the mono cleanse 0:52 and they said they hate bananas 0:55 what you're homeless person oh 0:58 they would like bananas do you think 1:00 they would do good with whole 1:02 bunches of bananas and lots of potatoes 1:05 they would would they be happy oh they 1:08 would huh 1:09 would they complain about their kidney 1:11 problems because 1:13 the person i'm watching right now got 1:15 kidney disease starting 1:17 and they got kidney disease from eating 1:19 meat and lots of eggs 1:22 yep and the only banana they ate was a 1:24 banana split 1:25 because i watched them eat a banana 1:26 split and now 1:29 they're all complaining uh-huh that 1:31 they're afraid to eat a banana for the 1:33 mono cleanse 1:34 uh-huh oh i watched them eat chocolate 1:37 for months 1:38 yeah they lots of chocolate lots of meat 1:41 lots of eggs uh-huh even some candy 1:47 what's your person doing in the tent 1:49 well you just flew to another tent 1:51 what did they eat oh they they haven't 1:53 had really anything they've been going 1:55 into dumpsters 1:56 they're dumpster diving they had a piece 1:59 of pizza last week huh 2:01 well i got people here they yeah 2:04 i got a lot of complainers i don't know 2:07 this mono cleanse i'm hearing about 2:09 uh yeah lots of complainers uh-huh 2:13 okay well all right okay i 2:16 i gotta go i gotta go 2:22 well the phone's ringing again 2:31 go fly on the 3:02 been a fly flying the wall in this house 3:03 for a long time and they always have 3:05 bathroom problems 3:07 yeah and they said they're getting 3:09 bloated from the potato but 3:11 they're always getting bloated i've been 3:13 a fly here for months 3:15 uh-huh yeah i'm in the bathroom now hold 3:18 on the person's going to bathroom i want 3:20 to listen 3:21 yep sounds about normal 3:25 i'm hearing lots of squirts and lots of 3:27 bubbles 3:28 when i'm hearing splashes in the toilet 3:30 uh-huh 3:33 yeah it sounds like the normal thing and 3:35 now they're holding their stomach 3:37 because something's hurting in their 3:38 stomach i 3:40 don't think it was the banana they ate 3:42 because i've been watching this on and 3:44 off for months 3:45 yeah they have all kinds of things take for granted the amount of fast 6:07 foods 6:08 fried foods all the chocolate the coffee 6:11 we take for granted all this stuff we 6:13 take for meaning we take for granted 6:14 that we're just 6:15 we're just doing we're doing all the 6:17 vegan pizzas and we're doing the fake 6:19 cheese and the vegan cheese and we're 6:20 doing all the soy products and then 6:22 we're doing 6:22 all the almond milk and we're just do 6:24 we're eating whatever we want 6:27 and then when we get sick and we get 6:30 sick 6:31 it's like well what was it what happened 6:33 i don't get it everything was going okay 6:35 everything was going fine everything was 6:38 okay but now i'm sick 6:41 now i'm sick all really censored bad on 6:43 facebook today 6:45 and you know and this is how it works 6:48 you know good to see you guys coming on 6:50 and what happens is if you go hungry for 6:52 a little bit 6:53 and you start to do something really 6:56 good for your body 6:57 and you're doing your bananas and you're 7:00 doing 7:01 almost lost these bananas you almost hit 7:03 the ground you're doing your bananas 7:05 you're doing your papayas you're doing 7:07 your lettuce 7:08 and you start getting hungry and then 7:10 you're whoa this banana tastes good whoa 7:12 this papaya tastes good 7:14 whoa and then your taste 7:17 buds start to do some healing 7:22 and what does that mean your taste buds 7:24 start to realign what does that mean 7:25 your taste buds start to do some healing 7:27 what does that exactly mean you guys 7:30 that means your cranial nerves are 7:32 starting to realign 7:34 and heal the mono cleanse 7:37 helps to realign cranial nerves think 7:40 about that 7:41 you know how powerful that is we blow 7:42 out our cranial nerves 7:44 with over senses over sensing over 7:46 9:13 know that 9:14 