Healing Infertility & Reproductive Issues

Summary Infertility is rising due to sterility foods (corn, canola oil, dairy, eggs, pork), environmental toxins (plastics, aluminum), and underlying conditions (EBV, strep, thyroid, adrenal exhaustion). The reproductive system has its own protection mechanism — it goes into "low battery" mode when it senses threats from toxins, infections, or nutritional imbalances.

Core Tools to Use

  • Figs (Fresh or Dried Turkish)

    • Why: Feed and fuel the reproductive system, waken it out of low battery mode.
    • How: Soak dried figs in water if fresh are unavailable. Eat regularly.
  • Papaya

    • Why: Heals the reproductive system, calms PID inflammation, has anti-tumor and anti-cystic properties that reduce PCOS cysts.
    • How: Eat every other day — not just a piece once a month.
  • Wild Blueberries

    • Why: Ultimate reproductive system food. Highest antioxidants on the planet — stop infections including streptococcal that cause UTIs, bladder infections, and endometriosis.
    • How: Eat regularly.
  • Berries (Raspberries, Blackberries, Strawberries)

    • Why: Rich in antioxidants that fight infections driving reproductive issues.
    • How: Include in daily diet.
  • Leafy Greens

    • Why: Anti-tumor and anti-cystic qualities — critical for PCOS.
    • How: Increase intake significantly.
  • Yams and Sweet Potatoes

    • Why: Balance hormones and sweep bad estrogens (from plastics, dairy, chemicals) out of the body.
    • How: Include in regular meals.
  • Asparagus

    • Why: Pushes Epstein-Barr virus out of the thyroid.
    • How: Steam a full pound and eat until urine smells like asparagus — not just 3 stalks beside dinner.
  • Organic Peas

    • Why: Fertility food (not pea protein isolate — whole peas).
    • How: Must be organic to avoid GMO. Include regularly.
  • Lentils and Chickpeas

    • Why: Fertility foods that support reproductive health.
    • How: Include in regular diet.
  • Sunflower Seeds

    • Why: Fertility food.
    • How: Snack on them regularly.
  • Raw Honey

    • Why: Antibacterial medicine that fights infections driving reproductive issues.
    • How: Use daily in moderate amounts — not tablespoons from the tub.
  • Fruit (General)

    • Why: The reproductive system thrives on glucose, not high fat. Breast milk is mostly sugar water (only 1–2% protein). The reproductive system needs glucose to "produce a fruit" — that's its biological programming.
    • How: Do not avoid fruit if dealing with infertility. Balance diet to include fruit even if on a low-carb plan.
  • Red Raspberry Leaf Tea

    • Why: Clicks the light back on — gets the reproductive system out of low battery, especially after years of birth control. Tells the body to want to produce breast milk.
    • How: Drink regularly as tea.
  • Nettle Leaf

    • Why: One of the ultimate powerhouses for conception and carrying babies to term. Reduces reproductive system inflammation and rewires the system.
    • How: Drink as tea or take capsules.
  • Red Clover Tea

    • Why: Binds onto hormones that should not be in the liver or body and extracts them.
    • How: Drink regularly as tea.
  • Vitex Berry (Chasteberry)

    • Why: Restores the uterus.
    • How: Take as a supplement.
  • Zinc (Liquid, Highly Concentrated)

    • Why: The "Hashimoto's stopper." Puts Epstein-Barr in shock inside the thyroid and shuts it down. Also critical for fighting reproductive system infections.
    • How: Take a highly concentrated liquid zinc daily.
  • Nascent Iodine

    • Why: Critical for reproductive system issues across the board.
    • How: Take as a supplement.
  • Ester C (Vitamin C)

    • Why: More bioavailable than other forms. Helps reduce cysts — shuts them down from growing (critical for PCOS).
    • How: Take daily.
  • 5-MTHF Methylfolate

    • Why: Important for fertility and conception.
    • How: Take as a supplement.
  • Hawaiian Spirulina

    • Why: Supports fertility — was part of the protocol that helped many women conceive, even at age 45–46.
    • How: Take as a supplement.
  • B Complex

    • Why: Supports overall reproductive health and fertility.
    • How: Take daily.
  • Selenium

    • Why: Supports endocrine and reproductive system.
    • How: Take as a supplement.
  • Chaga Mushroom Tea

    • Why: Gets Epstein-Barr virus out of the thyroid (key for Hashimoto's-related infertility).
    • How: Brew and drink regularly.
  • Licorice Root Tea

    • Why: One of the most profound and powerful ways to restore adrenals quickly — instead of taking 5–10 years to recover.
    • How: Drink consistently as tea.
  • Celery Juice

    • Why: Builds up hydrochloric acid so bacteria doesn't want to live in you. Also helps restore adrenals.
    • How: Juice 16 ounces of celery, drink once a day.
  • Aloe Vera (Fresh Leaf)

    • Why: Powerful for gut healing — critical because gut infections (strep, E. coli) contribute to reproductive issues.
    • How: Get a whole leaf, fillet it like a fish, scoop out the gel (not the skin). Blend half a leaf with water once or twice daily.

