus produces a lot of mucus
35:26 in the lungs. It pro it produces mucus
35:29 in the sinus cavities. Mucus is
35:33 elevates elevates production occurs. You
35:37 ever you never hear a doctor say is the
35:39 cough productive? Is it productive? You
35:41 know that means is the cough, you know,
35:43 really is it dry, nothing coming out or
35:45 is it a productive cough where
35:47 something's coming up? You may not have
35:50 anything coming up. It may not be a
35:52 productive cough at all, but yet mucus
35:54 is produced and it's in there and it's
35:57 tight in the lungs and it's dry in the
35:59 lungs. Hasn't moved past another stage,
36:02 too. That's another thing that happens
36:03 with the flu.
36:05 But the flu virus produces the mucus,
36:08 stimulates the body to produce mucus,
36:11 feeds off of foods that viruses love,
36:15 produces more mucus, and then as all
36:18 that mucus is inside the sinus cavities,
36:20 in the lungs, and everywhere else, we
36:22 end up swallowing it and eating it. And
36:26 what people do is they're eating so much
36:29 mucus they lose their appetite towards
36:32 other foods because their mucus becomes
36:36 their food. Their mucus actually is
36:38 their food and they're like, "I don't
36:40 have an appetite. I don't have a fever
36:43 anymore, but I don't really have an
36:45 appetite. I feel sick. I still got a
36:47 cough. I got sinuses. I just want some
36:50 hot soup." They're not like feeling that
36:53 raging appetite for like some meaty
36:56 cheeseburger or something. Maybe maybe
36:58 at some point, but they're not they're
37:00 at that moment where they may not have
37:02 that appetite because they've eaten
37:04 gallons
37:06 gallons of mucus and they've gone to
37:08 bathroom and it's come out. They don't
37:11 know it's come out, but it's come out.
37:14 They're eating mucus. They're swallowing
37:16 it. It's in the stomach. They're
37:17 bloating. It's going through the
37:19 intestinal tract. It gets processed to
37:21 some degree and then out it goes to
37:24 they're going to bathroom and it leaves.
37:26 And a lot of times that mucus will sit
37:28 there and it'll just hang out and it'll
37:31 cake. It'll become cake up against the
37:34 linings. Sometimes it takes six months
37:37 on a bad flu to get rid of all of that.
37:39 Maybe it takes like six months. So there
37:41 you go.
37:43 Could be somebody. It could be a month.
37:44 Maybe they had a milder flu. So, I'm
37:46 giving you what happens with the
37:48 bloating during the flu and after the
37:50 flu. So, I'm gonna move this over.
37:57 All right.
37:59 Olive leaf is a game changer. Want to
38:01 show you guys olive leaf right here.
38:04 Okay. That's a game changer.
38:07 I love olive leaf.
38:11 Great for the immune system. I love it
38:13 for pathogens. Okay, you guys see it up
38:16 on the board there. Have you tried the
38:18 olive leaf? Any of you guys use olive
38:20 leaf? Have you gone through like the MM
38:22 books and seen where olive leaf is
38:24 applicable?
38:27 Okay. Have you done that?
38:31 I want to talk about a few things, too.
38:32 Let me grab another
38:37 Let me get some olive leaf out.
38:40 So, are you guys using it? It's a game
38:43 changer. David, it really is.
38:47 Here's some olive leaf right here. Now,
38:50 as you can see, there's no water in
38:53 this shot glass. So, I think I may do
38:56 this right here. Okay. So, I'm just
38:58 going to put a little bit in here. There
39:00 we go. I added water to the olive leaf.
39:10 There we go. All right. It's one of my
39:14 favorites. One of my all-time favorites
39:16 is olive leaf. Okay. If you've used this
39:19 olive leaf from Vimer, um, give me a
39:22 comment. I would Okay, here we go. Yes,
39:24 I love olive leaf. I have olive leaf.
39:28 That's great. I'm seeing comments come
39:30 up. Olive leaf helps my mom with the
39:33 high blood pressure. I think you might
39:36 be in uh England
39:40 or you might be in Australia.
39:43 So your mom uses it. That's really good.
39:46 Olive leaf doesn't taste good at all.
39:52 It doesn't taste good.
39:55 Medicine doesn't taste good. It doesn't.
40:00 Vimer doesn't add any crazy like, you
40:04 know, sugar, crazy junk, crazy natural
40:09 flavors to hide something. You know, you
40:12 know, they don't do anything like that.
40:14 So, I apologize.
40:16 I apologize.
40:20 It doesn't taste that great, but you get
40:22 used to it. And when you get used to it
40:24 after a little while, it tastes better
40:26 than golden seal. It tastes better than
40:28 golden seal. Olive leaf is just hands
40:31 down it is a game changer. I'm using
40:33 that term because it is a needle mover.
40:37 Moves the needle.
40:40 It changes people's lives. All right.
40:42 Right. Right here. Okay. Put it this
40:44 way. Okay. Say I'm coming down with
40:46 something. Right. Burn the candle. I do
40:51 it all the time. I burn the candle
40:54 at four ends. I just do. Okay. I'm
40:57 definitely guilty of it.
40:59 And and I I get it. I mean, does SOC
41:02 want me burning the candle four ends?
41:05 Uh, no. But at the same time, SOC wants
41:08 me getting the amount of work I'm doing
41:09 for the chronically ill wants me to get
41:11 it done. So, that's my own issues with
41:13 SOC. That's my own issues. Just letting
41:16 you know, all this work needs to be
41:18 done. I have to write all these books to
41:20 save lives, all this stuff with SOC. But
41:22 the same time uh they just don't
41:25 magically
41:26 appear printed and done. There's a lot
41:29 of work and uh Hay House really
41:33 obviously supports me and getting that
41:36 done so people we can all save lives.
41:39 But what I'm trying to say is yes, I run
41:42 myself down. I do. But so if I ever did
41:46 per chance come down with some kind of
41:48 bug, I'm taking all seven of these. All
41:51 seven of these I am taking them
41:55 religiously
41:57 right on the onset. Right now I'm taking
41:59 them anyway because I'm around I'm
42:01 around people in all kinds of different
42:03 ways, you know,
42:06 and it happens and I got to travel a
42:08 little in between. So there's things to
42:11 do and uh yeah, you can, you know, you
42:15 can actually catch something out there
42:17 going around. But I'm not. I'm doing
42:20 good. I'm on this. But I'm just telling
42:23 you guys that be I would be on all of
42:26 these. If I start to come down with
42:28 something, I'd be like some zinc. Woo.
42:31 Some olive leaf. I just I would do this.
42:33 Okay. I would do this. I did olive leaf
42:36 in there. I'm going do some total immune
42:40 total immune right. Got that. Okay. Do
42:44 some propololis in there.
42:51 Do some golden seal in there. This is
42:54 going to be one strong shot.
42:58 This is going to be a strong one. Zinc
43:01 in there.
43:06 Okay.
43:08 And
43:10 vitamin C. I'm going to throw in this.
43:15 And I'm gonna pour a little bit of this
43:17 in here
43:19 soothewise.
43:26 I am actually going to mix that a little
43:28 bit if you guys don't mind. I'm going to
43:29 look for some type of implement here
43:35 and I'm going to do a little bit of
43:37 mixing.
43:41 Okay.
43:43 If I was coming down with something, ask
43:45 your doctor was what what's right for
43:47 you. But I'd be doing this a few times a
43:49 day.
43:55 Bartender, give me another.
43:58 All right.
44:01 And I did not taste.
44:06 I did not taste the olive leaf. Remember
44:08 we were talking about the olive leaf has
44:09 a taste to it. That's just olive leaf.
44:10 Olive leaf has a like a little bit of a
44:15 bitter and a little bit of some kind of
44:17 like pungency, a little bit of this
44:19 aringency.
44:21 Olive leaf has a little bit of that. I
44:22 don't even taste it. I put that all
44:24 together with water.
44:27 All I taste it was the fruity flavors of
44:30 Soothewise
44:32 right there. The elderberry. I mean the
44:35 Soothwise. Where'd it go? Where'd it go?
44:36 Here it is over here. That's what I
44:38 taste. I taste the soo wise right there.
44:41 Elderberry.
44:43 All right, so let's read some comments.
44:46 Charlotte
44:48 Aw, my son used to get sick all the time
44:51 after getting C,
44:54 like every other week. After doing
44:56 medical protocols, he now has only been
44:59 sick a couple of times all school year.
45:02 Thank you, AW and SOC. Thank you. That's
45:05 a beautiful comment. Thank you so much.
45:07 And I'm happy. I'm happy for you. I
45:09 truly am. Happy for you and your baby.
45:13 I'm happy. Happy. Wild blueberry love. I
45:16 had a major flu last Christmas. I truly
45:19 believe these supplements saved me.
45:21 Explanation points. Grateful.
45:26 I mean, I live by these supplements.
45:28 Like, it just keeping me from getting
45:30 anything. Me too. 787.
