this 0:44 potato salad this is a recipe that's out 0:48 of cleanse to heal so if you want to 0:51 know it's out of cleanse to heal so I'm 0:52 making a recipe right here the potato 0:54 salad right here out of cleanse to heal 0:56 so I'm excited about this um 1:00 anyway how's everybody doing hello from 1:03 Missouri great glad you're here awesome 1:06 um it's one of your favorite recipes 1:08 Margarita wow cool the potato salad 1:10 incredible I'm excited about making it 1:12 then um you love the recipes Julie 1:16 awesome cool cool this is great so uh 1:20 it's a healing potato salad definitely 1:23 potatoes got their high in lysine reason 1:25 why so many people are sick because of 1:27 all the herpetic viruses got the upstein 1:29 bar in the the shingles the hhv6 the 1:31 cyega virus the simplexes and that's why 1:33 people get the trigeminal neuralgia the 1:35 body aches and pains chronic fatigue and 1:38 potatoes are really healing for that and 1:41 that's what's incredible medical medium 1:43 information and um so the healing potato 1:46 salad that's what it is going to put 1:48 some good stuff in here too some great 1:50 stuff that's so great so let's do it 1:52 let's start working on it so I'm going 1:54 to take the potatoes the potato halves 1:55 and I'm going to this your first time 1:57 here Lindsay hey I'm honored I'm glad 1:59 you're here incredible so uh Abby says 2:03 saved her life 2:05 amazing um hello from North Dakota great 2:09 glad you're here you love the uh 2:11 Angelique says she loves the potato 2:13 salad wonderful wonderful glad you guys 2:16 are coming on yeah so I'm going to cut 2:18 the I'm going to dice the potatoes okay 2:19 I already have them cut in half so I'm 2:21 just going to dice them 2:24 up and like inch to 2 in slices are fine 2:28 these are steamed potato potatoes just 2:30 so you know so I'm putting some steamed 2:32 potatoes in here just like that hope you 2:34 guys can see it so I'm slicing it up 2:36 right 2:38 now hope everybody's doing great on this 2:42 day so these are cubes that are this 2:45 size right here 2:47 see 2:49 and first time watching from Australia 2:52 Ashley thanks for being here amazing so 2:57 glad dicing these up right here so this 3:00 is the healing potato 3:02 salad so red potatoes are okay Barbara 3:05 totally you can use red potatoes I love 3:08 red potatoes um it's a great potato and 3:12 you certainly can use it why steamed 3:16 Lori because it preserves the nutrients 3:19 like no other and it's the the makes it 3:23 easy to digest a potato is easiest to 3:26 digest when you steam them that's the 3:29 critic key right there so you have to 3:31 steam them not boil them you don't want 3:33 to boil them cuz you'll boil that flavor 3:37 right out of them too and it'll be in 3:38 the water unless you're making a soup 3:40 right unless you're making a soup but 3:42 we're not making a soup and you want the 3:45 steamed 3:46 potatoes not not any other way for this 3:50 for sure 3:52 um so I'm dicing this up don't add oil 3:56 don't add butter don't add cheese don't 3:59 add any products that's not in the 4:01 recipe plus you don't want those in 4:03 there if you're actually struggling with 4:04 any kind of 4:05 condition you certainly don't want those 4:08 in there um you love potatoes I saw that 4:12 Shelly says she loves potatoes 4:14 incredible I do too I do 4:17 too Tama says she loves steamed 4:20 potatoes incredible so I'm dicing these 4:26 up hi from the 4:28 Netherlands great place in Netherlands 4:31 thanks for being here um what gives 4:34 potatoes a bad 4:37 wrap is what people do to potatoes okay 4:42 it's not potatoes that give anybody any 4:44 issues or problems potatoes are actually 4:47 a healing food really healing what the 4:50 problem is it's the milk cheese butter 4:52 oil the Mayo right the egg it's all that 4:57 that causes problems with potato cuz 4:59 it's not the potato causing the problem 5:03 it's all the dairy products the oil the 5:06 the that's drenched in them frying 5:08 potatoes that's another thing right 5:10 there that causes problems so that's 5:12 what really goes on that's what gives 5:14 potatoes a bad wrap right 5:18 there so I'm dicing these up making the 5:21 potato salad as we speak here you can 5:24 use 2 lbs of 5:26 potatoes you can roughly peel them I'm 5:30 roughly dicing 5:33 them okay you don't have to peel 5:40 them so I'm getting my potatoes in this 5:43 dish right here I want to answer some 5:44 questions for you 5:50 too but potato is a great food Corn's 5:54 not so I'm just letting you know corn is 5:57 not a good thing to do cuz cuz I saw 5:59 somebody say starch solution it say you 6:02 know what happens is that is that you 6:04 don't want corn and I know that in the 6:08 old days the starch solution stuff was 6:10 all about corn disaster there's problems 6:13 and holes in everybody's ideas out there 6:15 it's really sad how it works because 6:17 nobody knows that the corn feeds viruses 6:21 so