https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L7sthMs6x14 0:00 facebook youtube facebook youtube tick 0:02 tock 0:03 clubhouse making the tomato cucumber and 0:05 herb salad we're talking about digestive 0:07 problems 0:08 digestive issues how many of you guys 0:10 have digestive problems and how serious 0:12 are they are they in your way 0:13 do you have the acid reflux they have 0:15 the crohn's colitis you have the gastric 0:17 bloating the cramps 0:19 the constipation do you have the runs 0:22 you'll have the loose stools which is 0:24 kind of a funny one because 0:25 i'd rather have the loose stools instead 0:28 of 0:29 cramping bloating can't get 0:32 a really hard stool out the hard stool 0:35 will not come out 0:36 you know that was a head scratcher for 0:38 me for years because 0:40 over the years helping so many people 0:42 for decades people come into my 0:44 office i'd hear that somebody like well 0:46 i'm only here for 0:47 these loose stools and i'm like all 0:48 right well how loose are these stools 0:52 and the person i've heard this so many 0:54 times personally like you know they're 0:56 kind of like not 0:57 that hard they're not formed enough 1:00 they're not they're not good enough and 1:03 i'm like but you're okay otherwise right 1:05 i'm like yeah i'm okay otherwise but i 1:06 just got these kind of 1:08 loose stools and i'm like you know what 1:10 that's that's actually 1:12 okay that's actually okay anyway um 1:16 so people deal with bloating they got 1:18 sibo they get told they got candida 1:21 they got hives right the whole bit 1:24 they're told their histamines are up 1:26 they're told they got the fructose 1:27 intolerance they're told a lot of things 1:29 but they deal with a lot of gut problems 1:31 of rounded all around and everything 1:32 good to see you guys we're live on 1:34 facebook youtube 1:35 yep we're live on tick tock right there 1:36 clubhouse 2 at the same time 1:38 going gonna make a raw dish which is 1:41 really good and guess what 1:42 fat-free raw dish because everybody's 1:45 fatting themselves to death 1:47 fatting themselves to death that's what 1:48 they're doing like 1:50 fat fat veg gotta be tahini tahini oil 1:52 oil 1:53 you know nuts seeds nut butters peanut 1:56 butter 1:56 the milk cheese eggs butter butter cow 1:59 butter 2:00 just whatever uh you know anything 2:02 sheep's butter whatever they can find 2:03 it's just like that fat 2:05 and that's all that's all fine and all 2:08 until you're sick 2:09 got the gallstones you got the kidney 2:11 stones you got the liver problems you 2:12 got the weight gain coming on later on 2:14 down the road 2:15 and then you get rid of all those 2:16 processed foods all those processed 2:17 foods and you're still on fat fat 2:19 then you go vegan and plant-based and 2:20 you're still tanking the fat that that 2:22 and then your digestive system just 2:24 starts to break down more and more 2:26 even if you made improvements it still 2:28 starts to break down and we end up in 2:30 the same place and now we're like i'm 2:31 eating so good 2:32 i'm eating so great i'm eating so good 2:35 why is this happening i'm a vegan and 2:37 i'm eating so good 2:38 i'm a keto animal protein person that 2:41 i'm eating so clean 2:42 but why am i still getting sick again 2:45 because those digestive problems get 2:47 worse and worse because no one's 2:48 addressing the real problems i'm making 2:50 tomato cucumbers out and i got to tell 2:51 you guys guess what 2:52 the mono eating challenge 2:56 is next week forewarning 3:00 the mono in here 5:24 they're in here if i had where to go i'd 5:26 be on the zinc 5:28 you you do what your doctor tells you to 5:30 do but if i had vertigo i'd be on the 5:31 zinc 5:32 because it says in here it's 5:35 epstein-barr 5:36 okay that's what vertigo is it's 5:38 inflaming the vagus nerve 5:40 i'd be on the zinc that's the vimergy 5:42 zinc right there 5:44 that's just one thing okay so but it has 5:47 to be the right kind of zinc the right 5:49 kind 5:50 uh catching up on all the podcasts on 5:52 tic tac incredible 5:53 podcast episodes yeah yeah those those 5:56 are amazing episodes 5:57 yes we're making a tomato cucumber and 6:00 herb salad 6:01 we're talking about how much fat 6:03 everybody's on 6:04 and we can't let it go it's an addiction 6:06 and i'm 6:07 look i'm not saying tahini is not a 6:10 healthy fat 6:11 i'm not saying avocados not a healthy 6:15 fat they are if you're gonna do a fat 6:18 let it be those okay michelle l good to 6:22 see you no one else has the answers 6:24 you know you know i got a phone call 6:26 coming in too 6:27 by the way you know it's it's you know 6:30 the bottom line you guys 6:32 is it's important to know that these 6:35 options really do exist when you have a 6:37 condition or a symptom 6:38 and you're lost it's like i got vertigo 6:40 well what do i do if i got vertigo where 6:42 do i go 6:43 you know and i you're going to 6:46 specialist after specialist 6:49 hello yeah i'm really sick 6:53 i've been to my third specialist uh-huh 6:56 yeah i gave over my i handed over my 6:58 insurance card 7:00 yeah there's a co-payment though i had 7:01 to come up with two hundred dollars 7:04 yeah they said it was three thousand 7:06 dollars in tests 7:08 yeah it's my third neurologist i'm so 7:11 sick my god i've been to doctor after 7:14 doctor after doctor i've been to 7:15 naturopaths i've been to 7:17 i've been to this crazy like osteopath 7:20 and which was i 7:21 which was seemed really cool but and 7:23 then i went to this kinesiologist and 7:25 then i went to this acupuncturist then i 7:26 went to 7:28 and then i went to this nutritionist