you know that you know what's funny 9:17 i talked to somebody the other day right 9:20 okay 9:21 old friend who's a doctor right have 9:23 been talked to in 9:24 25 years and they're like aw 9:27 i got a patient who is doing this 9:31 this this carnivore diet thing 9:34 and i'm like and they're and they're 9:37 saying and 9:38 i said what's in the diet tell me what's 9:39 in the diet this is really important 9:42 what's in the diet is um all the meat 9:46 of course and then what's interesting 9:50 what's in the diet is also like honey 9:54 they put honey in the carnivore diet now 9:57 they're putting honey in there 9:59 guess why because you go 10:05 that's why there's honey in the keto 10:08 diets now 10:09 there wasn't hot honey wasn't in the 10:11 keto diet did you know that you guys 10:13 honey wasn't in the keto diet okay honey 10:16 honey wasn't in there 10:17 nor were some berries nor were some uh 10:20 avocado wasn't even in there right 10:22 nuts and seeds weren't in the keto diet 10:24 but they're putting all the sugar in 10:26 nuts and seeds have sugar in it not just 10:28 fat but there's a little sugar in it 10:31 avocado's not just fat there's a little 10:32 sugar in it right 10:34 they're putting all the stuff in there 10:36 because you 10:37 can't you can't live on a keto diet 10:40 a real keto diet where you go into 10:42 ketosis you'll die 10:44 yeah you don't believe me people have 10:46 died who adhered to it to the 10:48 tooth and nail the people who didn't die 10:50 binged 10:51 on carbs and then went back on their 10:53 keto diet for a week and then binged on 10:55 carbs then went on a keto diet for a 10:56 week and binge on carbs they had to 10:58 binge on carbs back 10:59 20 years ago the reason why they had to 11:01 binge on carbs because if they didn't 11:02 get sugar they would actually lose their 11:04 mind and just start going down hole in a 11:06 rabbit hole right 11:08 and so keto diet changed it's not just 11:10 meat 11:11 and a non-starchy vegetable or just meat 11:15 alone it now 11:16 changed into put all the sugar in it but 11:18 keep it the keto name how stupid is that 11:20 because you can't go into ketosis 11:22 the point is is that your brain runs on 11:25 glucose 11:26 but everybody's got the insulin 11:28 resistance everybody in keto diet land 11:30 has insulin resistance i'm sorry they 11:32 all have insulin resistance even if it's 11:34 not measurable 11:35 to a degree yet because your a1c isn't 11:37 jacked up yet 11:38 they still got the insulin resistance we 11:40 walk around with all this insulin 11:41 resistance 11:42 that's what we do you guys if you're 11:44 doing the mono cleanse 11:45 you just got rid of insulin resistance 11:46 bomb gone boom gone 11:49 gone that's what happens you lose your 11:51 insulin resistance 11:52 and when you lose your insulin 11:54 resistance your body has a chance to 11:55 heal 11:56 and when you get the fat out of your 11:58 blood for a few days your body starts to 12:00 heal you start to cleanse 12:02 that's what happens health is good to 12:04 see it 12:06 you know you start to cleanse on tick 12:07 tock when you get rid of those 12:09 fats for a little bit you start to 12:11 cleanse 12:12 because you're not even battling insulin 12:14 resistance anymore 12:16 here's what we do here's what we do on 12:18 planet earth we kill our pancreases 12:20 that's what we do 12:21 we're taught even with healthy 12:23 professional healthy diet people out 12:25 there 12:25 we're taught to destroy our pancreases 12:28 kill our livers 12:29 we just do it slower because you get off 12:31 of processed foods you get off of fast 12:33 foods you get off a junk food so you're 12:34 slowing down your kill 12:35 process that's what's happening 12:38 and then you're working out you're 12:40 working out to counter 12:42 the junk you're eating or you're working 12:44 out to counter the healthy foods you're 12:45 eating that still 12:46 fill the fat that's giving you insulin 12:48 