55:26 milk it almost crosses it does it

1:06:42 the reason why quinoa is not a highly

1:06:47 is because it's scratchy
1:06:50 it's scratchy
1:06:52 so many people come to medical medium

1:06:56 taken away from pain to come out and
1:06:59 rise above their illness and symptom and
1:07:01 condition
1:07:03 quinoa is not a guarantee
1:07:05 that's going to happen for somebody with

1:07:10 people have diverticulitis
1:07:12 diverticulosis right
1:07:14 it's a different scratchy it's not like
1:07:16 when you have some lettuce and you have
1:07:18 diverticulitis that's good for
1:07:20 diverticulitis right
1:07:22 it's not like that it's a different kind
1:07:24 of abrasive scratch quinoa causes so
1:07:28 when you have crohn's colitis ibs other
1:07:31 intestinal tract disorders gastroparesis
1:07:34 other problems in the intestinal tract

1:07:38 quinoa is not the best bet
1:07:40 yeah i like quinoa it's not the best bet
1:07:42 though for somebody with all kinds of

1:07:51 because it's scratchy