and 7:30 nutritionist 7:32 didn't know anything and then i went you guys 8:42 are there at the it's going to be at the 8:44 end of next week i'm not sure if it's 8:45 starting thursday i'm not sure if i'm 8:47 starting a friday but i'm 8:49 starting it next week three day mono 8:51 eating 8:52 cleanse challenge you don't want to miss 8:55 out right now if you guys just came on 8:57 here making tomato cucumber and herb 8:59 salad 8:59 i'm pumped up we got ig live not ig live 9:02 we got tik tok live we got 9:03 facebook youtube clubhouse gotta keep 9:05 them all in order here 9:07 so you guys were talking about digestive 9:10 system issues 9:12 and yeah allison was pretty funny 9:14 lorraine l 9:15 good to see you everybody's coming on 9:16 here right now 9:18 cleansing heal is a great book yeah on 9:20 tick tock totally it's it's helping so 9:22 many people so 9:24 um anka says gastroparesis question mark 9:28 can you talk more about it 9:30 what happens when you eat too much at 9:32 once 9:33 if you're somebody that's really 9:34 sensitive you got to keep in mind if you 9:37 haven't been eating a lot like you 9:40 haven't been eating a lot okay it's not 9:42 something that you do you don't eat a 9:43 lot at once you don't eat a lot of food 9:45 at once 9:46 keep in mind 9:49 that when you start eating more you're 9:52 going to feel it 9:53 because the intestinal tract shrinks 9:57 that's how it works and a lot of us lose 10:00 our elastasicity in our intestinal tract 10:02 or small intestinal tract 10:04 it starts to harden up a little bit if 10:07 we've been eating the wrong foods for so 10:09 many years 10:10 we got pathogens and toxic heavy metals 10:12 inside our gut because it happens a lot 10:15 and what goes on is then you start 10:18 eating more so you start eating a big 10:20 meal at once and you got a really large 10:22 meal 10:23 and what happens is that that large meal 10:26 starts to push 10:27 through the small intestinal tract and 10:30 we can really 10:31 feel it we can really feel it and then 10:33 we don't think we digested our food but 10:36 we did 10:36 digest our food we digested it enough 10:40 and but what happens is larger amounts 10:43 of food 10:44 sometimes stretches out the small 10:46 intestinal tract as it's going down 10:48 and we could really feel that it's one 10:50 thing another thing is if it's not large 10:52 amounts of food and you feel 10:54 your intestinal tract you feel 10:56 discomfort 10:58 keep in mind that when the nerves in the 11:01 lining of the intestinal tract are 11:03 inflamed and 11:03 foods moving through it's rubbing the 11:07 lining 11:08 and there are foods that don't rub the 11:09 lining that make our condition worse 11:11 like eggs keep that in mind milk cheese 11:14 butter dairy eggs all of that 11:18 doesn't rub gluten bread doesn't rub the 11:20 lining 11:21 so you may eat that and not feel it okay 11:25 but if you eat something like cucumbers 11:27 and lettuce like this beautiful lettuce 11:30 you might feel it rubbing your lining 11:33 because your lining is inflamed it 11:35 doesn't mean it didn't digest it doesn't 11:37 mean these foods aren't healing you 11:38 because these are healing foods 11:40 but you're gonna feel it a lot of people 11:42 have metals 11:43 and they have a lot of toxic heavy 11:45 metals they've got pathogens 11:47 and they're inside the gut they're 11:49 inside the intestinal tract 11:51 so keep that in mind there gastroparesis 11:53 is in cleanse the heel i talk about it 11:55 in there 11:56 okay and sometimes with gastroparesis 11:59 it's all 11:59 electrical so it's all vagus nerve 12:02 related and it's coming from the brain 12:05 so a lot of cases of gastroparesis are 12:07 coming from the brain so keep that in 12:09 mind how that works 12:11 the brain is not sending the correct 12:13 signals or they're not 12:14 reaching the gut so that peristaltic 12:18 action 12:19 happens and peristaltic action starts to 12:21 move and do its thing 12:23 you're not getting the signals they're 12:24 not matching up because a lot of people 12:26 have toxic heavy metals 12:28 in the brain short circuiting 12:31 information 12:32 that's running down the vagus nerve 12:35 and heading to the gut creating that 12:38 peristaltic action so now you're not 12:40 getting that peristaltic 12:41 action so so we're not getting that 12:44 twisting and that massaging that our gut 12:46 does as it moves the food down and 12:49 through 12:49 we're not getting that because the 12:51 signals coming from the brain 12:53 are not wired like the the um 12:57 the brain stem is not receiving 13:00 signals from the neurons up in the 13:02 larger 13:03 the top of the brain so the hemispheres 13:06 so those signals aren't happening 13:08 they're not going to the brain stem and 13:10 then boom not going down the 13:11 down the uh vagus nerve and boom not 13:13 going down into the small intestinal 13:15 tract and that's a lot 13:16 a lot of stuff behind gastroparesis 13:18 that's why i'm always like we got to get 13:19 metals out we got to do that that's one 13:22 reason the other thing for gastroparesis 13:24 is 13:25 pathogen infections they're just not 13:28 detectable 13:29 so viral loads viral loads inside the 13:32 liver 13:32 viral loads inside the intestinal tract 13:35 causing 13:36 lots of inflammation and then that could 13:38 get a gastroparesis diagnosis so that's 13:41 how it works there 13:42 that's just a couple of tidbits good to 13:48 see you guys glad you guys are coming on 13:50 michelle elsa's cortisone shots are 13:52 horrible 13:55 yeah i mean cortisone shots are just 13:57 they're just so rough they're so rough 13:59 i've been meaning