the strawberry 0:20 banana salad 0:22 so this is a special recipe it really is 0:25 because it's 0:25 really healing because when you put a 0:28 healing food like strawberries healing 0:30 food like bananas 0:31 with greens leafy greens 0:34 that's the key it's the leafy greens 0:36 i've been saying that for years and 0:38 years and years 0:39 and that's what's always been missing 0:40 out of all the diet belief systems out 0:42 there it's always been the leafy greens 0:45 it's been missing in all the plant-based 0:46 diets 0:47 and it's been missing in all the vegan 0:49 diets vegetarian diets 0:51 sure somebody will have lettuce here and 0:53 there but the leafy greens have always 0:55 been missing 0:56 and medical medium information has put 0:58 the leafy greens 1:00 into diet belief systems out there now 1:02 so now you'll see plant-based people 1:04 all of a sudden start mentioning leafy 1:06 greens you'll see other people start 1:08 mentioning leafy greens 1:09 for the first time in health history and 1:13 it's that important so it's been a lot 1:14 of years of teaching teaching teaching 1:18 so decades of making sure people learn 1:20 about leafy greens and you guys are 1:22 going to learn because i'm going to talk 1:23 about the power of these leafy greens 1:26 the mineral salts in the spinach there's 1:28 gonna be some basil here too 1:30 and butter leaf lettuce i got a red 1:32 butter leaf lettuce 1:34 is what i have so that's gonna be 1:38 the red butter leaf lettuce for today um 1:41 the recipe 1:42 shows a green butter leaf lettuce but 1:45 you can use the red butter leaf it's 1:46 beautiful 1:47 you can use the green butter leaf here's 1:50 spinach right here 1:51 spinach is really a healing food i mean 1:55 it really is it's packed with trace 1:57 minerals 1:58 it's packed with phytochemical compounds 2:00 these things are anti-aging 2:03 really healing so i'll talk a little bit 2:04 more in depth about what these foods do 2:07 when it comes down to chronic illness 2:08 like fibromyalgia chronic fatigue 2:10 syndrome 2:11 hashimoto's thyroiditis all kinds of 2:13 different skin conditions eczema 2:14 psoriasis these foods 2:16 matter so when people are afraid of 2:18 plant foods 2:20 because they say they got like 2:21 anti-nutrients in them or something like 2:23 that 2:23 their foods with anti-nutrients and 2:25 stuff it's really ridiculous these are 2:27 the foods 2:27 that help us get better and help us heal 2:30 so 2:31 anyway you guys so i'm making the 2:34 strawberry banana salad if you just got 2:35 on 2:36 coming on exciting 3:07 day 3:07 right happy valentine's and 3:10 so much to do um so i'm going to start 3:13 making a recipe and we're going to cover 3:15 some cool stuff too you pre-ordered the 3:16 book yay 3:18 amazing incredible so i'm gonna read 3:21 comments gonna answer 3:22 answer questions like i said um 3:26 how to heal reynalds you know i'm gonna 3:29 cover that in a little bit too on that 3:31 whole condition 3:32 i think we should talk about that a 3:33 little bit later so we'll do that 3:35 um yeah let's make the recipe let's get 3:37 started we're going to answer questions 3:39 cool so first thing is the leafy greens 3:43 let's 3:43 let's get that going and this is so easy 3:46 too 3:46 such an easy recipe and that's one of 3:49 the key things it's like make it as easy 3:51 as possible making 3:52 make it as healing as possible all that 3:54 matters start with the leafy greens 3:57 right here so some spinach so i'm going 3:59 to put some nice spinach leaves now you 4:00 can chop 4:01 your greens up i'm going to chop them up 4:04 a little bit 4:05 kind of give them a little gentle chop 4:07 is what i'm going to do just you know 4:09 a couple of them but you can leave a lot 4:10 of them whole 4:12 and that's you know you can do you can 4:14 do either or so i'm going to put some 4:16 spinach in 4:17 probably cut a few pieces up too so i 4:20 got this beautiful spinach right here 4:22 getting it in the bowl i'm going to take 4:26 a few leaves 4:27 just give them a little chop too 4:31 you don't want them shredded you want to 4:34 keep them 4:36 still you know a decent size this is a 4:38 baby spinach just letting you guys know 4:40 now different times of the year there's 4:42 going to be different kinds of spinach 4:44 there's going to be 4:44 really big pieces big leaves 4:50 roughly leaves of spinach that's out 4:52 there i'm just cutting a few pieces of 4:53 baby spinach