4:52 but it seems like all that
4:53 misinformation is good because when not

4:56 use it it's deceiving so linda must have
4:59 really been through something she must
5:01 have been really going through some
5:02 things like the weight
5:03 and and you weren't feeling good and you
5:05 must have tried some things right linda
5:07 because that's the whole thing and
5:08 but what you'll find right now with
5:10 social media and everything is that
5:12 you know the same old recycled stuff all
5:14 swimming around out there and when
5:16 you're not so sick and you're a person
5:17 with a symptom and you're trying this
5:18 and this and you're
5:20 selling this or doing that what happens
5:22 is it looks like hey
5:23 maybe that person's got the answer maybe
5:25 that's it but when in the end
5:27 it's all back to the same old recycled
5:29 bin of old health information
5:31 and never got people who really were
5:33 struggling better and that's that's
5:35 it makes all the difference it just does

10:50 luxury for that it's amazing like
10:52 you see it on instagram too it's like

10:55 like just the whole day is just

10:58 and it's like in my world of like
11:01 where i've grown up and stuff and
11:03 everything else it's like
11:05 um yeah that's that's amazing that
11:08 people can do that right now in their
11:09 life i can't
11:10 and i don't have the time i have to use
11:12 the time for just getting this
11:14 information out so i know like if you're
11:15 working a full-time job
11:17 and you got four kids and a lot of
11:20 people right now don't understand this
11:22 it's like that is like heavy duty like
11:25 you don't have that time and energy for
11:27 your self-care
11:28 and frightfully so i mean you're in big
11:31 demand you have four children and you're
11:33 working hard
11:34 and um and you don't have a luxury in
11:37 the moment to be like okay let me just
11:38 spend the next six months
11:40 just making peanut butter smoothie bowls
11:41 and taking instagram pics and i get it i
11:44 get it so just
11:45 what i would do what i would do though
11:47 with with with that is
11:49 morning cleanse is something you can do

11:55 you know when you're that busy and you
11:56 got that much going on maybe just start

19:55 i know people that when they're driving
19:57 driving their car and they're bloated it
19:59 just makes it so difficult and so hard
20:02 carrying things makes it so hard so i'm
20:04 so sorry you're going with you know the
20:05 chronic bloating and the swelling
20:07 um and you know and i've talked about
20:10 this for years and what i
20:11 i this is a question that i always get
20:14 asked by doctors
20:15 um that's another thing too so and
20:18 doctors would be like well i got this
20:20 patient you know and what do i do
20:22 and chronic bloating and and you know
20:25 and so i'm like okay first of all
20:27 we we got a liver issue and that's what
20:29 i would tell you know a doctor and they
20:30 would also send me looking they're
20:32 looking for liver enzymes they're
20:33 looking for liver problems
20:35 and that's one thing that's really
20:36 helpful um the other thing with
20:38 with that kind of bloating and that kind
20:40 of uh everything
20:41 is just know that your hydrochloric acid
20:43 is low and i've taught doctors that how
20:46 hydrochloric acid becomes really low
20:48 um and learn the true cause of bloating
20:50 so what i would do is
20:52 once again cleanse the heal learn the
20:53 true cause of bloating you can bring it
20:55 to your practitioner
20:56 but there's so so much you can do with
20:58 that there's so much you can do
21:00 um but bloating is one of those things
21:02 where if
21:03 i had bloating i'd get rid of milk
21:05 cheese butter
21:07 eggs gone i'd get rid of gluten gone
21:10 because those are gonna feed
21:11 any kind of bugs so with a lot of
21:14 different bloating cases you'll have
21:15 streptococcus in the intestinal tract
21:17 that's causing the bloating your
21:19 hydrochloric acid is low
21:20 so i get rid of those foods is what i
21:22 would do and then i would get the celery
21:24 juice going every single morning lemon
21:25 water going every single morning and i
21:27 would
21:27 start to rebuild my hydrochloric acid
21:30 because i start getting my liver bile
21:32 reserves back up getting my liver back
21:35 i mean that's already the start right
21:37 there which is so
21:38 important um karen says
21:41 inflammation i've tried your celery

22:23 and they can eat dairy and they can eat
22:25 whatever they want and they can have
22:26 they can eat and you probably people you
22:29 guys probably know some friends that can
22:30 eat whatever they want they're not
22:31 talking about inflammation are you
22:32 kidding
22:33 and because what it is it's not the
22:35 gluten
22:36 that causes inflammation it's like
22:39 gluten and things like
22:40 that that help feed a buggy in us that
22:42 causes inflammation so it's
22:44 bugs inside of us pathogens that create
22:47 the inflammation
22:49 not our body and not the foods and
22:52 that's why i don't have a food diet
22:53 belief system because i think someone
22:55 can eat it whatever they want they got
22:56 nothing going wrong with them
22:58 i also you know and i also think they
22:59 need to be eating really clean