to pick up your book 14:01 went and got it 14:03 went and got the juicer got some celery 14:05 amazing 14:06 amazing yeah the book is the look the 14:08 book is on sale 14:09 that amazon but the point is is i'm 14:11 talking about the mono eating cleanse 14:13 challenge 14:14 jerome says my digestive really started 14:17 to heal once i got rid of my 14:20 multi vitamins the multivitamins wreak 14:24 havoc 14:25 that's one of those things a lot of 14:27 those junky multivitamins even ones that 14:29 come from companies that are really 14:30 reputable and they're expensive they're 14:32 just 14:32 junk multivitamins etc and bought the 14:36 bimergy instead 14:37 that are supposed to be good for my 14:39 symptoms which are neurological 14:42 of course lemon water and celery is the 14:44 holy grail 14:46 that's really incredible one of the 14:48 tricks 14:49 in the industry i'm just going to give 14:50 you this to you right now you guys 14:52 is the multi vitamin or protein 14:56 powder scams and or multi-vitamin 15:00 powder scams that's probably one of the 15:03 big tricks one of the big scams in the 15:05 industry in alternative medicine 15:07 so just keep an eye on that you're going 15:08 to spend a lot of money on these 15:09 multivitamins they're highly irritating 15:12 to the intestinal tract and gut 15:14 they're irritating to the system they're 15:16 they're 15:17 garbage even they're high priced garbage 15:20 from the best companies out there so 15:22 what we think is the best companies out 15:24 there 15:24 and they use a speck of this in a speck 15:28 of that you cannot heal 15:30 with a speck of a whole bunch of things 15:32 that some 15:33 guy at some lab decided to put together 15:36 and offer that to the 15:37 to the to the board members of the 15:39 company and the board members are like 15:41 sure that 15:41 that that that sounds good to me what do 15:44 you think frank 15:45 does that sound good to you they got the 15:47 multivitamin they priced it all out we 15:49 can make a lot of money and it's just a 15:50 speck of this and the speck of that 15:52 well what do you think what do you think 15:53 bob how does that how was that 15:55 chairman bob uh the lab guy came and he 15:58 showed us the new multivitamin they're 16:00 gonna put out what do you think 16:01 uh-huh okay let's get it together let's 16:03 do it good you got our go you got our 16:04 permission 16:06 so what happens is you have to 16:07 understand how those multivitamins are 16:08 they're the worst 16:10 they're the junkiest even from the best 16:12 companies 16:13 they waste your time all of that your 16:15 waste your energy 16:17 keep that in mind and they're not for a 16:18 specific condition 16:20 they're not for a specific condition 16:23 you're sick with something 16:24 that's that's not there for you like 16:25 that's not there fixing that problem 16:28 if you got lupus is that multivitamin 16:30 gonna fix it because i'm scratching my 16:32 head on that one 16:33 right there if you got ms is that 16:35 multivitamin gonna fix it 16:37 that junkie multivitamin or protein 16:39 powder gonna fix it 16:40 because i'm confused on that i've never 16:42 seen anybody with 16:43 ra get fixed from a multivitamin 16:47 you got neurological lyme is that 16:48 multivitamin gonna fix it 16:50 scratching my head on that one so what 16:52 is it 16:53 like how does that work but we we get 16:55 led all these directions 16:58 and then we're just stuck we're stuck 17:00 we're stuck we're sick 17:01 hashimoto's thyroiditis is that 17:03 multivitamin gonna fix your hashimoto's 17:04 thyroiditis i'd love to know that 17:06 no it doesn't i've never seen it happen 17:09 i had decades of people pouring into my 17:10 office from around the world because i 17:12 was the bizarre symptoms guy 17:14 having answers for symptoms for the 17:16 first time in our history and chronic 17:17 illness right 17:19 and people walk in be like i actually 17:21 have an answer now 17:22 and it's not candida it's not in it 17:26 and he's not telling me to go on this 17:28 big old bulky multivitamin 17:31 and and you know so keep that in mind 17:34 how it works out there and it's not my 17:36 genes he's not saying it's genes and 17:39 it's not my body attacking itself 17:41 he actually has an answer he's actually 17:44 saying what's happening 17:45 and so what happens is that multivitamin 17:48 i've seen that used so many times 17:50 over the decades they're still doing it 17:52 now let's start making a salad 17:54 we're going to talk about digestive 17:55 problems 17:57 what i like about the tomato cucumber 18:00 and herb 18:00 salad right is 18:04 this one's a raw dish it's fat free 18:07 and you can i mean you can have steamed 18:10 asparagus and thrown in this you can do 18:12 steamed brussels sprouts and throw in 18:13 this you can throw some steamed potatoes 18:15 in this 18:16 throw that in this you can throw steamed 18:19 red bell pepper if you want 18:20 this is a cleanse to heal recipe by the 18:22 way you guys just came on 18:25 medical medium mono cleanse challenge 18:28 next week 18:29 have the book i'm not gonna package this 18:32 thing up 18:32 sell tickets lock everybody out and take 18:35 it to a private platform like people do 18:36 and then you 18:37 spend fifteen hundred dollars for your 18:38 ticket you do the mono eating cleanse 18:41 where we talk about it and you know and 18:43 all that we're not doing it i'm making 18:44 it free 18:45 but you got to have the book you should 18:47 you should you should 18:49 um 51 off amazon.com 18:52 so i'm chopping up some tomatoes now for 18:54 the salad okay 18:56 there's a couple ways you can do it