2:39 an x-ray and she was really reading like
2:44 properly and then she I was like what
2:47 are you reading and she goes like Elena
2:50 you won't believe it this is gonna
2:51 change your life in it and here it is it
2:54 changed my life honestly I am so
2:57 grateful for everything you do on all
2:59 the channels you do because you are
3:00 really working your butt off to reach
3:03 every single person out there there's so
3:05 many people struggling out there I mean
3:06 you know it's like a war zone out there
3:08 people don't realize that and I say what
3:10 am i living in a bubble and nobody's

3:53 never qualify them as a part of

3:57 think it's normal

4:03 like yeah can you tell me what is the
4:05 healthiest I can feel today in this
4:07 society with all the toxins that are
4:09 happening around us you know we are
4:11 breeding in and eat
4:13 and what is the healthiest we can be you
4:15 know it's a lot more time the funny
4:17 thing is a lot more toxic now than it
4:18 ever was when you think about the cities
4:21 in the old days you know have you ever
4:23 hear like stories of you got to move out
4:25 of the city to get to the country this
4:29 guy right there on the left side saying
4:34 to me you couldn't you've got to stay
4:35 out of LA for now there is this fight
4:37 wildfire the wildfires yeah that's right
4:39 and there are so many people who didn't
4:41 go out of LA had to stay and breathe in
4:43 all the toxins and so how do they feel
4:45 now well you know it together wildfires
4:47 and then the fire retardant that sprayed
4:49 and all the dust and all the ashes and
4:51 so we're always up get something whether
4:53 it's that or any kind of anything else
4:55 that's just added extra stuff that no
4:57 one needs so ease it a solution to move
4:59 to countryside well you know what it is
5:01 though it's like the cities used to be
5:03 like I always say the cities are really
5:04 dirty and cities are dirty and go to the
5:07 country and that was many years ago and
5:09 I've never told you guys about this but
5:10 they talk about this but now the cities
5:13 are worse than they've ever been and the
5:15 country is also not good either where
5:16 we're always exposed to something every
5:18 basically there's no everybody's exposed
5:22 in every place it doesn't matter where
5:24 it is every country the city it could be
5:26 anywhere and so we have to take care of
5:29 ourselves we have to learn and take care
5:30 of ourselves that's the whole point it's
5:31 not that we're supposed to run and hide
5:33 it's not supposed to that we're supposed
5:34 to meaning never get it ever affected or
5:37 intoxicated by anything it's not that
5:39 it's just that where we need to take
5:42 care of ourselves we need to do things
5:44 and the medical medium information is
5:46 what I you know always read out there
5:48 and say look you got to take care of
5:49 your liver because it collects it all
5:51 that's why you like liver book probably
5:56 for me the book that I carry around a
5:59 lot even though it's the heaviest one

