1:22 it's get people addicted get people
1:24 hooked and own their soul
1:26 that's what the caffeine industry wants
1:28 to do and i'm not talking about really
1:30 good heartache good intentioned
1:32 people who start up you know a coffee
1:34 shop
1:35 a coffee business um you know whatever
1:37 they want to sell a really good matcha
1:39 tea i'm
1:40 not talking about that that kind of
1:43 thing where it's that i'm talking about
1:45 the industry above them that gets
1:46 them addicted too it's it's an addiction
1:49 caffeine's a drug
1:50 okay it sounds harsh it's all good but
1:53 what happens is women get hair thinning
1:55 and it comes from years of caffeine not
1:58 every
1:58 not everybody the hair thinning can
2:00 happen for a few other reasons a couple
2:01 of other reasons but
2:03 but for the most part the caffeinated
2:06 beverages
2:07 the chocolate what it does is it beats
2:09 down women's adrenals and women
2:11 need their adrenals super strong for

2:15 for birthing babies for the reproductive

2:18 for the fact that they handle so much
2:20 and they do more do more

4:07 they want them all hooked and they
4:08 wanted to own the person's soul
4:10 and they wanted to the caffeine industry
4:13 knows that if they can just control

4:16 on a caffeine addiction they got them
4:19 they're set they're set and they can
4:21 they can make trillions off of
4:22 off of caffeine you know caffeine from
4:24 there on out it's it's really
4:26 it's a really important topic um lisa
4:29 says coffee is my biggest obstacle
4:32 because it's it's it's a tough one it's
4:35 like it's it's an addiction
4:36 and i listen i don't blame you one bit
4:39 you need to know this like when when the
4:42 industries get us hooked on something
4:44 and they don't teach us otherwise and
4:46 they don't give us opportunities and
4:48 we don't get these opportunities to find
4:49 out what's going on with why we have
4:51 brain fog or why we got fatigue and why
4:53 we don't feel good
4:54 and the industries don't want us to know
4:56 how to fix those things they want us
4:58 hooked on that coffee so lisa it's not

5:01 it's not like it's your fault on any
5:03 level and plus it tastes good when you
5:05 put sugar in it
5:06 and you put you know you know if you put
5:08 sugar in coffee and you put whatever
5:10 soy cream or soy you would have soy
5:12 creamer or cream in it or whatever you
5:13 want to do
5:14 it tastes good right and so that's the
5:17 whole thing on its own
5:18 but but it's not your fault if it's your
5:20 biggest obstacle
5:21 you're a good person you didn't do

5:58 respect for everybody good chocolate i

6:00 people who want to get their first you
6:01 know what they wanna they wanna
6:04 get into you know start a company in a
6:05 business and sell chocolate i get
6:07 respect for everybody
6:08 that's not it that's not the people i'm

6:12 is this hierarchy is this evil giant
6:15 and that evil giant is downright
6:18 despicable and
6:20 that giant needs women especially women
6:24 hooked on coffee they want them hooked
6:27 on caffeine they want them hooked on
6:28 you know the teas they want them hooked
6:30 on everything and
6:32 it's really sad and they want to own
6:34 women's souls
6:35 and that's what that industry wants to
6:36 do i know this for a fact
6:38 this is what they do and um
6:41 and it's you know it's one of those
6:43 things

7:04 have issues with their joints being way
7:06 too loose and they feel like they could

11:47 and in the arm too but but what happens
11:50 is it prompts the adrenals
11:52 to flood so instantly your adrenals are

11:59 when you get stung by a bee adrenaline

22:13 all of that and they've seen also
22:14 nutritionists and they tried different

22:17 i think that insults people so it's not
22:20 going to insult me

22:23 me a chance to just talk about the topic

22:26 and but you're insulting people who
22:30 they're not stupid so and um people
22:33 go to doctors and they've been to a lot
22:35 of doctors
22:36 and they're still stuck with all their
22:38 different symptoms and conditions
22:40 so and they're suffering and they're
22:41 struggling so i would say ann
22:43 have some respect and they've seen their
22:46 nutritionists
22:47 and they've seen their health coaches so
22:48 i would just say
22:50 consider them and maybe not just think
22:53 about yourself
22:54 and think about me kind of what i do is
22:58 i'm thinking about them so i'm thinking
23:00 of the person who's suffering with the
23:01 worst trigeminal neuralgia where they
23:02 want to kill themselves
23:04 okay i'm thinking about the 20 year old
23:06 who can't go to college
23:07 and can't even look at the computer
23:08 screen because she can't
23:10 see properly because she has brain fog
23:12 and blurry eyes
23:14 i worry about and fatigue and she's and
23:17 her mom
23:17 has taken her already to 20 doctors
23:20 i'm worried about them and i'm worried
23:22 about the people who have
23:24 you know who can't get into a car
23:25 because their anxiety is so bad they
23:26 have a seizure before they get to their

