start 0:58 because all those things are out of your 1:02 diet the milk cheese the butter the eggs 1:04 the chicken the meat 1:06 right gone out of the diet right now the 1:08 chocolate the caffeine 1:10 right the coffee it's out of your diet 1:12 right now right 1:14 the all the different nutritional yeast 1:15 apple cider vinegar all the 1:17 all the stuff right all those vegan 1:19 burgers and vegan pizzas are out of your 1:21 diet right now right 1:22 you guys are just taste buds are 1:24 recalibrate 1:26 right they're recalibrating think about 1:29 that a little bit 1:29 your taste buds are actually 1:31 recalibrating your stomach's getting a 1:33 chance to heal your digestion is getting 1:35 a chance 1:36 to come back and heal think about how 1:38 amazing that is 1:40 you guys i'm proud of you for doing this 1:42 if you just started it and 1:43 you're starting it today because you 1:45 haven't done it or you started after 1:47 this 1:48 hey fine i'm proud of you then too 1:51 but we're day two i'm doing it i'm 1:54 excited okay 1:55 so we're gonna run down some of the do's 1:58 and don'ts gonna run down on some of 2:00 the good things about what this is doing 2:02 for us which is so exciting 2:04 so good to see you guys coming on 2:06 awesome and i'm going to answer as many 2:08 questions as i can 2:10 and we're going to run through it all so 2:12 let's start doing it because 3:07 lemon's involved 3:09 lime is involved in this mono cleanse 3:13 so in this mono cleanse challenge let's 3:15 make some lemon water really quick 3:17 did you guys do your lemon water i want 3:18 to ask 3:20 and how are you doing is it hitting you 3:23 yet 3:23 you're like you know any kind of 3:25 cravings any emotional 3:27 cravings is hitting you you need to see 3:29 somebody says are you stocked up with your 3:45 lemons you're doing you should do lemon 3:47 water twice a day 3:48 on this you could do it three times a 3:49 day if you want as well 3:51 okay and you can definitely do that is 3:54 there a limit on how much lemon water i 3:55 saw that in tik tok just now 3:58 there's no limit to it if you want to do 3:59 if you want water all day long like the 4:01 liter of water 4:02 you cause a minimum of a liter of water 4:04 and you want to squeeze lemon into that 4:06 all day long as you eat you're drinking 4:08 it that's perfectly fine you guys 4:11 i'm excited about this for everybody 4:13 really am 4:14 okay 16 to 32 ounces water 4:18 there you go lemons going in that's a 4:21 part of it 4:22 upon waking you're flushing your liver 4:25 you're flushing out poisons and toxins 4:27 when you use this upon 4:29 wait right upon waking you wake up 4:32 it's like rise and shine boom you got 4:35 your lemon water how incredible is that 4:37 first thing okay you need that 4:41 then you can wait a little while you can 4:43 have your celery juice 4:44 shortly after that that's one thing you 4:46 can do 4:47 and um and we're going to go into that that you're on your 7:57 nuts 7:58 and your nut butters if you're vegan or 7:59 plant-based you're on your beans if 8:01 you're vegan 8:02 you're just you're on all these intense 8:04 proteins right you're on your chickpea 8:06 hummus your black bean hummus 8:08 okay you're eating your tofu you're 8:10 eating your soy 8:12 right you know and then 8:15 if you're somebody that's animal protein 8:16 you're eating your chicken you're eating 8:18 your fish 8:19 you're eating all the and you're still 8:20 having beans and nuts and nut butters 8:22 everybody's having their peanut butter 8:24 everybody's having their cheese you're 8:26 you're eating your protein everybody's 8:28 eating their protein and everybody gets 8:30 sick 8:31 protein has nothing to do whether if 8:33 you're gonna get sick or not 8:36 protein has nothing to do with you 8:38 getting sick with lupus multiple 8:40 sclerosis 8:41 ra hashimoto's eczema psoriasis 8:43 psoriatic arthritis or any other 8:45 condition 8:46 there is that has nothing to do with 8:48 protein at all 8:50 very important to know okay you get 8:52 neurological symptoms and you get 8:54 diagnosed with neurological 8:55 neurological lyme protein has nothing to 8:58 do with any of it if you