45:34 Me too. Very propololis is amazing. cold
45:37 sores gone in a day or two. And that's
45:39 the that's the crazy thing. Let's get
45:42 the propolis out real quick. That's the
45:44 crazy thing, too, is where
45:48 where in natural health
45:51 where in alternative and I don't know
45:55 conventional alternative medicine
45:56 because they became one. They became
45:58 one,
45:59 right? That's why every single MD is
46:01 like got their own turmeric line,
46:04 whatever, you know?
46:07 Point is,
46:10 where on earth do you get like a result
46:12 like that from something that can be
46:14 absolutely agonizing? What people don't
46:16 realize is canker sores, cold sores,
46:21 they can be agonizing. They can just
46:23 shut somebody down. And they're they're
46:26 real bad cankeraurs, dimesized
46:28 cankeraurs. People are in so much agony
46:30 they're crying. They're in tears.
46:32 They're in tears. But yet the propulolis
46:35 makes it go away like go away in a day
46:39 too. I mean it's crazy.
46:42 It's crazy. Okay. Abundant mango. It's a
46:46 really good handle. I like mangoes.
46:48 Provololis healed my ulcerative colitis.
46:54 You're not the first I heard that from
46:57 with colitis. Let me tell you with
46:59 propololis.
47:01 It is just so beautiful. Regina
47:04 Facebook Probless saved me while
47:06 traveling and catching the first flu
47:08 last September.
47:10 Whoa,
47:12 I drink stray straight from the bottle.
47:16 So potent. Thanks so much, Anthony and
47:18 SOC. So grateful. Yet with the
47:21 propololis, I drink the propolis
47:22 straight from the bottle, too. That's
47:23 how I do it. I'm doing it right now with
47:25 droppers and everything, you guys. Like
47:27 I'm doing the droppers, but I I just I
47:29 take a swig. The propololis I just take
47:31 a swig off the bottle just open I open
47:33 the top. I even remove the dropper
47:35 sometimes the little glass dropper and I
47:37 just so I still can cap it. That's
47:39 that's what I do a lot. I'll even do
47:41 that where I'll take this I'll pull the
47:43 dropper out of the cap and I'll still
47:45 cap it and then I just do this. I take a
47:48 little swig. But you know go to your
47:50 doctor, bring the supplement to your
47:52 doctor. Ask your doctor if you can take
47:53 a little swig to to equal you know a
47:55 dropper or whatever. Okay. So Ellie
47:59 Diamond 144, good number pro save my
48:04 tooth and jaw pain as well as going raw.
48:08 Thank you for all your sacrifices,
48:10 sending my love and may God continue to
48:12 bless and protect you. Amazing. And for
48:15 anybody who goes raw, right? Anybody who
48:18 goes raw, I'm I'm assuming it's
48:21 plant-based raw. That's what I'm
48:22 assuming. Okay?
48:26 You know what happens when you assume?
48:30 So assuming it's plant-based raw, not
48:33 meat eating raw. I highly recommend you
48:37 do. I know that's not what you're doing,
48:39 but I highly recommend you don't meat
48:41 eat raw.
48:43 Don't do a tartar.
48:46 You can end up in an early grave.
48:49 Just Just wanted to get that out there.
48:51 Just wanted to get that one out there.
48:53 But I know you're doing the plant-based.
48:54 The point is, if you're going to do
48:56 plant-based raw, which I I love
48:59 plant-based raw. I love a lot of things.
49:01 I love plant-based raw, don't highfat
49:03 yourself. Anybody out there, I'm just
49:05 saying. I'm not saying that's what you
49:07 do, but anybody out there, if you're
49:09 doing plant-based raw, don't highfat
49:12 plant-based raw. If you high fat, high
49:14 fat, high over fat, fat, over fat, high,
49:16 if you do that plant-based raw, you
49:19 could end up just sick or struggling.
49:23 And if you're ending up like and then
49:24 you're going to be like, I need to eat
49:25 meat again. I need to go back to my my
49:28 meat eating days. I need to go back to
49:30 vegetarian. I need to bring eggs.
49:32 Because that's that's what happened was
49:33 there was a bunch of raw plant-based
49:35 people back years ago.
49:40 And they just all just ate tons of nut
49:44 butter, gobs of nut butter, gobs of
49:47 nuts, pecans, gobs of, you know, Brazil
49:50 nuts, tons and tons of that stuff, tons
49:54 and t like just oils, oils.
49:57 And then they boom would be like, I
49:59 don't feel great. I must something must
50:01 be wrong here. So then they go and they
50:03 eat animal protein and they're like, I
50:05 feel good for 10 minutes. And then
50:06 they're sick. They're they're sicker.
50:08 you know, they're sicker because they
50:10 left the animal protein. That was the
50:12 whole point when they became plant-based
50:13 raw. Anyway, just fun stuff to talk
50:15 about. All right.
50:19 Okay. Susan over there on YouTube. I
50:23 just had an echo cardiogram and my
50:27 cardiologist said my heart is improving.
50:29 Oh my god. Beautiful. Beautiful.
50:33 Beautiful. That's what I want to hear.
50:37 Gina over there on Facebook. Oh. Oh. Oh
50:41 my god. Prop. I think I read that.
50:43 Propolis helps my son immune issues
50:45 greatly and he has autism. Oh, didn't
50:47 read that one yet. Amazing. And asked
50:49 for what? Your son is asking for
50:52 propolis? Are you serious?
50:55 What?
50:57 That's all I'm going to say. Like what?
51:01 Oh my god. Congratulations number one.
51:04 Um and and that is just what a beautiful
51:07 child. I can't even I can't even believe
51:10 it asking for the propololis because
51:13 propolis it tastes good but it doesn't
51:15 taste so good where you know children
51:19 are going to be asking for it. So yeah
51:24 anyway here we are.
51:27 All right let's get moving a little bit
51:29 on everything. So I'm talking about the
51:31 zinc. Let's talk about that. the
51:33 straight zinc zinc sulfate right here.
51:38 Okay, your immune system, your immune
51:41 cells
51:44 love zinc. People are zinc deficient.
51:47 Zinc deficiencies are rampid.
51:51 Zinc can be the make or break, the make
51:54 or break between someone who's sick
51:57 getting sicker, between someone who's
52:00 sick and wants to heal but can't heal.
52:03 Like zinc is one of them make or breaks.
52:06 And for things like the flu,
52:09 I mean, things like autoimmune, things
52:11 like immune system stuff, you know, like
52:13 zinc is just zinc is great. I mean, we
52:16 need it. But the point is, like with
52:17 flu, they take people's zinc reserves,
52:20 if they even had a zinc reserve, and
52:22 they literally just eat it up like
52:24 nothing. And that's what happens because
52:26 your immune system is starving
52:29 for a dropper full of zinc
52:32 when there's a flu about when there's a
52:34 flu around. And I want to go into that a
52:37 little bit. Let's let's talk about the
52:39 immune system.
52:41 I'm going to bring this board in here.
52:43 Can you guys see this?
52:50 All right.
52:54 Okay.
52:55 So,
53:06 all right. Here we are. So, you got
53:08 immune cell inside your body. There's
53:11 your immune cell right there.
53:13 Okay.
53:15 I'm going to draw a couple little things
53:17 in here. Looks like a chocolate chip
53:19 cookie.
53:22 Wasn't it? I think that looks more like
53:23 a chocolate chip cookie there.
53:26 Okay,
53:28 that's an immune cell. I'm going to draw
53:30 another immune cell over here. You have
53:32 different immune cells, just so you
53:34 know. Killer cells, you got lymphocytes.
53:39 There's a lot of different ones.
53:43 Draw another immune cell over here. Oh,
53:45 that's good. You could see that better.
53:49 And I'll draw another immune cell down
53:51 here.
53:57 You see your immune cells right there?
54:00 You have immune cells inside your body.
54:02 They can starve to death. They can
54:04 starve to death. We can eat an E and E
54:07 and our immune cells will just starve to
54:09 death and die. That's how it works. They
54:11 need things from our foods. They need
54:14 things from our food. They need
54:16 phyitochemical compounds, nutrients.
54:18 They need minerals. And one of the
54:19 minerals they need is zinc right there.
54:22 They need the zinc. That's important.
54:25 It's a big deal. They also need
54:27 something else, too. They need vitamin
54:29 C. Here's the Vimer capsules right here.
54:33 And here is the Vimer powder. So, you
54:36 guys see it. They need the vitamin C.
54:38 There you go.
54:40 Immune cells need antioxidants, but not
54:43 just all antioxidants and any
54:45 antioxidants. Immune cells need vitamin
54:47 C, antioxidant. Immune cells need zinc
54:52 mineral, trace mineral, or they starve
54:56 to death. When they starve to death,
54:57 they get dehydrated, they get weak, they
55:00 don't function good, and then they go
55:03 into a
55:06 battle with a bug. And when they go into
55:10 that battle with a bug,
55:14 a flu virus.