make 18:57 this look good you go to the library get 18:59 the book for free too how about that 19:01 like you just go to the library and get 19:02 it for free you can do you can totally 19:05 do that 19:08 i'm in my dishwasher right now getting a 19:11 bowl out 19:12 we're live what can i tell you so let's 19:15 let's figure this out first of all i'm 19:17 going to chop up some lettuce let's put 19:19 that in here 19:20 now you don't have to chop up your 19:22 lettuce if you want your lettuce all big 19:23 pieces but i'm gonna chop it up 19:25 i'm not gonna butcher the lettuce into 19:28 tiny tiny pieces but i am gonna chop it 19:30 up pretty good 19:34 so yeah 19:38 bridgette what about ibs talked about 19:40 the cause of ibs for years and years 19:43 and what's interesting about ibs is 19:47 conventional medicine alternative 19:48 medicine just believes ibs is 19:51 irritable bowel syndrome 19:55 that was one i made fun of for a long 19:57 time not people having 19:59 ibs no way i would never make fun of 20:01 that in a million years 20:02 but i made fun of conventional medicine 20:06 and alternative medicine for years 20:08 because of that one sarcastic being 20:09 sarcastic about it think about it 20:12 so the all the technology we have 20:17 all the medical research and science 20:20 all the alternative research in science 20:24 all the medical universities right 20:27 all the big pharma right all the big 20:31 corporations 20:32 all the big insurance companies all the 20:35 entire 20:37 kitten caboodle right the best they can 20:41 come up with 20:43 is you have ibs that means 20:46 you go to the doctor i don't feel really 20:48 good in my stomach down here and 20:51 i kind of go to bathroom it kind of 20:53 hurts a little 20:55 no answer think about that do you ever 20:58 think about that 21:00 all the great minds in the medical world 21:05 all the technology and all they can come 21:08 up with 21:09 with everything they got is you have 21:12 ibs really i got ibs i got a diagnosis 21:16 finally got an answer 21:18 what is that irritable bowel 21:21 okay wait a minute i know i have an 21:23 irritable bowel 21:24 i i know uh can i have an answer please 21:28 you have irritable bowel syndrome okay 21:30 so it's a syndrome 21:32 uh it's a i have an irritable bowel 21:34 syndrome that's not an answer 21:36 okay i talk about in the medical 21:40 medium series streptococcus causes ibs 21:45 and there's reasons why strep gets fed 21:47 and we eat the foods we shouldn't eat 21:49 that feedstrap and then we have 21:51 antibiotics throughout our life and the 21:52 strep gets worse 21:53 we end up with ibs talk about that all 21:55 the time 21:56 yes it's awful it hurts and makes you 21:58 feel nauseous 22:00 yeah ibs does it does 22:03 um 22:08 so yeah 22:12 so i'm reading reading comments right 22:13 now it's a vegas nerf 22:15 so really uh really the vegas nerve that 22:17 went up the comment went up i gotta look 22:19 forward again see if 22:20 i could get that comment back 22:23 on tick tock the vagus nerve is medical 22:27 medium information 22:28 causing these problems so people that 22:30 know gastroparesis is vagus nerve that's 22:32 not 22:32 that's not just out there that's always 22:34 been medical medium medical medium 22:35 information 22:37 uh nausea associated with vagus nervous 22:39 medical medium information 22:40 for years anxiety with vagus nerve is 22:44 medical medium information for decades 22:47 the other sad thing is is that 22:51 all this stuff that comes from medical 22:52 medium originally people just it just 22:54 got out there and got out there from all 22:56 the lecturing the teaching the 22:57 publishing the books and 22:59 and it's like and people can't find 23:02 their way back 23:03 they just can't find their way back to 23:06 know where it originates from 23:08 science research doesn't know the vagus 23:09 nerves related to any of that 23:12 so what someone in the alternative 23:13 medicine world just woke up one morning 23:15 was like 23:16 huh no it it comes from 23:19 the source that i've always had this 23:20 information come from 23:22 vagus nerve causing symptoms 23:25 and it being vagus nerve is medical 23:28 medium information 23:32 doing some salad right now 23:36 but think about it though diane says 23:39 any tips for diarrhea from crohn's 23:42 disease 23:44 well look i can tell you this if you 23:47 check out the cleanse the heel book 23:51 go to the library get it for free if you 23:52 want or 51 23:54 off i'm doing the mono cleanse challenge 23:57 next week 23:58 mono mono eating 24:01 is an incredible tip 24:05 an incredible learning how to 24:09 mono eat for a little while 24:13 i've offered that 24:16 for decades for people with crohn's mono 24:19 eating bananas 24:23 look do what your doctor says ask your 24:25 doctor if it's okay to try anything 24:26 medical medium if you would like 24:28 um take the book to take the 24:32 the cleanser heel to your doctor show 24:34 them the mono eating section say hey can 24:36 i do this for my crumbs 24:40 so i'm making some salad here we go 24:44 right there so i'm gonna chop up some 24:47 tomatoes gonna put that in there 24:50 let's do that 24:53 got some beautiful tomatoes right here 24:55 you guys don't be afraid of tomatoes 24:56 when they're ripe and 24:58 juicy like this they're so good for you 25:01 really really good for you i'm going to 25:02 cut them this way 25:04 karen churchill said had large i had a 25:06 large raised 25:07 mole like growths on my face 25:10 my daughter looked at me and said mom 25:14 those lumps are almost gone hardly 25:16 noticeable now 25:17 thanks to the wavy thanks to your way of 