literally the heart 1:33 killer right i mean it is it's one of 1:36 those 1:37 pork fats another one there so it's like 1:40 you know it's it's 1:42 it's really a bad thing i mean in so 1:44 many ways for people because they don't 1:46 realize it it's not that it's not that 1:48 it's a bad thing because there's there's 1:50 a lot worse things in the world and i 1:51 get it 1:52 but it's one of those things where 1:54 people don't know how to navigate out of 1:57 it where they don't know how to navigate 1:58 out of things like butter they they 2:01 can't find their way they can't leave it 2:03 they can't get away from it it's really 2:05 hard and then you know you end up eating 2:07 them there's butter on everything you 2:08 end up eating all kinds of stuff good to 2:10 see you guys i where 8:57 did butter come in right 9:00 so you know where did 9:02 where did these things kind of come in 9:04 like eggs like heart healthy stamps on 9:07 eggs 9:08 that's a tricky one right there it's 9:10 like heart-healthy stamps that are on 9:12 the egg cartons it's like 9:14 heart healthy heart healthy good for you 9:16 right and you know so what happens is 9:18 we're totally in the realm of eating 9:20 foods to 9:22 possibly 9:24 cuddle our condition to get our heart 9:27 attack down the road well that's what's 9:28 really you know that's what's really 9:30 crazy out there how it works so let's go 9:32 into it of how what happens with the 9:34 heart how does that work so here's the 9:36 deal 9:39 your heart 9:41 okay 9:43 right 9:45 is a muscle machine 9:47 right 9:48 its job though is to pump your blood 9:52 we know that 9:54 but there's something we don't know 9:57 it's not supposed to pump 10:00 blood 10:01 really high in fat 10:05 yes 10:06 it's not supposed to pump blood 10:10 really high in fat 10:13 that's what it's not supposed to do 10:15 because what happens is your liver 10:18 starts to become a fatty liver because 10:20 of butter 10:22 eggs 10:23 pork 10:24 all of that and 10:26 your liver starts to become a fatty 10:28 liver so here's what happens your 10:30 heart's job is to pump blood 10:34 out of your liver 10:37 your liver is a filter 10:40 okay 10:41 i don't know what kind of system you got 10:43 do you have an air filter system and 10:45 your 10:46 hot water heater system your oil burner 10:49 maybe maybe your apartment building has 10:51 a big old oil burner down the basement 10:53 nobody knows about and there's a filter 10:55 on there and the filter gets dirty 10:59 your air conditioning has a filter on it 11:02 there's filters on everything 11:04 so when the fan is pumping it's sucking 11:08 air through the filter and as the filter 11:11 gets clogged you can go and change the 11:13 filter you can be like you know what 11:16 i can go change the filter 11:19 you can't change your liver you can't go 11:22 you can't change your liver your liver 11:25 is the filter your liver is the filter 11:27 you can't go and just say i'm just gonna 11:29 go change the filter out of my liver i'm 11:31 just gonna go change the filter out of 11:32 it of course you're doing medical medium 11:34 stuff and you're cleaning your liver and 11:35 you're cleansing all that you can do 11:36 that 11:37 but 11:38 what happens is that filter starts 11:40 getting clogged up with fat 11:42 too much dairy 11:44 milk cheese butter 11:47 eggs 11:48 more cheese 11:49 vegan cheese 11:52 regular cheese 11:54 nuts seeds right and it's okay if you 11:57 want to have a little bit of nuts you 11:59 want to have a little bit of seeds and 12:00 nut butters you might have some coconut 12:02 oil you want some olive oil 12:04 but it starts to get tired the liver 12:07 gets tired all the fat starts to bog 12:10 down the liver and the liver then 12:13 starts to get tired starts to get 12:15 clogged 12:17 and then 12:18 the heart 12:20 has to now 12:21 work harder 12:23 a hard job 12:24 is to pump the blood 12:27 from the liver 12:28 if your liver is clean and there's not a 12:31 lot of fat in the liver 12:32 your blood can pump easy 12:35 you know easier 12:36 to the to the heart so the heart's job 12:39 is to pull the blood from the liver 12:44 up to it 12:46 right 12:48 but then we 12:50 make our blood so thick 12:54 like a thick milkshake 12:57 we turn our blood into a thick milkshake 13:00 our blood is dehydrated 13:03 it's