cinnamon smoothie right here and cleanse 0:10 the heel if you guys don't have this 0:12 book you're missing out 0:13 okay so there you go cleanse the heel um 0:16 and i'm gonna show you what i'm gonna 0:18 make right here 0:20 so i'm gonna make the apple cinnamon 0:23 smoothie 0:23 so check that out right there okay this 0:26 is really an incredible smoothie i love 0:28 this one 0:29 i actually make this all the time uh and 0:31 love it 0:33 so you guys know i mean if you're up on 0:36 the book cleanse to heal 0:37 75 recipes in here but it's more than 0:40 that this is a healing book 0:42 it's not just healing foods like the 0:44 recipes 0:45 but there's information how to do 0:48 protocols for 0:49 conditions and symptoms over 200 0:52 symptoms and conditions 0:53 supplements and dosages i mean 0:56 the amount of information in here is 0:58 just so much um 1:00 but the apple cinnamon smoothie is what 1:02 i'm gonna be making today i'm excited 1:04 this is day three 1:05 of the medical medium morning cleanse 1:07 challenge 1:08 the morning cleanse is in this book so 1:11 that's where it is so you got all the 1:12 different cleanses the morning cleanses 1:14 in here 1:15 so so that's one thing i'm gonna make 1:18 for you guys 1:19 and i'm gonna make something else i'm 1:22 gonna make the wild 1:23 blueberry porridge from this book but 1:25 i'm doing it with 1:27 millet today now i know you guys love 1:30 your oats 1:31 not a lot of people do millet but this 1:33 is a better 1:34 grain a way better grain healthier in so 1:38 many ways 1:39 it does more for you than oats can do 1:42 even though i'm 1:42 fine if you guys love your oats your 1:44 gluten-free oats but the millet is 1:46 definitely an 1:47 option so what i'm gonna do is get it 1:49 simmering and cooking now 1:50 why i'm here good to see you guys i'm 1:52 excited that you're here so i'm making 1:54 the wild blueberry porridge but with 1:56 millet 1:57 um ardent says so good to have you 2:00 walking everyone through this 2:02 i've been doing the morning cleanse for 2:04 about the last eight 2:05 months every morning and what a 2:07 difference it makes incredible thank you 2:08 for being here 2:11 so great i'm excited um you guys 2:14 this is exciting exciting time um 2:17 because you know we're coming up on the 2:20 holidays 2:21 and what a perfect time to do this 2:24 morning cleanse i mean arden you're 2:25 doing it which is incredible and you're 2:27 doing it for eight months now 2:29 and the just have all that like 2:32 behind you like that getting you strong 2:34 so when the holidays come 2:36 you put all those months of that time 2:37 and energy into it during the morning 2:39 cleanse i'm really proud of you 2:40 and um it says exciting time but we can 2:42 jump on it now too we can start it now 2:45 that's what's incredible we can start 2:47 doing it now so 2:49 um grains are 2:52 scratchy though to me michelle l says 2:54 yeah well grains 2:55 are not a big part of medical medium 2:58 foods and information 3:00 a lot of people have different feelings 3:02 towards them they have different 3:03 sensations they have different reactions 3:06 the only two grains that i really like 3:09 if someone's gonna do grains are millet 3:11 which is a really 3:13 gentle gentle grain that one right there 3:16 and that's what i'm to do 3:18 or oats those two but i like millet 3:20 better because 3:21 people who are sensitive can do better 3:23 with it if 3:24 you want a grain so um 3:27 so what i'm going to do is take a cup 3:30 right here of millet 3:32 so i'm excited about this just dropped a 3:35 little bit up and that's 3:36 putting it in the pot here 3:41 so there we go it's about a cup 3:48 of millet and then i'm going to show you 3:51 over here i don't know if you guys could 3:52 see it hopefully 3:54 so that's it in a pot right there 3:59 okay and i'm going to add the water two 4:02 cups of water 4:06 in here now with millet 4:10 you just got to simmer it for about 25 4:12 minutes sometimes depending it could 4:15 take a half an hour 4:17 i'm going to bring it to a boil simmer 4:19 it 4:20 and what's going to happen it's going to 4:23 be this glorious thing i'm going to make 4:25 millet porridge so basically can be