these are frozen peas that's what they 0:35 are okay got the pan going i'm gonna get 0:37 pan a little hot they were talking about 0:38 overeating by the way 0:40 talk about emotions emotions with food 0:43 talking even a little bit about 0:44 how it works when you're trying to eat 0:46 healthier and you're around family and 0:48 friends and how 0:49 hard that is i want to mention that 0:50 again a little bit so we'll talk about 0:52 that too and why do we 0:54 overeat why do we feel like we have to 0:57 overeat how come we're so 0:59 hungry so many people are so hungry 1:01 stress plays a role i'm going to talk 1:03 about the adrenals a little bit i got 1:04 some adrenals right in front of me right 1:06 here 1:06 got some kidneys too stress plays a role 1:10 with that 1:11 and it can get us mixed into a whole 1:14 bunch of eating disorder talk 1:16 and eating disorder issues we feel like 1:17 we have eating disorders or 1:19 we feel like we're struggling with our 1:21 foods people don't understand this 1:23 people don't get it and i mean there's 1:25 so many different places it all goes 1:27 so we're talking about some cool stuff 1:28 good to see you guys coming on 1:30 excited guys i'm making a mashed potato with 1:42 some peas 1:44 and it's a simple dish you can throw 1:46 spices in there if you want you can do 1:47 that you can throw onion powder in there 1:49 you can throw garlic powder in there you 1:52 can throw a little garlic in there too 1:53 if you really want i'm keeping it real 1:55 simple 1:56 to show that that you know for other 1:58 people who are sensitive garlic or 1:59 sensitive with onion or something that 2:01 they can have it's so 2:02 simple how cool is that it'll be fun 2:05 though it really will be and it'll taste 2:06 good too 2:07 and if you really wanted to add a little 2:09 bit of sea salt or 2:11 a little bit of a high quality salt 2:13 because you're doing salt anyway 2:14 because i realize i can't get people off 2:17 of salt 2:18 if i want to get them off of salt that i 2:20 can't get a lot of people off of it 2:22 it's like salt salt salt on everything 2:24 salt and all the food 2:25 lorraine l good to see you uh lot of fruit i can only eat a 4:52 little bit of fruit because i don't want 4:53 to have so much and they don't realize 4:54 they can have more fruit 4:56 like what i do i'll have three or four 4:58 mangoes 4:59 uh in the morning i'll you know mid 5:01 morning i'll have three or four mangoes 5:03 and a friend of mine a friend of mine 5:04 told me how can you eat three mangoes 5:06 like what are you what are you doing 5:07 like three mangoes isn't that too many 5:09 calories i'm like are you kidding 5:11 how many calories you're eating and and 5:14 what you're doing you're eating all 5:15 kinds of abominations when you go out to 5:17 restaurants 5:18 when you're doing this and that i'm just 5:20 eating three mangoes you know 5:23 yeah lorraine lots of interesting 5:24 conversations truly but 5:26 but i gotta tell you you really hands 5:29 down and know the information i know 5:30 many of you guys do 5:32 dr fon another expert medical medium 5:35 information 5:36 good to see you it's your parents maybe 6:01 it's family maybe siblings maybe it's 6:03 friends 6:04 someone's putting pressure or you've got 6:06 a busy schedule like 6:07 how am i going to get this done how am i 6:09 going to get that done i'm overwhelmed i 6:10 got to make this phone call i got to do 6:12 this 6:13 how am i going to survive what am i 6:14 doing in my life and you know whatever 6:16 is happening 6:17 it's it overheats the brain boom 6:20 electricity is going on electricity is 6:21 going on right 6:23 and now now some other stuff happens too 6:29 electricity is pumping through your head 6:31 so what happens 6:32 and your adrenals start pumping 6:36 brain starts overheating adrenals start 6:38 cranking 6:39 brain starts overheating adrenals start 6:41 cranking that's what happens right there 6:42 to everybody 