that too junk 0:23 foods are the problem fast food 0:27 right 0:28 you see stuff out there you see people 0:29 talking about you hear about 0:30 documentaries you hear about everybody 0:32 fast foods that's the problem that's the 0:35 problem in america it's the fast foods 0:38 it's a processed foods it's a junk foods 0:42 that's the process foods and the junk 0:44 foods and the fast foods that's the 0:46 problem 0:48 all around the world right you hear 0:49 about that right 0:51 and then 0:53 you hear people say well that's the 0:54 whole problem for obesity right and 0:57 that's the big problem it's obesity 1:00 but what about all of the neurological 1:04 problems 1:05 crippling anxiety depression ocd 1:09 depersonalization fatigue body pain 1:13 tingles and numbness vertigo 1:16 brain fog migraines 1:19 back problems neck problems leg problems 1:21 feet problems muscle weakness you name 1:24 it what about all the neurological 1:26 problems in a 20 year old 1:29 a 20 year old 1:32 what about all the neurological problems 1:35 and autoimmune diagnoses in a 15 year 1:38 old what about all the neurological 1:40 problems 1:41 in a 21 year old is it really years and 1:44 years of fast foods when you're they're 1:47 not 50 years old 1:49 is it really really the fast foods and 1:51 the processed foods 1:54 and the fried foods and the greasy foods 1:57 and the junk foods is it really that 2:01 that's creating that 2:04 so let's get a few things straight 2:07 junk food fast food processed food 2:10 yeah it's bad for you 2:12 why is it bad for you we're gonna cover 2:14 a little bit but yeah it's bad for you 2:16 it's true 2:17 it's bad 2:19 absolutely 2:21 yes it'll contribute to obesity it will 2:25 contribute to heart attack 2:28 your heart attack 2:30 it will contribute to cardiovascular 2:33 problems 2:35 it will contribute to diabetes right 2:39 type 2 diabetes it will make you 2:42 diabetic over time 2:44 okay 2:46 it can contribute to that 2:48 yeah all that grease and all that 2:51 processed oil and all that fried oil oil 2:53 and all that junk and everything else 2:55 and right 2:57 all that we dump inside of us fast foods 3:00 and processed foods and all that sure 3:02 it's going to bring us closer to obesity 3:04 it's going to bring us closer to a heart 3:06 attack that's why i always say butter 3:09 butter's like the heart attacker 3:12 butter 3:14 that's the heart attack bringer 3:17 right 3:19 but what about the raging 3:22 raging illnesses happening and the 3:24 autoimmune and the fatigue and the 3:26 seeing and that and the chronic fatigue 3:29 syndrome the 3:30 mecfs and the fibro and the hoshi so 3:33 wait a minute 3:35 fast food 3:37 gives you hoshis 3:39 what gives you hashimoto's is it fast 3:41 food that gives you hashimoto's 3:43 so 3:44 this is an important conversation 3:46 because i know in the health scene 3:49 i know for quite a while now in the last 3:52 10 years 3:53 all these people these brainiacs these 3:55 geniuses coming up in the health scene 3:57 feel like they found they found it all 3:59 they figured it all out 4:01 it's 4:02 all that fast food it's all the 4:03 processed food 4:05 it's going into the fast food 4:06 restaurants that's what's killing us all 4:08 that's what's doing it it's all that so 4:10 let's go we'll make some documentary 4:12 that oh we'll go and do we'll do this 4:14 about it oh we'll go and put some books 4:15 out about it 4:17 without even understanding why anybody 4:19 gets sick without even understanding our 4:21 knowing why or how anyone gets sick 4:26 anyone 4:27 young people get sick 4:30 right 4:32 how much fast food is someone eating by 4:34 the time they're nine years old 4:36 meanwhile they got thyroid diagnoses at 4:38 nine years old 4:39 they are crippling fatigue and brain fog 4:42 at nine years old they got crippling 4:44 eczema and psoriasis at nine years old 4:47 so what is it the 50 years of fast foods 4:52 and nine year olds nine years old 4:54 what is it the 50 years of processed 4:57 food that's what got the nine-year-old 4:58 sick 50 years does that make any sense 5:04 50 years of processed foods and fast 5:06 foods and greasy fried foods 5:09 and that's