the 4:27 wild blueberry porridge but with millet 4:29 instead of oatmeal 4:30 i'm also going to make the smoothie so i 4:32 can't wait the apple cinnamon smoothie 4:34 so 4:34 let's talk about the morning cleanse a 4:36 little bit glad everybody's here this is 4:38 exciting 4:39 so let's start with the lemon water got 4:42 it right here 4:44 and so 4:48 you can do lemon water you can do lime 4:50 water 4:51 i did lime water yesterday i'm cutting a 4:54 lemon now 4:56 over here so it's my lemon as you guys 4:59 can see i don't know how 5:00 if you can all right putting half a 5:04 lemon in here like this 5:09 upon waking 16 to 32 ounces 5:13 of lemon water really important to flush 5:17 out the liver 5:20 here's a really important point you can 5:23 let people know 5:24 when you see it in the you know when 5:25 people are commenting about it 5:27 and talking about it this is a critical 5:30 point right here 5:31 you know what it is it's do not use hot 5:34 water 5:35 if you use hot water you can't flush the 5:38 liver 5:39 you cannot flush the liver of the toxins 5:42 in the morning 5:42 to get them out i'll tell you what goes 5:45 wrong when you use 5:46 hot water this this is a mistake that 5:48 came 5:49 after medical medium information so 5:52 medical medium information was 5:57 16 to 32 ounces of lemon water 6:00 okay squeezed into lukewarm water room 6:03 temperature water 6:04 or cold water first thing in the morning 6:07 to flush 6:07 the liver and flush the body of toxins 6:11 it's original medical medium information 6:13 with lemon water 6:14 and what happened was as the years went 6:16 on all the teaching 6:18 all the lecturing i did all the teaching 6:20 different practitioners 6:22 doctors throughout the years it the 6:24 lemon water thing caught on to flush 6:27 to actually flush toxins out of the body 6:29 stemmed from originally from the medical 6:30 medium information but what 6:32 something here's what went wrong with 6:33 the information somebody said 6:35 do it in hot water well they just ruined 6:38 it for a lot of people 6:39 so it's it's really becomes a wasted 6:42 effort 6:43 if it's done in hot water now herbal tea 6:45 is another story because with herbal tea 6:46 when you put lemon in herbal 6:48 tea you're doing an herbal extraction 6:50 and what you're really trying to get out 6:51 of that herbal tea anyway is an herbal 6:53 extraction so that's different but this 6:54 is a different situation right here 6:56 so um and 6:59 what people also do another piece of 7:02 information that doesn't work is it not 7:03 only put lemon in 7:04 hot water which is not good but 7:08 put lemon in a cup of hot water so have 7:10 your lemon water like eight ounces or a 7:12 cup 7:13 that won't work either so it's basically 7:16 distorting medical medium information so 7:19 that people 7:20 don't get a healing benefit and don't 7:22 move forward 7:23 these details are critical the details 7:27 matter they matter with getting 7:30 past the finish line they matter with 7:33 actually 7:34 really healing and getting yourself 7:37 better 7:37 they really count these details and 7:39 that's the difference of medical medium 7:41 information versus other 7:42 so once again 16 to 32 ounces 7:46 of lemon water for seeing the morning 7:47 upon waking to flush out the liver 7:50 and the body of toxins okay so that's 7:52 what you do 7:54 and then it was distorted as the years 7:56 went by 7:57 because medical medium information has 7:58 gone around the world and then some 8:00 health hacks 8:01 in in the health industry or some health 8:03 gurus decided 8:04 oh no yeah you do your lemon water but 8:06 put it in hot water 8:08 and here's what goes wrong the hot water 8:10 stays in your stomach 8:12 your body will not release hot water 8:14 from your stomach until it cools down 8:17 if it holds onto the lemon too long in 8:19 your stomach 8:20 the lemon will lose its potency the 8:22 ability to actually be able to help you 8:24 the second thing is you're destroying 8:26 the lemons 8:27 critical enzymes so a fresh raw 8:31 lemon has enzymes that help the process 8:34 in flushing the liver 8:35 that disappears the minute you put it in 8:37 hot water that's the disaster right 