get acne 9:00 protein has nothing to do with acne 9:01 rosacea protein has nothing to do with 9:03 rosacea 9:04 it's imperative you understand how that 9:07 works 9:08 where you get sick and if someone says 9:11 oh are you getting protein 9:12 as if that's some kind of answer or some 9:15 kind of solution 9:17 to why you're sick like it's a head 9:19 scratcher right there 9:21 that's a head scratcher uh so is a 9:24 protein 9:24 bar gonna save me from my 9:27 lupus from my heart palpitations from my 9:31 weak limbs from my tingles and numbness 9:34 and and so 9:36 how does that work so that's really 9:38 important you know it really is 9:41 literally everyone is complaining about 9:44 a symptom 9:44 a pain an ache a condition out there 9:47 everybody now is the new normal is to be 9:50 sick 9:51 that's the new normal is to be sick so 9:54 everybody's got a symptom that's a new 9:55 normal out there and protein has nothing 9:57 to do with it now if you're going to do 9:59 the mono cleanse you got to get the 10:01 calories in 10:02 you can't under feed yourself you're not 10:06 fasting and that's the first thing 10:08 people 10:36 yep 10:39 is that it i'm getting hungry 10:43 i didn't realize how spoiled i was 10:46 eating everything and anything i ever 10:47 wanted 10:49 i didn't what if there was like a food 10:52 shortage someday 10:53 what would i do then i didn't know i was 10:56 just 10:57 i'm getting i'm getting hungry again i i 11:00 need something to eat 11:02 i need something to eat i better have 11:04 some cookies 11:06 i better have some cookies because i 11:10 i'm like spoiled i i better have a grill 11:13 oh i'm in a mood for a grilled cheese 11:14 sandwich today 11:16 yeah like i can't do this mono eating 11:18 cleanse i'm in the mood for a grilled 11:20 cheese sandwich 11:21 i i i ordered a pizza i ordered a pizza 11:24 a little while ago it's on its way 11:26 it's on its way and um so i'm thinking 11:29 about the pizza what else can i have 11:31 a couple eggs i'm i'm getting hungry 11:34 what happens is that people don't 11:36 realize how spoiled they are 11:38 too instant gratification everywhere 11:41 instant gratification just eat what you 11:43 want i'm in the mood for some coffee of 11:44 course you're in the mood you're 11:45 addicted to it you're gonna have to have 11:47 it every day 11:48 i'm in the mood for some chocolate of 11:49 course you're gonna need to be in the 11:50 mood for it you're addicted to it 11:52 you eat it every day you know i'm in the 11:54 you know 11:55 i'm in the mood for chicken quesadilla 11:58 i'm in the mood for some tacos some 12:00 nachos 12:01 i'm in the mood i'm in the mood for some 12:03 pizza you know i'm in the mood for you 12:05 know flavors 12:06 and lots of just oil and fat 12:10 this is the first time you're off the 12:12 fats 12:13 this is the first time you're off 12:16 the fats you're off the milk cheese the 12:19 butter the eggs the bacon the sausage 12:21 you're off the chicken the fish the meat 12:24 you're off the 12:24 the oils the nut butters the nuts and 12:27 seeds you're off of it 12:29 you're off of the fat you're off of the 12:31 soy which is fat 12:34 the soy is fat all right it's a lot of 12:36 oil in soy 12:37 so you're you're off of the fat you guys 12:41 and when you go off the fat 12:44 there's this you know panic button that 12:45 hits too it's like 12:47 it's also a combination of being spoiled 12:50 too 12:50 like eating whatever you want i'm gonna 12:52 have my tuna fish where's my mayo i'm 12:55 gonna have my grilled cheese sandwich 12:56 i'm gonna have cookies later on i'm 12:58 gonna have some chocolate oh it's all 12:59 organic though 13:01 i'm gonna have you know we get spoiled 13:04 okay so let's go into the coins let's 13:06 talk about it a little bit 13:08 let's do that 13:13 people always worry about like getting 13:16 enough 13:17 of the food rainbow right getting enough 13:20 of food rainbow 13:21 on the mono eating cleanse the larger 13:23 amounts you're eating of healing foods 13:25 remember this you're eating a larger 13:28 amount 13:28 of healing foods okay 13:32 such as papaya in the way your body 13:35 benefits from that 13:36 supersedes