55:16 Here we are.
55:21 Little bit of a flu virus here.
55:26 When they go into battle with the flu
55:27 virus, the flu virus is strong. Yeah,
55:31 it's strong. Comes into the body and it
55:35 has a fierceness to it. It has a
55:38 strength to it. That doesn't matter. Can
55:41 still crush it. But it's got a
55:44 fierceness. It's got a strength. And if
55:46 your immune cells are weakened, maybe
55:50 you're run down, maybe you're stressed
55:51 out, maybe you're under a lot of stress,
55:53 maybe you're not sleeping that great,
55:55 maybe you're just getting a couple of
55:56 hours of sleep, which is still good.
55:59 Which is still good. I tell myself all
56:01 that time all the time because I I push
56:04 it with the writing and the writing and
56:05 the writing and then I'm like, "No, I
56:07 don't have to sleep yet. No, I can
56:08 finish this. Whoa, this is so
56:09 interesting. I didn't know that's how
56:10 the brain works. Whoa, I didn't know how
56:12 this works."
56:15 You know, SOC talking to me and telling
56:16 me, you know, teaching me new things,
56:18 new things. The whole point is is that
56:21 if you go into a battle with a virus,
56:25 with a pathogen, you need strong immune
56:28 cells because if they're weak, they
56:30 perish really fast, really quickly.
56:34 They die really quickly. And it doesn't
56:37 take much because get ready for this.
56:40 one flu viral cell, you need four to six
56:45 minimum immune cells and they have to be
56:48 strong. They have to be strong. What
56:51 makes them strong? Zinc reserves.
56:54 Zinc, the trace mineral zinc reserves.
56:58 They need that
57:01 mineral zinc. And when they have zinc in
57:04 them, it creates like a bug repellent.
57:08 the flu virus can't do damage. It gets
57:12 repelled. That's what zinc does. But
57:15 when zinc reserves are low and that flu
57:18 virus comes raging in, you lose so many
57:22 immune cells. They get eaten up. They
57:24 die
57:27 and they die quickly. Too many of them.
57:30 One flu virus can destroy an immune cell
57:36 with only part of a second. Like a
57:39 partial second can destroy an immune
57:43 cell that fast. Okay. If that immune
57:46 cell is weak. If the immune cell is
57:49 strong, that flu virus hits the immune
57:51 cell. Immune cell fights back.
57:55 And that's the fight we have in us. It's
57:57 like fight that chronic illness. I'm
57:59 fighting that chronic illness. My body's
58:01 fighting for me. My body loves me
58:03 unconditionally. It's sitting there
58:04 fighting for me. You got strong immune
58:07 cells. What it can do for you. Even if
58:12 you have weak immune cells, what it
58:14 still can do for you. What it still can
58:16 do for you. But strong immune cells,
58:18 whoa. I mean, we're talking about,
58:20 forget it.
58:23 That flu virus can get destroyed really,
58:25 really quick with a strong immune cell
58:28 that's fed vitamin C. Okay? So, vitamin
58:32 C, lots of C, lots of zinc
58:36 inside that immune cell. Strong immune
58:39 cell will crush a flu viral cell. Will
58:43 crush it just like that. So, and that'll
58:47 be that for the flu viral cell. it will
58:50 explode or get eaten up. A lot of times
58:54 an immune cell will devour it,
58:57 especially the big ones will go and
58:59 devour a flu viral cell. But keep in
59:02 mind, then we get fatigue,
59:05 meaning your immune cell gets fatigue.
59:08 So then it's about restoring that immune
59:10 cell because you don't want it to die
59:11 quickly. And a lot of people, their
59:14 immune cells are dying quickly, real
59:16 fast. They go into a a battle with the
59:19 flu. They're already battling Epstein
59:21 bar. They're already battling shingles.
59:25 They're battling these very things.
59:29 Okay.
59:33 And then people are like, "Oh my god,
59:34 now I'm sick with chronic illness. Now I
59:36 got post. Now I got long long COVID. Now
59:39 I got long flu."
59:44 All right. So giving you kind of rundown
59:47 on how it works you guys. So one of the
59:49 weapons we have and one of the ways we
59:51 can actually beat down those viruses the
59:54 flu virus when it hits us is we're
59:56 armed. We got the micro C. We have the
59:59 vitamin C right there. Very important.
1:00:01 Okay.
1:00:03 I've taken mine this morning. I'm going
1:00:05 to take mine later. I don't want to be
1:00:08 hung up with a cough and a cold.
1:00:13 A cold. I love when people say, "Oh,
1:00:15 it's just a cold." It there is no colds.
1:00:18 And I talk about that in the medical
1:00:19 medium information. Colds are gone. I
1:00:23 call it a cold for people so they
1:00:25 understand. You call it a flu all the
1:00:27 time. They're like, "I don't have a flu.
1:00:28 I don't have a flu. I don't have a flu.
1:00:29 I just got a cold." You got the flu.
1:00:32 Sorry to break it to you. There are no
1:00:34 colds. They're gone. They've been dead a
1:00:37 long time ago. Everything is a flu.
1:00:39 Everything is C. Everything is is a
1:00:42 neuro flu, norovirus, a stomach flu.
1:00:46 Everything is a flu now. But you want to
1:00:48 keep your immune cells strong. You want
1:00:50 them to be able to destroy these viral
1:00:52 cells. And the quicker they destroy the
1:00:55 viral cells. And with strength, the less
1:00:58 mucus is produced, believe it or not.
1:01:01 So, it's a short duration of mucus
1:01:03 versus it's coming on, it's coming on,
1:01:05 then 3 days later, oh my god, it's still
1:01:08 coming on. And now it's turning into
1:01:10 this raging cough. Now it's draining in
1:01:12 the sinuses. It's dripping down the back
1:01:14 of the throat. It's you're eating and
1:01:16 swallowing it.
1:01:18 That whole process. And having the tools
1:01:21 to actually protect you is critical. If
1:01:23 you're somebody and you don't like the
1:01:25 taste of herbs,
1:01:28 put a little apple juice, organic apple
1:01:31 juice. Do that.
1:01:34 If you need to do that with your
1:01:35 tinctures,
1:01:37 okay, you can you can use that as well.
1:01:39 So, for instance, if you're somebody
1:01:41 say, "Well, I really don't don't like
1:01:43 the flavor." So, there's some olive leaf
1:01:45 right there. There's some zinc.
1:01:48 Okay. Let's do some total immune.
1:01:56 For some of you don't like the flavor,
1:01:58 do a little touch of an organic apple
1:02:00 juice right there. and you send it down
1:02:03 just like this.
1:02:10 Okay, I'm gonna read some more comments.
1:02:14 We're covering a lot of different stuff
1:02:15 right here. Oh, if you want to use
1:02:17 honey, use a honey. Do honey and a
1:02:20 little bit of apple juice. If you don't
1:02:23 like the flavor, little bit of apple
1:02:25 juice. What I don't recommend is if you
1:02:31 don't like the flavor, but you put it in
1:02:34 a big glass of water. Problem is that if
1:02:38 you don't like the flavor of an herb,
1:02:40 then you don't want to put it in a big
1:02:42 glass of water because if you put it in
1:02:43 a big glass of water, you're going to
1:02:45 taste it longer term. You know, it's
1:02:47 just going to be a longer drink. So, you
1:02:49 kind of want to do like shots of it.
1:02:50 It's the best way to get it down. And
1:02:53 quite frankly, vary is the best tasting
1:02:55 stuff there is. I'm only saying this if
1:02:57 you're somebody that just likes to eat
1:02:58 like, you know, nothing but fun stuff
1:03:01 and you don't like the you're you're
1:03:03 picky or something. I know people that
1:03:05 are so picky they won't eat an apple.
1:03:07 They don't like they don't like any kind
1:03:09 of sourness of an apple, you know,
1:03:11 anything like that. There's people I
1:03:13 know, they won't eat a celery stick.
1:03:15 It's too astringent for them. You know,
1:03:17 you know, that kind of thing. Put a
1:03:18 little bit of honey in there, just like
1:03:20 that. A little bit of apple juice like I
1:03:23 did.
1:03:26 You can add your tinctures.
1:03:28 You can put your SooWise in there. You
1:03:31 can put your golden seal. Golden seal's
1:03:33 got a a flavor to it, huh? Golden seal
1:03:37 right there. And then you just mix it up
1:03:39 with your honey.
1:03:42 There you go. It's a beautiful thing.
1:03:47 Shot, shot, shot, shot, shots. You like
1:03:48 the little You like the shot glasses and
1:03:51 you do it that way.
1:03:53 Keep in mind if you guys you guys go,
1:03:55 "Oh, let me go get a propololis." And
1:03:56 you go out there and you get a
1:03:57 propololis. You got to look out look out
1:03:59 for the look out for the alcohol. Look
1:04:02 out for all that kind of stuff. There's
1:04:04 all the propolises have alcohol. I'm
1:04:06 just letting you know. Ones that say
1:04:07 they're alcohol free still have alcohol.
