because my moderation's different 1:10 than your moderation possibly 1:13 because it sounded like to me you have 1:15 chocolate cake 1:17 on the weekends i think you were telling 1:19 me and then i realized when i came back 1:21 home that i i'm not having chocolate 1:23 cake on the weekends i'm having 1:24 chocolate cake tuesday night 1:28 yeah thursday night 1:30 and friday night 1:33 and i think if there's leftover 1:35 chocolate cake i'm gonna have it on 1:38 sunday night too 1:40 and then if there's a little left over 1:42 i'm gonna have some for monday morning 1:44 with my coffee 1:46 is that okay 1:47 the thing is i don't want to waste the 1:49 cake when i buy a chocolate cake 1:52 i have a lot of leftover cake and i 1:55 can't afford to keep on i can't throw 1:57 away the cake 1:59 so how do i freeze it 2:02 okay i could freeze the chocolate cake 2:04 that's why that's why 2:06 it's amazing i got such an incredible 2:07 doctor 2:09 you're no no you're welcome you're lot of raw lettuces 6:33 no bananas right 6:35 so what is good 6:37 i could have bone broth 6:39 okay i could do some bone broth is it 6:42 okay if i have dr g 6:44 is it okay if i have a little bit of 6:46 pizza once in a while 6:49 once every week 6:51 okay 6:52 slice a pizza 6:54 my acupuncture says once a week as long 6:56 as it's gluten free i'll make sure 6:59 i can have chocolate cake four to six 7:01 times four times a week i think popcorn 7:03 four times a week i can have a sausage 7:07 every day my trainer says i need the 7:10 protein the sausage is good protein just 7:12 one sausage every day 7:15 i 7:18 yeah you guys 7:20 you guys this is the best healthcare 7:22 you know the healthcare system is so 7:24 amazing 7:26 and you guys are the best practitioners 7:27 and doctors 7:29 i just want to tell you thank you for 7:30 taking care of my health so good 7:33 i'm really i'm getting choked up now 7:36 yeah i'm just drinking the coffee right 7:37 now okay you guys got to go i went you know the 8:04 thing is you guys on this is that 8:06 when it comes down to moderation right 8:09 it it's it's rampant because we're 8:12 talking about autoimmune and moderation 8:15 they don't fit in they don't work 8:17 together they don't fit in together 8:20 they don't work together still waiting 8:21 for that delay and the thing is is like 8:24 when it comes down to 8:27 if you say moderation's okay 8:30 then 8:32 someone with autoimmune there it is you 8:34 guys there it is 8:36 all right all right 8:38 there we are 8:41 it's how things work here they work 8:42 really good 8:44 so 8:45 so the whole thing is so let's talk 8:47 let's take this serious though we got to 8:49 take the series we're talking about 8:50 autoimmune in moderation why they don't 8:53 blend why they don't mix they just don't 8:55 mix they just don't blend and this is an 8:58 important talk because 9:00 i can tell you right now if you're 9:01 somebody that's trying to heal if you're 9:04 somebody that wants to get your life 9:06 back moderation does not fit into the 9:09 equation it doesn't it just doesn't fit 9:13 into the equation 9:15 because 9:16 if you have to heal 9:19 because 9:20 everything in your body and your mind 9:23 and your soul wants to heal 9:27 wants to heal so bad 9:30 but then you get given 9:32 misinformation about how you can have a 9:34 little bit of this and a little bit of 9:37 that and a little bit of this and a 9:39 little bit of that 9:41 that's how we just get in trouble we 9:43 truly get in trouble 9:45 and we don't realize it we don't realize 9:47 how that works 9:49 because it's like the 9:50 stopper to us healing that's what it is 9:53 moderation is like a 9:56 obstacle right it's like an obstacle 10:00 that gets in everybody's way and 10:02 everybody in the health care world and 10:05 the health care providers in the health 10:08 world and the health and fitness world 10:11 all say moderation is okay have some 10:14 espresso have some coffee have some 10:16 caffeine have a donut have a 10:19 cheeseburger right have a little popcorn 10:22 hey it's organic popcorn have a little 10:24 organic popcorn right have a little 10:26 gluten-free pizza or just not even just 10:28 have pizza just plain old pizza with 10:30 gluten whatever whatever you're gonna do 10:31 right you guys we're live on tick tock 10:34 we're live on facebook i don't know 10:35 where we're live right now because we 10:37 got a lot of platforms up right now 10:39 so 10:41 anyway 10:43 we're um 10:44 so let's let's go into this a little bit 10:46 about moderation and where we're at 10:47 where we're all right we're live on 10:49 telegram right now too i know that 10:51 we're live on youtube so i'm excited 10:52 about today 10:54 so 10:55 do you ever 10:57 do you ever wonder why moderation is so 11:01 easy 11:03 to get permission for by every single 11:05 doctor and healthcare practitioner i 11:06 hear