nori rolls it's a raw dish i'm making so 0:11 i'm not going to cook the cauliflower 0:13 it's a great raw dish we're talking 0:15 about what causes illness what causes 0:17 sickness why is someone sick why is 0:18 everybody sick and we're going to talk 0:20 about the difference between 0:21 the not so sick and the so sick there's 0:24 a big difference right there 0:25 the not so sick can afford to play 0:28 around 0:29 and dive into all the different trends 0:31 that don't really work 0:33 they might feel a little bit better they 0:34 get rid of processed foods 0:36 they might go vegan they might go clean 0:38 animal protein 0:40 and they think they got it all down 0:41 they're not so sick they get some 0:43 improvements and then they go on that 0:44 merry-go-round out there with so many 0:46 different talking heads in the industry 0:48 and they can pick and choose 0:50 what talking had to listen to oh this 0:52 person looks like they know something 0:53 this person looks like they know 0:55 something 0:55 this person looks like a health expert 0:57 look at that this person looks like a 0:58 health expert and they're allowed to 1:00 play in that land and not so sick 1:01 especially if they're not sick they can 1:02 play in that land and play in that land 1:04 they want to lose a couple pounds 1:06 do some more exercising the minute you 1:08 cross the threshold though 1:09 into getting sick is a whole new game 1:13 it's a whole nother game and that 1:15 happens out there good to see you guys 1:16 coming on 1:17 we're making um cauliflower nori rolls 1:20 which is really fun 1:21 we're live on youtube live on facebook 1:23 live on tick tock live and club house 1:26 and so we're get we're getting ready 1:29 here we're going to make some food good 1:30 to see you guys coming on 1:32 incredible hey everybody on tick tock 1:34 great to see you guys 1:36 same on facebook youtube glad you guys 1:39 here on clubhouse as well 1:41 great stuff to talk about today 1:42 important information 1:45 and um i think i think it'd be fun i 1:48 think today will be a little fun too 1:50 so good to see you guys come on uh chris 1:53 you're here today 1:54 you seem fine to me you know the handle 1:56 is really cool your handle because it's 1:58 like 1:59 chris you're fine when you probably got 2:01 sick right is that what you heard chris 2:02 you're fine 2:03 you know you're okay you look great 2:05 chris you look great nothing wrong with 2:06 you 2:07 nothing happened in there you seem fine 2:09 to me right 2:11 nothing going on there and it happens to 2:13 so 2:14 many people so many people out there you 2:18 know who get 2:18 sick you know you seem good to me you 2:21 seem fine to me 2:22 like you you look okay like what do you 2:24 mean like what do you mean you got the 2:26 tingles and the numbness and you don't 2:27 feel good 2:28 and you got different things happening 2:30 like what do you 2:31 you know what do you mean so that 2:33 happens to a lot of different people out 2:34 there and 2:35 i totally get it it's that kind of 2:37 hidden illness the hidden illnesses 2:40 right where it's hidden and you can't 2:43 see it 2:44 it's not like you have a limp or 2:46 something or you're walking with a cane 2:48 or something or you know it's instead 2:51 it's like here you go you're you're 2:54 living 2:55 you're living your life a little bit 2:57 they don't know how much you aren't 2:58 living your life because you're sick and 3:00 you have all these different symptoms 3:01 but when someone sees you a family 3:03 member or a friend 3:05 they're like you should you seem okay 3:07 you know that hidden illness 3:09 the mystery to it all right and and the 3:12 struggle with it 3:13 um i'm gonna start making some stuff now 3:17 okay you guys i got the food processor 3:20 right here 3:22 let's see what else we got going on so i 3:25 like nori rolls 3:28 i make a lot of nori rolls uh so that's 3:30 what i do 3:31 i do it it's so easy you can put so many 3:33 different things in here here's fresh 3:35 cilantro i'll give you guys the rundown 3:36 right here just some beautiful fresh 3:38 cilantro right here 3:39 the leafy green that's what it is the 3:42 leafy green 3:43 how much cilantro are you guys eating 3:44 every day because 3:47 right there you can eat this much of it 3:49 every day you can make it your salad 3:52 and how healing is that how healing is 3:54 that that's a really powerful healing 3:56 tool 3:57 that alone i got some green onions i 3:59 don't know how you guys feel like 4:00 about green onions throw that one in the 4:02 air a little bit 4:04 right but the green onions i got going 4:06 on i got dolls right here look at that 4:08 atlantic coast dulce in my hands that's 4:12 medicinal all on its own 4:15 that's a great one we got some beautiful 4:18 tomatoes right here too 4:21 i could see we're totally being shadowed 4:23 today i heard that too 4:25 i heard that too michelle totally 4:27 michelle l 4:28 totally shadowed lately right and got 4:31 some beautiful cauliflower 4:36 and um got some oranges 4:39 two lemons we'll do stuff with that got 4:42 some hot peppers 4:44 got two nice hot peppers here these are 4:47 sweet and hot put together 4:50 these are all different medicinal 4:53 foods the dulce is a medicinal food 4:58 the dolce takes toxic heavy metals out 5:01 of the intestinal tract 5:02 really easily so that's some medicinal 5:05 food 5:06 onions are anti viral anti pathogen 5:09 antibacterial 5:11 so what the onions are cilantro helps to 5:14 get rid of metals too 5:16 but it's also a highly mineralized 5:19 alkalizing green 5:21 so this is really really good lucy cone 5:23 good to see you 5:25 and we got tomatoes anytime you see them 5:28 this is a prime example of what we're 5:30 talking about today 5:32 you go on the search you're looking for 5:34 help you're looking for answers 5:35 you're maybe you're not so sick maybe 5:37 you're really sick 5:39 maybe you got a lot of different 5:40 conditions diagnosed with like a few 5:43 different conditions you got 5:44 neurological lyme you've got the lupus 5:46 you may be diagnosed with fibro 5:48 hashimoto's thyroiditis 5:49 maybe you're diagnosed with all eczema 5:51 really bad and then you hear don't eat a 5:54 tomato because somebody in the health 5:55 movement who seems 5:56 prominent somebody in the health 5:58 movement who seems like they know what 6:00 they're talking about even though they 6:01 just started in the health movement 6:02 pretty recently 6:04 like just just like five years into it 6:06 that's all or six years into it 6:08 they decided to just get into it and 6:10 they're a doctor or something 6:12 and they tell you don't eat tomatoes 6:14 tomatoes are really bad for you they can 6:16 they're so bad for you they're 6:17 problematic that's a mistake all on its 6:19 own 6:20 and then you get other people in the 6:22 health movement too 6:24 that say hey night shades they're really 6:27 bad for you the calls 6:28 cause problems they'll cause problems 6:30 this is a private example why people 6:32 don't heal 6:33 and sure if you're not so sick and you 6:35 get rid of processed foods and you kick 6:37 those out when you get rid of the fried 6:39 greasy foods and you start exercising 6:41 and you start juicing something or doing 6:43 some green powdered shakes somewhere and 6:45 you're 6:46 you're in you know you're seeing 6:47 improvements you're doing the keto thing 6:49 or maybe you go plant-based keto 6:51 and you're picking up a notch you're 6:53 like hey oh wait i got it i got it all 6:55 sewed up now 6:57 but if you really get sick it doesn't 6:59 work that way you'll find that keto it 7:00 doesn't work you'll find that even 7:02 plant-based vegan doesn't work you'll 7:03 find that all these things don't really 7:05 work 7:06 and then start stuff starts happening 7:08 your teeth start falling apart over time 7:11 the weight comes back on and you're out 7:13 there listening well listen to people 7:15 it's like don't ever eat a tomato people 7:17 in the health movement like don't eat a 7:18 tomato don't eat a tomato 7:20 this isn't this is one prime example of 7:23 the misinformation that's out there that 7:25 stops people from healing and 7:26 here's the most important part if i can 7:30 get your ear right now you guys 7:32 okay the most important part tell me if 7:35 i'm wrong 7:35 you guys tell me if i'm wrong about this 7:37 i can handle it 7:39 i can take it so you can tell me okay 7:41 you can be like you're wrong aw 7:43 you're wrong and check this out 7:47 okay so you get told not to eat the 7:49 tomatoes 7:50 you get told not to eat a potato the 7:53 nightshades 7:54 you get told not to do this or that or 7:56 stay away from fruit with all the fruit 7:58 fear 7:59 but you're being told by people that 8:01 don't even know why anybody's sick 8:04 they don't know why someone's sick with 8:06 mystery neurological symptoms 8:08 neurological fatigue 8:10 that's a term for medical medium that's 8:12 medical meme information that's got out 8:13 there neurological fatigue 8:15 that means that medical medium 8:16 