8:39 there so i just want to give you guys 8:40 that rundown so 8:42 you do your lemon water then you do your 8:44 celery juice 8:45 i'm going to grab mine right here 8:54 so i got my celery juice that's it 8:57 um not juicy today because i got a lot 8:59 of stuff to cook right now 9:01 this has come to a boil pretty much it's 9:03 simmering so these 9:04 are this is going to be the wild 9:06 blueberry porridge 9:08 from millet so i'm using millet this 9:10 time 9:11 millet is a better grain than oats 9:15 by far there's a lot there's a lot more 9:17 phytochemical compounds there's a lot 9:19 more nutrition in it there's 9:22 there's um with millet it's gentle on 9:24 the intestinal lining 9:26 so it's one of the only grains that's 9:28 actually gentle to the intestinal tract 9:31 and still if someone's sensitive with 9:33 grains they don't have to do grains of 9:34 course not but i know that a lot of 9:36 people do greens 9:37 they do them around the holidays they 9:39 they eat bread of course around the 9:41 holidays cookies everything else in the 9:43 sun 9:44 and i know a lot of people do oatmeal 9:46 and oatmeal is okay 9:48 but millet is that next step better when 9:51 it comes down to grain so 9:52 i said you know why don't i make the 9:55 wild blueberry porridge with millet 9:56 so you guys have an option i'm turning 9:59 down the burner a little bit you'll see 10:00 it 10:01 you'll see it cranking in here 10:05 so 10:08 there we go so that's what i love i love 10:12 showing you guys different options 10:13 so you have other ways to help heal 10:16 so i'm going to let this simmer and do 10:19 its thing 10:21 it's just cranking a little hot so i'm 10:23 going to take the lid off a little bit 10:24 there we go 10:28 but anyway after the 16 to 32 ounces of 10:30 lemon water 10:33 you wait 15 to 30 minutes okay 10:36 and you move into celery juice then you 10:39 do 16 to 32 ounces of celery juice 10:41 we'll talk about the power that has as 10:44 well so the celery juice 10:45 has a lot going for it a lot more than 10:47 what people know they don't 10:49 know what's in celery juice they don't 10:51 know what celery juice does for them 10:53 and one of the best parts about celery 10:55 juice is it revives your stomach glands 10:57 so you got these two little stomach 10:58 glands in your stomach okay 11:00 those stomach glands create your hcl 11:03 your gastric acid so those stomach 11:07 glands 11:08 get burnt out in everybody that's why 11:10 things go wrong 11:12 when those stomach lands get burned out 11:14 you can't produce enough 11:16 hcl and that hcl kills off bugs 11:20 pathogens it stops us from bloating that 11:23 hcl 11:24 breaks down protein and it 11:28 stops proteins from rotting and 11:30 putrefying so everybody walks around 11:32 with low hcl 11:33 hydrochloric acid and then their 11:35 proteins putrefy 11:36 in their gut and start to rot and when 11:39 they start to rot 11:40 it feeds more bacteria that's not good 11:42 bacteria 11:43 celery right 15:03 okay you can do fresh fruit after that 15:06 you can have a 15:06 breakfast of like fresh fruit you could 15:08 have melons cut up 15:10 you could have mangoes papayas you can 15:11 go with something a little denser 15:13 papayas and bananas you can do that 15:15 or you can go further than that not just 15:18 have a smoothie or a fruit bowl 15:21 you can have steamed potatoes sweet 15:23 potatoes if you really want 15:24 something more denser you can mill it 15:26 you can have oatmeal if you really want 15:28 that's an option too you can have winter 15:30 squash that's one there yams is another 15:33 option so you can have that 15:34 right but you can also have the heavy 15:37 metal detox smoothie 15:39 that's one of my favorites because 15:40 you're getting metals out you can have a 15:42 liver rescue smoothie you can have that 15:43 option 15:45 so okay so let's work on this right now 15:49 so we need two medium-sized 15:51 red apples so that's the first thing 15:53 right there 15:55 so two medium sized red apples i got a 15:57 red apple right here 16:00 and i got another one right here so mary 16:03 says i missed the recipe for the lemon 16:05 juice 16:05 drink i do make my own celery juice 16:08 already 