couple of cool things 0:08 having metal detox smoothie Miranda does 0:11 that she there's the celery juice and 0:14 this is great health as well that's what 0:16 I say and I'm so happy that I get to 0:19 come on here and chat with you about all 0:21 the wonderful things that we're both 0:25 doing and they are like educating people 0:27 about so that's really important for 0:29 people to know well you've always caring 0:31 about like what people put on their 0:34 bodies you care about like it's like 0:36 your core organics it's about like 0:38 skincare that doesn't have bad chemicals 0:40 in it so it's unified organic yeah 0:42 because what you put on your skin soaks 0:44 into your bloodstream exactly it's 0:46 really important that we're conscious of 0:48 what we're doing and putting on our skin 0:49 and make an educated choice about it 0:51 yeah yeah and you've always known this 0:53 stuff for years and that's what's so 0:54 cool because your lines been out for a 0:56 while now yeah it's really established 0:58 because it's so healthy for the skin and 1:00 so it's like you know a lot about what 1:03 people should do and you know I remember 1:05 we were talking recently and you're like 1:06 no I don't like the scented candles with 1:08 the chemicals and there are some simple 1:12 things that people actually don't 1:14 realize and when you understand and you 1:17 can see what what is you know if you 1:20 read the ingredients and whatnot on the 1:22 back of any household goods what's in 1:24 your hair shampoo what's in your 1:25 products that you're putting on your 1:27 skin then you make an educated choice 1:29 and say okay well I'm gonna have that or 1:31 I'm not gonna moon it you know yeah and 1:33 it's like how we are with our food like 1:36 I try my best to eat healthy and organic 1:38 as much as possible and make educated 1:41 choices about it and I feel like that is 1:43 the best you can do really no I know you 1:47 you eat really clean and that's what 1:48 I've always admired like you're doing 1:50 them the heavy metal detox movie yeah 1:53 yeah I nearly mentioning how people 1:54 think it's gonna be this like really 1:56 harsh detox or something but it's not 1:59 yeah this is very gentle smoothie that I 2:02 love and I have every morning the heavy 2:04 metal detox amazing with your it's your 2:06 recipe I love it and I actually have to 2:09 even be a bit of a bigger bigger one 2:12 than 2:12 that's a small one with my celery juice 2:15 in the morning I have 32 ounces cool 2:17 that's perfect I tell people I started 2:22 like this yeah 32 ounces I'm doing so 2:25 much yeah and you know everyone in my 2:27 family is drinking celery now even Flynn 2:29 no way Evan Evan loves e celery he's 2:32 like he didn't in the beginning he's 2:35 like oh it's probably not gonna make a 2:37 difference and now I see he even tells 2:39 his friends celery celery you've got to 2:41 get on it's so good it helps just with 2:43 like the brain fog with energy levels 2:46 with just health in general I know every 2:50 now and then you'll hear out there like 2:51 there's some naysayers saying don't 2:53 drink celery juice you don't want a 2:55 juice celery you want to keep the fiber 2:57 and I'm always like no no no what this 2:59 is an herbal this is an herbal power 3:01 right here it's a table medicine 3:03 alkaline system yeah fast though like 3:06 fast versus slow alkalinity it actually 3:10 alkaline this quickly and that's 3:12 something that happens too that's why 3:13 people get relief with acid reflux 3:15 almost immediately 3:17 yes and all of that actually when I was 3:20 younger I had a little bit of acid 3:23 reflux and I think it was emotional at 3:26 the time because I had lost my boyfriend 3:28 he had passed away instantly in a car 3:31 accident and I had to worry and concern 3:33 and that had brought like kind of you 3:36 know how emotion you have a loss I've 3:39 talked about that in the medical meeting 3:41 books they talked about that in medical 3:42 media book one and they're some of the 3:44 other medical media books that like when 3:46 you get that great loss and and 3:49 something so so hard and a struggle like 3:52 that it's it could really hit you hard 3:55 too on a whole nother but I wish that I 3:57 had known about celery juice back then 3:59 because it would have really helped like 4:01 soothe soothe my digestion and now it 4:04 does every day which I'm so great well 4:06 you've