getting it in here 4:58 i'm going to put some butter leaf 4:59 lettuce in here too i'm going to put 5:01 that in here 5:06 now you can do i mean look if you don't 5:10 have the spinach and 5:11 if you don't have the butter leaf 5:12 lettuce you can do a mixed green 5:15 you can look if it's all you got in 5:17 there is you just got lettuce then let's 5:18 try that but i want you guys to be able 5:20 to 5:21 do the recipe the way it's supposed to 5:23 be someday so that's 5:24 so i'm showing you so that's the 5:25 beautiful spinach i have in here the 5:27 baby spinach i got the butter leaf 5:28 lettuce in here too 5:30 i'm gonna mix it up and put a little bit 5:31 more put a little bit more butter leaf 5:34 i'm gonna put a little bit more spinach 5:36 in here so 5:40 it's really good to be connected to your 5:41 food like this too because you really 5:43 get connected with it it's not just 5:44 making a recipe it's 5:46 more than that 5:51 so so i'm going to mix up these greens a 5:56 little bit so the spinach and the butter 5:57 leaf i'm just going to use my hands 6:00 i'm going to try to read some questions 6:01 hi there it's moringa 6:04 and then i saw something about spirulina 6:07 moringa's not spirulina 6:09 and meringue is not as good as spirulina 6:12 um 6:12 and spirulina is not as good as the best 6:14 spirulina so don't get that confused too 6:17 um for any spirulina questions that's 6:19 the spirulina 6:20 that i use right there that's the 6:22 vimergy the is in victor i 6:24 m e r g y vimergy.com that's the spinach 6:28 i mean the spirulina talking about 6:30 spinach and spirulina that's the 6:31 spirulina that's the good one 6:35 moringa is really is really not 6:38 that it's kind of overrated it's not 6:40 that helpful 6:42 when it comes down to fixing things and 6:44 healing things you really need to know 6:46 what 6:46 helps you heal and there's so many 6:49 trendy 6:50 different things that like products that 6:52 have been out over the years but 6:53 you can put as many trendy products as 6:55 you want out there 6:56 and you know something can be a buzz hey 7:00 moringa 7:01 neem oil you know whatever you want to 7:03 throw out there 7:04 but it doesn't mean that it fixes 7:08 something 7:08 like what's wrong with you what's going 7:10 on what kind of illness do you have is 7:12 it eczema psoriasis 7:13 is it ra is it hashimoto's is it fibro 7:16 is it pots is it depression is it 7:19 anxiety 7:20 and so moringa can't remove toxic heavy 7:23 metals 7:24 from the brain to relieve your 7:26 depression and anxiety 7:27 but spirulina can the right kind of 7:29 spirulina can just like that 7:31 um so i'm just mixing up some greens i 7:33 got some beautiful butter leaf 7:35 i got some spinach leaves right here put 7:38 a few more in here and then i'm gonna 7:39 start chopping up some strawberries and 7:41 some bananas 7:42 so i'm to do good to see everybody 7:45 coming on 7:47 can you add rocket yeah you can 7:50 you can add rocket if you got if you got 7:52 rocket kicking around your kitchen 7:55 that's a cool question could totally do 7:57 that that's all right 7:59 so i got this all set here 8:02 leafy greens are not a vegetable just 8:05 always keep that in mind so it's not a 8:07 vegetable it's not like hey i'm having 8:09 my vegetables 8:10 nope it's not a vegetable it's a leafy 8:12 green it's separate 8:14 so you got the wild foods you got the 8:16 leafy greens 8:18 you got your fruits okay you got your 8:21 vegetables you got your sea vegetables 8:24 so but you know this 8:27 you know so it's in and then you got 8:29 your herbs of course um 8:33 so i'm just reading some questions here 8:38 i find it i find it have a lot of sugar 8:40 wondering 8:41 if it's not healthy so i'm not sure if 8:44 like when it comes down to bananas and 8:45 strawberries 8:46 that's not the the wrong kind of sugar 8:50 so 8:50 you know high fructose corn syrup that's 8:53 a bad sugar 8:54 table sugar that's a bad sugar and sugar 8:57 isn't the problem when it comes down to 8:59 sickness when it comes down to 9:01 you know having poor health or symptoms 9:03 and conditions it's the fats 9:05 so keep that in mind so it's always the 9:07 fat so in chocolate cake 9:09 it's not the sugar that's the real scary 9:12 part in chocolate cake 9:13 it's the fat it's the butter it's the 9:16 oil 9:17 it's the lard it's anything like that 9:19 that's inside a chocolate cake 9:22 and so it's the fats in the chocolate 9:24 