should it even matter why 8:54 should i put myself 8:56 out there because i got 8:59 an understanding since i was young right 9:02 spirit of compassion said to me 9:04 you're gonna understand the suffering 9:07 and the struggling whether you 9:08 like it or not and i was like i just 9:10 want to be a kid i don't want to know 9:11 any kind of suffering 9:13 i don't know why i don't want to do any 9:15 kind of struggling 9:16 and i don't want to be connected to that 9:18 i don't want to be connected to when 9:20 someone 9:21 has been to their fifth doctor and their 9:23 sixth 9:24 seventh doctor and they've been to their 9:26 tenth their tenth specialist 9:29 and they're hurting and they're not 9:31 getting answers 9:32 and they they don't feel good and their 9:35 depression is taking over 9:36 i don't want any part of that i remember 9:38 being young remember when i was young 9:40 and i was like 9:40 i don't want to be any part of that i 9:43 don't want to be 9:44 a part of that i don't because that 9:47 land is scary land scary land spirit of 9:51 compassion said 9:52 you have to know what people go through 9:55 you have to know what they're struggling 9:56 with you have to know what they're 9:58 suffering with 9:59 you have to know what it's like to be in 10:01 their shoes i don't want to be in their 10:03 shoes 10:04 i don't want to be in their shoes i 10:06 remember having 10:07 arguments and spirit of compassion when 10:09 i was young 10:10 10 years old 11 years old saying the 10:12 spirit of compassion i don't want 10:14 nothing to do with that 10:16 i don't and soc said 10:20 you have to you have to that that's 10:24 that's you have to work for the light 10:27 and you have to make sure 10:29 no matter what that you understand their 10:31 suffering and their struggles 10:33 and you get it and you get it and you 10:36 can sense it you can feel it 10:38 you can smell it you just know it and 10:41 you know it inside your soul 10:43 and then it's about rely on all their drugs 12:05 all their drugs exactly the alternative 12:08 medicine world 12:10 they're not innocent either they're not 12:13 innocent either 12:14 really important enough okay i want you 12:16 to have your doctors and your 12:17 practitioners i want you to have the 12:18 support system you need but you've got 12:20 to know how to protect yourself too 12:22 because people get sick really hard on 13:31 me because 13:33 you know aw i'm sitting here we're like 13:36 sustainable 13:38 we're fair trade with our chocolate and 13:41 you're just hitting us hard 13:42 talking to somebody i know the other day 13:45 and i said 13:46 and i go okay i get it right i said 13:48 listen people are gonna eat chocolate no 13:49 matter what 13:50 you'll have plenty of chocolate to sell 13:52 okay people are gonna eat it 13:54 medical medium can't stop anybody from 13:55 eating chocolate come on let's face it 13:57 i can't stop anybody from eating cacao 14:00 there's no way in hell 14:02 caffeine industry and the chocolate 14:04 industry is a monster 14:06 and everybody's going to be addicted to 14:08 that caffeine until they die 14:10 right maybe not you guys right lorraine you're sick and even when you're 14:41 not 14:42 you know so um no caffeine and chocolate 14:45 for 60 days 14:46 that's really really really cool right 14:48 there on tick tock 14:50 you guys i'm chocolate's got the caffeine in there so 15:40 it's a psychoactive drug 15:41 and if you're gonna heal if you want to 15:44 heal it will get in the way that's all 15:47 it maybe not one time here and there but 15:50 it will 15:51 get in the way and there's no holding 15:53 back because that addiction is strong 15:55 right that's why everybody's on their 15:57 chocolate every week they're on their 15:58 chocolate smoothies they're throwing 15:59 chocolate and everything right on 16:00 tick-tock you guys 16:02 chocolates in everything yeah i saw 16:03 matcha yeah matcha the same thing the 16:05 caffeine right 16:07 and what happens is like the whole 16:09 osteopenia thing that's from all that 16:11 caffeine 16:12 osteopenia osteoporosis the caffeine 16:15 takes you down that road 16:17 right so look i could hold a blind eye 16:20 to it all 16:20 i could sit back pretend it's not 16:22 happening we can do that 16:24 we can sit back we can pretend it's not 16:26 happening we can pretend 16:28 nothing's happening how about that 16:29 nothing's happening you guys how about 16:31 that 16:31 right how's that sound does that sound 16:33 good wanna do that 16:34 when uh people say raw chase 17:29 that high i gotta keep on chasing that 17:31 high that's what it is 17:33 we become high chasers and they teach us 17:36 that young and then the alternate 17:38 movement takes it on 17:40 because they're drug dealers too and you 17:43 know but look