6:09 with my friends and family I also make

7:05 have endometriosis normal to have PCOS
7:07 fibroids in norm to have all these
7:09 issues
7:10 Divac diabetes new norm to actually have
7:12 high a1c high blood sure
7:14 you know hypoglycemia thyroid problems
7:17 so we walk around we all have
7:18 hypothyroid right and we walk around
7:20 with it and it's just it's the new
7:22 normal we're just supposed to accept it
7:23 and then we're supposed to believe
7:24 science that research has all the
7:26 answers for some reason so we're
7:27 supposed to believe in all the studies
7:29 and all the science is thrown around and
7:31 and the vegans have all the answers and
7:33 then the Palio's have all the answers in
7:35 the animal protein high-protein low
7:36 protein high fat they're not healthy
7:41 it's like it doesn't work that way being
7:43 labeled as vegan also brings out
7:46 different kinds of food that we eat that
7:48 are not the healthiest option for us a
7:50 fried french fries that's vegan food but
7:54 is it the best one for you so a lot of
7:56 vegans don't eat good that's a you need
7:58 right yeah yeah totally and this is
8:02 what's gonna happen because there is a
8:03 huge vegan trend that is actually
8:05 sending us off the rails because we're
8:08 gonna get even sicker because we're
8:10 eating lab food as well because you know
8:12 those burgers out there are sausages or
8:14 cheese you mean that the fake sausages
8:15 the fake means that I got all those
8:18 absolutely and last tried them they do
8:21 they do taste well but they feel bad
8:23 after and like my body does not let me
8:25 do those things
8:26 it's just alerts me straight on and I am
8:29 skinny but that's how I feel good not
8:31 about looking good it's about feeling
8:33 good and this is what people don't know
8:35 what it is well if a plant-based person
8:37 if the person who's doing the vegan food
8:39 right and they're eating all of these
8:41 fun vegan foods all the time and they
8:44 get their first symptoms or they get
8:45 symptoms they think it's because they're
8:47 plant-based so then they leave the
8:49 plant-based world they leave that the u
8:51 n-- is immoral then they had to eating
8:53 animal proteins again because their
8:54 doctor might say it's because you don't
8:55 have proteins it's because you're not
8:57 getting your proteins not getting enough
8:58 proteins but maybe they weren't eating
9:00 as good as they could have when they're
9:01 eating plant-based and I say that to
9:03 people who are paleo too or people who
9:04 are doing a healthy keto maybe it could
9:07 be even better because that's the thing
9:09 we could be doing a better job in all of
9:12 our diets that's what I try to do right
9:13 I try to get the information out there
9:14 so it's like hey if you want to be
9:16 plant-based you gotta do it
9:17 this way make sure you get this in you
9:19 and she's gotta stay strong on this we
9:22 got our celery juices by the way we have
9:23 that I'm not having anymore I had two of
9:27 these before the live started it's
9:29 enough I need to keep the pretty face
9:32 otherwise it's a lot of celery juice
9:38 yeah but so you know and yeah it's it's
9:41 no matter what diet we subscribe to a
9:44 belief system we get sucked into there's
9:47 information out there that you know no
9:51 there's information about what's really
9:53 causing our illnesses that I'm trying to
9:55 spread out there and you're trying to
9:57 spread that information out there
9:58 because you're doing that you're telling
9:59 everybody about this information and so
10:01 that when you're plant-based or vegan
10:03 you don't get scared when you get when
10:05 you're having a symptom and you're
10:07 thinking it's because of lack protein or
10:09 it's because I'm vegan or because I'm
10:11 not doing something right because the
10:13 chase for protein that is the properties
10:16 for proteins and that's brilliant
10:18 that's brilliant well you know I I
10:19 texted you a few weeks ago telling you
10:22 yeah a friend of mine a close friend of
10:24 mine was you know having some mystery
10:26 weighed his shoes and it wasn't it
10:30 actually the doctor sent to her to kick
10:33 out all the fruits and all the veggies
10:36 and just go for the meat and the fat
10:39 yes that's gonna be like her healing
10:41 okay so just go totally totally no carb
10:45 no fruit yeah because because it's
10:48 qualified as sugar and sugar is you know
10:51 making her sick sick and I lost it I was
10:56 like just let's let's keep the book out
10:59 let's start reading and then let's see
11:01 and the thing is how do you go against
11:03 the doctor
11:04 you know like doctors are advising or
11:06 certain things of course first of all
11:07 when you see the doctor today are they
11:09 actually looking as we would want to
11:12 look you know as healthy so then they
11:15 also come because of course for them
11:16 it's like they're constantly seeing sick
11:18 people and trying to help them do they
11:20 have time to keep up with all the
11:22 knowledge that is out there I'm so
11:24 excited you partner with doctors and you
11:26 make sure that they also get the access
11:27 to that because it's so important
11:29 they're the ones people come to when
11:31 they see people in the white coats they
11:33 are like okay this is the person that
11:35 will save me and it's true they're gonna
11:36 save us but in some really you know
11:39 dangerous situations like broken arms
11:41 and you know car accidents or things
11:44 like that are serious serious serious
11:46 but then for this everyday illnesses
11:48 that we carry on through life this is
11:50 what we need this information for
11:51 because we're fueling our body with the
11:54 wrong fuel yeah and and I'm so happy
11:57 what you've mentioned in so many of your
11:59 books is that being repetitive with food
12:02 is not bad for us no everybody speaks
12:04 about variety changing it off spicing it
12:07 up right they need the variety what do
12:09 you say about that look like it's okay
12:11 if you're doing where you're not doing
12:12 variety where you just do something that
12:14 works that's another thing too I know
12:17 that a lot of us want variety and I
12:18 totally respect that not or that right
12:20 and and I think people get bored fast
12:23 and they get pressured you get pressured
12:26 by people around them my family might be
12:28 friends and are you eating those
12:29 potatoes again those steamed potatoes
12:31 again are you eating that sounds like my
12:33 son loves it I think I'm saying hello to
12:35 all the moms out there because I'm sure
12:37 that your kids love potatoes and I am
12:40 you know my son also eats them for
12:42 breakfast like he just likes them you
12:44 know and I mean okay he eats a lot of
12:46 fruits and then she will just go at 11
12:49 o'clock for potatoes and I'm not gonna
12:51 stop him
12:52 because I know now because I've read the
12:54 life I mean this is something that is so
13:01 precious to me yeah because it doesn't
13:03 like I love the fact that would your
13:05 speak when you speak about the food
13:06 you're not only giving this nutritional
13:08 fact you're actually giving the soul
13:10 feeding fact that every every food we
13:13 eat is feeding our soul - with
13:15 information that is so crucial that's
13:17 why I connect with you because you speak
13:18 to my soul
13:19 well the wild blueberries those are
13:21 powerful for the soul I talked about
13:23 that in the book oh they're really
13:24 powerful really healing and and that's a
13:27 crime and that's good for the heavy
13:28 metal detox which is I'm using from all
13:33 the recommendations you're like this