cake 9:25 that cause the damage not the sugar so 9:28 then 9:28 everybody gets scared and they're like 9:30 i'm not gonna have a strawberry 9:32 i'm not gonna have a banana and we need 9:35 sugar to 9:36 survive without sugar we die so we can't 9:38 think we can't function we can't walk we 9:41 can't exercise we can't talk 9:43 and that's why you know they even care 9:46 about our 9:47 sugar you know that's why they even care 9:48 about our sugar blood 9:50 sugar is critical to stay alive it's 9:53 also why 9:53 how do you save a diabetic's life when 9:55 they're on the floor 9:57 you know somewhere in a store and 9:59 they're just they're seizuring out 10:00 and they're just literally laying on a 10:02 floor somewhere and they look like 10:03 they're drunk 10:04 and everybody's walking by them and it's 10:06 a diabetic well 10:07 you bring a little bit of orange juice 10:09 with it over to them 10:10 they drink a little orange juice and 10:12 they they're actually able to get off 10:14 the floor 10:15 and get home and hop into a car can't 10:17 tell you how many times i've heard the 10:19 story heard 10:19 from doctors i heard it from people who 10:21 are diabetics 10:23 it's like all of a sudden they're 10:24 flatline they're on the floor somewhere 10:26 in a grocery store or 10:28 they're out shopping and they're laying 10:30 on a sidewalk and everybody's just 10:31 walking by them 10:33 and they're just like hunched over and 10:35 no one knows what's going on 10:37 and all they needed was a sip of orange 10:39 juice sip of sugar to get them off the 10:42 ground and save their life so it's 10:44 it's really not like people think it's 10:46 really how it works 10:48 um what happens is we eat so much fat 10:50 that we trap the sugar 10:52 in our bloodstream and then the sugar 10:56 becomes a little bit of a problem then 10:58 but it's not the sugar in the end it's 10:59 the fat 11:00 that's in our bloodstream then we get 11:02 the insulin resistance 11:04 and then that insulin can't carry the 11:06 sugar into the cells of the body because 11:09 of 11:09 all the fat so you don't want to be 11:12 afraid of a strawberry when you take a 11:13 look at this strawberry right here and 11:15 i got them right here look at these so 11:18 see the strawberries right here you guys 11:19 that's a beautiful strawberry right here 11:22 so 11:23 that is a healing food an incredible 11:26 healing food everybody's worried about 11:28 how they look with aging they're worried 11:30 about 11:31 wrinkles they're worried about aging too 11:33 fast 11:34 and they're worried about their skin 11:37 they're worried about their nails 11:38 they're worried about all of that 11:40 and if you don't want to age you want 11:42 those kinds of foods right here so 11:44 look at that the strawberry but you know 11:47 what happens we're taught to be afraid 11:49 and we're taught to be scared and have 11:53 fear 11:53 and it's like fear about fruit fear 11:56 about bananas fear about strawberries 11:58 that's what we're taught and we're 11:59 taught that every day and it's sad 12:01 it's so sad anyway i got my leafy greens 12:04 here butter leaf lettuce 12:06 spinach leafy greens that's 12:09 the difference and you know what it kind 12:12 of like sounds a little silly when i say 12:13 it 12:14 somebody might be like oh he's he's just 12:16 you know he's saying leafy greens like 12:18 we don't know what leafy greens are wall 12:20 just so you know 12:21 no one talks about him no one talked 12:23 about them 12:24 okay they're like foreign to the health 12:27 scene 12:28 for years i can't tell you how many 12:31 health gurus that 12:32 contacted me for help wanted advice 12:35 wanted information to heal their people 12:37 or heal themselves 12:39 and the many you mentioned leafy greens 12:40 are like what like what 12:43 leafy greens i mean i'm talking about 12:45 top doctors in the world that are health 12:46 gurus that have books out they're like 12:48 leafy greens like what do you mean 12:50 and over the years spinach is now 12:54 now you'll see it more and more and more 12:56 and it's from the medical medium 12:57 information the spinach soup 12:59 this you know all about that um 13:02 so yeah and over the last five years now 13:05 but over the 13:06 last five years six years because the 13:08 medical medium books you'll hear you'll 13:09 hear about leafy greens more in spinach 13:11 and so forth but i got salad going on 13:13 here 13:13 um let's