thick 13:04 it becomes congested 13:07 our blood becomes dirty and i talk about 13:10 that in the medical medium books right 13:12 the blood becomes congested or blood 13:14 becomes dirty blood becomes thick 13:17 right i talk about that liver rescue 13:19 cleanse the heel 13:20 okay 13:21 and then the heart gets tired 13:24 years go by 13:27 and the heart is due it's hearts i don't 13:30 care if you're exercising that's great 13:32 you can be working out how many guys are 13:33 working out they're like i've been 13:35 working out for 10 years i'm now 45 13:37 years old and i know my routine and i 13:39 got my workouts and i could do this 13:42 but 13:44 they're just sitting in there on their 13:45 couch 13:47 they're sitting on their couch with 13:48 their family and they're like hey honey 13:50 can you go can you go answer them can 13:52 you get my phone 13:54 oh my god my arm 13:57 they go down 13:59 every day 14:00 people in their 45 people they're 47 14:02 people they're 50 people who are working 14:04 out people are riding bikes people are 14:05 doing 14:06 cardiovascular work and what happens is 14:08 that the heart 14:10 it gets tired as the years go by and the 14:13 years go by 14:14 so the heart 14:15 it has this limitation on it it's not 14:18 just clogged arteries and clogged veins 14:21 and clogged valves 14:24 it's not just clogged ventricles 14:27 it's not just clogged ventricles it's 14:29 not just clogged arteries it's not just 14:31 clogged valves right 14:32 it's more than that it's dirty blood 14:35 michelle l says check out the dirty 15:19 plant-based i'm not saying you can't 15:21 have walnuts 15:22 i got some walnuts in the cupboard over 15:24 here 15:25 i'm not saying you can't have some 15:26 walnuts 15:27 you can't have some nut butter right 15:29 but we overdo it and we over do it and 15:32 sometimes when we need to do clean up 15:34 and clean that filter and clean that 15:35 liver filter up we can't clean it up 15:38 because we're running so much fat 15:40 through there 15:41 we're running so much fat through there 15:43 okay 15:44 and then 15:46 we get too many poisons built up inside 15:48 our liver and too many poisons built up 15:50 inside 15:52 our organs and then we get the viral 15:54 issues and then all of a sudden we got 15:56 the viral issues right 15:58 the viral issues 16:01 and then we're sick we get the 16:02 fibromyalgia the chronic fatigue 16:03 syndrome the aches and pains the 16:05 dizziness the vertigo we get the tingles 16:07 and numbness we get the we get the um 16:11 brain fog 16:13 we get all these different things right 16:15 we get the eye floaters we get the you 16:17 know we get the the vertigo like i said 16:19 we get all of that 16:21 trigeminal neuralgia neck pain back pain 16:23 ear pain jaw pain right knee pain our 16:26 knees start blowing out everything 16:28 starts blowing out we start going 16:29 downhill 16:30 because we get all that viral 16:32 inflammation in there too 16:34 but one thing's for certain 16:38 right now 16:39 we're accelerating into 16:41 heart attacks 16:43 blood clots 16:44 strokes 16:46 clogged arteries 16:48 heart problems 16:51 we're in a place where heart failure 16:53 we're in a place where that's 16:55 more so than ever before in our history 16:58 and it's only getting worse and worse 16:59 and worse so let's talk about this for a 17:01 little bit 17:03 so when you eat a stick of butter 17:07 it goes into your bloodstream 17:09 a hunk of that butter goes into your 17:11 bloodstream 17:13 now 17:14 if you like grass-fed butter don't get 17:16 mad 17:17 i i i'm gonna say that you know what 17:20 if you eat 17:21 a block of vegan cheese 17:23 i'm gonna say the same thing 17:25 a block of vegan cheese 17:27 the difference is with butter it feeds 17:29 bugs and that's another story we're on 17:31 cardiovascular 17:32 but you know feeding bugs is another 17:33 story butter does feed all the pathogens 17:36 right when you eat a stick of butter 17:39 okay you guys see this 17:41 tik tok you can't surprise see it tell 17:43 her eat a stick of butter and that 17:45 butter goes down into the stomach 17:48 right now that butter's in the stomach 17:50 right here 17:51 okay 17:53 then that butter 17:54 goes into the to the duodenum 17:59 and then 18:00 that butter starts to get dispersed by 18:02 your bile from