13:40 intermittent fasting isn't it yeah it is
13:42 you know it's funny but the heavy metals
13:43 is people you know don't they don't
13:46 think they have metals in them they

13:52 you guys probably hear it all the time
13:53 because so many of you talk about the
13:54 metals out there arsenic lead cadmium
13:56 nickel but in copper but if you have

14:01 your gift copper coppers inside the
14:04 liver if you have twitches spasms brain
14:07 fog tables numbness you've got mercury
14:09 Mercury's in there you might be viral
14:12 too I talk about that all times you've
14:13 got mercury in there so if you got all
14:15 of that the brain fog if you have
14:17 sleeping problems mercury can be behind
14:18 that too it could be behind so much
14:21 confusion the way you know if we feel
14:24 like we're confused if we feel like
14:25 we're not getting our information across
14:26 we can't see we can't talk so clearly or
14:29 we can't think or we're getting the
14:30 brain fog in the way in your home like -
14:35 because that was something that I've
14:37 just a few months ago discovered when we
14:41 were our chef that was cooking for us at
14:44 that time was you know wrapping the food
14:47 in the aluminium foil
14:48 yes warm to keep it warm yeah and I had
14:51 the massive food poisoning without even
14:53 you know understanding why it was you
14:55 know and then when I realized that it
14:56 was the aluminium that was and we use it
14:59 every single day I grew up around like
15:01 my
15:02 I don't know my cousins were working in
15:03 a factory that was doing that you know
15:05 we taking that matter exactly and so all
15:08 of us are getting sick from all the you
15:10 know everyday use of shampoos and
15:13 lotions and perfumes and all different
15:16 kinds of things what I you know blows my
15:19 mind is the idea of going to the shop
15:21 and buying your new clothes and putting
15:23 them on and you are also poisoning your
15:25 body with that because somebody has used
15:27 a mold spray or something on it yeah
15:29 they use a fungicide all our new clothes
15:30 that we get oh we go out my new clothes
15:33 they spray it with fungicide they don't
15:34 give you the choice there's no town hall
15:36 meeting
15:37 there's no choices there or not we're
15:40 not giving that they just they just coat
15:42 everything with fungicide fungicide is
15:44 so toxic it goes to the brain it's
15:46 filled with metals and so that's what we
15:48 live in all of this stuff every day so
15:51 sure I mean we're battling where the
15:54 diet people are all fighting each other

15:58 at the people who do a potato and and
16:00 you got the people you mean the vegans
16:02 are mad at the beet eater people and you
16:04 got all everybody's throwing all this
16:05 science at each other all these studies
16:08 all this what I call fake science but
16:10 nobody knows the cause of illnesses
16:12 nobody knows that when they buy new
16:13 clothes
16:14 it's loaded with fungicide nobody knows
16:17 that they're supposed to lower their
16:18 fats because they're taking out their
16:19 oxygen and because their oxygen is
16:21 getting you know less and less in the
16:22 body to fight disease so they're eating
16:24 all these high fats and all these diets
16:25 nobody knows any of this information so
16:27 then everybody stays sick they're all
16:29 getting sick so you might be vegan for a
16:30 little why it might be keto for a little
16:31 while you might be paleo for a little
16:33 while you might be doing some diet and
16:35 you're feeling good for a while go back
16:37 to the five years later you know you're
16:42 you might be doing on YouTube you're
16:43 doing youtubes for years ago and you can
16:45 follow the progression that four years
16:46 later everybody gets better from it and
16:49 then gets worse like I don't understand
16:51 it like so many times you do something
16:53 that is so good for you and you feel
16:55 good and you commit to it but then I
16:57 guess you have to take into
16:58 consideration if your body's changing
17:00 well there's a couple of things to when
17:03 we usually jump into something we're
17:05 usually eating worse before that so for
17:08 instance like if you go to a healthy
17:09 keto diet after being you know eating
17:11 whatever or more you know you're eating
17:13 more fast food or you're eating no
17:15 process you don't see the diet is the
17:17 new kind of high-protein diet but
17:19 everybody gets mad if I say I protein
17:21 because it's high fat and that's the
17:22 whole thing but it's really it's really
17:24 a lot of fat but the high protein diet
17:26 is a lot of fat
17:27 they're basically they're both filled
17:30 with a lot of fat vegan diet is also
17:31 high fat it's nice that yeah - that's
17:34 why there's keto vegan now but the yeah
17:36 but the keto diets is the high fat diet
17:40 yeah the cute guys the high fat diet
17:42 that's still high protein but and then
17:45 you know but you got the high protein
17:46 diet that's still high fat and then you
17:48 got the key you got the vegan diets that
17:50 are still high fat and all of this
17:51 delivery suffers deliver suffering see
17:53 the keto diet high fat or liver
17:55 suffering you do high protein diet high
17:57 fat your livers suffering you do you can
17:58 package it name it anything you want but
18:01 they all end up high fat diets they kill
18:03 the liver the liver gets killed you
18:04 knock down but people get better at
18:06 first because they're lowering they're
18:08 staying away from their chocolate cake
18:09 they're staying away from their waffles
18:11 they're staying away for their joy
18:14 things like I mean you get stress from
18:16 all this information like now knowing
18:19 that everything you do everything you
18:20 use it becomes so toxic for you so now
18:23 there is a moment of panic right
18:25 everybody's like oh my god but if this
18:26 is how do I actually live this life and