the need for variety 13:39 keep that in mind i'm a big believer in 13:43 variety for sure but when we're healing 13:46 certain problems and cleansing certain 13:48 things going on in the body 13:51 simplicity helps us heal 13:54 and when we're doing larger amounts of a 13:57 medicinal food 13:59 that heals us in special ways 14:03 we're changing our body's environment 14:07 for the positive we're getting rid of 14:08 the poisons we're easing up the liver 14:11 the liver doesn't have to produce all 14:12 this bile your stomach doesn't blow out 14:14 all its hydrochloric acid and your 14:18 adrenals 14:20 have a chance to heal right your 14:22 adrenals have a chance 14:23 all these things matter okay so 14:27 the larger amounts you're eating you 14:28 guys of these healing foods such as 14:31 papaya 14:32 weigh out the benefits man 14:35 super seed superseded if you're trying 14:38 to get the entire 14:39 rainbow on your plate because you know i 14:41 know a lot of people are like i'm always 14:43 trying to get the 14:44 rainbow i'm always trying to get all the 14:45 colors in right 14:47 if you're only getting this much color 14:50 of one thing 14:51 you're really not getting much anything 14:54 see how it works 14:56 keep that in mind this is really 14:57 oh i got a little red in there there's a 15:29 little tomato in my salad i got a little 15:31 red 15:32 it's not enough you have to eat a few 15:34 tomatoes like in this medical medium 15:36 spinach soup right when you're not doing 15:37 the mono cleanse 15:39 and you're doing the medical medium 15:40 spinach soup you're getting like 15:42 two three bigger sized tomatoes in there 15:44 but you eat a little salad and you got a 15:46 little piece of tomato you think you're 15:47 doing yourself good 15:49 that's the trick out of that whole 15:50 rainbow thing right 15:52 a couple of cucumber pieces versus 15:55 actually making cucumber noodles 15:58 or juicing some cucumbers and making 16:00 some cucumber juice right 16:02 see the difference the power the power 16:05 difference right there 16:06 so people are like well no i had some 16:08 cucumber i had a salad with a little 16:10 tomato i got a check 16:12 check covered got a little piece of 16:15 tomato 16:15 check covered uh no check 16:18 no check me you got screwed over by 16:22 information out there 16:23 because it takes more than a little 16:25 piece of tomato and a little couple 16:26 little slices of cucumber 16:29 it does so when we span out the rainbow 16:32 too much and we're all trying to 16:33 you know a little bit of this little bit 16:35 of that little bit little bit of this 16:36 it's not enough to do anything keep that 16:39 in mind right 16:40 so a few leaves of mixed greens 16:43 isn't enough is it enough 16:48 well it may give you the full spectrum 16:50 it's not like eating the whole bowl of 16:52 heirloom 16:52 tomatoes you guys it's not like 16:56 having a whole head of cauliflower in 16:58 one sitting 16:59 instead you're spreading out your 17:01 nutrients in these little pieces of food 17:04 in some cases that can work in the end 17:06 if your digestion isn't troubled either 17:08 too a lot of people 17:09 their digestion isn't tanked yet right 17:11 and they can just like throw any 17:13 abomination they want in there fried 17:15 this fry that or just whatever 17:17 you know bake this oils and all this 17:19 stuff 17:21 but you know it's important to know so 17:24 um 17:25 look ten i gotta tell you something too 17:27 we're gonna go into quantities in a 17:29 second i just wanna finish this up 17:32 all right now the bottom line is 17:36 another thing too when people when they 17:37 eat avocado they might have in their 17:39 salad a sliver of avocado 17:41 and orange slice right and you know in 17:44 their food somewhere and it you know or 17:46 they have something that's made with 17:47 all the stuff and thrown on chicken 17:49 breasts right the bottom line 17:51 bottom line is how do you get better 17:54 if you're not using enough of a 17:56 medicinal food 17:57 if someone only eats a couple of bites 18:00 of banana every three days 18:02 or a couple of bites of banana every 18:03 week you're not getting enough