when people are sick with chronic 6:22 fatigue and fibro and they're eating 6:24 corn in their starch meals lots of corn 6:28 they don't know that contributing to 6:30 feeding the very bugs that's making them 6:32 sick and and really hurting them and but 6:35 potato that's not the case of potato so 6:38 potato's antiviral antibacterial NAA 6:41 says hi from Sweden great to be here um 6:45 hi from South Africa incredible I'm so 6:47 glad you guys are here so I'm making the 6:49 healing potato salad and I'm going to 6:51 put a clove of garlic in there you can 6:55 do um I like one clove in here if you 6:58 guys really love garlic of course you're 7:00 welcome to put a little bit more but one 7:03 one garlic clove minced so I'm going to 7:06 do that right now just going 7:09 to get this garlic clove 7:15 prepared so 7:18 um these recipes are really helpful 7:21 especially if you have problems with 7:22 digestion especially if you Pro have 7:24 different problems um with your health 7:29 this this is an amazing recipe for that 7:31 very helpful very healing so I'm just 7:33 dicing these up just kind of like little 7:36 tiny pieces for this garlic is what I'm 7:43 doing you can use a mincer I just like 7:46 chopping it really fine cuz that's 7:49 mincing it too but I'm mincing it on the 7:51 board is what I'm 7:56 doing saw somebody said she uh you eat 7:59 potatoes every day there's Michelle L um 8:03 she's here today everybody's coming on 8:05 so I'm putting a little garlic in 8:08 here so I got that going 8:11 on 1/4 cup of roughly freshed parsley 8:15 I'm going to grab some back 8:18 here about a/4 cups worth right 8:22 there going to chop that 8:24 up hi from 8:27 Brazil la 8:32 Trisha says she loves 8:35 garlic I love garlic too I really do 8:43 so it's getting this parsley ready right 8:46 here so I'm roughly chopping 8:51 [Music] 8:52 it pop popping that in it's a/4 cup 9:03 um got some other good stuff coming in 9:05 here too and green onion is the next 9:09 thing I'm going to 9:10 do get a little bit of green onion in 9:18 here two tablespoons of finely chopped 9:21 green onion that's what I'm going to do 9:37 roughly around two tablespoons right 9:39 there finely green onion there we 9:42 go got that in 9:45 there um lemon going in here too so 9:48 letting you guys 9:52 know me get my lemons ready as well so 9:55 there's different options you can put in 9:56 here so um you can put you can put 9:59 radish in this dish so I have radishes 10:02 so I'm going to thinly slice those 10:04 cucumber I got the English cucumbers 10:06 right here can thinly slice 10:09 [Music] 10:17 those Caroline says love your chopping 10:19 skills do you recommend digestive 10:21 enzymes not really I recommend fixing 10:25 the digestion that's what I do recommend 10:27 so medical meum information is about 10:29 give needed tools to fix things like the 10:31 celery juice to fix the hydrochloric 10:33 acid to fix your stomach gland so your 10:35 digestion gets strong All These Years 10:38 everybody was doing the digestive 10:39 enzymes out there it was a big thing and 10:42 they were just pumping them everywhere 10:43 they still do but what people don't 10:45 understand is it's a Band-Aid or you're 10:46 trying to do this Band-Aid so you're 10:48 doing dig digestive enzymes it's like a 10:51 Band-Aid to things versus actually 10:53 fixing a digestive problem fixing the 10:55 the liver and its bile strength fixing 10:58 the hydrochloric a 10:59 in the stomach glands that that produce 11:01 the gastric acid the stomach glands 11:03 fixing things and then get Ri getting 11:06 rid of bad bacteria through using foods 11:09 and and also understanding how 11:11 everything works like can cleanse the 11:13 heel and the new medical medium book 11:16 that's coming out um so you can learn I 11:19 got a gut chapter in here that's 11:20 mind-blowing so inside the medical 11:22 medium uh revised and 11:25 expanded so it's really about fixing 11:27 things that's what I like to do 11:31 um see how do I know different between 11:34 cultivated and wild blueberries okay 11:36 cultivated blueberries are bigger 11:38 they're larger and wild blueberries will 11:41 say Wild on the packaging like the 11:43 Frozen wild blueberries that'll say Wild 11:45 on the packaging it's in the freezer 11:47 section Frozen wild blueberries so 11:50 that's really important right there 11:51 cultivated blueberries are in those clam 11:53 shell pint siiz clam shells that you see 11:55 in the grocery store where they're all 11:57 stacked up and they're bigger they're 11:59 their larger blueberries those are still 12:01 good for you but they won't do that 12:03 healing they won't do that healing that 12:05 you need they won't get the toxic heavy 12:07 metals out they don't even have the 12:09 antioxidant level that the wild 12:11 blueberries do or the phytochemical 12:13 compounds wild blueberries are antiviral 12:16 cultivated blueberries are not antiviral 12:19 antibacterial so