6:43 okay and then here comes the food here 6:46 comes the food maybe 6:48 maybe you're somebody avoiding the food 6:50 maybe you're you're doing the caffeine 6:52 you're 6:52 you're cranking the chocolate the matcha 6:54 tea maybe you're cranking the coffee 6:55 espressos and you're trying to 6:57 avoid the inevitable you're trying to 7:00 avoid 7:01 you know eating and then when you do eat 7:03 at the end of the day 7:04 it's a whole bunch of stuff and so we're 7:07 gonna talk about glucose mineral salts 7:08 how that's missing 7:10 uh how why we get so hungry in our 7:13 brain because that's where the hunger's 7:16 really really stemming from 7:18 it's from the brain liver too it's 7:21 another one i'll cover that a little bit 7:22 so let me just get going with the food 7:24 too 7:24 a little bit so good 7:28 good that you guys are coming on what 7:31 happens to 7:31 almost everybody is insulin resistance 7:36 is stopping sugar from getting to your 7:39 brain 7:40 right there so that's happening to 7:42 everybody really so 7:44 you got glucose right so 7:48 okay you guys got the glucose 7:51 so everything you eat that's a 7:52 carbohydrate you eat some fruit you have 7:54 some 7:55 whatever you have like potato fruit if 7:58 you have something else that's sweet 8:00 right whatever it is that glucose is how 8:03 your brain functions 8:04 right there it's that glucose glucose 8:06 has to get to your brain 8:08 it's hard to get to the brain when all 8:10 this fats in the way so when you're 8:12 eating all this fat 8:14 it's hard to get the glucose to your 8:16 brain 8:17 the fat stops the glucose from getting 8:19 to your brain 8:21 that's what happens you get the insulin 8:23 resistance 8:24 your cells want to take in that sugar 8:27 but the fats in the way that's how it 8:30 works 8:31 so you're gonna inevitably overeat 8:33 because your brain is gonna be starving 8:35 chris good to see you 8:36 yeah mangoes you know i'll do two here's an important thing to understand 9:47 right we're told that the brain needs 9:48 fat 9:49 that's misinformation the brain needs 9:52 sugar in five seconds if your brain 9:56 doesn't get 9:57 glucose sugar in five 10:00 seconds it starts to die 10:04 you will die if your brain doesn't get 10:07 sugar in time 10:08 did you know that did you guys know that 10:11 very important to know okay 10:12 so let's cover that a little bit now why 10:15 is there so much misinformation out 10:16 there 10:18 it's really sad because no one knows why 10:20 anybody's sick so then if no one knows 10:22 why 10:23 no one's sick no one knows what causes 10:24 chronic illness no one knows why people 10:26 are suffering and struggling and you 10:27 learn that 10:28 when you get sick you learn that fast 10:32 you learn that when you don't get better 10:35 better 10:35 and you just keep on spiraling in 10:37 sickness and you've been to your 10th 10:39 functional medicine doctor and your 10th 10:41 specialist 10:42 and your 10th neurologist and you can't 10:44 get better 10:45 and you realize nobody knows why 10:47 anybody's sick and no one really they're 10:49 all just it's all guessing games okay 10:51 and what happens is if your brain 10:55 doesn't get sugar in under 10 seconds 10:59 it starts to die guess what 11:03 if your brain doesn't get fat within 10 11:05 seconds 11:07 it starts to heal it starts to heal 11:12 interesting interesting okay 11:15 think about how important that is if 11:17 your brain doesn't get sugar 11:19 within 10 seconds it starts to die 11:24 really important information really 11:26 really is 11:29 get a little seam in this pan try to 11:31 cool this pan off a little bit too 11:33 have that baby pump in okay 11:36 your brain is made out of come from about your brain 12:20 needs fat 12:21 it was a theory to sell 12:25 products fat-based it was a trend 12:29 a trend so it's like well your brain 12:31 needs fat because there's fat in your 12:33 brain there's a little bit of fat in 12:34 your