what made a nine-year-old 5:10 sick when nine-year-olds only nine years 5:12 old 5:13 norma said study just came out linking 5:16 ms to ebv and you've been saying this 5:19 all along published first medical medium 5:21 that's medical medium information public 5:24 published first and then science 5:26 poaches and steals medical medium 5:29 information 5:31 that's what they do 5:32 that's how they learn science and 5:34 chronic illness now they they go to the 5:36 medical medium books into the medical 5:38 medium lectures and all the medical 5:39 them 6:03 you know that's the one thing even if 6:05 they try even if alternative science or 6:09 conventional science takes medical 6:11 medium information about epstein-barr 6:13 causing multiple sclerosis which is 6:15 which is medical medium right and they 6:17 take that and they try to now do studies 6:19 to try to link it right 6:22 big bad wolf 6:24 up in the sky classified medical 6:25 that works 6:37 so what's making the eight year old 6:40 so sick they got thyroid disorders at 6:42 eight years old is it 50 years of 6:44 processed foods 6:46 no 6:48 they're eight years old 6:50 what's making the five-year-old get 6:52 raging eczema psoriasis is it 60 years 6:55 of processed food 6:58 and fast food and greasy food no 7:01 no 7:02 i love it documentaries on fast foods 7:04 and 7:05 and fried greasy foods and processed 7:06 foods all these things on that everybody 7:08 thinks you're a genius about it 7:11 but i'm scratching my head saying well 7:12 how is the five year old 7:15 right 7:16 how's the five-year-old 7:18 getting eczema psoriasis 7:21 i mean 7:22 we know medical medium information knows 7:24 why it's copper it's viruses plus toxic 7:26 heavy metals like it's bad 9:09 true 9:10 true 9:11 it'll clog up that liver is what it's 9:13 going to do it'll clog up that liver so 9:16 let's take a look 9:19 the more and more grease you stick in 9:21 you and the more and more fried 9:23 processed oil and grease you stick in 9:25 you okay 9:27 the more and more your liver has to get 9:29 overburdened overburdened overburdened 9:30 you kill your liver with that 9:33 well what that does that just leads 9:37 people to the obesity factor the weight 9:40 gain comes on because their liver is 9:41 being bogged down by all that grease and 9:43 all that that processed food right and 9:46 all that fast food okay and then once 9:49 that liver gets beaten down like that 9:51 you end up with type 2 diabetes now 9:53 you're pre-diabetic yes 9:54 and then 9:56 all that fat from those processed foods 9:57 and fried greasy foods starts to cling 10:00 to your arteries and your veins and 10:01 cling to your heart starts to get into 10:03 your heart right there right 10:05 and your valves 10:07 gets into the veins and arteries right 10:10 and so guess what yeah 10:12 you end up 10:14 gaining weight you end up 10:16 heart attack city down the road when 10:18 you're older 10:20 you end up diabetes diabetes too 10:24 diabetic right you end up all that 10:26 but what about everybody else 10:28 what about everybody else 10:31 when they're not tanking the fried food 10:32 they're not taking the fast food they're 10:34 not taking really any of that they're 20 10:36 years old they're on mattress island 10:37 they're stuck 10:38 they're stuck 10:40 with no explanations they're told they 10:41 have autoimmune it's genetic and that's 10:43 why they're sick and they're just stuck 10:45 in bed or stuck on couch island or stuck 10:47 on mattress island you're doing raw that's 14:04 amazing 14:07 all raw is not the answer though meaning 14:10 any just raw is not the answer so i know 14:13 we're talking about processed foods and 14:14 everything else but it's interesting to 14:15 talk about this too 14:17 is that there's raw diets out there that 14:19 are high fat 14:20 and a high fat raw diet 14:23 still 14:24 can bring you 14:25 down on your knees sick and not healing 14:29 where you're like oh my god i'm all raw 14:31 i'm doing everything i can i found this 14:34 raw diet out there and i'm still sick 14:38 and i can't get better and i'm still 14:40 fatigued and i still have skin problems 14:42 and what is it 14:44 