16:08 incredible very amazing so the recipe 16:11 for this 16:12 is you get your 16 to 32 ounces of water 16:14 you cut 16:15 a lemon in half that's one half i just 16:18 squeezed 16:19 okay and you squeeze it in there now the 16:22 key is don't put it in hot water 16:24 don't do the hot water make sure it's 16 16:26 to 32 ounces and do it upon waking in 16:28 the morning 16:29 that's the key wait 15 to 30 minutes 16:31 before you do the celery juice 16:33 so all right going to cut some apple 16:36 right now 16:47 [Music] 16:49 this over put my apple pieces in here 16:55 [Music] 17:00 just reading some comments at the same 17:01 time 17:03 i gotta do the sporting cleanse 17:04 challenge more often because this is 17:06 really fun 17:10 17:24 mean i like using the small knives too 17:27 so that's that's the way i've done it 17:33 so cutting up the apple so this is two 17:35 medium-sized apples 17:37 [Music] 17:41 you don't want to put the core in 17:43 because you're just going to blend the 17:45 seeds up 17:46 the seeds are bitter so apple seeds are 17:49 bitter and if you blend that 17:50 up you're just going to make you're 17:52 going to make this smoothie bitter so 17:53 that's something right there 17:54 now these are frozen bananas i'm going 17:57 to show you next 17:59 so one and a half frozen bananas 18:02 so look at these great frozen bananas i 18:04 have right here 18:05 so i'm gonna put these in 18:07 [Music] 18:10 break these pieces up 18:15 and i'm gonna do a half a frozen banana 18:17 right here 18:23 okay we got that going on and um all 18:28 right so 18:28 that's in here so i'm going to do one 18:32 cup of water 18:34 so that's my water right here got that 18:37 in there nice 18:38 now this recipe just so you know if you 18:40 just got on here 18:43 this recipe's out of cleanse the heel 18:46 that's the book okay it's the apple 18:49 cinnamon smoothie there it is 18:53 that's the recipe that's what we're 18:54 making 18:56 it tastes so good 19:00 so i'm really excited so i'm going to 19:01 put a teaspoon of maple syrup in here 19:04 too 19:04 just so you know 19:12 now you can put a date in there i like i 19:14 like the maple syrup so i have this 19:16 maple syrup right here 19:21 now a teaspoon you could measure i'm 19:22 just going to dump it right in if you 19:24 guys don't mind 19:26 i put probably a little bit more than a 19:28 teaspoon in there 19:30 of course and then i'm going to drop 19:33 some cinnamon in there now 19:37 you got the cinnamon okay and this is 19:40 the recipe out of cleanse to heal just 19:42 so you know so i'm going to drop some 19:43 cinnamon in there too 19:44 so it's three quarters 19:48 three quarter of a teaspoon of cinnamon 19:50 this is how to cleanse the heel 19:54 it's a question right there aren't apple 19:56 skins 19:58 aren't apple skins um 20:01 full of pesticides so well these are 20:05 organic apples 20:07 that's number one so i have organic 20:09 apples here so keep that in mind 20:11 um yeah if you get in conventional apple 20:15 and it was sprayed recently before 20:18 harvest 20:19 so conventional apple if it's sprayed 20:20 close to harvest okay 20:22 if that's the case then you're going to 20:25 have some pesticides on that apple 20:27 okay and then they wax them so they put 20:30 the msg 20:31 wax on top of a conventional apple and 20:33 they coat those pesticides and almost 20:35 kind of 20:36 encapsulate them on the skin 20:38 conventional apples i 20:40 i peel so that's what i would do is just 20:42 peel them 20:43 these are organic ones so i'm gonna put 20:45 three quarters of a teaspoon 20:48 i'm putting the cinnamon in here that's 20:51 about right there 20:52 about three quarters of a teaspoon 20:54 probably a little bit more 20:56 okay and then i'm going to blend it up i 20:58 got the water in here so 20:59 now it's time to blend it up 21:04 so glad to have you guys here this is something to be said about them 22:27 okay it's all set 22:29 [Music] 22:33 so um i have the smoothie right here and 22:37 i have a cup too but i'm gonna use this 22:39 real quick 22:55 you can put a little cinnamon right on 22:56 top 23:01 i like to put a little bit of cinnamon 23:03 right on top 23:08 that's what i like to