into 18:43 your liver the hepatic portal vein is 18:46 attached to the intestinal tract 18:49 you guys there's a vein that goes from 18:51 the intestinal tract to the liver a vein 18:55 okay and what happens is those egg 18:58 particles get sucked up the vein and go 19:00 right up into the liver 19:02 and then the bugs feed off of the eggs 19:04 inside your liver so when you're having 19:06 your 39:24 i have you know a lot of issues with 39:26 potatoes and that's what i have somebody 39:29 might think that 39:30 okay 39:32 and you can cut in smaller pieces too 39:34 somebody might think that because 39:36 they're like okay well 39:38 you know i'm having problems with 39:39 potatoes they don't make me feel good 39:40 well this is a steamed potato this is 39:42 without 39:44 this is without the 39:46 butter this is without 39:49 the cheese there we go 39:53 i might cut them a little bit smaller in 39:55 here some of them are still a little bit 39:57 bigger right 39:59 but i like them hunky 40:01 but you can make them smaller if you 40:03 want right 40:12 i'm gonna thinly slice some radishes 40:15 you guys okay with that 40:16 i'm cutting off the root of the radish 40:19 i'm cutting off the back of the radish 40:21 just just for aesthetics of course you 40:22 could eat those if you really wanted to 40:24 right and i'm just going to basically 40:26 thinly slice 40:28 some radishes right here the board's 40:30 really slick because of the potato 40:33 it slicks up the board right 40:36 i'm gonna thinly slice some radishes 40:39 right here you guys what i love about 40:41 this dish it's so good for you these 40:43 radishes are really a powerful food 40:47 i'm gonna slice them a little thinner 40:52 so 40:54 nice and thin 40:56 look you can be you right you can do it 40:59 the way you want to do it i'm just 41:01 showing you the recipe the way i like to 41:03 do it i like the thin radishes 41:06 there we go 41:08 but of course you guys 41:12 can make it the way