meanwhile you're tanking the nut butters 14:46 and you're taking all the oils and 14:47 you're taking the avocado too much and 14:49 you're taking more nut butters 14:51 and then you're doing more oil then 14:52 you're doing 14:54 more avocado and then you're doing 14:56 something else and yeah you're all raw 14:59 and then you're doing the olive oil hey 15:01 i got this great raw coconut oil and 15:03 you're doing all these oils and fats and 15:06 then you're just stuck still it happens 15:08 to so many people and then they get 15:09 stuck 15:11 you can heal doing cooked food you can 15:13 try that protocol and heal you and cook 15:15 food you can heal doing raw food as long 15:17 as you know what you're doing though it 15:19 all matters the details matter you can't 15:20 just be raw and that's the answer i 15:22 thought oats were inflammatory 15:27 oats are not 15:29 a food 15:30 that's like a healing food 15:33 but oats are not a herding food 15:37 so they're not a herding food oats 15:40 don't feed viruses 15:44 see that's important to know so oats 15:46 don't feed viruses 15:49 and viruses are inflammatory so that's 15:52 important to know right there 15:55 oats and millet are two 15:58 grains right there that medical medium 16:00 information says you can eat but it 16:02 doesn't mean you have to if you don't 16:04 want to do oats like in the protocols in 16:06 the book there's so many different 16:08 avenues like there's no there's no mono 16:10 oatmeal 16:11 diet in and 17:15 see that couple bananas 17:20 every time 17:22 somebody gets an epiphany right in the 17:24 healing movement say a doctor or 17:26 something they want to start a podcast 17:27 they want to write a book they want to 17:29 start teaching they want to start 17:30 lecturing about health foods or health 17:32 healthy living and all that they get 17:34 this epiphany where 17:36 they want to lose some weight 17:39 they want to do better things for others 17:42 they are in conventional medicine they 17:44 want to back down off of conventional 17:46 medicine a little bit and they want to 17:48 head to a place of like an awakening 17:51 happens 17:52 wow 17:53 fast food and greasy foods and fried 17:55 foods and processed foods that's the 17:57 problem all this time 17:59 that's what it is 18:01 or it's the lectins and oxalates in all 18:03 these foods 18:04 or it's bad foods like fast foods and 18:08 some other food issues too but they get 18:10 wrapped up into this whole thing like i 18:12 found the answer i got the light bulb i 18:14 got the answer 18:15 everybody's sick because they're eating 18:17 bad 18:19 do you see how it goes you guys 18:22 anybody jumping into the health scene 18:25 green 18:26 green 18:27 jumps in like 18:29 oh my god 18:31 i figured it out 18:33 all these years of just doing my normal 18:35 stuff going into medical school and out 18:37 of medical school eating what i wanted 18:38 drinking alcohol on the weekends all 18:41 these years i figured it out because i'm 18:42 starting to gain a little weight around 18:44 my waist and as a doctor i started 18:46 figuring it out you can't have processed 18:48 foods all those people are bad at the 18:50 fast food restaurant line you guys are 18:52 all eating fast foods that's the whole 18:54 thing and they have this epiphany this 18:55 awakening like oh they discovered 18:57 everything they discovered it 19:01 then they start telling their patients 19:02 shouldn't be eating fast foods and then 19:04 they want to write a book let's write a 19:06 book and make sure we talk about how all 19:08 these greasy foods are killing americans 19:10 or killing europeans or killing whoever 19:12 around the world right 19:14 and they think i'm mashing two bananas 19:16 in here because i'm making these oatmeal 19:18 cookies right now 19:22 and then they think they discovered the 19:24 holy grail 19:28 they actually discovered atlantis 19:31 the lost city of atlantis 19:33 they discovered it 19:35 they figured it out after all these 19:37 years everybody's sick because 19:39 they're just eating all this junk food 19:41 and fast food and processed food that's 19:42 why everybody's sick 19:44 we just we just