resistance foods that are still killing 12:50 you 12:51 diets that are still killing you you're 12:53 you're working those diets off 12:54 you're doing your exercising right 12:56 you're keeping that death 12:58 death level slower 13:01 but what happens you guys is in the end 13:04 you're still battling all the fat 13:05 because everybody's trying to fat 13:06 themselves of death 13:07 they become the fat yourself the death 13:09 robot you know like no 13:10 families off their death robot that 13:12 let's help to death myself the death 13:14 robot 13:14 fat fat that's good for you need fat 13:16 need omegas need fat need fat 13:18 hey i read an article fat fat fat you 13:20 need fat um healthy healthy article 13:22 you need fat you need fat so we're just 13:24 trained to do the fat thing and pat 13:26 ourselves to death 13:27 and that's what we're trying to do but 13:29 you guys if you're doing 13:31 the mono cleanse that robot's hard to do 13:34 i got to tell you 13:35 it's hard to do because it's a it's a 13:38 ride listen 13:39 it's hard to do because the robot is so 13:43 so real and it's kind of heartbreaking 13:47 i do it in a joking way but it's hard to 13:49 do because it's heartbreaking 13:51 because you got a whole bunch of people 13:52 out there losing things losing their 13:54 pancreases over time 13:56 getting diabetes a1c starts going up 13:58 there they're getting chronic illness 14:00 things are going wrong 14:01 losing their kidneys losing their hearts 14:04 getting strokes and heart attacks down 14:06 the road because they're fatting 14:07 themselves of death so when i do that 14:08 robot on that i'm like thinking about it 14:10 well it's sad 14:11 here's the thing right so the bottom 14:14 line is okay is that 14:17 when you're doing the amount of cleanse 14:19 you're cleaning up the mess 14:22 and that's what's good about it so you 14:23 guys got your textbook i hope you got it 14:25 hope you started reading it hope you 14:27 learned about it 14:28 we're day three of the mono cleanse 14:31 challenge we're gonna talk about 14:32 transitioning 14:34 gwen says i love that on the mono 14:36 cleanse potatoes and lettuce 14:39 i am healing and detoxing without losing 14:41 my energy amazing 14:45 amazing exactly 14:48 exactly you guys elizabeth seriously 14:51 though i can smell 14:53 fresh air it has a scent 14:56 i didn't appreciate smelling but now i 14:58 do because 15:00 what happens is the minute you get rid 15:03 of all that over sensitized stuff 15:06 right for a few days 15:10 the minute you get rid of the vinegars 15:13 the minute you get rid 15:14 of all that crazy you know vinegar the 15:17 vinegar on all your even your vegan hot 15:19 dogs the vinegar on all there 15:21 all your chocolate right all your 15:24 chocolate all your coffee 15:26 and caffeine all your different vinegar 15:28 and sugars that no one even realizes is 15:31 on all the different foods out there 15:32 right that's a sushi 15:34 i'm just grabbing whatever i can even 15:35 when you get rid of all that 15:37 salt right and 15:40 you you get rid of all that salt you 15:43 know 15:44 you realign your cranial nerves guess 15:47 what your cranial nerves are you guys 15:49 guess what they are vagus nerves 15:52 how about that right trigeminal nerve 15:56 facial nerve right your nerves 16:00 the cranial nerves get realigned and all 16:02 of a sudden 16:03 things start getting better and things 16:05 start getting better 16:07 and that's a key the only i got to tell 16:10 you 16:11 to that last comment about smelling 16:14 fresh air 16:16 we're at a place right now in the world 16:20 where the chemical companies have 16:22 brainwashed 16:25 most of the human beings on this planet 16:28 to spray and use their chemicals 16:31 daily perfumes cologne scented candles 16:35 air fresheners aftershaves 16:38 scented products detergents and fabric 16:41 softeners 16:42 have dangerous chemicals fill the 16:44 dangerous chemicals from dangerous 16:46 chemical