information discovered that fatigue was 8:19 actually 8:19 neuro neurological and then we put that 8:22 information out there and published it 8:24 and everything 8:26 and but think about it 8:29 here we're taking all this guidance from 8:31 all the gurus and all the people in the 8:33 health movement and all the special 8:34 doctors and all the people right lorena 8:36 good to see you 8:38 we're taking all this guidance 8:41 but yet they don't know why someone's 8:42 sick with lupus they don't know why 8:44 somebody's stick with fibromyalgia 8:46 hashimoto's they don't know why you have 8:47 nodules on your thyroid you guys 8:49 they don't know why you're dizzy and you 8:50 got balance problems and vertigo they 8:52 don't know why you got ringing in the 8:53 ears 8:54 nancy miller i was told for years to 8:56 avoid tomatoes 8:57 until i really started to learn from you 9:00 i have completely changed my diet 9:03 and feel amazing and love tomatoes 9:06 love tomatoes so this great comment 9:08 thank you for um 9:10 talking about that but so 9:13 we got so-called experts out there 9:16 shannon 9:17 says thank you for getting me over my 9:19 nightshade 9:20 fear been enjoying many yummy steamed 9:23 potatoes 9:27 but what happens is we get told you guys 9:30 we get told that we should avoid certain 9:34 things 9:35 and that's what we're told but we're 9:37 told by people that don't know why we're 9:38 sick 9:40 they don't know anything about 9:41 epstein-barr unless they learned it from 9:43 medical medium 9:44 they don't know why any they don't know 9:46 anything about viruses unless they 9:48 learned it about they learned viruses 9:50 from the 9:51 plague that's been happening in the last 9:53 year year and a half 9:55 a year and whatever a few months so they 9:59 they now they know the term virus 10:03 patina says nightshades don't agree with 10:06 all of us i break out in eczema but 10:09 that's only with 10:10 um auburn's always been that 10:15 way since a child even though it was 10:18 homegrown 10:19 so the thing is with nightshades fatima 10:22 is what i've seen 10:23 is people don't use them right right 10:25 they don't use them really use them 10:26 right so 10:27 what to do is they'll have tomato sauce 10:29 filled with all this other bad stuff and 10:31 that's aggravating on 10:32 eczema psoriasis because there's all 10:34 this fat in the tomato sauce that's one 10:36 thing right there that's a mistake made 10:38 they'll take potatoes and they have 10:39 butter in their potatoes no one eats a 10:41 plain potato unless it's medical medium 10:44 unless it's medical medium information 10:46 nobody eats a plain potato 10:47 nobody eats a steamed potato nobody even 10:50 steams them 10:51 if people steam them now it's medical 10:53 medium information 10:54 very few people i've ever met in the 10:56 world out of the hundreds of thousands 10:58 i've talked to over the last 35 years 11:00 very few people ever just steamed a 11:02 potato 11:04 very few people and so what they do 11:07 though is they stick things in potato 11:09 and on potato that feed 11:11 bugs and then the person gets a problem 11:13 and then they think the potato caused it 11:15 but the potato didn't cause it 11:17 same thing with tomatoes they'll have 11:20 chicken parmesan 11:22 with cheese right mozzarella cheese 11:26 sauce they'll have and the sauce 11:29 the tomato they'll think to tomatoes 11:31 aggravating them when it's not it's all 11:33 the fat from the chicken 11:34 all the oil thrown in the sauce and then 11:37 it's of course the cheese feeding any 11:39 kind of viruses 11:41 and things like that so that's important 11:43 to know 11:44 if you take a fresh ripe tomato if 11:47 you're somebody with eczema 11:48 psoriasis you take a fresh ripe tomato 11:51 and you cut a piece off and you eat it 11:52 nothing's going to happen to your eczema 11:55 nothing's going to happen to your 11:56 psoriasis 11:57 but nobody eats a tomato by itself 12:00 and another thing too is i'll take it 12:02 down a little further when it comes down 12:04 to peppers 12:05 if you eat your pepper green it's not 12:08 ripe that's like eating a green banana 12:12 it's not ripe it's not gonna agree with 12:14 you something that's 12:16 so not ripe won't agree with someone 12:20 because it's not supposed to be 12:22 you're not supposed to be eating a green 12:23 bell pepper or green pepper 12:25 those are not ripe at all you're not 12:27 supposed to be eating a green 12:29 banana you're not supposed to be eating 12:31 apple off a tree 12:33 early in the season when it's hard as a 12:36 rock it's not even ripened 12:38 it's not going to agree with you you're 12:39 not supposed to eat a berry 12:42 that's red when it's supposed to be 12:44 black 12:45 or a berry that's green when it's 12:47 supposed to be blue 12:49 if you eat the unripe stuff 12:52 you're it's not going to agree with you 12:53 and here's something that happens with 12:55 tomatoes people eat them not ripe enough 12:59 it's not going to agree with someone 13:01 tomato sauces are made with 13:03 unripe tomatoes sometimes green tomatoes 13:07 are in tomato sauces 13:09 and so all these mistakes are made i'm 13:12 just going to say this 13:13 you guys in the medical meme community 13:15 community have heard me say this before 13:16 details matter or you're just 13:20 lost and then you're gonna tell someone 13:23 oh nightshades didn't work for me so 13:25 stay away from it and you're gonna then 13:28 compile that fear 13:30 and you're gonna validate the 13:32 misinformation that other health 13:34 practitioners put out there every single 13:36 day you're going to validate 13:38 their misinformation and then a whole 13:41 bunch of other people aren't going to 13:42 heal 13:43 because they're not going to know that 13:45 there's foods that you can eat that are 13:47 critical like antiviral foods 13:50 in the nightshade family so the potato 13:54 really important antiviral food for 13:56 instance critical for colitis and 13:58 crohn's and 14:00 tomato tomatoes are antiviral too but 14:03 you're not going to know 14:04 to eat an antiviral tomato anymore and 14:06 you're not going to note eat 14:08 an antiviral potato anymore and you're 14:11 just going to get lost 14:12 and you're going to get lost because the 14:14 misinformation is so rampant and the 14:16 misinformation is so off 14:18 so we got to keep that in mind how it 14:20 works 14:21 i love it when there's so many geniuses 14:23 out there 14:24 when you guys i don't know if you know 14:27 this 14:27 but up until outside of my 14:30 private my private work that i've done 14:33 all these years where people there was 14:35 we had a waiting list 14:36 over a million people around the world 14:38 trying to get to talk to me 14:39 i started in the 80s doing it 14:43 i started when i was a kid doing the 14:45 readings and working with people who are 14:47 sick doctors were sending patients to me 14:49 all through the 1990s just droves of 14:52 patients coming to me through the 1990s 14:55 through the 2000s 14:56 and because i was known as the bizarre 14:58 symptoms guy 14:59 that's what i was known as i was known 15:02 as the bizarre symptoms guy because 15:04 nobody 15:04 knew when they were sick with all their 15:06 fatigue and their aches and pains and 15:07 all the strange symptoms nobody knew 15:09 what caused any of it 15:10 so i had to teach individual doctors all 15:12 through these years 15:13 i had to teach individual doctors about 15:15 being low-fat 15:17 you know and it bit me on the butt a 15:18 little bit it bit me on the butt to give 15:20 out all that info 15:21 and not book it put it in the book 15:23 earlier on in the early 90s right 15:26 so i gave out a lot of medical medium 15:28 pieces 15:30 and those pieces really needed to find 15:32 their home so you can get the whole 15:33 puzzle and know all the details right 15:35 details matter to heal 15:36 when you're really sick but 15:40 what i've learned is until medical 15:42 medium information taught everybody why 15:44 somebody has the tingle or the numbness 15:46 or the burning mouth and burning pain in 15:47 the burning jaw the pain in the neck 15:49 that's mysterious 15:50 the sciatic problems when you don't have 15:52 a back injury 15:53 when all that information when all that 15:56 information got out there we finally 15:57 knew 15:58 and when the medical medium books were 16:00 published right 16:01 so this one right here in 2015 right the 16:04 medical medium new edition 16:06 that's that's the revised and expanded 16:09 version you guys got to get that if you 16:10 get a chance revise and expand it the 16:12 new edition 16:13 and it's on sale at amazon.com us right 16:15 you can get it free of the lever if you 16:17 want to 16:17 i heard there's a long waiting list i 16:19 wish i could do something about that 16:21 at the libraries but the thing is is 16:24 that this book right here blew 16:26 the doors off of lyme disease so people 16:29 can heal 16:30 fibro chronic fatigue syndrome 16:32 hashimoto's 16:33 that's just some of the things right 16:35 