all those things matter 12:21 um they really 12:23 do so so let's do some like additions 12:26 with this potato salad that I'm making 12:28 you guys steing potato Sal I got the 12:30 diced up Cub potatoes these are steamed 12:33 potatoes just so you know I got a 1/4 12:36 cup of parsley thrown in there I got a 12:38 couple tablespoons of green onion diced 12:41 in there and I have a clove of garlic 12:43 diced too really finely and thrown in 12:46 there just so you know so let's keep on 12:48 going let's go into some radish land I 12:50 don't know if you guys like 12:51 radishes but I do sulfur comp compounds 12:55 and radishes are really healing can 12:58 thinly slice these rad es it's what I'm 13:00 doing right 13:03 now you don't need a whole lot of 13:07 them so you don't need a lot of them 13:11 like this is an option right here you 13:13 can do a half a cup of radish put in 13:17 here so I'm thinly slicing these 13:20 radishes right 13:25 now okay Lisa says I make potatoes and 13:28 eggs together is that 13:30 bad well it all depends you know if you 13:33 have any symptoms going on if there's 13:35 any kind of symptom you know when people 13:37 have um skin conditions eczema psoriasis 13:41 if they have sibo intestinal tract 13:43 disorders if they have Celiac if they 13:46 have Crohn's colitis chronic fatigue 13:49 syndrome thyroid problems and anything 13:51 like this eggs aren't a good thing for 13:54 any of these symptoms or conditions 13:56 because what's behind everybody's 13:58 sickness and behind autoimmune so if 14:00 you're somebody with any kind of 14:02 autoimmune what's behind it is viruses 14:04 so Epstein bar virus shingles virus um 14:08 all the different viruses that's what's 14:09 behind autoimmune and they sit inside of 14:12 us and we get all these symptoms skin 14:14 conditions and everything so with all 14:16 that said eggs will feed the bugs so 14:19 eggs are a bad idea so um I'd keep them 14:22 out of your diet if I I would listen to 14:24 the medical medium podcast at Apple 14:26 podcast and listen to the egg episode 14:27 your mind will be blown the information 14:30 in that episode so it's a docy series 14:32 style podcast it's uh at Apple podcast 14:35 medical medium so you can check that out 14:37 so um got a half cup of thinly sliced 14:40 radishes right here I'm going to pop 14:42 these 14:42 in that's what I'm going to 14:46 do it's one of the options in this 14:48 recipe see guys I'm making the healing 14:49 potato salad so I just threw the 14:51 radishes in there take a look right 14:54 partially flat or curly you can use 14:56 Either Ore so I use the flat leaf 14:59 parsley but you can use um either one 15:03 perfectly 15:06 fine so anyway all right so I'm going to 15:09 do some cucumber too that's that's the 15:11 next option inside this so thinly half 15:14 cup of thinly slice cucumber all right 15:16 what I'm going to do is cut the cucumber 15:18 in half this is an English cucumber I'm 15:21 leaving the skin on this one too here's 15:23 a question from Janette by the way this 15:25 is an English cucumber I just wanted to 15:27 show you and I just cut it in half just 15:28 so you know that's that's it right there 15:32 um why are so many people sensitive to 15:34 onions the people who need them stop 15:37 eating them 15:39 um so what happens is that a lot of 15:44 people they'll have a lot of 15:45 sensitivities because they're dealing 15:47 with so many different levels of 15:48 bacteria in their intestinal tract 15:50 that's one reason too so in their 15:51 intestinal tract they'll have bacteria 15:53 strepto octus is one of the bacteria the 15:56 main bacteria in people's intestinal 15:57 tract the other one is other ones E coli 16:01 and if you got a lot of that in there 16:04 including fungus yeast mold if you got a 16:07 lot of this inside your intestinal tract 16:09 you're going to rock the boat because 16:12 when you put something like onions in 16:14 onions is like an antiseptic against 16:17 these very bugs and these microorganisms 16:19 that aren't great so when you're eating 16:20 a little bit of that onion some people 16:23 can get a reaction the reaction is um 16:25 they feel a little funny in their tummy 16:27 maybe or they feel like they got got 16:29 some extra gas that kind of sensitivity 16:32 um but but really that's that's that's 16:34 what happens there it feels too 16:38 strong does radish give Jacqueline says 16:42 does radish give nutrition I heard 16:44 radish is a 16:46 condiment radishes are an incredible 16:49 food I mean I think I talk about 16:52 it here in life-changing Foods I think I 16:55 talk about it in some of the other books 16:56 too radish is really power ful because 16:59 it's it's got a high sulfur Rich 17:03 phytochemical compound in it and that 17:06 high sulfur Rich pH phytochemical 17:08 compound is is anti-bug and you got to 17:12 think about here's the thing okay 17:15 everybody's sick because they got these 17:17 little bugs