25:19 eating incredible 25:21 incredible good for you i'm so proud of 25:23 you too so proud of you 25:25 if you lower the fats they go away 25:28 quicker 25:29 if you lower the fats they go away 25:31 quicker 25:34 the fats slow down our healing 25:38 i want you guys to know that the fats 25:41 slow down 25:42 are healing keep that in mind okay 25:46 they slow down our healing 25:49 interesting right so i love when you 25:52 hear the hole 25:54 you need fats for your brain fats 25:56 healthy fats 25:57 your brain needs them you'll die without 25:59 them really 26:01 really 26:04 you'll die without sugar that i do 26:06 though you'll die without glucose 26:09 your brain dies without glucose it 26:11 doesn't die without fat your brain's not 26:13 made 26:13 out of so much fat as everybody says 26:15 it's made out of it's made out of 26:16 glycogen storage 26:18 hardened glycogen deposits that's the 26:20 majority of what makes makes up and 26:22 creates up all the glial 26:24 cells it's not fat 26:27 so misinformation about fat just gets 26:30 everybody in trouble gets them in 26:31 trouble but 26:32 there's reasons for that you're not 26:35 supposed to get healthy 26:37 if you get healthy by chance and you 26:39 learn how to kick out the bad you know 26:40 processed foods and you 26:41 at least keep yourself going that way 26:44 right 26:44 that's not what the industry wants 26:48 the pharmaceutical industry wants you 26:49 sick they want you dying 26:52 they do they do they need you sick 26:56 in order to keep them going chopping up 26:58 some tomatoes right here 27:03 i think you guys know that though 27:06 so i'm making a salad just working on it 27:08 as you see you guys there's fats already 27:10 in every food 27:11 there's fats in this beautiful lettuce 27:13 right here this butter leaf lettuce has 27:14 fat in it 27:15 it's got omega-3s in it usable omega-3s 27:18 usable right real bioavailable 27:23 and keep this in mind 27:27 you think you're on a keto diet you're 27:29 not on a keto diet 27:31 you're just on a healthier animal 27:32 protein diet 27:34 or if you're plant-based on a keto 27:36 plant-based diet you're just on a 27:38 you're just on a healthier vegan diet 27:41 based basically right 27:42 so keep in mind that no one goes into 27:44 ketosis anymore 27:46 that was given up a long time ago 27:48 because people die when they go into 27:50 ketosis 27:51 so the whole ketogenic diet is just 27:53 really a trendy name for something no 27:55 one even enters into like 27:57 you're actually doing why go keto now 27:59 well you're not going to go into ketosis 28:01 so number one flaw you don't want to go 28:03 into ketosis either 28:05 but it's the number one flaw of diets 28:07 that are created of nobody knowing 28:09 what's going on 28:10 because what happens is if you eat one 28:12 avocado on a keto diet you can't go into 28:14 ketosis 28:15 you can't i don't care what practitioner 28:17 you go to what diet expert you talk to 28:19 what trainer you talk to 28:21 what blood test you had looking for 28:24 ketones you can't you can't go into 28:26 ketosis 28:27 if you have one avocado in that diet 28:30 because the avocado is a lot of sugar 28:32 cheese is a lot of sugar you can't go 28:36 into ketosis eating cheese because it's 28:39 a lot of sugar 28:40 if you have a small little handful of 28:42 berries 28:43 you can't go into ketosis so if your 28:45 ketogenic diet allows you to have 28:46 berries and you'll notice that 28:48 the keto diet allows you to have all 28:50 this like berries 28:51 green apples cheese the keto diet the 28:55 ketogenic diets have 28:56 you know it's avocado it's nuts it's 28:58 seeds 28:59 years ago the keto diet 29:02 okay was a dangerous test 29:06 they removed everything with sugar out 29:08 of your diet 29:09 they removed the avocado which is sugar 29:11 they remove yeah sugar 29:13 avocados got a lot of sugar in it it's a 29:15 fruit it's a fatty fruit it's got a lot 29:17 of sugar in it 29:17 they removed the avocado they removed 29:20 all nuts and seeds peanut butter which 29:22 is sweet 29:23 peanut butter sweet there's nuts are 29:26 sweet 29:27 a walnut like they're they have a 29:29 sweetness to it because it's part sugar 29:31 right 29:31 they removed all the nuts all the seeds 29:34 right 29:34 and they put people literally on no 29:37 calories that that are derived from on 29:40 any level from any kind of carbohydrate 29:42 or sugar 29:43 and then they watched people die because 29:46 their brain went so void 29:49 of glucose so the ketogenic experiment 29:52 was an epic disaster that killed people 29:55 but they kept the name but they brought 29:56 in sugar is what they did 29:59 and even meat has sugar in it so what 30:01 they would do is they would boil 30:02 the sugar out of meat because meat has 30:05 sugar 30:06 right the animal's blood the animal's 30:09 blood 30:10 is sugar that's how it works 30:13 the blood inside an animal is 30:16 sugar your blood has 30:20 glucose in it it's sugar right 30:23 so they did was the ketogenic experiment 30:25 many years ago decades ago 30:27 what they did was they removed the sugar 30:29 out of the meat 30:30 they boiled the sugar out of the meat 30:36 right they didn't fry the meat and give 30:40 people fried meat 30:42 they didn't give people broiled 30:45 beef they boiled the sugar out of the 30:48 beef 30:49 and they only gave that to the people in 30:51 the experiment the ketogenic experiment 30:54 and what they found was when they took 30:56 out every 30:57 single molecule of sugar the person got 31:01 sick lethargic 31:02 lost their thinking process couldn't 31:04 function and either 31:06 died or