40:51 muscle so i better i better now cut my

40:55 then they try to shed the fat but keep
40:56 the muscle it's a game it's called
40:58 bulking and cutting but what they don't
41:00 understand is you don't do the fat so
41:02 much you bulk up on the carbohydrates
41:04 and you work out and boom you got
41:06 muscles and you're not as fat

1:02:39 actually tipping the scale the better

1:03:24 and it's unbelievable and you chop all