inside of them and they got 17:18 toxic heavy metals too and other toxins 17:20 in them and foods have to be detoxifying 17:25 but they also have to be anti-bug 17:27 anti-pathogen antiviral antibacterial 17:30 anti- mold anti- geese anti fungus and 17:32 some foods are stronger than others for 17:35 helping us to heal and radishes that's 17:37 the food right there so I just put some 17:38 radishes in there thinly sliced okay I 17:41 got that so I'm doing the Cucumber now 17:45 thinly slicing some cucumber I'm using 17:47 an English cucumber right here so I'm 17:50 thinly slicing some cucumber going to 17:52 try to do about a half a cup of this I 17:55 like having the Cucumber inside here I 17:58 like the cucumber inside this healing 17:59 potato salad I like the 18:02 radishes and I even have some asparagus 18:05 in front of me too I'm going to put in 18:07 here so I'm trying to get about a half a 18:09 cup I think I got it thinly sliced 18:11 cucumber right here so I'm going to 18:13 sprinkle that about inside this healing 18:16 potato 18:20 salad thanks for being here you guys and 18:22 in my kitchen today this is 18:25 awesome so I got that in there and then 18:28 asparagus steamed or raw I'm going to 18:31 use steamed asparagus in this healing 18:33 potato salad so I got some nice um 18:37 steamed asparagus right here so that's 18:40 this Julianne asks IBS any suggestions 18:44 of what to eat so in cleanse the heel I 18:47 talk about Mono eating so mono eating 18:49 cleanses and cleanse the heel so that's 18:52 what I talk about in here and it's for 18:54 people with gastroparesis IBS Crohn's 18:57 colitis Celiac intestinal bloating 19:01 cramping intal intestinal sensitivities 19:05 and so it's the mono eating cleanse 19:07 inside cleanse to heal it's one of the 19:08 cleanses it's healing people all around 19:10 the world right now with 19:11 gastrointestinal problems so um so an 19:15 IBS is inflammation that is a mystery to 19:18 medical research and science so it's a 19:20 mystery to the doctor it's a mystery to 19:21 medical research and science they don't 19:23 know what IBS is irritable bowel 19:25 syndrome so with all the science and 19:27 technology in the world and all the 19:29 trillions of dollars that went into 19:31 medicine so far all they can come up 19:33 with with three words irritable bowel 19:35 syndrome which means out of all the all 19:38 the medical technology we have they came 19:40 up with the fact that your bow is 19:43 irritable that's all they came out with 19:46 like that's it it's like trillions of 19:48 dollars they can send a rocket ship into 19:51 space um we got the best stereo systems 19:54 in our cars now but all they can come up 19:57 with with IBS is it's irritable so 20:00 you're irritable that's it so you got an 20:02 irritable problem in your gut that's all 20:04 they can come up with it when you really 20:05 size it up and see how stupid it is and 20:07 see how actually crazy it is and when 20:12 you actually look at the truth of things 20:14 and see where technology is and and the 20:16 medical world is it's it's remedial it's 20:18 really sad sure you get into a car 20:21 accident they try to piece you back 20:22 together in the hospital and and keep 20:24 you alive and try to put your broken 20:25 bones together but you know and Sur too 20:29 your gallbladder is about to pop they'll 20:31 take it out for you but when it comes 20:32 down to so many things when it comes 20:35 down to all these mystery illnesses and 20:37 autoimmune and and hundreds of 20:39 autoimmune conditions they've labeled 20:40 now they don't know the cause and they 20:43 don't know the cause of celiac they 20:44 don't know the cause of anything 20:46 gastroparesis they just don't know the 20:48 cause so it so with IBS it's 20:52 inflammation yeah but it's inflammation 20:55 from Little buggies that are inside the 20:57 intestinal tract so and little buggies 21:00 cause a lot of problems and then what 21:02 happens is when you eat gluten and when 21:04 you eat dairy products it could make IBS 21:07 worse even if it doesn't make it worse 21:09 that day it could make it worse a week 21:11 later and then then you kind of don't 21:13 know what did it you kind of don't know 21:14 what's going on so if I had IBS I'd be 21:17 off gluten I'd be off dairy products I'd 21:21 be off um milk cheese butter I wouldn't 21:23 be doing that I'd be off eggs I would be 21:26 off all that that's what I would do and 21:28 and then then I would learn hey what's 21:30 the cause of IBS so I would try to find 21:34 out the cause of IBS and then learn how 21:36 to heal it so that's cleanse the heel 21:38 right there if you see it I know it's 21:40 kind of shiny on the screen so that's 21:42 cleanse the heel I have IBS in the book 21:44 you could take it to your doctor if you 21:46 want have them look at it um so I got 21:49 some asparagus right here so half cup of 21:53 chopped asparagus now I'm just going to 21:54 chop this