been doing it long term too 4:07 that's what's cool like and I tell 4:09 people I tell you guys out there all the 4:11 time and I tell other people I run into 4:12 all the time you just don't do it for 4:14 just five days don't do it for and to 4:16 seven days and you're done and every day 4:18 every day yeah and you're doing every 4:20 day for a long time now 4:22 for a couple yeah that's really cool and 4:27 this made the biggest difference and 4:29 continues to make the biggest difference 4:30 to my health and I thought I was healthy 4:32 before I met you and you have taught me 4:35 so much more than what I even thought 4:38 you know I even thought was even out 4:41 there and obviously every day we're 4:42 learning more and more and sure and 4:45 that's obviously what life is about but 4:47 it's these simple things like the celery 4:51 juice like having the banana and 4:53 actually potatoes yeah I love 4:55 everybody's afraid about that I love the 4:57 fact that you're really all about 4:59 potatoes and incorporating like potatoes 5:03 steamed potatoes into your diet and not 5:05 being afraid of the cards yeah 5:08 because they've also been like since I 5:12 met you a staple in my diet that's 5:13 incredible and the potatoes have been 5:15 really helping me as well that's amazing 5:18 it's very soothing yeah you know and my 5:21 cleanser heal book that's gonna be 5:22 coming out you guys 5:23 that book I mean potatoes play a big 5:26 role in that it's really important 5:28 because there's you can mono eat with 5:29 potatoes they're so good for you for 5:31 healing problems with the digestive 5:32 tract and the intestinal tract and 5:34 they're so soothing but meanwhile it's 5:37 funny they're like hated out there 5:39 they're hate and what I always find out 5:40 there is they're usually hated by people 5:43 in the industry that don't know what 5:45 causes chronic illness so it's like wait 5:48 a minute if you don't know what causes 5:49 all the different conditions out there 5:51 that women are suffering with the 5:53 fibromyalgia and the chronic fatigue 5:54 syndrome and and like rheumatoid 5:57 arthritis and the Lyme disease and all 5:59 these other things that are now becoming 6:01 mysterious like even Lyme disease is now 6:02 a mystery to the industry because it's 6:04 autoimmune now they say so with all of 6:07 that it's like and then we're gonna hate 6:08 on a potato I've seen people get their 6:10 lives back from those potatoes I mean 6:12 potatoes and yeah like really really 6:15 helpful especially for digestive issues 6:18 oh yeah the steamed potatoes and what 6:21 are some of your recipes that are so 6:23 yummy you've got a whole bunch of them 6:25 and they they have the potatoes in them 6:27 yeah I mean there's that I think we have 6:29 a whole bunch of them exactly there's 6:31 all kinds of ways you can make them and 6:33 steamed potatoes are liked I know 6:35 everybody likes to bake 6:36 potatoes yeah and it makes it fun yeah 6:38 right but Dean potatoes I'd they're 6:41 quite addictive I feel yeah really 6:44 nourishing they're filling yeah and 6:46 right before I came here I was at an 6:50 event and then I packed because I always 6:52 pack my food in the car so I packed a 6:54 salad I had steamed potatoes and then I 6:56 just wrapped it in a little seaweed roll 6:59 yeah and I was able to eat it on my way 7:01 here to see you and it was easy it was 7:05 easy it was easy 7:06 yeah very easy and you don't have to 7:08 worry about it going bad so it's easy to 7:11 you know travel with because everyone 7:13 these days is on the go whether or not 7:15 they're going to work or running getting 7:18 on an aeroplane no not you didn't take 7:20 them with you you could steam a bunch of 7:22 them the night before you can have them 7:24 in the fridge take them with you what I 7:26 like about this the potato is it's got 7:27 l-lysine in it and l-lysine 7:30 is actually what knocks down all of 7:32 those viral issues that everybody's 7:34 struggling with with all their different 7:35 conditions 7:36 you know eczema psoriasis and like the 7:39 fibro the CFS and the lupus and and 7:41 that's why it's so important to have 7:43 those potatoes they're actually a 7:44 medicine which is really cool nobody 7:47 really knows that they just think oh 7:49 it's bad and what they're really 7:50 thinking or what they're really 7:52 associating the potato with is all the 7:54 sour cream the butter