they've gone okay 1:06 everybody looks that's what they do they 1:07 get up and they look those down in there 1:10 like yeah looks pretty good 1:14 and so what happens is that 1:16 like poops everything to everybody for 1:18 so many reasons you know we don't talk 1:19 about it we don't want to talk about it 1:21 we're embarrassed to talk about it 1:23 at the same time every time you go to 1:25 your doctor physician your your health 1:27 care provider whatever it is they're 1:29 always asking questions people are 1:31 always concerned their stomach problems 1:33 everything else so it's kind of 1:34 important in so many different ways good 1:36 to see you guys coming on we're live 1:38 right now this is kind of part of the 1:39 poop-a-thon i promised you guys so this 1:41 is 1:42 an episode on poop so let's get started 1:45 okay so 1:48 what i love 1:49 okay 1:50 is 1:52 questions that are well that's not what 1:55 i learned in school aw hey that's not 1:57 what i learned 1:58 or that's not what i learned in training 2:00 or that's not what i was taught in the 2:02 medical field don't listen to this man 2:04 because he doesn't know anything 2:06 and you know that's i love when that 2:08 happens because i see that happen all 2:09 the time right it doesn't matter how 2:10 many people got better at medical mean 2:11 information doesn't matter the medical 2:13 medium information it's the first in 2:15 chronic illness to change the rules out 2:17 there where people are healing 2:19 rapidly all around the world that 2:21 doesn't matter not of that right just 2:23 know um you learn something about poop 2:24 that's misinformation you hold on to 2:26 that for the rest of your life and you 2:27 think you're you're solid 2:30 so the point is is that questions come 2:32 about and it's like okay 2:34 i always heard that when a poop floats 2:37 then you're in trouble a healthy poop 2:40 sinks 2:41 that's what people say a healthy poop 2:44 sinks 2:46 up unhealthy poop 2:49 floats right so that's what people are 2:50 trained to think or trained to know 2:53 but you got to think about i said this 2:55 before all the people dying 2:59 all the hospitals filled with very ill 3:02 people 3:02 okay and their poops all sink 3:06 there's people that are dying 3:08 only got a couple weeks to live 3:10 and their poops are sinking 3:13 so 3:14 it's not that the person's poop is 3:17 perfectly healthy and fine but they're 3:20 gonna die in two weeks 3:22 so they're unhealthy they're obviously 3:24 dying they're very ill 3:26 okay but their poop is healthy 3:29 everything about their poop is healthy 3:31 it sinks it's healthy you got to think 3:33 about that for a minute there right 3:34 understand what that means 3:36 and how it works okay sun moon 4:16 poop i'm glad you guys are coming on 4:17 good to see everybody all right so what 4:19 happens is the misinformation is really 4:21 rampant out there about poop 4:23 you can have people dying 4:25 sick 4:26 real sick all kinds of problems in their 4:29 intestinal tract all kinds of different 4:30 disorders different conditions and their 4:32 poop will sink 4:33 it'll sink 4:35 it will and that's what happens and 4:37 people don't realize this 4:39 michael scoots good to see people don't 4:40 realize this that that's what happens 4:43 and so you can what i talk to nurses all 4:46 through the years i've talked to doctors 4:48 and they'll tell you i know like i was 4:49 talking about this in amazon life friend 4:50 of mine is an emergency room doctor 4:52 right 4:53 and he's dealing with the sickest people 4:55 on the planet rolling in just rolling in 4:58 right deathly ill 4:59 their poop sinks 5:01 so now the person's sick 5:04 the person's dying 5:05 the person has organ failure but their 5:07 poops are 5:08 healthy does that make any sense to you 5:11 it doesn't make any sense that's the 5:12 whole point now think about this 5:14 millions of people 5:16 in the u.s alone over 275 5:21 million americans are sick 5:24 yes 5:27 275 million americans are sick you guys 5:31 with symptoms and conditions 5:34 some gravely sick some just moderately 5:37 sick 5:38 some partly sick and their poop all 5:41 sinks 5:42 i don't think 5:45 we can just confidently say 5:48 right 5:49 that if a poop sinks it's great and 5:51 that's what we've been