chop up some strawberries so i 13:17 got these beautiful strawberries 13:18 so i'm going to move this over for a 13:20 second 13:25 you can cut the back off the strawberry 13:27 you guys you can do that you see the 13:29 little 13:29 the caps you can keep them if you want 13:32 okay so i've been teaching about leafy 13:35 greens for over 30 years 13:37 and 30 years ago 13:40 forget it like what's a leafy green 13:43 even 20 years ago what's a leafy green 13:46 and 13:46 even still today even with all the 13:48 teaching the lectures i've done 13:51 how many um people in the health scene 13:53 reached out for help 13:55 reached out for answers from mystery 13:56 illnesses all these years 13:58 i've talked to thousands and thousands 14:00 of people 14:01 they still didn't know about leafy 14:03 greens 14:04 it's weird they would say do you mean a 14:06 salad 14:08 um aw are you talking about a salad 14:12 like yeah a salad of iceberg lettuce no 14:15 talking about leafy greens anyway 14:17 cutting the backs off of these 14:19 you don't have to if you don't want to 14:21 you can save those you can eat those 14:23 whatever you can do you can throw them 14:24 in yourself i like to take them off on 14:26 these 14:26 okay so i'm chopping uh 14:30 the little caps off the strawberries 14:32 right here 14:34 you guys can share a protocol someone 14:39 with chronic 14:40 lime okay so 14:44 in this book right here so you might book into their doctor's 16:00 offices 16:01 and said he says it's viral and so 16:04 because of that it 16:05 changed lyme disease so all these years 16:08 later now they took they removed lyme 16:09 disease out of bacterial and now it's an 16:11 autoimmune category which means they 16:13 don't know the cause of it 16:15 but autoimmune the cause of autoimmune 16:17 is viral so just letting you know 16:18 so the first way to heal lyme disease is 16:21 to know 16:22 what the cause is what's causing my 16:25 symptoms what's causing my neurological 16:27 symptoms that someone 16:29 that a doctor says is lyme disease um 16:33 and so viruses such as epstein-barr 16:36 and here's the funny thing it's not 16:38 funny but interesting 16:39 is that doctors check they test for 16:42 epstein-barr now with lyme patients 16:45 because of medical medium books because 16:46 i said that hey lyme disease is caused 16:49 by epstein-barr and shingles okay and so 16:52 what they do 16:53 is they test for epstein-barr lyme you 16:55 know lyme patients they get tested for 16:57 that so they're always getting a lyme 16:58 test and an epstein-barr test now 17:00 they're getting both at salad is what i'm 17:26 making you guys 17:28 when you eat a food like this when you 17:31 eat a recipe like this 17:33 be mindful for what it's doing for you 17:37 like keep that in your consciousness 17:40 okay 17:41 because when you respect the food 17:44 that's actually healing you a connection 17:47 is made 17:49 that's really important to know and hey 17:51 if you don't respect the food that's 17:53 healing you and you don't care and 17:54 you're just eating it or trying it out 17:56 it's still gonna help heal you 17:57 but so i want to talk about 18:00 why healing foods are so important for 18:04 us 18:04 one thing is fragrances okay so 18:07 fragrances that are made from chemical 18:09 companies that saturate us every day so 18:11 when you go into the store 18:13 you get hit you get assaulted by 18:15 fragrances 18:16 that's colognes that's perfumes and then 18:20 we're taught by chemical companies to 18:22 breathe it in to 18:23 like the smell air fresheners scented 18:26 candles 18:27 so here's the thing everybody's so 18:29 health-minded these days 18:31 everybody's you know like a health guru 18:33 now everybody's like a health hack or 18:35 everybody's like 18:36 into health and and you see that now 18:39 everybody knows a little bit something 18:40 about health right but at the same time 18:43 they seem to know a lot about health or 18:45 seem to know anything about health 18:47 they're lighting the candles so they're 18:49 doing all these things 18:51 to help themselves they're doing their 18:52 avocado toast they're doing their 18:55 oatmeal with some raisins they're taking 18:58 care of themselves right 19:00 they're doing their almond milk even 19:02 though that's not the best but whatever 19:04 they're doing these things and they're 19:06 like hey i'm eating healthier i'm 19:08 working out i'm exercising and then 19:10 