cheese you don't 7:59 want to be any more so that's really 8:10 cool because that's what makes it work 8:11 well you know what I asked so fine about 8:13 the potatoes is so funny that we expect 8:15 us to be talking about potatoes is is 8:16 really cool yeah you don't know what 8:19 you're gonna know what's gonna know it's 8:20 gonna bother and the potato is great for 8:23 like food poisoning when people get food 8:24 poisoning and so many so many people out 8:27 there I hear it all the time you see it 8:28 out there well I said this restaurant I 8:30 got food poisoning or I'm really sick 8:32 and I don't know what it is and it was 8:33 food poisoning and I noticed I'm it 8:36 won't notice well spirit of compassion 8:38 has told me this going back decades now 8:40 is it's one of the most quickest ways of 8:42 healing and recovery from food poisoning 8:44 is using it yeah just like steamed 8:46 potatoes yeah you can also blend them 8:48 right make like a potato soup 8:50 after you've been through the heck of 8:51 the total like up sets of the food 8:54 poisoning for a good few days and you're 8:55 just coming out of there and your 8:57 stomach feels all sick and you feel like 8:59 you're now you're just you're you're 9:01 looking for help and what do I have do I 9:02 have a pair of cycle I have this at that 9:04 you're just dealing with leftover 9:05 foodborne illness and then you bring in 9:08 those potatoes as your recovery food a 9:10 little bit at a time and it can bring 9:12 people back I've seen so many women 9:14 struggling with food poisoning issues 9:15 where they can't eat foods and and 9:18 actually get comfort eating really 9:20 anything they're struggling for months 9:21 after food poisoning I've seen some 9:23 people where it's like six months 9:25 nothing is right they have gastritis 9:27 they have bloating they have all these 9:29 things after it they go and I've always 9:30 seen potatoes be that answer to help 9:33 bring people back so it's so cool and 9:35 same with the coconut water right yeah 9:37 coconut water with bananas yeah you 9:39 taught me yeah that's the best yeah just 9:42 make a shake blend it now the 9:53 carbohydrate here I am breastfeeding 9:56 mothers gonna eat again well that's how 9:58 you build breast milk yes stolen it's 10:00 like carbs build the breast milk yeah if 10:02 you take a snack you know I've seen this 10:05 over the years with so many people that 10:07 have come to me looking for help 10:09 had doctors talked to me about this I've 10:11 had and where there's difficulty 10:14 building breast milk with women hmm you 10:16 know after birth and what happens is the 10:23 trainer's help and yeah that's exactly 10:25 and and any kind of any kind of food 10:27 with glucose because breast milk breast 10:30 milk is basically glucose so that's what 10:32 it is 10:32 it's a carb it's a carb drink it's sugar 10:34 water and there's very low fat very low 10:38 fat and breast milk 10:39 exactly and really low in protein that's 10:42 the breast milk is it's low protein it's 10:44 low fat and and it's filled with sugar 10:47 water yeah so breast milk is so if you 10:49 and there's so many women that were if 10:52 they go like where they're just all high 10:54 protein no car but while trying to build 10:56 breast milk they lose the breast milk so 10:58 to bring the bring breast milk back it 11:00 saves me like know you got 11:01 bananas in you got to bring potatoes in 11:04 but not as a great yeah so it's really 11:06 important that's really cool yeah like I 11:09 don't like on a day that you're eating 11:11 healthy does you honestly every time I 11:13 talk to you it's like you're always like 11:14 no no I'm still I'm still on it I'm 11:17 still doing it I'm still you know this 11:19 is what I'm having I'm having you know 11:21 the salads that you have in our books 11:24 all those recipes where you can make 11:28 even the the mock cheese sauce yeah yeah 11:32 that's really good that tastes so good 11:33 even though there's no cheese or dairy 11:35 in it and I just really feel like you 11:39 can make yummy foods that are nutritious 11:42 and delicious and that's what I'm all 11:44 about and especially with feeding the 11:46 kids there are so many wonderful like 11:50 vegetables and salads and things that 11:54 you can incorporate into their their 11:57 diet and even my little one hot who's 21 12:01 months he has his celery juice and asked 12:04 every day