there right the candida 16:36 problems out there in the world and it 16:39 blew the roof off of all that 16:41 and then then well right around that 16:44 time 16:44 2015 all these newbie professionals got 16:48 into 16:49 health and wellness certain doctors that 16:51 had a lot of money 16:52 got a lot of advertising pr marketing 16:54 put out a book saying hey don't eat 16:56 tomatoes 16:57 or put out this and that they never even 16:59 knew to begin with why anybody was sick 17:01 ever ever ever and the millions of women 17:04 that have struggled and suffered and 17:05 been into doctor's offices with mystery 17:07 conditions and symptoms that were just 17:09 given steroids and antibiotics 17:12 until medical medium came out with the 17:13 answers nobody knew anything about this 17:16 this is just fact it's a published fact 17:19 it's just fact 17:21 so what i see now is hey 17:24 go do corella that's what you should be 17:26 doing as krill oh that's funny because 17:27 you don't even know how cruella works 17:30 and you don't even know why anybody's 17:31 sick to begin with you should do butter 17:33 in your coffee oh that's funny because 17:34 you don't know why anybody's sick to 17:36 begin with 17:38 hey you should do you know fish oil oh 17:40 that's another funny one too because you 17:42 don't know why anybody's sick to begin 17:44 with and 17:46 you know tomatoes are bad for you if you 17:48 have gout 17:49 that's funny you don't even know the 17:50 cause of gallon 17:53 until medical medium information 17:57 so it's not tomatoes it's whatever 17:59 tomatoes are swimming in 18:02 oil and fat and grease karen says so 18:05 true 18:06 i used to think that spaghetti sauce 18:08 gave me problems 18:09 because of the tomatoes wrong it's all 18:12 the other stuff in the sauce 18:14 i eat tomatoes now daily with medical 18:16 medium 369. 18:17 there's no dairy there's no gluten in 18:19 there you're eating 18:21 the tomatoes daily how come how come 18:24 medical medium information 18:26 has to be that window into sanity 18:30 like i wake up every morning and i'm 18:32 like i i can't even believe it 18:34 how come with all the smart people and 18:36 highly intelligent people and so smart 18:38 health professionals and doctors and all 18:41 the different 18:42 stuff out there and everybody thinks 18:43 they're a genius or they're or 18:45 everybody's portrayed as a genius right 18:47 but any but no one knows anything in the 18:49 health movement 18:51 yeah sure you can get a hip replacement 18:54 but look what happened there with the 18:55 hip replacements too 18:57 they all got metal on metal and i 19:00 remember those days i remember people 19:02 filing into my office right they had a 19:04 hip replacement 19:05 they were sick as goats they come into 19:08 my office 19:09 and spirit of compassion would be like 19:11 this person's hip replacement is eaten 19:13 up they have to get to the doctor they 19:15 have to cut them open 19:17 look in there and see that the the 19:21 joint in that hip is rubbing and 19:23 grinding into metal 19:26 right but those are nuts and bolts 19:28 replacement parts chronic ill which 19:30 became chron which is 19:31 a mystery to people when they don't know 19:32 what's causing in the moment but 19:34 chronic illness is way more pets way 19:37 past that 19:39 but it's one thing if medical medium 19:41 information knows a lot about chronic 19:42 illness 19:43 which is the mysteries to it all and 19:46 teaching it out there but it's another 19:47 if i have to correct the little stuff 19:50 the little stuff like the mistakes made 19:53 about fresh tomatoes the mistakes made 19:55 about 19:56 simple things simple things 20:00 that's when it's just all ridiculous i 20:03 remember 10 years ago like i'm gonna i'm 20:05 gonna make 20:06 sure that you know i was talking spirit 20:07 compassion i'm gonna make sure i fix 20:09 this 20:09 nightshade problem because it they got 20:12 it all wrong out there 20:14 just give me a decade and i'll have that 20:16 fixed just give me a decade and then 20:18 every single year some other new 20:21 comes out 20:22 some kind of practitioner or some doctor 20:23 that writes a book or somebody that gets 20:25 on some you know 20:26 some show because they're pr marketing 20:28 people they hire puts them on some show 20:30 some when they start talking bad about 20:31 nightshades 20:32 here we go again another 200 000 people 20:35 see it 20:36 another 50 000 people see it how do you 20:39 help people you guys how do you actually 20:41 save them 20:43 how do you save them from the 20:44 misinformation that's out there it's one 20:46 thing 20:47 i can tell you what's wrong with you 20:50 right the information 20:51 i can't protect you from what's out 20:55 there though 20:56 all you have to do is just boom see 20:58 pop-ups come up everywhere 21:00 ads everywhere for all kinds of what 21:01 seems like geniuses and they're just 21:03 going to be trying to sell you all your 21:04 stuff 21:05 right there she near good to see 21:07 you 21:10 and so when it comes down to it all 21:15 it's really sad it just is 21:19 let's make a little food we got lots to 21:20 talk about glad you guys are here 21:22 um okay so let's do that i got nori 21:25 sheets by the way 21:26 check this out right got a whole thing 21:28 of nori sheets 21:30 so that's what i'm doing there right 21:35 let's grind up some cauliflower 21:39 let's do that i'm gonna cut this 21:41 cauliflower in half right here 21:44 you guys following me we're making nori 21:45 rolls what i like about knowing rolls 21:48 it's easy 21:49 it's it's fun unless you guys think it's 21:52 not fun and i got 21:54 got respect for you it's if you don't 21:55 think it's fun of course of course it 21:58 may not be fun for somebody 21:59 i like doing it i like it a lot 22:03 some grinding up some cauliflower and 22:04 put a little bit more in here too 22:08 amy so i'm allergic to celery well 22:12 what happens when you have celery 22:15 right what happens when you have celery 22:20 did you go to your doctor because your 22:21 throat's closing up did you go to the 22:23 emergency room 22:25 is that why so you ate a piece of celery 22:28 your throat closed up 22:30 no right no so you went to your doctor 22:34 and they just threw that on the test 22:38 um food allergy tests the ones where 22:41 they tell you you're allergic to 10 22:42 15 20 things but yet you can eat those 22:46 things and not have a problem 22:49 uh those things i've always seen as 22:52 corrupt 22:54 for sure i mean listen to your doctor 22:56 dude he tells you he tells you to stay 22:58 off celery you stay off celery 22:59 but if it was me i i you know i 23:03 i would just am i am i choking when i 23:06 have a celery stick all of a sudden my 23:08 throat closes up and i can't breathe and 23:10 i'm having anaphylactic shock 23:12 if that's happening then yeah stay away 23:14 from celery 23:15 stay away from celery 23:18 but when it comes down to tests for food 23:20 allergies and the all-cat test and 23:22 everything else around it all i've never 23:24 seen things so skewed 23:25 i have a doctor actually calling me any 23:27 minute too 23:28 because he's he's gonna he's a doctor 23:31 that does all the tests and 23:32 he did he pulled some blood work and i 23:34 asked for all the food allergy tests so 23:36 i got a doctor coming in right now 23:38 calling and 23:42 but i still want to make this stuff here 23:44 so hopefully it doesn't interrupt us too 23:46 much 23:47 i think what happens is when you're 23:48 doing the food allergy test it's easy to 23:50 get thrown 23:52 really easy to be thrown on that 23:55 and i think that here he is 24:01 hey dr blott so hey how did my blood 24:04 work go 24:06 by the way i was i was really bummed out 24:07 that the phlebotomist 24:10 took took 27 vials of blood from me i 24:12 was so sick 24:14 i was sick for days and days 24:17 oh my god yeah remember i called your 24:20 office and i told you how sick i was and 24:23 you guys said i wasn't sick from the 24:24 blood draw 24:26 27 vials was fine no i don't think it 24:28 was fine it was actually disastrous 24:30 because i was 24:32 anyway what is my food allergy test what 24:34 have they come back 24:35 all my food allergies okay i'm allergic 24:38 to what 24:40 i'm allergic to cumin 24:43 okay what else cabbage 24:46 okay allergic cabbage didn't know that 24:49 tomatoes oh bummer i love tomatoes 24:52 i'm allergic to tomatoes potatoes 24:55 is this a nightshade thing peppers some 24:58 allergies to peppers tomatoes and 24:59 potatoes okay what else am i allergic to 25:02 i'm allergic to cilantro oh really 25:05 i never had a problem eating cilantro 25:07 but 25:08 okay all right well what else i'm 25:11 allergic to gluten 25:12 okay good good that's on the test oh 25:14 good phew i'm allergic to gluten phew 25:17 that's good okay what what else am i 25:20 allergic to 25:21 ragweed all right but i don't know 25:25 i don't know anything about the rag 25:27 fireweed 25:28 okay okay i don't eat fireweed but it's 25:31 on the test okay 25:33 parsley