brain 12:35 a little bit other than that brain 12:37 tissue is made out of glycogen 12:41 you know it's disappointing really when 12:43 i think about it 12:45 like how come people can't get it right 12:48 out there what's going on out there 12:51 and back to the same thing nobody knows 12:53 why you got hashimoto's thyroiditis 12:55 nobody knows why you got eczema 12:56 psoriasis did you know i saw somebody 12:58 i saw somebody that someone showed me 13:00 something right 13:02 that someone took medical medium 13:05 information 13:06 which is that psoriasis is caused by 13:09 toxic heavy metals 13:10 copper specifically right and they took 13:12 that and they get incited back to 13:14 medical medium there's no study 13:15 there's no science behind it and a 13:17 doctor 13:18 put it on his thing that psoriasis toxic 13:22 heavy metals right 13:24 well the only reason why the doctor knew 13:26 that was because of medical media books 13:27 and information 13:28 okay it's almost like so you don't have 13:33 anything on chronic illness unless you 13:36 take it for a medical medium 13:37 fact that's what i'm seeing out there compassion that 15:12 the cause of psoriasis 15:14 is copper a toxic heavy metal it's cause 15:17 of partly cause of 15:19 eczema two right so 15:24 when it comes down to everything like 15:26 information about the brain if you want 15:28 to know more about the brain 15:30 you're not going to hear reason out 15:32 there because when they say your brain 15:33 needs fat 15:34 and your brain is made out of fat two 15:36 strikes against 15:37 the industry right there they alter the 15:39 fraud industry the fraud alternative 15:41 industry 15:42 problem is with the alternative industry 15:45 basically most of it's all fraud 15:47 and you know all my friends are 15:51 alternative doctors 15:52 incredible ones though at least they 15:54 they they know the difference right 15:57 but and then there's the conventional 15:59 system too is is fraudulent 16:01 it's completely fraudulent especially in 16:03 the virus world 16:05 really fraudulent and with virus 16:09 all it's always get that blood taken 19:30 you lose your immune system you do guess 19:33 where the immune system is 19:34 it's in your bloodstream i love when you 19:37 hear 19:38 the whole thing of the theory of your 19:40 immune system's all in your gut 19:41 it's not all in your gut it's not your 19:43 immune system isn't 19:45 micro biome that's not your immune 19:48 system 19:48 i bet you i'm pissing off somebody right 19:50 now i'm sure because there's so much 19:52 brainwashing and the colts out there 19:54 about you know your immune system being 19:56 all in your gut all in your gut 19:57 everything's in your gut 19:59 all the zelda all the gut products and 20:01 the gut potions 20:02 and the gut powders and the gut tests 20:06 where you do the stool samples and 20:08 you're looking for all the gut 20:09 microbiome issues and everything else 20:11 meanwhile people just don't get better 20:13 they don't get does that fix your 20:14 hashimoto's thyroiditis because i'm 20:16 scratching my head over here 20:18 does that fix a four-year-old's eczema 20:20 that's raging 20:22 and the four-year-old can't even the 20:23 skin's cracking off the four-year-old 20:25 the mom and dad are in 20:26 perils does that fix that i'm just 20:30 curious 20:30 um you know the gut gut health is isn't 20:34 isn't everything for immune system the 20:36 immune system is in your bloodstream and 20:38 i've i've talked to doctors recently 20:40 about this and they said well tell me 20:41 more about this because 20:42 because the the trend is your immune 20:45 system is all in your gut 20:47 yeah there's a lot of immune system 20:48 around the gut for sure but the majority 20:52 is everywhere else in the body it's 20:54 protecting your brain it's in your 20:55 bloodstream 20:56 so your immune system is in your 20:57 bloodstream that's the whole point 21:00 your blood circulating every