for it every morning an empty 12:06 stomach is it these little sippy cup B 12:08 celery juice he has coconut he's always 12:11 like oh and you know when like when 12:19 babies want celery juice and toddlers 12:22 want celery juice and I mean it it's 12:24 really remarkable because you know it's 12:27 like they can they're there yeah what's 12:32 like the intuition of a baby you know at 12:35 that and blueberries the frozen 12:37 blueberries yeah every morning heart has 12:41 his blueberries and he gets it all over 12:43 his fingers and I just let him make a 12:45 mess because I they're so good for him 12:47 and everything his fingers he's mouth 12:50 everything gets blue and I'm like okay 12:52 time for mommy to wipe your hands yeah 12:56 the wild blue yeah yeah it's the it's 12:59 that literally the richest blue there is 13:02 and any fruit on the planet 13:04 yeah it's the wild poop in this movie he 13:06 actually likes this movie too 13:08 that's incredible yeah somebody's good 13:09 cuz it's got the blueberries in there 13:12 coconut have you got a little bit of 13:14 dolls you 13:15 like spirulina barley grass banana yep 13:20 banana 13:20 exactly it's so perfect yeah and the 13:23 reason why you know like I get always 13:25 get asked this question like why why is 13:27 this heavy-metal detox smoothie 13:29 constructed like this and for one is in 13:33 order to get a nutrient into our cells 13:35 you have it has to be glucose that 13:38 drives it into the cell so nutrients 13:40 like if we take supplements all day long 13:42 and we you know because there's some 13:44 great supplements out there and there's 13:45 different things or some foods that you 13:46 think are nutritious because you're 13:48 totally maybe supplemental you take my 13:51 b12 this much might be 12 under my in my 13:53 lemon balm my tongue my goodness I have 13:56 it in my bag I'll have to do that 13:58 yeah well that's what's cool if you're 13:59 doing it every day and you like miss a 14:00 day okay it's fine yeah I haven't been a 14:03 today I'm doing it every day but I miss 14:06 it yeah oh they'll do it as soon as we 14:07 finish it what's your dosage anyway um 14:10 the b12 I'm doing to drop offals ok cool 14:13 you're sticking with what I wanted okay 14:17 good 14:18 is it for dropper fools once a day i hat 14:20 orders do I have um for twice a day I'm 14:22 trying to remember now I'm boosting once 14:24 a day maybe I could do should I do you 14:27 can do two Fabri falls twice a day you 14:29 can do yeah and the celery force and the 14:36 celery force which keeps like our brains 14:39 sharp I mean yeah I don't even need to 14:42 sleep like I don't know I was just 14:43 finishing a book deadline I don't even 14:45 need to sleep with that I'm sleeping 14:49 like four maybe five hours a night and 14:52 to be honest I've never felt better 14:54 that's because I'm eating healthy and 14:56 I'm taking care of myself and you know 14:59 I've always said it's about a balance 15:01 and I like to have like 80% healthy and 15:03 20% indulgent but you've been mentoring 15:07 me to be more strict with myself which 15:11 has definitely been paying off in the 15:14 way that I feel my energy levels and and 15:17 health but your you know what though you 15:20 like it you get committed you get 15:22 dedicated to it other people I work with 15:25 it's just like wait a minute what are 15:26 you 15:34 stop stop all the burglary well I like 15:37 you no wait you had shrimp that wasn't 15:39 on the program shrimp isn't on the 15:41 program yeah then and so and you're 15:43 always like you know you're always like 15:45 on it so that when I do a check-in la 15:48 what are you doing what's going on 15:50 you're like no um don't worry I'm good 15:53 yeah because I really noticed the 15:56 difference and look as I said life is a 15:59 balance it's about being educated making 16:01 those choices having healthy choices the 16:04 celery juice is really just like it 16:08 takes things to a nice level yeah it 16:10 just takes things to that whole other 16:11 level of health and wellness and I'm 16:13 just so grateful for that so thank you 16:15 well look it's spirit of compassion I 16:17 wouldn't I wouldn't know about it I 16:18 would never know just these sweet celery 16:20 juice because everybody like mocked that 16:23 what they called a vegetable they 16:25 thought that things just crudité you 16:27 know that it's just chopped you know you 