18:38 you know it's not appealing to people
18:40 yeah so they give up before even they
18:43 started because it's just not as yummy
18:46 looking as that strawberry that is like
18:48 this big or you know and so you were
18:51 stuck with this fear because now all of
18:54 a sudden knowing what's causing your
18:55 illness is the new creating fear in you
18:57 yeah and you are providing us with this
19:00 information and giving us alternatives I
19:02 love the idea of knowing that I can have
19:05 you know a piece of fruit in 300 ways
19:08 you know if well people are afraid of
19:10 fruit there's fruit fear Oh big fruit
19:13 fear out there big like big so eating
19:15 all my life fruit more than anything
19:17 else honestly it has given me life
19:19 anything else I've been doing maybe not
19:22 well what happens is the fruit fear is a
19:24 funny thing because if someone gets sick
19:27 they don't blame the egg that's fed
19:29 every virus and pathogen and bacteria
19:31 that causes their problems and they
19:33 don't blame the egg but they'll blame
19:35 the piece of fruit they have no one
19:37 really ate fruit so why is everybody
19:39 sick no one eats enough fruit and for
19:42 anyone even determined fruits the reason
19:44 why they're sick it's not even possible
19:51 isn't healthier I wish it was but it'll
19:54 still feed every bug in our body so the
19:57 cause of illness are pathogens and
19:59 toxins so you got the viruses of
20:01 bacteria that's your pathogens and then
20:03 you got the toxins and everybody has a
20:04 minim and it's it's like Russian
20:06 Roulette it's like it's like again it's
20:08 like a gamble who's gonna get sick first
20:10 who's gonna get knocked down and have
20:11 the pathogen take over and give them
20:13 aches and pains and fatigue and all
20:15 kinds of problems and or what Thompson's
20:17 are people gonna get intoxicated with
20:19 like what metals and what different
20:20 kinds of poisons like the you know all
20:23 the different fungicide on clothes and
20:24 the petrochemicals out there floating in
20:27 the air and the mercury that's falling
20:28 out of the sky so we get both the toxins
20:31 so we get both the pathogens and then
20:33 they both get they join together the
20:34 pathogens eat the poisons and then we
20:36 get sick and then everybody blames the
20:38 strawberry everybody's going to blame
20:40 the strawberry a very food that will
20:42 actually help you get better everybody's
20:46 going to blame it suggest more people
20:49 who want to change their life because
20:50 it's all about working out as well no I
20:52 think people want to lose weight or
20:54 people want to feel bad you know I've
20:55 been doing this for 35 years maybe more
20:58 than 35 years now and I've seen guys
21:01 that are like in top shape top shape die
21:04 of heart attacks just boom that's it 38
21:06 years old they're in the gym they got
21:08 their tabs they got their apps I know a
21:10 lot of athletes I've helped a lot of
21:12 athletes professionally over the decades
21:14 and you can just you get one injury that
21:17 won't heal you get you get something and
21:19 you know you get a heart attack or
21:21 something happens but there's there's
21:23 ways to heal things there ways that will
21:24 avoid that there's a way to heal
21:26 injuries the way that you know do the
21:27 body can heal but you got to give it
21:29 what it needs you got to give it what it
21:31 needs how do we know what our body needs
21:33 for a particular thing like say
21:35 or feel like I love the item I keep on
21:40 speaking about it but honestly for me
21:42 your books are really important guides
21:44 so for instance when we have an injury
21:46 when we for instance injured our knee
21:49 and that's an injury that's gonna heal
21:52 at some point right with all the
21:53 different things you're doing your
21:54 therapy and stuff and then after a while
21:57 it's gonna come back again and it flares
21:58 up when we are eating inflammatory foods
22:01 yeah so that's the weak point for now
22:03 forever in our body and that's where the
22:05 viruses and bacteria are collecting and
22:07 nesting when we when we injure ourselves
22:10 and we have a pathogen in us we have say
22:13 like a virus in us I've seen bar we
22:15 injure ourselves
22:16 the virus can go to that injury that's
22:18 why there's so many people there's
22:19 people who get knee surgeries and they
22:21 get up and they walk out they're fine
22:23 right after the knee surgery that
22:24 literally I talk to doctors all the time
22:25 about this they just get it they walk
22:27 same pertinent this other person gets
22:29 the same exact surgery same exactly
22:32 problem to the T everything should be
22:35 fine they should be up and walking
22:36 bright out and then they're swollen for
22:39 weeks and weeks and months and months
22:41 and now on steroids and swollen and they
22:44 can't walk good they need long-term
22:45 physical therapy and it goes on a year
22:47 of a knee problem because they had a
22:50 low-grade viral infection in their
22:52 system but we're do are you suggesting
22:54 for them like I know for instance my dad
22:57 when he had this injury that kept coming
22:59 back he would they were suggesting him
23:01 to use the collagen is that a good thing
23:03 or not really well you can't build up
23:05 your collagen by eating collagen you
23:08 can't no you can't fix your kidney by
23:10 eating a kidney you can't fix your eye
23:12 by eating an eye you can't you can't fix
23:16 your liver by eating a liver and you

