do as you fall 0:19 asleep 0:20 that's another powerful thing which is 0:21 amazing so 0:23 like your subconscious mind is still 0:26 doing the meditation 0:27 as you're sleeping that's what's 0:29 incredible about it so talking about the 0:31 brain meditation 0:32 it was released today and i hope you 0:35 guys 0:36 you know experienced it already i hear 0:38 some people are doing it three times a 0:40 day 0:40 some people are doing it two times a day 0:42 people are crying when they do that has 0:44 that happened with you 0:46 are you are is it bringing you to tears 0:48 because i'll tell you why that happens 0:50 what kind of release that occurs 0:52 during the brain meditation hi so 0:56 i want to talk about all that good 0:57 evening so glad you guys are here going 0:59 to talk about the brain meditation and 1:00 the power it has 1:02 and what it's doing for people and i'm 1:05 i'm curious to know how it's going for 1:06 you guys too so if you want to 1:08 let me know how you're feeling with it 1:10 and what's happening there yeah the 1:12 brain meditation 1:13 janet it was it was powerful did you try 1:15 that hi you guys 1:16 hi michelle um it you know it's really 1:19 one of these things where 1:20 i had to make sure that you guys 1:24 have this tool because here's what goes 1:27 on when we go through losses 1:29 betrayals broken hearts broken 1:31 friendships broken relationships 1:34 dorina you fell asleep while listening 1:37 so and um 1:40 alexandra hi anthony i did the brain 1:42 meditation twice today 1:44 oh my god incredible i felt nauseous the 1:47 first time why 1:48 the second i fell asleep afterwards that 1:50 was a release 1:52 so that's what that was when fear leaves 1:54 us 1:55 it it it what happens is that nausea 1:59 that's the vagus nerve the vagus nerve 2:01 is attached to the emotional center of 2:03 your brain 2:03 the emotional center of your brain is 2:07 is holding on to all this fear even if 2:09 you don't know 2:10 it's holding on to this fear from maybe 2:13 a relationship 2:14 uh breakup that happened years ago or 2:16 confrontation 2:18 or a loss or a heartache or broken trust 2:20 or a friendship of some kind that may 2:22 not any kind of hurt or wounds or maybe 2:25 a great loss 2:26 and what happens is that fear sits 2:29 inside 2:29 of us and it it creates a gap 2:33 between the soul and our physical brain 2:35 so 2:36 when that fear leaves and it's leaving 2:39 that's why it's important to do the 2:40 brain meditation more than once 2:42 do it twice or do three times alexandra 2:44 i'm really 2:45 happy that you did it more than once 2:47 because 2:48 then it's only gets better because 2:50 you're releasing that much fear and that 2:52 much fear and then 2:53 the bridge comes together the bridge 2:56 actually comes together between your 2:57 soul 2:58 and your physical brain the emotional 3:00 center of your physical brain and this 3:02 bridge comes together 3:03 and it starts to close the gap because 3:05 that gap 3:06 was filled with fear as we go through 3:08 hardships that gap 3:09 opens and opens and opens and it gets 3:12 filled with fear 3:13 and so this powerful brain meditation 3:17 releases that fear so the gap gets 3:19 filled so 3:20 so your soul comes back to the emotional 3:23 center of the brain so it starts to 3:24 reconnect again 3:25 because then we get depersonalization 3:27 when fear is sitting in there 3:29 we get mild bouts of depression we get 3:31 mild 3:32 mild issues anxiety all kinds of 3:34 different things that happen along the 3:36 way 3:36 we can't trust anymore so the brain 3:39 meditation 3:40 is a way to get rid of that fear so that 3:42 the soul can come back and 3:44 heal and that connection can be made and 3:47 it's really powerful 3:48 really really powerful and you can fall 3:50 asleep during it 3:52 which is incredible because it's still 3:54 going to have an effect it's still going 3:56 to work you can do the brain meditation 3:58 as a sleep meditation every single night 4:01 what it can do to help you heal can take 4:03 you to a whole nother level 4:05 okay so i want to tell you where you can 4:07 find the as you're 5:40 falling asleep you can rid the fear 5:42 as you're falling asleep you can because 5:44 your subconscious is still 5:45 doing the meditation as you're falling 5:48 asleep 5:49 and it's really powerful like that 5:51 elizabeth 5:52 says i cried during the entire 5:54 meditation it happens a lot most people 5:56 are going to cry 5:58 and because it's that healing from a 6:01 deep level so he cried during the entire 6:02 meditation 6:03 and felt a deep loss i felt before thank 6:06 you for sharing anthony 6:08 if you can you do the meditation again 6:10 and you do it again and you make sure 6:12 any kind of fear that happened during 6:14 that deep loss keeps on 6:16 leaving so it works more and more jody 6:19 said 6:20 did brain meditation today extremely 6:22 emotional 6:23 lots of tears but felt like some weight 6:25 was lifted 6:26 we'll be doing this every day jody a 6:29 weight was 6:30 lifted that was trapped fear that 6:33 creates this divide between the soul 6:36 and your physical brain and body how 6:38 does this happen 6:39 when you get when things happen to you 6:41 in your life trauma or 6:42 loss or any kind of ptsd that you've 6:44 been suffering with or any kind of 6:46 emotional blow that you've ever had 6:48 what happens the soul comes out of body 6:51 a little bit that's what happens to us 6:52 like 6:53 you get this news like oh my god what 6:55 just happened i just got hurt 6:56 i just got hurt emotionally i got a 6:58 broken heart now and 7:00 you have this out of body experience for 7:01 a moment and when that happens 7:03 fear fills the gap and but the fear 7:05 doesn't go away 7:07 it stays there and minute there's other 