card in there well 0:45 your pancreas is your credit card your 0:47 adrenals are your credit card your liver 0:50 is your credit card right 0:52 you can burn those babies out and 0:54 eventually that liver 0:57 that spleen that pancreas right just 0:59 says okay i'm done i'm done you maxed me 1:02 out you maxed me out and that's it i'm 1:05 done and that's what happens all the 1:06 time so you have to understand that 1:09 so what we need to do is we need to now 1:12 figure out a way of getting savings into 1:14 your liver savings into your pancreas 1:16 savings into your kidney savings into 1:19 your adrenals this is how you do it 1:21 right here 1:22 because no matter what you do and how 1:25 you go through life no matter if you get 1:27 times of trouble and times are good and 1:30 times are trouble and times are good and 1:32 something happens here in the world you 1:34 know is about to blow up 1:36 volcanoes about to explode something's 1:39 gonna happen 1:40 you gotta be healthy you have to be 1:42 healthy your organs have to be strong 1:45 that's the key right there so no matter 1:47 what happens in the world no matter how 1:49 bad the world gets if it's screwed up 1:50 right now and it's just like okay the 1:52 world's all screwed up right now 1:55 are the all the angels come in here 1:57 because it's like was this the ending 1:58 times right now or what is that act like they know 2:30 about health and literally the brain is 2:31 filled with 2:33 and 2:34 yeah they sound like they're smart for 2:36 five seconds but really when you scratch 2:37 the surface they don't know anything 2:39 about what's going on they're highly 2:40 toxic their brain is filled with msg 2:43 their brain is filled with caffeine 2:45 their brain is filled with fragrances 2:47 right perfumes colognes and and all 2:50 kinds of other different chemicals on 2:52 their detergents their fabric softeners 2:54 their scented channels are breathing in 2:56 all the time right they're incense 2:58 they're breathing all the time their 2:59 brain is just filled with all this crap 3:02 and people don't realize it right one 3:05 thing i can tell you right now 3:07 right no matter what happens in this 3:09 world 3:11 you 3:13 want your health to be good and if 3:16 you're struggling with your health now 3:17 that's okay because you can fix it you 3:20 can fix it the anybody that thinks butter in their 6:48 coffee is a good thing 6:50 they're just misled 6:52 and 6:53 whoever propelled that butter in your 6:55 coffee thing out there in the world is a 6:58 complete and an idiot and has led 7:00 people astray in a bad way 7:02 a real idiot that did the butter in the 7:04 coffee thing 7:06 that guy 7:07 i think his name is 7:09 i think his name i can't remember his 7:11 name 7:12 anyway the point is is all that does is 7:16 lead people to heart surgeries artery 7:18 surgeries like with vein surgeries 7:21 getting getting valves replaced so you 7:24 got to be careful that's a radical fat 7:26 right there so then you've got your 7:27 pancakes 7:29 there could be oil in that batter or 7:31 there could be other things in that 7:32 batter too so this is just a people have vegan pizzas 8:01 like a lot of people i'm gonna treat 8:03 myself 8:06 i'm gonna treat myself 8:08 okay um 8:10 so and i'm gonna have i'm gonna have a 8:11 vegan pizza i'm vegan so i'm gonna have 8:13 a vegan pizza i'm treating myself right 8:15 now 8:16 radical fats 8:18 absolutely vegan cheese right there 8:20 vegan cheese so these are radical fats 8:22 i'm trying to let's show you a few more 8:24 radical fats and then we're going to 8:25 talk about dirty blood that's the next 8:27 part so we'll talk about dirty blood 8:29 right 8:30 so let's get into that a little bit in a 8:32 minute so what's a radical fat 8:36 that's a radical fat right there 8:39 so you guys aren't eating any of this in 8:40 the morning because this is the medical 8:42 medium warning cleanse challenge you're 8:44 keeping the radical fats out of the way 8:48 i get it you think a cow's healthy 8:50 chocolate right that's healthy chocolate 8:51 let's 8:52 see what else is going on here here's 8:54 some almond butter right there that's a 8:57 radical fat right and guess what almond 8:59 butter is a healthy fat yeah you got 9:02 some coconut oil right coconut butter 9:04 coconut oil that's a healthy fat right 9:07 there 9:08 okay 9:10 it is but it's a radical fat and i'm 9:12 gonna tell you why this is so important 9:14 if you guys are totally on this right 9:15 now if you're coming on right now you're 9:17 gonna have to watch us from the 9:18 beginning please do but just so you know 9:21 radical fats stop the body from 9:23 cleansing when you eat them before noon 9:25 when you eat a radical fat before noon 9:27 your body does not cleanse that's it no 9:28 cleansing cleansing