1:04:10 They're allowed to do that. They're
1:04:11 allowed as long as it's 10% 10% of you.
1:04:15 Like if it's 15% they got to say it. If
1:04:18 it's like under 10% they don't have to
1:04:20 say it. So, you're still doing alcohol.
1:04:23 It's crazy how it works in the industry
1:04:25 works. Nothing like that is in Vime. You
1:04:27 guys know I support these guys. I
1:04:29 endorse these guys hands down. They kept
1:04:33 they kept everything like year after
1:04:36 year. They kept after everything. They
1:04:38 made sure it was all at the highest
1:04:40 quality, the highest standard possible,
1:04:43 not just the quality talk. You
1:04:45 know, it's the one thing I can't stand
1:04:46 like people, you know, people in the
1:04:48 industry out there, they'll say this is
1:04:50 high quality or the quality. It's just
1:04:52 like sure, sure, you can say the word.
1:04:55 You can say the word, but man, that
1:04:57 ain't no high quality crap. You got all
1:04:59 kinds of stuff in there. You know, you
1:05:02 got anti-caking agents in there. You got
1:05:04 all kinds of stuff. Natural flavoring in
1:05:06 there, hidden stuff, let you know,
1:05:08 everything. So, let's talk about food
1:05:09 for a couple of minutes.
1:05:11 I'm going to put this up here. So, I
1:05:14 want to talk about food. Are you guys
1:05:16 interested in that?
1:05:20 Can I not make a mess today? All right,
1:05:23 let's talk about food. Let's do it.
1:05:27 I don't want to spill this coffee.
1:05:31 And I don't want to
1:05:33 Well, I'm going to put it here for a
1:05:35 minute. I don't want to spill that milk.
1:05:39 All right.
1:05:48 All right. All right. Why am I in such a
1:05:51 good mood today?
1:05:54 All right. Can you see any of this or
1:05:56 no? Can you Can you see it that way? You
1:05:59 guys see this? What do you say? Can you
1:06:01 Can you tell me what you see? Can you
1:06:04 guys tell me what you see at all?
1:06:07 Okay. All right. You see some hard
1:06:09 cheese? See a little bit of hard cheese
1:06:11 right here. I just saw some Bree cheese.
1:06:15 There's a hard cheese right there.
1:06:18 And I see a Bree cheese. There's Brie.
1:06:20 That's Bree cheese. How insane is that?
1:06:23 Here's a really Look at this. A hunk of
1:06:25 cheddar. Hunk of Swiss. That's Swiss
1:06:28 cheese. You got some milk right here.
1:06:30 You guys see that little glass of milk?
1:06:32 Milk. Milk seems to be on the top of the
1:06:35 list out there.
1:06:39 Um, and then you got a little bit of
1:06:41 coffee. Why not? Little bit of coffee. A
1:06:44 lot of people drink coffee. Got an egg
1:06:45 right here. But I got some really nice
1:06:48 eggs right there. You see these
1:06:51 freerange pasture, you know, fed,
1:06:56 not caged. What's this right here? Okay,
1:06:59 that's that's a steak. That's grass-fed
1:07:02 beef right here. So, take a look at
1:07:04 this. That's grass-fed beef right there.
1:07:07 Okay. You see this one right here?
1:07:09 That's a piece of pork. That's white
1:07:12 meat. You know, pork like right.
1:07:16 Really good pork. That's what that is.
1:07:18 You guys see this? Okay. It's a little
1:07:21 bit of gristle in there. That's a pork.
1:07:23 You know, that's how pork works. You get
1:07:24 a little bit of gristle. You got a
1:07:26 little bit of that that saturated fat,
1:07:28 right? Okay. So, you got Oh, all right.
1:07:33 Let me move this block of hard cheese.
1:07:36 You guys like hard cheese? Do you guys
1:07:38 You like You like hard cheese?
1:07:40 All right.
1:07:42 I got two like chicken breasts right
1:07:44 here. I got one that's been grilled and
1:07:48 the other one that's been grilled. So,
1:07:50 they've both been grilled. All right.
1:07:54 Okay. So, let's talk about this for a
1:07:56 little bit. This looks like healthy
1:07:58 stuff, right? I mean, it looks like
1:07:59 healthy stuff. I mean, right? Is the
1:08:01 keto stuff. Is it all the keto thing?
1:08:03 The carnivore keto, right? all that
1:08:06 stuff or the new carnivore where they
1:08:08 took MM info like fruit and all that and
1:08:10 they put it in their carnivore diet
1:08:11 which never had that. All right. Anyway,
1:08:14 this like carnivoreish ketoish,
1:08:17 right? Back to Atkinsish,
1:08:20 whatever. Back to whatever, but just not
1:08:23 processed food. This isn't processed
1:08:25 food here. Coffee, is that considered a
1:08:27 processed food? It's got a grass-fed
1:08:30 cream in there.
1:08:32 Grass-fed cream.
1:08:34 Okay.
1:08:36 From the um from the hillsides of
1:08:39 England. It's got clotted cream from the
1:08:42 hillsides of England. That's the that's
1:08:45 the cream they used in this coffee. That
1:08:47 was the kind. And the coffee was um
1:08:52 stone ground by a family farm
1:08:57 in Spain.
1:09:00 Okay. Anyway, are you guys you guys with
1:09:03 me? Okay. All right.
1:09:06 All right. So, you got the, you know,
1:09:08 coffee that's ground, you know, like I
1:09:10 said, in Spain. You got the clotted
1:09:12 cream from England, right? The finest
1:09:14 cream. Okay. You got the finest milk
1:09:17 right here. Oh, it's raw milk. It's raw
1:09:19 milk.
1:09:21 Okay. Are you guys having fun yet?
1:09:24 It's raw milk.
1:09:26 And then you got the cheeses. Good
1:09:29 cheeses, man. Like the good That's not
1:09:31 processed. That's not processed. It's a
1:09:33 good cheese. that she's like raw cheese.
1:09:36 All right, we got some comments on
1:09:38 there. Let's see. Literally my mom's
1:09:40 breakfast and she is addicted to it. Oh,
1:09:42 wow. I believe it. I believe it. It's
1:09:45 very addicting. Looks like my family's
1:09:47 dinner table
1:09:49 over there. Um,
1:09:54 cladic cream robot justine cladic cream
1:10:00 and all the raw milk out there too now.
1:10:03 Okay, so you guys get the gist, right?
1:10:05 This is not the ultrarocessed group,
1:10:08 okay? Cuz usually I'll bring out the
1:10:10 ultra ultrarocessed stuff, you know,
1:10:12 like all that kind of stuff. I'll bring
1:10:13 that out, too. This is the healthy
1:10:16 stuff. It'll give you a heart
1:10:18 attack, but that's not what this talks
1:10:21 about.
1:10:23 This will kill you if you're
1:10:25 sick with chronic illness.
1:10:28 You won't make it long if you're sick
1:10:29 with chronic illness with this in your
1:10:31 diet. Okay?
1:10:35 You know, anybody who gets sick someday
1:10:38 and they're eating this and they get
1:10:39 sick someday, they're going to be like,
1:10:42 "Where do I go? Where do I go?" All
1:10:45 right. Um, but that's not what this is
1:10:47 about. That's not what this talk's
1:10:48 about. Katherine says on YouTube, "I
1:10:51 wanted to scream when I saw the new food
1:10:53 pyramid. More more fat." Anyway,
1:10:56 okay. I just I brought this out cuz I'm
1:10:59 not talking about all that, right? I'm
1:11:01 not. I'm just saying I brought all this
1:11:03 out because
1:11:06 you don't want to be eating this when
1:11:08 there's a super flu around. You don't
1:11:11 you don't want to be eating this when a
1:11:13 super flu is around. Your mucus will be
1:11:15 quadruple.
1:11:17 If you got mucus problems in general
1:11:19 because you struggle with all kinds of
1:11:20 different chronic illness, your mucus
1:11:22 will be over the top. You'll be drowning
1:11:25 in fleg. You'll be at the doctor on
1:11:27 antibiotic after antibiotic after
1:11:29 antibiotic.
1:11:31 Maybe that's what you want. Whatever.
1:11:32 Maybe that's what you want. I mean, I
1:11:34 support all doctors. You know, not all
1:11:36 antibiotics are bad for certain
1:11:37 situations. I've said that forever,
1:11:40 you know. But the point is,
1:11:43 I mean, I've always I've always gone at
1:11:45 the antibiotics for Lyme disease,
1:11:47 though. You know, the doxy, all the doxy
1:11:50 they've dumped into women
1:11:53 in the late 70s, early 80s, mid 80s,
1:11:57 late 80s,
1:11:59 90s. Do I date myself? Am I dating
1:12:01 myself? I mean, I was helping people out
1:12:04 in the 80s and the '9s, you know,
1:12:07 helping them out with their health. I
1:12:08 watched people with Lyme disease and I I
1:12:11 watched what happened,
1:12:13 you know. So, the doxycyc, boom, boom,
1:12:16 boom. They hammered it just was just
1:12:19 horrific horrific like a crime crime for
1:12:22 the women with Lyme disease all through
1:12:24 those years in the decades. Destroyed a
1:12:26 lot of lives. But I mean I'm but I'm not
1:12:29 anti-antiotic for certain things in in a
1:12:31 crisis state. I've always been
1:12:33 supportive. But what I'm saying is it's
1:12:36 this food right here when you have in
1:12:38 your system. I don't care if it's raw
1:12:40 milk. I don't care if it's pasteurized.