taught you got to 5:52 think about that 5:54 275 million americans alone i'm not good 5:56 about worldwide 5:59 billions of people on the planet their 6:01 poop sinks 6:03 billions are sick with symptoms and 6:04 conditions so we have to we have to kind 6:06 of like take a look at that to begin 6:07 with and see how that works and nothing 6:10 makes sense holly's health says nothing 6:11 in the medical system makes sense true 6:14 very little does 6:15 so let's get into this a little bit so 6:17 here's the deal if your poop floats 6:21 that means you must have pancreatic 6:22 cancer that means you're not digesting 6:24 your fats 6:26 that means it must be all fat in your 6:27 poop right that's the misinformation so 6:29 that's the part that's the 6:30 misinformation 6:32 okay 6:33 right 6:34 so that's that part there is wait a 6:37 minute 6:38 if your poop floats you're sick 6:41 you're sick 6:43 it's interesting someone dying in the 6:44 hospital 6:46 organ failure and every other problem 6:47 right really sick on tons of medications 6:49 everything else their poop sinks to the 6:51 bottom of the toilet they're not sick 6:54 someone who doesn't exhibit one symptom 6:56 their poop floats all of a sudden 6:58 they're the one dying 6:59 think about that so that's why this 7:02 misinformation is so 7:05 basically 7:06 filled with so many different aspects of 7:08 it that we're going to cover and go 7:09 through that are just perplexing in so 7:11 many ways so let's go into that a little 7:12 bit guys so we're talking about poop i 7:14 want to grab a glass here with water 7:17 okay 7:18 so the misinformation out there is if 7:20 your poop floats 7:22 that means you're sick 7:24 very unhealthy unwell 7:26 you're not digesting your food right 7:29 and all the fat is floating to the 7:30 surface that's what we're taught right 7:32 there okay 7:33 but you got to remember 7:35 you're being taught that from 7:37 the industry both medical communities 7:39 both alternative and conventional that 7:41 don't know why anybody's sick and don't 7:42 know why anybody got sick 7:44 that's how it's always been that's why 7:45 people go to doctor to doctorate mystery 7:47 symptoms and they never find any answers 7:49 so we're taught that by those guys right 7:52 even functional medicine doctors we're 7:54 taught that by them that's great but 7:56 there are people that have been to a lot 7:57 of functional medicine doctors and still 7:59 didn't heal until they found mm info 8:01 and that's why functional medicine 8:03 doctors now use mm info but the point is 8:06 is let's go into how it works your stool 8:09 floating or stool sinking now i said the 8:12 healthiest stool 8:13 is a stool that's 8:15 mid-floating poop that's mid-floating 8:19 it's okay if your poop sinks if you're 8:21 eating really healthy and you're doing 8:23 you're working on your healing process 8:24 you've got a good diet and your poop 8:25 sinks that's okay 8:27 when you eventually get so healthy and 8:29 your liver heals and everything cleans 8:31 up your poop will start to float a 8:33 little bit your poop will start going 8:35 mid mid float like a mid float there's a 8:38 reason for that one reason is because 8:40 you're absorbing every last little bit 8:43 of fat 8:44 every last little bit of protein and 8:46 fats being utilized and absorbed and 8:49 when all your fat and your protein gets 8:51 utilized and absorbed you guys your 8:53 stool starts to mid float it starts to 8:56 take a little bit of elevation it starts 8:59 to float a little bit this is so 9:01 important to know right here 9:02 so 9:04 so we have to understand something when 9:06 you're 9:07 digestive system is so sharp your 9:10 liver's literally breaking down every 9:13 bit of that fat and it's going into your 9:15 bloodstream 9:17 right your stomach's breaking down every 9:19 bit of that protein breaking it down to 9:21 nothing 9:22 right 9:23 but what's going to be left in your 9:24 stool you guys 9:26 is fiber 9:28 fiber floats 9:31 fiber and pulp 9:34 will float so you have to know that it's 9:36 important to know 9:38 that will float 9:39 so let's take a banana right 9:42 a banana 9:44 is a lot of sugar like we know right 9:46 that's your sugar it's banana okay so 9:49 i'll put a piece of banana in here right 9:51 you'll see