7:09 meditations don't rid that fear 7:10 it won't go anywhere this is actually 7:12 designed to pull that fear out 7:15 so the soul comes together with the 7:18 physical part of your body 7:19 and it fills that gap and then that 7:21 weight is lifted 7:22 that weight is lifted it's so important 7:26 i've used this 9:43 to rid that to rid the fear 9:45 from trauma and loss and it's really 9:48 really powerful but it's emotional too 9:51 you may cry 9:52 as you're ridding that it could feel 9:53 works when 10:45 you do the brain meditation 10:47 and i'm going to answer comments too i'm 10:48 looking at the monitor to answer 10:49 comments 10:50 and the brain meditation is unlike 10:53 anything out there 10:54 and it's life-changing gina says i did 10:57 the meditation this morning it really 10:59 does 10:59 work it it i i've been doing it 11:03 and i and i'm the one that did the 11:05 medicine you know i'm the one that did 11:07 the meditation for you guys to have it 11:09 and i do it i use it i use it 11:12 it's that powerful it's that powerful 11:15 and um so um you can you this 11:29 does what the brain meditation does 11:31 okay with which nothing else like this 11:34 does this 11:34 is it reconnects your soul to your 11:37 physical body because when you get 11:38 delivered 11:40 uh jarring news like a loss or 11:44 maybe somebody cheated on you or a 11:46 friendship didn't work out and you've 11:48 been really 11:48 hurt or you lost a loved one or you had 11:52 a bad experience or a bad emotional 11:53 experience 11:54 well we have this fear that builds up 11:56 between our soul 11:57 and our physical brain and the soul 12:00 every time we get delivered bad news 12:02 we have this out of body shock and our 12:04 soul just gets shocked and it gets out 12:05 of body for a second it's like a 12:07 protection method 12:08 but it never realigns back again because 12:11 fear fills in the gap 12:13 old wounds old emotional wounds from 12:15 that fear gets filled into the gap 12:17 what this exercise does what this brain 12:20 meditation does 12:21 is it pulls the fear out of the middle 12:25 so that your soul can come close and 12:28 reconnect with your physical brain your 12:30 neurons in the emotional center of your 12:32 brain 12:32 up here so in the emotional center of 12:34 the brain so it's critical 12:36 and then what happens then is you have 12:39 this weight lifted off 12:40 you start healing you may cry during 12:42 this and 12:43 you everything starts to just improve 12:46 emotionally 12:48 mentally clarity the healing that can 12:50 happen 12:51 and if you're somebody that has a 12:52 difficult falling sleep try this as a 12:54 sleep meditation too because 12:55 or just even if you don't have a 12:57 difficulty falling asleep use it as a 12:59 sleep meditation 13:00 every single night so that when you fall 13:02 asleep and the meditation is going 13:05 that that subconsciously it's happening 13:07 for you so you're doing your healing 13:09 share it with people too please do um 13:13 okay lou demilla it was very special for 13:15 me 13:16 i couldn't concentrate first and then i 13:19 fell asleep and afterwards i felt 13:22 relieved 13:23 wanted to repeat it again so we'll do 13:25 before bedtime 13:26 it's probably one of the best times is 13:29 every night before bed 13:31 you could do it in the morning you could 13:33 do it in the middle of the day you could 13:34 do it 13:35 before a nap if you have a chance to 13:36 ever take a nap for a minute 13:38 and i know you guys are so busy many of 13:39 you and but before bed 13:42 every single night the the 13:46 amount of healing that could be done 13:48 with a soul 13:50 if you do this meditation every single 13:52 night 13:53 it's just it's unbelievable it's just 13:55 epic um the details of how to find this 13:57 brain meditation 13:58 it work if you are angry 14:59 yes because the anger 15:02 what happens with anger is that anger 15:04 usually starts because we get fearful 15:06 and fearful 15:06 and fear is trapped in us and it's 15:09 trapped between our soul and our 15:10 emotional brain so our physical 15:12 emotional brain so we get we get this 15:13 fear that's trapped in us and that can 15:15 easily trigger off fear 15:16 and anger too in so many ways deep 15:19 seated 15:19 and it's incredible for that to help rid 15:22 that if you feel anger coming on 15:24 you can you're welcome to do this and do 15:26 this look you know you know this you know 18:49 this i mean it's not like i'm telling 18:50 you something you don't know michelle 18:52 and when you go through that shock it 18:54 just knocks the soul right out of you 18:57 and just knocks it right out of you and 18:59 it just hovers 19:00 the outer body when you get that trauma 19:02 when you get that 19:03 news when you get that experience it 19:05 just knocks it out of you like this 19:07 and it's so hard it's so hard and so um 19:11 to bring that back and make that 19:12 connection to get 19:14 those wounds out and that fear out this the gaps in the bridge 20:46 that's what it is the brain meditation 20:48 gets rid of the gaps in the bridge 20:51 so the soul and the physical brain can 20:53 come together and the fear leaves 20:55 it's critical to mend the wounds 20:59 in the bridge that's happening there 21:01 it's critical to mend those wounds 21:03 and the brain meditation is the only is 21:06 the only powerful tool 21:08 24:29 reason why 24:30 is is your subconscious brain your 24:32 subconscious mind 24:33 is actually hearing the entire episode 24:36 when you're sleeping 24:38 so and i'm doing the work for you that's do this brain 26:22 meditation 26:23 and the soul starts to come back 26:26 and connect and there's nothing in there 26:29 anymore between the fear and all the 26:31 chaos and that goes away 26:32