they're burning scented candles 19:11 and they're they're they're going 19:14 against they're 19:15 countering all the good stuff they're 19:17 doing for themselves they're countering 19:19 it 19:20 so they might eat a good meal they might 19:22 stay away from processed foods and fried 19:24 greasy foods 19:25 but they're sucking in dangerous 19:27 chemicals like 19:29 scented candles air fresheners 19:32 fabric softeners conventional detergents 19:36 right and they're just breathing it all 19:38 in and they're doing it at their homes 19:40 and they're just they're sucking in all 19:42 that chemical oil 19:44 and that toxic oil those toxic chemicals 19:48 are more damaging and more 19:51 toxic than smoking so you know years ago 19:55 you guys everybody would be smoking 19:56 everywhere you'd smoke in public you'd 19:58 smoke in the hospital 20:00 okay you can be a patient in the 20:03 hospital 20:04 years ago in the 80s and you can smoke 20:07 cigarettes while you're in bed 20:09 you can smoke cigarettes while you're in 20:11 bed whether you're there for 20:13 like a you know something going on like 20:15 you know you had an anxiety attack and 20:17 now you're in the hospital or maybe you 20:19 had a fever 20:20 or something and you're in the hospital 20:21 you could just light up your cigarettes 20:22 right there 20:24 1985 1987 20:27 i used to visit people who would ask me 20:30 for help they would say can you visit 20:31 you visit my family member aw 20:34 can you go to the hospital and see a 20:36 family member that's 20:38 very ill because we want to see if you 20:40 have any answers the doctor wants to 20:42 talk to you and see if you have any 20:43 answers 20:44 so i would go to the hospital and you 20:45 just walk in or you walk by you walk 20:48 you walk down the hallway and in every 20:51 room 20:51 everybody's smoking in their beds and 20:54 that like 1987 20:56 1989 1990s just smoking in their beds in 20:59 the hospital right 21:00 you go into a restaurant everybody's 21:02 smoking in the restaurant sucking down 21:04 cigarettes everywhere 21:05 all that smoking is happening in the 21:07 restaurant some i'm chopping up some 21:09 strawberries right here 21:10 and so what happens is that 21:14 with all that smoking going on okay 21:18 um with all that smoking going on 21:21 everywhere in the past 21:22 they stopped it right it's banned you 21:24 can't smoke in a public place 21:25 you can't smoke in a hospital you can't 21:28 smoke 21:29 in church you could smoke in church 21:32 right after prayer 21:33 boom light up your cigarettes just be 21:35 smoking right inside 21:36 right inside the church but guess what 21:38 right you can't anymore 21:40 no smoking but guess what that smoke 21:44 was nothing compared to what you're 21:46 breathing in now 21:48 those cigarettes were a joke they were a 21:51 joke compared and they still are now 21:54 anybody's smoking now 21:55 it's a joke compared to air fresheners 21:58 that's the killer man that's the killer 22:01 no one's keeping tabs on 22:03 those cigarettes are a joke compared to 22:06 cologne 22:07 the cologne is the killer you slap your 22:10 man slaps on that cologne your man slaps 22:12 on all that cologne 22:14 he's killing you and you don't even know 22:15 it take that stuff 22:17 toss it out you know tell your man that 22:20 cologne's going 22:21 because the cologne is ladled in 22:24 chemical company toxins like 22:26 real serious ones aftershave cologne 22:30 hair products hair spray scented candles 22:33 fabric softeners air fresheners those 22:36 are the killers right now 22:38 that's the assault on women and women's 22:41 health and men's health 22:43 so man those cigarettes 22:47 they don't touch they don't touch the 22:50 destruction 22:51 and the damage that all those fragrances 22:54 are causing right now 22:55 they don't even touch it but here's the 22:57 sick part right 22:58 chemical companies want to make sure 23:00 that you're trained 23:02 that you're trained in thinking these 23:05 smells are good 23:06 you're trained to go hey i'm going to 23:08 light the scented chemical 23:10 candle and what does it smell like 23:12 christmas what does it smell like 23:14 you know what does it smell like a 23:15 christmas tree what does it smell like 23:17 you know in the whole bit 23:18 and we're being trained to actually 23:21 breathe all this stuff in we're being 23:23 trained 23:24 to get poisoned so you know it's kind of 23:28 funny i see