your liver 18:05 and as your bile is breaking down 18:09 the butter 18:10 fat 18:13 okay dissolving it 18:15 it's now getting dispersed and going up 18:18 your veins 18:20 now it's going up to veins that are 18:23 attached to your duodenum and your small 18:25 intestinal tract 18:27 those veins 18:29 are sucking the butter up 18:33 and who's doing all the work 18:36 your heart 18:37 your heart you guys on tick tock 18:39 that's who's doing all the work on 18:41 telegram your heart 18:44 okay 18:45 so now your heart's 18:47 trying to suck the butter 18:50 up through your hepatic portal highway 18:54 which is your veins 18:56 attached to your small intestinal tract 18:59 and your heart's trying to pull that 19:01 butter 19:02 up through that intestinal tract 19:06 and up the veins 19:08 into your liver 19:10 so now the stick of butter 19:13 is in your liver 19:16 okay 19:17 as the years go by 19:19 butter gets trapped in that liver 19:23 now you don't know it even if you didn't 19:25 get a diagnosis you got a fatty liver 19:28 and then 19:30 okay 19:31 your heart 19:34 is getting tired 19:36 and now you're getting high blood 19:38 pressure 19:40 now you're getting 19:42 high blood pressure 19:44 you don't have to get high blood 19:45 pressure for this to happen 19:47 this can happen and then you get high 19:49 blood pressure later later later 19:52 it's like people who say my 19:54 great-grandmother ate butter 19:58 her whole life and she's 90 years old 20:00 right 20:02 and then you get on the phone with that 20:03 great grandmother i hope she calls 20:06 i say my great-grandmother 20:10 ate butter until she's 87 and she's fine 20:13 there's nothing wrong with her my my 20:16 grandfather my great-grandmother ate 20:18 whatever my aunt 20:22 hello 20:24 great grandma 20:26 yeah we we asked to get your number we 20:27 saw somebody leave a comment yesterday 20:30 and they said that their their 20:31 great-grandmother who's 94 years old has 20:34 eaten butter oh my god 21:03 that's terrible you had two miscarriages 21:06 and then you had a hysterectomy 21:09 because the fibroids were really bad 21:12 okay 21:14 you had cervical cancer 21:16 you survived it though you're here 21:19 okay 21:20 you had a gallbladder taken out 21:23 really when you were 50 21:25 okay why doesn't your great-grandson 21:27 know this well he doesn't pay attention 21:29 to all that you've been through he just 21:31 visits you once a month 21:33 and just starts shouting at you 21:36 okay 21:38 well did you oh my god really you've had 21:40 high blood pressure you're on statins 21:42 what other drugs are you on lots of 21:43 medications 21:45 and 21:46 you had a you you had a leg infection 21:50 so you had infection in your leg 21:52 you were in the hospital for three 21:53 months 21:54 does he know about that infection in 21:56 your leg 21:58 you had you have a stint 22:00 oh my god you have two stints in your va 22:02 your you have two stints in your 22:04 arteries to keep your arteries open 22:08 why 22:08 they said your arteries closed off and 22:10 you had a you had a heart attack 22:12 how many heart attacks 22:14 how come you're 22:16 wha what 22:18 you don't have your you don't have your 22:20 dentures in 22:22 all right 22:25 she's putting her dentures in hold on 22:26 you guys 22:28 when did you lose your teeth when you 22:30 were 60 time 23:19 and heart health is really being 23:21 cautious to how much 23:23 grease 23:24 whatever we're greasing our wheels with 23:26 goes in our body if that's butter if 23:28 that's anything else april tap says my 23:30 parents keep saying their high blood 23:31 pressure is hereditary they won't listen 23:33 to me to the true cause 23:36 anyone can get rid of their mystery high 23:38 blood pressure anyone can get rid of 23:41 their mystery hot blood blood that is 23:42 one thing you can get rid of you do the 23:45 right things you can get rid of mystery 23:46 of high blood pressure i can't tell you 23:48 how many people i've talked to were able 23:51 to just get rid of their high blood 23:52 pressure and it's gone boom it's gone 23:54 like gone that's it 23:56 and my grandmother fed me sticks of 23:59 butter as a baby oh avis 24:02 right and that's what causes the 24:05 fluctuating high blood pressure right 24:08 it's a liver 24:09 that's getting too much fat stored up in 