Things to Avoid (and Why)

  • Corn (All Forms)

    • Why: GMO corn is an anti-fertility / sterility food. Feeds bacteria that cause PID. Grows cysts (worsens PCOS). Includes corn oil, cornmeal, cornstarch, corn sugar, corn tortillas, corn chips, and popcorn.
    • How: Eliminate all corn products entirely.
  • Canola Oil

    • Why: Causes intestinal inflammation, wears down intestinal lining, feeds the bacteria that cause endometriosis, and tricks the reproductive system into low battery mode. Hidden in health food store products and hummus.
    • How: Read every label. Choose products with tahini or olive oil instead.
  • Dairy Products (All Types, Including Grass-Fed)

    • Why: Contains 90+ naturally occurring hormones that feed and fuel cysts (PCOS). Even the cleanest grass-fed, antibiotic-free dairy confuses sensitive reproductive systems.
    • How: Eliminate completely if dealing with PCOS, cysts, or infertility.
  • Eggs (Including Free-Range)

    • Why: Contain hormones that feed cysts. Problematic for PCOS and infertility.
    • How: Remove from diet while dealing with reproductive issues.
  • Pork / Bacon

    • Why: Extremely high fat thickens blood for 6–8 hours, starving the reproductive system of oxygen. Also drives glucose away from the reproductive system, cutting off its primary fuel source. Triggers low battery mode.
    • How: Minimize or eliminate, especially if dealing with fertility issues.
  • Farm-Raised Fish

    • Why: Fed factory-made food and saturated with antibiotics — these act as sterility substances that shut down reproductive function.
    • How: Choose wild-caught fish only.
  • Natural Flavors

    • Why: Throws the reproductive system into low battery mode. Present in many health food store products.
    • How: Read labels and avoid products listing "natural flavors."
  • Soy (Non-Sprouted / Non-Organic)

    • Why: Can be GMO, affects health in ways that hinder reproduction.
    • How: If you must eat soy, use only sprouted organic soy. If dealing with reproductive issues, avoid entirely.
  • Aluminum and Plastics (BPA)

    • Why: Aluminum foil, aluminum cans, and plastics with BPA are behind the rise of infertility.
    • How: Avoid aluminum foil, canned foods in aluminum, and plastic food containers.

Situations to Use These Tools

  • PCOS (Cysts): Eliminate dairy, eggs, and corn (all feed cyst growth). Take Ester C and eat papaya (both anti-cystic). Increase leafy greens (anti-tumor, anti-cystic). Avoid canola oil.
  • Endometriosis: Caused by a bacterial strain the body walls off. Canola oil and corn feed it. Use antioxidant-rich berries, especially wild blueberries, to fight the bacteria.
  • PID (Pelvic Inflammatory Disease): Caused by mutated strains of streptococcal (50+ strains exist, not just strep A and B). Use antioxidant-rich foods to fight the bacteria. Avoid corn which feeds strep.
  • Infertility After Birth Control: Birth control fills the liver — reproductive system stays in low battery even after stopping. Use red raspberry leaf tea and nettle leaf to "click the light back on."
  • Hashimoto's-Related Infertility: Low-level Epstein-Barr virus in the thyroid causes Hashimoto's, which triggers adrenal problems, which cause infertility. Use zinc (shuts EBV down in thyroid), chaga mushroom tea, asparagus, and licorice root tea (restores adrenals).
  • "Low Battery" Mystery Infertility (Everything Checks Out Fine): The reproductive system senses hidden problems — thyroid, liver, adrenal, or toxic load. Address underlying issues: clean up diet, support liver, restore adrenals, remove sterility foods.