doesn't happen 9:30 whatsoever 9:31 what's another healthy fat peanut butter 9:34 is a healthy fat i've always said that 9:36 i've said that since i was like six 9:37 years old 9:39 that it's a healthy fat 9:40 six years old it's a healthy fat it is 9:43 spirit of compassion was saying yeah 9:44 that's a healthy fat 9:46 it is and guess what when i was six year 9:48 old six years old peanut butter wasn't 9:50 considered a healthy fat it was 9:52 considered a terrible 9:54 horrible fat that can kill your heart 9:57 did you know that 9:58 mainstream medicine believed peanut 10:01 butter 10:03 would kill you 10:05 back 10:06 when i was six years old 10:08 and at six years old spirit of 10:10 compassion would say no tell people it's 10:13 healthy but it's a healthy fat but you 10:15 don't want the healthy fats before noon 10:17 is what i'm trying to say 10:19 you don't want to do that here's a 10:20 healthy fat right now 10:22 in my hand 10:23 avocados 10:25 avocado toast save it till noon and 10:29 after if that's what you're going to eat 10:30 is a healthy fat 10:32 okay that's important power of 10:34 compassion said i used to eat high-fat 10:35 breakfast it totally destroyed me 10:37 the high-fat breakfast 10:40 definitely does some damage to people 10:42 especially if they got autoimmune eczema 10:44 psoriasis especially if they have lupus 10:46 multiple sclerosis any kind of condition 10:48 whatsoever including acne anything 10:50 vitiligo it's dermatitis 10:54 so 10:55 what you get when you keep on having 10:58 radical fats in the morning 11:02 what you get is dirty blood thick dirty 11:05 blood that's a healthy fat right there 11:07 got some almonds right there i got some 11:08 cashews right there that's healthy fat 11:10 too 11:11 but you get thick dirty blood and your 11:14 liver stops cleansing is what happens 11:20 when our liver keto diet of the day right 13:06 now which isn't a keto diet but you go 13:08 on to the new keto diets you might get 13:10 some results you might get a little 13:11 weight loss because you got off of 16:20 medium warning cleanse right is you get 16:22 your lemon 16:24 don't do it in hot water you guys on 16:27 tick tock you guys on youtube 16:30 don't do it in hot water yes you can 16:33 have a cup of hot tea and put lemon in 16:35 it there's nothing wrong with that but 16:36 if you want to flush 16:39 if you want to liver flush 16:42 you guys can't 16:44 kill the lemon 16:47 you can't put the lemon in scalding hot 16:50 water 16:52 and kill it 16:53 so it doesn't flush your liver in the 16:56 morning 16:57 so keep this in mind this is a critical 17:00 piece of information right there because 17:01 you'll see it every day 17:03 i put my lemon in hot water in the 17:05 morning because my ayurvedic 17:07 doctor said so i put my lemon in hot 17:09 water in the morning because my 17:10 nutritionist said so 17:13 that's great that's cute that's that's 17:15 great but guess what you just stopped 17:16 flushing the liver 17:18 it has to be in lukewarm water room 17:22 temperature water here and you get some water 17:39 you get your 16 to 32 ounces of water 17:43 right 17:45 you get your lemon 17:47 right here 17:48 and you squeeze your lemon into it just 17:50 like this 17:51 i want it's not ripe but you can still 18:17 use it 18:18 you want the limes that have some color 18:21 to them the color changed so that's a 18:24 lime 18:25 you know tip right there okay 18:27 when you let the lime ripen or you find 18:30 that lime that's more ripe you'll get 18:33 more juice out of it so i'm going to 18:35 squeeze a little lime in here i know i 18:36 mixed it and if you want to mix it you 18:38 could too 18:39 but i'm just putting showing you with a 18:40 little bit of lime in there as well 18:43 so the first thing is 16 to 32 ounces of 18:46 lemon water or lime water first thing in 18:49 the morning 18:50 and you start out your day you start 18:53 flushing the liver 18:56 that's your credit card right there 18:58 there it is 19:00 so 19:00 what you can do is you can pay the bank 19:04 by flushing that liver out you're 19:07 building your liver reserves back up 19:10 right there that's what you're doing 19:12 you're building it back up 19:14 important to understand you 20:10 your liver down with caffeine and 20:12 adrenaline 20:14 keep that in mind right there 20:16 okay 20:17 and you can 20:18 you know you can take the caffeine out 20:20 in the morning that's a reason why quinoa is not a highly 1:06:44 recommended medical medium food 1:06:47 is because it's scratchy 1:06:50 it's scratchy 1:06:52 so many people come to medical medium 1:06:53 information 1:06:54 [Music] 1:06:55 to be 1:06:56 taken away from pain to come out and 1:06:59 rise above their illness and symptom and 1:07:01 condition 1:07:03 quinoa is not a guarantee 1:07:05 that's going to