24:53 category so now it's in the autoimmune

24:58 because they don't know the cause of it

25:01 it's viral so lyme disease is viral so
25:03 when you look at the symptoms fatigue
25:05 that's viral so you can actually find

26:00 with with all that but it's really viral
26:02 and it's really sad how it works i want

26:10 it's i just want you to have the answer
26:12 because when you're sick
26:14 and your body hurts and you get fatigue

26:21 probably are smart enough to know at
26:23 that point that
26:25 the health trends aren't what's fix it
26:27 going to fix it no apple cider vinegar
26:28 is going to fix that
26:30 i mean what a joke that is right i mean
26:32 what happens is when you're not so sick
26:34 and you can play around with all these
26:36 fun things on a circuit and spread
26:38 it around and everybody thinks it's an
26:39 answer to have apple cider vinegar as an
26:41 answer
26:41 it's amazing but the bottom line is i
26:43 know you've been through hell and back
26:45 if you're that sick and you dealt with

26:47 i want you to have the answers

27:05 ulcerative colitis is brutal i here's an
27:08 example here
27:09 is that people don't really get it
27:11 unless they've gone through something

27:14 disease before they like
27:16 you don't know what it's like to be sick
27:18 unless you've been there you know i've
27:20 really been there
27:21 ulcerative colitis just awful and
27:25 um it's women get ulcerative clients men
27:28 get ulcerative colitis it's really a
27:30 tough one and
27:31 um and that's a question i also get
27:33 asked by doctors too is colitis and
27:34 different things like that and there's
27:36 different levels of colitis there's
27:38 there's mild bleeding with ulcerative
27:40 colitis there's
27:41 heavy and extreme bleeding with
27:42 ulcerative colitis there's cramping
27:45 brutal pain and there's also there's
27:48 also
27:49 forms of colitis that you don't
27:50 hemorrhage and you're not bleeding at
27:52 all
27:52 but you but you got colitis and when you
27:56 look and cleanse the heel
27:57 you'll see the shingles section so
27:59 that's where i would go in the shingle
28:01 section you'll find colitis
28:03 and what i've always recommended with
28:06 anybody
28:07 like any any doctors that have sent
28:09 their people to me

28:42 colitis thing it's
28:44 it's it's in the lining of the in the
28:46 intestinal tract so shingles sits in the
28:48 lining of the intestinal tract
28:49 you can talk to your doctor bring the
28:51 information i recommend that all the
28:56 time

29:03 going on so your question is involuntary

29:06 yeah that's the jerking um the whole
29:09 jerking thing is really
29:11 really hard for people when they have
29:12 that so right sometimes it happens when
29:14 you're right before you even fall asleep

29:17 on waking you up you're falling asleep
29:19 and then you're jerking waking you up
29:20 you're falling asleep and then you're
29:22 it's just unbelievable what happens and
29:23 you're probably having them during the
29:24 daytime too from what it looks like
29:26 voluntary movements vibrations
29:28 vibrations when you feel like your
29:29 body's humming and buzzing and your
29:30 body's like vibrating and you're
29:32 you're doing this hummingbuzzy vibrating
29:34 thing that's really difficult too those
29:36 are
29:36 mysterious neurological symptoms to
29:38 research in science they
29:40 don't know what that stuff is and back
29:43 like oh my god like and that's the
29:45 difference right there where you're
29:46 dealing with all that rebecca and
29:48 so you're no fool you know the wool's
29:50 not pulled over your eyes as far as
29:52 research and science having all the
29:53 answers you know
29:54 you know that you've probably been to
29:56 god knows how many doctors with that how
29:57 many neurologists is worth
29:59 like with that so just know my heart

31:14 you just you tell young women that
31:16 they're just creating it with their