asparagus 21:57 up and and pieces not not just roughly 22:01 diced I'm not going 22:03 to like overdo it with chopping them up 22:06 just letting you know when you guys make 22:07 yours tonight you can kind of remember 22:09 that so I'm putting the 22:10 asparagus on this there we 22:15 go Marissa where can I find the recipe 22:18 for the potato salad cleanse the 22:22 heel that's where the recipe is it's in 22:24 cleanse the heel right here um on sale 22:27 at Amazon us $16.99 or get it free at 22:30 the library you want you can go you know 22:33 a lot of people they don't they don't 22:34 have the means to think $16 right now 22:37 it's tough times for a lot of people to 22:38 go to the library get it for free I just 22:40 want you to have it so there it 22:44 is um so this potato salad's coming out 22:47 really good so far so I got a half a cup 22:49 of steamed asparagus I got a half a cup 22:52 of thinly sliced cucumber got a half a 22:54 cup of radishes that's a healing food 22:57 all on its own you guys 22:59 I got some parsley in here 1/4 cup of 23:01 parsley I got a little bit of garlic in 23:03 here and then now I'm going to put 2 23:08 tablespoons of um lemon is what I'm 23:11 going to put in here you can put less 23:13 you you could put 23:15 more so um but I'm going to put a couple 23:18 other things let let's put some mustard 23:19 powder in here a half teaspoon of 23:21 mustard powder is what I'm going to do 23:23 so just want to show you see if you can 23:26 even see that there so I got some 23:29 mustard powder so I'm going to do about 23:30 a half teaspoon of mustard powder over 23:33 here there we 23:35 go I'm going to do some uh some other 23:39 stuff so two teaspoons of lemon is what 23:42 I'm going to do so about two teaspoons 23:45 so you can do a couple things you can 23:46 use the measuring I'm going to squeeze 23:48 the 23:49 lemon and gauge it that way for me I've 23:52 done it so many times over the years I'm 23:55 going to get about 2 tpoon of lemon 23:58 lemon juice on here is what I'm going to 24:02 do there we 24:06 go a lemon seed went in and I'm going to 24:09 grab that lemon seed real quick get it 24:12 out don't you hate what that 24:14 happens what if you have a sulfur 24:17 allergy sulfur allergy is different than 24:19 what's in a radish so that's not the 24:22 same sulfur so the sulfur um for for 24:26 sulfur allergy is a whole different 24:27 chemical a whole different element it's 24:29 a whole different compound it's a 24:31 different chemical compound um this is 24:35 this we're made out of sulfur we're made 24:38 out of sulfur from plant material like 24:42 we're made out of sulf that's what's in 24:45 all vegetables that's what's in all 24:47 fruit all herbs I'm drinking some 24:50 traditional medicinal tea right now so 24:53 I'm drinking some tea I got some nettle 24:55 leaf tea in the moment okay and um 24:58 there's sulfur in the nettle Leaf so 25:00 whatever herb you've ever had you know 25:02 have you had lemon bomb nettle Leaf 25:04 peppermint Peppermint's got sulfur in it 25:06 it's it's it's the fundamental basis of 25:10 life so that's not the same sulfur 25:12 chemical compounds that you'd be 25:15 allergic to um that's a whole different 25:17 that's a whole different kind of thing 25:19 this is something that's in food 25:20 entirely 25:22 different um so if you've been told that 25:25 you're allergic to a vegetable or a 25:27 radish 25:28 that can happen out there well they'll 25:30 tell you you know you get testing for 25:31 food testing it's totally messed up it's 25:34 totally backwards in so many ways and 25:37 the problem is with all those tests is 25:39 whoever created them doesn't know why 25:41 anybody's sick so here we go we're going 25:43 to tell somebody don't eat the radish 25:44 don't eat this don't eat a strawberry 25:46 don't eat an apple don't eat cilantro 25:48 don't eat this this this don't have 25:50 asparagus you know you're sensitive to 25:52 asparagus they'll say on the test don't 25:54 have cucumber knock that off the test 25:56 don't have lemon that's bad you and 25:58 they'll do this thing where now you're 26:00 just stuck with some meat and some 26:02 chicken and then they'll give you 26:04 something odd to eat like you'll be able 26:06 to eat like uh you'll be able to eat 26:08 like a zucchini or something they'll 26:10 give you like a few things to eat and 26:12 now you're totally stuck you're like you 26:14 have 50 things they say you're you know 26:17 you're sensitive to and meanwhile these 26:21 foods are the foods that are helping you 26:24 heal a problem that they're not 26:25 detecting and that happens with food 26:27 allergy testing 26:28 food sensitivity testing now it's 26:30 different if you're really allergic 26:32 where you eat an asparagus and now you 26:34 can't breathe or something and your 26:36 throat closes well then you're allergic 26:38 to an asparagus pressing Prince hey good 26:41 to see you um you love to eat