So make sure you access and get those free gifts, they're really cool. Little bit about me, so if this is your first time and you're wondering who is the Medical Medium, how does it work, so we can, you know, we'll talk, I'll share a little bit about that. Since the age four, I heard a voice perfectly clear that's been with me my whole life now. And this voice, which I call spirit, spirit of the most high, tells me what's happening with people's health. So my whole life I've had to live with hearing a voice non-stop and this does, and the thing is with when we hear spirit, we hear a voice or we connect, we have options and some of those options are we can turn it off or we can kind of shut down and not really focus on it or it could happen intermittently in this case, unfortunately and fortunately, when I was younger I thought it was unfortunate, but what happened with the information would stream non-stop fluently, there's no way to shut it down, there's no way to cut it off, the readings come automatically, doesn't matter where I am. I diagnosed my grandmother at age four with this gift and that's how it all started. So now as an adult, I'm still doing it ever since. So that's a little bit about me, I've helped tens of thousands of people reclaim their health, regain their health worldwide, moving them forward, getting them answers they need even when it was 30 years ago so they can live 30 years of a good life free from all these different ailments and the things that we are worried about here. So that's a little bit about me. So basically today we're talking about infertility and reproductive problems, reproductive issues, reproductive problems, conditions, whatever we want to call it. And so why is reproductive health so important? Why would it actually be so important? Maybe you have an idea of why it's so important. Two things, two things. Number one, we want to be free of conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS, pelvic inflammatory disease, reproductive cancers. We don't want that, we want to be free from that and we want to learn how to reverse these very things. So reproductive health is important because that's just number one all on its own that we just don't want to have to live with these different illnesses and conditions or diseases or so forth. And then there's number two. Number two is fertility. That's why reproductive systems are so important. Fertility, we know that. I mean, come on, it's obvious, right? But let me just tell you a couple things that are pretty interesting. One is whether we realize it or not, the future of humankind depends on the future of our offspring. Well, you know that. You know that. Our children's children and their children's children and their children's children. And that's how the world goes round. Sounds pretty easy, right? Doesn't it? I mean, that's all we need to just keep producing, keep procreating and we're all set. But not exactly, not exactly. It's not that easy. There's something we have to take into consideration. There's an increasing percentage of women experiencing infertility right now. An increasing percentage. That's right. It's getting worse as far as experiencing infertility. But this doesn't necessarily mean lower birth rates. So when you hear that, when you hear, okay, wait a minute, it's increasing, but we have a lot of people on this planet. So it can't be that bad. I mean, look, we're fully loaded, right? Well, there's still a lot of room on this planet. A lot of room, a lot more room for a bigger population. We just don't utilize it quite right. We don't manage it quite right and that's why everybody's getting worried and you hear that out there. Well, what's gonna happen when the planet keeps on procreating and populating? Well, we think that's happening, but we're getting these reductions. We're getting lower birth rates. We're just not seeing it quite yet because there's an overlap. There's a larger population and there's an overlap. So we're not seeing it. We're not witnessing it with our eyes. We don't see it that way. Even though infertility is rising, not fertility, infertility is rising. We don't see this and there's this overlap. So when you hear, oh, wait a minute, the world is just fully loaded, too many people. We have billions here. There's no room. That's not true, number one. And we are in a hidden crisis, one that's starting, growing rapidly. And just because there's a larger population doesn't mean we're not experiencing this crisis, a fertility crisis. The crisis being we have a higher percentage of women not conceiving or carrying a baby to term. And eventually though, this tide will turn. What I mean by tide will turn, meaning we're gonna start noticing it. The overlap kinda rolls away and we start seeing it with our eyes. We start noticing the lower birth rates, just like we notice every day, someone popping up with Lyme disease, the new trend. Everybody's being diagnosed with Lyme disease, which we're gonna do a show about and we're gonna clear the playing field on that because there's a lot of misinformation on that one. So I can't wait to do that show. But we notice this now. All you do is hear about Lyme. That's all you hear about Lyme disease. You don't really hear about infertility everywhere all the time, but we're going to and we're about to. And that's where it's happening. I don't mean 200 years from now. I'm not talking about couple of hundred years from now, then we're gonna notice or a hundred years from now. I'm talking about 20 to 30 years from now. That's a small amount of time. It really is. That's a really small amount of time. And we're gonna be noticing this. So right now we're in this overlap, large population. We can't see the birth rates lowering because of it, but infertility is rising. So see how it's kind of confusing. And hopefully, you know, hopefully the point kind of gets across there 'cause it's that confusing. It really is. So why are we experiencing this change? What happened? What's going on? Well, somebody might say, well, wait a minute. What do you mean? So there was more, you know, there were less problems with, you know, with birthing, with conceiving, with caring to term years ago, but we had less population. So what are you trying to say? Well, I'm trying to say that exactly. We populated, now we're declining in a different way. It's like a wave rolling in and then coming back and another wave coming back and then rolling back in. And eventually you'll see that the sand is worn down and it's being pulled down. Like if a storm rolls in slowly and the sand starts to pull back away from the beach. That's this kind of overlap I'm talking about. So why are we experiencing this change? One reason, health problems, health issues like, you know, PCOS, that's one reason. Another is endometriosis, it's another reason. Pelvic inflammatory disease, chronic infections, it's another reason. And structural physical issues that are developing. You know, fallopian tubes being blocked or inflamed and mystery structural issues as well with the reproductive system. So this is what's going on. The other problem is something that Spirit calls low battery street illness with reproductive system or another mystery