24:12 it 24:13 and a heart 24:14 that's trying to regulate 24:17 so it's a heart that's trying to 24:18 regulate so fluctuating fluctuating 24:21 mysterious high blood pressure 24:23 even if it's like for one month and then 24:24 one month it's off one month it's on 24:26 three months it's on three months it's 24:28 off it's on it's off right it's 24:30 fluctuating right sunrood says love your nerves 24:47 it's messages coming from your brain 24:50 sending them down your brain stem 24:52 sending them down the vagus nerves 24:54 sending them to the heart 24:56 and and trying to help the heart 24:58 regulate why the heart is trying to 25:00 struggle if the heart is actually trying 25:02 to to regulate with your vagus nerves 25:06 there's so much fat in the bloodstream 25:08 and fat inside the liver every single 25:10 day that the gas has to be put on so you 25:13 get these messages from the brain so 25:15 what happens is 25:17 you get messages from the brain 25:21 going down the vagus nerves heading to 25:23 your heart 25:25 telling your heart put on the brakes 25:27 step on the gas put on the brakes step 25:29 on the gas put on the brakes step on the 25:31 gas put on the brakes that's what's 25:33 happening 25:34 because the liver is clogged and getting 25:37 clogged every day with a fatty liver 25:39 because of so much of that butter and so 25:42 much of that grease 26:04 really happy you're here 26:06 so yeah in in 26:08 so what we're dealing with is mysterious 26:10 high blood pressure it's one thing 26:12 let's talk about strokes 26:15 okay 26:17 strokes happen for a couple of reasons 26:20 one is 26:21 the veins in the arteries the tiny 26:24 arteries 26:26 tiny arteries see that see the arteries 26:27 right there 26:29 blood vessels and small arteries see all 26:32 the small arteries right 26:34 they start getting 26:36 clogged up 26:38 they start narrowing everything starts 26:41 to narrow okay 26:44 but that doesn't mean you're gonna get a 26:46 stroke ever you can 26:48 live your life without a stroke 26:52 and you can have narrowing in all the 26:54 arteries and all the little tiny 26:56 arteries right in blood vessels you can 26:58 have those you could have those but 26:59 here's what does the stroke 27:01 invaders 27:04 invaders right here 27:07 clusters of viruses clusters of 27:10 pathogens 27:11 clusters of pathogens viruses and toxins 27:15 clusters of these 27:18 they have to find their way through 27:21 all the narrowed arteries 27:24 viruses tend to 27:26 become cluster clumps 27:29 cluster 27:31 beep 27:32 bleep that's what they become cluster 27:35 bleeps 27:37 what happened is 27:40 your white blood cells 27:43 okay 27:44 want to kill the viruses 27:47 so they jump on the viruses 27:49 to try to stop the viruses 27:52 but if you got too many narrowings 27:55 in all the different blood vessels 27:59 too many narrowings 28:01 what happens is when the your immune 28:03 system tries to do its job and jump on 28:06 the virus 28:08 it clumps up and then you got like a big 28:11 clump 28:12 of bugs and viruses and everything right 28:15 and immune cells everything's just 28:18 battling each other and that clump 28:20 just starts to get bigger and bigger and 28:23 that clump is now traveling through 28:25 narrowed passageways and then it gets to 28:28 the brain 28:30 when it gets to the brain 28:32 when that cluster of pathogens and 28:35 immune cells get to the brain 28:40 everything starts to get smaller and 28:42 smaller but the clump is bigger and 28:45 bigger 28:46 finally it blocks 28:48 a blood vessel completely 28:52 but it wouldn't have happened 28:55 if 28:56 your whole life you didn't have your 28:59 bloodstream filled with a ton of fat 29:01 your liver filled the fat 29:03 and the have a 30:15 foreign toxin so let's get some toxins 30:16 see if we can find some of that right 30:19 when you get some foreign toxins okay 30:22 let's say you're doing some fish oil 30:26 so there's mercury in fish oil 30:29 so 30:30 that's a foreign toxin so say you're 30:32 taking your fish oil every day and you 30:33 think you're helping yourself 30:36 here's your fish oil right 30:40 the mercury in there 30:42 gets eaten up by your immune system so 30:44 your white blood cells are trying to eat 30:46 up that mercury to protect you 30:48 okay and when it when it's eating up all 30:51