the banana float 9:54 your banana isn't an overt fat it 9:57 doesn't have a lot of protein in it it 9:59 doesn't have a lot of fat in it notice 10:01 it's floating 10:03 and pouring it out let's take a lemon 10:05 now all right 10:09 so let's take a lemon next let's do a 10:11 lemon slice right here okay a lemon 10:15 is pulp 10:16 fiber right 10:19 and your lemon's floating 10:21 see how it works 10:23 so that's your lemon 10:25 it's floating 10:26 okay 10:29 so what happens is 10:30 that there's no overt fat in here 10:34 so everybody keeps on saying well it's 10:36 fat that floats it's fat that floats 10:38 that's why you're sick it's fat that 10:39 floats it's that that's not true that's 10:41 not entirely true we're gonna go we're 10:43 gonna go through all of this okay 10:45 nature's gift said or that is made up of 10:47 mostly water and air not true 10:52 there's no air in a banana 10:54 so 10:56 you're wrong i'm sorry 10:59 there's no air in a banana 11:02 very important to know okay 11:04 there's no air 11:06 inside the lemon 11:09 there's no space for air and there's no 11:11 air inside of a lemon it is liquid pulp 11:15 fiber 11:16 pith 11:17 pectin 11:19 and all of that floats 11:22 very important to know right 11:24 so i know you don't like to be debunked 11:27 i get it you don't like to be debunked 11:29 no one likes to be debunked they don't 11:31 it's another reason why a lot of people 11:33 in the field of medicine don't like 11:35 medical medium because they hate being 11:37 debunked over and over and over again 11:38 they look like a fool and then they 11:40 don't know what to do and they're like 11:41 oh my god we've been wrong let's take a 11:42 cucumber slice now okay 11:46 so i got a cucumber slice in here 11:49 cucumber's floating 11:51 so i thought that means you're dying if 11:53 your stool floats so if you're somebody 11:55 that eats lots of fruits lots of 11:57 vegetables lots of leafy greens lots of 11:59 wild foods 12:01 and your stool floats 12:03 you're dying 12:05 does that make any sense 12:07 see 12:08 this is important information so i i i 12:12 would i would recommend re-watching this 12:13 live i really would because we're going 12:15 to cover this like 12:18 all through it right so let's go a 12:20 little bit more celery 12:21 there's no air in celery okay 12:27 it's no air and celery 12:29 celery's floating 12:31 right 12:34 see 12:35 there's no fat 12:36 in the celery there's no fat in the 12:39 cucumber there's no fat in the lemon 12:42 there's no fat in the banana it's not an 12:43 overt fat why is it all floating and 12:46 there's no gas in here 12:49 you guys 12:51 there is no gas in here 12:55 you can't say that a stool that floats 12:57 because it's made out of pith fiber 12:59 pectin 13:00 and pulp 13:03 you can't say that there's gas in there 13:05 that's not how it works fiber floats all 13:09 these things float you see how it works 13:11 your diet 13:12 when it's high in all of this you get a 13:15 mid-floating poop and a floating poop 13:18 and it's the healthiest poop you can 13:20 ever get and i'll tell you why 13:22 see 13:24 let's go into a little bit more on y and 13:26 everything so here we are 13:28 so right now if you guys just came on 13:29 here i'm going to read some questions 13:30 about poop we're part of the poop this 13:32 is part of the poopathon i've been 13:33 promising 13:34 i hope i can deliver there's lots of fun 13:36 stuff to talk about about poop so let's 13:38 go let's get into it a little bit so i 13:40 got another glass right here 13:43 all right 13:47 we all know chocolate's high in fat 13:51 if 13:52 fat is why your poop is floating because 13:54 you're not digesting any fat and you're 13:57 thinking oh well a sick poop is 13:58 undigested fat and that's just what the 14:00 way it goes let's take a look here 14:03 i'm gonna put some chocolate in here 14:05 the chocolate sinks to the bottom like a 14:07 rock just like your poop 14:10 just like your it just goes down to 14:13 the bottom 14:14 see how it works 14:16 when you eat a diet 14:18 with a chocolate bar in it it's going to 14:20 sink to the bottom 14:21 when you poo it out because your poop is 14:24 going to be filled with fat 14:27 and protein 14:28 when fat is in your poop it sinks to the 14:30 bottom of the toilet