issue. And this is when, you know, everything checks out fine. There's no structural issues. There's no fallopian tube clogged up. There's no problems with uterus. There's no, everything looks clear. Ovaries look good, but what's going on? How come we don't have a baby? What's going on there? And this is increasing really fast. This is elevating really fast right now these days. So what occurs is something called low battery. This is when the reproductive system doesn't feel necessarily safe. A woman's reproductive system has its own protection mechanisms built in that's undiscovered by medical research and medical science today. So it's got a life of its own. As Spirit always tells me, a woman's reproductive system has a soul of its own practically. So, and it feels and sees everything around it. And we're gonna, you know, uncover some of that. So one thing, for instance, you know, birth control, birth control, if it's used for a number of years, the reproductive system doesn't really switch back so easy. So it kind of goes on low battery because of the birth control and it doesn't click back into where it needs to be so conception can occur. One reason that happens is the liver fills up with the birth control. So what you try to do is you try to use it on and off in your life if it's possible or periodically or be cautious to how long you use it. I know that's, you know, that's a whole nother thing. It's really hard to go with that. But if you're someone who really, really, really wants a baby and you want, you know, that family, then you have to be cautious to how much and when and how and what. But because the liver saturates filled with birth control and then it releases it later and as it's releasing it, then the reproductive system is still getting a message. So that's how it kind of works. So that's one issue that's occurring today in today's world. So there are other things too. There's sterility foods. It's another thing causing big problems. The reproductive system picks up and reads these sterility foods. These are not foods that are sterile because they're clean. These are not foods that are sterile because they're clean and fresh and good for us. These are anti-fertility foods. So that's another thing happening right now that's creating a large amount of mystery infertility, that alone, and creating a lot of elevations in PCOS and PID and endometriosis. So it's these sterility, you know, that's the whole thing. What that means is these foods cause sterilization. So we're gonna cover those a lot thoroughly 'cause that's what we have to look out for. The reproductive system can tell if we're struggling. It's another protection mechanism. If the reproductive system senses there's something else going on that's undetected by the doctor at the doctor's office or the OB and it's not being detected, this can thwart conception. This can throw things off. Some women have real sensitive reproductive systems where it's literally hair trigger. And because of that, if there's another problem going on in the body, like a thyroid issue that's really under the wire, really hidden, or a liver issue or adrenal issues that are not seen easy by a functional doctor or a conventional doctor, these can hinder. And then the reproductive system reads everything that's going on in a woman's body and then goes on low battery. This is how low battery can occur. So that's one thing that happens. Let's talk about foods too. We can do that as well. That's really important. Foods that cause problems, that cause infertility. These are the ones to look out for. So if you're really nervous about it or going through it or dealing with it or living with it, this is what you need to look out for. One is corn. You gotta look out for corn. That's a big one. And when I mean corn, I mean corn byproducts. I mean corn oil, corn meal, corn starch, corn sugar, corn tortillas, corn puffs, corn chips. I know those corn chips are really good. I get it. They're really good. And popcorn, right? Don't we all love popcorn? Exactly. Popcorn is tricky. It really is. That's one. That's a sterility food. That's an anti-fertility food. Just popcorn. Some women are much more sensitive, but it's their reproductive system that's much more sensitive. Now, why would corn even be a problem? Because it's changed. It's not the same food it was. We all know about GMO by now. And GMO foods being corn is an anti-fertility food. It changed. It's been altered. It's bred this way, actually. It's designed this way. So we have to be concerned about it. Well, hey, look, this one bowl of popcorn won't hurt. Well, maybe it won't, but it's worth keeping out. It really is because that's a big part of it. Another thing, canola oil. Canola oil's tricky. That's a sinister thing. That's a sinister oil. How can I call something like, something that's natural and we use it, how can I call it sinister? I get it. I realize that. It sounds a little bit too much, but it really is. It does a lot more than just sterility. It does a lot more than that. It creates inflammation in most of the organs in our body. It causes intestinal inflammation. It wears down the lining of the intestinal tract. It really spawns on endometriosis, feeds it. Feeds endometriosis. Endometriosis is bacterial, by the way. That's actually bacterial. That's what starts, creates it. That's what spirits always taught me. It's a certain variety of strain of bacteria that the body walls off to protect you. On the bacteria, kind of gets out of control, and that's what causes it. Canola oil can elevate that and feed that. So this is about getting, reclaiming our health back for sure. This is about reclaiming our reproductive systems back. And if you keep canola oil out of the way, you're gonna be in a lot better place. See, canola oil not only causes intestinal problem and intestinal damage and feeds bad bacteria, but it also tricks out the reproductive system. Tricks it out, suppresses it, throws it in low battery. Now, where can you get canola oil? Where is it? It's in health food stores. It's in health food store food everywhere. It's in pre-made or deli-made food at health food stores. It's laced everywhere. It's in hummus. You know, one thing, if I recommend a hummus to someone, I say, well, Spirit says you'll do okay with hummus as a food. If you look at the container, it's either gonna have tahini in it, sesame tahini, or olive oil, or both, or it's gonna have canola oil in it. You don't want that one. Just that little bit of canola oil is that poisonous. But sure, there's some people they seem to get by, they can eat whatever. But what about all the people that aren't getting by? What about all the people that are struggling? And that's what this is about. And it's also for someone to just protect themselves no matter what. So the thing with the corn, if we go back to the corn, that's something also that enhances and feeds in a negative way, you know, bacteria that causes PID. Pelvic inflammatory disease is all caused by, most of it's caused, sorry, by strepococcal, different strains and mutated forms of strep, like when we have strep throat. And then later on, we develop other things, chronic UTIs, PID, you know, and that's from