single 21:02 vessel every single organ in your body 21:03 and it has to have white cells and white 21:05 blood cells in it it has to 21:07 that's how you stop a pathogen from 21:08 going to the brain that's how you stop 21:10 infections that's how you stop sepsis 21:11 that's how you stop 21:12 blood uh poisoning and then you've got 21:15 bacterial infections in the blood and 21:17 then you just die of sepsis in the 21:18 hospital it's because your immune system 21:20 is all in your blood that's the majority 21:22 of it there's a large amount in the gut 21:24 not in the intestinal lining and that's 21:26 the big issue right there so if you want 21:28 details because details matter it's not 21:31 your microorganisms 21:32 that are inside your gut creating your 21:34 immune system it's not good bacteria 21:36 that are 21:37 inside your intestinal inside your 21:39 intestinal tract that doesn't create an 21:41 immune system 21:42 i'm just letting you know good bacteria 21:44 has nothing nothing to do with creating 21:46 immune cells so it's important right to 21:49 know that 21:50 so yes you have you have white blood 21:53 cells 21:54 your immune system is circulating 21:56 throughout every blood vessel around 21:58 your gut 21:58 every blood vessel around every organ 22:00 but it's not inside your intestinal 22:02 tract you guys got to get that part 22:03 straight anyway 22:05 okay you got your you got your lymphatic 22:07 system right your lymphocytes 22:09 so that's another place that that's 22:11 another place right there your lymphatic 22:13 system and it circulates around your 22:15 torso 22:16 most of your lymphatic system is around 22:17 your torso right so you got your 22:19 lymphocytes 22:20 but that's not the lining inside your 22:22 gut 22:23 that's not your good bacteria 22:25 microorganisms inside you god this is so 22:27 important to know details matter 22:29 because here's what's going to happen 22:30 you go to your gut health doctor he's 22:32 going to take 20 vials of blood and 22:33 destroy your immune system 22:36 while right here it's a comfort 29:01 food right here for people 29:02 it's great i make it for family 29:07 too sometimes 29:11 so we're told that the brain 29:14 needs fat and it's made out of fat wrong 29:17 right there i'm sorry but it's wrong 29:21 science battles itself constantly by the 29:24 way okay 29:25 you know what science said about 29:27 caffeine 29:28 back in the 80s top science science that 29:32 could never be disputed 29:34 conventional science it could never be 29:36 disputed you know what 29:37 conventional science said in 1980s 29:39 caffeine will cause heart disease 29:42 caffeine will worsen all your 29:43 neurological diseases 29:46 caffeine will cause diabetes make it 29:48 worse and worse 29:50 right so that was the studies that came 29:53 out in the 1980s did you know that 29:55 so the studies that came out in the 29:57 1980s 29:58 were were straight up about caffeine 30:02 causing all this damage right 30:04 but then the caffeine industry said 30:07 we're gonna do our own studies 30:09 so as the years go by it's like caffeine 30:11 is good for you 30:12 cacao is good for you coffee is good for 30:15 you 30:16 right and so they went against 30:18 guys are eating chicken it's 31:03 not the healthiest fat we know that 31:05 right chicken fat clog up the heart 31:08 kill you down the road right i'm not 31:11 saying you can't eat chicken 31:12 the reason why medical medium 31:14 information is pro people who eat animal 31:16 proteins too 31:17 is because chicken isn't going to feed 31:20 all the viruses 31:22 that keep everybody sick so if you're 31:24 somebody that's into chicken yeah you 31:25 can have a little bit but you eat too 31:26 much chicken you can kill yourself 31:29 but i've also seen plant-based people 31:31 kill don't think 31:39 plant-based people don't have heart 31:40 attacks 31:41 yeah they have heart attacks they eat 31:43 too much fat everybody's eating