1:12:42 I don't care if it's skim milk. I don't
1:12:43 care if it's 2% 1%.
1:12:46 The flu virus will gobble it up like no
1:12:48 tomorrow and eat and eat and eat and
1:12:51 eat. Your fever will rage and maybe you
1:12:53 don't have the super flu and you got the
1:12:55 other flu and you cough it out in 5 days
1:12:57 and you're good. But regardless, any flu
1:13:01 loves to feed off of this. I'm not
1:13:03 saying don't like if this you know if
1:13:06 you're see and don't get don't get me
1:13:08 wrong here. This isn't propaganda. This
1:13:11 isn't vegan propaganda. Vegans have
1:13:13 screwed a lot of crap up.
1:13:17 I mean, they just have, okay? And the
1:13:20 animal protein people screwed a lot of a
1:13:22 lot of things up. And the and the raw
1:13:25 plant-based movement screwed a lot of
1:13:27 things up. They just did. They they
1:13:30 nutted themselves to death. So, if
1:13:32 someone had an illness and they had to
1:13:34 go raw plant-based because they were so
1:13:36 sick and they had to go raw plant-based,
1:13:37 didn't mean they did it right. Didn't
1:13:39 mean they did it medical medium style.
1:13:41 if someone went, you know, if someone
1:13:43 had to because they're sick. You can do
1:13:46 things wrong. You can do things wrong
1:13:47 eating meat. You can do things wrong
1:13:49 eating plant-based. You can do things
1:13:50 wrong eating vegetarian. You can do
1:13:52 things wrong doing anything.
1:13:55 But what I'm trying to say is that when
1:13:58 you're sick with the flu, you I don't
1:14:00 care if you're eating the healthiest
1:14:02 healthiest stuff in the animal protein
1:14:06 world. You got to back it down. If you
1:14:08 got a fever, you do not eat meat while
1:14:10 you got a fever. You got a fever, you
1:14:12 don't eat cheese while your body's
1:14:14 trying to fight that bug. You got a fe
1:14:16 and hey, maybe you get past the bug,
1:14:17 you're fine.
1:14:19 But but
1:14:24 a year later, you're in the doctor's
1:14:27 office with autoimmune disease because
1:14:28 that flu knocked you down. You haven't
1:14:30 been eating good. You're eating a
1:14:32 highfat, highfat, highfat diet. And now
1:14:34 you just get in line. Get in line and
1:14:37 you're sick with chronic illness. Nobody
1:14:39 cares. No one gives a No one cares
1:14:42 in the health realm, in the health world
1:14:45 who's trying to get people to eat this
1:14:46 or that. No one cares. That's just how
1:14:49 it works, right? So, I'm saying you
1:14:52 don't eat milk,
1:14:54 drink milk, eat it, whatever. You don't
1:14:57 touch milk when you're sick with the
1:14:59 flu. I would even stay away from some of
1:15:01 these things while the flu is about,
1:15:03 while it's around. I'd stay away from
1:15:06 chicken because there's a bird flu
1:15:07 they're cycling out there. And it's
1:15:09 possible the super flu and the bird flu
1:15:10 might mate.
1:15:14 They might mate
1:15:16 and then boom, we got something else
1:15:18 because they they
1:15:22 t h e y
1:15:24 they want people sick and they got a
1:15:26 lineup of flu coming down the pike. And
1:15:28 I really predict next couple years, this
1:15:30 isn't the end of the flu, just this flu
1:15:32 season. Next couple years, they're going
1:15:34 to be throwing other ones at us. And
1:15:36 they're going to be looking for the
1:15:37 lucky break they can find, which is the
1:15:39 which is one that is just devastating.
1:15:41 Devastating. But here's the sad part.
1:15:43 The super flu is devastating because
1:15:45 probably like 20 20,000 people died
1:15:48 already from the super flu.
1:15:51 probably like 30 children died from the
1:15:54 super flu which is a horrific horrific
1:15:57 just terrifying
1:15:59 unthinkable.
1:16:02 So it already is terrifyingly bad on
1:16:05 that level.
1:16:07 But you arm yourself with the right
1:16:09 tools and you take care of yourself and
1:16:10 you look out. You can protect yourself
1:16:13 and not have to get really sick. And
1:16:16 that's the key. That's the key.
1:16:20 So, I wanted to run by some of these
1:16:21 foods right here. Stay away from cheese
1:16:23 if you're dealing with the flu. Stay
1:16:24 away from milk if you're dealing with
1:16:26 the flu.
1:16:28 You know,
1:16:32 stay away from milk.
1:16:36 Oh,
1:16:37 it spilt.
1:16:39 Stay away from Stay away from
1:16:43 Swiss cheese.
1:16:46 Stay away from hard cheeses.
1:16:49 I would, if you got the flu, stay off
1:16:51 the grass-fed beef.
1:16:54 Stay away from it. Do some healing
1:16:57 broth. Medical medium healing broth.
1:16:59 Take care of yourself. Do some fruit.
1:17:02 Medical medium healing broth. Steam some
1:17:04 potatoes.
1:17:06 That's the way you pro protect yourself.
1:17:08 Flu virus doesn't eat any of that. Do
1:17:11 some cucumber juice if you got a fever.
1:17:13 Flu virus doesn't eat any of that. Do
1:17:14 some celery juice if you can. Make sure
1:17:16 you're doing your fresh lemon water.
1:17:18 Bring that in. Bronchio, right?
1:17:20 Bronchial broth. Bring that in. Medical
1:17:22 meat bronchio broth. If you're sick, you
1:17:25 do these things and you don't eat your
1:17:29 meat.
1:17:31 Don't eat cheese. Don't eat milk. Stay
1:17:33 away from chicken if you're sick with
1:17:35 the flu. These will help the mucus
1:17:39 get worse. These will help the virus
1:17:41 make more mucus. These will get you in
1:17:44 trouble and so you want to avoid them.
1:17:48 Avoid eggs and the whole bit while
1:17:50 you're sick with the flu. A lot of
1:17:51 people will scramble some eggs while
1:17:53 they have the flu.
1:17:56 But everything
1:17:58 everything changes over time. It's death
1:18:01 by a thousand cuts. The evildoers put
1:18:04 the flu out purposely so that it weakens
1:18:07 you one day, you recover, weakens you
1:18:10 another day, you recover, and then all
1:18:12 of a sudden you got cancer
1:18:16 down the road because they've just been
1:18:19 chipping away at your immune system.
1:18:20 That's what they do. So that cancer gets
1:18:24 sped up,
1:18:26 so that autoimmune gets sped up, so that
1:18:29 other things get sped up or your Epstein
1:18:31 bar. And that's why they do it. They put
1:18:33 the flu out. So the flu chip away and
1:18:36 chip away and you recover from the flu
1:18:38 and you push on,
1:18:40 but you got to take better care of
1:18:41 yourself and not fall into the trap. And
1:18:45 so yeah, so stay away from these foods
1:18:47 if you're coming down with the flu and
1:18:49 during the flu. And maybe even
1:18:53 consider if you are eating some of these
1:18:55 foods, look into the medical medium
1:18:56 information. Look into cleanse to heal.
1:18:59 Look into the Brain Saver books and look
1:19:02 into those and see how you can
1:19:04 incorporate all the Medical Medium tools
1:19:07 into your meat eating diet, into your
1:19:10 plant-based diet. Because plant-based
1:19:12 people, man, they'll still do stuff all
1:19:15 ass backwards. They'll do it all wrong
1:19:17 for their condition, for their symptoms,
1:19:20 for their conditions.
1:19:23 So, you can incorporate the Medical
1:19:25 Medium tools into whatever diet you're
1:19:27 in. you'll learn about what's the bad
1:19:30 stuff to to avoid and so forth. So, you
1:19:32 guys, we covered a lot of stuff. Let's
1:19:33 sit down here. Maybe we'll read some
1:19:35 comments. I'm going to take this cup of
1:19:37 coffee with me over there if you guys
1:19:38 don't mind. I think I'm going to take a
1:19:41 little apple juice really quick if you
1:19:42 don't mind too. I'm drinking apple
1:19:45 juice. Oh, it's so bad.
1:19:49 You know,
1:19:52 it's actually really good. It's a
1:19:54 medicine. All right, you guys. ending
1:19:56 over here. Let's take a take a little
1:19:58 seat.