strepococcal. There's different strains. In fact, there's over 50 different strains and mutated forms of strepococcal. But well, hey, you know, medical research and medical science doesn't know this yet, but we have to be decades ahead of them or we can't really get a lot of people better the way we want to. So there's different forms of the strepococcal that I'm talking about. They only have strep A and strep B. That's all they have. That's it. Two kinds. We got two kinds to choose from. There's 50 kinds. Some are more aggressive. They cause bleeding, kidney bleeding, UTIs that have bleeding, lots of blood. They cause chronic spastic bladder. That's what these, you know, these strepococcal, that's what it does. And it also causes PID and a lot of different trouble with that. It can get fallopian tubes inflamed and so forth. So that feeds off of the new corn. I call it the new corn 'cause we don't have the old corn. I don't care if it were on a mountain somewhere in Mexico, deep in Mexico, and it's heirloom corn that's 3000 years old. It's been contaminated at this point. So that's, look, we have to be careful. And I know I'm being a little bit tougher today, but it matters. It matters. So let's go to another food too, dairy products. And I know what you're thinking with dairy products. You're thinking, well, if I'm not lactose intolerant, then maybe, you know, why is it a problem? What's going on there? It's not just about lactose intolerant. And then also there might be something you're thinking like, well, my dairy comes from, you know, grass fed, free range. It's the best of the best on the mountain top. It's incredible. And there's nothing pure. That's fine. That's great. And that's what you want. You want that in every way possible. There's a lot of people that can't stick by that rule. It's just, they could be out of friend's house and get the other kind of dairy. They could be at a restaurant and this, hey, let's have this one time where this other dairy product slips in that's filled with lots of contamination, lots of antibiotics so that it just could slip in. So it's up to you. To gauge that is really difficult. If you're worried about fertility, if you're worried about PCOS, that's the deal. You know, with PCOS, with cysts, they feed off of hormones that are in dairy products. Now here's the thing that might be kind of mind blowing and annoying at the same time. I'm talking about also free range, cleanest antibiotic free, you know, grass-fed dairy, whether it's goat, whether it's cow, those hormones naturally in there, over 90 hormones in there, naturally there, those hormones feed and fuel cysts for like PCOS. If you're someone dealing with PCOS and cystic issues, we wanna keep dairy products out. That's number one. And those hormones also confuse sensitive reproductive systems. So there's certain women that have really hypersensitive reproductive systems that really feel everything and when that dairy's going in, those hormones are gonna confuse the game, confuse the bear. That's what it's gonna do. It's like a bear coming your way and you're holding a salmon in one hand and you got a stick in the other and the bear's coming over all friendly and it wants to take a bite out of the salmon and right before it does it, you smack it in the head with the stick. That's what happens with the hormones in dairy products. If you're worried about this, look, if you're not worried about it and you know, everything's great and all's working well and you're not experiencing any of these symptoms or problems, then hey, you know, the best goat cheese could be okay. They could be fine. So that's what's happening there with dairy products. When it comes down to PCOS, you can reduce your cysts. You gotta follow some of these guidelines. They're that important. You really do. You have to follow the no dairy rules. I know rules. Rules just, you know, they really stink and I get it. And I understand too. Nothing's really that easy when it comes down to this stuff. But if you, if you commit to it, you could pull it off and you gotta watch out with the corn. I didn't mention earlier with PCOS, with cysts, the corn today, the new corn today, that's the GMO corn and the contamination around it blowing and pollinating from all the other fields around the world in the atmosphere and traveling. That new corn grows cysts. That's what it does. And it's something to be really concerned about. Canola oil does the same. These are important. So we'll talk about another food, eggs. And I know eggs are considered a perfect food, but when it comes down to infertility, it's not a perfect food. It's quite the contrary. It's actually not. So it's not a good food for when you're dealing with infertility. It's not a good food when you're dealing with cysts as well. So if you have PCOS, you wanna keep the eggs out. It does have a lot of hormones in it that feed cysts. And I'm talking about free-range, perfect chicken eggs, the neighbor's eggs. It's problematic. If you're not worried about PCOS, if you're not worried about conceiving and carrying a baby to term, then you can have eggs. We can throw some in. But I'm just making sure that anyone out there who's dealing with any kind of condition that we're talking about today, I want you to have the best chance, the best chance to move forward with your health and your life. So that's one thing. Another one's pork. Pork is trouble when it comes down to fertility because the reproductive system, and hang on for this, the reproductive system thrives off of glucose. It doesn't thrive off of high, extremely high fat because when we eat something really high in fat like pork, our bacon, and I know everybody loves their bacon. I get it. Everything tastes better with bacon, right? So when we're eating our bacon, what happens is your blood thickens up radically. It gets real thick for at least six or eight hours from the bacon fat. And then it starves the reproductive system of oxygen, starves the reproductive system of oxygen. So if you really are a bacon eater and you love it and nothing's gonna change that, but you're worried about you're having a fertility issue or you're having something else with the reproductive system, minimize it. I'm not saying we all can be perfect. I'm not perfect. But what I'm saying is you do the best you can, maybe minimize it. And when that oxygen gets starved away from the reproductive system, guess what? Low battery. Remember when I was talking about low battery? Click, low battery. That's what happens. And since the reproductive system is starving for glucose, then that gets also pulled away too when the fat's too high. Glucose gets driven away by the fat from the reproductive system. So it doesn't get the fuel it needs. It doesn't get the, that's the fuel. That's the gasoline the reproductive system uses. Someone might say, well, that's nonsense. Where's that in the literature? Well, we have 200 million people in the US alone that are sick without answers. What about that in the literature? So that's number one. That's number two. And the bottom line is here's how it works with the glucose in the reproductive system. The reproductive system is trying to produce a fruit. That's the goal, producing a