have your almond butter in the 6:07 morning 6:08 it's not gonna happen it's just not 6:10 really important to know 6:12 this is great information here's some 6:14 olive oil right here too 6:16 some processed 6:48 foods 6:49 you know eating healthier doing 6:50 healthier oils 6:52 healthier fats and i started i started 6:54 getting better 6:56 but what happens is you'll get sick 6:57 later you 7:19 in on top of your oatmeal you're mixing 7:22 this in your food 7:23 right and what about your cacao powder 7:26 too i got some cacao powder right here 7:28 right so we're taught that we need to 7:31 have this in the morning have your cacao 7:33 powder in the smoothie and you're not 7:34 going to see that here 7:36 lexi says my liver was so sluggish and i 7:38 had a bad skin 7:40 condition smoothies 8:03 and these are what everybody's being 8:05 told they're healthy fats right 8:07 you got your almonds and here's your 8:09 walnuts too 8:10 so we got our walnuts right there 8:12 another healthy fat 8:14 look at that right now when it comes 8:16 down to the chocolate the cacao 8:18 and the cacao powder it's not a healthy 8:20 fat really 8:21 because basically that caffeine just 8:24 annihilates any real health benefit you 8:26 can get from chocolate because caffeine 8:28 really just 8:28 ages as quickly but there's no caffeine 8:31 in walnuts 8:32 so you got that so the walnut butter 8:34 handful of walnuts right i mean that's 8:36 not a bad thing at all 8:38 but if you're doing it in the morning 8:40 you won't 8:42 cleanse you just won't and the medical 8:44 media morning cleanse is something you 8:46 can do and 8:46 live your life doing so you can get 8:49 back on track but here's the thing and 8:53 everybody's doing other things too 8:54 they're doing their bacon in the morning 8:57 so they're doing their bacon right 9:00 they're doing that so say someone's like 9:01 well hey look i don't do any carbs i 9:03 don't have the pancakes 9:05 i'm on the bacon every single morning 9:07 i'm on the eggs every single morning 9:09 that's healthy 9:11 people think that's healthy and you're 9:13 just not going to cleanse 9:15 you're just not so you can't cleanse the 9:17 liver 9:18 you can't get the toxins out of your 9:20 body and i know people are worried about 9:22 the lymphatic system 9:23 where you're not going to be able to 9:24 purge your lymphatic system if you're 9:26 having 9:26 fat in the morning so if you do your 9:28 coconut oil and your almond butter 9:30 and your peanut butter in the morning 9:32 between before noon especially before 9:35 noon and you're doing you're doing your 9:37 cacao in the morning before noon 9:40 you're not cleaning up your lymphatic 9:41 system it can't clean up 9:44 and you're not cleaning up the liver 9:45 it's really important to know 9:47 joseph says celery juice completely got 9:49 rid 9:50 of my see pitting 9:54 derma in my legs feet and ankles 9:58 and nothing else could get rid over 10:01 three years say you got your gluten-free bagel right 10:37 you got your gluten-free bagel in the 10:39 morning you got your 10:40 organic cream cheese in the morning 10:42 you're not gonna cleanse 10:44 it's just not going to happen why do we 10:46 have to cleanse you guys we have to get 10:48 rid of poisons and toxins we got to get 10:50 them out of her body every day 10:51 they just build up and they wreak havoc 10:53 so that when you get 10:54 sick someday you don't get better no 10:57 one's teaching you how to get better 10:59 the reason why intermittent fasting 11:02 gives 11:02 people some relief 11:06 is because intermittent fasting is 11:08 getting rid of the fats in the morning 11:11 that's why so when people intermittent 11:13 fast 11:14 that's everybody's being forced 11:15 intermittent fast that's what's 11:17 happening right now 11:18 the younger generations are being forced 11:20 to intermittent fast because they can't 11:22 keep their weight off 11:24 they can't keep their weight off their 11:26 livers are all stagnant 11:27 and sluggish and that's what's happening 11:29 right there okay 11:30 and so an intermittent fasting is not an 11:33 answer 11:34 it's not an answer because what happens 11:36 is you blow out your adrenals when you 11:39 do your intermittent fasting 11:41 you blow your adrenals out that's what 11:43 happens along the way keep that in mind 11:46 so it's all cute it's all fun it's all 11:48 games at first with the intermittent 11:50 fasting 11:50 wow i'm feeling a little better let me 11:52 get on my let me get on my caffeine let 11:54 me do