25:13 gonna eat brain supplements to fix your
25:15 brain it doesn't work like that see but
25:17 for some reason we can we get tricked by
25:19 propaganda by money by investments and
25:22 those investments going to collagen it's
25:24 such an easy sell like wait a minute my
25:26 skin will get better
25:27 collagen collagen let me tell you
25:28 something when you have the worst eczema
25:31 the worst eczema effort you can gobble
25:32 all the collagen shakes you want and you
25:35 can take all the collagen pills you want
25:36 you can buy into it and spend thousands
25:38 of dollars on collagen every other month
25:40 and your skin will even not only stay
25:43 the same you get so excited these things
25:46 but you know we need people like you to
25:48 speak to all of us because we've wanted
25:50 to live a good life but it's just well
25:52 you know what it is I'm not I'm not
25:54 afraid of whose feelings I'm gonna hurt
25:55 in the industries and that's what
25:57 happens see everybody else there they
25:58 got their afraid you know don't don't

26:08 got and it doesn't matter if anybody's
26:10 gonna you know water roast me like they
26:11 do all the time and that's what happens
26:13 we all know that I get I get hit more
26:16 than anybody else in the industry
26:19 because you can't make money off of
26:21 celery juice so I'm a threat see this is
26:24 actually healing people so it threatens
26:26 the industries because they can't
26:28 bankroll off of this this is the one
26:30 this is this is rogue knowledge you're
26:38 providing I'm sure sure so there's a lot
26:41 of silence out there you can find in
26:43 juice bars now the celery juice just not
26:45 HPP one maybe just go for your fresh one
26:48 but not a lot of money's made from that
26:50 but the bigger industries like the
26:51 college industry millions and millions
26:55 of billions of dollars now it's a good
26:56 trick it's a great trick because I'm
26:59 using the good supplements you were
27:01 recommending and I really think that's
27:02 helpful yeah yeah it's important you
27:06 want to be you want to ski you want to
27:07 build skin tissue you want to get your
27:09 skin nice and healthy you got to get the
27:11 celery geez you got to get the metals
27:13 out of your skin because that's what it
27:15 is the metals on in our liver and get
27:17 the toxins out of our liver and
27:19 everything well with all this he
27:21 provides out there you really don't have
27:22 to think anymore what's to eat
27:24 throughout the day cuz when you think
27:26 about you know compiling everything say
27:28 the the lemon water in the morning and
27:30 the celery juice and then after dad who
27:32 drinks some smoothies fruit smoothies
27:34 and then go for the heavy metal detox I
27:37 need some salad and the baked potatoes
27:39 and also rice is okay right or I mean
27:42 look rice rice isn't or pasta what do
27:45 you think about pasta come on Italians
27:47 we like well the lentil pot if you're
27:51 gonna do a pasta the lentil pasta is the
27:54 best one to do okay that's what my kids
27:55 eat if you're gonna do a pasta if
27:57 anybody out there wants to do pasta do
27:59 the lentil pasta the red lentil pasta is
28:01 even better yeah that's what I would do
28:03 and the red lentils Percy that's also
28:07 absolutely food that our bloating us
28:10 come on that's a big thing out there
28:12 everybody's complaining hoping there be
28:14 bloated to everything when I get bloated
28:17 when my skinny you know I look like I'm
28:19 pregnant I'm not pregnant
28:20 well it's the food I don't think you're
28:23 really bloated
28:24 when people are bloated they're like you
28:27 know what no not in the morning I'm not
28:30 after 32 ounces of celery honestly not
28:32 gonna happen but um but you know what
28:35 happens is the reason why people are
28:36 bloating because their liver stagnant
28:38 and sluggish that's what happens
28:39 I think it's fatty liver you make the
28:42 liver for everything everybody blames me
28:46 for everything I gotta blame something
28:47 else for everything okay because I'm
28:49 always getting all the secrets that
28:51 people don't know out there the truth
28:52 out there and they're all like no no and
28:55 you deliver is the guilty one in the
28:57 terms of bloating deliver is the guilty
28:59 one right there
29:00 we haven't supported it enough yeah
29:02 because we just we just let it get dense
29:04 and sick and it gets congested with
29:07 everything in there were no we're not
29:09 cleansing it within the process how long
29:12 does it take to clean because I've been
29:14 plan based for the past five years
29:16 thanks to my son thank you son because
29:19 he inspired me you got to tell that
29:22 story that's incredible yeah it's a good
29:25 story well my son is my biggest
29:29 inspiration in life and I mean my son
29:32 and daughter but my daughter my son came
29:34 first and he kind of started a cycle
29:37 basically I was trying to be the
29:39 healthiest I can be and knowing that
29:42 there is a little human being inside of
29:44 me I wanted to create this perfect
29:46 environment for him when we live in this
29:48 sick world we are bombed with all these
29:49 you know well wrong messages of what's
29:54 gonna make us happier and better and
29:56 healthier and so when I started
29:59 researching a lot on the what I can eat
30:02 so that I can when I'm producing milk
30:04 for my son he gets the best out of it
30:05 and and I've turned plant-based or vegan
30:10 well back then I was vegan and I was
30:12 very very like hardcore
30:14 on that and and that's what helped me
30:18 understand and what did I like why would
30:20 he what was the the idea about why did I
30:23 start talking about this now I love my
30:25 track well
30:26 to the jackleg well yeah you just flew
30:30 from another part of the world and
30:33 you're on one hours sleep but I'm glad
30:35 you're here
30:35 but the yeah the thing is with with
30:38 everything as you're telling story
30:39 because you became the plant based and
30:44 then the whole transition like how like
30:48 you are feeling better you're always