16:29 chop that anything yeah you can chop it 16:32 up into a salad I guess put a little in 16:34 a salad you know you can ya put in a dip 16:37 basically so so you know and but it's 16:41 like for me it started in 1975 when I 16:43 was this little kid and and spirit of 16:45 compassion was like this is gonna be an 16:48 answer right here for a family member 16:50 that had a struggling back problem and 16:52 it fixed it and then Wow 16:53 and then spirit compassion was like you 16:55 know there's just like I remember spirit 16:57 compassion trying to convince me because 16:59 I was just like you sure I should keep 17:01 on recommending celery juice and I was 17:04 eight and nine years old and 10 years 17:05 old Spears like you know you have to 17:07 recommend this because this is going to 17:09 be that that that basically that 17:13 safeguard for people's health like no 17:15 other that's ever happened on this plan 17:18 it's going to be that that tool that 17:20 takes everybody to next level protects 17:22 them helps them recover if they're doing 17:24 something good for themselves this will 17:27 help take them to that next level even 17:28 more so and even if they're not doing 17:31 anything good for themselves it's gonna 17:32 help them yeah if you do it every day 17:34 it's an everyday thing I think don't you 17:37 think it's important this in every 17:38 it's like brushing your teeth it's true 17:41 exact on expect to have clean teeth if 17:44 you don't brush them it's like yeah 17:47 consistency I really feel is important 17:50 like and I feel like a lot of people 17:51 might go on it for a little bit then 17:53 they go off it but it's really important 17:55 to maintain the celery juice one little 18:00 thing you can do yeah right it's one you 18:02 know it should be like part of your life 18:04 you should just like when you're taking 18:06 showers exactly this should be in there 18:11 just like anything like anything you do 18:13 you put gas in your car you're always 18:14 gonna put gas through always decelerate 18:16 just whatever it is something that you 18:17 know you always do in your life and 18:20 whatever that is but celery juice should 18:23 always be a part of it like yeah 18:25 brushing your teeth like all of that 18:27 it's so important and I forgot to remind 18:31 everybody if you like this video thumbs 18:33 do give us a thumbs up but the bottom 18:39 line is what celery juice I find all the 18:41 time you know miranda is that people 18:43 will be like well I tried it for seven 18:45 days or I did it for 30 days and then I 18:48 stopped doing it and I noticed I was 18:51 actually feeling better from it so the 18:53 stop effect when people actually do it 18:55 just long enough and then they stop it 18:57 and then they're just like whoa 18:59 something changed I gotta go back on it 19:02 but actually it actually reminds you to 19:04 go back on it it has an ability to 19:06 remind people to go back on it how much 19:08 do you drink celery juice a day do you 19:10 know me yeah 64 ounces is what I try to 19:13 do okay wait no 30 like today it's been 19:20 this plus it was 32 this morning okay 19:23 so it's probably not I don't know I 19:25 don't think that's 64 today but there's 19:26 a lot of days where I'm like I'm like 16 19:29 ounces like I don't have it in the 19:30 fridge I take one bunch out that's all I 19:32 have and I run it through and I got like 19:33 I got 16 ounces which is the which I 19:37 like to use that is the bottom line for 19:39 people but yeah the bottom line is empty 19:41 stomach first thing in the morning empty 19:42 stomach first thing in the morning and 19:43 if you want to have additional salary 19:45 throughout the day you can just do the 19:47 empty stomach 19:48 'banahna oh no it doesn't have that's 19:50 still really helpful just don't put 19:52 anything in it do you have what do you 19:53 find it like that all that your friends 19:56 can I add lemon I'm like no I am celery 19:59 yeah what about a carrot I might know 20:06 everybody wants to put something in it 20:08 or mix it with something oh my god my 20:10 celery cheese put add parsley in there 20:11 and it happened and that's ok but it's 20:14 not gonna give it would it it's not 20:16 gonna let it do what it needs to do to 20:17 help us recover and help us get to where 20:20 we need to go yeah but you're really 20:22 eating amazing you oh you know you're 20:24 really eating really