went into a coma 31:10 or just could barely function 31:13 so they realized the ketosis experiment 31:16 was 31:16 a dangerous one a really really bad idea 31:20 so now the ketogenic diet we have today 31:23 there's carbs in it everywhere 31:26 there's carbs in it everywhere they also 31:29 notice with the old ketogenic diet when 31:31 they started bringing that in 31:33 to the mainstream there was already a 31:36 little bit of carb 31:37 in here wheat germ wheat germ was 31:40 allowed in the old ketogenic diet 31:42 you know you were allowed to do wheat 31:43 germ so you had a little bit of 31:46 carbohydrate in places right you had a 31:49 little bit 31:50 but people were getting heart attacks 31:52 and strokes they had no antioxidants 31:54 they had no 31:55 they had no leafy greens of course they 31:57 didn't even have iceberg lettuce anyway 32:00 they didn't have oranges they didn't 32:01 have things that keep you healthy and 32:03 strong 32:05 is what they didn't have so people would 32:07 get heart attacks people would get 32:08 stroked 32:09 people get heart disease real fast to 32:11 get those cholesterol problems off the 32:12 chart they get everything all wrong 32:14 and so then the ketogenic diet had to 32:16 make it like a transformation you guys 32:20 and they had to start putting sugar in 32:23 it so one of the first starts of the 32:25 sugar was green juices 32:26 so green juices entered the ketogenic 32:29 diet green juices 32:31 and green juices that had a little bit 32:34 of glucose in it 32:35 because some of the vegetables are like 32:38 green juices with beet in there that's 32:40 glucose 32:40 green juices with carrot in there green 32:43 juices and then they started putting in 32:45 a few berries and then they started 32:48 putting in the ketogenic diet 32:50 avocado more sugar you see 32:53 there's putting more sugar in your 32:54 ketogenic diet guess what 32:56 ketosis stops then they put a little 32:59 cheese in there oh high quality cheese 33:01 in your ketogenic diet 33:02 that's good for you right and they put 33:04 that in there and then they put butter 33:06 in there which is sugar 33:07 it's not just fat butters sugar 33:11 sweet it's like butter's sweet 33:14 it is right not candy sweet but it's 33:18 sweet 33:19 there's a sweetness to it okay and then 33:22 in these foods had nutrients in there 33:24 they had nuts then they put nuts and 33:26 seeds in the ketogenic diet which were 33:28 sugars 33:30 see and the green juice and the berries 33:33 and the avocado and the nuts and seeds 33:35 had nutrients in it which started 33:37 helping get 33:38 people get a little bit better and 33:39 they're and it's like they're 33:41 redesigning a screw-up and they're tr 33:44 they're like redesigning it it's 33:45 unbelievable what happens they're trying 33:46 to redesign the screw 33:48 is what's going on and in the end all 33:50 they did was make a healthier animal 33:52 protein diet 33:53 that's all a healthier animal protein 33:56 diet that happens to have 33:57 a few more antioxidants and some 33:58 nutrients here and there and you get a 34:00 little bit of berries if you want you 34:01 got a little bit of that 34:02 you get a little bit of you know you got 34:04 your avocado which is your healthy fat 34:05 because avocado is good for you 34:07 sure it's good for you but if you're 34:09 trying to heal from chronic illness it's 34:10 not your best friend but it's still good 34:12 for you 34:13 and then people were craving more sugar 34:16 and they're craving more sugar so they 34:17 had to offer something in there so then 34:19 they started throwing in all the 34:20 chocolate 34:21 butter fat with a little bit of that raw 34:23 sugar in there or honey and 34:25 raw sugar but people were craving more 34:28 sugar in the ketogenic diet so they had 34:30 to put more things in there so they had 34:32 to put 34:32 more green apples and more berries and 34:35 they had to put something in here 34:37 and now there's keto stuff that's like 34:39 keto donuts and cookies and cakes now 34:42 it's that's keto friendly that's keto 34:44 friendly it's got this many grams of 34:46 carbohydrates that's keto friendly 34:48 and that's how it works you see it's all 34:50 a game of 34:52 not knowing what the heck's going on 34:54 it's a game of scam it's a game of all 34:56 this 34:57 but everybody just walks into it like 34:59 you walk into it uneducated and 35:01 everybody walks into it uneducated 35:03 they're like 35:03 you just walk right into it like oh what 35:06 really that's keto friendly good let me 35:07 have that oh am i in ketosis nobody 35:09 knows 35:10 but what happens is you end up binging 35:12 and that happened all the time 35:13 because there was no sugar in their diet 35:16 because no one was eating avocados in 35:18 the original ketogenic diet they weren't 35:20 eating nuts and seeds and berries and 35:21 they weren't eating anything that they 35:23 were 35:23 binging they'd be like 35:26 they'd be keto for a week and binge 35:29 because they needed some kind of glucose 35:31 for their brain 35:32 you see how it works they needed glucose 35:33 for their brain 35:35 now the keto diet is doing celery juice 35:37 so that's in the keto diet now 35:39 so celery juice is in the keto diet now 35:42 celery's got glucose in it still 35:44 you can't go into ketosis if you're 35:46 doing celery juice you can't go into 35:47 ketosis 35:50 and but they're doing celery juice it's 35:52 helping the real problem so then 35:54 someone's tagging 35:55 ketogenic diets really helping people 35:57 look this one person's getting better 35:59 this one person's just lost 50 pounds on 36:01 a ketogenic