it every single day 11:08 that's why i'm bringing it up i'm 11:10 bringing it up because i hear it all the 11:12 time it's like aw i just got permission 11:16 to do this is that okay i'm like what 11:18 and you know what you don't need 11:20 permission from me you can do what you 11:21 want your life your choice but what i am 11:23 going to do is lay out what gets in the 11:24 way of our health and how we can heal 11:27 right but moderation can add 11:30 it can add years missing off your life 11:33 not adding years to your life too that's 11:36 another thing because moderation is like 11:38 that chipper away where it chips away 11:40 years off your life is what it does 11:43 and it depends on how far you go into 11:45 moderation how much into moderation do 11:48 you do do you drink in moderation like 11:50 what's drinking in moderation right 11:52 do you smoke in moderation what do you 11:55 eat in moderation right all these things 11:58 that we do 11:59 and it just it basically becomes a 12:01 snowball like this moderation snowball 12:04 and everybody's all trapped in it and 12:05 their legs are sticking out of that 12:07 snowball and their arms are sticking out 12:08 their heads are sticking out the 12:09 snowball and it's going down the 12:10 mountain is what it's doing it's like 12:12 this gigantic moderation snowball 12:15 if you got autoimmune 12:17 if you got 12:19 anxiety depression severe depression 12:22 if you got any kind of neurological 12:24 symptom 12:24 whatever that may be 12:26 moderation becomes a trap it becomes 12:29 your enemy it becomes 12:31 something that really gets in our way 12:33 and i see it happen all the time it's 12:36 like we want we're desperate for 12:39 permission we're desperate for 12:41 validation we're desperate for somebody 12:44 to say yeah you can have that 12:46 yeah you can have a little bit of that 12:48 you know yeah why not it's good for the 12:51 soul right 12:53 well you know i think about what's good 12:54 for the soul i think about staying here 12:57 longer staying here not sick 13:00 staying here 13:01 feeling good staying here you know 13:05 an optimum level right or just staying 13:08 here and functioning on a decent enough 13:10 level whatever it takes right but 13:12 staying here you know that's good for 13:14 the soul i see that as good for the soul 13:17 and at the same time 13:19 it's all about 13:21 how we perceive stuff to you guys right 13:25 i know 13:27 people that have had to heal 13:29 their gastrointestinal tract because it 13:31 was so bad off and so inflamed and 13:34 colitis and crohn's and celiac right and 13:36 ibs and they had to heal it by scaling 13:39 back on their foods 13:41 and all of a sudden doing like mono 13:43 eating right where they're doing 13:44 potatoes and lettuce or they're doing 13:46 celery juice and bananas and papaya 13:48 right and then 13:50 they 13:51 healed and they got nice and strong and 13:53 their intestinal tract got nice and 13:55 strong and then they can bring in more 13:56 things then they'll say they're bringing 13:58 in more things 14:00 now they're bringing in some avocado now 14:02 they're bringing in some you know some 14:03 more different dishes and every single 14:05 kind of vegetable and then they're 14:06 bringing some more things and if they're 14:08 an animal protein person now they're 14:10 bringing in a little bit of animal 14:11 protein 14:12 and they're and they're able to now eat 14:14 more of what they feel 14:16 is like an incredible moderation so 14:19 moderation can like it could be like one 14:21 to a hundred to have the worst level of 14:24 moderation there ever was at hunt at a 14:27 hundred 14:28 and you can have like the best level of 14:31 moderation 14:32 at like one and two and three the 97 98 14:36 99 100 the worst level of moderation 14:39 and people don't realize that it can get 14:41 like it can snowball it's like you know 14:43 what i can do this now i could do a 14:45 little bit of this let me have a little 14:46 bit of this i could have a cheeseburger 14:48 twice a week and now i can have you know 14:50 pancakes this day and now on sunday i'll 14:52 just have a little bit more and it just 14:53 takes over and then we're trapped in it 14:56 and when we get trapped in it it's hard 14:58 to get out of it especially when we're 14:59 sick so it's the kind of thing where 15:03 it's 15:04 everybody wants to heal they all want to 15:06 get better they all want to get their 15:07 lives back 15:09 but the moderation trap is real and we 15:12 have to be really careful you see it in 15:14 every article out there you see people 15:15 say no i can eat what i want it's cheat 15:18 day right 15:19 and so everybody does their cheat days 15:22 too so they think they can do their 15:24 cheat day in moderation so everybody 15:26 still has their moderation now at the 15:27 same time i don't shame anybody no 