2:17 have adhd i got attention deficit

2:25 going through a lot i better meditate
2:27 it's people are meditating because
2:30 something's wrong right one of the
2:32 things that
2:33 is interesting what do you use when you
2:35 meditate you use your brain

2:42 yeah you're using your physical brain
2:45 and you're trying to make that
2:46 connection to the consciousness as well

12:51 mean you're just sitting there like

13:04 contemplating that's a meditation right

13:08 you don't have to be in a meditation

13:17 you're in a meditation class or you
13:19 don't have to be you don't have to be in
13:20 a meditation class with a whole bunch of
13:22 wealthy people around you that are in
13:23 some resort somewhere up on some
13:25 mountain in aspen
13:30 you don't have to be in a meditations
13:31 class you can be anywhere you can be
13:33 anywhere you can be literally
13:36 in your room you wake up one morning and
13:38 you're still laying in your bed and you
13:39 can meditate right there
13:43 you can lay in your bed in your bedroom
13:45 right when you wake up in the morning
13:47 and right when you wake up
13:49 what you do
13:50 is just start thinking about what clouds
13:52 look like
13:55 and what the sky looks like and you
13:57 think about the bluest sky you've ever
13:58 seen
14:00 and you close your eyes and you envision
14:02 you're looking at that blue sky right
14:04 when you wake up that's a powerful
14:05 meditation
14:08 you don't have to be about around a
14:09 bunch of sweaty people
14:11 in some resort somewhere or you don't
14:14 have to be around somewhere else or
14:15 whatever
14:17 people don't have to be sweaty or not
14:19 depends if they just did yoga
14:22 but the point is is you don't have to do
14:24 that
14:26 there's a lot of ways to do powerful
14:28 small meditations that are really true
14:30 powerful meditations
14:32 and you can do them real quick and easy
14:34 you can be sitting literally in a chair
14:35 outside in nature and you can see a bird
14:38 fly by you can see a pigeon land
14:41 if you're in the city and you can get a
14:43 meditation right off of looking at a
14:45 pigeon
14:47 but what are you trying to do
14:50 trying to alleviate something you're
14:52 trying to heal something you're trying
14:53 to achieve something you're trying to
14:56 bridge a gap
14:58 too right

15:31 have neurological problems and no one
15:32 realizes that they just think they're
15:34 wimps
15:35 they're not wimps
15:38 meditation is difficult when you're
15:40 suffering from bipolar or depression or
15:42 anxiety or depersonalization or
15:44 schizophrenia or whatever you're
15:45 suffering from mentally and emotionally
15:47 or just emotional injuries and ptsd if
15:49 you're suffering from ptsd meditation is
15:52 hell i know so many people who have ptsd
15:56 and had ptsd and meditation was just
15:59 total health for them

16:02 all they see is the hell they've been
16:03 through

34:53 and it connects to the consciousness and
34:55 subconsciousness to the soul into the
34:57 supernatural force and that energy field
34:59 and that electricity that's in our brain

35:18 are like yeah i know food you could use

35:27 you're not talking about wild food and