there's 18:06 you can't get enough to do what you need 18:09 to do to heal 18:10 and this is one of the traps right now 18:13 in alternative medicine by the way 18:15 really important information right there 18:17 that alone is so critical 18:19 um quantities let's go into that a 18:23 little bit 18:25 while we can 18:28 eight bananas might not be enough for 18:30 somebody definitely not ten bananas 18:32 might not be enough for somebody on this 18:33 mono cleanse 18:35 okay the bananas could be small these 18:38 bananas 18:38 are bigger all right these bananas are 18:42 these are big bananas right here someone 18:44 could have smaller bananas 18:46 medium-sized bananas you don't want to 18:49 starve yourself you 18:50 want to eat enough so important lunell 18:53 says quantity matters 18:55 as much as quality exactly let's talk 18:58 about how to do it 18:59 let's go let's get working we got work 19:02 to do 19:05 we do we do let's get on it so 19:10 first things first let me run a little 19:12 celery juice let's get that going right 19:14 now 19:15 you guys don't mind first and foremost 19:21 did you guys get your celery juice you 19:22 need the mineral salts 19:24 that's a big deal all in its own you 19:26 have to have the mineral salts 19:29 very important 19:32 so i got some fresh washed celery right 19:36 here 19:45 one of the reasons why people heal with 19:48 celery juice is because 19:50 of the mineral salts 19:55 it's a complete electrolyte 19:58 you can be somebody with a whole rainbow 20:01 of foods 20:02 you you know you got a a wide palette 20:07 you're eccentric can i have this 20:11 you're in a you know you're in a juice 20:13 bar you're in a restaurant a vegan 20:15 restaurant and you're like 20:16 yeah can i have that i say 20:20 a little bit of this and a little juice medical medium mono cleanse allows 22:26 for your adrenals to not 22:28 have to get overworked so you might get 22:31 tired 22:33 because you're healing that's how it 22:36 works 22:38 your body's getting a break you may need 22:41 to rest 22:42 or take a nap 22:46 all of this is important to know so that 22:48 in the future 22:50 you'll have more energy and more 22:52 strength 22:54 see how 23:10 trashing their adrenals they don't know 23:11 it but they are 23:12 they're tanking fats every day because 23:15 everybody's on a high fat diet 23:16 which tires out the adrenals 23:21 they're on caffeine they're on coffee 23:25 green tea matcha tea whatever chocolate 23:28 and they've got their adrenals 23:30 overworked every single day 23:33 and then they're intermittent fasting 23:35 when things get so out of control 23:38 they intermittent fast and then they're 23:40 on adrenaline once again because now 23:42 they're not eating 23:43 so their adrenals are pumping right 23:47 [Music] 23:48 what this does is it it tells your body 23:51 we're healing it tells your body we're 23:54 taking a break 23:56 see how important that is you may get a 23:59 little tired you may need to rest 24:01 you have poisons and toxins coming out 24:04 into the bloodstream to be urinated out 24:06 and eliminated out 24:09 your blood is thinning you're getting 24:11 rid of all the fat in your blood 24:13 your heart's getting a break and so what 24:16 happens 24:17 is when your heart's getting a break and 24:19 your adrenals are getting a break your 24:20 heart doesn't have to pump so hard 24:23 all these things allow for you to heal 24:26 hold on how are adrenals pumping 24:31 something's blocking that word oh during 24:33 an intermittent fast so hold this on 24:34 tick tock 24:35 hold on how are adrenals pumping during 24:37 intermittent fast 24:39 intermittent fast doesn't doesn't give 24:41 you glucose so you're not running on any 24:43 glucose adrenaline has to replace the 24:44 glucose that's why 24:46 so here's how it works right 24:49 you're intermittent fasting the wrong 24:51 way that's what everybody does 24:53 okay because they're not getting their 24:55 celery juice keeping those mineral salts 24:57 going in there they're not getting their 24:58 lemon water they're not having 25:00 some fruit they're not doing that so 25:02 intermittent fasting means they're 25:03 holding 25:04 