a lot of people that think 23:30 they know a lot about health out there 23:31 okay and i've seen that for years right 23:34 you know i haven't been in this for two 23:35 years 23:36 or five years or seven years been in 23:37 this for over 35 years right 23:39 and i've shaped health of what it's 23:42 today like i've 23:43 shaped it all with the information from 23:45 mm going all the way back 23:47 and all so many of the tools are in 23:49 medical medium 23:50 medical medium tools are out there in 23:52 the world and people are using them 23:53 they're not 23:54 they're not citing it back you know some 23:56 people do 23:58 but the bottom line is 24:01 you know with this is that 24:04 there's information in these in this in 24:06 in these healing tools 24:08 to help us battle these things like 24:10 fragrances and other stuff but people 24:11 don't know about that stuff they just 24:13 don't even get it i mean there's so many 24:15 people that are into yoga yoga studios 24:17 that are like burning incense that have 24:19 chemicals in them and it's like hey a 24:21 friend of mine was at a yoga studio 24:23 and said this the smell was so strong 24:26 her eyes were burning it's because a lot 24:29 of the incense is not like 24:30 natural it's got chemicals in it the 24:33 fragrances are in there so you want 24:35 fragrance free wherever you go 24:36 you want to protect yourself when you 24:38 order new clothes 24:40 saturated with all kinds of chemicals 24:42 and 24:43 you got to think about children and you 24:46 got to think about babies 24:47 and if you got air fresheners in your 24:50 house pull them out of the wall 24:51 throw them out so that your babies 24:54 aren't breathing that in 24:55 just that's how you do it that's how you 24:57 protect your families 24:59 and get rid of the scented candles 25:01 because those are killers 25:02 those are killers and they're really 25:04 really rough on people 25:06 um so we're being yeah lorraine hey 25:08 lorraine's there 25:10 we're being trained to be poisoned we 25:11 really are and that's what's happening 25:14 and what's in these fragrances 25:17 are toxic heavy metals so that's another 25:19 thing too if you just guys just got on 25:20 there 25:21 i'm on a rant right here about 25:22 fragrances toxic heavy metals and 25:24 fragrances the poisons involved 25:26 how smoking is a joke compared to these 25:29 toxic chemicals that we're breathing in 25:31 every day 25:31 we're being trained to like the smell of 25:33 perfume we're being trained to breathe 25:35 in cologne it's 25:36 everywhere you walk into a grocery store 25:39 i mean it's pumping with all kinds of 25:41 cleaners 25:42 it's pumping with all kinds of cleaners 25:44 that they're spraying that they're 25:45 mopping floors with that are completely 25:47 toxic 25:47 it's it's pumping with clone aftershave 25:50 perfume everywhere 25:52 anyway i'm making the strawberry banana 25:53 salad it's a way to counter all this 25:56 stuff 25:57 so if you wonder why hey why should i 25:59 eat healthy 26:01 and another thing too is like 26:06 we should really like say something out 26:08 there you know we should talk about it 26:09 out there a little bit more we should 26:11 ask for the fragrance free the more you 26:13 ask the more you talk about it the more 26:15 they stop 26:16 and because you don't want all that 26:19 chemical soaking in your 26:21 your food right so i wash these 26:23 strawberries really good 26:24 because i noticed that when i got 26:28 these strawberries right that they had 26:30 like a cologne smell going on on the 26:32 packages 26:33 because of the store it had like a 26:34 chemical smell slash cologne smell 26:37 slash air freshener smell and i had to 26:39 wash these strawberries really good like 26:41 i had to wash them good 26:43 to actually get that off of them and 26:46 it's like it's just unfair 26:47 it's like what you know it's like you 26:49 may as well just bring the cigarettes 26:51 back man just bring them back 26:52 everybody's 26:53 smoke just why not who cares because 26:55 guess what we're doing 26:56 all the other stuff and it's killing us 26:58 so let's all just light up go into the 27:00 grocery stores light up everybody light 27:02 up and just 27:03 why not hey it's safer than all this 27:05 stuff i can tell you that it's actually 27:07 safer but no don't start smoking let's 27:09 get some bananas chopped up 27:14 anyway does that include organic 27:17 perfumes