1:41 know i'm eating a good vegan diet 1:43 i mean a good plant-based diet maybe 1:45 right but it doesn't mean you ain't got 1:48 all these fillers in there because it's 1:51 easy to get all these fillers in there 1:52 now you got some corn chips that's a 1:54 filler 1:56 no but these corn chips are healthy 1:58 they're healthy what says on the package 2:00 here it says 2:02 whole organic corn 2:05 and 2:06 avocado oil 2:09 so i'm gonna be able to eat all these 2:11 corn chips i want 2:12 it's a filler 2:15 the whole thing is a filler 2:18 right 2:19 now i mean gonna mean good i i'm having 2:22 i was just getting some chinese food and 2:24 i picked the healthy options in there i 2:26 got some sesame oil and all this rice 2:30 and i got this pork and it's a filler 2:34 all of it's a filler 2:36 i mean pretty healthy i'm eating this 2:38 vegan pizza it's a gluten-free crust 2:42 it's a filler 2:45 where's the healing foods oh the healing 2:47 food was on my vegan pizza 2:49 i had a couple little tomatoes on there 2:51 i saw something green on there probably 2:53 a little bit of basil 2:56 but it's a filler 2:59 there's so much filler going on 3:02 that's what people 3:04 don't understand 3:06 is there so much 3:08 filler going on out there and that's 3:11 where does the healing food come in how 3:14 do we incorporate the healing foods 3:17 how do we bring in 3:19 the healing foods avocado can become a 4:38 filler but it's still it's it's in this 4:40 list over here because it's still 4:41 healing 4:43 avocados more healing 4:45 than a piece of chicken 4:49 chicken is a filler 4:53 not the worst thing to eat if you're a 4:54 chicken eater 4:56 meaning like if that's what you eat i'm 4:58 not gonna shame you 5:00 the one thing you won't get out of 5:02 medical some healing properties in seeds but it 10:12 still takes too much space and can still 10:14 make it so a vegan person a plant-based 10:16 person can't heal 10:18 because it becomes a filler it becomes a 10:21 filler 10:22 and you can be a vegan and eat too many 10:25 beans too much rice 10:28 because those are fillers 10:31 oatmeal 10:32 oatmeal for both the animal protein 10:34 people and the plant-based people i'm 10:36 just telling you now or the vegans and 10:37 the animal protein people oatmeal 10:39 is a safe grain to eat 10:43 but it's a filler 10:45 this is such an important topic 10:48 it's a filler you guys 10:51 that's what it is 10:54 you can tank on some oatmeal every day 10:57 but it's not enough healing properties 10:59 in oatmeal oatmeal is not antiviral 11:01 recommend holding off those animal 16:25 proteins till the end of the day till 16:27 dinner time if you're an animal protein 16:29 person you wait to the end of the day so 16:32 you don't take up your day with too many 16:34 fillers and then at night if you do your 16:36 animal protein at night that's when you 16:37 did a filler 16:40 and i recommend if you're anna if you're 16:42 plant-based if you're vegan and you're 16:44 plant-based i recommend 16:47 you hold off on a lot of the grains and 16:49 a lot of the oatmeal a little bit maybe 16:51 you do those two to the end of the day 16:53 but opportunity to heal 19:01 in any way possible and taking advantage 19:03 of the opportunities here on the planet 19:05 because you gotta eat 19:07 you gotta eat so we can do things 19:12 we can do things with our foods 19:15 that can change our lives we get into 19:18 these habits i'm not telling you no 19:22 no no no i'm telling you you can have 19:25 some grass-fed beef if that's what you you can have beans 19:44 you can have grassed beef you can have 19:46 salmon 19:48 right you can go into the grocery store 19:51 into whole foods or another grocery 19:53 store and you can go and buy a can of 19:56 beans if that's what you wanted you can 19:57 go buy a package of lentils you can go 20:01 buy a package of oatmeal you can go into 20:04 whole foods and grab some grass-fed beef 20:07 you can go online to one of the stores 20:09 wherever it is 20:11 and order something 20:13 i'm not saying no no no no no what i am 20:16 saying is 20:17 we have to start thinking about where is 20:19 your medicine where's your medicine 20:22 where is it 20:24 where's your medicine 20:27 is what i'm saying 20:29 where is 20:30 the medicine 20:32 because 20:33 i'm just saying 20:37 if we're going to condition so when we have our avocado 22:34 toast on gluten-free bread that's great 22:36 