30:49 feeling better but when are you actually
30:51 cleaned from all the stuff you ate for
30:54 the past
30:55 I don't know 28 years that was in the
30:57 case in my life
30:58 and then others who are healing yes like
31:01 how long does it take his work when are
31:03 we actually gonna feel the best like
31:06 you've been doing that all your life the
31:08 reason why you have so much energy and
31:10 focus on this particular mission that is
31:13 so noble and so important and please do
31:15 recognize that because what we're doing
31:17 right now requires lots of energy like
31:19 I'm shaking from the excitement but he's
31:21 been doing this every single day and
31:23 writing books and sleeping two hours
31:25 maybe in the night just to make sure
31:26 that he refreshes and he is able to look
31:29 like this thanks to all the wonderful
31:32 knowledge who gets from you know the
31:34 source and the wonderful spirit that I'm
31:36 connected to too so yeah what you're
31:40 doing is just something that has
31:42 connected with me in so many levels and
31:44 give me the cry right here so I guess I
31:47 got a hold it back but that's the side
31:51 of you people have to see because really
31:53 the commitment you you give for this
31:55 like I generally you know you get sick
31:58 from people telling you they're sick oh
31:59 I'm feeling her pain here and there and
32:02 you know I'm every day waking up with
32:04 this and then we all get sick from that
32:05 and he gets to listen it and practically
32:08 and with so much attention and gives the
32:11 solution to people this is something
32:12 that not you don't get in them you know
32:14 doctor's office unfortunately you get a
32:16 prescription which is just gonna delay
32:19 another you know what walking delay
32:23 yeah I could put sickness on hold a
32:25 little bit but it gets routed deeper
32:27 inside yeah but this is the information
32:29 that actually gets you back on track and
32:32 gives you the the time for you to to
32:34 reset yourself and go back in the
32:36 driving seat and that's how I feel in my
32:38 life
32:39 like you have control yeah and that's I
32:41 mean I am addicted to control I'm a mom
32:44 you need to have control bottom line
32:48 healthy and live in a healthy world and
32:50 all of a sudden there are these soldiers
32:52 like yourself that are really fighting
32:54 for them peaceful wonderful planet and
32:56 I'm connected to that mission and I'm
32:58 speaking with so much love to all the
33:00 people who are following Anthony and
33:02 every single one who connected today to
33:05 here and just to remind you there is a
33:07 lot of things in the book that maybe you
33:09 just skim through go back to it because
33:11 I mean I might have you know spent a few
33:14 times reading each book because it
33:17 really matters like these are the fairy
33:20 tales I speak to my kids now there is a
33:21 whole fairy tale about kids you know
33:24 about the deliver deliver and all the
33:27 like toxins and stuff trying to get in
33:29 it's like you know no no and my kids are
33:31 liking those stories I mean I do make
33:33 them funny but some kids do cry from
33:35 those stories so it's it's it's it's an
33:39 interesting journey I love the idea of
33:41 teaching my kids from early on and not
33:43 only my kids but all the kids that we
33:45 touch through the foundation how they
33:47 can take care of themselves you know how
33:48 they can start this life and live it
33:50 despite everything that is around us
33:53 because that's not what makes us
33:54 unhealthy it's our choices that we make
33:57 we have a choice every single day to
33:58 choose the right thing to do for us in
34:01 the planet and that's what you've
34:02 provided us like I haven't found this
34:05 knowledge in many books and I've read a
34:06 lot of books on health this is these are
34:09 the books I come back to and I will
34:11 forever be grateful for what you're
34:12 doing I'm honored you know the
34:14 information in the books is it's not out
34:17 there it only comes from this source so
34:20 it's not like it's repackaged it's funny
34:22 because the health books of today and
34:24 I'm not trying to say that they're not
34:26 helpful it's just that it's the same
34:29 stuff but it's repackaged for the next
34:31 generation of basically people who start
34:33 getting health minded when whether
34:35 they're in their 20s or whether they're
34:37 in their 30s or when they're just
34:38 starting to get health mind it and
34:40 they're getting excited and they get
34:42 they get the books out there and they
34:43 get the information out there and they
34:44 read articles and they don't know that
34:46 that information was the same
34:48 information that was repackaged ten
34:50 go to the crowd before them and then 10
34:52 years ago to the crowd before them like
34:54 for instance he got the whole candida
34:56 thing that happened for 30-40 years now
34:58 they switched it to microbiome but it's
35:00 still the same package but they renamed
35:03 it and then then the newer generation
35:05 kind of comes up and they don't realize
35:07 that the answers aren't in there yet and
35:09 if they get too sick they'll find that
35:11 the answers aren't really there and
35:13 that's what happens it's like so you
35:15 know it's it's it depends on how sick a
35:17 person gets to realize and I noticed
35:20 that the older people who've been there
35:22 done that they've seen all the tricks
35:24 and games they've seen the decades of
35:26 tricks and games and they realize things
35:28 are repackaged so when they find this
35:30 information and we wait a minute this
35:32 was different than anything else that
35:33 exists out there the rest is repackaged
35:36 backed by money put out there and it's
35:39 still it's not getting people to that
35:41 next level of where they need to go and
35:49 everybody swear to it and there was this
35:51 just recent article I feel like it was a
35:54 maybe half an year half a year ago where
35:56 they published the information about the
35:59 coconut oil being toxic carcinogenic and
36:06 so you know you are you're everybody's
36:09 drinking coconut water coconut oil you
