38:03 if they want to eat it wherever the

38:09 it still makes you really acidic fat

39:19 eating the nuts the seeds the nut
39:20 butters the fats the peanut butters the
39:22 chocolate
39:23 the chicken the fish the meat we're
39:25 always fatted out and then we get
39:27 depleted we're running on acid
39:29 we're living on acid we're having an
39:31 acid trip i'm going to chop up some
39:32 strawberries here
39:35 and that that's where we that's where it
39:37 gets us
39:38 right so i'm doing a little strawberry

39:42 okay so i'm cutting these
39:46 uh strawberry pieces up i'm gonna throw
39:47 i'm gonna mix this bowl of fruit in a
39:49 little bit too so i'm putting
39:51 strawberries in here i get it there's
39:55 fruit fear out there people are afraid
39:57 of fruit fruit isn't why people are sick
39:59 keep that in mind you guys
40:00 so important to know keep that in mind
40:03 fruit isn't why
40:04 people are sick it's not fruit
40:07 it's pathogens it's metals right
40:10 and then it's not eating or drinking the
40:13 right things to
40:15 to help your body assisted in healing

42:34 think you're totally on it you're doing

42:37 and boom later on your skin age is fast

48:31 reason why they're bulking is because
48:33 they're adding the carbs in

48:46 they they try to lose a little bit that