too much 31:45 fat and then we fat ourselves to death 31:46 and now we're told oh god have fat 31:48 healthy 31:48 much fat as you can your brain needs it 31:51 did you know fat stops glucose from 31:53 getting to your brain 31:54 and your brain dies within 10 seconds of 31:57 not 31:58 getting that glucose i told you guys 32:00 that a couple minutes ago 32:03 so 32:07 i want to finish this a little bit okay 32:10 so when you're doing all the avocado if 33:26 you guys are gonna eat fats that's the 33:27 ones to do sesame seeds 33:29 hemp seeds pumpkin seeds those are the 33:31 best ones sunflower seeds are good too 33:33 right 33:34 you can do that but keep in mind if 33:37 you're sick 33:40 too much fat is not going to let you 33:42 heal all the way 33:45 animal protein or plant-based keep that 33:48 in mind 33:48 animal protein or plant-based animal 33:51 protein people are now eating avocados 33:53 and nuts and seeds they didn't used to 33:54 eat 33:54 eat all that but now they do 33:58 and but keep in mind about this this is the less glucose gets to the brain so 34:17 you're gonna have eating 34:19 like eating issues you're gonna be like 34:21 i'm hungry 34:23 all the time that's your brain saying 34:25 i'm hungry because you're not letting me 34:27 get enough glucose 34:29 you're not giving me three mangoes when 34:31 i need in the morning you're not giving 34:32 me the heavy metal detox smoothie with 34:34 the glucose with the bananas 34:36 you're you know in the industry wants 34:37 you afraid of bananas be open-hearted 34:40 good to see you 34:41 the industry wants you afraid of bananas 34:44 right 34:44 the industry wants you afraid of that 34:46 they want you they don't want you eating 34:48 bananas 34:50 they don't watch eating bananas no way 34:53 can add a little bit more water to this 34:55 that's what i'm gonna do the industry 34:58 doesn't want you having bananas they 34:59 think it's too much sugar 35:01 so what's going to happen is you're 35:02 going to be on fat fat fat 35:04 and then you're eventually going to eat 35:06 the bad sugar is what you're going to do 35:08 you're going to have the bad 35:10 sugars what's going to happen so 35:15 adding a little touch of water to the 35:16 mashed potatoes which will eventually 35:18 dry up 35:18 but you need it when you're putting in 35:20 some peas 35:21 and that's a thing there too so i'm 35:24 going to pop in some peas into this 35:26 pan's going to get nice and hot there we 35:29 go 35:32 you have to add a little bit of moisture 35:33 into the pan or you get a hash brown 35:35 a hash brown pancake so that's what 35:38 35:58 needed nutrients to the brain 36:00 on a regular basis the brain will go 36:01 deficient and if your brain goes 36:03 deficient of glucose if it goes 36:04 deficient because 36:05 we're eating too much fat fat 36:09 blocks sugar from entering brain cells 36:13 but the survival of life allows some to 36:16 enter 36:17 some to enter but we go into a 36:20 deficiency 36:21 is what we do that deficiency makes us 36:24 now hungry and then 36:26 we're doing more fat or bad sugar with 36:30 fat because their body's like why am i 36:31 sugar craving but yet you're eating fat 36:33 with sugar why am i sugar craving but 36:35 you're eating fat with sugar 36:36 you're still blocking the glucose from 36:38 getting to the brain 36:40 is what you're doing see how it works 36:42 that's how it brain because you're doing too much 40:26 fat 40:27 but we end up craving the pizza again 40:29 and then again and again and we eat 40:30 ourselves sick and then we crave it 40:32 again and we eat ourselves sick 40:33 then it's nachos night then we're doing 40:36 nachos 40:38 because we're craving all that cheese 40:40 and that corn chip 40:41 we're creating nachos we're creating 40:43 we're craving that 40:45 that corn chip and the cheese then we're 40:47 craving tacos because we're craving that 40:49 cheese on top of your corn corn tortilla 40:52 your corn shell 40:53 