factories 16:48 and they have taken over you can't go to 16:51 a beach without smelling everybody's 16:53 crap coming off of them 16:54 there is no smelling fresh air you got 16:57 to find a place nobody's around to smell 16:59 it 17:00 and you're lucky if it's not blowing out 17:01 of somebody's dryer somewhere it's we're 17:04 at a point 17:05 now where they're they're trying to take 17:09 out people by by doing the chemical 17:13 thing to such a degree they found a way 17:15 to make sure all the products have it 17:17 they found a way to kill the environment 17:19 through this process of fragrances 17:21 no one's talking about it as the only 17:23 one talking about it for years 17:25 still pretty much the only one talking 17:27 about unless someone's you know heard 17:28 the medical medium podcast at apple 17:30 podcast on fragrances 17:32 but we're we're at a place now where 17:34 clothes that are that you want to order 17:37 and buy 17:37 or something you go into a store there's 17:39 it's everything saturated with air 17:41 fresheners and scented candles 17:43 everybody's got it all over them when 17:45 they they eat everybody who thinks 17:47 they're healthy 17:48 too it's like oh i'm so into the 17:50 environment 17:51 i'm so into like you know sustainability 17:55 and environment and health food and 17:57 i'm into this and that and oh i'm just 18:00 gonna write my camp light my 18:01 scented candles with my friends and i'm 18:04 just gonna 18:05 do my air fresheners and spray more 18:07 perfume all over me and 18:09 not that the perfume ever went anywhere 18:11 that you sprayed a month ago it doesn't 18:13 go anywhere 18:14 you spray perfume on you a month ago 18:17 it's on you the same 18:18 it's on you the same it's like you smell 18:21 like that for the rest of your life 18:22 unless you clean the stuff out of your 18:24 life the point is the chemical companies 18:26 found a way to get into people through 18:29 all their chemicals 18:31 and it's polluting the environment 18:32 polluting people aging them fast 18:34 making their liver sick making them 18:37 viral 18:38 because it's so poisonous and you guys 18:41 got if you guys got a chance you guys 18:43 start writing to close companies you 18:44 should start writing to 18:46 other companies saying stop poisoning us 18:48 with these chemicals there's no reason 18:50 for this 18:50 anyway the point is is that we're up 18:53 against a lot 18:54 and the mono cleanse diet is gives you a 18:58 chance to cleanse while you still have 19:01 energy 19:01 you realign your cranial senses yeah 19:03 you're going to sit you're going to 19:04 smell those chemicals out there because 19:06 they're 19:06 entrenched everywhere but at least 19:08 you're getting healthier no matter 19:10 what's power of it 19:12 what i love about the mono cleanse is 19:13 the insulin so and 20:06 and that's the thing is when we go into 20:08 hair places you got all the clones and 20:10 fragrances you got all that stuff too 20:12 and the hair products are so entrenched 20:14 with chemicals 20:15 but looking for a natural hair dye 20:18 is the way to go for sure if you're 20:20 doing hair care coloring right natural 20:22 hair dye's the way to go 20:23 and i'm hoping better ones keep on 20:25 coming out the standard conventional 20:28 hair color hair coloring dye is 20:31 definitely really 20:32 harsh whoa so yeah i totally get it it's 20:35 like it's why cleansing is so important 20:37 there's some things we 20:38 we we get we get into right it's of 20:40 course 20:41 walk out your front door and get into 20:43 something that's why we're doing like 20:45 the mono cleanse it's why we're taking 20:47 care of 20:48 ourselves that's why we're on day three 20:49 to get the stuff out of us build up 20:51 build to make us 20:52 stronger too all these things matter 20:56 you know so i got steamed potatoes in 20:58 front of me right here these are piping 21:00 hot 21:01 which are really nice nice piping hot 21:03 steamed