without vitamin c 0:32 vitamin c was completely void of being 0:35 in you and being part of your life well 0:36 b12 is a big part of that too that's the 0:39 big one right there it's b12 but 0:41 mine 1:32 got divorced and i know all kinds of of 1:34 things that people are going through 1:36 and it just takes the toll and you could 1:38 go through a lot with these different 1:40 emotional struggles and hardships and 1:41 b12 just we just lose 1:43 our b12 we lose it and where are we 1:46 getting it from 1:47 are we getting it from foods which foods 1:49 have it well you got to hear about a little bit in a couple minutes 2:04 talk about like vegans and plant-based 2:06 people where 2:07 they're afraid about not getting their 2:09 b12 and where did they get their b12 how 2:12 do they get their b12 it's a big fear 2:15 and i even say i even talk about it in 2:17 this episode you guys 2:19 i talk about that kind of thing 2:21 happening is like you you go plant-based 2:23 i'm a huge supporter plant-based uh 2:26 movement plant-based diets i'm a 2:27 supporter of animal-based diets too you 2:29 know clean animal-based diets too and 2:30 all that but the point is is that i feel 2:32 bad for the plant-based and vegan people 2:34 all these years i feel bad for them 2:36 because they get attacked with 2:39 certain tricks why trick or treat okay 2:42 you don't get it from meat because what 2:44 happens is they're being told once you 2:45 go vegan it's like 2:46 okay you wake up in the morning like i'm 2:48 starting my vegan plant-based diet i got 2:50 inspired by it 2:52 my friend got me hooked on it i read 2:53 something about it online 2:56 and and all of a sudden you know 2:59 somebody told me like you're not gonna 3:00 get your b12 you're gonna die 3:02 where are you gonna get your b12 and all 3:04 of a sudden you're like you're in fear 3:06 and chaos like 3:07 and i talk about it in this episode too 3:08 it's really important so 3:10 um episode 12 medical of don't want to 3:55 hear that 3:56 and i understand that i understand that 3:58 but you know look it's 3:59 it's tough times right there in the 4:00 world i was looking for a platform where 4:02 i could be uncensored on 4:04 and anita says loving all your podcasts 4:07 um margie says just finished listening 4:10 to b12 podcast wow thank you wasn't it 4:12 good 4:13 wasn't it a good one i mean i knows that's the 4:48 whole point all of this is about what 4:49 people don't know 4:50 out there and it's really interesting 4:52 you guys have to hear the episode 4:54 i'm going to talk about it a what happens is that um it 5:20 it's it's best to have it you know high 5:24 and still do things for it and still be 5:26 proactive in doing things for it and 5:28 still take things for it you know i talk 5:30 to doctors all the time about this and 5:32 doctors are at a point really good 5:34 doctors out there now they reach out to 5:36 me and they want to 5:37 understand b12 and they want to know 5:39 what's going on because they don't teach 5:40 anything like that out there 5:42 you know it's like i had a doctor tell 5:44 me the other day that they don't teach 5:46 that in medical school about b12 and 5:48 where to get b12 from and if it's active 5:51 and usable is the b12 5:52 active is the is the b12 usable and 5:56 they don't even talk about that like how 5:57 does b12 work in the body 5:59 so it's so important um elena says you 6:03 were just censored a few times 6:04 ha ha ha ha it's funny uh negan fun 6:08 hey uh what what hey dr fun 6:12 incredible you're here uh it's true i 6:14 see people who are not vegans who have 6:16 low b12 levels 6:18 amazing credible so you know 6:21 um so you see it right in your practice 6:23 uh amazing doctor right there incredible 6:25 doctor 6:26 um just just if anybody wants to know 6:29 and um 6:30 you know you've got an amazing doctor 6:32 right there that knows so much about 6:34 information 6:34 that's healing people and you know the 6:37 whole point is it's like 6:38 when you go when you when you when 6:41 you're plant-based 6:42 the biggest fear is b12 6:46 you know where's your b12 how 6:50 am i gonna how am i gonna survive am i 6:52 gonna live 6:53 am i gonna get sick is is something 6:56 terrible gonna happen to me is all my 6:58 hair gonna fall out is 6:59 am i gonna get acne now and if i don't 7:01 like all these questions it's fear and 7:03 chaos with with vegans and plant-based 7:05 people and i get it that 7:07 that you know look i get it's scary to 7:10 go plant-based for a lot of people and 7:12 so 7:13 the confusion's there but there's a 7:14 massive amount of confusion 7:16 regarding where we get b12 from our food 7:19 okay 7:20 so why would plant-based people be told 7:23 hey 7:23 you got you're not going to have any b12 7:25 you're not going to get any b12 from 7:26 your food why would they say that well 7:28 because fruits and the vegetables that 7:31 people eat 7:32 right including even leafy greens and 7:34 herbs you know 7:35 they don't have b12 in them so where are 7:39 you going to get it 7:40 because meat has b12 in that right mint 7:42 meat 7:43 chicken has b12 eggs has b12 but don't 7:45 get too excited because i want to tell 7:47 you something real quick 7:48 eggs have b12 and oysters 7:52 clams don't run out and eat a bunch of 7:54 oysters now 7:55 don't run out and eat a bunch of clams 7:56 now right and you know you just yeah 7:59 you'll get a lot of 8:00 toxic heavy metals right so anyway so 8:03 shrimp 8:03 has b12 so but the whole point is is 8:06 that b12 8:08 is not the b12 that our bodies 8:11 use or utilize that's the trick right 8:14 there 8:14 on its own so if you're an animal 8:17 protein person 8:18 right you know and you're like hey 8:20 you're vegan 8:21 you're not going to get b12 where are 8:22 you going to get it or if you're a 8:25 you know doctor that you know even if 8:28 even vegan doctors i talked to a vegan 8:30 doctor last week 