radishes 26:45 and you love eating their leaves too in 26:46 salads incredible incredible yeah I the 26:49 radish leaves are really healing in 26:51 salads too you put those in your salads 26:53 that's an amazing thing to do so I got 26:55 the lemon in there so I want to put a 26:56 little garlic 27:00 powder um but here's the thing you know 27:03 what what people don't realize is that 27:06 people don't realize is that you don't 27:08 when you don't know why someone's sick 27:10 it's easy to just mess things up so you 27:12 tell somebody hey you're allergic to 27:14 these 20 Foods you're allergic to celery 27:16 you're allergic to Strawberry you're 27:18 allergic to Apple and you tell and it's 27:20 like what you don't even know why 27:21 they're sick you don't even know what's 27:23 wrong with them um you know it's it's 27:28 it's when it's a rash they don't even 27:30 know what causes a r here's the thing if 27:33 you eat a food that you're really 27:35 allergic to and you get a rash right 27:38 that second or your stomach gets really 27:41 crazyer funnier T right in that second 27:43 then you might have a sensitivity to 27:44 that food you know but like if it's like 27:47 really really Intense or something but 27:51 other than that you know nothing happens 27:54 you eat a piece of radish and nothing 27:56 happens you know you eat an asparagus 27:59 and nothing happens and even 28:01 then and even then what you know what 28:03 people don't realize is that you know 28:05 rashes like from eczema rashes from 28:08 psoriasis vitiligo rosacea they're viral 28:13 so these are viral things and IBS is 28:16 strepto coctus it's bacterial 28:20 and sometimes you'll eat some foods and 28:22 you're cleaning all that up and you 28:23 might see some rashes come and go but 28:25 that's different that's different than 28:27 eating a strawberry and then your throat 28:30 swells up or something and you break out 28:31 in hives or something that's that's 28:33 different you know it's an entirely 28:35 different thing that's when someone 28:36 actually has a real food allergy or 28:39 something you know when they experience 28:41 it in that very second their throat 28:42 swells up or something and you know like 28:45 with peanuts like with peanuts something 28:48 like that so um other than that I know 28:50 that so many people they don't have food 28:53 allergies to their foods and they're 28:56 just they're just told got to eat them 28:58 so they don't eat a radish they never 29:01 try it they don't eat a piece of 29:02 eggplant they don't have a cucumber they 29:04 don't have anything and um and people 29:07 get hives all the time but it's not from 29:10 the healthy foods they're eating so 29:12 anyway I want to mix this 29:13 up is what I'm going to do so I'm going 29:15 to mix this potato salad 29:19 [Music] 29:22 up lot of people have chemical 29:24 sensitivities out there a lot of people 29:27 have chemical sensitivity because 29:28 they're they got the Epstein bar virus 29:31 they're they got lots of metals in their 29:32 system and between the Epstein bar virus 29:35 and metals that alone can give somebody 29:37 so many chemical sensitivities they 29:39 become sensitive to everything as far as 29:41 chemical wise so that's important to 29:44 know they'll get hives because of 29:47 chemical sensitivities that's really 29:49 important there I just mixed up this 29:51 dish it's incredible dish it's the 29:52 healing potato salad can you guys see it 29:54 at all how good can you see it I'm not 29:56 sure 29:59 but that's it right there Lena says my 30:02 stomach hurt every time I ate and I 30:05 thought it was normal eating this way I 30:08 don't experience any pain or bloating 30:10 incredible I'm so proud of you that 30:11 you're eating so good you're eating this 30:13 way um Barbara says love this show made 30:17 made mine made ma your Saturday 30:19 incredible makes my Saturday that you 30:21 guys are all here 30:25 um how do we get your book of recipes 30:29 well 45 recipes I put in this revised 30:34 and Expanded Edition you guys I put a 30:36 book in this book this is at amazon.com 30:39 this is the medical medium Secrets 30:40 behind chronic and mystery illness and 30:42 how to finally heal now this isn't the 30:45 there there this isn't the original book 30:47 this is the new edition so you have to 30:48 look and you'll see revised and expanded 30:51 this is the new edition on Amazon link 30:53 is in profile link is in description so 30:57 just so you know and you'll see the gold 30:59 emblem on there that tells you I don't 31:01 know if you see it there I'm not sure 31:03 what the lights like today but this is 31:07 the book right here 45 recipes basically 31:10 it's a recipe book I mean it's 45 31:11 recipes in here but it's so much more 31:13 than that there's conditions there's 31:15 symptoms there's supplements dosages 31:17 there's an angel chapter I added 31:19 additional essential Angels additional 31:21 meditations