29:37 and be like someone who doesn't have a
29:39 problem in their intestinal tract i know
29:41 some people they can live off of donuts
29:43 and they'll poo it out just fine they
29:44 don't have any problems like fiber

29:49 we need fiber for
29:51 is that just a new age word they'll be
29:53 like whatever i'm going to bathroom fine
29:56 but does your health get worse if you're
29:59 just on white bread yes for other
30:01 reasons because you don't get protected
30:04 by the antiviral compounds and the