cleanup you're 20:25 doing 32 ounces that's mind-blowing a 20:27 lot of you guys are probably now doing 20:29 32 ounces some of you guys are doing 16 20:32 but 16 is always that like hey you know 20:35 that's what you need to have it run 20:36 through the body get up to the liver go 20:38 up into go up into your brain clean 20:41 everything out and send up heavy metal 20:43 so the heavy metal detox movie can 20:44 actually pull out the metals even easier 20:47 and can you tell me more about the lemon 20:49 water just like because being doing that 20:51 lately as well just cut your lemon water 20:55 yeah 32 ounces one lemon 20:58 perfect why you wake up in the morning 21:01 like all night long your liver is now 21:03 working it's working for you so whatever 21:05 you did if you if you're on a high-fat 21:06 diet if you're doing lots of fats during 21:08 the day and people are like I'm not on a 21:09 high-fat diet well if you're on nut 21:12 butters nut butters lots of avocados are 21:17 good for you it's just that we eat a lot 21:19 more of them than we should and that's 21:21 what happens and so your nut butters the 21:23 avocado you're on all the coconut oil 21:25 then you're then maybe you're doing some 21:27 dairy maybe you're doing some goat's 21:29 milk whatever it could be and or chicken 21:31 and so you're doing too many fats 21:33 throughout a day and then hey look if 21:36 you're not struggling with anything and 21:37 you're doing all the fats then your 21:39 liver will just kind of hang in there 21:40 for a while until it gets sluggish down 21:42 the road then you'll get your first 21:43 symptoms and then have to lower the fats 21:44 but what happens is that the lemon water 21:47 is there to flush out those poisons and 21:50 toxins that get built up by the liver 21:52 ready to deliver into the system ready 21:54 to get out so every single night it's 21:56 like there's a there's a workshop going 21:58 on and your liver a bunch of elves are 22:00 in there and they're just working on 22:01 getting all the 22:01 without packaging up getting them ready 22:03 and then that 32 ounces of lemon water 22:06 and it's really important that it's 32 22:07 ounces somewhere around there unless you 22:08 can't do that and I totally get it so know it every day thing that goes 22:34 in that goes that's incredible yeah that 22:36 that's like everybody should be doing if 22:38 you can oh yeah yeah I don't even do 22:41 that yeah I just it's a mess in my 22:43 kitchen it's just yeah have my like you 22:50 know celery juice bottle and it's in the 22:53 32 ounce so I know I'm exactly a my 32 22:55 ounces water bottle and my the heavy 23:01 metal detox smoothie which isn't it 23:04 isn't fully eight thirty trances it's 23:05 like whatever the recipe is yeah I just 23:08 sometimes you know it just fits well in 23:10 there it does yeah I can shake it and 23:13 add a little more coconut water if it 23:14 gets too thick that's perfect which 23:16 likes of one of your favorite medical 23:17 meeting books I have like a bunch 23:25 because you and I haven't we have a 23:27 photo with the holding the thyroid using 23:32 foods I feel like the liver rescue it's 23:34 good also your fifties that the first 23:36 one yeah that's the first one yeah 23:38 that's the one that tells a little bit 23:41 about my story if you don't know about 23:44 it and my dog and my dog was drowning 23:47 and in the ocean and I went out there 23:50 and it was a powerful story because so 23:54 many people are always like that that 23:55 story of what happened is just it's just 23:58 unbelievable so I'm really blessed that 24:01 actually survived that event back when I 24:04 was younger but anyway to talk about all 24:05 kinds of cool things and the liver a 24:07 grocery as well because I feel like 24:10 people don't understand also was it 24:12 apples 24:13 when your honor I was pregnant with 24:15 because I spoke to you and I was 24:17 pregnant the last two pregnancies yeah 24:19 but the last one it was just I was 24:21 craving apples like all the time apples 24:24 apples that's incredible you know 24:27 well the apples have like electrolytes 24:29 it's not like the celery juice 24:31 electrolytes but it's really powerful 24:32 electrolytes and people underestimate 24:35 the apples it's actually plus plus the 24:39 thing is they cleanse you the apples are 24:40 cleansing that's why it's part of liver 24:42 rescue it's part of it just it