really parsley oh my god 25:37 carrots i'm allergic to carrots 25:40 well what else i'm allergic to 25:43 buffalo i don't eat buffalo 25:48 i don't eat buffalo i'm allergic to what 25:51 what else 25:52 uh venison oh bummer i was gonna 25:56 have i was just about to kill my friend 25:57 right here oh 25:59 hey buddy i was just about to kill my 26:01 friend 26:02 yeah yeah how you doing 26:06 yeah how are you doing yeah i was about 26:08 to kill him tonight to see if we can 26:10 take his guts out and then we can hang 26:12 him upside down by his hoofs 26:14 it's yeah it's a deer and then i was 26:17 gonna 26:18 have some venice steaks venison sticks 26:22 some allergic to venison oh wait 26:25 oh i am okay well looks like you're off 26:26 the hook what else am i allergic to 26:30 i'm allergic to capers okay 26:33 you know what a friend of mine had this 26:35 allergy test too 26:37 uh from another doctor and my friend was 26:40 allergic to a whole bunch of things too 26:42 yeah and they threw in celery uh-huh 26:47 yeah anyway all right thanks dr blott 26:54 all right guys i'm gonna gotta keep on i 26:56 gotta keep moving make a little food 26:59 here's how it works when you're allergic 27:03 to gluten whether a test shows it or not 27:08 the gluten feeds bugs nobody knew 27:12 that medical medium information is the 27:15 first to tell everybody 27:16 that the reason why anybody sensitive to 27:19 gluten on 27:20 any level is because it feeds pathogens 27:23 it feeds pathogens 35 years ago 27:26 i was telling everybody stay off of 27:28 wheat stay off the wheat stay off of 27:29 wheat stay off of wheat just constantly 27:30 stay off a wheat wheat 27:32 wheat stay off a week everybody looked 27:33 at me like i just came off of the 27:34 spaceship 27:35 i had 10 heads because it was the most 27:38 craziest bizarre thing anybody's ever 27:41 heard is stay off a wheat so they would 27:43 all go wait a minute whole wheat 27:44 whole wheat whole wheat is good for you 27:46 right did you guys know the health 27:48 movement 27:49 believe that whole wheat was incredible 27:52 for you 27:52 the health movement it was processed 27:56 bread people here's you guys got to keep 27:59 in mind 28:00 the only thing that the health movement 28:03 was worried about 28:04 30 years ago the only thing 28:07 with bread was that it was stripped of 28:09 nutrients 28:11 not that it did any harm it was just 28:14 void of nutrients this is really 28:16 important information right here that's 28:18 the only thing 28:19 the health movement thought about with 28:21 bread 28:22 they didn't they didn't know anything 28:24 about all these different things with 28:25 gluten or anything they just knew 28:27 that bread was processed so that that 28:31 white bread that was squishy was bad for 28:34 you because it was void of nutrients 28:36 that's the only thing the health 28:38 movement knew about it 28:40 and then me came along and i said it's 28:43 the wheat it's the wheat it's the wheat 28:46 it's the gluten it's the wheat it's the 28:47 gluten it's the wheat and they'd be like 28:49 no no it's not 28:50 wheat because we're doing nutrition and 28:53 nutritional wheat 28:55 we're doing the whole grain wheat whole 28:57 grain wheat berries whole grain wheat 28:59 fiber bread 29:00 whole grain wheat germ you guys 29:04 the health movement believed in wheat 29:06 germ lorraine elle says this is true 29:08 they ran out and the whole movement 29:12 believed in wheat germ it didn't matter 29:14 if you were plant-based didn't matter if 29:16 you were vegetarian 29:17 didn't matter if you were the cleanest 29:19 eater the animal protein eater you can 29:21 find 29:22 the entire movement believed wheat germ 29:24 was good for you 29:25 i'm the one that was screaming top the 29:27 top of the mountain tops 29:29 that the gluten and the weed is all bad 29:31 it's all bad 29:32 then everybody hated me for it but took 29:35 years of that work for us to get to this 29:37 point now 29:39 but here's the funny thing even with all 29:42 that i've done 29:43 they still don't know why gluten even 29:45 does anything 29:47 it feeds the bugs i've been saying this 29:49 and what you're going to get out of me 29:50 is consistency going all the way back 29:53 from childhood it's always going to be 29:55 consistency it's not going to be 29:57 non-contradictive and everything that's 29:59 medical medium 30:00 is never proven wrong it only eventually 30:03 gets proven right 30:05 but it never gets proven wrong it's got 30:08 the track record 30:09 medical medium information has never 30:11 been proved wrong once you guys 30:13 never ever been proved wrong once by any 30:16 doctor by any 30:17 by any institution by any sciences 30:20 institution by anywhere it's only been 30:22 proven right 30:23 and a little bit at a time it's proven 30:25 right 30:28 gluten feeds the bugs that are inside of 30:31 us 30:32 so the bugs eat it that's the only 30:35 reason 30:36 why wheat gluten or gluten is bad for 30:40 you 30:41 or problematic because 30:44 narashini and throw info from above 30:46 exactly since i was a child has been 30:48 saying the same thing since i was 30:50 a child all of it it's consistency 30:53 not like the podcast doctors that say 30:55 tomatoes are bad you should see what 30:56 they were saying five years ago 30:58 or two years ago or last year or three 31:01 months ago 31:02 they change but nobody holds them 31:03 accountable for it's like no one's awake 31:05 watching them or listening to them 31:06 because i think 31:07 too they're circulating all these new 31:08 people from all their ads 31:10 so it's almost like a fresh start every 31:12 10 seconds they screw up and they get a 31:13 fresh start 31:14 because they got a million dollars a 31:15 month going into ads did you know that 31:17 do you know that all these guys have a 31:19 million dollars a month going into ads 31:21 to sell all their garbage and everything 31:23 and to get new people on board to hear 31:25 about tomato being bad 31:26 they get a million dollars a month going 31:27 into ads 31:29 it's it's incredible you guys you 31:31 wouldn't even believe it 31:33 you wouldn't even believe it there's a 31:36 difference between anaphylaxis 31:38 shock hives 31:41 there's a difference between that and 31:43 what happens when 31:45 you're getting real food allergies in a 31:47 different way so there's two kinds of 31:49 food allergies the food allergy 31:51 if you get anaphylactic shock that means 31:54 whatever that was like peanut butter 31:58 was in something when it was injected 32:02 into you from the outside of the body 32:05 okay this is why i tell people do not 32:08 get b12 shots 32:10 do not get b12 shots do not get b12 32:13 shots i say this all the time do not get 32:16 b12 shots 32:17 you will eventually get anaphylaxis 32:19 shock 32:20 from your b12 if you've had too many b12 32:23 shots as the years go by 32:25 your body will build an antibody to the 32:27 b12 because it's entering on the outside 32:28 of the body which is through your skin 32:30 on the outside of the body not 32:32 intravenously in your vein but on the 32:34 outside of your body 32:35 and eventually because of that your 32:38 immune system is just gonna be like 32:39 that's an 32:40 enemy that's an enemy because it's 32:41 coming in the wrong way it's not coming 32:43 in through the mouth orally and we're 32:45 going to build an antibody to it and 32:46 when that's going to then that's going 32:48 to depend on how someone's going to 32:50 react to it eventually 32:54 so that's how things work it's like a 32:57 bee sting 32:58 you get stung by a bee the reason why 33:00 the pain is there 33:03 reason why the pain is so bad when 33:05 you're stung by a bee is because 33:08 your body your body is like sending an 33:12 army to that spot and then it swells up 33:16 it swells up because you're not supposed 33:19 to enter things 33:20 and that's that's the skin at least so 33:22 there's a different alarm bells for that 33:25 but when it goes into a needle and 33:28 passes everything and goes into the 33:30 muscle past the derm and now it's a 33:31 whole nother game 33:35 yeah and so people can have people can 33:38 have 33:39 anaphylactic shock with the b stick but 33:42 bee sting 33:43 similar to that because it's coming from 33:44 the outside a lot of people their body 33:46 doesn't like that 33:48 so i tell people it's like with the b12 33:51 shots 33:52 really important antibiotic shots as 33:56 well i tell doctors all the time 33:58 do if you're gonna if you're gonna 33:59 prescribe i tell doctors all the time 34:01 if you're gonna prescribe an antibiotic 34:04 to your patients 34:06 prescribe it orally don't 34:09 do a needle i'm not talking about 34:12 intravenous i'm talking about a needle 34:14 into the arm 34:15 into the butt the butt muscle 34:18 glorio the you know into the glute i'm 34:20 not talking about 34:22 that way right i'm not i'm talking about 34:24 that way not into the 34:25 intravenously so what happens is when 34:28 because 34:28 antibiotics when they're driven into you 