36:11 know putting on their face or or their
36:14 food and frying stuff with it and now
36:18 all of a sudden that's wrong and then
36:19 you're like where should I go to for all
36:21 the information and how do I you know I
36:31 remember texting you many times asking
36:33 you how much fat is too much fat like
36:37 and can we actually live without the
36:39 fact because it's in avocado for
36:42 instance everybody's been dying with the
36:45 fat mm-hmm we just decade after decade
36:48 after decade everybody's dying with the
36:51 fat so everybody is on fat just
36:55 everybody's on it doesn't matter you
36:56 know Megan's I'm not but you know what
36:59 but it's still good to have a little you
37:01 can have
37:02 I'm going your way a little bit of that
37:05 Mikado you can have some coconut oil if
37:06 you're into fish you can have some sort
37:07 of age you can have some really good
37:09 high quality fats if you're into animal
37:11 products you go for the highest quality
37:13 but if you go for bacon or pork you're
37:15 into the bad fat now but let me tell you
37:17 the bad I'm a very strong advocate for
37:19 clan-based so I wouldn't you know you're
37:21 all plant-based your plan I'm not I mean
37:24 you're so kind to speak about it in such
37:26 way this is you do know that people are
37:28 enjoying meat I love my meat you're hard
37:31 at work plant it was like because you
37:34 know there is not many I respect that
37:36 though because I've seen plant-based
37:38 diets literally take people out of the
37:41 depths of hell with their health
37:43 literally worse and pull them out of it
37:46 I've seen it pull them out of it
37:48 absolutely but the right people are like
37:51 saying okay now I'm feeling better so
37:53 I'm just gonna go back to what it was
37:55 before right so the plan based diet is
37:58 mainly to get you out of the you know
38:00 hole and then you go back to your meat
38:02 until you go back again in the hole and
38:04 then you go back to that so there's a
38:06 some maintenance diet yeah but it is a
38:09 maintenance diet he should be it is no
38:12 you can be plant-based anybody out there
38:13 plant-based I mean raise your hand
38:16 yep raise your hand if you're planning
38:17 to that yeah it's a powerful way to heal
38:19 stick to it you know if you're something
38:21 that you don't want to do plant based on
38:23 some other kicking everything lower your
38:25 fats but I tell people plant-based down
38:27 lower your fats you know that's the
38:28 thing is is I'm all about whatever
38:30 wherever you are with your diet you got
38:33 to bring your fats down because that's
38:34 where you'll get in trouble every time
38:35 maybe you're not gonna get your curves
38:37 you know because those magazines and
38:40 popular places are actually it's like we
38:47 could offer Kings really both of us we
38:50 have two chairs moving probably sit in
38:51 one and we do feel good I mean this is
38:56 like this is what we're talking about
38:57 actually feeling good rather than
38:59 looking good and I know there are so
39:01 many people out there who want to feel
39:03 good and there are ways and it's just
39:05 well no I I could go into the gym I
39:07 could go into gym three hours a day
39:09 we're doing some muscle maybe I should
39:11 go in the gym do
39:12 three hours they start building muscle
39:14 maybe I'll go and get some massages
39:15 everyday maybe I'll go and do yoga for
39:17 two hours day and I won't be able to
39:19 help anybody because I'll be too busy
39:20 taking care of myself but in doing all
39:23 that so forget right in the books the
39:25 writing the book sleeps two hours a day
39:28 so he can provide all the knowledge to
39:30 us so sorry I've had people I've had
39:34 people say hey look medical medium I
39:36 thought you'd be built I thought you
39:37 would have big guns ripped I thought
39:39 you'd be ripped and it'd be like you
39:41 want me to go that route you want me to
39:42 dedicate half my life into getting
39:44 ripped I can then I'll put off all the
39:46 work forget finishing these books forget
39:48 doing what I gotta do as a mother - I
39:51 can totally understand when you say you
39:54 don't have time for that because also
39:56 every mom out there I'm sure you're
39:58 struggling to find your yeah time yeah
40:00 it's hard to find time for self-care
40:02 it's really difficult for everybody and
40:03 then but there's people that they make
40:07 it their life you know you can see
40:08 people who are built it's cuz they made
40:09 that their life you know and that's
40:11 that's what you're doing but I can't
40:13 make that my life I can't be putting on
40:15 iron you know Lena I gotta just you know
40:18 stay toned I gotta stay healthy you know
40:20 sure just ride my bike well where did I
40:22 read you're like 28 year older than 20
40:27 been doing this for 35 years and I'm 28
40:30 no it's true they say I'm 28 because I
40:33 look so old when you're 28 I think it's
40:36 done I think it's out there on the
40:38 Internet I remember that I asked you
40:40 that like how do you stay so young and
40:42 and then it's like what what is it was
40:45 just so confusing obviously there are
40:46 lots of lies out there and there are
40:47 people who are trying to discredit
40:48 people doing good stuff and and I feel
40:51 for me the most thing the thing that
40:54 connects me is this soul feeling like
40:56 this inside of me feeling I don't
40:58 connect too many things out there like
41:00 that but I did to you and through your
41:03 books because you're a spoken word I
41:05 mean those you know to our nights are
41:09 like really paying off I mean they
41:11 touched me and people who are following
41:13 me and for not only me but my family
41:15 they're gonna you know also be connected
41:18 to that I'm sure and for for every
41:20 single person in this world if you
41:22 connect to something just you
41:25 stay true through it like I I connected
41:29 so much with you I'm so grateful to be
41:31 to their today here and also with your
41:33 community I'm sure most of you feel this
41:36 way and you should be here with me also