8:32 that connected with me is like look i'm 8:34 a vegan doctor i'm plant-based doctor 8:36 my patients are mostly plant-based i 8:38 take care of 8:39 you know plant-based patients and all 8:41 this kind of stuff 8:43 and even he was like where did we get 8:45 our b12 i was like 8:46 huh what where you know 8:50 and i was telling them well first of all 8:53 where does a meat eater get their b12 8:55 and it's like well for meat right 8:57 you get it from meat you get it from 8:59 chicken get it from eggs 9:00 and i'm like no you don't you don't 9:03 that's why meat eaters 9:04 are also b12 deficient too so just for 9:07 the record 9:08 you know there's the majority of b12 9:11 deficient people are people who eat 9:13 animal products and this 9:14 i'm not against animal products or 9:16 people eating animal products and if you 9:18 guys know me by now 9:19 i'm all about answers and you can plug 9:21 it into whatever diet belief system you 9:23 have you guys know how that's how i 9:24 am like you can plug in this information 9:26 if you want to eat some meat and that's 9:28 what you want to do 9:28 you can plug it in if you want to be 9:30 plant-based it's just about how do we 9:31 heal 9:32 where's the answers what information can 9:34 i give you so you can heal with what the 9:36 diet or platform you're on right 9:38 you guys know that all about me medical 9:40 medium tools are saving lives around the 9:42 world that are both meat eaters 9:44 and obviously plant-based of course 9:46 right and 9:47 but anyway the whole point is is like 9:50 you can you can be low in b12 and be 9:52 eating meat chicken and eggs 9:54 and you can also have b12 in your system 9:57 from eating meat chicken and eggs but 9:58 that b12 10:00 doesn't mean it's working for you it 10:01 doesn't mean it's doing the things it 10:03 does for you and then we get sick down 10:04 the road and we start falling apart 10:06 things start going wrong we get viral we 10:09 have other issues 10:10 and then we get in trouble so the b12 is 10:13 important for us and it's 10:15 it's you know joan says following 10:18 um joan says mine is high also so your 10:20 b12 is also 10:21 high yeah and you can have high b12 now 10:24 when you hear the episode 10:26 you'll understand like word for words 10:29 you'll hear it you'll understand 10:31 like what happens when it's high what 10:32 does that mean is it good is it bad is 10:35 it working for you is it not working for 10:36 you 10:37 so we can't get tricked by that either 10:39 just because our b12 is high 10:41 doesn't mean we're utilizing it exactly 10:44 or utilizing 10:45 all of it from our food it doesn't mean 10:47 our food is made it was working for us 10:49 it's important 10:50 um so yeah so have you guys heard uh the might be 11:35 somebody that wants to stay plant-based 11:38 and but yet you're about to leave the 11:39 plant-based movement because you're told 11:41 where's your b12 11:43 you might be somebody that's eating 11:44 animal proteins but you're low in b12 or 11:47 even high in b12 but does that mean it's 11:49 working you're gonna have to 11:51 listen to the podcast if you can and 11:52 take a few minutes out from your busy 11:54 day 11:55 and listen and so you can learn about 11:57 that too just because 11:59 you got you're getting just because when 12:01 you get a blood test and it says oh your 12:02 b12 is normal 12:03 doesn't mean that's the b12 that's 12:06 actually 12:06 helping protect you so things don't go 12:08 wrong like you know skin issues and 12:11 other issues too 12:12 and a little bit of depression and all 12:14 these other stuff because what happens 12:15 is that b12 is critical for 12:17 your immune system it's critical for 12:19 nerve function 12:20 so if you're up against low-grade 12:22 viruses like i've always talked about 12:24 if you're up against you know some 12:25 epstein-barr if you're up against some 12:27 strap 12:28 if you're up against something else the 12:29 toxic heavy metals or other triggers i 12:31 talk about or emotional hardships 12:33 if you're up against some broken trust 12:35 issues that you know happen and 12:37 betrayal and you know maybe something 12:39 else that happened in your life and 12:40 you're you're struggling emotionally and 12:42 mentally 12:43 and the b12 is critical so you gotta 12:46 catch this episode it's like cotton candy it's like 14:10 quick cotton candy and you throw it away 14:12 um these are here for you to help your 14:16 friends your family these are here to 14:17 turn your lives around these podcast i get it 16:00 when people do podcasts out there it's 16:02 just coffee talk throw away 16:04 you know and not that the production's 16:06 not great because 16:08 i get it it's just you wake up in the 16:09 morning you do your podcast it's fun 16:11 it's kind of hip and you just you 16:12 there's 16:12 throwaways and i didn't want to do that 16:15 i wanted to make sure that this was 16:18 literally like a docu-series 16:21 like style like something that that it 16:24 gives you 16:25 you know information from above healing 16:28 information 16:28 and just in the in the quality was there 16:32 so you can move your life forward it's 16:34 just that's what it was about it was 16:36 like 16:36 you know and someone told me they're 16:38 like why are you gonna do that why are 16:40 you gonna invest 16:41 every all your energy your time all of 16:44 that into this 16:45 why don't you just do what everybody 16:47 else does just coffee talk it 16:49 you know talk have fun talk crap and 16:51 then it gets thrown away and the next 16:53 one comes later 16:54 um i was like no i don't want to do that 16:57 i don't want to do that 16:58 nicholas says love the vinegar podcast 17:00 every because this podcast is really intense 18:23 and over the top with with information 18:26 but more than that spooky too 18:28 in a way because when you drop truth 18:31 there's a lot of people that