and there's some healthy things in 22:37 avocado but it's not enough to reverse 22:40 our condition and turn our lives around 22:42 it becomes a filler 22:43 becomes a filler 22:45 an orange is not a filler you make room 22:48 for some oranges you're making room the 22:51 minute you take away all those the plant-based people the 27:07 minute they get a symptom or they get 27:09 sick they run back to eggs first 27:12 and then they're just eating eggs and 27:13 they have no idea why they're sick 27:15 that's why they're eating eggs and they 27:16 have no idea eggs feed 27:18 the very viruses and bacteria that are 27:19 making them sick and the yeast in the 27:20 fungus and mold but they don't they 27:22 don't know 27:23 so all the vegan people and plant-based 27:24 people just run back to eggs as fast 27:26 they can that's why they don't it's why 27:28 they don't really attack eggs i don't calories down cut my calories down and 40:55 then they try to shed the fat but keep 40:56 the muscle it's a game it's called 40:58 bulking and cutting but what they don't 41:00 understand is you don't do the fat so 41:02 much you bulk up on the carbohydrates 41:04 and you work out and boom you got 41:06 muscles and you're not as fat 41:13 look 41:15 you can be an animal protein person you 41:17 can you can 1:00:43 do a lot of parsley you can do you can 1:00:46 do chop up a whole bunch maybe some 1:00:47 lettuce too if you want maybe some kale 1:00:49 and then you throw all that avocado on 1:00:51 there and then you chop up a tomato you 1:00:53 want it a little juicy you chop up a 1:00:55 tomato you put one of these babies in 1:00:57 there a little bit if you if you can 1:00:58 handle some heat you pop in one of those 1:01:00 maybe you put some red bell pepper maybe 1:01:02 you put a little onion but what you do 1:01:04 is you have your avocado salad but you 1:01:06 just made a medicine 1:01:08 ball 1:01:10 you just made a medicine ball 1:01:13 in your salad 1:01:15 a medicine ball that's what you did 1:01:19 that's what you did 1:01:22 you made a medicine ball 1:01:25 right 1:01:27 so keep that in mind 1:01:29 so let's go into a little bit of kale 1:01:34 right 1:01:35 you love your avocado 1:01:38 put a little bit in your kale then 1:01:40 but get your leafy greens in you now if 1:01:43 you want to heal and you got a serious 1:01:45 condition there's ways to heal and you 1:01:47 keep the avocado out and you keep the 1:01:49 meat out and you keep whatever out and 1:01:50 that's a good question right now let's 1:01:51 talk about that let's talk about meat 1:01:54 okay 1:01:56 you love your chicken 1:01:58 put a little bit of chicken 1:02:02 on a bed of herb 1:02:04 a bed of herb 1:02:06 you love your chicken 1:02:08 make sure you're eating enough herb with 1:02:10 it 1:02:11 have that at the end of the day you love 1:02:13 your meat or salmon 1:02:15 make sure you have it with a lot of herb 1:02:18 throw some radishes in there 1:02:21 get the medicine in because you gotta 1:02:23 balance the filler 1:02:25 now when it comes to healing though 1:02:27 healing deep seeded stuff that's still 1:02:29 gonna get in the way the avocado still 1:02:31 can get in the way if there's too much 1:02:33 in your diet 1:02:34 but the point is is you're balancing 1:02:37 the filler you're actually you're 1:02:39 actually tipping the scale the better 1:02:42 direction 1:02:44 you want to have your grass-fed beef 1:02:46 pieces in a salad you put them on top of 1:02:48 some parsley and some cilantro and some 1:02:51 kale and you get that green in you so 1:02:53 that it can help to kind of 1:02:55 mediate the filler 1:02:59 the filler 1:03:06 and that's the way to do it 1:03:08 you can do so much with steamed 1:03:09 vegetables on greens you can take 1:03:12 asparagus brussels sprouts you can take 1:03:14 squash you can take these beautiful 1:03:15 kabocha squashes right here look at that 1:03:18 you can take these 1:03:21 and you can steam these up 1:03:24 and it's unbelievable and you chop all 1:03:26 that up and all these steamed vegetables 1:03:27 and you put the kombucha squash on top 1:03:29 of your greens and that's not a filler 1:03:32 that's medicine your squashes are 1:03:35 anti-viral anti-pathogen anti-bug 1:03:37 anti-this anti-that they're 1:03:39 anti-everything that's bad for you and 1:03:41 that's what these squashes are and that 1:03:43 that when you think about that whoa 1:03:46 whoa 1:03:48 you feel