23:58 and think about the street cred if you
23:59 look at the gold level label on this

24:04 um other books in health and and if you
24:07 look at the gold
24:08 label it says millions of copies sold in

24:30 and the suffering and people who

24:38 i get debilitating panic attacks
24:40 randomly triggered by fear or not
24:43 um being able to sleep once i start a
24:46 panic attack then it's nearly impossible
24:48 to stop
24:49 without taking conventional
24:50 pharmaceuticals i've been healing with
24:52 mm for two years and i got the panic
24:55 attack
24:56 and i got the panic attack shortly after
24:57 trying the advanced 369
25:00 for two days was off b12 for two months

25:43 and they get hypersensitive and when
25:45 they get hypersensitive
25:48 then you know you can be susceptible to
25:50 a panic attack at any point
25:51 any time and and fear can trigger one
25:55 at any moment i know when people have
25:57 severe anxiety and they got
25:59 they got um they're very sensitive they
26:02 can have a panic attack
26:03 really easily anything can trigger it it
26:06 could even be trying something new
26:08 i've seen people try something new for
26:10 the first time no matter what that is
26:12 i've seen people say well i'm going to
26:13 try coconut oil but i never tried it
26:16 before let me try it they have a panic
26:17 attack as they're trying it
26:19 or someone who's trying something new or
26:21 someone who's trying even a new
26:22 pharmaceutical they have a panic attack
26:24 while they're trying a new
26:25 pharmaceutical
26:26 and what happens is when the vagus nerve
26:29 gets so
26:30 hypersensitive and you end up getting
26:32 ptsd because of it
26:33 so you end up getting the whole ptsd
26:35 issue then we we run
26:38 into trouble so then it's like a vicious
26:39 cycle we got the hypersensitive nerves
26:42 the vagus nerve and phrenic nerves and
26:43 then
26:44 we have the ptsd associated with it
26:47 because then we get
26:48 we it just it turns into a vicious cycle
26:50 it's so hard for people and i'm so sorry
26:52 you're suffering with that and all that
26:54 so if you go into the book if you go
26:55 into medical medium you can take the
26:57 book to your doctor you'll see that
26:58 there's an anxiety section there
27:00 and that's a great place to start and
27:04 um and another thing too is
27:07 is that with anxiety you can also have a
27:11 low-grade viral infection with toxic
27:12 heavy metals
27:13 creating that inflammation with the
27:16 vagus turbine phrenic nerve so with the
27:18 vagus nerve and phrenic nerves you can
27:19 have
27:20 the toxic heavy metals mercury's the big
27:21 one so
27:23 mercury is definitely the big one with
27:25 anxiety that's a huge
27:27 huge piece of a lot of people's
27:29 anxieties
27:30 and then anxiety conditions and then the
27:32 other things low-grade virus is like the
27:34 epstein-barr
27:35 what happens is epstein-barr tends to
27:36 feed off of mercury
27:38 tends to release a neurotoxin the
27:40 neurotoxin floats around
27:42 it saturates itself on a nerve once it
27:44 saturates itself on a nerve like
27:46 like a vagus nerve or phrenic nerves
27:48 they get hypersensitive
27:49 and then we have a panic attack so if i
27:53 had anxiety i'd be in the anxiety
27:55 section i
27:56 there's so many ways to go about it what
27:58 i would do
27:59 is i would do the model eating cleanse
28:02 that's what i would do something really
28:03 simple because um when it's simple and
28:07 basic like that
28:08 and you keep your fats low and you're
28:10 doing the mono eating cleanse
28:12 like the potato monowing cleanse of the
28:14 celery juice and then you have
28:16 then you have the steamed potatoes and
28:19 then you have the smoothie and so forth
28:20 and the lemon water and
28:22 and when you do you know when you do
28:24 that kind of thing
28:26 when you're doing like the moderating
28:27 cleanse it's so easy and gentle on
28:30 sensitive nerves and that's what i would
28:32 recommend for myself if i had anxiety or
28:34 a friend or a loved one had that
28:36 go to your doctor ask them what they
28:37 think about the book
28:39 and and i don't know what you have been
28:42 doing for the last couple years or so