look 17:45 pretend it's all it doesn't exist none 17:47 of it exists 17:48 who cares play the guessing games don't 17:51 don't drink your celery juice because 17:53 it's so bad for you like 17:54 you know like the industry tries to 17:56 basically trick out 17:58 trick out everybody and they put hits 18:00 out there to try to stop facebook just now 18:10 so i just saw a whole bunch of people 18:11 got booted and it's like don't do 18:14 anything 18:16 for yourself protecting yourself right 18:19 don't know about these pitfalls don't 18:21 know about these snares don't know about 18:23 these 18:24 these problems and then we live our life 18:27 and we get beaten down without us 18:30 knowing 18:31 right i mean that's what happens 18:32 freezing on facebook it's freezing on 18:34 facebook because facebook's freezing it 18:35 out 18:36 um that's how they try to drop out 200 18:38 300 people at a time 18:39 400 people 500 people at a time um 18:43 so the whole thing you guys know medical 18:45 medium's been censored it's censored 18:47 everywhere 18:48 just everywhere you can't even put you 18:50 can't even put um 18:54 you can't even post medical mediums 18:56 sometimes and they just do 18:57 they censor it right don't show it to 19:00 everybody 19:01 but that's a whole thing you know 19:04 but if you're in the other club you're 19:06 fine the other club is 19:09 just go with the business like 19:12 it is but that's not having the person's 19:15 back 19:16 now you could be look you want to put 19:17 if that's a situation 20:50 but the bottom line is how 20:53 can i protect everyone the best they can 20:56 right and at the same time 21:00 you guys learn how to protect yourselves 21:03 so you become your health expert like 21:06 that's what it's always been about 21:08 you becoming a health expert your own 21:10 health expert 21:11 right so that's the key you're back good 21:14 to see you that brainwashed us that that totally 22:02 gave us the big brainwash in 1933. i 22:04 talked about that you guys 22:06 where it was to convince everybody that 22:07 protein means 22:09 everything it just means everything okay 22:12 and that that's been ingrained ingrained 22:15 in our psyche that's a big brainwashed 22:18 out alone all on its own 22:19 right and so it's like a mob is what it 22:23 is 22:24 and then science of research they're 22:26 part of that mob because they're a paid 22:28 for 22:28 mob in health right and they confuse us 22:31 because it's like this it's like 22:33 two plus two equals four jet fuel is 22:36 comprised of 22:38 this code it's pro it's comprised of 22:40 this math 22:42 you know it's it jet fuel is fossil fuel 22:45 you know what they do is they actually 22:47 synthesize it they actually 22:49 work it right they have all the science 22:51 so that so that literally you can have a 22:53 jet fly 22:54 right and there's all that but then so 22:57 we think well science knows everything 22:59 see that jet fly across the sky right 23:01 look i can call my friend right now on 23:03 my phone whatever 23:04 that's science science has it all down 23:07 and so we're convinced 23:08 that science has it all down in 23:11 in health especially with the surgeries 23:13 you need a heart valve replacement right 23:15 we can do it now 23:17 we can do it and that's what's 23:20 incredible out there right 23:21 so we can we get convinced that science 23:24 has it all down 23:25 but when it comes down to chronic 23:27 illness it's far from the truth protect you guys 23:52 how can we give you guys answers so you 23:54 know why you're sick 23:55 and how can we give you the tools and 23:57 what to avoid when you think about it 23:59 that's 2000s one 25:05 practitioner got 25:06 one person better it was a miracle 25:10 they'd be 25:10 heralded as like a god that's what 25:14 happened back then right 25:15 now we're in a place where you know 25:17 we've learned about so much information 25:19 now for medical medium it's spread out 25:22 so people are healing a little bit more 25:24 like why to stay away from gluten it's 25:26 35 years of mm work 25:28 why to stay away from this back in the 25:30 old days of the health movement it was 25:31 just about stay away from processed 25:32 foods that's all 25:34 processed foods right i'm going to put 25:36 some fries on here i'm cutting some 25:37 fries 25:38 as we speak i got some potatoes here it 25:41 was all about 25:42 back in the old day in alternative 25:45 medicine 25:46 it was all about just stay away from 25:48 processed foods 25:50 that's all boxed foods boxed cereals 25:55 sugar cereals right it was all about 25:58 stay away from 25:59 all that it was there was 26:02 nothing else nothing else in the health 26:04 scene nothing else 26:06 that's all it was i mean think about how 26:08 incredible that is