fruit. It's a flower. You have to realize it is a flower. You know how flowers work? You know how blossoms work when it comes down to fruit and other things that flower to feed us, to create something. Well, what you're trying to do is produce a fruit with your reproductive system. Yeah, and that means a lot. And producing a fruit means it has to be fed the right way, just like our fruit trees, just like our flowers. They have to be fed the right food, the right nutrients. One of those nutrients is glucose-based, and that carries certain minerals, different kinds of minerals and so forth, and nutrients, micronutrients, it's really important. Farm-raised fish, be cautious about farm-raised fish because the food, it's fed. It's what's feeding the fish. So it's all that make-believe food they feed farm-raised fish. I call it make-believe food. This stuff is just created in a factory somewhere, and it's got an evil nature to it. So antibiotics are thrown into the farm fish ponds. You have to be really worried. Those things are saturated with that. So steer clear from that because that can, that's a sterility food because the food that's feeding the fish, those are all like, those are steroids basically, in a way, for sterilization and so forth, for shutting things down, believe it or not. So that's the other thing. Natural flavors, always look out for natural flavors. I tell you this, I said it before, I'll say it again, and I'll say it again, natural flavors. I'm not talking about the not natural flavors, artificial flavors, those are bad, we know that. That's been there, done that, whatever. Natural flavors in every food, health food in the health food store, it's sinister just like canola oil. Look out for it. That throws a reproductive system on low battery. Now not everybody's reproductive system gets affected by everything I'm talking about, but the rates are climbing and increasing with infertility and PCOS and endometriosis. Everything is just flying. It's flying up, it's rising, it's raising, all the rates are going up. Like interest rates, they're going up. That's the bottom line. So soy products, you know, sprouted soy's a little better. So if you're really someone into soy, then you have to do sprouted soy products. It has to be organic, which still could be GMO when it comes down to soy, but it has to be sprouted so it doesn't affect other aspects of your health that could hinder reproduction. So look out for that one. Look out for a lot of different soy products that are risky and dangerous. Make sure if you like soy, it has to be high quality. If you're worried about a reproductive system, I would probably hold from it. Reproductive system issue, I mean, you should reframe aluminum, aluminum foil, aluminum cans, plastics because of BPA, that's also because, meaning that's behind the rise of infertility, is that alone, the plastics, the BPA and the aluminum cans. So if you're someone with a fertility issue and you're avoiding fruit, it's going to give you a more difficult fertility issue. So make sure you balance your diet, bring some fruit in. You gotta realize something. Breast milk, breast milk is made mostly out of sugar. Breast milk is sugar water. It's actually sugar water. It's not protein water. It's not fat water, it's sugar water. That dominates breast milk. I mean, a protein rides anywhere from 1% to 2% in breast milk. It's different for each person. But you have to understand that it's straight sugar water practically, so it's important to know that. So training your body to build up breast milk, having a fertility issue, you have to bring in some fruit. So if you're someone that's on a ketogenic diet, 'cause you're trying to lose weight, at the same time, you're trying to get pregnant, switch it around a little bit, bring in some fruit somewhere. I'm not saying you have to be a fruitaholic. I just want the balance because the body needs that for the reproductive system. The reproductive system needs that balance, so you have to bring in some of that. So that's a whole important thing all on its own. So the bottom line is there has to be some kind of healthy balance overall. How can we protect ourselves? How can we move forward with this? The first was knowing the bad guys. That's the first part. Second part is knowing the good guys. We're on that right now. Top foods for infertility and reproductive issues across the board, figs, that's a big one. You can even do the dried figs if you have to because fresh figs are hard to find. There's some really good Turkish dried figs. And you can soak 'em in water. They're really helpful for the reproductive system. They feed the reproductive system, fuel it, and waken it up to get it out of low battery. Papaya, that's amazing, amazing for reproductive systems. It's a healer for reproductive systems. It actually calms things down. It calms everything down. PID just totally calms that. Inflammation down really addresses everything. And papaya has an anti-tumor, anti-cystic value. So it reduces cysts. PCOS starts to shut 'em down and reduce it. But you can't just have like a piece of papaya, one a year. You know, we need something better than that. Or half a papaya once a month. Let's try to get in a little bit every other day. So think about that. Berries, wild blueberries at number one, that's the top. That's for reproductive systems. That's the ultimate reproductive system, you know, food as well. Raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, amazing. So pomegranates, you know, that's another one too. Now all these things, the berries and the pomegranate, they have antioxidants. Some have higher amounts of antioxidants like the wild blueberries. They have the highest of all ever anywhere on the planet. So, but all these heavy antioxidants, antioxidants stop infections, stop strepococcal, causing UTIs, causing bladder infections, causing bladder spasms, colon infections, elevated endometriosis. That's what really helps is these antioxidants. So keep that in mind. Raw honey, that's a medicine. That is a medicine across the board. Don't be afraid of it. You know, you don't wanna dig out of a honey tub and eat tablespoons and tablespoons every day. You don't wanna do that. But use some every day. And so that's antibacterial. That's an important key. Leafy greens, leafy greens. That's a big one. Leafy greens matter. They have anti-tumor, anti-cystic qualities to them for PCOS. That's really important. Yams and sweet potatoes. To help balance hormones in general. Getting rid of bad estrogens. Bad estrogens that come from plastic. Bad estrogens that come from dairy products. Bad estrogens that come from other foods. Sweet potatoes help sweep. They help sweep that out of the body. Organic peas. That helps fertility. Organic peas is a really good one. Don't be afraid of organic peas. I'm not talking about pea protein. That's different. That's kind of an isolated product. That's basically, you know, it's not bad for you by any means, but it's very difficult to digest as well. It's different than peas themselves. So you can get the organic peas. That's always best when it comes to peas 'cause they could be GMO if they're not organic. Lentils, chickpeas, great fertility foods. Don't