everybody has a 14:32 weak liver people dying in the hospital 14:34 have weak and dysfunctional livers 14:36 there's people dying in the hospital 14:37 with liver with liver um 14:40 failure 14:42 and they can't digest any of their fat 14:45 but their poop is stuck to the bottom of 14:46 the toilet 14:50 i know so 14:51 i talked to a lot of patients i talked 14:54 to a lot of doctors 14:56 and that happens you can have liver 14:58 failure and your poops all float to the 15:01 bottom of the toilet 15:04 so let's do some more different 15:05 chocolate here we got some chocolate 15:07 chips all these chocolate chips are 15:10 sinking to the bottom of the toilet 15:12 see 15:13 that's right 15:15 like that 15:16 that's how it goes so i'm dropping all 15:18 those chocolate chips down into the 15:20 bottom and there they are 15:22 right 15:22 let's do another little test too so 15:24 let's let's let's keep on testing we'll 15:26 have some more fun here right let's go 15:28 with some cashews right 15:31 dropping some cashews in here too 15:34 they're all going down 15:36 to the bottom they're all sinking 15:38 now cashews have air in them you have to 15:42 break the cashew open because they 15:44 actually have an air pocket like a 15:46 balloon 15:47 so if you put a whole cashew in it might 15:50 fall it might float but what happens you 15:52 need to know is that when you let the 15:54 air out because you'll see in the middle 15:56 of a cashew you have a pocket in there 15:59 it's hollow cashews are actually hollow 16:02 they're filled with air 16:04 it's important to know 16:07 so when you break the cashew in half 16:09 you'll notice they all sink 16:11 because 16:12 that's what fat does 16:14 it sinks 16:16 right that's the fat that everybody's 16:18 eating so let's go into a couple more 16:20 things let's do this 16:23 we're going to do some almonds too 16:25 almonds are sinking see 16:27 here's how it works everybody 16:31 if they all had their stools 16:33 analyzed right and profiles were done on 16:36 how much fat and proteins in their 16:37 stools 16:38 it would be loaded with lots of fat 16:40 that's why their poops are sinking it's 16:43 too the fats not being broken down or 16:45 digested this is an unhealthy sign this 16:48 means that people living their lives the 16:51 whole world is pooping and it's sinking 16:52 to the bottom of the toilet the whole 16:53 world's getting sick 16:56 and everybody's poop sinks because 16:58 everybody's poops are filled with 17:00 digestive problems they've digested 17:02 problems and their poops are filled with 17:03 undigested fat and protein see 17:06 so when you eat a whole bunch of almond 17:07 butter you're not breaking all the 17:08 almond butter down so what's happening 17:10 is your almond butter is being pooped 17:12 out and that puts the smear on the 17:14 toilet 17:16 that puts the smear 17:18 on the toilet 17:20 right in there in the basin right that's 17:23 that slimy smear 17:24 that's avocado that's chocolate that's 17:27 yes chocolate that's nut butter that's 17:30 tahini peanut butter that's all of that 17:32 is being smeared there if you're only on 17:34 bananas you're not going to get a smear 17:36 in the toilet 17:38 your poop will probably float if you're 17:40 only on banana after a while 17:43 daisy says not true i'm not sure who 17:46 she's saying not true to 17:48 but that's a daisy saying 17:50 so i have an egg right here 17:52 an egg 17:54 is high in fat this is why doctors for 17:56 many years said be cautious about eggs 17:59 because it'll bring you to a heart 18:00 attack 18:01 and then the egg industry pays for all 18:03 these you know new ads and new studies 18:05 and everything to try to get people to 18:06 start eating eggs again and so the whole 18:08 propaganda and everybody thinks eggs are 18:10 healthy and then you know against 18:13 sane advice that you eat too many eggs 18:15 yeah you'll get a buildup of fat inside 18:17 your heart and arteries 18:18 and cardiovascular system and you'll be 18:20 set up for a stroke heart attack or 18:21 whatever 18:22 yeah 18:24 right 18:26 so 18:27 there's a question right there daisy 18:28 says are you unhealthy and my poop my 18:30 poop is never sinking right 18:33 and i'm going to cover that 18:35 you can have gastritis and have a lot of 