diet for the last six months 36:04 there's no other person and what's 36:05 happening is in the ketogenic diet 36:08 they're putting in things that help you 36:10 they're like old medical medium tools 36:12 they're putting in 36:13 celery juice and they're putting in some 36:16 juices 36:17 and they're putting in a little of this 36:19 and they're putting in a little 36:20 spirulina then they're putting in there 36:23 they're actually 36:23 they're actually putting in things then 36:25 they're putting in some spinach in your 36:27 keto diet now for the first time 36:29 then you're putting in cilantro in your 36:30 keto diet now for the first time 36:32 and then they're saying the ketogenic 36:34 diet is getting you better 36:35 not the things that get you better like 36:38 asparagus and cilantro 36:40 and spinach and berries and whatever and 36:44 they're not saying 36:44 in the celery juice they're not saying 36:46 those are what's getting you better 36:48 they're wrapping it up in this keto keto 36:51 bowl 36:52 that's keto that's getting it better so 36:54 this is really interesting stuff on how 36:56 things work you know 36:59 yeah let's make a salad we're still 37:01 doing that 37:03 very very interesting 37:06 when you think about it right so what 37:08 i'm going to do 37:09 is i'm going to 37:12 chop up the cucumber a little bit okay 37:14 so i like chopping up thin slices so i'm 37:16 going to do that right here you guys 37:18 and i'm chopping it up on an angle a 37:20 little bit so they don't roll off the 37:22 cutting board 37:23 so if you do a little one did one rolled 37:25 off how do you like that 37:27 so we're gonna do a little bit of i like 37:30 them kind of thin like this 37:33 don't like them real real thick 37:36 right okay 37:41 my trigeminal neuralgia is just about 37:44 gone 37:44 now healing my digestion thank you reena 37:48 i'm so happy for you seriously i really 37:50 am if you guys just get on here 37:53 medical medium mono cleanse 37:56 challenge next week i'm pumped up 38:00 actually pumped up janine 38:04 what about hc's g drops it's terrifying 38:10 hcg 38:14 the hcg 38:17 terrified popping some cucumber on here 38:20 not a fan at all probably one of the 38:26 most ridiculous things because what they 38:28 did is they just starved you to death 38:31 they just they put you on 500 calories a 38:33 day 38:34 got people exercising on 500 calories a 38:36 day you'd end up binging yourself to 38:39 death i've seen so many people just 38:40 binge themselves like crazy it stresses 38:43 out their adrenals stresses out their 38:44 liver 38:45 they're sicker than ever before from hcg 38:50 people get sicker than ever before 38:54 they go into it well whoa something's 38:56 changing something's happening 38:58 man and then they get 39:01 screwed over in the end because that's 39:04 how it works 39:08 the world of guessing games in the 39:10 industries and everybody involved 39:11 just really they're just playing people 39:13 in so many ways not everybody 39:15 but boy my god they just play people in 39:19 such an 39:19 incredible way okay we got that going 39:21 let's get some red onion here 39:25 so a little bit of red onion in the 39:26 salad do a little bit of a thin slice 39:29 right here okay 39:31 nice and thin don't want real thick 39:34 pieces 39:34 you know since i'm going to be eating 39:36 this is the way i like to do you can do 39:38 it the way you like to do it 39:39 right i'm going to cut these down the 39:42 center 39:42 a couple times pop that on here 39:47 make them a little salad let's put some 39:49 herbs because this is an 39:50 herb salad let's do that next let's get 39:52 some herbs on this 39:56 yeah we got some dill 39:59 look at that beautiful dill right here 40:01 you guys 40:07 reading comments as we're going along to 40:18 got some dill right here i don't know if 40:20 you guys like dill i really do 40:22 pop a little bit on here like that 40:26 there we go got some parsley 40:29 let's get a little bit of that on there 40:36 too 40:40 you love dill marissa 40:43 so i'm gonna do some parsley and i'm 40:45 finely chopping the parsley 40:55 so i'm just doing a little fine chop 40:56 here okay if you guys don't mind 41:02 weight issues 41:05 is derived from a stagnant sluggish 41:08 liver 41:10 just letting you know it's medical 41:13 medium information 41:16 friend of mine just told me that they 41:18 were listening to some kind of 41:20 opera somewhere and then a commercial 41:24 came on between the opera 41:26 and it was this doctor 41:29 saying how weight gain is caused by 41:32 an overburdened stagnant liver 41:36 to sell a product right first of all 41:40 medical medium publish this first 41:43 it's spirit of compassion's information 41:46 that our weight gain is derived from an 41:48 overburdened sluggish liver 41:49 and there's no scientific study that 41:51 discovered it prior 41:52 and there's a doctor sitting there 41:54 reading liver rescue book 41:56 not telling anybody and then saying in a 41:58 commercial to sell her product that it's 42:00 coming from weight loss is coming from 42:02 an overburdened liver 42:07 just like come on i think it's a 42:16 twilight zone personally 42:22 but i like the twilight zone 42:25 it's all right 42:28 makes life interest interesting you know 42:34 all right so we got this herb salad 42:36 we're moving on and i'm not 42:38 telling people that i'm the source so i 42:41 can just be like oh i'm the source it's 42:42 just that how are you going to find out 42:43 how to heal because 42:45 what what this person did is this person 42:47 also offered a bunch of things that 42:49 makes your problem worse 42:50 so it's