34:07 is it are you plant based have you done

35:45 day is just

35:48 and it's it's just
35:49 it's just and how to get disseminate

35:53 it's just endless but um first of all
35:56 with the hernias
35:57 don't overeat small meals that that's
36:00 critical
36:00 small meals and um and be cautious
36:03 you're not eating foods
36:04 that will bloat you up because you don't
36:07 want that
36:08 one like moment where you get
36:11 extra bloated and you pop the cork and
36:13 now you're getting surgery
36:14 emergent emergency surgery or something
36:16 like that you know and i always tell
36:18 tell you that i got a friend who's got a
36:20 hernia and it's like
36:21 any guinea hernia and i'm just like look
36:23 just of course don't lift anything heavy
36:26 but if you're bloated or you're stuffed
36:29 that's when it could go wrong you know
36:30 when you're really stuffed so you just
36:32 want to you know you want to eat light
36:34 but consistently
36:35 so it's not like all in one moment
36:37 that's just one thing i can
36:38 give you anyway that's helpful

36:46 okay well candida was a bad idea
36:49 and a bad theory back in the 80s and 90s
36:52 and it led
36:55 thousands and thousands of people astray
36:57 into never never land of
36:59 never getting better so if we're still

37:08 are just they just recirculate and they
37:11 they're still out there it's beyond me
37:14 that they're still out there because
37:15 candida is not the problem of why
37:16 somebody's sick
37:17 and so when when you still see that out

37:22 dear god dear god i mean it's the land
37:25 of just stupidness out there it's it's

37:31 know going out there all the

37:39 no one got better with the candida

37:46 it's like okay and then
37:47 you know and that's but that's not why
37:49 people are sick it's really sad
37:51 and but what they will offer is they'll
37:53 say stay off of gluten stay off of this
37:55 they'll stay off of medical medium no
37:56 foods
37:57 that i've been teaching about for 35
37:59 years they'll say stay off of this stay
38:01 off of the stay off of this
38:02 and then the person's getting a little
38:04 better and then they think hey that's my

38:09 that's not how it works it's just that
38:11 when you're staying off those no foods

42:42 might get diarrhea
42:45 i get it so bad and this is all i can
42:47 figure out that might be causing all the
42:49 intestinal distress
42:51 um options that will do similar to
42:53 celery juice first of all so you never
42:55 had
42:56 tim you never had intestinal distress
42:57 before and you never had diarrhea at all
42:59 before
43:00 um or is this like your intestinal tract
43:03 and gut problems
43:04 all perfect like your gut's great you
43:06 had nothing wrong with your gut
43:08 everything's stable with it no bloating
43:10 no anything and then you did celery
43:12 juice and then you have the diarrhea i'm
43:13 just
43:13 just asking questions so you can think
43:15 about it and the other thing is
43:18 do small amount do a really small amount
43:20 so what i would recommend
43:22 because what happens is if you're
43:23 getting diarrhea first of all i'm really
43:25 glad that you got the books and you're
43:26 reading them
43:26 when you're when you're getting the
43:28 diarrhea from celery juice lower the
43:30 amount of celery juice because that
43:31 means
43:31 that celery juice is killing something
43:34 so it's it's killing something it's
43:36 killing a die off so what happens is
43:37 what everybody walks around with they
43:39 walk around chances are if you're
43:41 taking care of yourself and you're
43:43 getting these books that means you do
43:44 have something going on in your body
43:46 that you're concerned about you're not
43:47 just feeling perfect and then you
43:48 decided to do medical medium information
43:51 most everybody does medical mean
43:52 information they get sick so they need
43:54 to do mental health information so
43:55 what's happening is
43:56 is realize that is that you got
43:59 something that the celery juice is
44:01 actually
44:02 destroying pathogens and when one
44:05 little bug dies like one little bug
44:08 dies we can have a reaction to that bug
44:11 dying
44:12 so when you kill off one little tiny bug
44:15 kill off a little bit of streptococcus a
44:17 little bit of staph
44:18 a little bit of c-diff you kill a little
44:20 bit of you know all this
44:21 and then that's that's something right
44:23 there you kill a little bit of
44:25 um shingles a little bit of epstein bar
44:27 but bacteria especially any of it when
44:28 that celery juice is going through
44:31 your intestinal tract it's it's a
44:32 cleanser it
44:34 people underestimate the amount of power
44:35 it has it's different than a celery
44:37 stick a celery stick
44:38 that's not going to do anything but when
44:40 you do the celery juice so what i would
44:42 recommend is
44:44 first of all are you don't do any eggs
44:46 don't do any dairy don't do any gluten
44:48 no corn no soy make sure that stuff's
44:50 out
44:51 and be cautious with all that stuff do