34:30 like that by a needle your body's gonna 34:32 they eventually build some type of 34:34 antibody towards an antibiotic and now 34:36 you're not gonna be able to handle 34:38 you're not gonna be able to handle 34:39 penicillin you're gonna be allergic to 34:41 penicillin 34:42 a lot of reasons why people are allergic 34:44 to penicillin is because penicillin was 34:46 injected 34:47 through a needle through their arm or 34:50 through a needle on their behind and 34:53 that's why they become allergic to 34:55 penicillin 34:58 yeah all these things matter if you're 35:01 allergic to shellfish that means somehow 35:03 shellfish entered into your body the 35:06 wrong 35:07 way or a component or a 35:12 compound of shellfish entered into your 35:14 body the wrong way 35:17 somewhere along the line there's there's 35:20 there's 35:21 there's reasons why we have that 35:22 anaphylaxis shock or that serious 35:24 serious hive issue or hives 35:27 too part of it is because their liver is 35:31 all sluggish and stagnant everybody's 35:32 liver is sluggish and stagnant and just 35:34 completely congested with all this 35:36 garbage and junk 35:37 just filled with tons of stuff filled 35:40 with all kinds of things 35:42 and that's where the hive part comes 35:43 into play the hives 35:45 the hives come into play because the 35:47 liver is so stagnant and sluggish and so 35:49 gunked up and when it's that gunked up 35:51 and that's sluggish and not stagnant 35:54 then we get in trouble we get in trouble 35:57 that means all you have to do is start 35:59 exercising a little bit and boom that 36:01 blood rushing through that liver is 36:02 going to bring out all that gunk and now 36:03 you're going to be 36:04 hived up every other day 36:07 you can get hives easily just just 36:09 eating anything because you eat 36:11 something too 36:12 that's flushing the liver a little bit 36:13 you get hives that way too 36:15 the hives are really a difficult one 36:17 sometimes easy to fix once you clean up 36:19 your liver and you get past them for a 36:21 while it's easy to fix 36:22 medical medium style for sure 36:26 constance you caught the live let's 36:27 grind up some cauliflower 36:29 right here let's do this guys so i'm 36:32 making cauliflower and nori's 36:36 making cauliflower rice so on tick tock 36:39 you guys i know you can't see this right 36:41 now but making cauliflower rice i got 36:43 the 36:44 got it over here now you don't want to 36:45 turn it into 36:47 you don't want to make your rice into 36:50 something smaller than rice you know 36:53 i like i like the food processor here we 36:56 go you guys see this on tick tock 36:57 clubhouse i'm making cauliflower rice 36:59 right now 37:01 i'm gonna get a spoon you guys don't 37:03 mind 37:07 just get a tablespoon 37:10 let's do a couple things first is i'm 37:13 going to cut my scallions in half these 37:15 are real fat scallions 37:17 raquel s i'd love to see anthony 37:21 dealing with an actual emergency like a 37:24 doctor can 37:25 that's a funny one to me i'm scratching 37:28 my head on that 37:32 because i had a 24-hour hotline for 37:34 years 37:35 what were you doing when i wasn't 37:36 sleeping for all those years 37:39 you know i mean i'm i'm sure that's like 37:41 that's you know a compliment in your 37:43 and you're being nice about it and 37:44 that's not that's not a insult or 37:46 anything but check this out right 37:48 does this help though with that a little 37:49 bit i had a 24 37:51 hour hotline hardly slept a wink 37:55 you know what my emergency hotline was 37:56 for it was for doctors and their 37:58 patients 38:00 so i had doctors waking me up all night 38:01 long for years 38:03 and years with emergencies with their 38:05 patients 38:07 and that's what my life was like and my 38:09 life 38:10 isn't much better than that now it's 38:12 just a little better where i do sleep 38:14 more 38:15 because you know i'm not i i don't sleep 38:18 as much because i'm working 20 hours a 38:19 day now 38:20 before i was working you know 15 18 38:23 hours a day 38:24 and then up throughout the night with 38:26 calls all the time 38:27 so i had the 24-hour hotline for years 38:32 years you know the beepers do you guys 38:35 know little beepers 38:36 the beavers you'd have on right the 38:39 beavers you'd have on 38:40 they beep yeah i had one of those by my 38:44 bed 38:45 right by my head right there and doctors 38:47 all had the number 38:49 every single night and i still get 38:52 people calling me with emergencies all 38:53 the time 38:54 all the time i do and i still help out 38:58 some people i still i 39:00 do still help out some people some of 39:02 the most powerful people in the world 39:04 because what what the only reason why i 39:06 do that people say well why would you 39:07 help 39:08 some of the most powerful people in the 39:09 world why would you do that 39:12 like what would that matter it's because 39:16 it's a way to also reach more people 39:19 reach more people so we can heal the 39:22 world 39:22 it's critical that there's some 39:24 something like that 39:26 you know out there i don't i don't have 39:28 pr 39:29 and marketing i don't i'm not like the 39:31 podcast doctors they spend 500 000 a 39:33 month a million dollars a month 39:35 so people can listen to podcasts and buy 39:37 their products i don't have that going 39:38 on 39:40 so none of that happens here so that's 39:42 critical to know 39:44 and so you know my reach even though 39:47 millions of books have gotten out there 39:48 thank god because of the publisher 39:50 millions of books have gotten out there 39:51 in the world and have been the number 39:53 one health 39:54 author for six years running even with 39:56 all that 39:57 still i don't hire all the pr and 39:59 marketing and all that stuff 40:00 to do the reach so i do help out some of 40:03 the most powerful people in the world 40:04 though 40:05 because i've been helping them out for 40:07 30 years 40:08 um yes does yes does help doctors 40:12 i met a doctor who consulted with aw and 40:15 this is totally true 40:16 in case you're here to doubt and be an 40:19 ass 40:20 angela thanks i appreciate it 40:24 and so yeah so how does aw handle 40:26 emergencies 40:28 well give you kind of a window what the 40:30 hotline used to be 40:31 okay let me go back a little earlier 40:34 real 40:34 real quick too which is important if you 40:36 guys want a window okay 40:38 let's go back to 19 to say any of 1993 40:42 i'd say 40:43 there's a knock on my door it's two 40:46 o'clock in the morning 40:47 and a mom is holding a baby with a fever 40:49 of 105. 40:51 how about that happened on a regular 40:53 basis 40:56 so how does aw handle emergencies okay 40:59 the hotline rings 41:00 and beeps and someone's in the hospital 41:05 and the doctors don't know if they're 41:06 about to do an appendicitis for 41:08 you know if they're the appendix removal 41:10 because of an appendicitis issue 41:12 right or it's severe food poisoning and 41:15 i have to talk to the doctor to give the 41:16 decision to the doctors the doctor can 41:18 make a decision for the surgeon 41:21 how about that for emergencies and it's 41:23 a four-year-old 41:25 all the time this happened all the time 41:28 i worked with doctors all the time and 41:30 that happened so how does 41:32 aw do it 41:37 okay so we're looking good here 41:40 so what i'm going to do is i think i'm 41:42 going to go with 41:43 some lime in these so i don't know how 41:46 you guys feel but these normals 41:49 i'm gonna go with some lime so what i do 41:51 is i wet 41:52 the sheet like this 41:57 with a little bit of lime juice right 42:00 and now i'm going to put some 42:02 cauliflower rice in here look at that 42:04 this is a raw cauliflower rice it's it's 42:07 a raw meal 42:08 it's light it's delicious now i don't 42:11 want to put 42:12 too much i just put too much rice in 42:14 there 42:15 right so this one's gonna be a fat one 42:17 and i don't i don't like sometimes when 42:19 the rolls are that fat 42:20 i cut some scallions up so that they're 42:22 not too crazy i'm gonna put one across 42:24 here one across here what do you guys 42:26 think 42:28 how's this look right i love these green 42:32 scallions these green onions i love them 42:34 when they're like this 42:36 let's do this now let's get a little bit 42:39 of dulce in here now the dulce isn't 42:41 moist 42:42 so what i'm gonna do is i'm gonna run a 42:45 little bit of water in here 42:47 like this a little touch of water and 42:49 i'm gonna moisten 42:51 the dolls okay 42:55 not get it too wet not get it too crazy 42:57 wet 42:58 so that's a goal i love when i have wild 43:00 foods 43:01 in my in my dish whenever you have a 43:05 wild food in here it's like hey 43:07 that's a big deal remember that 43:11 okay so let's get a little dulce in here 43:13 you don't need a lot 43:16 just a little bit that that might be 43:18 probably a lot for somebody 43:20 i'm gonna be like whoa that's a lot of 43:21 dull boy does it taste good let's cut a 43:23 tomato 43:24 okay just so you know the medical