1:20:06 So, I don't know if
1:20:10 you guys know about LCF. Do you guys
1:20:12 check out the uh medical medium new
1:20:15 edition, right? Life-changing foods new
1:20:18 edition. Can you give me a second here?
1:20:21 Excuse me. Hold on. Hold on. You guys
1:20:23 see? And we'll also do brain saver for
1:20:26 protocols too. Okay.
1:20:30 And
1:20:32 vitamin C. Talk a little bit about that
1:20:35 one too. The olive leaf is such a must.
1:20:37 All these are a must. Just they're just
1:20:39 so good.
1:20:42 So what you'll find in
1:20:45 to begin with brain saver protocols
1:20:49 cold and flu and C protocol. Okay,
1:20:55 dosages
1:20:57 in here, children and adults. So you can
1:21:00 learn how to use your supplements with
1:21:04 cold, flu, NC for adults and children
1:21:08 right there. So that's in Brain Saver
1:21:10 Protocols. If you don't have this book,
1:21:13 come on. I mean, it's
1:21:16 you want your mind blown,
1:21:19 you know? I know everybody wants
1:21:21 everything probably on a quick video,
1:21:22 right? when everybody wants everything
1:21:24 on like a quick video. They want every
1:21:26 answer there is known to man on a quick
1:21:29 v video, right?
1:21:33 So, I just brought my coffee. I'm going
1:21:34 to put my coffee over here. You guys
1:21:36 know I don't drink coffee, right? I'm
1:21:37 going to put that over here. Right.
1:21:39 Okay. Um, vitamin C. Do you have the
1:21:43 right kind of vitamin C? Can I talk
1:21:46 about the vitamin C for a couple seconds
1:21:47 because it's that important for people?
1:21:49 It just is. Keep in mind the vitamin C
1:21:51 scorpic acid, it's like battery acid.
1:21:54 It's not battery acid, but it's it can
1:21:56 feel that way for a lot of people with
1:21:58 intestinal tract sens sensitivities and
1:22:00 intestinal tract problems. Okay, so this
1:22:03 one's buffered. It's it's unbelievable
1:22:07 the difference when it's not ascorbic
1:22:10 acid. It's just another it's a whole
1:22:13 another level. People can't take enough
1:22:15 vitamin C to really change things so
1:22:18 much. they can't consume enough because
1:22:20 when they do ascorbic acid, it's just so
1:22:23 harsh. They can't do enough to move the
1:22:26 needle. But when you can take like the
1:22:28 Vimer vitamin C and you can take more
1:22:32 and take a good scoop of that and take
1:22:34 another scoop at another time and you do
1:22:36 it that way, like you do a proper
1:22:38 protocol with it. Ask your doctor what's
1:22:40 right for you, but you do a proper
1:22:41 protocol with it like like I would do
1:22:42 say for myself. What happens is you can
1:22:46 take more of it so you can actually get
1:22:49 vitamin C in you like really get potent
1:22:51 vitamin C. And of course memory vitamin
1:22:53 C is better than any ascorbic acid
1:22:55 vitamin C out there anyway. I'm I'm just
1:22:57 that's just bottom line that's just the
1:22:59 way it is. But what I'm trying to tell
1:23:01 you though is that you can get more of
1:23:04 it instead of burning a hole in your
1:23:07 stomach. Feeling like you're burning a
1:23:08 hole in your stomach. That's why it's
1:23:10 critical with the Vimer uh micro se.
1:23:13 difference. I mean, we're talking about
1:23:14 like massive differences. Plus, we're
1:23:16 talking about things that, you know,
1:23:18 stand the test of time. I've always been
1:23:20 consistent. Always been consistent. Say
1:23:23 what you like about me.
1:23:26 So, you don't like the way you don't
1:23:27 like the fact that I wear black. I dress
1:23:28 in black. Johnny Cash Johnny Cash wore
1:23:31 black and he did it for a lot of
1:23:33 reasons. There's a lot of sick and
1:23:34 suffering people out there in the world.
1:23:36 A lot of hardships and that's why he
1:23:37 wore black.
1:23:39 Say what you like. Say what you want.
1:23:42 You know, you don't like my voice or
1:23:44 something. You don't like the way I
1:23:46 deliver.
1:23:48 But keep in mind, it's about healing and
1:23:50 it's about results and a track record
1:23:52 and it's about getting better and that's
1:23:54 what matters. You want me to look all
1:23:56 fancy in in crap? You want me to strip
1:23:58 off my clothes and and start making big
1:24:01 muscles and start making muscles and
1:24:03 showing you my guns and everything and
1:24:04 doing the selfies and all that so I can
1:24:06 get like lots of followers and
1:24:08 everything. Yeah, that's really that's
1:24:10 really good. That's really going to help
1:24:11 the chronically ill.
1:24:15 What that does is just going to help
1:24:16 some self-absorbed person who's doing
1:24:19 that every day out there, you know,
1:24:20 unsocial, an influencer. That's just
1:24:23 going to help them because they're
1:24:24 self-absorbed, you know. I'm not
1:24:26 self-absorbed, you know. I'm not going
1:24:28 to show you my guns.
1:24:31 Oh my god, is this big enough over here?
1:24:33 Whoa. Let me get a shirt, you know, let
1:24:35 me get my shirt off and take a shot.
1:24:39 I mean, I confess I'm not in the gym,
1:24:41 but I do bike and run
1:24:46 and swim. All right,
1:24:50 back to this.
1:24:52 Okay, so talking about vitamin C, the
1:24:55 difference is you can take more of it.
1:24:58 And then when you do something like in
1:25:00 life-changing foods the oranges, you
1:25:02 bring oranges into your life
1:25:06 and then you bring in the vime vitamin C
1:25:10 a vitamin C that's like bioactive
1:25:13 bioavailability
1:25:15 and you have a bioavailable vitamin C
1:25:18 and you put that bioavailable vitamin C
1:25:20 with oranges and then you learn what
1:25:23 oranges are good for in the new edition,
1:25:26 the expanded version of of LCF. have you
1:25:29 guys. These are the tools right here. H
1:25:33 am I selling you a $5,000 program?
1:25:37 Um am I selling you Oh, do I have, you
1:25:40 know, like a firewall, a payw wall on my
1:25:44 website? No, it's not about that, okay?
1:25:47 I'm not I'm not the owner of emerg. I
1:25:49 just want you to have the right stuff
1:25:51 because guess what? You're going to go
1:25:52 out, you're going to buy some crappy
1:25:53 supplement probably anyway. someone is
1:25:54 cuz someone's going to sell you on
1:25:56 colostrum or something crappy that
1:25:57 doesn't work. And so may as well get the
1:26:01 stuff that is incredible works and heals
1:26:04 and moves things forward. May as well
1:26:06 the stuff that works and know about it.
1:26:10 I mean, am I right or no?
1:26:16 Alex says, "No, I don't look all fancy."
1:26:22 So, it matters. That's it. It matters to
1:26:25 have the right tools in your hand. Is
1:26:27 this a $5,000 program or is this a book
1:26:30 you can get for like $19 on Amazon.com
1:26:33 or something like Don't quote me. It
1:26:34 changes every day on Amazon. They
1:26:37 determine the price. But I saw this for
1:26:40 $19. It's a hard cover. It's a massive
1:26:42 book.
1:26:45 Like on Amazon, $19. People are getting
1:26:48 pushed into $3,000 programs thinking
1:26:50 they're going to get like metals out of
1:26:52 their body and they're not even given
1:26:53 the right stuff to do. So like I've seen
1:26:55 so much stuff out there now. I mean
1:26:57 it'll make your head spin.
1:26:59 It's about like it's about integrity.
1:27:01 It's about what works. It's about
1:27:03 getting people better. That's what it's
1:27:05 about. Okay.
1:27:07 And yeah,
1:27:11 so I'll read a couple of comments here,
1:27:13 too.
1:27:15 It always goes back to this right here.
1:27:19 Do you see Dr. Nesbbit's leg? I'm not
1:27:21 bringing Dr. Nesbet into this though
1:27:23 right now. I'm not.
1:27:25 I see um Dr. Nesbet's leg on the table.
1:27:29 I'm not bringing Dr. Nesbet into this. I
1:27:31 refuse to do that. Dr. Nesbbit Dr.
1:27:33 Nesbbit doesn't want to come into this
1:27:35 right now. He doesn't. So, I'm not going
1:27:37 to bring him into this.
1:27:41 Comes down to this.
1:27:45 When you're not sick yet,
1:27:48 you'll never know what it's like to be
1:27:49 sick. When you're not sick yet and
1:27:53 you're young and you feel indestructible
1:27:57 and you're working out and you're in the
1:27:59 gym,
1:28:01 you're flexing your muscles
1:28:04 and you're not sick yet, but maybe at 40
1:28:06 you'll die of a heart attack from, you
1:28:09 know, from eating all that fat.