18:37 gas 18:38 and your poop can float from lots of gas 18:41 from a from a digestive system that's 18:43 also struggling 18:46 but 18:48 everybody in a hospital in every single 18:50 hospital in the united states and and 18:52 abroad or anywhere else right overseas 18:54 or whatever they're in the hospital 18:55 their poops are sinking they're sick as 18:57 dogs most those people and their poop is 19:00 sinking 19:01 i got an egg right here right i'ma drop 19:03 an egg in here 19:05 okay 19:06 so i just put an egg in this 19:09 that egg sunk to the bottom is what that 19:12 egg did 19:13 so people eat eggs every day 19:15 that egg is high in fat 19:18 and here's with something interesting 19:20 that egg has air in it too 19:23 and look how heavy 19:25 the fat is 19:27 and the protein is in that egg look how 19:29 heavy eggs eggs are really high in fat 19:31 okay 19:32 that's sunk to the bottom see that egg 19:36 when people eat eggs and they're 19:37 undigested and they don't realize it 19:39 their poop sinks to the bottom of the 19:40 toilet i'm trying to tell you guys when 19:42 your digestive system is not sharp 19:46 feezy says okay that's true i have gas 19:48 issues 19:50 yeah of course of course thank you for 19:53 saying that 19:55 some people they just won't say anything 19:56 back they'll just be like you're wrong 20:00 so thank you it's really kind of you 20:01 actually 20:02 and so you have to understand here even 20:06 with air inside that egg that egg sinks 20:08 to the bottom 20:10 so that's important to know 20:12 okay 20:13 so 20:15 what i'm gonna do is 20:16 some of you might doubt that that's not 20:19 a real egg and i i actually understand 20:21 that okay so let me get this out here 20:25 all right 20:26 some of you might doubt that that's real 20:28 egg so and i don't blame you really 20:35 so i just dumped the water on i got the 20:36 egg right here 20:38 okay 20:41 so 20:43 that's a real egg 20:46 hope you can see that egg in there and 20:48 that's the egg yolk right there 20:51 see if you can see that just just 20:53 because i know that you guys know that i 20:54 have 20:56 props and stuff you're thinking well 20:57 maybe that's just a prop but no that's a 20:58 real egg 21:00 right 21:00 there i just wanted to show you guys 21:02 that 21:07 so 21:08 let's let's keep on moving along let's 21:09 go into some nut butters really quick 21:11 okay i'm gonna answer some questions too 21:13 let me show you enough here we have some 21:14 almond butter 21:17 there's oil just rolling around on the 21:19 top it's not butter right why is he 21:21 wearing gloves 21:26 what do you mean 21:28 do i want raw egg all over the board i 21:30 don't just i don't feel like dying i 21:31 don't feel like killing a family member 21:32 tonight 21:34 family member comes in here and starts 21:36 using my cutting board with raw egg all 21:38 over my cutting board and starts to make 21:40 themselves a snack maybe they chop up 21:41 some cucumber slices up or something 21:43 like that and they get that raw egg on 21:45 the cucumber that's the last thing i 21:46 want god forbid they end up in the 21:48 hospital salmonella you guys gotta 21:51 remember you leave your egg salad in the 21:54 sun for five seconds they say you can 21:56 die 21:58 they say you can't leave your potato 22:00 salad or egg salad with mayonnaise which 22:02 is egg you can't leave it outside of 22:05 like room temperature or on a picnic 22:07 table too long they say you're gonna get 22:09 sick and you're gonna end up dead 22:11 there's a reason for that 22:16 i know people 22:19 two people that died at a table in a 22:21 restaurant from salmonella they never 22:23 made it to the hospital in time they 22:25 literally died at the table 22:27 at the table 22:30 and then 22:31 if you don't cook your chicken 22:32 thoroughly 22:34 you can die 22:36 isn't that crazy so yeah okay i got a 22:39 glove on while i'm cracking open an egg 22:43 so that's almond butter right there it's 22:45 sunk right to the bottom 22:47 almond butter when you have a tablespoon 22:49 of almond butter 22:50 your poop will sink to the bottom 22:53 because the almond butter won't be fully 22:54 digested because everybody has a weak 22:56 liver stagnant sluggish liver the liver 22:58 is not working good 22:59 and their