right 26:10 it was just about that um 26:13 so i'm making some fries right here 26:17 and there are thousands of healing 26:20 stories 26:21 with the medical medium information 26:23 someone's gonna say of course well aw 26:25 you're you're gonna be tooting your own 26:26 horn about 26:28 medical medium information why wouldn't 26:30 you because you're a medical medium it's 26:31 like 26:32 i'm not tooting my horn i'm tooting the 26:35 horn of spirit of compassion because the 26:38 information came from spirit of 26:39 compassion so what i'm doing is i'm i'm 26:41 just 26:42 i'm happy it's been working all these 26:44 years 26:46 so that's what it is you know i'm happy 26:49 it's been working all these years so i 26:50 got some fries going on here 26:57 um 27:00 so what you do is you take the potato 27:03 and 27:04 these are still hot so they're a little 27:06 sticky right 27:08 take the potato and you can do it a 27:10 couple different ways you can do it like 27:11 this 27:12 just cutting these fries like that 27:16 these are a little bit more of the steak 27:18 fries and then you can cut the other 27:20 fries where they're not steak fries so 27:21 that's like a steak fry 27:22 a lot of people like those better that's 27:24 what i've noticed over the years they 27:26 like the steak fries right 27:28 you know it's kind of like there's 27:29 there's more meat to them so that's what 27:31 people like i'm just putting them on 27:32 on the pan right here 27:38 so i'm just dropping these on the pan as 27:39 you guys can see on tick tock that's 27:41 what i'm doing clubhouse that's what i'm 27:42 doing 27:44 and we got some good stuff to talk about 27:49 so what have you been taught to do 27:52 throughout the years you guys 27:54 you've been taught to do the bone broth 27:57 which has the vinegar in it 28:00 i call the bone broth the fat broth 28:03 that's what it is 28:04 it's the fat broth and 28:09 that's a hard one it's it's it's hard to 28:13 heal 28:14 when you're doing the bone broth because 28:17 that pancreas and that liver of yours 28:19 is under so much stress when you're 28:21 doing bone broth 28:23 you know and but yeah you'll you know 28:25 people like oh this is how people 28:27 you know can get better it's like oh it 28:29 is it it's not 28:32 it's not the thing is with bone broth is 28:34 if you're choosing not to eat anything 28:36 else and you're just doing bone broth 28:39 you're you're now basically doing a mono 28:41 diet for the moment 28:42 and yeah you might see some benefits in 28:44 the moment but in the end it's not 28:47 the way to go because you'll see more 28:49 fallbacks over time 28:51 the whole vinegar thing in the bone 28:53 broth is really really not a good idea 28:56 too 28:57 vinegar is is such a health destroyer 29:01 and the reason why some people feel like 29:03 they get a boost from bone broth 29:07 is because of the steroids involved 29:10 so you get faked out so a lot of 29:12 alternative medicine 29:14 is a fake out just so you know so i'm 29:16 putting some fries on this 29:18 on this sheet here a lot of alternative 29:20 medicine is a fake out 29:23 so what happens is that when the cow 29:27 is gone to slaughter right 29:31 doesn't matter if you say well no our 29:33 practices of how we kill our cows is 29:35 different 29:36 we don't terrify the cows we don't 29:39 we don't walk them through that moment 29:41 of death this isn't an anti-animal 29:42 protein campaign 29:43 i'm i i support animal protein people 29:46 and i support plant-based people so i 29:48 just need that disclaimer out front 29:49 right now for you guys 29:51 so it's just important to know but i get 29:53 it there's there's practices 29:55 where we we don't walk the cow corral it 29:59 to the to the you know slaughterhouse 30:01 right and the cows are all freaking out 30:03 right we we have practices it's like 30:06 nice cow we're petting the cow or 30:08 petting the cow and then we hit the cow 30:09 on the back of the head 30:11 okay so we got these practices where 30:13 it's more humane 30:14 right i've heard that from a lot of 30:16 different um from a lot of different 30:18 industries with it all right 30:20 but the deal is is with that is no 30:22 matter what the adrenals still 30:24 explode so when you kill the cow 30:28 the cow's adrenals explode so the whole 30:31 all the information of the cow's 30:33 adrenals draining 30:35 all that all that epinephrine into the 30:38 body 30:38 this medical medium information 30:40 originally i taught that for years and 30:42 years 30:42 right and where that adrenaline goes i 30:46 mean we're sesame seeds 38:12 the tahini okay 38:13 i gotta actually like look out for you 38:15 guys and i have to say you gotta be 38:16 careful with all that 38:18 because all that does is pump adrenaline