taco shell 40:57 then you're craving a hot dog a 40:58 cheeseburger because cheese in the bun 41:00 all that sugar 41:05 and then it keeps your adrenaline 41:06 pumping because your adrenaline's like 41:07 holy crap 41:08 you're gonna kill us you're putting so 41:10 much fat in your system you're gonna 41:11 kill our heart that's what you're gonna 41:13 do 41:14 you're you're gonna you're gonna destroy 41:15 our hearts 41:17 that's what you're doing i got a heart 41:19 right here 41:21 you keep on doing the pizzas you keep on 41:23 doing the ice cream 41:24 you got so much fat going on here that 41:26 your in 43:33 there 43:33 trace mineral salts the celery juice 43:36 takes time to learn how to love 43:38 the the celery juice for a lot of people 43:41 you know it doesn't seem like it's fun 43:43 to eat plums nectarines melons 44:44 honeydew melons crenshaw melons 44:47 watermelons 44:49 need i say more 44:52 but we're taught we're taught to keep 44:55 our addictions around did you know that 44:58 we're taught that if you want to lose 45:00 weight you better just stop eating 45:02 and you better get on caffeine and then 45:04 now you're on caffeine all day long and 45:06 you stopped eating and now you're eating 45:08 your one meal a day at the end of the 45:09 day that ain't gonna last long 45:11 you'll burn those adrenals out they'll 45:13 come crashing down down the road 45:15 all kinds of problems will happen you'll 45:17 age fast because you're running on 45:18 caffeine all the time 45:20 your adrenals will they will not forgive 45:23 you 45:24 when you caffeine them to crazy land 45:27 when you caffeine your adrenals to crazy 45:29 land when you caffeine the heck out of 45:31 them 45:32 over the years then when you do eat 45:35 you're dumping in all that fat whether 45:37 it's plant-based or animal-based 45:44 you know spirit of compassion is the 45:45 voice of reason not me 45:47 i'm just i'm just delivering the message 45:55 adrenals are working hard anyway you're 45:57 up against a little bit of stress 45:58 you had a breakup maybe you're falling 46:02 out with a friendship 46:04 maybe a business partner maybe a family 46:06 member 46:07 maybe a sibling some stress there our 46:10 adrenals are already 46:11 under stress were you driving on the 46:14 road and had a little accident boom your 46:16 adrenals are running for a day and a 46:17 night 46:18 we already have adrenals pumping all the 46:21 time we already get little bits of fight 46:22 or flight all the time they're working 46:24 overtime so all of a sudden let's just 46:25 dump a whole bunch of caffeine in there 46:27 and just blow them the out 46:29 just blow those adrenals out just 46:31 annihilate them let's just do that 46:34 now make sure let's just do a lot of 46:36 high fat too and soak up that adrenaline 46:38 and then get it you know addicted with 46:41 adrenaline get dictated with the fat 46:43 let's make sure we do lots of chocolate 46:45 too 46:46 let's go into our happy place and tank a 46:48 bunch of chocolate 46:49 i get it i get it life is hard but we 46:52 have to do some things to take care of 46:53 ourselves too 46:54 we got to do some celery juice dr fon 46:57 might as well face it we're addicted 46:59 i get it so you dump 47:02 all the fat in your adrenals are pumping 47:05 to thin it out to try to save your life 47:07 every day your heart is trying to pump 47:10 your blood and it's really 47:12 thick and it's trying to pump it pump 47:13 and pump and pump it but there's so much 47:15 fat in the blood 47:15 that's hard to pump it and then adrenal 47:18 drainage 47:19 adrenals have to release more adrenaline 47:20 to thin out that blood and thin out that 47:22 blood 47:23 and then all to try to get glucose to 47:26 your brain 47:27 always try to get some glucose here 47:29 because guess what in five 47:31 seconds if the brain doesn't have 47:32 glucose it starts its journey of death 47:38 in 10 seconds it can die 10 seconds 47:42 without