hydrochloric acid is not 23:01 strong so unhealthy poops it sinks to 23:05 the bottom so your almond butter ends up 23:06 going to the bottom your eggs end up 23:09 going to the bottom you see how it works 23:11 all of that goes to the bottom 23:14 same thing with peanut butter right here 23:18 smith and pepper says i have tons of 23:20 digestive issues and health issues and 23:22 my poop sinks for sure 23:24 absolutely 23:26 because you can have celiac crohn's 23:28 colitis and your poop sinks to the 23:29 bottom then why is everybody saying it's 23:31 a healthy poop 23:34 see where the misinformation is but it 23:36 takes it takes 23:38 a real 23:40 like awakening to know how the system is 23:43 so corrupted and and backwards with 23:45 everything just everything so let's go 23:48 into some questions right 23:51 here's one right here show me the 23:53 research that states floating poop is 23:55 linked to positive health and not 23:57 dysfunction i will wait 23:59 right 24:01 oh you'll wait 24:02 just like all the other people with 24:04 chronic illness for the last 30 40 years 24:06 that waited for 10 years 20 years 24:09 how to get their thyroid removed 24:12 no research to help them 24:14 all the people with 24:15 severe chronic fatigue syndrome and 24:17 neurological disorders 24:19 they waited 24:20 everybody with lupus and multiple 24:22 sclerosis they waited 24:24 everybody waited and went to 20 30 24:26 doctors so you'll wait too okay good i'm 24:28 glad you weighed 24:29 so let's take a look here i got a 24:31 question right here 24:33 being sarcastic 24:35 anthony i'm not saying that i disagree 24:36 with you because i believe in your 24:39 information 24:41 all i'm saying 24:42 is this 24:44 instead of using peanut butter tahini 24:46 nuts for your experiment why didn't you 24:47 use a spoonful of butter drizzles of any 24:49 oil spoonful of lard 24:51 a spoonful of straight cholesterol you 24:53 will find that those all things those 24:55 float i agree with you that if you have 24:58 a high fiber diet your stools are going 25:00 to float more than sink and i understand 25:01 your reasoning you can still have a high 25:04 fiber diet but if you're eating that 25:05 peanut butter and then almond butter and 25:07 that fat and all that other stuff that 25:09 i'm saying poop's going to sink to the 25:10 bottom even with a high fiber diet 25:15 so i agree with you that if you have a 25:17 high fiber diet your stools are going to 25:19 float more than sink and i understand 25:20 your reasoning and i appreciate your 25:22 teaching but blocked bile ducts and gall 25:24 stones can cause a fatty stool or 25:26 malabsorption of fat not peanut butter 25:28 fat 25:30 so peanut butter fat won't float 25:34 but 25:35 some other fat will 25:37 here's how it works okay 25:40 what happens is people that have 25:42 digestive problems in their and their 25:43 poop floats just because they have a 25:45 black bile duct their poop's not 25:47 floating because the fat's not 25:49 undigested because of a blocked bile 25:51 duct their poops floating because 25:53 they're sick with a ton of gas what 25:56 27:32 pancakes every day and their poop sinks 27:37 people eat butter in their food they put 27:40 butter on their chicken their poop 27:42 stinks and it sinks 27:45 people put butter in their food and 27:47 their poops all sink 27:49 all these people eating butter their 27:51 poop sinks every day because no one's 27:54 just eating butter 27:56 no one is just eating a whole stick of 27:59 butter sure if you eat ready for this 28:03 if you eat whole sticks of butter 28:06 like one whole stick of butter two whole 28:08 sticks of butter and three whole sticks 28:10 of butter in a day 28:12 and you poop butter straight out it's 28:15 still not going to float even though it 28:18 floats as butter here it won't float 28:22 after you've gone to bathroom 28:25 if you eat three sticks of butter in a 28:27 day the sticks of butter are gonna 28:30 collect other little bits of debris in 28:32 your intestinal tract anyway it's gonna 28:34 come out as butter because you're over 28:37 you're example of this 29:33 if you drink a bottle of olive oil most 29:36 of the olive oil that goes into the 29:38 toilet will sink it'll wrap up with 29:40 little bits of 29:42 debris that's in your