be afraid of those. Sunflower seeds. That's also a fantastic fertility food. So what I suggest is if you're having any issues with the reproductive system at all for any number of reasons that we discussed today, you pop some sunflower seeds, you do a little bit of everything. Little bit of everything whenever you can. Make a chart, make a diary if you have to. Keep reminding yourself. Maybe get someone else on board to help you along with it. You know, go back to the show, into the archives. You know, listen to it more to get re-inspired. Increase your fruits, vegetables, and leafy greens. That's what you wanna do. Always increase those when it comes down to infertility. And then good supplements for fertility and reproductive issues. For increasing fertility, helping reproductive issues heal. Good supplements, let's talk about those. Hawaiian spirulina, that's a great one. I have helped a lot of women over the years, you know, so they can conceive, carry babies to term. Spirulina was part of that, part of that. You know, I've had hundreds of stories over the last 25 years of women having babies, even at age 45, 46. We're even gonna do a documentary on it eventually, and which is gonna be really fun and great. And it's all these beautiful children here because they followed this direction. And so it all matters. Hawaiian spirulina is part of that. You wanna be on a B complex, that's important. Red raspberry leaf tea. What I love about red raspberry leaf tea is it turns the light on. It gets the reproductive system retrained. So if you've done birth control for a number of years to avoid pregnancy, and then you come off the birth control, but you're having a difficult time getting pregnant, you want red raspberry leaf. It clicks on the light. It gets the reproductive system out of low battery, moves you forward. There's a lot you can do here. There's plenty you can do to reclaim your reproductive health and move forward. There really is. Nettle leaf, that's one of the ultimate, ultimate powerhouses for conception and carrying babies to term. That's the baby maker. That's one of the big baby makers. Don't be afraid to drink nettle leaf tea. Get nettle leaf capsules if you have to. That reduces inflammation in the reproductive system, rewires the reproductive system. And just like red raspberry leaf, tells the body to produce breast milk or want to produce breast milk. And red clover tea binds onto a lot of hormones that should not be in the liver and should not be in the body and extracts them and pulls them out. Red clover. Vitex berry, chase tree berry. So vitex is another one that helps restore the uterus. So you can do vitex to restore the uterus. Zinc, incredible for the endocrine system and for infections in the reproductive system. That's a very important factor. So we want the zinc. Selenium's a good one too. And esther C, a good vitamin C. I like esther C. Spirit taught me that that one tends to be much more bioavailable in many ways. So esther C is important for PCOS. Helps reduce cysts. Calms them down. Shuts them down from growing. But you gotta be a little bit religious with everything. So two more supplements. Nascent iodine, that's critical for reproductive system issues. Across the board, top to bottom. Nascent iodine. And 5-MTHF methyl folate. That one is important for baby making. And it's of course, when it comes down to men and making sure that everything's up to par and all's well. Men can access much of this. As far as in the food realm especially. That's really important. So that's another thing. So you get your partner involved, your loved one, and you move forward. And you start reclaiming your health and that's the direction to go to. So we're gonna start taking some callers. Let's go to line three. Cynthia. Hi Cynthia. Hi, how you doing? Good, how are you doing? Okay, thanks for taking my call. I really appreciate it. Sure, sure. I must compliment you. Your program is very enlightening. I really appreciate it every time I get a chance to listen to it. Well I'm honored, I really am. Spirit says tummy stuff is happening with you. Tell me what's happening. Yeah, so I've been having, so I supposedly have one of those mystery illnesses, IBS. My mother had Crohn's disease. Sure. And so I'm having some really bad issues with it and I also have some thyroid problems. And to top it off, I have some depression. And I've been going through a lot of stress. The past seven months I've been taking care of my boyfriend who has stage four cancer. And now I need to get back to work a bit. He's more stabilized. And I've been eating blueberries and eating more sauerkraut. And somebody said that's not good for you 'cause it's too acidy. So I'm just trying to get some direction with how to handle this. The wild blueberries are fine to eat. Don't worry about that. You wanna brew a little bit of a tea, Spirit tells me. A little bit of cat's claw tea. Cat's claw tea, okay. Yeah, you wanna get a little bit of that in you when you can. And what that will do, will kill off the bacteria that's causing the IBS. IBS is just a low grade bacterial infection in the colon. And so you wanna kinda knock that army down. And then cat's claw won't knock down the good bacteria. That's not gonna bring down the good bacteria. That only knocks down the bad bacteria. Spirit tells me it's not a candida issue, meaning being a candida issue that's completely exploded and out of control. But it is a bacterial issue. And it's two bacteria. It's E. coli, but not the kind that little kids lose their lives from in like a raw hamburger somewhere in a restaurant. Not that kind of E. coli. There's different types of E. coli. But there is a version of E. coli in you, a strain, and there is a little bit of a strepococcal in there. It doesn't look serious. But it looks like with stress and everything else, it could be agitating and irritating by far. So you want a little bit of that cat's claw tea. That's important. Aloe vera, get a fresh leaf of aloe vera. Instead of getting the bottle in the juice store of aloe, and I mean even the real now, all pulp clean stuff that they have out there, instead of just getting that, get an aloe leaf, the whole thing. Don't get a plant, 'cause you'll just end up eating the whole plant in a week and the plant will be dead. - Okay. - What you wanna do is get a leaf, slice it open like it was fish, and you have to gut it like it was fish. Like it was a fresh piece of salmon on your table. And you fillet it and you get the gel out, but you don't use the skin, but you get the gel itself out. And you do about half of an aloe leaf once a day, throw that in your blender with a little bit of water, blend it up, and start doing that as a tonic. That's a big deal. If you stay religious on this, you'll get the IBS under control. - Okay. - So that's number one. The other thing is a little bit of cat's claw tea. And you start there and start doing some of the meditations that I did in the last week. Start trying to access any of those, because when we're under stress, you have to get some kind of little bit of break and sanity among it all. - Yeah, yeah. - All right. So, but amazing. Thanks for calling, Cynthia. - No, that was really helpful. - Wonderful. - So