1:28:14 You know, there's guys that are like
1:28:15 there's guy there's guys that are like
1:28:19 there's bodybuilders dying every day.
1:28:22 Every year there's like bodybuilders 40
1:28:25 years old, 30 years old, 28 years old
1:28:26 are dying every day. It's crazy what's
1:28:28 happening.
1:28:31 And anyway, the point is, you know, one
1:28:34 of the reasons why they die. Do you guys
1:28:36 know this? When your diet is high in
1:28:40 fat, like super high in fat, and then
1:28:42 you create pressure
1:28:45 Like say you're lifting up heavy heavy
1:28:47 weight. You're li like you're you're
1:28:48 you're lifting up like the kind of
1:28:50 weight they're doing, right? Crazy
1:28:52 amounts of weight or even or even you
1:28:55 know 300 lb whatever. But you're doing
1:28:58 crazy amount of weight, right? That
1:29:00 right
1:29:02 that the pressure that's that gets built
1:29:04 in the body, the pressure on the valves,
1:29:06 the heart valves is insane when you're
1:29:07 when you got high a highfat diet. So, if
1:29:09 they were bodybuilding
1:29:11 and they back down on all the fat,
1:29:14 they got a really good chance they're
1:29:16 not going to blow a valve and die, like
1:29:19 instantly die while they're lifting the
1:29:20 weights. I mean, these guys are popping
1:29:22 off like nothing. Like, they're popping
1:29:24 off like nothing. Women, too. They're
1:29:26 like dying like nothing right now, the
1:29:28 bodybuilders, because the pressure
1:29:31 that's
1:29:32 that's caused from having the highfat
1:29:35 diet being so high fat and then the
1:29:38 pressure of the weight they're holding.
1:29:40 It's that combination
1:29:42 that blows out the valves, it blows out
1:29:44 the arteries, it blows, you know, blows
1:29:46 something in the head. It's crazy how it
1:29:48 works. Anyway, there's one thing I just
1:29:50 thought I'd say.
1:29:53 But back to
1:29:56 one thing that's very important. If you
1:29:59 if you're young and you feel
1:30:00 indestructible,
1:30:02 maybe you think you're indestructible.
1:30:03 There's a lot of people that do.
1:30:06 You're never going to know because you
1:30:07 haven't gotten sick yet. But that day
1:30:09 will come because it just is. You'll
1:30:13 contract a bug. You'll catch a bug.
1:30:15 You'll catch two bugs. You'll pick up a
1:30:18 couple Epstein bars. You'll get
1:30:20 something and eventually your adrenals
1:30:22 will just start giving away. Your
1:30:24 thyroid will get all chewed up like
1:30:25 Swiss cheese from a bug when you're by
1:30:27 the time you're 45 years old or 48 years
1:30:29 old.
1:30:31 And that feeling of indestructible
1:30:33 nature won't be there anymore. But what
1:30:36 happens? It's like a snapshot in time on
1:30:38 social media right now.
1:30:41 And you got a lot of like young people,
1:30:42 they hop on social media, they look like
1:30:45 they're doing great. all of that. But
1:30:48 what you don't understand is their day
1:30:51 hasn't come because they're doing all
1:30:53 the wrong stuff. It's just their day
1:30:54 hasn't come yet. They're still young.
1:30:57 They're keeping it balanced enough with
1:30:59 what they're doing. Some things are
1:31:01 good, some things are bad. But as they
1:31:02 get older, it just comes later. Then you
1:31:06 have all these problems. And then if the
1:31:08 problems are big enough,
1:31:10 then they're going to be like, "Wait a
1:31:12 minute. Now, I think I might get
1:31:16 what I saw on social media where there's
1:31:18 a lot of sick people on social media
1:31:19 with chronic illness. Now, I think I
1:31:21 might get it and understand it a little
1:31:23 bit. Now, I might see it
1:31:28 and it makes sense now.
1:31:31 Till you've been there, till you've had
1:31:33 like your nerves shaking, your tremors
1:31:35 going,
1:31:40 bodily jerks that won't stop, twitches
1:31:43 and spasms that won't stop,
1:31:46 severe OCD,
1:31:49 sleepless nights,
1:31:51 pain in the back, pain in the neck, pain
1:31:53 in the side,
1:31:56 dizziness, brain fog, severe migraines,
1:32:00 jaw pain, mysterious teeth pain. You get
1:32:02 your teeth worked on, still mysterious
1:32:04 teeth pain everywhere
1:32:07 and you feel hopeless
1:32:09 and you have dreadful fatigue where you
1:32:11 can't even function. You can't do what
1:32:13 you want to do and then you're on
1:32:14 mattress island because all you can do
1:32:15 is basically lay on a couch couch island
1:32:18 or mattress island. Will you ever know?
1:32:21 Will you ever know? And I'm just naming
1:32:23 a few things. Will you ever know the
1:32:26 doctor appointments, the blood draws,
1:32:28 the confusion, the injections, whatever
1:32:31 it is you're doing and whatever's was
1:32:32 going on until you get to that point,
1:32:34 you'll never know. It just won't happen.
1:32:37 And social media is such a brain
1:32:40 right now because you got all these
1:32:41 people on there, they're young, they'll
1:32:43 go into a gym, they'll work out, they'll
1:32:45 try to build up their whole platform,
1:32:47 they'll try to hop on a trend, they'll
1:32:48 try to sell something on a trend. And
1:32:50 people that are sick, they'll be like,
1:32:51 "Oh my god, that guy's doing good." It's
1:32:54 like
1:32:57 that guy doesn't understand what the
1:32:59 heck you're going through. And I think
1:33:01 or what you've been through. That's
1:33:03 another thing. People don't want to hear
1:33:05 it. They just don't want to hear it. And
1:33:06 the thing is is that
1:33:08 you have to listen to the chronicle. You
1:33:10 have to hear them. You have to hear what
1:33:12 they have to say. You have to listen to
1:33:14 them. Their story matters. They're
1:33:17 laying in bed and they're staring at a
1:33:19 wall and
1:33:21 they can't move their right arm and they
1:33:24 can they have trouble going to the
1:33:26 bathroom or even if it's just for a
1:33:27 stint one month in their life and the
1:33:29 rest of the time they're just fatigued
1:33:32 or they're going in and out of the
1:33:33 hospital, they're getting procedures and
1:33:35 then they're lost and they're going to
1:33:36 get more procedures and then they're
1:33:38 lost. They don't know what to do and
1:33:39 they can't get the results or they've
1:33:40 been to every alternative doctor they
1:33:42 can possibly find and conventional
1:33:43 doctor. They tried everything and they
1:33:45 feel like it's hopeless. You got to hear
1:33:47 them out. You got to listen to them. You
1:33:49 got to hear their story because their
1:33:52 story is loaded. It's chalk full of
1:33:55 wisdom and chalk full of experience and
1:33:57 chalk full of reality and chalk full of
1:34:01 of lessons, man. Real lessons. And you
1:34:04 got to take them in. You've got to take
1:34:06 them in and hear them and listen to them
1:34:10 and and and get in touch with that
1:34:12 because if you can't get in touch with
1:34:13 that, then stay the freak away from the
1:34:16 health movement.
1:34:19 You know,
1:34:21 if you're somebody in the industry and
1:34:23 you got a fancy podcast or whatever it
1:34:25 is,
1:34:28 if you can't really listen to the
1:34:29 chronically ill and understand what
1:34:31 they're going through through
1:34:33 offer anything that really could help
1:34:36 them, you should just like stay out of
1:34:38 it because basically you're a coffee
1:34:40 talk podcast shop
1:34:44 platform, whatever
1:34:46 handle and you're yeah trying to get the
1:34:50 clicks and the likes, but until you
1:34:53 understand the chronically ill until you
1:34:56 really understand what they've gone
1:34:58 through,
1:35:00 the ringing in the ear that won't stop.
1:35:02 That's so bad. It's not just like
1:35:03 regular tonitis. It changes with every
1:35:05 sound they hear in the room. Can't even
1:35:07 have a fan in the room.
1:35:09 And the
1:35:12 electrical shocks to their brain where
1:35:14 they feel like they're getting ECT when
1:35:15 they're not getting ECT. electrical
1:35:17 shocks just to their brain alone that's
1:35:20 shocking their brain
1:35:23 and to the fatigue and the panic attacks
1:35:26 and the inability to drive anymore in
1:35:29 their car. Like until you can hear them
1:35:32 out and then get in touch with that and
1:35:34 understand what that is and even get a
1:35:37 fraction of understanding what the cause
1:35:38 of that is because nobody knows medical
1:35:40 meme information. Face it, medical meme
1:35:42 information people know because they
1:35:43 they know what's in these books right
1:35:44 here, right? It's in these books right
1:35:47 here. So, we know why people are sick.
1:35:51 But until you can get to that point and
1:35:53 understand that,
1:35:56 stay out of the health scene.
1:35:59 Just stay out of it until you learn it
1:36:01 someday. Then come back and then have
1:36:03 respect for the chronically ill. Then
1:36:05 have respect for the chronically ill.
