to answer some 1:19 questions i want to help out in any way 1:20 i can 1:21 it's important because i want everybody 1:22 to be able to move forward and heal 1:24 and get better and get better and get 1:26 better and get better because it 1:28 matters it matters you guys have to 1:30 remember your body 1:32 wants to heal it's looking to heal 1:36 and it wants to heal you always have to 1:38 remember that i know that when you're 1:39 going through it 1:41 and you're sick or you've got a symptom 1:44 or a diagnosis and you're struggling 1:47 and you know you're just in it and 1:48 you're in it for so long right 1:51 i know when that happens that that it 1:54 feels like you're not going to heal 1:56 or it feels like how can i heal i still 1:59 got these symptoms or my body is 2:00 struggling 2:01 and it feels like you're not going to 2:03 get anywhere with it 2:05 but the truth is your body 2:08 wants to heal it just needs to tools to 2:11 heal 2:12 long enough it just needs enough tools 2:15 in your tool chest to heal long enough 2:18 meaning 2:19 it just needs some tools applied and 2:22 then them 2:22 used long enough so you can heal 2:26 it's such an important thing to know 2:27 because your body 2:29 your immune system is working for you 2:32 it's 2:32 working for you you just have to support 2:34 it you have to acknowledge it 2:36 you wake up in the morning feel like my 2:38 immune system is working 2:40 it got restored last night it's going to 2:43 help me get better 2:44 my symptoms are going to get better i'm 2:46 going to get stronger 2:48 and if you're feeling like you're over 6:13 stimulated if you look at the tingles 6:14 and numbness from having a panic attack 6:17 if you feel like you can't breathe if 6:19 you feel like you want to and it's from real things happening you 7:01 know 7:02 two things happening low-grade viral 7:03 issue like having the epsine bar in your 7:05 system all these years 7:07 and the epstein-barr can 8:22 book nobody has the book or something 8:23 it's really strange 8:25 when so many people do around the world 8:27 so that's anxiety and anxiousness i talk 8:28 about supplementation protocols dosages 8:31 take it to your doctor you can take it 8:33 to your doctor and talk about the true 8:35 cause of anxiety 8:37 and take the book to your doctor 8:40 and ask them for help you know you trust 8:42 your doctor you love your doctor take it 8:43 to your doctor and be like look here's 8:45 the anxiety here's the dosages and 8:46 supplements 8:47 and ask your doctor's advice if you want causing it and all that get a 10:06 little bit of mercury in the intestinal 10:08 tract 10:08 go tell your doctor about that you know 10:10 so they learn but you get a little 10:12 he gets a little bit of strep in the 10:14 system a little bit of ebv in the system 10:17 so you know what happens is when people 10:18 have bacteria and 10:20 and viruses in their body and in their 10:22 system they'll get the rosacea all over 10:24 the place 10:25 so that's that's the toxins at surface 10:28 um toxic heavy metals are involved with 10:30 that too 10:32 um i mean if i had rosacea 10:35 if i had any kind of rosacea stuff i 10:37 would i would do 10:39 probably like three six nine cleanse 10:41 that's what i would do personally i just 10:42 put a 10:43 a friend that uh that contacted me with 10:45 rosacea and they said how do i get rid 10:47 of my rosacea and i was helping them out 10:49 telling them what to do 369 cleanse they 10:51 could do the original 10:52 or the advanced one if they want um 10:56 but you know you can do what you want to 10:57 do and say what you want to do talk to 10:59 your doctor too 11:00 i you know and another thing is if i had 11:03 rosacea i would make sure the gluten 11:04 wasn't there right no gluten 11:06 i would make sure that milk cheese 11:08 butter milk 11:09 cheese yogurt kefir butter 11:14 sour cream i don't know i can't anything 11:16 else i would make sure it's not there 11:18 and you know it's gone i would make sure 11:21 the eggs weren't there 11:22 and i would start thinking about 11:24 bringing in some of the foods that you 11:26 see over there 11:28 because i'm inviting you guys over to 11:29 dinner to tick-tock live 11:32 i'm going to answer questions thoroughly 11:34 and i'm going to be making food so and 11:36 it's soon too it's actually 11:37 coming up pretty soon i'm going to go to 11:38 ig and then go to there but 11:41 that's what i would do rosacea is making 11:42 sure that there's no there's no 11:44 nutritional yeast 11:45 because nutritional yeast will keep 11:47 rosacea around i'm not saying you eat it 11:49 but it might be in a packaged treat 11:51 or it might be something you know that 11:55 you're doing or in a 11:56 in a restaurant dish just look out for 11:58 nutritional yeast 11:59 um that's one thing i would would kind 12:02 of keep away from 12:03 also kind of if you want another tip 12:06 it's 12:07 keeping your fats a little lower just 12:09 try not to make your day all about fats 12:12 and you know that's all these animal 12:14 proteins all day long 12:16 or all these plant fats all day long 12:19 try not to keep the fat so high you know 12:22 lower it a little bit if you want to get 12:24 rid of rosacea 12:26 that's important right there like what 12:28 i'm saying is maybe do the medical 12:29 medium morning cleanse 12:31 celery juice uh lemon water first 12:34 celery juice and maybe one of the 12:36 medical medium smoothies 12:38 uh maybe the heavy metal detox