28:46 know like what what you've been up to in

30:57 did you have it a spider bite did you

31:06 care of if you don't get emergency
31:08 medical attention
31:09 or or medical attention you know black
31:11 widow spider can be really annoying
31:13 and and cause that you know when you do
31:16 get bit over time
31:17 the brown will wreck loose is really
31:18 annoying too these these fighters are
31:20 annoying i mean were you diagnosed with
31:21 a spider bite
31:22 was it an official spider bite or are
31:25 you just getting numbness in the body
31:27 and nobody knows but you thought you had
31:28 a bite like there's so many different
31:30 avenues and
31:30 i'm not trying to insult you at all or
31:32 throw you off that's not it you might
31:34 have got you might even seen this by
31:36 spider bite you
31:37 and then and then the doctor said yes
31:39 you had a
31:40 a brown recluse spider by yes you had a
31:42 black widow spider bite yes you had a
31:44 wolf spider bite
31:46 so that's one thing there but spider
31:49 bites yeah they can be really annoying
31:52 they haven't they have a neurotoxic
31:54 effect so you get numbness
31:56 that could last for years or just last
31:59 for the moment
32:00 you get numbness because of neurotoxins
32:02 because spider bite venom
32:03 is neurotoxic to some degree in a lot of
32:06 cases so
32:07 meaning like to some people they're not
32:09 that sensitive some people are more
32:10 sensitive i've seen people get spider
32:12 bites it's like it didn't even happen i
32:14 i got a friend who can have a black
32:16 widow bite their hand and

32:27 was a spider bite then i would go into
32:29 tingles and numbness neurological

33:44 and with all the studies that you can

33:50 weird is i don't know why
33:52 it's just some of the people don't know

33:56 professionals like how do they not know
33:58 that like is it because they've never

34:35 really simple
34:36 actually you can go so so gentle and

34:44 you can do aloe vera and i talk about
34:46 that in here you can do a little bit

39:36 you have your period

39:45 medical medium information it's it's not
39:46 out there you can't google it or

39:54 body so that means if your
39:56 uh migraines okay or are because of a
40:00 little bit of strep that's in your
40:01 system all these years a little bit of
40:03 strep inside the sinuses
40:05 um a little bit of epstein bar inside
40:07 the liver or however or
40:09 nerves are sensitive or a little bit of
40:11 toxic heavy metals all of it that i talk
40:12 about through migraines and things like
40:14 that
40:15 and sensitive nerves like vagus nerve
40:17 frantic nerves
40:18 trigeminal nerves and you get the
40:19 headache you get them like the
40:20 neurological migraines
40:22 so when it happens that happens during
40:24 menstruation
40:25 and because and it could happen during
40:27 ovulation a little bit too so it can
40:29 happen there too because 40
40:31 of a woman's immune system goes directly
40:33 to the reproductive system during
40:34 ovulation leaving
40:36 only 60 percent everywhere else so it's
40:39 it's
40:39 because of that you're not when women go
40:41 into their cycles and ovulation they're
40:43 not running on 100 immune system
40:45 and then anything they have that's what
40:47 happens with women that's why acne
40:48 breaks out that's streptococcus during
40:50 cycles
40:51 or shortly after cycles or so that's why
40:54 when women have fatigue they get more
40:56 fatigue during their cycles because
40:58 they're dealing with something else
40:59 and their immune system is going all the
41:01 way to the reproductive system instead
41:03 of watching everything else it's it's
41:05 the difference between men and women
41:07 it's one of the
41:08 one of these differences between men and
41:10 women men's immune systems just

43:33 conditions get down to the bottom of
43:34 their conditions so when their periods
43:36 come they're not
43:37 they're not mortified or scared or ptsd