figured it out 19:48 right 19:50 and 19:51 real i'm gonna put some cinnamon in here 19:52 too 19:54 okay a little bit of cinnamon in this 19:59 i'm gonna put a little bit of maple 20:01 syrup in here too if you guys don't mind 20:04 robin says what's the difference 20:07 between gluten-free oats regular ones 20:09 what makes oats gluten-free 20:13 processing is the big one 20:15 okay so processing is a really big one 20:18 the processing right the facility 20:20 i'm going to put a little maple syrup in 20:22 here facilities that are also churning 20:24 out wheat 20:26 germ 20:27 they're churning wheat germ out 20:31 they're churning 20:33 what else are they churning out wheat 20:34 germ 20:35 um 20:37 bagels 20:40 bagels 20:41 loaves of bread 20:42 loaves loaves of processed bread white 20:45 bread right they're churning all this 20:47 out 20:49 and then also they're going to run some 20:50 oats through the machine well we ran 20:53 oats through the machine after we just 20:55 ran all the those breadcrumbs those 20:57 white breadcrumbs to the machine and now 20:59 we're packaging up oats oh oats are 21:01 gluten free right 21:04 christina says won't oatmeal bananas and 21:06 maple syrup spike your insulin a lot 21:09 well that's 21:11 that's what people believe 21:14 so let's go into that you just you just 21:16 you just 21:18 set the pace for a good diabetic talk 21:20 for a couple of seconds including 21:21 hypoglycemia and other issues like that 21:23 blood sugar issues let's just throw some 21:24 raisins in here i'm gonna be spiking my 21:27 blood sugar i'm gonna be spiking my 21:29 blood sugar really bad right here 21:32 this is gonna throw me into major 21:34 diabetic like coma 21:37 or something 21:38 i'm gonna put a few raisins in here 21:41 that should be good i'm gonna put some 21:46 so let's go into that 21:49 sugar 21:50 doesn't create insulin resistance 21:54 sugar 21:55 carbohydrates does not create insulin 21:58 resistance it's fat so i'm looking for 22:00 the fat here where's the fat 22:03 where is it 22:04 fat are you in there 22:05 where are you 22:07 where's the oils 22:08 where's all the oils where's the fat 22:11 where's the olive oil 22:13 where's the coconut oil 22:15 where's the nut butter where's the nuts 22:17 where are you guys 22:18 how come you're not here 22:20 are you guys in here where are you 22:23 huh 22:24 hey wait 22:26 i can't find you 22:28 so all i'm seeing is oats raisins 22:31 bananas 22:32 and cinnamon and maple syrup 22:35 i'm not seeing any fats 22:38 this can't spike your insulin 22:41 this can't jack up your a1c 22:45 this doesn't create diabetes 22:48 okay 22:50 very important to know 22:52 what this does is this helps to fix 22:55 those problems because guess what's 22:57 missing out of here there's no oils 23:00 there's no nut butters there's no fats 23:02 there's no grease there's no lard 23:04 there's no crisco there's no nothing in 23:06 here 23:09 very important now 23:13 okay so i'm gonna go with a couple of 23:14 cups 23:16 see a couple cups of oats here 23:23 a little measurement 23:25 just one cup there 23:28 go with another cup 23:30 roughly 23:33 i think that might be good see what we 23:35 got 23:44 all right 23:54 this is important to know right here 23:56 okay you guys critical point 24:00 when you eat fat 24:02 which i call radical fats right 24:05 when you eat the nut butter i'm not 24:06 saying nut butters are bad for you i'm 24:08 not saying avocado is bad for you i'm 24:10 not saying healthy fats are bad for you 24:12 i'm just saying that when you have fat 24:14 even when it's chicken or meat or nut 24:17 butters or oils or anything like that 24:20 when you eat the fat it stops sugar from 24:24 entering your cells 24:27 it holds up the insulin the insulin just 24:29 gets all caught up in the bloodstream it 24:32 can't get sugar into your cells 24:35 it's the fat that's doing it it's not 24:37 the sugar 24:43 this is a really important time for some 24:45 of you guys 24:46 that have been brainwashed about the 24:48 whole sugar thing and the whole diabetic 24:50 thing in the whole in the whole you know 24:52 hypoglycemic thing and the whole 24:54 hypersonic hyperside 