withholding from food right when you 25:06 withhold for fruit from food 25:08 past a couple of hours you start running 25:11 on adrenaline because you ran out of 25:12 glucose your glucose is gone 25:15 your glucose just disappears out of the 25:16 bloodstream because you're now 25:18 you're not giving yourself any glucose 25:20 right you're not giving yourself any 25:21 carbohydrates or blood sugar your blood 25:23 sugar is just 25:24 relying now on adrenaline so when you 25:26 intermittent fast you're just off of 25:27 adrenaline so you're on a high you're 25:29 like wow this intermittent fasting 25:30 thing's working for me 25:31 and all that does is take you to a place 25:34 of trashing your adrenals later on 25:36 that's how it works you don't think no 33:25 you'll know like so many details of this 33:27 you don't mess up 33:28 so you end up eating enough of a portion 33:31 or getting enough food so you're not 33:33 missing out and you buy two tiny little 33:35 papayas 33:36 and now you're just home and you're like 33:37 how am i going to do this let's start 33:39 with the 33:41 pie here so 33:45 just going to open up this washer and 33:47 grab some balls 33:53 right so i'm going to scoop the seeds 33:56 out of this papaya as you guys can see 33:59 right now you can eat papaya seeds but 34:02 they're very spicy 34:04 and they're very strong right and when 34:06 you're mono 34:07 eating it might not be something you 34:08 want to do you might not want to eat 34:10 them they're very 34:11 peppery very very bitey 34:14 okay very spicy 34:18 removing the um seeds right there 34:24 so you got a couple of different options 34:26 you could just do this 34:28 you're doing the mono cleanse just take 34:29 a spoon right 34:33 and you can eat it 35:20 fat's fat yeah the system is rigged 35:24 so we think that the fat is just really 35:26 doesn't really 35:28 offer anything like that but what it 35:30 does is the fat makes you fat 35:31 there's a reason for that fat makes you 35:34 fat 35:36 why is watermelon making me super 35:38 bloated does that mean i have 35:40 sibo or candida so 35:43 a couple of things with watermelon is i 35:45 love a look i love watermelon it's a 35:47 cleansing healing food i love 35:48 melons in the 369 cleanse the 369 35:52 advanced cleanse you'll see 35:53 melons on the ninth day right 35:56 but what happens is a lot of people have 35:59 digestive problems of all kinds 36:01 they'll have things going on with their 36:04 digestion you know that that anything 36:06 they'll have 36:06 um they'll other cleansing 37:57 foods we might get upset at right 38:00 so we'll punish these foods during that 38:03 watermelon 38:04 making me bloated i'm not saying you're 38:06 like you know freaking out but 38:08 you know darn that cleansing food it's 38:11 you know darn that celery juice 38:14 but really it's from years and years 38:17 of being fed garbage that's what it is 38:20 and and the whole thing is you must 38:23 already 38:24 had uploading issues somewhere this 38:26 isn't the first time you blowed it 38:28 and if you're dealing with sibo or 38:30 anything else you already have a 38:32 bloating issue 38:33 right so it's not like you've never 38:34 bloated before you're eating your pizzas 38:36 and never bloated you're eating your 38:38 nachos and never bloated you're eating 38:40 your bean burgers never bloated you're 38:41 eating your chicken and 38:42 rice and never bloated your bread and 38:44 never bloated your muffins and never 38:45 bloated your bagels had never bloated 38:48 so you you're obviously bloating it's 38:50 not like you had watermelon for the 38:51 first time in your bloating 38:53 but watermelon watermelon is a 38:56 powerful cleanser too though once you melons i've had them on cantaloupes 39:38 all right and i've used it but 39:42 i'm saying in general when you want to 39:44 do something when if you have anything 39:46 going on with your intestinal tract when 39:47 you've got crohn's colitis and you've 39:49 got 39:50 ibs and you've got sibo and you've got 39:52 all these other problems i like 39:53 what's in the book for mono eating which 39:56 is your papaya 39:57 and your banana your lettuces your 