aloe vera is my main, it's funny 'cause that came to me to look at some other products that are uvera or something, aloe vera? - Sure, sure. And even those products, they're products, but you still want to get the fresh leaf. You know, there's a company called Aloking. - Okay. - Aloking.com. - Aloking? - Yeah, you can get a case from them of leaves, put them in your refrigerator, and just start hacking them up and half a leaf once a day. And if you wanna do a half a leaf twice a day, you do a half a leaf twice a day. - Okay. - And that's what we wanna do. - Okay, and that should then help my energy start to come back. - It's gonna make a big deal. It's gonna be a big deal with your health. It really is. Because once you do that religiously, the game starts to change. Also, celery juice. Start building up your hydrochloric acid so the bacteria doesn't wanna live in you. So get the celery, juice it 16 ounces, like I always talk about, and do celery juice once a day. If you do these three components, you're gonna be in a lot better place. - Okay. - Perfect. - Yeah. - Wonderful. - That helps a lot. 'Cause I have been searching and you read so many different things and then it starts becoming overwhelming. Capsclaute, that sounds good. - You know, the internet can make you crazy. It's the land of make believe on the internet right now. And it's a beautiful thing because there's great stuff out there, but at the same time, it can have your head spinning. But use your intuition. What I always tell people, use your intuitive senses, use your intuitive gut. Use your gut, use your intuition so you can sift through what's good, what's bad out there on the internet. Start connecting to that intuitive power that everybody has. And when you do that, then you can sift through the weeds. But you're amazing. Thank you, Cynthia. - Thank you, thank you, Anthony. Thank you so much. - Bye bye. So we have line nine, Jacqueline. Hi, Jacqueline. - Hello, Anthony. - Hey, how are you? - I'm wonderful for you. I'm so happy to talk to you. You're absolutely amazing. - Well, thanks. You're gonna make my head get so big. It's gonna explode. And then I'm gonna be difficult to handle with my sense. They're gonna, you know, they're gonna, they're gonna watch my head swell and they're gonna think, you know, like, here he goes. So thanks. - Oh, I don't think that's possible, but okay. - Well, tell me what's happening. Spirit says that the thyroid's off a little bit and the adrenals are off a little bit. - Yeah. - So meaning that the adrenals are actually, well, from what Spirit's telling me, the adrenals are underactive and overactive. What happens, what that means is they're hyperactive at times, and then they go down to this weird low zone. And so you're having this up and down occurring from it is what Spirit's telling me. So what's happening? - Well, I'm one of those that I've never been able to get pregnant, first of all. And I've always had weight issues and finally was diagnosed with Hashimoto's. And just have this where I have a lot of energy at night and then in the daytime, nothing. And it's just really hard 'cause no one can ever figure me out. And then I have chiropractors that say I have pituitary and hypothalamus, that type of thing. So I'm kind of at a loss of what to do. - Yeah, Hashimoto's and adrenal problems create fertility issues. And that's part of the game. You know, that's one thing. And with Hashimoto's, that means we're dealing with a low level Epstein bar. That's what creates Hashimoto's. The problem is with medical science and medical research, it's behind on Hashimoto's by 30 to 40 years right now. So when, I don't know, when I'm 90 years old or something or whatever, you'll hear about Epstein bar being the responsible one for Hashimoto's. And that will finally get out there because little old me is not gonna be able to get that information out worldwide. I'm not big enough for that. But I could help you though. So what we have to do is we have to start getting that cleaned up, that mild Epstein bar. And we have to get that out of the thyroid. And that's number one. So Chaga mushroom tea, that's important for getting Epstein bar out of the thyroid. That's number one. So you get yourself, yeah. And you can go to my website, medicalmedium.com and I talk about the best Chaga and everything and you can look into that. So Chaga mushroom tea. So that's one thing to take control over it. Yeah, and a little bit of licorice root tea is really important too. So that's for the adrenals. What happens is that licorice root is one of the most profound and powerful ways to get adrenals back and get them back quick instead of taking five years. Some people have adrenal fatigue for five to 10 years, but you want a licorice tea that's consistent. You wanna take that licorice tea consistently. Look for a really good zinc. Go to my website once again, you'll find a really good zinc. I just started taking the zinc, the B12. Oh, I've been listening and taking notes. You're a bomb. That's the Hashimoto stopper. That zinc is the Hashimoto stopper. Basically what that zinc does, it just shuts down Epstein bar in the thyroid. So that's the other thing. Taking a lot of that then I might not be taking enough, but I did get the highly concentrated one. Yep, that's the one that matters. And what this does is it puts Epstein bar in shock right in the thyroid and starts to shut it down so the thyroid can reclaim and regain its speed, start producing the hormones it needs to produce. And so that's another thing that's important. Foods, you gotta make sure asparagus is in there somewhere. Okay. Not just one stalk or stem, not just a little tiny, a little like three of them next to your fish or anything you want. Yeah, you wanna steam those babies, like throw a pound in, steam it, and then just eat it until your urine definitely smells pretty much like asparagus. So you want it at that point. That really pushes out Epstein bar out of the thyroid as well. That's important. Do the celery juice to help bring back adrenals too. Okay. Do the celery juice, that's important too. Stay away from anything that we talked about today that's slightly sinister. And I'm just proud of you. I'm really proud of you that you're doing what you're doing and you're gonna do fantastic. You'll move forward. So it's all from the Epstein bar, which caused the thyroid, which then caused the adrenal. So it's the cascade effect. Absolutely. One of the clients I've had in the past, who was, she was 40 years old and at the time and had an Epstein bar causing the thyroid to go down and the adrenals. And it was stopping from her having fertility for having a baby, for conceiving and having a baby. And we corrected the problem. She's now 46 years old and she has three girls. So it, so it Epstein bar is behind, you know, a lot of pregnancy issues because you know, it's part of the whole mix. That's one of the, the under the wire kind of conditions that we can live with and have and cause the infertility issue. So, but take one day at a time. I'm so proud of you and thanks for calling. You're amazing. Oh, thank you. You're an angel. We love you so much. Well, we love you too. We really do. Great, great.