24:56 heart glycemic thing sorry it's 24:58 you just need to know this is like an 25:00 awakening moment right here because 25:03 wait a minute it's not the sugar what 25:06 are you saying like what are you even 25:07 talking about it's not the sugar 25:10 no it's not 25:12 it's not the sugar at all i'm going to 25:13 add a little bit more oatmeal to this 25:29 ice cream 25:30 jacks up that blood sugar 25:33 ice cream's the a1c nightmare ice cream 25:36 is the diabetic nightmare i don't care 25:38 if it's coconut ice cream i don't care 25:40 if it's vegan ice cream i don't care if 25:41 it's planet mars ice cream i don't care 25:44 if an alien ship 25:46 arrived from pluto 25:51 and dropped off 25:53 a new batch of ice cream for everybody 26:02 that ice cream is sugar and fat combined 26:04 and when that ice cream is sugar and fat 26:06 combined you got the diabetic nightmare 26:08 you got the blood sugar nightmare you 26:09 got the insulin resistance nightmare 26:11 and that's why everybody on the 26:13 processed foods eventually gets the a1c 26:16 and the diabetic nightmare and 26:17 everything else 26:19 that's why the processed food thing the 26:20 fast food the greasy fried food that's 26:22 why i was trying to tell you guys all 26:24 the genius doctors or genius health 26:26 professionals or genius health 26:28 influencers when they get that epiphany 26:30 in awakening and they're like i'm not 26:31 supposed to eat processed food anymore 26:33 oh dear lord i think i found the answer 26:36 everybody everybody it's processed food 26:38 now i'm gonna go hit the circuit because 26:39 i'm a genius now i'll come out my new 26:41 book here's why you shouldn't eat fast 26:42 foods and processed foods and junk foods 26:45 and what happens is because 26:48 yeah you eat that stuff you're gonna end 26:50 up a diabetic you eat that stuff you're 26:52 going to eventually have some weight 26:53 gain you eat that stuff and you're going 26:55 to get a heart attack 26:57 but that's not why everybody is sick 27:00 it's not why everybody's sick you guys 27:04 already hashimoto's neurological lime 27:07 since when has neurological lyme in a 12 27:11 year old yes a 12 year old neurological 27:14 lyme disease enough you can clean 53:34 up your diet as far as you want to go 53:37 as far as the parameters they give you 53:39 out there and it's not enough and then 53:40 you have to learn what you're really like 54:04 they're saying check this out check out 54:05 this influencer here they went vegan one 54:07 time in plant based and now they're 54:09 talking about how they were missing all 54:10 their nutrients 54:12 they went vegan and plant-based and they 54:13 were missing all their nutrients right 54:15 now so now they're back on animal 54:16 protein to make sure they get all their 54:18 nutrients they're eating cottage cheese 54:21 and they're having lots of yogurt 54:23 and bovine yogurt and cottage cheese and 54:26 they're having like raw cheese and 54:28 they're having eggs and they're having 54:29 salmon and they're having other fish 54:32 and now they're getting all the 54:33 nutrients they knew all the nutrients 54:35 they need because when they were vegan 54:37 and plant-based this influencer was 54:38 vegan and plant-based they weren't doing 54:41 good 54:42 it's like 54:43 whoa well i'm gonna feel really bad for 54:45 that person because they're gonna do it 54:46 real bad now 54:48 meanwhile 54:50 there's all these people eating animal 54:51 protein eating all the same thing and 54:52 they're sick out there i love how that 54:54 works it doesn't make any sense right 54:59 billions of people are eating animal 55:00 protein and a fraction of people are 55:02 they're plant-based right fraction of 55:04 people and think about how many people 55:06 are sick hospitals are filled with 55:07 people eating animal protein including 55:09 clean animal protein diets protein dyes 55:11 including healthier animal protein diets 55:14 right 55:15 meanwhile they'll have the same problems 55:16 that you know they'll have the same 55:17 problem 55:18 as the plant-based people right that are 55:21 sick too that happens plant-based vegan 55:23 person can be