in here um there's the meal 31:25 plan expanded on that EXP B on the 31:28 28-day cleanse so seriously this is such 31:31 a powerful book and I talk about the 31:34 pandemic I talk about the plague up like 31:37 updated This Book Like No Other so this 31:39 is really great I put a book inside this 31:41 book so that's awesome and then look 31:45 cleanse the heel 75 recipes in cleanse 31:47 the heel it's a medical textbook so you 31:49 got these options so they're there for 31:51 you that's that's the whole point but 31:53 I'm excited about the potato salad it's 31:55 going to be delicious 31:58 so Karen says what book do you recommend 32:00 for chemical sensitivities I recommend 32:02 cleanse the heel so if I open up cleanse 32:04 the 32:05 heel right 32:07 here 32:12 um so if I open up cleanse the heel I 32:15 don't know if you can see this but it's 32:17 going to say chemical and food 32:19 sensitivities for some reason the 32:21 lighting is doing something weird 32:23 today um chemical and food sensitivities 32:26 and I talk about the true cause of 32:28 chemical sensitivities the true cause of 32:29 food sensitivities and I talk about what 32:31 to do for it everything I mean this book 32:33 right here just has that right in here 32:35 it's over 200 symptoms and conditions in 32:37 this book so I'm excited about 32:40 this um so this is a recipe that's 32:46 helpful for the digestion it's it's easy 32:49 on the system there's no fat in this 32:51 recipe so it's important to know not to 32:53 put oil in your potato salad in this 32:56 recipe don't put oil in there there 32:58 don't put nut Butters in there don't 33:00 throw Chicken in there has nothing to do 33:02 whether if I like animal protein or I 33:04 like vegan diets or animal protein diets 33:06 has nothing to do with that it's just 33:07 this recipe is meant to help heal the 33:10 liver help you gently cleanse out toxins 33:14 and poisons keep you strong so it's a 33:15 really good powerful recipe right there 33:31 I'm reading some questions right here do 33:33 you like mustard powder better than 33:34 using 33:36 mustard well when you use mustard you 33:38 got to remember there's vinegar in there 33:40 so keep that in mind and vinegar is a 33:42 problem so vinegar can really be a 33:44 problem it's it's it's highly agitating 33:47 to the liver it's irritating to the 33:49 liver um and that's a whole another 33:52 story so and mustard pow unless it's a 33:55 mustard recipe for medical medium maybe 33:58 my blog medical mem.com at the blog and 34:00 it's a mustard recipe that's another 34:03 story but mustards out there in the 34:04 little squeezy bottles it's got vinegar 34:07 in there so you got to look out for that 34:09 and that's a big issue I see a question 34:11 here Karen my Eczema is flaring up after 34:13 eight months of 369 is that part of the 34:16 healing process are you doing eight 34:17 months of 369 the whole time is you 34:21 taking breaks what are you eating in 34:22 between 34:23 369 is it the 369 Advanced or 369 34:28 uh simplified 369 original 369 Advanced 34:32 are you doing the heavy metal detox 34:34 smoothie at all because eczema is caused 34:37 by two things it's caused by the epine 34:40 bar in combination with copper inside 34:42 the liver so that's copper inside the 34:44 liver so are you doing anything to get 34:47 the copper out of the liver because 34:50 until the copper completely comes out of 34:52 the liver then you're free so are you 34:54 doing the heavy metal detox smoothie um 34:57 are you doing any of the antio antiviral 35:00 protocols so when I look at cleanse to 35:02 heel and I look at 35:04 eczema and you can take this to your 35:06 doctor and you can ALS or healthc care 35:08 provider or health coach or whoever's in 35:11 whoever's in charge of your health care 35:14 um you can take this to them but when I 35:15 look into eczema I'm going to find it 35:19 here 35:20 um so exoman psoriasis including rosacea 35:24 lupus style rashes and some other things 35:26 too some in here right now okay um and 35:29 I'm looking I'm seeing supplements and 35:31 dosages 35:33 so some people can get rid of their 35:35 eczema by just doing the 369 after a 35:38 week or two right and their eczema 35:40 starts to clear up some people can get 35:42 rid of their eczema doing the mono 35:43 eating cleanse some people get rid of 35:45 their eczema by just you doing the 28 35:47 day cleanse like like in the medical 35:49 medium book here but it all depends some 35:54 people have more copper inside their 35:56 liver causing the eczema some people end 35:59 up having two or three varieties of 36:01 Epstein bar inside their liver so or 36:04 they'll get exposed and get another 36:05 epsteam bar three years after they got 36:07 their eczema better and then three years 36:08 later they pick up another viral uh a 36:11 viral load and then they're you know 36:14 they they end up getting something else 36:15 but you have to have copper inside