potatoes 21:05 i got papayas in front of me i got 21:06 bananas in front of me i got this 21:07 beautiful lettuce i don't know what kind 21:09 of lettuce you guys have been getting 21:10 but i found this 21:11 i've been really lucky with this lettuce 21:14 look at this and this is a butter leaf 21:16 the kind that's 21:17 it's like it's like so good it's so good 21:20 right 21:22 i got asparagus over here too i got 21:24 green beans over here i got 21:26 um brussels sprouts over here okay 21:29 because you know i told you there's 21:31 there's other options there's like the 21:33 steamed squash option and you can do 21:36 some asparagus with it or some brussels 21:37 sprouts how cool is that 21:39 i got the pea option which is really 21:41 great i made the pea hummus you guys 21:42 know that i've been making the pea 21:43 hummus i might 21:44 might crack one crack into one you never 21:47 know uh today we'll see 21:49 get rid of the coffee cup right now for 21:51 that 21:52 so i want to talk about transitioning 21:55 be harsh 22:12 not trying to be tough it's not not 22:14 doing 22:15 not trying to be mean but we we 22:18 really get spoiled with our foods we do 22:21 we do 22:22 and i get it it's a hard world we we 22:25 lean on our foods 22:26 i totally understand and it makes sense 22:30 no shaming no judgment 22:33 not judging anyone i know how hard life 22:36 is 22:37 okay had my fair share okay 22:40 and i know life's not easy i'm just 22:44 letting everybody know right here 22:45 okay and at the same time right 22:48 same time that's why i don't judge 22:50 anybody for what they eat 22:52 never did never judged anybody for what 22:55 they 22:55 for what they eat or anything like that 22:57 you know and 22:58 and there's a reason for that i've known 23:01 people people have walked into my office 23:02 throughout the years 23:04 you know when i used to see people by 23:06 the thousands people would walk into the 23:08 office 23:09 and they'd be eating whatever they've 23:11 eaten whatever 23:13 and and i never was like 23:16 oh that's bad how stupid are you 23:19 how silly are you never ever ever 23:22 because it's not easy because there's a 23:25 lot of reasons first of all we're taught 23:26 not to eat the right things 23:28 second of all the world is set up to 23:31 just mess 23:32 us up it's rigged in a way 23:35 to keep us sick so our institutions when 23:38 we're raised in school and we're going 23:40 into school 23:40 it just doesn't teach us how to eat 23:42 right i mean all of it we're just we 23:44 come out of this right and it's 23:46 generations of this 23:48 same 23:58 thing it's life's not 24:00 life's not easy so we're gonna eat a 24:02 whole bunch of things 24:03 emotionally too we go through a lot of 24:05 hardships go through a lot of struggles 24:07 broken relationships broken friend 24:09 relationships 24:10 broken you know broken marriages uh 24:14 loss of life loss of loved ones um you 24:17 know hard times like we go through all 24:19 the stuff and food 24:21 is what we run to right we tend to run 24:23 to and this is why i really like the 24:25 mono cleanse 24:27 because you weren't put on michelle 24:30 miller 24:30 to see you weren't put on a juice 24:33 cleanse 24:34 right a juice cleanse okay that's you 24:37 know 24:38 you know it wasn't something like that 24:40 the mono cleanse is designed 24:42 so you can function 1:00:46 want to get that lemon seed out but 1:00:48 that lemon seed went down went down 1:00:51 there 1:00:54 this is just one potato you can do more 1:00:57 than one potato right 1:01:00 you can do two potatoes three potatoes 1:01:02 four 1:01:04 he doesn't peel the potatoes i see that 1:01:06 on tick tock you can peel them if you 1:01:09 want 1:01:10 you boil the potato question mark on 1:01:12 tick-tock no don't boil the potatoes 1:01:14 when you boil potatoes the glucose in 1:01:17 the potato 1:01:18 goes into the broth now you 1:01:21 unless you're gonna have the soup and 1:01:24 you make