1:36:13 Tamara Jones says, "Bless the
1:36:15 chronically ill."
1:36:17 Because you have to have respect for
1:36:19 what the chronically ill says, what
1:36:21 individuals say who are suffering
1:36:23 because there's so many lessons and
1:36:24 understandings and wisdom in there
1:36:26 because they have wisdom. They have lots
1:36:28 of wisdom.
1:36:34 In fact, unbelievable to the degree on
1:36:36 how much wisdom.
1:36:38 And you think about it, it's believable
1:36:40 because of what they've gone through.
1:36:42 They're obviously wise teachers. Anybody
1:36:44 with chronic illness, you're you're a
1:36:45 wise teacher, right? So, it's
1:36:48 believable, but yet it's unbelievable
1:36:50 because the degree of how much knowledge
1:36:53 someone has who suffers or suffered with
1:36:55 any kind of chronic illness, even if
1:36:57 they don't, they play it off differently
1:36:59 or they play it off like it's not really
1:37:01 happening or they play it off, it
1:37:02 doesn't exist. Oh, no. No. They're
1:37:03 they're chalk full of wisdom. Chalk full
1:37:06 of wisdom. Okay.
1:37:11 Just want to say
1:37:14 arm yourself with the flu out there
1:37:17 because of the flu from the flu whatever
1:37:20 look into the vime stuff okay

1:37:52 70 says, "Brain saver saved my life."
1:37:55 Brain saver books. My ADHD was becoming
1:37:59 worse and worse. Depression came every
1:38:01 week. Man, that's rough. That's rough.
1:38:04 Depression came every week. Now all the
1:38:07 fog is gone. Happiness is coming in a
1:38:10 lot. I can decide on my life again.
1:38:14 Stefan,
1:38:16 God bless you.
1:38:19 Brainsaver books. You know, you guys
1:38:21 know I haven't talked about the Brain
1:38:23 Saver books hardly at all.
1:38:26 They came out the end of 2022. Both
1:38:29 Brain Saver and Brain Saver protocols.
1:38:31 Haven't even talked about them. I mean,
1:38:33 I have what I once in a while or
1:38:35 something. I haven't even gone deep into
1:38:37 them. The information is mind-blowing.
1:38:40 Like, I haven't. Go to amazon.com and
1:38:42 get yourself the Brain Saver books. Get
1:38:44 them. Get the Life-Changing Food New
1:38:47 Edition, though, the expanded. Get these
1:38:49 books.
1:38:50 You won't be sorry. I'm not trying to
1:38:53 push a $5,000 program on you guys. I
1:38:56 mean, everything's free. Go to library,
1:38:57 get it for free, I guess. But I'm just
1:38:59 saying like, get these things, man. Get
1:39:03 the tools. It's why I'm uh it's why I
1:39:05 killed myself to do it. The eating
1:39:08 disorder chapter in Brain Saver, the
1:39:10 eating disorder chapter in Brain Saver,
1:39:12 okay, in the Brain Saver books is
1:39:14 mind-blowing right there, Brain Saver.
1:39:16 You see that? The eating disorder
1:39:18 chapter is next level. Like, you'll
1:39:20 understand eating disorders like no one
1:39:22 has ever understood an eating disorder.
1:39:24 Like, I mean, it's crazy. It's like
1:39:26 unbelievable to the degree that
1:39:27 information is so comprehensive. It's so
1:39:29 thorough. It is so like, oh my god.
1:39:31 Haha. Aha. Aha moment. Aha moment. Aha
1:39:34 moment. Like like all like that kind of
1:39:36 thing like mind-b blown every minute
1:39:38 with that chapter.
1:39:40 And thing is like like you gota got to
1:39:43 realize this. Okay. I'm not a genius or
1:39:46 anything but I hear the voice and I hear
1:39:48 it clear. And so I put it in here in the
1:39:51 books, right? And the same way I've been
1:39:55 teaching for 35 years that propolis
1:39:58 fixes cankeraurs and so forth.
1:40:02 37 years. 40 years. I don't know what it
1:40:03 is now. I have no idea. I It's No, it's
1:40:07 No, it's not 37 years. It's more than
1:40:09 that. It's like No, that was that was
1:40:11 like years ago. 37 years ago was years
1:40:14 ago. Yeah, it's been a long time. But
1:40:17 I've been teaching about propolis and
1:40:18 what it does and how it works. Okay. All
1:40:20 right. And um
1:40:24 I saw somebody say, "My skin looks good
1:40:26 today." Thank you.
1:40:28 Thank you. Thank you very much.
1:40:32 It's my last facelift I got and all the
1:40:35 filler I got. You know, I don't get
1:40:38 filler. I didn't have a facelift. I
1:40:40 don't get facelifts and I don't get
1:40:43 facials.
1:40:44 I'm not saying like whatever you do,
1:40:46 whatever you do is whatever you do. I'm
1:40:47 saying I don't. That's all.
1:40:50 And I have all my own teeth.
1:40:54 Um,
1:40:56 and I don't have any root canals.
1:41:00 Okay.
1:41:01 I say these little tidbits just so you
1:41:04 know that maybe you don't like the way I
1:41:06 look, but medical medium stuff is really
1:41:09 good.
1:41:14 So anyway, on this note, I just want to
1:41:16 say this. You guys, get the tools. Have
1:41:18 the tools in your hands. Put them in
1:41:20 your medicine cupboard, your medicine,
1:41:21 your kitchen cabinet. Have them in
1:41:23 there. Check out vimberg.com. It might
1:41:25 be something else you're using from
1:41:26 somebody else that's garbage and you
1:41:28 want to replace it. like say like the
1:41:29 the curcumin or something. You might be
1:41:31 using a curcumin somewhere else. You
1:41:33 might be using a vitamin D somewhere
1:41:35 else that's just crap and you don't know
1:41:37 it's crap. Go to veergy.com. I would,
1:41:40 you know, if you're somebody that's
1:41:41 taking stuff already out there, chances
1:41:44 are it's got all kinds of crap in it.
1:41:46 Even if it doesn't say it on the
1:41:47 ingredient list, that's the way the
1:41:48 system works. These guys make sure that
1:41:50 doesn't exist and that doesn't happen.
1:41:52 So, I mean, get their vitamin D, get the
1:41:55 things you need, get their, you know,
1:41:57 curcumin. Get what you need from them.
1:42:00 Make sure you have your their vitamin C.
1:42:02 Make sure you have their stuff, okay?
1:42:04 It's worth it. It just is. All right.
1:42:08 Look out for the flu. Keep your eyes on
1:42:09 it. Uh, as far as like don't put your
1:42:12 fingers in your mouth if you're out and
1:42:14 about grabbing door handles. Don't rub
1:42:16 your eyes. Try to remember that. Don't
1:42:19 rub your eyes. Don't stick your finger
1:42:21 in your mouth. Whatever you do, don't
1:42:23 stick your finger in your ear when
1:42:26 you're out and about. Maybe bring a
1:42:28 handy wipe with you. Maybe wipe the
1:42:29 handle on the carriage. I would in 10
1:42:33 seconds flat, take a handy wipe, wipe
1:42:34 the carriage handle right now. I would.
1:42:38 I'm just saying that like just be
1:42:39 cautious. You're around somebody
1:42:41 coughing, don't be afraid to wear a
1:42:43 mask. You got to get out of that
1:42:45 political mindset where the left and
1:42:48 right are battling over masks. I don't
1:42:50 give a crap about that crap. I don't. A
1:42:53 mask is smart when a mask is smart. You
1:42:56 know,
1:42:59 it just is. And right now, I'm sorry,
1:43:01 but it's smart. You know, it could make
1:43:04 our break.
1:43:06 All right, you guys. Be good.
1:43:10 >> We're talking about the super flu. Now,
1:43:13 there's more than just a super flu going
1:43:15 around. There's COVID, the neurovirus,
1:43:18 and of course, a random RSV here and
1:43:21 there. But what you won't find anymore
1:43:24 ever are colds. Sure, people call it a
1:43:28 cold if they have a mild flu, but there
1:43:30 are no colds. They don't exist. It's
1:43:34 just flu being released and let out of
1:43:36 the gate in the labs, private classified
1:43:39 labs. And none of these flu would exist
1:43:43 anymore if they weren't continually
1:43:46 manufacturing and creating them. Why
1:43:49 would they do that? For many reasons.
1:43:52 Because it injures people. It kills
1:43:54 people. It allows them to experiment so
1:43:57 they can create a more deadlier and
1:44:00 deadlier and deadlier flu strain. And of
1:44:03 course, because of the political
1:44:04 atmosphere, the evildoers in the
1:44:07 classified labs love to release bad flu
1:44:10 and to shake up the political
1:44:13 environment. And as years go on, these
1:44:16 super flu and these flu and these bugs
1:44:20 are going to get worse and worse and
1:44:21 worse. So what we have to do
