8:36 not a bad thing at all

1:08:24 but drink another 16 ounces of coconut
1:08:27 water if you can
1:08:28 or minimum 16 ounces of water keep away

1:08:33 it's okay if some is in there if that's
1:08:34 what you want to do you're still ahead
1:08:36 of the game because there's no fats
1:08:37 going on but try to stay away from it

1:09:58 late morning you won't cleanse and you
1:10:01 won't go through that you won't go to
1:10:03 the finish line to heal
1:10:05 that's the problem have your avocado or
1:10:08 your almond milk
1:10:09 at the end of the day have it in you

1:10:13 in some oatmeal after maybe maybe
1:10:16 afternoon
1:10:17 okay have it in oatmeal for dinner have
1:10:20 avocado toast for dinner
1:10:22 have a salad if you're into fish and
1:10:24 that's what you like to do
1:10:25 and that's what you love to do then have

1:10:32 have it dead but you don't have it

1:11:23 are insane gianna oat milk
1:11:28 has a more concentrated amount of fat

1:11:31 eating oatmeal yes gianna it does
1:11:35 spot on so i got these waffles right
1:11:38 here now i'm going to put a little maple
1:11:40 syrup on here this is
1:11:41 say someone wants something heavier just
1:11:43 like say oatmeal in the morning keep the
1:11:45 radical fats off what you won't see here

1:11:48 you won't see avocado on these waffles
1:11:50 you're not going to see that i'm
1:11:52 dropping some
1:11:53 some maple syrup on i'm putting a lot of
1:11:56 it on
1:11:57 because it's perfectly fine you're not
1:11:59 going to get insulin resistance
1:12:01 if you don't put on the milk cheese
1:12:05 butter whatever it is the avocado you
1:12:08 don't do that
1:12:08 you got your waffles right there
1:12:12 the key is to learn how to live your
1:12:14 life
1:12:15 and gaining energy from healing and not
1:12:18 from caffeine
1:12:20 not from caffeine abusing your adrenals
1:12:23 that's a big key right there you don't
1:12:26 want energy from caffeine
1:12:32 abusing your adrenals you don't want to
1:12:34 be doing the caffeine and living on that
1:12:36 all your life
1:12:37 and then the the caffeine causing your
1:12:40 adrenals to go into fight or flight
1:12:42 and then we just kill our adrenals over

1:12:46 you want to get energy from having a
1:12:48 clean liver you want it from having the