medium 43:27 book one new edition is 17.39 43:31 it's 51 off i think it's something like 43:34 that 53 43:35 off actually 53 off it's a new edition 43:38 it's a medical textbook 43:40 it's already saved countless lives 43:41 around the world fact 43:43 it's known to it's an incredible book 43:46 and it's packed with information you 43:49 guys should take advantage of the sale 43:50 or get a free the library 43:52 amazon controls the prices not me 43:56 so let's put a little tomato 43:59 in here so i'm slicing up some tomato 44:01 right here 44:02 okay should i be afraid of this tomato 44:06 so what you guys so some of you guys are 44:08 telling me i should be afraid of it 44:11 don't be afraid of a tomato 44:15 there's pandemic information in this 44:17 book by the way 44:18 pandemic information in this book it's 44:21 mind-blowing 44:22 and it's the original information it was 44:25 taken originally it's published here 44:26 first but was taken here and used 44:28 recently 44:29 by a couple different doctors so they 44:30 took it from medical medium didn't cite 44:32 back medical medium and they're 44:34 using my pandemic information that was 44:35 published first isn't that incredible 44:37 though when you think about that 44:39 what do you think about that you know 44:42 discrimination 44:43 there's a lot of doctors that do cite me 44:45 all the time and there's doctors that 44:47 use the medical mean books in their 44:48 practices 44:49 but when you don't cite me it's just 44:50 it's just spiritual discrimination it's 44:52 also 44:53 greed because you're so hungry for new 44:55 thought and new ideas 44:57 so hungry that you think you can rob and 44:59 steal 45:01 and then you know because you get this 45:03 just they're so hungry for 45:05 new stuff so just take it from the mm 45:08 and don't 45:08 cite them it's just like who does who 45:10 would do that right 45:12 talk about integrity let's put a little 45:14 bit of cilantro in here 45:17 check this out you guys cilantro's a 45:20 leafy green 45:22 it's an herb but use it as a leafy green 45:26 okay now i'm going to add a little spice 45:28 to this the spice isn't raw 45:31 it's it's obviously not it's spice right 45:36 so what's the name of the celery juicer 45:37 again i saw in tik tok 45:39 it's the mm 900 hds 45:43 that's the one that rocks that's the one 45:46 that squeeze out every last bit of juice 45:49 that's the machine is just awesome it 45:50 pays for itself just love it you see how 45:52 dry the pulp comes out it's it's 45:54 incredible 45:55 there's ones that look like it but it's 45:56 got to be the mm-900 hds 45:58 the celery juicer machine if you see bad 46:00 reviews 46:02 on mine but nobody else is it's troll 46:04 attacks that's all i get 46:06 all day long it's just trolls attack 46:08 trolls attack trolls attack 46:10 um yeah so anyway put a little spare 46:13 a little bit severely in a little bit of 46:14 paprika i don't know 46:16 paprika is good 46:20 yeah yeah i caught that i caught that a 46:23 little bit of 46:23 cumin powder right i'm tapping it 46:25 lightly because i don't want a ton of it 46:27 on here 46:27 so i'm giving you like a light tap right 46:31 okay a little bit of garlic powder in 46:34 here too 46:35 you're welcome on tick tock a little 46:38 garlic powder 46:42 everyone is saying it's awesome right 46:44 you know everybody's saying it's awesome 46:45 the juicer is incredible 46:46 the juicer's incredible 46:50 i just love it love it 46:53 really do really do so i put some 46:55 paprika on there a little bit of garlic 46:57 powder 46:57 i got some chili powder too but you know 46:59 i'm gonna hold that one back 47:01 because i'm gonna make a quick sauce and 47:04 the sauce is gonna have 47:05 these hot peppers in there some garlic 47:07 in there too 47:08 bear with me guys i'm gonna roll this up 47:10 if you guys are okay about this 47:13 so if you're not so sick you can play 47:17 around 47:18 in frog land you can play around in frog 47:21 land 47:23 there's a ton of frauds out there tons 47:24 of them you can play in that land all 47:26 day long you can do your fish oil and 47:28 your 47:28 charcoal and you can do your you know 47:31 your 47:31 oil pulling and waste 20 minutes every 47:33 single day doing your oil pulling 47:35 which encapsulates the bacteria in your 47:37 teeth and gums which is disastrous you 47:39 can 47:39 play around in fraud land do your 47:41 kombucha tea which turns your blood into 47:43 acid 47:44 fraud land you can play around with 47:46 fraud land all you want if you're not so 47:48 sick 47:48 you'll probably improve because you'll 47:50 actually be cleaning up stuff not eating 47:52 junk food anymore 47:53 not eating fast food anymore you can be 47:56 putting your cacao in your shakes 47:58 fraud land again drug dealers want you 48:00 to put cacao in your shakes 48:01 like you can play if you're not so sick 48:03 or not sick you get sick 48:05 you gotta learn the details matter you 48:08 gotta learn 48:09 you gotta learn all right that's a 48:11 beautiful nori roll right there let me 48:12 put it put it aside for now 48:15 let's make another one let's do it again 48:18 so i'm gonna put instead of lime 48:21 as the juicing this up i'm gonna put a 48:24 little bit of tomato 48:26 juice on here from the fresh tomato 48:28 check that out 48:29 let's get some more cauliflower let's 48:32 make another one 48:35 don't use too much cauliflower rice you 48:37 don't need to use that much rice because 48:38 we're putting a lot of other stuff in 48:40 here keep that in mind 48:42 real sushi 48:46 everybody thinks they they're so proud 48:48 of themselves when they do the sushi out 48:50 there right 48:52 so everybody thinks they're so so proud 48:54 of themselves i see it all the time 48:58 so when you do your real sushi you got 49:01 your 49:02 tuna right it's your rice your tuna 49:06 you got all of that there you got your 49:08 wasabi 49:09 got your pickled ginger so you got your 49:12 little plate you got your sushi plate 49:14 right 49:14 so people are taught right now to think 49:17 that's eating healthy 49:18 and you'll see people out there like i 49:20 had sushi i eat sushi three times a week 49:22 that's really healthy 49:24 but sushi's not healthy so what happens 49:28 is with sushi 49:29 is you get all that mercury you got that 49:31 and you got all that vinegar and you got 49:33 all that bad sugar and you got all the 49:34 dioxins 49:35 so when you put that all together this 49:38 is not a health food this is disastrous 49:40 but when you're not so sick you can play 49:42 in sushi land i guess all you want until 49:43 you get food poisoning 49:45 eating you know your sushi one day and 49:47 you're barfing for three days 49:50 and you're just sick but what happens is 49:53 the people don't realize it but here's 49:55 another mistake it's like sushi so but 49:56 people are taught that it must be 49:58 healthy it's a healthy 49:59 alternative you know and here's what's a 50:02 funny thing hey i don't get 50:03 i hear this all the time i don't get the 50:05 traditional sushi at the sushi bar 50:07 i get the vegan vegetarian sushi they 50:10 don't use any fish 50:12 in there they put avocado in there they 50:14 put all this 50:15 cool stuff they put watercress in there 50:17 it's all vinegar 50:19 it's all vinegar just turning your blood 50:21 into acid 50:22 that's what it is it's all vinegar 50:25 so i just put some rice in here 50:27 cauliflower rice this is great 50:29 let's cut another scallion because these 50:31 are so fat 50:32 these are really big scallions they're 50:34 thick so i'm going to flip it like this 50:36 one on that side right here one on this 50:38 side check that out you guys 50:40 okay all right let's put a little bit 50:43 more adults in here 50:44 look at that 50:48 isn't that great little dolls right 50:49 across the 50:51 the back of that this is fun today 50:55 but you can play in the fraud land is 50:57 what i call it 50:58 it's what i call it you can be doing 51:00 your fish oil your corella you can do 51:02 your diatomaceous earth particles which 51:04 should just kill you 51:05 stuff is so bad for you all this you can 51:08 do your corella i think i said that over 51:10 and over again you can do 51:12 you can do your colostrum your collagen 51:16 which is just 51:16 it's fraud land it's all fraudulent 51:19 stuff 51:21 and there's more more i mean i'm just 51:23 naming the few basics 51:25 right there's tons of do your protein 51:27 powders which has all this msg in it all 51:29 this garbage and msg 51:31 fraud land again 51:34 but you know what keeps all the stuff 51:35 around you know why medical medium can't 51:37 crush this stuff 51:38 he tries but he can't crush it third 51:41 person 51:42 you know why is because they're putting 51:44 millions of dollars of ads out on all 51:46 this stuff 51:47 over and over and over again and as 51:50 people get a little sick 51:51 not so sick not so crazy sick they're 51:54 just jumping into it 51:57 fermented foods are not a health food i 51:59 hate to break it 52:00 to you guys