that i'm intermittent fasting let 11:56 me make sure i'm drinking my coffee 11:58 let me do that intermittent fasting is 12:01 working for me so good 12:02 i'm high on coffee all day high in 12:04 coffee all morning let me do my 12:06 intermittent fasting 12:07 i'm losing weight i'm feeling some 12:09 energy back and the reason why 12:11 is because you stopped doing 12:14 the fats in the morning you stopped 12:16 eating your eggs in the morning 12:18 you stopped eating your bacon in the 12:20 morning and that's what happened with 12:22 the intermittent fasting it's like wait 12:23 a minute 12:24 intermittent fasting is like the holy 12:25 grail or something but really what they 12:27 don't understand 12:28 is they stop eating the fats and they 12:30 stop killing their liver in the morning 12:33 that's what happened they stopped 12:35 killing their livers 12:36 and so people are being forced 12:39 intermittent fast and that's not the 12:41 answer 12:41 this is this isn't a pro intermittent 12:43 fasting deal here 12:44 claudia says i was close to dying on an 12:48 almost 12:48 total fat diet so sick 12:52 a lot of people get there with that that 12:54 fat diet 12:55 i us over time when 13:33 you're younger you can pull it off it's 13:34 like just do the caffeine 13:36 stay high all day long and then take 13:39 that big 13:40 fatty meal at the end of the day right 13:42 and you'll notice 13:43 you'll start to slim down a little bit 13:45 your belly goes in a little bit 13:47 you start to you start to lose some 13:49 weight so intermittent fasting seems to 13:51 be 13:52 the greatest thing but it's really a 13:55 mistake 13:56 a bad mistake so what you do when you 13:59 intermittent fast you burn out your 14:00 adrenals you trash them 14:02 along the way and so there's something 14:05 better we can do 14:07 because you can't just live on 14:09 adrenaline you can't be doing this 14:10 intermittent fasting and just living on 14:12 adrenaline and living on adrenaline your 14:14 adrenals right there 14:15 right just running on adrenaline so it's 14:17 like hey i'm intermittent fasting let me 14:19 do a coffee coffee coffee 14:21 not eating not eating not eating and 14:23 matcha tea much tea not eating and just 14:25 blowing out your adrenals 14:27 and that's not the way to do things 14:29 that's not the correct way to do things 14:31 the right way to have a butter 15:36 use avocado right but you know you've 15:39 heard that before you're just you're 15:41 just you've heard that before 15:42 use avocado as butter okay 35 years ago 15:47 i couldn't get anybody to use avocado as 15:49 butter 15:50 i mean i got laughed off of lecture 15:53 stages for saying avocado was good for 15:55 you 15:56 30 plus years ago people would be like 15:59 avocados poisonous 16:01 you'll get a heart attack eating avocado 16:03 that's what everybody thought 16:04 doctors thought avocado was toxic just 16:07 so you know 16:08 i said no you can use it as butter 16:09 replace your butter 16:11 replace your butter with avocado people 16:15 that was so that was so bizarre to 16:18 everybody 16:19 so bizarre they couldn't handle that 16:20 truth right 16:22 but avocado in the morning 16:25 is not going to get you strong it's not 16:28 going to get you healthy it's not going 16:29 to get you better it's not going to 16:30 de-age you 16:31 it's not going to help you got to keep 16:33 the avocados 16:36 for another time you got to keep them 16:40 after lunch that's when you have to keep 16:42 your avocados and avocado i want you 16:44 guys to 16:45 see that right there right so when 16:47 you're doing your avocado toast in the 16:48 morning you're not going to cleanse 16:52 and if you're sick if you're dealing 16:53 with ra if you're dealing with 1:08:02 in the morning keep away from eggs 1:08:06 keep away from eggs too i'm going to see 1:08:08 if this is done 1:08:10 so i'm giving you all the different 1:08:11 options you can do additional water you 1:08:13 can do 16 ounces of water and you can do 1:08:17 16 ounces of coconut water some people 1:08:19 aren't going to have the coconut water 1:08:21 so you can do more water which is fine 1:08:24 but drink another 16 ounces of coconut 1:08:27 water if you can 1:08:28 or minimum 16 ounces of water keep away 1:08:32 the dried fruit 1:08:33 it's okay if some is in there if that's 1:08:34 what you want to do you're still ahead 1:08:36 of the game because there's no fats 1:08:37 going on but try to stay away from it 1:08:40 and don't consume radical fats before 1:08:43 noon if you keep