40:00 gentle lettuces 40:01 your celery juice your lemon water 40:04 that's what i 40:05 like right there and there's some people 40:06 that got pretty strong guts still 40:08 you know they're their hydrochloric acid 40:10 is still strong 40:11 their guts aren't filled with too much 40:13 putrefied stuff and they're taking the 40:15 watermelon every day it's a great tool 40:17 it's a great tool but i'm saying 40:18 it's not highly recommended for the mono 40:21 eating cleanse 40:23 but yet i love melons and i love the 40:25 honeydews and the cantaloupes and the 40:27 crenshaws and all those 40:29 and i love those for the 369 last day 40:32 anyway but if you're gonna go 40:36 long term on the melon long term 40:39 like if you ever choose to do something 40:41 like that you go watermelon 40:42 you're doing a watermelon every day long 40:44 term i recommend you make sure you get 40:46 that celery juice in every single day 40:48 because you need those mineral salts 40:49 that's what i recommend okay i also 40:52 recommend 40:53 that you should if you are doing it you 40:56 should be pretty 40:57 hardy when you do it because you might 40:59 bump into walls eventually because 41:01 there's not 41:02 there's not enough calories in most of 41:04 the watermelons that are 41:06 out there some watermelons around the 41:08 world 41:09 have the caloric they have that caloric 41:11 nature to it they got the calories 41:13 most watermelons that we walk in and 41:15 just stumble into a store and we grab 41:17 one 41:18 not a lot of calories in those some of 41:19 those aren't like that you'll see 41:21 they're kind of whitish inside 41:23 they're a little pale inside they're not 41:25 deep red with 41:26 all that sugar and glucose so that's 41:29 another mistake too you just go okay i'm 41:31 gonna do watermelon cleanse you grab a 41:33 watermelon from the store and that 41:34 watermelon doesn't have a lot of 41:35 calories because it's not like somebody 41:36 else's watermelon somewhere else in the 41:38 world 41:38 where it's deep rich red all the seeds 41:41 in there just keep in mind that that 41:42 that's just some of the some of the 41:45 things that just to look out for 41:48 but you notice the medical medium 41:49 cleanse is 41:51 mono cleanse is based with based out of 41:55 a 41:56 papaya so we're doing the papaya right 41:58 here okay 41:59 and what we do is you can do you take 42:00 the banana 42:03 chop it up throw it on top of the papaya 42:04 if you're gonna do the papaya banana one 42:07 so if you're gonna mix them and do i 42:08 like the papaya banana 42:10 together that's one i really like but i 42:12 also like when you know 42:14 many times i've had to recommend for 42:16 people to lettuce leaf right 42:46 put your banana pieces here put some 42:48 papaya pieces in your 42:50 your lettuce leaf right and then you got 42:53 your lettuce papaya banana 42:58 that's not a lot of food 43:02 it's one banana and a half of a large 43:05 papaya 43:05 it's not a lot of food keep that in mind 43:08 so 43:09 you may need a whole bunch of these from 43:12 morning till night okay if you're really 43:15 really hungry like you're hitting the 43:16 wall you're hungry 43:18 you're craving you're hungry if you're 43:20 only three bananas in 43:21 half a papaya in and it's four o'clock 43:23 in the afternoon and you're like hitting 43:25 you're just like 43:26 you want to scream then you know 43:29 you need some more so keep that in mind 43:31 how it works very important information 43:33 right here 43:34 all right all right we got that 43:38 that was fun let's go into the next part 43:40 so we need to do 43:41 i want to blend up papaya real quick 43:45 i know i did that yesterday but it's 43:47 important to do it again and show 43:48 everybody because 43:50 it's it's such a great tool 43:53 so let's get some papaya in here do a 43:56 little blend up real quick 44:12 so we're getting some papaya in here 44:14 right here 44:16 and we're gonna do just a quick papaya 44:18 blend 44:20 right now you can you can scoop right 44:24 down to the skins of your papayas like 44:26 the morning you could save that for 45:21 lunch your lunch version 45:23 you can save it