it's not a health food it 52:04 was never a health food it was a 52:05 survival food 52:06 and if i was if this was 2 000 years ago 52:09 when i was in china 52:10 you better believe i would take 52:11 everything out of my garden 52:13 before the before the freeze came 52:16 and i would throw it into a big vat a 52:19 big 52:20 ceramic clay vat shut the lid on it 52:24 and let it turn to mush that's what 52:27 that's and let it ferment 52:28 you know why they did that they had no 52:30 refrigeration no freezers they had no 52:32 food stuff and they had nobody 52:33 no food stores you right when the season 52:36 ended 52:37 you live or die that's what it was like 52:40 everywhere around the world not just 52:41 china 52:42 everywhere around the world that's what 52:44 it was like 52:46 but we always say it's ancient it's it's 52:49 a health food no it wasn't it was like 52:50 live or die 52:52 so that's what they did they took all 52:53 their fresh food by the end of the year 52:55 that they had left and they stuck it in 52:58 massive vats because guess what 53:00 you would eat that fermented slop all 53:02 winter long because it was the only way 53:03 to stay alive until spring until you can 53:05 get your new crops going 53:06 it was a survival mechanism it wasn't a 53:09 health food 53:11 it was putrified and the bacteria that's 53:13 involved with fermented food is 53:15 is bacteria that lives on death 53:19 did you know that all the bacteria 53:20 that's on fermented food isn't the kind 53:22 your body normally has or naturally has 53:24 it all 53:24 did you know the good bacteria inside 53:26 our body has nothing to do with any of 53:27 that fermented stuff that's not the back 53:29 the bacteria in fermented foods bacteria 53:30 that comes when something dies 53:32 when an animal dies in the woods it gets 53:34 engulfed by bacteria 53:35 bacteria of death 53:39 if you want to ferment a vegetable or 53:41 anything ferment anything or ferment 53:43 fish or ferment anything 53:44 you what happens is it's bacteria that 53:47 rides on death 53:50 right so when they do hanging meats this 53:54 is medical medium info so you know when 53:55 they do hanging meats 53:57 when they hang meat what is what is the 53:59 ham they hang 54:01 is the pork they hang right was it 54:03 pancetta or is it something else what is 54:05 it you guys i can't remember 54:06 you hang you hang meat and you age it 54:10 the bacteria on that meat got bacteria 54:13 that's death but none of this bacteria 54:17 that's on death of any kind 54:18 bacteria on kimchi is death none of that 54:21 bacteria 54:22 is naturally inside our bodies ever so 54:25 when you eat that fermented food you 54:27 think that's camping out 54:28 that bacteria doesn't camp out inside of 54:30 you that's all bacteria that dies from 54:32 your hcl your hcl just kills it fast 54:35 because it's 54:36 the wrong kind the wrong kind 54:43 i know you guys right i'm told every day 54:45 why don't you make programs disappear 54:47 for a year 54:48 show up again make programs sell them 54:50 for three thousand dollars a piece the 54:51 amount of information you give for free 54:52 is endless 54:53 endless and no one even has information 54:55 to give you like that so 54:57 and they're just stealing your 54:57 information and charging everybody for 54:59 it anyway 55:00 all the potty has doctors everybody else 55:01 they're all stealing your information 55:02 and charging for it 55:04 everybody's stealing medical medium 55:05 information and charging for it why 55:06 don't you do the 3 000 55:08 programs you can be rich in no time 55:10 you'll be all 55:11 everything will be great and people will 55:12 wait for it and they'll want to do it 55:14 because 55:14 they will you'll get just you know 55:16 plenty of people 55:19 i can't do that to you guys i can't 55:23 let's put a little tomato on here 55:32 so 55:35 derek says derek amber says my 55:37 autoimmune doctor told me to get rid of 55:40 eggs because i have ebv 55:42 do you agree derek 55:45 that's medical medium information didn't 55:47 he cite me 55:52 so he didn't say medical medium that's 55:54 medical medium published information 55:57 my autoimmune doctor told me to get rid 55:59 of eggs because i have ebv do you agree 56:03 well look i agree with your doctor's 56:08 advice your that's your doctor giving 56:10 you advice 56:12 so i i can't give you advice like that 56:14 because your doctors he's giving he's 56:15 your doctor he's giving you advice 56:18 right and but i can tell you 56:22 that that advice he's giving is medical 56:24 medium information 56:26 that's what that is it's medical medium 56:28 information 56:29 and pretty cool but uncool 56:32 uncool ask him where he got it he might 56:35 not have gotten it for a medical meeting 56:36 he might have gotten it from another 56:37 doctor that got it for medical mediums 56:39 i'm gonna roll this up but first of all 56:43 epstein-barr feeds off of eggs there's 56:46 no scientific study that shows that 56:48 so your doctor's not using science on 56:49 any level so your doctor is not using a 56:52 scientific study he's not using a study 56:54 from the mayo clinic or 56:56 study from john hopkins he's not using a 56:58 study stolen kettering he's not using a 57:00 study from anywhere 57:02 he's not the cleveland clinic there's no 57:03 study there's no study anywhere he's 57:05 using medical media published 57:06 information it's only place that comes 57:08 from this 57:08 and there's no scientific study for it 57:10 at all eggs 57:12 feed viruses viruses such as 57:14 epstein-barr the epstein-barr feeds off 57:16 of eggs 57:17 that is mm-info 57:21 i'm honored you're here by the way 57:25 epstein-barr being a problem with any 57:27 kind of autoimmune is medical medium 57:29 information not just the egg part 57:31 so what i suggest is you show the doctor 57:35 this book 57:35 bring the doctor this book and tell them 57:37 where it all stems from 57:39 published here first medical medium new 57:41 edition 57:42 revised expanded it was published in the 57:44 original medical medium book 57:46 so i would advise you bring the book to 57:47 your doctor and you tell them a medium 57:49 came out that information and it's not a 57:51 scientific study 57:54 that's what i would do the other thing 57:56 too the other the other thing too 57:58 okay is that autoimmune in general 58:02 and problems with autoimmune caused by 58:04 epstein-barr is medical medium-published 58:06 information as well 58:08 there's layers of just mm info all in 58:10 that wrapped up in there 58:12 so we got two nice no re rolls let's 58:14 make a sauce 58:15 let's do that 58:22 you think i would be happy about it but 58:25 how's someone get going to get the 58:27 complete story and all the details that 58:28 matter so they can heal their ebv 58:31 when they're only they're only throwing 58:33 out tidbits that come from medical 58:35 medium 58:35 the sighting's critical so you can get 58:37 the full story so you can heal 58:39 but i guess that doesn't matter if a mom 58:41 out there is sick with epstein-barr 58:42 doesn't get the full story she's just 58:44 debilitatingly sick she's disabled she's 58:47 in bed now she can't feed her kids 58:48 anymore she loses her job her husband's 58:50 doing everything 58:51 he's freaking out he's he's just you 58:54 know can't handle it anymore 58:56 the family's falling apart the little 58:57 kids are being wounded forever because 58:59 of it 59:00 and the doctor doesn't want to give that 59:03 mom 59:04 where all the information comes from so 59:06 she can actually heal her epstein-barr 59:08 get her life together instead they'll 59:09 give her fragments and then 59:10 offer fish oil and some corella and some 59:13 other things too 59:14 which aren't medical medium and she'll 59:16 stay sick and the kids will be miserable 59:18 the family would be miserable and that's 59:19 where it goes now do you see why 59:21 sighting is so important or did i just 59:22 did i miss 59:23 did i miss something there or is 59:24 exciting important 59:28 okay let's make a quick sauce i gotta 59:30 grab a bowl and that's what i'm gonna do 59:32 right now 59:35 let's get a bowl right here let's do a 59:38 sauce first things first i think i'm 59:40 gonna do an orange 59:42 right let's squeeze some oranges right 59:44 here 59:46 so i'm going to squeeze some laundry 59:47 with my hand 59:50 honored you guys are here today 59:57 truly live on facebook live on 1:00:00 youtube live on tick tock it's great 1:00:18 please tell me when where can i find 1:00:20 many 1:00:21 uh meditations at full moon 1:00:24 so georgina go to medical meeting 1:00:26 podcast at apple podcast 1:00:28 it's a medical medium podcast apple 1:00:29 podcast you can you can get the 1:00:32 meditations there there's a moon 1:00:33 meditation at medical meeting podcasted 1:00:35 apple podcast 1:00:36 the link is in the description check it 1:00:38 out you'll find it 1:00:46 so i'm making a sauce i'm going to use 1:00:47 orange what would you 1:00:50 are you guys cool if i use honey are you 