44:37 and i would consider you know some b12

44:42 would consider but when it comes down to
44:44 nails
44:45 um and and she can go to the doctor she
44:48 can take the information
44:50 too so nothing she can go to the doctor
44:52 she can take the information
44:54 and see what the doctor wants to do or
44:55 anything and you can look in the back of
44:57 the different stuff back there
44:58 but but foods are a great way to start
45:01 and you can talk to the doc
45:02 talk to your mom's doctor and find out
45:04 what
45:05 which you know find out what your doctor
45:07 feels like for different things
45:08 i know that's spinach and i talked to
45:11 another doctor recently about nails and
45:13 stuff
45:14 i recommended spinach and spinach soups
45:16 so you take raw spinach
45:18 you put in a blender you make a spinach
45:20 soup i talk about the recipes and all
45:21 the medical medium books
45:22 and the spinach soup really does help
45:25 with that with the liver and the nails

45:27 coupled with a little bit of celery

45:31 aloe water lemon water these are just
45:33 little basics and she can talk to her
45:35 doctor about what she

47:39 is i would be on low fats really low fat
47:42 so if you're an animal protein person
47:44 and you like animal protein
47:45 maybe once a day only do animal protein
47:47 once a day and i would
47:49 i would do it at the end of the day i
47:51 would never do eggs i would stay away
47:53 from eggs i would stay away from
47:55 dairy products completely butter milk
47:58 cheese
47:59 kefir yogurt i would get rid of if i had
48:01 that condition
48:03 and so and i would stay off of the
48:05 caffeine if i had the condition if you
48:07 possibly can so these are some of the
48:08 things i would do i would stay off of
48:09 fermented foods if i had that condition
48:11 so i'm just giving you
48:12 what to stay away from what to bring in
48:15 um
48:16 well leafy greens are important can you
48:19 do some
48:20 lettuces some mosh a little bit of kale
48:22 if you can some spinach
48:23 the spinach soups are great can you do
48:25 that can you do the lemon water in the
48:27 morning
48:28 do you like any fruit at all are you
48:30 afraid of fruit there's so many people
48:32 afraid of fruit it's so sad
48:34 do you like any fruit you can do the
48:35 smoothies so with lichen plantal
48:37 plenaries with
48:39 polaris what you want to do is is you
48:40 want to do like the heavy metal detox
48:42 cleanse it's something i would focus on
48:45 um that's a possibility there you can
48:48 you can take it one step at a time with
48:50 that condition you can really look at

51:15 causes bloating so you read that in the
51:16 back here and you find out what causes
51:18 bloating to begin with okay
51:20 and then um you learn that it's low
51:22 hydrochloric acid
51:24 so low hydrochloric acid from years ago
51:26 from your whole life
51:28 so your stomach glands just have not
51:30 returned to the where they need to be
51:32 yet they haven't got to that place of
51:34 where they need to be the other can
51:36 the other thing that happens is low bile

52:04 rid of the nuts and seeds for a while

52:07 avocado you get rid of the oils and if
52:10 you're doing animal proteins get rid of
52:12 the animal
52:12 proteins for a while get rid of all the
52:14 fats whether plant-based or animal-based
52:17 whether you're a plant-based or animal

52:20 and what happens is you have all these
52:21 old rotting proteins on lining the
52:24 intestinal tract all these old rancid
52:25 fats that have been there for years 10
52:27 20 30 years
52:28 they're on the inside you know the

59:09 okay if you stop your plant-based fats
59:12 that'd be nuts seeds avocado and all
59:14 that your most
59:16 those are high-calorie foods you're most
59:18 likely stopping those and not getting
59:20 enough calories on the opposite end
59:22 so here's how it goes so you're eating
59:25 your plant-based diet
59:27 you stop the highest calorie part of
59:30 your diet which is the fats
59:32 so you stop eating two avocados a day
59:34 you stop eating uh
59:36 you know handfuls of cashews you stop
59:38 eating oils
59:39 you stop those high calories okay once
59:42 those are gone
59:44 you're under calorie now without
59:45 realizing so you don't know how to like
59:48 all of a sudden bring in enough potatoes

1:01:03 leafy greens and you're not
1:01:05 like giving up calories
1:01:08 and that's what happens to try that
1:01:11 that's one angle right there it could be
1:01:12 really helpful i love that food question

1:01:17 in there
1:01:18 more the celery juice more of the
1:01:20 lettuce is and you
1:01:21 keep that balance while you're getting