do i don't know if 23:09 you guys can see this i don't want to 23:11 spill it over but there it is 23:13 i think you guys can see this 23:17 now i'm going to do a little grated 23:20 ginger 23:24 now what i like to do is do the fresh 23:26 ginger 23:31 so i got a piece of ginger right here 23:38 now the recipe calls to blend in the 23:41 ginger 23:49 i like to put it on top of mine but look 23:52 you know that 23:53 it's it's great blending it into 23:58 the millet is actually simmering over 24:00 there 24:02 but what i like to do is i like to just 24:04 grate a little bit of 24:06 ginger fresh ginger right on top 24:10 like this 24:16 there you go 24:25 now i put extra for me 24:28 since you know i mean look you could do 24:31 you can do 24:32 a lot less but i put fresh ginger right 24:34 on top it's grated 24:35 right on top just like that and what i 24:37 like to do is take a spoon 24:46 and i kind of like just to mix it up and 24:48 i like to use a spoon to eat it that's 24:49 that's the way i like to do it then you 24:51 can drink out of the glass too 24:53 so put this right here where you guys 24:56 can see it 25:01 so that's the apple 25:04 cinnamon smoothie right there that i 25:06 just made 25:07 it's out of cleanse the heel the book 25:09 cleanse the heel 25:12 which is this book right here 25:17 and um 25:21 we're doing the medical meeting morning 25:23 cleanse and this is an incredible 25:25 incredible meal right there so i want to 25:27 cover a couple little things with you 25:29 guys 25:29 just moving stuff out of the way here 25:33 [Music] 25:35 you can do lime instead of lemon water 25:38 just another option you can do lime 25:40 because that people ask about that all 25:43 the time and i got limes right here but 25:44 you can do limes that's perfectly fine 25:46 so that's an option in your lemon water 25:48 but lemon is 25:50 is usually best a lot of time 25:53 limes are really dry so that happens 25:56 i'm going to move this out of the way 26:06 okay now what i have going on here this 26:08 is the millet 26:13 i have cooking right here 26:25 what if you can't eat banana what's a 26:27 good substitute 26:29 papaya is a great one that's an option 26:31 right there mango's a great option too 26:33 so those are those are those are awesome 26:35 so you can do that 26:37 if you need to 26:40 um nina says i love millet too awesome 26:46 if you're somebody that if you're 26:47 somebody that has any kind of acid 26:49 reflux 26:50 struggling with your digestive problem 26:51 on any level um 26:54 in cleanse the heal there's the mono 26:56 eating cleanses so that's that's a great 26:58 option right there for you like the mono 26:59 eating cleanses are great you can do 27:01 the potato mono eating cleanse you can 27:04 do 27:04 the papaya one that's an option all on 27:06 its own 27:10 all it says it's an incredible smoothie 27:11 have you had it before 27:14 amazing so here's what you want to do 27:16 with your 27:17 medical medium morning cleanse you want 27:20 to keep the fats 27:21 out of your morning the key is 27:23 protecting your liver 27:25 the key is getting your liver better the 27:27 key is about getting the toxins out of 27:28 your liver and you might be like 27:30 well do i have a liver issue well do i 27:33 really have one 27:34 if you have any unwanted weight like if 27:35 you're gaining weight ever in your life 27:37 that means your liver is maxed out 27:39 and that means the liver is all it's all 27:42 filled up with fat to begin with 27:43 so that's the start of the problem right 27:45 there so if you have any kind of weight 27:47 issues on any level 27:48 if you're gaining weight on any level 27:50 the liver is maxed out 27:51 it's got too much fat inside the liver 27:53 so that's number one that's one problem 27:55 all on its own that that people have 27:57 if you have skin issues like vitiligo 28:00 eczema psoriasis rosacea 28:03 dermatitis dandruff 28:05 that's all a liver issue so that's a 28:07 liver problem right there 28:09 if you have heart palpitations if you're 28:11 dealing with migraines 28:13 if you're dealing with any kind of 28:14 autoimmune the liver is involved 28:16 too so crohn's colitis 28:19 acid reflux celiac ibs 28:22 the