1:00:52 all right from honey if you're if you're 1:00:53 into the whole thing where honey's bad 1:00:55 if you're a vegan or plant-based or you 1:00:57 can't eat consume 1:00:58 honey you know what's really crazy is 1:01:00 you get the vegans and plant-based 1:01:02 people who are 1:01:02 really die-hard vegan right and i 1:01:04 totally respect that totally but what 1:01:06 happens is 1:01:06 they get their teeth starts falling 1:01:08 apart because they don't know 1:01:10 other things they need and something 1:01:12 goes wrong or they get their first 1:01:14 symptoms or they get symptoms again 1:01:15 after being vegan for a while and they 1:01:17 freak out and here they were the person 1:01:18 saying i can't have honey 1:01:20 because it's from a bee and now they're 1:01:21 eating eggs again because they because 1:01:23 they've they freaked out and now they're 1:01:25 eating eggs and dairy and raw dairy and 1:01:27 eggs 1:01:27 happens all the time meanwhile for the 1:01:29 first two years of being a vegan they 1:01:30 were ripping everybody apart for eating 1:01:32 honey 1:01:32 if you're a vegan eating honey if you're 1:01:34 a vegan the next thing you know now 1:01:35 they're eating eggs because they got 1:01:37 sick 1:01:42 here's the thing about if you're 1:01:45 plant-based 1:01:47 why i think it's okay for you to eat 1:01:48 honey and you don't have to you can 1:01:50 totally just do maple syrup i like maple 1:01:52 syrup too but honey 1:01:56 honey is it first of all a bee is not an 1:01:58 animal 1:02:00 critical to know a bee is not an animal 1:02:02 it's one thing that's very important so 1:02:04 i'm making a sauce 1:02:10 a bee is an insect and a bee doesn't 1:02:13 have a soul 1:02:15 the all bees on the planet at once have 1:02:18 a collective soul i know that's 1:02:20 that for some people i get it you know 1:02:22 some people that might be a little too 1:02:24 much for them and they're like oh how 1:02:25 can that be how's that possible like 1:02:27 you know but that's what it is it's all 1:02:30 bees have 1:02:31 one soul lot of insects have 1:02:35 one soul there's not an individual 1:02:39 soul per ant there's 1:02:42 the soul of all ant 1:02:46 all ants kind instead of humankind all 1:02:50 ant kind 1:02:50 there's a soul for all the ants 1:02:54 you can stomp out all like lots of ants 1:02:58 can stomp them out they're still gonna 1:03:00 have that one soul right 1:03:02 it's different but a deer 1:03:06 has an individual soul i know this might 1:03:08 be a little too much for a lot of you 1:03:09 guys i get it 1:03:10 it's very spiritual some of you guys are 1:03:12 like you know with that stuff it's just 1:03:14 like you want to see the cooking or 1:03:15 something and 1:03:16 you don't want to go there a lot of you 1:03:17 guys are really spiritual here of course 1:03:19 i know that 1:03:20 um okay so i got that in there 1:03:24 let's put a little honey too making a 1:03:27 nice sauce here now i'm gonna make this 1:03:28 one hot 1:03:30 let's throw a pepper in here let's do 1:03:32 that this is a sweet hot pepper 1:03:38 i'm not even going to dice it up 1:03:41 it's going to do its thing just being in 1:03:44 like little circles in here 1:03:45 on tick tock you can see that right 1:03:47 let's see if you can see this down low 1:03:48 on youtube you see that there you go 1:03:51 i think you can see it so let's put a 1:03:54 little garlic in here too 1:03:55 you don't need a lot of garlic 1:03:59 i love garlic and i i do use a lot of it 1:04:02 for 1:04:02 you know many times but this i'm gonna 1:04:04 not have this thing be so crazy 1:04:07 i'm gonna just chop mince up one clove 1:04:09 of garlic for the sauce 1:04:12 boom and then i'm going to mix it up 1:04:16 with a fork 1:04:17 [Music] 1:04:20 i'm honored you guys are here truly it's 1:04:22 just 1:04:23 we're in the medical medium kitchen it's 1:04:26 really fun 1:04:28 we're talking some cool stuff right 1:04:31 talking some cool stuff and i always say 1:04:33 to you guys look 1:04:35 the information saves lives you don't 1:04:37 have to like me 1:04:39 i was talking to a scholar the other day 1:04:42 his wife is 1:04:43 sick he's a huge scholar i've known him 1:04:47 for years 1:04:49 and he said you know it's funny how you 1:04:51 say things like cool 1:04:52 and awesome and stuff i go yeah yeah 1:04:57 says you know we don't talk like that at 1:04:58 the university 1:05:00 we just we're just you know and 1:05:04 and he goes but yet you have the 1:05:05 information so that my wife can get a 1:05:08 life back 1:05:09 aw we're honored you show up for us over 1:05:11 and over and over again 1:05:13 kat thank you for showing up here are 1:05:15 you kidding 1:05:16 thank you okay so i think this sauce 1:05:19 might be together got the orange in here 1:05:22 i got the hot pepper the garlic and the 1:05:24 honey it's a simple one 1:05:26 it's a basic one so let's cut up these 1:05:28 two nori rolls 1:05:32 now you guys have probably seen me do 1:05:34 before sometimes i'll cut i'll have like 1:05:36 six of these in a row and i'll i'll cut 1:05:38 them on the board six in a row 1:05:40 so i'm going to do just two now i'm not 1:05:43 cutting real large pieces 1:05:45 i'm cutting kind of 1:05:49 i'd say three quarters of an inch 1:05:52 is what i'm doing maybe yeah maybe three 1:05:55 quarters of an inch 1:05:56 somewhere around there right so i'm 1:05:58 doing just doing that one's gonna cut it 1:06:00 close over here so let me just do this 1:06:04 i think i butchered one okay let me get 1:06:06 a little plate out 1:06:07 if you guys are cool with that 1:06:12 let's plate these up 1:06:16 now what happens if you don't cut good 1:06:17 enough of course the uh 1:06:19 nori is going to be connected it's going 1:06:21 to be a hassle right 1:06:22 so i'm going to put these ends in the 1:06:25 middle 1:06:26 that's what i'm going to do 1:06:31 doing a sloppy job 1:06:36 did that one even make it there putting 1:06:38 the ends in the middle let me put these 1:06:39 all around the edge here 1:06:41 i'll show you guys 1:06:45 hey there's no rules there's no rules 1:06:48 with this 1:06:48 have some fun these are coming out 1:06:51 really good 1:06:55 one fell apart i was 1:06:58 overzealous 1:07:01 that was overzealous when i was cutting 1:07:03 them i was trying to be a little bit of 1:07:05 a hot shot right there right 1:07:06 cutting them too fast 1:07:10 being sloppy there they go right there 1:07:13 check it out 1:07:14 those are the raw cauliflower nori rolls 1:07:16 right there and there's dipping sauce 1:07:18 here 1:07:18 now i'm kind of curious about this 1:07:20 dipping sauce i don't know 1:07:22 how hot this pepper is really going to 1:07:24 be but let me just pop one in 1:07:27 right here 1:07:37 amazing tara appleman good to see you 1:07:42 amazing 1:07:46 you guys that's so good it's ridiculous 1:07:49 you know what i'm psyched about 1:07:52 i'm heading off to ig right now i'm 1:07:55 gonna turn tik tok back on and i'm gonna 1:07:57 turn clubhouse back on 1:07:58 i'm gonna make another round i'm pumped 1:08:01 maybe i can find something else to put 1:08:02 in here 1:08:04 um anyway you guys yum yum right pretty 1:08:07 incredible 1:08:09 it looks great it's so healthy for you i 1:08:11 mean if you really think about like 1:08:12 what's in here i'm just letting you guys 1:08:13 know if you think about what's in here 1:08:16 okay you got anti-viral foods there's a 1:08:18 sulfur compound in cauliflower 1:08:20 that helps to stomp out viruses in your 1:08:23 thyroid 1:08:24 it's the opposite if you want to talk 1:08:26 about one more silly thing real quick 1:08:28 what about the goitrogen stuff right 1:08:30 stay away from the kale and stay away 1:08:32 from the cauliflower if you have a 1:08:33 thyroid issue stay away from broccoli 1:08:35 that's misinformation terrible 1:08:36 misinformation another reason why 1:08:38 people don't heal your thyroid 1:08:40 desperately needs 1:08:42 the cris cruciferous 1:08:45 family it needs that it needs 1:08:47 cruciferous it's critical that you have 1:08:50 that 1:08:50 that's a sulfur compound that you need 1:08:54 it's so important so that's what 1:08:56 saturates into the thyroid 1:08:57 nodules tumors cysts thyroid cancer 1:09:01 hypothyroidism hyperthyroidism graves 1:09:05 hashimoto's thyroiditis all of those is 1:09:08 because of epstein-barr viruses 1:09:10 inside the thyroid and in order to help 1:09:13 you need some broccoli you need some 1:09:15 cauliflower you need these things it's 1:09:17 really important 1:09:18 important enough and then you got the 1:09:20 dolls in there which is 1:09:22 so highly mineralized so highly 1:09:25 mineralized 1:09:26 and it helps to take out toxic heavy 1:09:28 metals out of the intestinal tract which 1:09:30 is cool you got your cilantro 1:09:32 which is a leafy green alkalizing but 1:09:34 more than that trace mineral salts in 1:09:36 that too 1:09:36 plus chemical compounds to help with 1:09:38 your immune system and build your immune 1:09:40 system 1:09:41 yeah and all of this 1:09:46 so 1:09:50 so i see somebody teemo