15:30 judgment on anybody if you eat a 15:32 chocolate cake tomorrow 15:33 you got my support 15:35 that's right if you eat anything 15:37 if you have a pizza 15:39 tomorrow you got my support good bacon 15:42 double cheeseburger you got my support 15:44 man i'm still gonna have your back no 15:46 matter what because it's not an easy 15:48 world it's not an easy ride and i know 15:50 it's not easy to stay healthy as far as 15:52 your foods and to keep them clean really 15:55 17:02 it is hard 17:03 it is hard when you're living with 17:05 family that are eating certain foods 17:07 like i know so many of you guys are so 17:09 you're you're in a situation where you 17:11 got family members right loved ones 17:13 they're eating a certain way 17:15 they're doing what they want to do with 17:16 foods and it's really hard for you 17:19 and i completely understand that when 17:21 it's really hard 17:22 that makes it very difficult and one 17:24 that makes it very difficult that i 17:25 understand so there's that alone right 17:29 so you guys so that's a whole other 17:30 thing and i know that 17:32 that it's different 17:34 when you you're alone if you're somebody 17:36 that lives alone then you could be like 17:38 okay wait a minute i don't have the peer 17:40 pressure someone's not bringing in 17:41 pizzas someone's not bringing but at the 17:44 same time it's easy to just say you know 17:46 what this is what i want or this is what 17:49 i want right so i get it you know and 17:51 it's not an easy road when it comes down 17:54 to food so 17:56 yeah it's really difficult out there 17:57 when you see somebody and they're so 17:59 good with their foods right really like 18:01 great with their foods and then you 18:03 think that they are kind of harping on 18:06 you because you're not that good with 18:07 your foods 18:08 it's it's difficult all around and i've 18:11 seen all the different scenarios out 18:13 there right but you got to keep one 18:14 thing in your in your mind one thing you 18:17 do a little bit out of time a little bit 18:19 at a time 18:21 so i like to kind of reframe moderation 18:24 it's not about 18:26 i could have this in moderation wow what 18:28 a relief right i can have a little bit 18:30 of this in moderation i could have a 18:32 slice of this in moderation i'll have 18:33 some popcorn today not about that 18:35 it's about bringing in the other foods 18:39 it's about bringing in more fruit it's 18:42 about bringing in right 18:44 more brussels sprouts more artichokes 18:46 right more asparagus it's about bringing 18:48 those in until you weed out until you 18:51 push out 18:53 like the moderation foods that's a way 18:56 of doing it that's a great way of doing 18:58 it it's a way you bring in more apples 19:00 and you bring in more oranges and you 19:02 bring in medical medium tools if you can 19:04 like the heavy metal detox smoothies you 19:06 bring in your celery juice and when you 19:07 start bringing all this in it actually 19:09 pushes 19:10 the moderation foods away 19:14 and you start getting stronger and you 19:15 start feeling like better willpower more 19:17 well strong willpower starts to take 19:19 over 19:20 and you can actually push those 19:23 moderation foods away so when someone 19:24 says no you can have that moderation 19:26 you're always like no no you can start 19:28 to feel strength coming up from the 19:30 inner core and you can get that strength 19:33 building up strong in the inner core 19:35 like your soul gets stronger 19:37 your ability to defend yourself 19:40 against the the moderation foods 19:43 starts to get stronger right you get 19:46 that inner strength and it gets better 19:48 that's because when you bring in more 19:50 things so when you start bringing in 19:52 things like 19:53 tomatoes and you're bringing more of 19:55 these and you're snacking on these 19:57 tomatoes something changes when you 19:59 start doing your lemon and lime water 20:01 every single day something starts to 20:04 change right this is when what happens 20:06 so when you're bringing in these foods 20:08 it starts to push away those moderation 20:11 traps right and you're bringing in more 20:13 onions and these are just a few things 20:15 right you're bringing in some onions 20:17 which you can't see right there and 20:19 you're bringing other things when you 20:20 start to bring in 20:22 other foods look at these tomatoes right 20:24 here look how incredible these are right 20:26 and 20:27 it starts to change the game the playing 20:29 field gets different 20:31 you can strengthen in a way because 20:33 you're bringing all these different 20:35 pieces right so what i recommend 20:38 for anybody who's struggling with the 20:39 moderation traps because i know so many 20:41 people are i'm sure you guys are i'm 20:43 sure maybe maybe some of you guys are 20:45 you guys are solid right through the 20:47 