the 36:17 liver in order to have eczema and So 36:22 when you buy new clothing brand new 36:24 clothing there's copper in the fungus 36:27 side 36:28 and you know they sell copper clothing 36:29 now right you know copper clothing type 36:32 stuff where they got copper weaved into 36:34 clothing now and stuff like that socks 36:36 and other things and all that highly 36:38 toxic because that's copper that gets in 36:39 our system they um and then fungicides 36:43 pesticides everything scented candles 36:45 have copper in it um air fresheners it 36:48 all depends on your exposures too so I 36:50 talked about so I talked this about a 36:52 doctor recently about ezim and psoriasis 36:55 and people get new exposures too they'll 36:58 get scented candle exposure and then a 37:00 month later they end up getting a flare 37:03 or they'll get air freshener exposure 37:05 and they'll get a flare or cologne 37:07 exposure so perfume in Cologne exposure 37:10 I've seen people order new clothes the 37:13 new clothes come they try them on and 37:14 they got perfume on them from somebody 37:16 else trying them on and all of a sudden 37:18 it flares things up because perfume 37:20 cologne have copper in them copper is a 37:22 heavy metal toxic heavy metal used in 37:24 perfume clones scented candles 37:26 pesticides herbicides fungicides air 37:29 fresheners and everybody should be 37:31 complaining to all these companies 37:32 because we're just they just they're 37:34 just contaminating everybody but so 37:37 there's a couple things you could do you 37:38 can go to your practitioner doctor and 37:40 you can look at the supplements too for 37:42 examon orasis you could be like well am 37:44 I doing all these am I doing some of 37:46 these and so and that's what's in here 37:49 so I don't know if you guys could see 37:50 that it's kind of Whiting out on there 37:53 um but the whole thing is that when you 37:57 look here when you look here you can 37:59 start out with you read the supplement 38:01 chapter in cleans the heel and you can 38:03 read like the information you can try a 38:05 few different supplements for it you can 38:07 go to your practitioner and see if your 38:08 practitioner wants you to try more and 38:11 then it and then you're doing the heavy 38:13 metal detox smoothie too so when you go 38:14 in here there's a heavy metal 38:16 detox um smoothie in here the reason for 38:20 that is to get the copper out so when 38:23 that when it comes down to that you got 38:25 like the vimergy spirulina the barley 38:28 grass cheese powder in the heavy metal 38:29 detox smoothie I talked about that the 38:31 other day and when you get out when you 38:34 get out the copper then you get you get 38:38 you know you move forward you move 38:39 forward and then the supplementations 38:41 for the ant that's the whole antiviral 38:43 thing too but also if you're doing the 38:46 369 or you doing it how's how's the 38:49 process going like are you doing 38:50 caffeine at all in between it did you 38:52 have chocolate in between chocolate is 38:54 the eczema instigator so if you had 38:56 chocolate a month ago you can end up 38:58 with a cycle of eczema a month later cuz 39:01 it's an instigator because it jacks up 39:03 the adrenals and the adrenals push out 39:05 copper everywhere that's in your liver 39:07 so any kind of caffeine any kind of 39:09 chocolate any kind of tea any kind of 39:11 coffee drinks um these are just some of 39:14 the things are you staying away from 39:15 vinegar are you staying away from 39:16 nutritional yeast uh make sure no eggs 39:19 get in the diet between the 369 and 39:21 maybe you're doing a 369 8 months 39:23 straight and nothing's getting in so you 39:25 got to try some of those other things 39:27 I'm talking about um you can talk to 39:29 your practitioner but I'm trying to give 39:30 you any 39:31 insight um to make sure that you know 39:34 you get every chance to recover like so 39:36 many millions have with exim mons orias 39:39 um or you under a lot of stress stress 39:41 triggers the adrenals when the adrenals 39:43 are flooding the heart rate goes up the 39:46 adrenaline pushes out old storage bins 39:48 of copper deeper out of the liver and 39:50 now you got a little bit of a flare up 39:52 that's how it works so um it just 39:55 happens anyway um but you're in the 39:57 healing process you're doing all the 39:59 right things and you just keep you can 40:00 go further you can go a little bit 40:02 further and that's how it's set up so 40:03 you can go as far farther as you need to 40:05 go guys I'm going to be on Tik Tok 40:07 around 40:08 5:30 uh 2:30 Pacific Time 5:30 East 40:11 Coast time I'm going to be on Tik Tok 40:13 and I'm going to make a new 40:17 recipe that's the recipe I'm going to 40:20 make right there and it's the potato 40:23 cauliflower mash and I'm going to be on 40:26 Tik tock 40:28 exactly 2:30 Pacific 40:31 5:30 East Coast time okay um at Medical 40:35 medium on Tik Tok just
