0:53 everybody's got their own thing about it 0:55 i totally get it but i'm going to talk 0:56 about why this is a healing food and why 0:58 this 0:59 actually turns lives around all the way 1:01 from food poisoning 1:03 to you know when you're when you're 1:05 trying to recover from a really bad case 1:06 of food poisoning and your guts not 1:08 right 1:08 or if someone thinks hey they got a 1:10 parasite or something like that and 1:11 they're dealing with some kind of 1:12 parasitical infection 1:14 because they're sick in their guts for a 1:16 long time and having problems 1:18 and why potatoes incredible for any kind 1:20 of digestive system issue and the whole 1:21 bit so i'm going to talk about that is 1:23 this really 1:24 exciting yeah i mean they heal the 1:27 nervous system 1:28 i just saw that right now i think uh 1:31 jennifer was saying something about the 1:32 nervous system as 1:33 the comments were going up um but 1:35 they're powerful 1:36 tools right here these how 2:11 we take them for granted 2:13 it's unbelievable so um look 2:16 i'll tell you right now when it comes 2:18 down to potatoes 2:20 it's vast as far as what they can do for 2:22 our body 2:23 and there's a lot of confusion about 2:25 potato like what to eat them with and 2:27 that's a big problem all its own because 2:29 you might somebody that might be 2:30 somebody that puts oil on them 2:32 you might be somebody that puts sour 2:34 cream cheese on them 2:36 butter in them and that's where the 2:38 problem lies 2:39 it's right there it's one of the 2:41 problems because that's a big deal i'm 2:42 going to talk about also the sabotage 2:45 the sabotage on the potato okay we'll 2:48 talk a little bit about that too 2:50 about how the nightshade fear kicked 2:52 into gear 2:54 and when it did it really basically 2:57 stopped people from healing stopped a 2:59 lot of people from being able to heal 3:01 because then they get afraid and they're 3:02 often whoa it's this nightshade right 3:04 here 3:04 this is what's wrong this is what's 3:06 bothering me like you know and 3:08 so i've got so much to cover um 3:11 catherine says and the kids love 3:12 potatoes yeah of course one knows 3:59 how autoimmune disease even starts or 4:02 even occurs or what causes it so 4:05 and all they think is your body's 4:07 attacking itself which is actually a 4:09 theory 4:10 so here we go we have this autoimmune 4:11 theory autoimmunity as far as symptoms 4:13 are real and hashimoto's 4:15 is real i have books written about that 4:18 and there's a book behind me cleansed to 4:19 heal with packed information about 4:21 hashimoto's 4:22 hyperthyroidism and everything so but 4:25 what you need to understand is that um 4:27 when it comes down to 4:29 people saying well a nightshade's bad or 4:32 a potato is bad if you have hashimoto's 4:34 well that's interesting because 4:35 they don't know the cause of hashimoto's 4:37 so okay so 4:39 how do they know what's bad for 4:40 hashimoto's how do they know what caught 4:43 like 4:43 what can if you don't know what causes 4:46 the thyroid problem or hypothyroid 4:48 or hyperthyroidism or nodules or cysts 4:53 and you don't know the cause of those 4:54 then why is everybody such an expert as 4:56 saying no stay away from potatoes if you 4:58 got hashimoto's 4:59 well the funny thing is is that the 5:01 medical medium information 5:03 allows for potatoes with hashimoto's 5:06 and guess what more people healed their 5:09 hashimoto's thyroiditis 5:11 with medical medium information all 5:13 around the world enjoy this okay so 8:42 here's the thing potatoes are really 8:44 good for us 8:45 and i'm just going to mention a couple 8:46 of tidbits right here there's zinc in 8:48 the skin 8:49 so zinc is critical for our immune 8:52 system it's critical for 8:54 our survival here and 8:57 so in zinc there's trace mineral zinc 8:59 inside the skins of potatoes so 9:01 if you're going to eat potatoes and 9:02 there's all kinds of nutrients and trace 9:04 minerals inside the potato too 9:06 so lots of nutrients and trace minerals 9:08 inside the potato 9:09 but in the skin itself it's got a high 9:12 amount of zinc and that's a critical 9:15 mineral 9:15 that we need too and i'll talk about 9:17 some other stuff as well 9:18 um i know you a lot of you guys are 9:21 afraid of nightshades you're told to 9:23 stay away from a nightshade you're told 9:24 to stay away from potatoes and that 9:26 a potato and that's where we get in 9:27 trouble that's where we lose an 9:29 opportunity to skins do i 10:58 do i not get sick you still get zing 11:00 from it sharon you still do 11:02 but you get the normal amount of zinc 11:04 and maybe that other 11:06 fruits and vegetables and different 11:08 things have so 11:09 and herbs and wild foods so you get the 11:11 normal amount but there's a little bit 11:12 more on the skin it's okay you don't 11:13 need to eat the skin you can peel the 11:15 potatoes without a doubt 11:17 you can easily do that and what you'll 11:19 notice that 11:21 if you try different potatoes maybe you 11:23 might not get that sensation with 11:25 another one because the skins are grippy 11:27 and when the skins are grippy 11:29 because that's what they are they're 11:30 grippy skins sometimes what they do 11:33 is if you're sensitive um you know 11:36 what happens is the grippy skin it you 11:38 can kind of just 11:39 it it's kind of one of those things 11:40 where it rubs a little bit and that's 11:42 how it gets rid of the bad bacteria too 11:45 so when you're eating these potatoes bad 11:47 bacteria that's in our gut 11:49 that causes sibo that