moderation 20:48 has it the moderation isn't tempting you 20:50 or the moderation trap isn't in your way 20:53 but if it is in your way okay 20:56 don't think about 20:58 the 20:59 food the unproductive foods and the bad 21:00 foods in the troublemaker foods don't 21:02 think about those as being like oh can i 21:04 eat those think about what can i eat 21:06 that's not these 21:08 and you bring in these other foods you 21:10 bring in the bananas 21:12 right you pick up some cantaloupe okay 21:16 things like you pick up some berries you 21:18 get your frozen wild blueberries and the 21:20 more and more things you bring in 21:23 every even avocado if you gotta bring an 21:25 avocado you bring the avocado in you 21:27 bring that one in right there absolutely 21:30 and then you bring in your leafy greens 21:32 now one of the ways to beat the 21:34 moderation food game 21:37 is get the leafy greens in the trace 21:39 mineral salts to get the celery juice in 21:41 which is the trace mineral salts and to 21:42 get the glucose which is the sugar you 21:44 can get the sugar in because if you 21:46 don't get the good sugar in you're going 21:48 to be getting this sugar right here 21:49 you're going to be looking for this 21:51 sugar this is the one you're going to be 21:52 looking for if you don't get the good 21:54 sugar in if you don't get the good sugar 21:57 in you're going to be trying to get this 21:59 sugar in right here this is 22:01 the sugar 22:03 that's what you're looking for can be 22:04 looking for this if you don't get 22:06 the good sugar if you don't get the good 22:08 sugar in 22:09 you're going to be looking for this 22:10 sugar right here all right that's how it 22:12 works so if you don't get the good stuff 22:15 in like the bananas okay 22:18 you gotta have the stuff around so it's 22:20 critical to have it around you don't 22:22 have 22:23 the trace mineral salt and the glucose 22:25 then you're gonna be just eating 22:27 whatever anything that comes your way 22:30 any friend any neighbor any family 22:32 member that's making something someone 22:34 scooping some ice cream out of the 22:35 freezer you're gonna eat it nothing's 22:37 gonna stop a lot of people from grabbing 22:39 a slice of pizza and then you're going 22:41 to be thinking like well wait i had it 22:43 last week or i had four days ago it's 22:44 moderation i'll i should get by 22:47 and the moderation is just going to beat 22:49 us down it's going to beat us down and 22:51 keep us down 22:53 so 22:54 one of the key things one of the key 22:56 things to remember is you gotta have 22:58 your trace mineral salts you gotta have 23:00 your celery juice you gotta have your 23:02 spinach and leafy greens 23:04 if you can just bring in spinach salads 23:06 every single day with tomatoes and put 23:07 avocado on them just put avocado on them 23:10 have a avocado tomato onion spinach 23:13 salad if you can do your celery juice 23:15 you could do the heavy metal detox 23:17 smoothie 23:18 if you can do the lemon water if you can 23:20 get your trace mineral salts and lots of 23:22 your glucose 23:23 right there you're going to be beating 23:25 the moderation trap you're going to be 23:27 winning if you can get those in because 23:30 you're going to be less 23:31 less apt to actually eating the bad 23:34 stuff when it comes your way so it's 23:36 really about bringing the good stuff in 23:38 and then you push away the bad stuff it 23:40 becomes a natural push off is what 23:42 you're doing a natural way of getting 23:44 those things pushed away and getting 23:46 them out of your life but you got to 23:48 worry about the permission granters 23:50 right got to worry about yeah health 23:53 care providers that say you can have a 23:55 little of this and you can have a little 23:56 of that you can have some of that 23:59 because they're doing it so they're 24:01 doing it and maybe they're not sick yet 24:04 but you could be somebody that's sick 24:06 you're struggling with anxiety you're 24:07 struggling with autoimmune you're 24:08 struggling with neurological symptoms 24:10 and then 24:11 the people that are supposed to be 24:13 watching your back 24:15 because they do the moderation thing and 24:17 eat whatever when they want they're 24:19 going to give you little bits of 24:20 permission and you're going to take 24:21 those bits of permission 24:22 and you're going to take that advice and 24:24 it's going to slow you down 24:26 so we got to remember that we got to 24:28 look out for that of course i always 24:30 want you listening to your doctors and 24:31 practitioners 100 but i also want you to 24:33 be able to protect yourself in any way 24:35 you possibly can and maybe you find a 24:37 doctor that doesn't offer all this other 24:40 foods i'm going off to ig you guys i 24:41 just want to give you a quick moderation 24:44 talk because it's really hitting people