organic scented candles yes 27:19 because organic 27:20 doesn't mean anything because the 27:21 chemical fragrances get into those two 27:24 it's different if it's a candle that 27:27 just has an essential oil in it like 27:29 maybe it just 27:30 has essential oil and then beeswax 27:33 essential oil and then maybe a soy wax 27:35 say right and it's just a little bit of 27:38 that but 27:39 perfumes that even are organic are still 27:42 ladled in like chemical they're still in 27:46 there 27:46 that's the trick that's a whole nother 27:48 game too going on 27:51 um so i got some bananas so i'm just 27:54 going to cut them in these nice pieces 27:56 you don't want them too small but you 27:58 don't want them too big so i'm just 27:59 cutting them 28:00 right here this is a really nice banana 28:06 cigarettes are filled with chemicals 28:08 right yeah they are okay 28:10 scented candles 28:15 100 times worse i wouldn't even probably 28:18 worse than even 100 times 28:20 okay it's it's an oil base 28:23 scented candles have an oil base of a 28:26 soup 28:27 of dangerous chemicals synthetically 28:30 made in a chemical factory 28:31 that aren't tested no one knows what the 28:34 damage that it could be done 28:35 on people in their lungs their body how 28:38 it can promote cancer like 28:39 be literally a trigger for cancer 28:42 so here we're worried about cancer 28:44 everybody's worried about women are 28:46 worried about cancer 28:47 and they're being assaulted with all 28:50 these chemicals 24 7 28:51 breathing them in and their families and 28:53 their children and 28:55 this is no joke it's no joke man um 28:58 i'm cutting up these bananas and little 29:00 pieces here 29:02 that's what i'm doing i'm gonna stack 29:05 them and do it this way 29:15 put some nice little banana pieces here 29:20 carol how do you wash strawberries i put 29:23 them in a big bowl of water right 29:25 one one bigger than this you can use a 29:27 smaller one but i use a bowl like that 29:28 right 29:29 and i put a little bit of 29:33 no fragrance soap okay a little bit of a 29:36 natural 29:37 real natural clean clean soap um 29:41 you can use one you have that doesn't 29:43 have fragrances in it 29:44 okay just a little drop a couple of 29:46 drops you just give it a good rinse 29:48 i'm gonna put these banana pieces in 29:51 it's a lot better than what could be 29:53 you know on the food from the store 29:58 got my banana pieces in there i'm going 29:59 to put one more banana in here too 30:05 martha says cologne smell perfume 30:07 scented detergent 30:08 candles air fresheners send me gagging 30:11 and running out of the room 30:14 rightfully so totally rightfully so for 30:17 real 30:17 because um it's that bad 30:21 make sure all your products are 30:23 fragrance free 30:24 that's that's important right there 30:26 here's the other thing too 30:28 they have us chemical companies right 30:31 have a so saturated with dangerous 30:32 chemicals all the time 30:35 that we don't know what we're smelling 30:36 anymore we don't know 30:39 if you're in a home or apartment 30:42 or wherever you live right and wherever 30:45 you are 30:46 and you're there and you don't 30:50 have all those fragrances and you don't 30:51 smell all the smells and then you walk 30:53 into somebody's house 30:55 and you smell everything you smell their 30:56 detergents you smell their perfumes you 30:58 smell their cologne smell their scented 30:59 candles or air fresheners right 31:01 they won't even smell they don't even 31:03 know what they're smelling in there like 31:06 they have no idea it's that bad and 31:09 coffee high and it's it's kept 36:12 kept on the down low 36:13 no one talks about it because the 36:14 caffeine industry is so powerful 36:16 that they don't let that secret out 36:18 right i talk mean i'm talking starvation 37:52 poverty they make about 100 37:53 100 a year so they sit there cutting 37:56 cacao 37:57 they kill themselves getting it to 37:59 market they get ripped off they get paid 38:02 nothing people in africa and 38:05 what happens is that um 38:08 i mean we're talking they're in poverty 38:11 and they get ripped off 38:12 so when when their cacao is bought for 38:15 them purchased from them 38:16 so it can go into into the market and 38:19 then become like chocolate cake 38:20 chocolate candies chocolate whatever 38:22 cacao 38:23 nibs what happens is that when when that 38:27 when that um chocolate finally moves 38:30 into the