causes all kinds 11:51 of gastritis 11:52 cramping and bloating the potato grabs 11:55 onto it and starts to pull it all out of 11:57 the intestinal tract 11:58 it's like it's it's a really powerful 12:00 healing and cleansing food for the 12:02 digestive tract 12:03 and the inside of the potato if you want to eat them you don't 12:26 have to you don't have to 12:28 christine said potatoes are high in 12:30 potassium i'm at a dangerous level of 12:32 potassium 12:33 if you have a potassium level where 12:35 you're at some kind of dangerous level 12:36 potassium your doctor feels like you're 12:38 at a dangerous level of potassium then 12:40 you got to watch 12:40 everything you eat so just every single 12:43 foods you eat 12:44 you have to look out because potatoes 12:46 not the highest in potassium 12:48 um and there's lots of foods that are 12:51 higher in potassium 12:52 so you have to look out so christine 12:54 definitely keep an eye on out you know 12:56 don't do a potato if your doctor doesn't 12:58 want you because of potassium but look 12:59 out for of course your potassium levels 13:01 on all foods 13:02 it's it's something that's really smart 13:04 to do i'm glad you're on that um 13:06 so but potatoes very important food you 13:09 guys 13:10 really is um so that's like that with 16:24 everything you don't want to have bread 16:26 with chicken so if you have a chicken 16:28 sandwich you're having your 16:29 chicken fat with your carbohydrate your 16:32 do is i make a 25:10 big salad i chop them up 25:12 i throw them on top of the salad i 25:14 squeeze lemon 25:15 all over it i uh that's what i love to 25:18 do 25:18 i put some onion on there that's me hey 25:21 that's me i try to put some green onion 25:23 on there i put regular onions on there 25:25 that's just what i like to do so the 25:27 point is 25:28 i want you guys to hear the episode so means if you're already struggling 26:17 with something where you're sensitive 26:19 and you you get achy or your joints 26:22 bother you 26:22 or anything like that happens a couple 26:25 of things could go wrong 26:26 one is if you're eating potatoes and 26:29 you're eating them 26:30 with eggs if you're eating eggs in your 26:32 diet if you're eating potatoes and 26:34 eating butter with them 26:35 if you're eating potatoes and having 26:37 sour cream or milk or some kind of cream 26:40 or or butter with them like i said or 26:42 cheese or anything like that 26:44 if you're eating them with things like 26:46 that you're just gonna have more 26:48 problems because 26:49 dairy products feed the viruses so 26:52 that's what happens right there 26:53 it feeds the viruses and that's one 26:56 reason why you're going to get flare-ups 26:57 every now because you might be someone 26:58 that has like okay i'll try 27:00 a baked potato you go bake the potato 27:02 you throw butter in there and now you 27:04 get all the cinna flare up well you just 27:06 got to flare up because 27:07 the butter is feeding the bugs and 27:09 that's what happens there it's one 27:11 reason another reason why 27:12 that people feel like they may not feel 27:14 good after a potato some people is 27:16 because 27:17 they're killing viruses so here you are 27:20 somebody who's dealing with viruses 27:22 inside your liver 27:23 inside your body inside your intestinal 27:25 tract and 27:26 including also bacteria that shouldn't 27:28 be there like streptococcus and you're 27:29 eating potatoes and you're 27:31 killing these bugs when you kill bugs 27:34 and you get them out of the body 27:35 sometimes you don't feel so great for a 27:37 little bit 27:38 rebecca knight i've been told potatoes 27:40 aren't good for autoimmune diseases 27:42 there is so many different opinions it's 27:44 so hard 27:46 to know which way to turn well okay well 27:48 here's one thing rebecca that's so 27:49 important to know okay 27:51 um they don't know what causes 27:52 autoimmune so why are they the expert at 27:54 what to eat 27:55 i'm kind of confused about that that's a 27:57 head scratcher for me 27:59 um they don't know why anybody has 28:01 autoimmune they don't have answers for 28:03 autoimmune 28:05 everybody stays sick with their 28:06 autoimmune their whole life nothing 28:08 changes 28:09 they keep their lupus their whole life 28:10 they keep their fibromyalgia their whole 28:12 life 28:13 um the only thing they offer is drugs 28:15 and alternative medicine doesn't know 28:17 the cause of 28:17 fibromyalgia or lupus or hashimoto's 28:20 thyroiditis so 28:21 interesting how is everybody an expert 28:24 at what to eat and what to avoid when 28:27 they don't know why anybody's sick 28:30 once you realize that you know where you 28:32 can go a little bit because if you go in 28:34 here 28:34 and this right now thousands of doctors 28:36 are using this this book right now 28:38 around the world or the medical meeting 28:39 books 28:40 you learn what the cause of your problem 28:42 is i have it right in the book 28:44 when you learn the cause and you learn 28:46 what's in a food 28:47 then it rises above all that it takes it 28:50 way past all that 28:51 now you know why you're sick why i have 28:54 autoimmune 28:55 then you know what kills it off and 33:02 tahini on top of your potato it's one 33:05 option 33:06 the other one is um avocado 33:09 on potato that's kind of like the 33:10 avocado toast but you put on avocado 33:12 potatoes avocado potato 33:14 but keep in mind that even then 33:17 it's still best without having a fat 33:19 with the potato but those are the best 33:21 options and you can of course you can 33:23 it's still great