for the end of the day 45:25 version right 45:27 and 45:30 so i got some papaya that's blended 45:37 fun fun fun 45:41 all right and what i like to do i'm just 45:43 going to move this out of the way real 45:45 quick 45:48 what i like to do is peel back a banana 45:52 like this 45:56 i like to cut in pieces 46:01 [Music] 46:08 and anyway 46:11 i got it right there in the in the the 46:14 cut pieces 46:15 in the bowl of papaya so what i like to 46:18 do is dip 46:19 it so i take the piece of banana and dip 46:21 it 46:23 don't knock it till you try it it's that 46:26 good 46:28 like if you were here right now and i 46:31 was like 46:31 dude just dip it in there 46:36 don't knock it to your stripe that's 46:37 incredible 46:40 but then again you could be somebody 46:41 that's so addicted 46:43 to all the bad stuff you don't know what 46:45 you're tasting 46:47 and that's what i love about the mono 46:48 cleanse it brings you 46:50 back around so that you might be able to 46:53 detect 46:54 poison in all your food 46:58 because that's what happens everybody's 47:00 poisoning themselves stretching your 53:55 stomach 53:56 because you're used to eating dense fats 53:58 small portions of dense 54:00 fat right a lot of people do that 54:02 they're used to eating 54:03 pieces of meat little pieces of chicken 54:05 and they get all their calories 54:07 from all dense fats so their stomach 54:11 isn't stretched 54:13 our stomach isn't um it's it's 54:16 shrunk right a lot of people have so 54:18 they'll eat like a part of a banana and 54:20 feel 54:21 full they'll eat like half a banana and 54:23 feel like well that was too much food 54:25 but you can eat more when it comes down 54:27 to the mono cleanse okay 54:29 you can eat more so that's important so 54:31 this is a mashed potato right here 54:33 what i like about the mashed potato you 54:35 could add more lemon to it too i added 54:37 some lemon 54:39 okay and 54:42 put a little bit more lemon in there 54:45 there's no butter in here there's no fat 54:47 in these mashed potatoes 54:50 there's a reason for that to save your 54:52 liver you guys 54:53 to save your liver to save your pancreas 54:56 so you don't blow out your pancreas so 54:58 you don't blow out your liver 55:00 okay so you can put a lid over those 55:02 mashed potatoes right there in your 55:04 lettuce just like that 55:06 and there you go 55:09 really good that's another option 55:14 and i don't want you guys getting 55:16 confused about demonstrating 55:37 so that's why i'm i'm kind of breaking 55:40 the mono cleanse 55:41 challenge around a little bit not 55:43 supposed to be doing mashed potatoes and 55:45 peas 55:46 i'm not supposed to be doing mashed 55:47 potatoes and banana mashed potatoes and 55:50 papaya 55:51 so you're not supposed to just pick one 55:53 of the options the papaya option in 55:54 lettuce 55:55 banana option and lettuce the pea option 55:58 in lettuce 55:59 no potato same potato pops in the 56:02 lettuce 56:10 so good so good 56:14 all right 56:17 so you guys 56:22 are you guys eating enough asparagus 57:58 isn't that great isn't that great it is 58:01 really i mean when you think about it to 58:03 do all the healing you need to do 58:04 it's good to know you look you can 58:06 branch out with another 58:08 option like that and that's pretty cool 58:10 this is so good by the way 58:11 i know this is so simplistic but when 58:14 you're on the mono cleanse and your 58:16 taste buds 58:17 are going back to where they should be 58:19 and you're recalibrating the senses and 58:21 you're recalibrating the cranial nerves 58:24 right 58:25 so you're recalibrating the cranial 58:27 nerves to your taste buds 58:30 right so all those cranial nerves 58:33 stemming out of your brain stem and then 58:35 going to 58:36 your tongue to your mouth to your 58:39 salivary glands right those cranial treatments too okay keep in mind 1:01:17 seeing that a lot out there a lot of 1:01:18 people getting new medical treatments 1:01:20 and then 1:01:21 they're just getting all kinds of stuff 1:01:23 and then they're confused like 1:01:24 they don't know where that stuff's 1:01:26 coming from 1:01:29 all right 1:01:33 hold on you