like okay your liver is causing 42:53 your weight gain because it's stagnant 42:54 sluggish i'm doctor whatever 42:56 and then she went on like something like 42:58 that that this is the cause of it and 43:00 then here's the powder i want you to be 43:02 on here's the 43:03 protein powder to help your liver 43:05 whatever it is and you know 43:06 and it's like no you're not gonna help 43:08 anything with that you gotta learn how 43:10 to do it let's get some dolls in here 43:12 so what i like to do with the dolls is 43:13 i'm going to wet it i'm just going to 43:15 grab a couple tiny pieces of dolls this 43:17 is atlantic dolls right here 43:22 garlic is optional so i'm chopping up a 43:24 little dolls 43:26 careful chopping up dolls right it 43:29 slides on your board a little bit under 43:31 the knife 43:31 keep keep that in mind if you're going 43:33 to chop it up use it culinary wise 43:35 put a little dose on top of the salad if 43:38 you're sensitive to onion and garlic you 43:39 don't have to use onion and garlic you 43:41 can keep the red onion 43:42 out okay if you're 43:45 not sensitive and you like a little bit 43:47 of garlic we can use a little bit of 43:49 garlic i got a garlic bulb right here 43:51 let's grab one 43:53 one clove garlic and onion 43:57 kills viruses and bacteria 44:06 i'm just mincing this garlic really 44:09 finely on the board 44:10 you guys see you guys are looking 44:14 right a little bit of garlic on top of 44:15 the salad like this 44:18 now let's make a little bit of an orange 44:22 dressing 44:25 you can squeeze orange directly on top 44:27 how about that that's actually really 44:29 funny that's why i like being live 44:31 you don't know what's going to happen 44:32 orange could go flying towards your face 44:34 and smacking in the nose 44:38 i'm gonna squeeze orange right on here 44:39 that's what i'm gonna do put a little 44:41 lemon on this one too 44:42 right you can pop in some steamed potato 44:47 in this 44:47 you can pop in pop in some steamed 44:51 asparagus 44:52 brussels sprouts you can do a lot of 44:53 great stuff on here 45:10 happens is if you got bacteria 45:13 inside your gut right and viruses inside 45:16 your gut 45:17 it's not going to want to get killed off 45:19 it's not going to want to go 45:22 bacteria and viruses don't want to just 45:24 leave 45:25 they don't be like okay throw my hands 45:26 in the air and i'm going to go they've 45:27 been living in you for a long time 45:30 they've been grown by the classified 45:32 medical industry 45:33 grown in labs out of eggs and they've 45:37 been put out into the world 45:38 purposely so that you have all these 45:41 different pathogens inside of you 45:43 right that's what the the weaponized 45:47 biological warfare you know 45:50 all started before 1920. so they started 45:53 learning how the classified medical 45:55 industry started learning how to 45:57 propagate all these bugs and then they 45:59 were like whoa we could actually 46:00 create illness in people to feed the 46:03 medical industry for years to come and 46:05 the publicly the publicly known medical 46:07 research and science will never be aware 46:08 of it unless they discover it as time 46:10 goes on 46:11 and it was a really great incredible 46:15 scheme 46:16 of all time when you think about it 46:17 you've got the classified medical 46:18 industry 46:19 raising all these bugs behind 46:20 everybody's backs and then you've got 46:22 your publicly known medical industry 46:24 like the medical schools and all that 46:25 pumping out doctors right 46:27 and doing all that stuff in research and 46:29 they're two worlds 46:30 and they in the private industry the 46:33 classified industry released all the 46:34 bugs 46:35 in 1920 1930 1940 1950 46:39 all the herpes simplex ones and herpes 46:41 simplex twos right 46:43 all released you know so everybody 46:46 thought that 46:47 woodstock is why herpes simplex 1 went 46:49 around and herpes simplex 2 went around 46:51 it was because of woodstock in 1969 46:54 and it wasn't because of woodstock and 46:56 everybody having free sex in 1969 46:59 because that's what they blamed it on 47:00 that's not why simplex 1 and simplex 2 47:02 went around simplex 1 and simplex 2 were 47:04 released 47:05 before night right around 1920 early 47:07 before 1920 it was released and they 47:09 were 47:10 releasing it publicly with nobody 47:12 knowing it and they were putting it out 47:13 there so people would get simplex 1 and 47:15 simplex 2. 47:16 and then people would pass it around by 47:17 the time woodstock came around and 47:19 you know that age of free love came 47:21 around in the 1960s 47:23 everybody was passing around their 47:25 simplex ones and simplex twos but it 47:27 wasn't because really because of that 47:29 it was because it was put out there to 47:31 get passed around you see how it works 47:33 and so the classified industry put out 47:36 all these bugs all through the 1920s 47:38 and 1930s and 1940s and the epstein bars 47:41 and the cytomegaloviruses and the hhv-6 47:43 were all put out there 47:44 and then the publicly known medical 47:45 research science never knew why anybody 47:47 was sick they still don't know now but 47:49 they stumbled across the bugs along the 47:51 way and was like whoa 47:52 that's that's a virus we see under the 47:54 microscope meanwhile they're just 47:56 discovering what was already known by 47:57 the classified industry 47:59 put a little bit of lemon on here 48:11 right that's the salad right there 48:14 you can have this with so many things i 48:16 mean look how beautiful that is you guys 48:18 on facebook youtube what do you guys 48:20 think on