42:17 men like with the with the with the
42:20 worst psoriasis and eczema problems and
42:24 acne and and I've never had to go
42:27 through that but to connect with through
42:29 his empathic eyes and through his
42:31 empathic platform that is providing all
42:33 of you with such a you know resources to
42:36 heal and then see you heal as well and
42:38 you know have your clapping and like
42:41 blessings it's like there's not many
42:44 places in the world where you can get
42:45 such an encouragement well you know when
42:47 you're kicked down like so many people
42:48 are and you guys know you know people
42:50 you know family members and stuff and
42:52 there there are 10 different doctors
42:54 offices you know how to go into
42:55 neurologists they got all the different
42:57 symptoms and everything and they're just
42:59 struggling in any every way and and the
43:01 thyroid problems and they get different
43:03 diagnoses the skins you know having
43:05 problems or they get the fatigue that
43:07 neurological fatigue that I talk about
43:09 in all the books and everything works
43:11 your nervous system is so weak that

45:56 losing their friends they start losing
45:58 you know they start losing friendships

46:02 head they get told that it's because
46:04 they're lazy they get told you know and
46:07 their and their whole life becomes going
46:09 to their doctor's appointments and and
46:10 they really do struggle like so many of
46:13 you do and and I know that and I want to
46:15 change that we want to stop that like
46:18 Elena and I want to change that in the
46:20 world and and she's always working on
46:22 that and I'm working on that and I know
46:24 you guys are working on that too but the
46:26 whole point is is that we get it we got
46:28 your back and he got our little not
46:31 supporting him and I need that support I