market nobody knows what 38:31 happened and where it came from and 38:33 everybody's ripped off so all the 38:35 farmers are ripped 38:36 off they given they're given pennies 38:39 they're starving they get 38:40 cheated and they're sitting there 38:41 sweating killing killing themselves 38:43 their families are trying to pick 38:45 a cow off trees so they can get one 38:47 penny 38:48 for like five pods of cacao one penny 38:51 for like 50 pods of 38:53 one nickel for 50 pods of cacao right 38:56 and so when you go in and you're buying 38:57 your chocolate bar you get your cacao 38:59 nibs and you're throwing on top your 39:00 smoothies you're throwing it on top of 39:02 your 39:02 your food and everything like that and 39:04 everybody's telling you to plant 39:05 medicine 39:06 it's good for you and meanwhile just 39:08 getting you high and jacking you up on 39:09 caffeine which 39:10 ages you fast and nobody realizes it 39:13 well you're being 39:14 told all that and you wouldn't believe 39:16 the wake of a disaster that's occurring 39:19 for the growers i mean it's so sad it's 39:22 devastating it's like armageddon it's 39:24 like literally the apocalypse it's so 39:26 bad 39:27 and they're intense and they're 39:29 literally dying some of them 39:31 intense they try to they get up they try 39:33 to they try to pick more cacao for you 39:36 and and they're getting pennies some of 39:38 them some families only make 50 39:40 for a whole year of harvesting and 39:42 killing themselves 39:43 getting cacao ready for the market and 39:45 when you think about that and then they 39:47 say oh it's sustainable this cacao is 39:49 sustainable this chocolate's sustainable 39:51 it's fair trade 39:52 it's like are you freaking kidding me 39:53 that's just sick it's actually demented 39:57 all right let's make it let's make it 39:59 dressing here 40:03 it's always something something to talk 40:05 about you guys 40:07 always something to talk about so 40:11 i got a little strainer here so i'm 40:13 gonna just drop some lemon juice in here 40:16 so you could do like one one teaspoon 40:18 two teaspoons 40:20 i'm gonna try for one teaspoon in here 40:25 to get it to spin 40:29 you do um and then i'm going to add a 40:32 little bit of water too 40:33 so a tablespoon of water one to three 40:35 tablespoons of water 40:36 let's put a little bit of that in there 40:39 i'm gonna try to blend this up 40:44 making the dressing for the salad so 40:46 here's the salad if you guys look 40:49 their own their own you know little 42:05 thing that they do 42:07 so so you know i want to talk 42:10 you guys got a couple more minutes about 42:11 that about this i want to talk about a 42:13 little bit more about 42:14 the things going out there with 42:15 chocolate the things going on with 42:17 women's health 42:18 fragrances and stuff like that this is 42:20 the strawberry banana salad 42:40 picking on anybody here i'm just telling 42:42 you what's happening so you know 42:44 but when you when you do when you're 42:45 when you're all cranked up 42:47 on the caffeine what it's doing is it's 42:50 burning out your neurotransmitters 42:52 so those neurotransmitters are priceless 42:55 those neurotransmitters are how you can 42:57 think in the end how you could keep your 42:59 brain alive long when you 43:00 when you're older so you don't get 43:02 alzheimer's you don't get dementia 43:04 and caffeine is a fast track to dementia 43:07 it's a fast track to alzheimer's because 43:10 what the caffeine does is it cranks up 43:12 your adrenals then your 43:13 adrenals are pumping pump and pump and 43:15 pump and pump in and that adrenaline 43:17 scorches all your neurotransmitters 43:19 inside your brain so your electrical 43:21 impulses they need those 43:22 neurotransmitters 43:23 your neurons need those 43:24 neurotransmitters your glial cells need 43:26 those 43:27 neurotransmitters and so what the 43:29 caffeine does is it stimulates your 43:31 adrenals your adrenals end up pumping in 43:33 all that epinephrine the epinephrine 43:35 just starts to eat away at your 43:37 neurotransmitters 43:38 and then you get that like you're in 43:40 your 50s you're in your 60s and just 43:42 like what 43:43 and you just start forgetting like 43:44 where's my my neurotransmitters 44:06 and then when you got the heavy metals 44:07 in there it's worse worse worse makes it 44:09 worse 44:10 and and no one ever tells women that the 44:12 reason why they're