guys get some peas 1:01:36 in the pan here 1:01:47 and pathogens that are inside of us okay 1:01:50 just so you know 1:01:52 pathogens that are inside of us 1:01:55 streptococcus inside our gut 1:01:57 okay epstein-barr viruses on our nerves 1:02:00 once you stop whatever and 1:02:45 organic cake whatever still there's 1:02:48 always these eggs in there there's 1:02:49 always these dairy and a lot of stuff 1:02:51 that stuff feeds bugs it feeds pathogens 1:02:53 it feeds viruses it feeds bacteria 1:02:55 and when you're doing this you're you're 1:02:58 starving all those bugs 1:03:00 you guys are actually doing this bug 1:03:02 starving thing okay 1:03:04 and those bugs are going to make you 1:03:06 want to eat 1:03:07 they're going to make you want to eat 1:03:09 foods you 1:03:11 once ate those bugs are going to make 1:03:13 you want to eat food 1:03:16 that you that that have fed them 1:03:20 okay so when you're eating your pizzas 1:03:24 that cheese on the pizza and that gluten 1:03:27 in the in the crust 1:03:28 that's feeding all your bugs keeping 1:03:30 them nice and happy 1:03:32 keeping them fat and happy those bugs 1:03:34 when you remove all that and you're mono 1:03:36 eating and then you're eating foods that 1:03:38 actually 1:03:38 help starve the bugs and help eliminate 1:03:42 the bugs 1:03:42 those bugs are gonna try to tell you to 1:03:45 go 1:03:46 and get their food so those bugs are 1:03:48 gonna tell you 1:03:49 you gotta go and find their food find 1:03:52 the pizza 1:03:54 yeah you know it's like whoa i'm on 1:03:58 day two the mono eating cleanse 1:04:02 uh-huh what 1:04:06 what did i 1:04:10 did i what 1:04:13 get what pizza is that my inner 1:04:16 consciousness telling me pizza 1:04:19 what is that i gotta i gotta get a pizza 1:04:22 i i gotta order a pizza now 1:04:28 hey pizza place yeah something inside is telling 1:04:44 me 1:04:44 since i've been on this mono cleanse 1:04:47 something inside of me is telling me i 1:04:48 need a pizza so i think i'm gonna go 1:04:50 with that intuitive feeling 1:04:52 yeah i'm gonna use my intuitive eating 1:04:54 ability that i had 1:04:56 all along yeah i'm gonna eat intuitively 1:05:00 and i and i 1:05:00 and i feel there's a craving and it must 1:05:02 be justified and i i want a pizza with 1:05:05 some 1:05:06 with some sausage on it no i'll just go 1:05:08 with pepperoni 1:05:10 okay all right i'll wait for that pizza 1:05:13 are you gonna bring it okay i'll wait 1:05:16 okay good 1:05:19 i'm waiting for that pizza you guys so 1:05:21 hopefully we get that pizza 1:05:23 you know and the bugs inside of us they 1:05:26 want 1:05:27 they want those foods and so they can 1:05:31 tell us to get those foods that's what's 1:05:34 happening they can tell us to get those 1:05:35 foods 1:05:36 because once those bugs are starving 1:05:38 inside of us 1:05:40 we think it's our intuitive everyday 1:05:42 intuitive thing that people are 1:05:44 saying out there 1:05:45 i'm not saying people aren't intuitive 1:05:47 they are intuitive but when it comes 1:05:48 down to what they eat they're not 1:05:50 i'm sorry we've been poisoned so much 1:05:52 with all our caffeine and everything 1:05:54 else we don't know what we intuitively 1:05:55 like or not 1:05:56 we've been trained to like vinegar we 1:05:57 don't know vinegar destroys the body but 1:05:59 we intuitively eat it 1:06:01 are you kidding me like we're 1:06:02 intuitively eating 1:06:04 no sorry we're addicted to all these 1:06:06 poisons and we're used to eating all 1:06:08 these poisons and flavors and that's 1:06:09 what we do right 1:06:11 but what people completely oh the pizza 1:06:14 just came 1:06:15 okay thanks well i appreciate it oh yeah 1:06:18 thank you i i 1:06:19 that's perfect all right good all right 1:06:23 i just got my 1:06:57 friday night 1:06:58 and so i'm doing that right now you guys 1:07:00 what's happening is 1:07:03 i'm just listening to the bugs inside of 1:07:04 me now all those different bugs you can 1:07:06 call the bugs what you want 1:07:08 bacteria viruses whatever 1:07:12 i'm listening to them they want this 1:07:14 pizza white monster mono cleanse i'm 1:07:15 going to put these i'm going to