44:55 of celery juice if you want to try that
44:57 that's what i would recommend to
44:58 somebody asking me this if this was me
45:00 happening i'd be like okay four ounces
45:02 so i'd be like well what's this is this
45:04 four ounce six ounces what is this so
45:06 i would do a small amount each day
45:09 and see where that line is drawn because
45:12 it's going to go in there it's going to
45:13 start
45:13 breaking down pathogens killing off
45:15 bacteria and all that is what it's going
45:18 to start to do so that's what i would do

45:27 yeah anyway so but i'm proud of you for
45:30 even drinking it

48:35 makes menopause symptoms worse
48:37 because because the keto is high fat
48:40 so what you'll find is the higher fat

48:47 it's because your whole diet your diet
48:49 throughout your life was probably just
48:50 high in fat because everybody says it's

49:22 the hormonal issues menopause symptoms
49:24 try something like
49:26 try just the mono eating cleanse for a
49:28 little bit or try maybe the anti-bug
49:30 cleanse or
49:31 do 369 original the original 369 cleanse
49:34 if you want or advanced and you'll
49:36 notice that
49:37 as you're doing that and then you look
49:38 at some of the supplementation and
49:39 menopause symptoms and hormonal
49:41 imbalances
49:42 you'll notice once you bring some of the
49:43 subs in the supplements in
49:45 with doing the foods and not having to
49:47 do keto
49:48 you'll notice some of these menopause
49:50 symptoms going away
49:51 and you'll be like oh my god why are
49:53 they going away because it
49:55 menopause is different than the symptoms
49:58 menopause is
49:59 the change of life the period stops
50:01 you're getting older that kind of thing
50:02 it's normal you're really getting
50:03 younger and
50:04 your period stops and then what happens
50:06 is you're not supposed to have symptoms

50:31 them are terrible so you're just getting

50:34 and you're getting you can get toxic
50:35 heavy metals from your sink water you
50:37 can get other things that it won't it's
50:38 not a purifier
50:40 so the alkaline ionizer water machines
50:43 aren't pure fire so i recommend a
50:45 purifier so you're not
50:46 drinking water that has stuff in it that
50:48 shouldn't be in there so that's one
50:50 and i know the ionizer sales people the
50:52 pyramid scheme and all that that's
50:54 happening they'll just tell you that
50:55 yeah it's clean water it's clean water
50:57 it's just not true um and you can even
51:00 look into it it's not true but
51:01 the thing is the other problem is it's
51:03 ionized so
51:04 what happens is their metal plates are
51:06 in the machine and those metal plates
51:08 they get corroded over the years
51:10 so if i took apart your ionizer i would
51:12 find these two corroded plates and where
51:15 did all those metal particles
51:17 go and off those titanium plates and you
51:20 know platinum titanium whatever you
51:21 where did all the metal go they turn
51:23 they turn black they get all pitted and
51:25 decayed
51:26 and and um and so that has to go
51:30 somewhere
51:31 and it it goes in us so what i would do
51:34 is i would
51:35 i would you know consider like you know
51:37 the heavy metal detox cleanse may be
51:39 bringing into your life pulling out some
51:41 metals that might have been in there
51:42 the other thing is charge so you got the
51:44 metal plates in the machine
51:45 and then there's electricity going to

51:50 structure of the water

58:43 likes or feels is is adequate for you

58:47 i would avoid eggs dairy milk cheese
58:51 butter
58:51 which is dairy i would avoid that on a
58:53 diet keep the gluten out of the diet
58:55 that's the first step i would do

58:56 whether your animal protein or your
58:58 plant-based just obviously plant-based
59:00 you're not going to be doing
59:02 those foods but gluten you would be
59:04 doing so i would avoid that if you're

59:10 might see just with that alone because

1:00:24 vagus nerve gets sensitive and we get

1:00:27 because we're either low grade viral or
1:00:29 we got some toxic heavy metals and then
1:00:31 it triggers off an eating disorder or
1:00:33 you know we've been through hell
1:00:34 you know and back we had a really
1:00:36 difficult experience
1:00:38 an emotional experience or a really big
1:00:40 upset in our life or a loss
1:00:41 and that can trigger it off and when i
1:00:44 talk about how
1:00:45 you know your your your body loves you
1:00:47 and it's working with you on this so
1:00:49 just just
1:00:50 try to keep a light heart the best you
1:00:52 can and um
1:00:53 and you do what you can't you do you can
1:00:55 but um but
1:00:57 but try to look into some of this you
1:00:58 can learn i'm gonna do more about eating
1:01:00 disorders and everything so i'm gonna
1:01:02 talk about that just know i'm proud of
1:01:03 you if you try any of this stuff
1:01:04 as you're trying to get yourself back
